[0001] H02K
[0002] Motor and generator related fields
[0003] In recent years, energy conservation measures have led to an increasing trend toward motorized and hybrid automobiles. Consequently, automobile motors are required to be more powerful, and batteries are becoming larger in capacity. This invention significantly improves on conventional motors, enabling high power to be obtained with less power consumption, thereby enabling batteries to be made smaller. In recent years, carbon dioxide emissions have become a major issue due to factors such as global population growth. Furthermore, fossil fuel consumption is also increasing, and costs are also rising. This invention significantly reduces the power consumption of motors, thereby contributing to environmental and resource issues.

[0005] Literature, Patent PCT / JP2022 / 002530 This is a powerful motor system made even more powerful by the use of an iron core, which is made possible by the attraction and repulsion between powerful permanent magnets, which is made possible by a magnet reversal type motor / generator.
[0006] The problem addressed by this invention is described in Patent PCT / JP2022 / 002530: improving, strengthening, and reducing power consumption of a magnet-reversal motor / generator. References include Patent PCT / JP2022 / 002530, which describes a magnet-reversal motor / generator. A typical motor uses a rotor / stator rotation system in which electromagnets and permanent magnets, or electromagnets and electromagnets, are attracted to and repelled from each other. However, Patent PCT / JP2022 / 002530 uses a rotor / stator rotation system in which powerful permanent magnets, such as neodymium magnets, are matched to each other. Normally, matching permanent magnets results in a non-rotatable system where the magnets remain attracted to each other and cannot be separated. However, Patent PCT / JP2022 / 002530, as shown in Figure 1A, devised a rotating core permanent magnet coil system to enable the permanent magnets to attract and repel each other. The core magnet coil, the core technology of this patent, reverses and reverses its polarity, eliminating the attraction and repulsion of the stator magnet. (Figure 1B) This shortens the time the electromagnet is energized, enabling significant power savings. (As shown in Figure 1C, the rotor magnet moves a long distance, while the core magnet reverses a short distance, resulting in significant power savings.) References: Patent PCT / JP2022 / 002530. While the magnet-reversal motor / generator system previously employed a method that did not use an iron core in the electromagnetic coil used to reverse the core magnet, this patent applies to a method that uses an iron core in the electromagnetic coil to enhance the core magnet's rotational force. (Figure 2) The specific method is as follows: (Explained using the axial gap type.) An electromagnet is created by winding coil 2 around iron core 1, the tip of which is cut at an angle of 45° or so. Then, core magnet 4, fitted with an axial rod, is suspended above the slanted iron core surface by side plates 3 and axial rod 5, allowing it to rotate. This system rotates the stator core magnet 4 north and south by electromagnetic conversion of the iron core 1 and coil 2. Figure 2 Figure 3B The effects of tilting the tip of the iron core are as follows: (1) When the iron core 1 is electromagnetically activated, the attracting surface of the core magnet 4 faces in the direction that meets the rotor magnet 7, improving the mutual attracting direction and strengthening the advancement of the rotor magnet 7.(In Figure 3Aa, the attracting surface of the core magnet 4 faces straight up and not towards the rotor magnet 7, so its attracting force is weak, while in Figure 3Ab, the attracting surface of the core magnet 4 is at an angle and faces towards the rotor magnet 7, so its attracting force is strong) (2) As the rotor magnet 7 moves forward, the core magnet 4 rotates 45 degrees without magnetism while being attracted to the rotor magnet 7. Figure 3B This not only shortens the time that electricity is passed through it, increasing power savings, but also increases the rotational force of the core magnet because the angle of attraction and repulsion of the core magnet 4 is good when the electromagnetic force is reversed. (In Figure 3Aa, the attracting surface of the core magnet 4 with the iron core 6 is facing forward, so the reversal force during reverse-polarity electromagnetic force is weak, while in Figure 3Bb, the attracting surface of the core magnet 4 with the iron core 1 is at an angle, so the reversal force during reverse-polarity electromagnetic force is strong as mentioned above).
[0007] 1 Iron core: An iron core with an angled tip that electromagnetically reverses the core magnet. 2 Coil: The coil wound around iron core 1. 3 Side plate: A side plate attached to iron core 1 for attaching the core magnet and shaft rod 5. Made of non-magnetic stainless steel SUS304, it is not affected by electromagnetism and does not interfere with the rotation of the core magnet. 4 Core magnet: The core magnet, a powerful permanent magnet such as neodymium, is rotated by reversing its magnetic poles due to the electromagnetism of the iron core coil, attracting and repelling the rotor magnet to turn the rotor. 5 Core magnet shaft rod: A shaft rod installed in the center of the core magnet to rotate the core magnet. A one-way bearing is installed to control rotation and prevent reverse rotation. 6 Unlike 1, it is a normal iron core that does not have an angled tip 7 Rotor magnet A powerful permanent magnet such as neodymium 8 Rotor plate A circular plate as it is an axial gap type 9 Bearing A bearing that supports the motor shaft 10 Motor shaft 11 Side plate that supports the motor shaft together with the bearing 12 Base 13 A base on which the core magnet coil is installed 14 Core coil without an iron core 15 A coreless coil or iron core coil that is mounted between the core magnet iron core coil and the core magnet iron core coil 16 A cobalt magnet that is installed in place of the iron core 17 One-way bearing Prevents reverse rotation

Claims
1. An iron core 1 is used. A core magnet 4, which is a permanent, powerful magnet such as neodymium, is attracted to a rotor magnet 7, which is a permanent, powerful magnet such as neodymium. To strengthen the rotation, the iron core 1 and coil 2 are used.
2. Core 1 type with slanted tip. The core 1 type of claim 1 has a slanted tip. Effects (1) Adhesive force between rotor magnet 7 and core magnet 4 The adsorbing surface of rotor magnet 7 and the adsorbing surface of core magnet 4 face each other, increasing the adsorbing force and increasing the rotor rotation force. Fig. 3A (2) Rotation force of core magnet 4 This also increases the rotation force of core magnet 4. In the case of a stator electromagnet core 6 with a flat tip, when the stator core magnet 4 faces the iron core 6 on a flat surface and is maximum attracted, the core magnet coil 6 is magnetized in the opposite direction to reverse the core magnet. Fig. 3Aa For an iron core 1 with a slanted tip, the core magnet surface 4 rotated 45° without magnetization due to the movement of the rotor magnet 7 has a stronger electromagnetic reversal rotation force than when the core coil 6 is magnetized in the opposite direction to reverse the core magnet. Fig. 3Bb (3) Power saving Also, as mentioned above, the core magnet 4 automatically rotates 45° as the rotor magnet 7 attracts and rotates, so there is no need for magnetism, and power is saved. Fig. 3Babc 3. Shortening of energization time With the core coil 1 of claim 2, in order to rotate the core magnet 4 with reduced power, the energization time is shortened as shown in FIG.
3. As shown from a to b in FIG. 3B, the rotor magnet 7 moves by being attracted to the core magnet 4 without electromagnetism. The core magnet 4 also rotates 45° by being attracted to the rotor magnet 7. At that time, no electromagnetism occurs, so power is saved accordingly. Also, the timing and time of energization of the electromagnet is set to a short time from when the core magnet 4 and the rotor magnet 7 are most attracted and most close to each other, or a little before or after that, until the rotor magnet 7 passes the core magnet 4 iron core 1 coil 2. In FIG. 3Bc, the rotor magnet 7, which rotates and moves at the top overlapping the core magnet 4 at the bottom shown by the broken line in FIG. 3C, moves in a repulsive manner to 7.1 due to the electromagnetic conversion of the core magnet 4 iron core 1 coil 2. Then, it repels the opposite pole core magnet 4 that it has passed by, and is attracted to the next core magnet 4 without power, so power is saved.
4. One-way bearing to prevent core magnet 4 from reversing As stated in claim 3, in order to minimize the electricity that rotates the core magnet 4, a one-way bearing 17 is attached to the shaft 5 of the core magnet to prevent the core magnet 4 from reversing.
5. Strengthening rotational force by core magnet 4 installation position When installing the core magnet 4 on top of the iron core, if the installation position is poor, the rotor magnet 7 will be attracted to the core magnet 4 even when it passes by, resulting in cogging resistance, so the core magnet 4 is installed in front of the iron core 1, toward the bottom. This increases the magnetic attraction and repulsive rotational force between the core magnet 4 and the iron core 1 coil 2, increasing the rotational force. By installing it in this position, when the rotor magnet 7 passes by the core magnet 4, the iron core 1 absorbs and shields the magnetic force of the magnetic attraction surface of the rotor magnet 7 and the core magnet 4, preventing cogging, and the iron core 1 electromagnetically repels the rotor magnet 7, allowing the rotor magnet 7 to rotate smoothly. Figure 3Bc 6. Angle of rotor magnet 7 The angle of the rotor magnet 7 with respect to the rotor plate 8 is set at an angle. This improves the direction of attraction between the rotor magnet 7 and the distant core magnet 4, improving the rotational force and reluctance torque of the rotor plate 8. Also, by angling the rotor magnet 7 when the rotor magnet 7 and the core magnet 4 face each other closely at the time of maximum attraction, the average GAP distance between the core magnet 4 and the rotor magnet 7 becomes longer, so that the core magnet 4 can easily stop attraction and rotate, saving power. Figure 3 7. Movable rotor magnet 7 The oblique installation of rotor magnet 7 in claim 6 improves the torque and reluctance torque of rotor plate 8, but this patent also includes making rotor magnet 7 movable relative to rotor plate 8 in order to further strengthen the torque and reluctance torque of rotor plate 8. Rotor magnet 7 is attached to an axis, made rotatable, and the automatic angle correction function automatically optimizes the direction of attraction between rotor magnet 7 and core magnet 4, improving reluctance torque. Figure 4 8. Installing an additional coil iron core between core magnets 4 This patent also includes a more efficient arrangement in which a coreless core coil or only an iron core coil 15 is installed between core magnet 4 iron core 1 coil 2 and core magnet 4 iron core 1 coil 2. When core magnet 4 iron core 1 coil 2 is installed in an axial gap type, the rectangular shape of core magnet 4 affects the shape of iron core 1 coil 2. This creates a gap between core magnet 4 iron core 1 coil 2 and core magnet 4 iron core 1 coil 2, which causes demagnetization due to the gap between the coils. In that case, by installing a simple iron core coil or coreless coil 15 without a core magnet 4 between them as described above, the space between core magnet 4 iron core 1 coil 2 and core magnet 4 iron core 1 coil 4 can be filled with coils, increasing electromagnetic efficiency. Figure 5 8 Figure 5 9. Use of Cobalt Magnet 16 1 This patent is for making the core magnet 4 and coil 2 of the patent PCT / JP2022 / 002530 more effective, but this patent also includes using a cobalt magnet 16 instead of the iron core 1 to correspond to the rotor magnet 7 and omitting the core magnet 4. The cobalt magnet 16 changes its magnetic pole due to other magnetic forces, so the rotor magnet 7 is rotated by winding the coil 2 around the cobalt magnet 16 and electromagnetically converting the magnetic pole of the cobalt magnet 16. The rotor magnet 7 that passes by the cobalt magnet 16 is repelled by the cobalt magnet 16 that has been changed to the opposite pole, so it continues to rotate without reversing. Figure 6a 10. Use of cobalt magnet 16 2 As an analogy to claim 14 above, a method of mounting a cobalt magnet on an iron core coil and reversing the magnetic poles of the cobalt magnet by electromagnetic conversion of the iron core coil is also included in this patent as an analogy. Figure 6b 11. Radial Type The system described in claims 1 to 10 above is an axial gap type motor. However, if the same system content is a radial type, it has the same novelty as this patent and is included in this patent as a similar patent as above.
12. Generator Although claims 1 to 11 above are patented as a motor, the patent also includes the use of the system in reverse to create a generator.
13. Number of poles of the core magnet Although the core magnet 4 has been described as having two poles, those with four or more poles are also considered to be similar and are covered by this patent.
14. Although the iron core 1 and coil 2 are shown with one core per pole, those with two or more cores are also considered similar and are covered by this patent.
15. In the above claims 1 to 14, the rotor magnet is described as having four poles, but this patent also applies to rotor magnets with five or more poles as they are similar.
16. Claims 2 and 3 state that the surface of the electromagnet that attracts and repels the core magnet is oriented at an angle of 45° to the core magnet, thereby increasing the rotational force and shortening the time that current is applied, thereby saving power. When the electromagnet surface is oriented at an angle to the consecutive N and S permanent magnets, the gap between the electromagnet and the permanent magnet opens up, so that the repulsion and demagnetization of the permanent magnet is reduced when they repel each other. Also, because the attracting surfaces face each other closely, magnetization is increased and the attractive force is also strengthened. This is applicable to motors that do not have normal core magnets, so it is included in this patent. Specifically, the permanent magnet arrangement of a normal motor is changed to one that reduces repulsion demagnetization of the permanent magnets. Figure 9a shows the permanent magnet arrangement of a normal motor. In Figure 9b, the permanent magnets are oriented at an angle to favor adhesion. This reduces repulsion demagnetization and strengthens the adhesive force. This is also included in this patent.
