[0030]

[0031] Hereinafter, implementation examples and embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. However, the present invention may not be limited to these implementation examples and embodiments and drawings.

[0032] FIG. 1 illustrates a construction lift according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein (a) of FIG. 1 illustrates a side view, (b) of FIG. 1 illustrates a front view, FIG. 2 illustrates a configuration of a main part of a construction lift according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 illustrates a foothold unit of FIG. 2 in isolation, wherein (a) of FIG. 3 illustrates a perspective view, (b) of FIG. 3 illustrates a front view, and FIG. 4 illustrates a control device in isolation, wherein (a) of FIG. 4 illustrates an appearance, and (b) briefly illustrates a durable configuration.

[0033] Referring to the attached drawings, a construction lift according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a mast (100) in which a plurality of unit masts having a frame combination structure are vertically connected; a carrier (200) having a guide rail (210) mounted on one side thereof so as to be able to rise or fall along the mast and having a boarding space inside; a driving unit (300) mounted on the carrier to drive the carrier to move along the mast; and a control device (400) located on the upper portion of the carrier to control the operation of the driving unit, wherein the control device can detect the end of the mast and cut off power to the driving unit when the control device rises higher than the end of the mast.

[0034] The above mast (100) can be assembled into unit masts to match the height of the building and can be composed of a number of vertical frames (120) and horizontal frames (130). A rack gear (110) is installed on the mast and can rotate by meshing with the gear of the driving unit (300) to allow the transporter to move up and down.

[0035] The above transporter (200) is for transporting materials required for a construction site, and has a predetermined space provided inside, and a driving unit (300) for driving the transporter (200) can be installed.

[0036] A crane (10) is mounted on the upper part of the transporter (200) to lift the mast unit by unit when assembling the mast. A guide rail (210) is mounted on the side of the transporter (200), and a roller is mounted on the guide rail (210) so that the transporter (200) can be easily moved along the mast.

[0037] When assembling a mast, a worker climbs on top of the transporter to work, so a safety railing (600) is installed on top of the transporter to prevent the worker from falling.

[0038] A safety railing (600) is installed around the upper edge of the transport vehicle, but is not installed in the area where the mast (100) is installed. This is because the safety railing may interfere with the mast assembly work.

[0039] A step unit (500) is formed on the upper part of the above-mentioned transport device (200), so that a worker can perform mast assembly work by standing on the step unit (500). In the past, since there was no step unit, the transport device had to be raised as high as possible to fasten the bolts on the upper part of the mast during mast assembly work. In this case, there are cases where the transport device falls off the mast due to a mechanical malfunction. Otherwise, the worker has to climb on the railing to perform the work, which also carries the risk of the worker falling.

[0040] In the present invention, by adding a foothold unit (500), it is possible to help prevent falls of workers and carriers, as well as increase work efficiency.

[0041] The above foothold unit (500) can be fastened to the vertical frame (120) of the mast.

[0042] The above-mentioned foothold unit (500) may include a pair of vertical supports (510) that are horizontally connected to the vertical frame of the mast on the guide rail (210) and include a fastening ring portion (512) of the vertical frame, a horizontal support (520) that connects the pair of vertical supports, a foothold portion (530) that is fastened to the upper end of the vertical support and protrudes in the direction of the transporter, and a load support portion (540) that is connected to the foothold portion and the vertical support and supports the load of the foothold.

[0043] When the load support member (540) is formed at an angle, a folding member (542) can be formed in the center. Accordingly, when the footrest member (530) is unnecessary during work, the footrest member (530) can be folded. By folding the footrest member, maintenance and repair of the construction lift can be facilitated.

[0044] The above horizontal support (520) may include a lower horizontal support coupled to the lower portion of the vertical support and an upper horizontal support coupled to the upper portion.

[0045] It is preferable that the above control device (400) be fastened to the upper horizontal support.

[0046] A cover that protects the control device can be attached to the upper horizontal support (520) above the control device. The cover (520) can protect the control device from rainwater or foreign substances.

[0047] A fixing plate (514) having a screw hole formed therein can be attached to the lower portion of the vertical support (510) of the foot unit. The fixing plate (514) is attached in the direction of the transport port opposite to the ring portion (512). The upper edge of the transport port (200) is formed with a rib (211) that protrudes to a predetermined height, and the foot unit can be firmly fixed by screwing the fixing plate (514) and the rib (211). The fixing plate (514) can be composed of a first fixing plate (514-1) that extends downward in parallel with the vertical support (510) and a second fixing plate (514-2) that protrudes vertically in the direction of the transport port. The first fixing plate (514-2) can prevent the first fixing plate (514-1) from bending when fastened with a bolt.

[0048] The above control device (400) may include a limit switch mounted to contact the mast. The limit switch may be turned on when the carrier is lifted and the mast is no longer in contact with the limit switch, thereby cutting off power to the driving unit. The limit switch may be placed in contact with any part of the mast, such as the vertical frame or rack gear. In the embodiment of the present invention, the limit switch is shown as being placed in contact with the rack gear of the mast as an example.

[0049] In addition to the limit switch, the control device (400) may include various devices capable of detecting the height of the mast. For example, the control device (400) may include a proximity sensor, and if the proximity sensor does not detect the mast, the control device may determine that the mast has risen higher than the mast and cut off power to the driving unit.

[0050] The above limit switch may include a main body (410) mounted on the transporter and having a contact point (424) therein, a switching unit (420) rotatably coupled to the main body within a predetermined range and turning the contact point on or off according to rotation, an arm (430) coupled to the switching unit and extending in the direction of the rack gear, and a roller (440) coupled to the end of the arm and rotating along a contact surface of the rack gear when the transporter moves by contacting the rack gear.

[0051] The above switching unit (420) may include a rotation shaft (421) mounted on the main body, a torsion spring (422) coupled to the rotation shaft and providing tension to allow the arm to move downward when the roller is separated from the rack gear, and a pressing unit (423) formed integrally with the arm in the opposite direction to the arm with the rotation shaft as the center and pressurizing the contact point according to the movement of the arm.

[0052] Therefore, when the roller is lifted from the mast and the arm is lowered by the tension of the torsion string, the pressure part rises and pressurizes the contact, thereby turning the contact on.

[0053] When the contact is turned on, the power supplied to the PCB board of the drive unit is cut off, which stops the drive unit from operating and stops the carrier from rising.

[0054] Fig. 5 shows a state in which the limit switch is in contact with the rack gear (110) of the mast and is operating normally, and Fig. 6 shows a state in which the limit switch is turned on by being raised higher than the end of the rack gear (110) of the mast.

[0055] If the carrier rises higher than the mast, there is a risk of the carrier falling because there is no object to support the carrier. However, if a control device is attached to the top of the carrier and the control device is raised higher than the mast, the carrier can be prevented from falling by cutting off the power to the carrier so that it cannot rise any further.

[0056]

[0057] Although this specification describes only a few examples among various embodiments performed by the inventors of the present invention, the technical idea of the present invention is not limited or restricted thereto, and can be modified and implemented in various ways by those skilled in the art.
