Description

Insulator

[0001] The present invention relates to an insulator. The present invention relates to a refrigerator equipped with an insulator.

[0002] In refrigerators and other devices, insulation is used to prevent the temperature inside the refrigerator from rising due to the temperature difference between the outside and the inside. In this case, vacuum insulation using a vacuum insulation technique that utilizes the phenomenon of reduced thermal conductivity of low-pressure gas is widely used as the insulation. Such vacuum insulation can be formed by typically having a first plate and a second plate forming a certain space, and discharging a gas (e.g., air) from the space between the first and second plates and / or sealing the space.

[0003] The above-mentioned insulator has a panel shape, and devices such as refrigerators have a configuration in which multiple insulators are assembled and connected. Accordingly, each side of the insulator is connected to another insulator. The connection to the other insulator can typically be achieved through welding between the plates that make up the insulator.

[0004] However, in order to prevent damage to the sealed vacuum space due to welding when the insulator is welded, the insulator has an edge portion protruding from the center portion forming the sealed vacuum space. To support the edge portion, a side portion is provided between the center portion and the edge portion, which is thinner than the center portion but forms a sealed vacuum space. Through this structure, multiple insulators can be joined by welding the edge portions together, and a structure such as a refrigerator can be formed without damage to the sealed vacuum space through bending of the welded portion.

[0005] However, while the central portion of the above-mentioned insulator has an insulating effect due to the vacuum space, the edge portion does not have a vacuum space. Therefore, it does not have an insulating effect. In this case, there is a problem that the heat exchange between the edge portion and the external air may cause a loss of cold air within the device, such as a refrigerator.

[0006] Meanwhile, as described above, in the insulator, there is a disadvantage in that it is vulnerable to the influence of atmospheric pressure or external force when the sealed space between the first and second plates becomes a vacuum state. Accordingly, a design has emerged in which a support unit having support pins formed thereon for supporting between the first and second plates forming the sealed vacuum space is arranged in a sliding manner within the sealed space. However, the insulator according to this design has a problem in that atmospheric pressure or external force is concentrated on the support pins or each point of the first or second plate on which the support pins are arranged, and as a result, there is a problem in that the support pins or one point of each plate on which the support pins are arranged become vulnerable.

[0007] In addition, in the case of an insulator having a side portion as described above, there is a problem in that it is very difficult to place the support unit on the side portion by arranging the support unit in the sliding manner. If the support unit is not placed on the side portion, there is a problem in that the structure of the insulator is easily damaged when a lateral load is applied.

[0008] The present invention aims to solve the aforementioned problems and other problems, and provides an insulator having a support portion that can efficiently distribute an applied load and thereby further improve structural strength.

[0009] The purpose of the present invention is to provide an insulator having a support portion that can distribute lateral load applied to not only the center portion of the insulator but also the side portion formed between the center portion and the edge portion, thereby further improving the structural strength of the side portion.

[0010] The present invention aims to provide a joint structure of an insulator further including a frame capable of preventing loss of cold air due to exposure of an edge portion of the insulator where a vacuum space is not formed to the air.

[0011] The insulator of the present invention may be provided as at least one insulator. For example, the insulator of the present invention may provide a first wall extending in one direction; and a second wall extending in a direction different from the one direction. As another example, the insulator of the present invention may include a first insulator and a second insulator. The second insulator may be provided as a separate component separated from the first insulator. The second insulator may be connected to the first insulator by a connecting member. In the present invention, the connecting member may be defined as a joint. The second insulator may include a portion extending in the same direction as the first insulator. The second insulator may include a portion extending in a direction different from the first insulator. The insulator may be provided in the form of a panel.

[0012] The refrigerator of the present invention may include a main body. The refrigerator of the present invention may include a door.

[0013] The refrigerator of the present invention may include the above-described insulator.

[0014] According to one aspect of the present invention to achieve the above or other purposes, an insulator according to an embodiment of the present invention may be provided to have a step gradient formed in a direction in which the steps gradually become closer to each other through a plurality of steps. The insulator may be formed of a first plate and a second plate that are arranged to be spaced apart from each other. The insulator may include a central portion in which the first plate and the second plate are spaced apart by the set first gap. The insulator may include a side portion extending from the central portion and spaced apart by the second gap between the first plate and the second plate. The second gap may be shorter than the first gap. [0092] Hereinafter, embodiments disclosed in this specification will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0093] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the structure of an insulator (500) including a central portion (510), a side portion (520), and / or an edge portion (530) according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0094] First, the insulator (500) according to an embodiment of the present invention may be formed in an envelope shape as shown in FIG. 5, and may be implemented with a first plate (501) and a second plate (502) forming a vacuum region. It may include a space where the vacuum region is formed, including a sealed space where a vacuum is formed, and an edge portion (530) that does not include a space where the first plate and the second plate are joined into a single plate to form the vacuum region. The space where the vacuum region is formed may include a center portion (510) and / or a side portion (520). The side portion may extend from the center portion (510) to the edge portion (530) and / or may be formed between the center portion (510) and the edge portion (530). Here, the center portion (510) and the side portion (520) may be distinguished by a difference in thickness of the space where the vacuum region is formed, as shown in FIG. 5.

[0095] The side portion (520) is formed between the center portion (510) and the edge portion (530) to effectively distribute the load applied to the side portion, i.e., the edge portion (530), of the insulator (500). The first plate (501) and the second plate (502) may form an arch-shaped curved surface in the direction in which they approach each other and / or may be primarily gently bent. An entry portion (first step: 531) of the side portion (520) having a thickness thinner than the thickness of the vacuum space of the center portion (510) may be formed. At the end portion (second step: 532) of the side portion (520), the first plate (501) and the second plate (502) may again form an arch-shaped curved surface in the direction in which they approach each other and / or may be secondarily gently bent. An edge portion (530) where the first plate (501) and the second plate (502) are joined can be formed.

[0096] That is, in the insulator (500) forming a vacuum space in an envelope shape according to an embodiment of the present invention as shown in FIG. 5, the first plate (501) and the second plate (502) forming the vacuum space may have a step gradient including a first step (531) and a second step (532) formed in a direction in which they approach each other. Based on the first step (531) and the second step (532), the space may be divided into three parts: a center (510), a side part (520), and an edge part (530). That is, based on the first step (531) and the second step (532), the first plate (501) and the second plate (502) may have a form in which they gradually approach each other, that is, the distance between the first plate (501) and the second plate (502) gradually decreases. The first plate (501) and the second plate (502) have the same shape and can be plates that can be used in common.

[0097] In this way, a sealed space can be formed along the center (510) and / or side portion (520) by sealing the edge portion (530) formed at the edge. By forming the air pressure of the sealed space lower than the external air pressure (e.g., vacuum), an envelope-shaped insulator (500) that insulates heat can be formed.

[0098] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 5, in the case of an insulator (500) having an edge portion (530), it can be combined with another insulator by joining (e.g., welding) between the edge portions (530). As seen in FIG. 5, the edge portion (530) is a portion where the first plate (501) and the second plate (502) are completely joined as one plate, so that it can be easily bent. Accordingly, the portion corresponding to the edge portion (530) can be formed to bend along the structural outer shape of the target device (e.g., a refrigerator) and cover the outer shape along the structural outer shape of the target device. That is, a plurality of insulators assembled using the edge portions (530) can cover the outer shape of the target device.

[0099] Fig. 6 is a plan view illustrating an example of two insulators (500-1, 500-2) connected to each other through an edge portion. Fig. 6 is a plan view illustrating a second insulating member (610) and a first insulating member (620) arranged to surround a portion (e.g., an inside and an outside) of the curved edge portion (530). Fig. 7 is a perspective view illustrating an example of the second insulating member (610) described in Fig. 6 arranged between the first and second insulators (500-1, 500-2).

[0100] First, referring to FIG. 6, the first and / or second insulators (500-1, 500-2) can be joined to each other by joining the edge portions (530) of the first and / or second insulators (500-1, 500-2). The joined edge portions (530) of the first insulator (500-1) and the second insulator (500-2) can be bent along the structural outer shape of the target device (e.g., refrigerator). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the first insulator (500-1) and the second insulator (500-2) can be formed to be connected to each other through the edge portions (530) bent at an angle (e.g., 90 degrees) according to the corner shape of the target device.

[0101] Meanwhile, since the edge portion (530) is a part of the insulator (500), cold air inside the target device insulated from the outside by the insulator (500) can be conducted to the edge portion (530). However, when the edge portion (530) is exposed to the air, heat exchange occurs between the edge portion (530) and the outside air, and cold air inside the target device insulated by the insulators (500-1, 500-2) can be lost. Therefore, in order to prevent cold air loss due to heat conduction to the edge portion (530), the present invention may include at least one insulating member that can prevent the edge portion (530) from being exposed to the air.

[0102] For example, the insulating member may include an insulating member (first insulating member (620)) for preventing the edge portion (530) from being exposed to air outside the device. The first insulating member (620) may be formed to surround the edge portion (530) that is bent along the structural shape of the target device, as shown in FIG. 6, and / or may be formed to be in close contact with the bent edge portion (530).

[0103] Meanwhile, the first insulating member (620) may be formed to cover the edge portion (530) and / or the side portion (520) of the insulator (500) in order to adhere closely to the edge portion (530) and / or to further enhance the insulating effect. To this end, the first insulating member (620) may have a step corresponding to the second step (532) formed on the inner side plates of each of the first insulator (500-1) and the second insulator (500-2). The first insulating member (620) may be formed to extend from the second step (532) to an area corresponding to the first step (531) formed on the inner side plates of each of the first insulator (500-1) and the second insulator (500-2). Here, the reference to the inner and outer surfaces is the target device, and among the first and second plates forming the insulator, the plate corresponding to the inner surface of the target device may be referred to as the inner plate. The plate corresponding to the outer surface of the target device may be referred to as the outer plate.

[0104] Meanwhile, in order to combine the first insulating member (620), an assembly block (600) may be further included on the inner side (based on the target device) of the bent edge portion (530). The assembly block (600) is arranged so that at least one surface is in close contact with the bent edge portion (530). The assembly block (600) may be combined inside the target device. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the assembly block (600) may be a combining member arranged at the inner center of the edge portion (530) that is bent along the edge shape of the device. The assembly block (600) is arranged according to the structural outer shape of the target device, and the edge portion (530) may be bent along the outer surface of the assembly block (600) so as to correspond to the structural shape of the target device.

[0105] In this case, one side of the assembly block (600) may be in close contact with one side of the edge portion (530) connected to the first insulator (500-1) and / or the other side adjacent to the one side may be in close contact with one side of the edge portion (530) connected to the second insulator (500-2).

[0106] Meanwhile, an insertion groove into which a joining member can be inserted may be formed on at least one surface (hereinafter, “joining surface”) of the surfaces of the assembly block (600) to which the edge portion (530) is in close contact. A first through hole corresponding to the insertion groove formed on the joining surface of the assembly block (600) may also be formed in a region of the edge portion (530) that is in close contact with the joining surface of the assembly block (600). A second through hole corresponding to the insertion groove and / or the first through hole may also be formed in the first insulating member (620) covering the edge portion (530). Accordingly, the joining member may be inserted into the insertion groove formed on the joining surface of the assembly block (600) by sequentially passing through the second through hole formed in the first insulating member (620) and the first through hole formed in the edge portion (530), thereby joining the joining member and the assembly block (600). Accordingly, the joining member can be joined to the assembly block (600). As the joining member is joined to the assembly block (600), the first insulating member (620) and the edge portion (530) can be joined and / or coupled to the assembly block (600). As the edge portion (530) is joined and / or coupled to the assembly block (600) in this way, the first insulating body (500-1) and / or the second insulating body (500-2) joined through the edge portion (530) can be joined to the assembly block (600), i.e., the target device.

[0107] The above assembly block (600) may be formed of metal or high-strength plastic. The connecting member may be a bolt. In this case, a screw groove may be formed in the insertion groove to which the bolt can be connected.

[0108] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned insulating member may be placed not only outside the device but also inside the device. In this case, the insulating member placed inside the device to prevent heat loss at the edge portion (530) will be referred to as a second insulating member (610) to distinguish it from the first insulating member (620).

[0109] As shown in FIG. 6, the second insulating member (610) may be formed to cover the inner surface of the bent edge portion (530) by being disposed between the assembly block (600) and the edge portion (530) that is in close contact with the assembly block (600). In this way, when the second insulating member (610) is disposed as well as the first insulating member (620), the edge portion (530) connecting the first insulator (500-1) and the second insulator (500-2) may be covered by the first insulating member (620) on the outside of the target device and / or may be covered by the second insulating member (610) on the inside of the target device. The side surface (520) of the first insulator (500-1) and / or the second insulator (500-2) may be covered by the first insulating member (620) outside the target device and / or may be covered by the second insulating member (610) inside the target device.

[0110] Here, the second insulating member (610) disposed between the assembly block (600) and the edge portion (530) may be formed with an insertion groove formed on the joining surface of the assembly block (600) and / or a third through hole corresponding to the first through hole formed on the edge portion (530). Accordingly, the joining member is inserted into the insertion groove formed on the joining surface of the assembly block (600) by sequentially passing through the second through hole formed on the first insulating member (620), the first through hole formed on the edge portion (530), and the third through hole formed on the second insulating member (610), so that not only the first insulating member (620) but also the second insulating member (610) can be joined to the edge portion (530) and the assembly block (600).

[0111] Meanwhile, the second insulating member (610) may have a shape that is bent along the step of the assembly block (600) and / or the insulator (500) to which the second insulating member (610) is bonded so as to have a high deformation strength. That is, the second insulating member (610) may have a shape that is bent along the first step (531) formed between the center portion (510) and the side portion (520) formed on the inner side plates of the first insulator (500-1) and the second insulator (500-2), and the second step (532) formed between the side portion (520) and the edge portion (530). The second insulating member (610) may have a curved shape along the shape of the assembly block (600) so as to be in close contact between the edge portion (530) curved along the second step (532) formed on the inner side plate of each of the insulating members (500-1, 500-2) and the assembly block (600).

[0112] In the case of the above-described Fig. 6, the assembly block (600) is described as an example of a configuration in which it is placed inside the target device, but it goes without saying that the assembly block (600) may be placed outside the target device. Alternatively, it may be placed both inside the target device and outside the target device.

[0113] Meanwhile, the second insulating member (610) may have a shape that is curved close to a triangle as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. In this case, the second insulating member (610) may have a cross-section close to a triangle, with the curved center of the edge portion (530) connecting the first insulating body (500-1) and the second insulating body (500-2), i.e., the outer shape corner of the target device, as the vertex between the two sides, and including a large portion (612) facing the inner angle of the vertex.

[0114] In this case, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the second insulating member (610) may be provided with an extension portion (611) that extends longer from the corner of the outer shape of the target device along each insulator (500-1, 500-2) beyond the distal portion (612) than the length from the vertex to the distal portion (612) along each insulator (500-1, 500-2). Accordingly, the heat bridge effect can be minimized, thereby preventing cold air loss.

[0115] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned insulator (500) may have a support member that can further improve structural strength in order to efficiently distribute a load such as atmospheric pressure or external force applied to the insulator (500).

[0116] The support member may be formed to be inserted into the interior of the insulator (500) to support the shape of the insulator (500). The support member may include a first frame for supporting the first plate (501) (upper surface) of the insulator (500) and / or a second frame for supporting the second plate (502) (lower surface). The support member may be formed to include a pillar member including a pillar supporting between the first frame and the second frame.

[0117] Meanwhile, the first plate (501) and / or the second plate (502) forming the insulator (500) may include a step (the first step (531) and / or the second step (532)). Through this, the first plate (501) and the second plate (502) may have a step gradient formed in a direction in which they gradually become closer to each other. Depending on the shape of the first plate (501) and / or the second plate (502), the insulator (500) may have a step gradient, and depending on the step gradient, it may be divided into a center portion (510) where a vacuum space is formed at its thickest, a side portion (520) where a vacuum space is formed that is thinner than the vacuum space thickness of the center portion (510), and an edge portion (530) where no vacuum space is formed.

[0118] Therefore, the support for maintaining and / or supporting the internal space of the insulator (500) may include a first frame having a step gradient according to the shape of the first plate (501) having the step gradient. The support may include a second frame having a step gradient according to the shape of the second plate (502) having the step gradient. The support may be configured as a first support and / or a second support in which the heights of columns supporting the gap between the first frame and the second frame for maintaining the vacuum space are different from each other according to the thickness of the vacuum space that decreases when extending from the center (510) to the side portion (520) according to the step gradient of the insulator (500).

[0119] For example, in the case of the center (510) where the thickness of the vacuum space is the thickest, a support portion may be arranged in which pillars having a first height are arranged to support between the first frame and the second frame according to the thickness of the vacuum space formed in the center (510). In this case, the support portion in which two pillars having the first height are arranged may be referred to as a first support portion.

[0120] On the other hand, in the case of the side portion (520) where the thickness of the vacuum space is thinner than that of the center portion (510), a support portion may be arranged in which pillars having a second height are arranged to support between the first frame and the second frame according to the thickness of the vacuum space formed in the side portion (520). In this case, the second height may be lower than the first height. The support portion in which two pillars having the second height are arranged may be referred to as a second support portion. In this case, the support portion inserted into the insulator (500) to support the internal space of the insulator (500), i.e., the vacuum space, may be formed of the first support portion and / or the second support portion.

[0121] Fig. 8 is an exemplary diagram showing an example of an insulator having a support portion according to an embodiment of the present invention, the second insulating member, and / or the first insulating member. Fig. 9 is an exemplary diagram showing an example of an insulator having a support portion according to another embodiment of the present invention, and / or the second insulating member and the first insulating member.

[0122] First, as shown in FIG. 8, the present invention provides a support member that may be placed inside the insulator (500) to support a space (e.g., a vacuum space) formed inside the insulator (500). The support member may extend into the center (510) and / or the side portion (520) of the insulator (500). The support member may be formed to support a portion of the first plate (501) and / or the second plate (502) forming the side portion (520) (e.g., a portion reaching the first step (531) and / or the second step (532).

[0123] Accordingly, the present invention can distribute the load applied to the central portion (510) as well as the side portion (520) of the insulator (500) to the first frame, the second frame, and / or the pillars constituting the support portion. The structure of the support portion according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is formed integrally to support not only the inside of the central portion (510) but also the inside of the side portion (520), will be examined in more detail with reference to FIGS. 10 to 12 below.

[0124] Meanwhile, a support according to another embodiment of the present invention may have a structure in which at least one shielding plate is disposed between the first frame and the second frame, as shown in FIG. 9. In this case, each of the columns forming the column portion of the support may be formed in a form in which at least one internal column formed on the at least one shielding plate is coupled to each other. The structure of the support according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is formed by including at least one shielding plate in this manner, will be examined in more detail with reference to FIG. 13.

[0125] Fig. 10 is an exemplary diagram showing an example of an insulator in which a support member is formed integrally to support not only the inside of the central portion (510) but also the inside of the side portion (520) according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 11 is an exemplary diagram showing the configuration of the support member.

[0126] First, referring to FIG. 10, FIG. 10 illustrates an insulator (500) divided into a center portion (510), side portions (520), and edge portions (530) along first and / or second plates having step gradients (e.g., two steps) formed in a direction in which they approach each other. FIG. 10 illustrates a first frame (1000) and / or a second frame (1010) disposed inside the insulator (500) and / or having a step gradient according to the shape of the first and / or second plates having the step gradient. FIG. 10 illustrates an example of a pillar portion (1020) including a pillar supporting between the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010), and a joining groove (1030) formed in at least one of the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010) for joining the pillar.

[0127] As shown in Fig. 10, the insulator (500) according to an embodiment of the present invention may have a side portion (520) having a narrower gap between the first and second plates than the center portion (510) in order to prevent damage to the center portion (510) due to lateral load. Accordingly, the side portion (520) may form a vacuum space having a thickness thinner than the thickness of the vacuum space formed inside the center portion (510).

[0128] Meanwhile, depending on the internal shape of the insulator (500) in which the side portion (520) is formed between the edge portion (530) and the center portion (510), the support portion according to the embodiment of the present invention may extend not only into the center portion (510) of the insulator (500) but also into the side portion (520). The support portion may be formed to support a portion of the first plate (501) and / or the second plate (502) forming the side portion (520). That is, the support portion may be provided with a side portion support portion (1120) that extends from the center portion support portion (1110) that supports the inside of the center portion (510) of the insulator (500) and is formed to support the inside of the side portion (520) of the insulator (500). In this case, the support portion may be a configuration in which the center portion support portion (1110) and the side portion support portion (1120) are integrated.

[0129] In order to form the extended side support portion (1120) as described above, the present invention may, as shown in FIG. 11, have a first frame (1000) and / or a second frame (1010) of the support portion have a frame step (1100, 1101) corresponding to the first step of the first plate and / or the second plate. In this case, the frame step (1100) of the first frame (1000) and the frame step (1101) of the second frame (1010) may be formed to be bent along an arched surface so as to effectively distribute the lateral load.

[0130] In this way, since the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010) form a step gradient in the direction in which they become closer to each other, the heights of the columns supporting the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010) may also vary. That is, the height (second height) of the columns (1021) arranged to support the inner region of the side portion (520), that is, the side portion support portion (1120), may be lower than the height (first height) of the columns (1020) arranged to support the inner region of the center portion (510), that is, the center portion support portion (1110).

[0131] Meanwhile, when the first and / or second plates are joined into one plate at the point where the second step is formed, a vacuum space is no longer formed between the first and second plates. Therefore, the support portion extended into the side portion (520) may extend to the area where the second step of the first and / or second plate begins, as shown in FIG. 10. The first frame (1000) and / or the second frame (1010) may extend to the area where the second step of the first and / or second plate begins. Columns having the second height may be arranged between a region of the extended first frame (1000) and a region of the second frame (1010), so as to support the extended region of the first frame (1000) and the extended region of the second frame (1010), i.e., the side portion support portion (1120).

[0132] That is, the center (510) of the support portion can be supported by the center support portion of the first frame (1000) and the center support portion of the second frame (1010). A column portion (first column portion) including a plurality of columns having the first height is arranged between the center support portion of the first frame (1000) and the center support portion of the second frame (1010). Accordingly, the gap between the center support portion of the first frame (1000) and the center support portion of the second frame (1010) can be supported so as to maintain a gap corresponding to the first height.

[0133] The side portion (520) of the above support portion can be supported by the side portion support portion of the first frame (1000) and the side portion support portion of the second frame (1010). A column portion (second column portion) including a plurality of columns having the second height is arranged between the side portion support portion of the first frame (1000) and the side portion support portion of the second frame (1010). Accordingly, the gap between the side portion support portion of the first frame (1000) and the side portion support portion of the second frame (1010) can be supported so as to maintain a gap corresponding to the second height.

[0134] Meanwhile, the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010) may have a grid shape formed by matrices having constant horizontal and vertical intervals. At each point where the matrices forming the grid shape intersect, a column supporting the gap between the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010) and / or a connecting groove into which the column is inserted and connected may be formed. Accordingly, the columns of the column portion (1020) are arranged at constant horizontal and vertical intervals, so that a load applied to at least one of the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010) can be distributed to the entire first and second frames (1000, 1010) connected by the plurality of columns.

[0135] Meanwhile, the pillars may be formed to protrude from one of the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010) in the direction in which the other is arranged. In this case, a joint portion, i.e., a joint groove, into which each pillar can be inserted and coupled, may be formed in the other one from which the pillars do not protrude.

[0136] Accordingly, a pillar protruding from one of the frames is inserted into a joining groove formed in the other frame. Accordingly, a pillar and a joining groove corresponding to the pillar can be joined. By joining the pillar and the joining groove, the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010) can be joined to each other in a manner that maintains a gap according to the height of the pillar placed therebetween. The space formed by the gap between the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010) according to the height of the pillar can be formed as an internal space for insulation in the insulator (500), for example, a vacuum space.

[0137] However, if columns are formed to protrude from either the first frame (1000) or the second frame (1010) and / or joint grooves for inserting and joining the columns are arranged in the other frame, the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010) have non-symmetrical configurations. Accordingly, they may be strong against external forces in a specific direction but vulnerable to external forces in the opposite direction. To compensate for this drawback, the columns and joint grooves may be arranged alternately in each frame.

[0138] FIG. 12 illustrates an example in which pillars and / or connecting grooves are alternately arranged and crossed with each other in a first frame (1000) or a second frame (1010) forming a support according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0139] Referring to Fig. 12, Fig. 12 illustrates an example of a second frame (1010) that is not coupled with a first frame (1000). As shown in Fig. 12, in the case of the second frame (1010) according to an embodiment of the present invention, at each point where horizontal lines (rows) and vertical lines (columns) that create a grid shape intersect, columns (1020) and coupling grooves (1030) may be alternately arranged along the rows or columns.

[0140] The above pillar (1020) and the connecting groove (1030) may be arranged to intersect the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010). That is, if the pillar (1020) is formed in the first frame (1000), the connecting groove (1030) may be formed in the second frame (1010), and if the pillar (1020) is formed in the second frame (1010), the connecting groove (1030) may be formed in the first frame (1000).

[0141] Accordingly, some of the plurality of columns may be formed to protrude from the first frame (1000), and some of the plurality of coupling grooves may be formed in the second frame (1010). Accordingly, the plurality of columns formed to protrude from the first frame (1000) may be inserted into and / or coupled to the plurality of coupling grooves of the corresponding second frame (1010), respectively. The remaining portion of the plurality of columns may be formed to protrude from the second frame (1010), and some of the plurality of coupling grooves may be formed in the first frame (1000). Accordingly, the plurality of columns formed to protrude from the second frame (1010) may be inserted into and / or coupled to the plurality of coupling grooves of the corresponding first frame (1000), respectively.

[0142] Meanwhile, the first frame (1000) may have a shape symmetrical to the second frame (1010) illustrated in FIG. 12. That is, the first frame (1000) may also have columns (1020) and connecting grooves (1030) alternately arranged along the rows or columns at each point where horizontal lines (rows) and vertical lines (columns) that create a grid shape intersect.

[0143] Here, each of the columns protruding from the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010) may be arranged to correspond to each of the connecting grooves formed in the other frame. Each of the connecting grooves arranged in the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010) may be arranged to correspond to each of the columns protruding from the other frame.

[0144] Accordingly, the first frame (1000) having a shape symmetrical to the second frame (1010) shown in Fig. 12 can be combined with each other. The combined first frame (1000) and second frame (1010) can maintain a gap according to the height of the pillar placed therebetween.

[0145] Meanwhile, as described above, the second frame (1010) may be formed to have a step (1101) corresponding to the step gradient of the plate forming the lower surface of the insulator (500) so as to support the internal space of the side surface (520) of the insulator (500). Similarly, the first frame (1000) may be formed to have a step corresponding to the step gradient of the plate forming the upper surface of the insulator (500) so as to support the internal space of the side surface (520) of the insulator (500).

[0146] In this case, as shown in the above-described Fig. 12, the column height (second height) of a part (side support part (1120)) of the second frame (1010) on which the step gradient is formed may have a lower height than the column height (first height) of another part (center support part (1110)) on which the step gradient is not formed. Similarly, the column height (second height) of a part (side support part (1120)) of the first frame (1000) on which the step gradient is formed may also have a lower height than the column height (first height) of another part (center support part (1110)) on which the step gradient is not formed.

[0147] Accordingly, the gap between the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010) on which the step gradient is formed can be formed narrower than the gap between the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010) on which the step gradient is not formed.

[0148] Meanwhile, a reinforcing block (1210) may be further formed between at least one of the grids of the first frame (1000) or the second frame (1010) to reinforce the strength of the frame. As shown in FIG. 12, the reinforcing block (1210) may further reinforce the strength of a portion of the matrix forming the grid structure by adding at least one connection between rows or columns of a frame forming the grid structure.

[0149] Meanwhile, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the support member may further include at least one shielding plate for preventing cold air loss due to heat radiation. In this case, the at least one shielding plate may be arranged parallel to the second frame (1010) or the first frame (1000) and at a certain distance from the first frame (1000) or the second frame (1010).

[0150] FIG. 13 is an exemplary diagram showing an example of the configuration of a support structure having a pillar structure including at least one shielding plate between a first frame (1000) and a second frame (1010) according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0151] Referring to Fig. 13, Fig. 13 shows an example of a first frame (1000) and / or a second frame (1010) in which connecting grooves formed so that each pillar of the pillar part can be inserted are alternately arranged at regular intervals. As shown in Fig. 13, between the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010), two shielding plates (1301, 1302) can be arranged parallel to the second frame (1010) and at regular intervals from the second frame (1010).

[0152] Meanwhile, as shown in Fig. 13, the shielding plate may be formed integrally with a coupling pin that can be coupled with another shielding plate. A recessed portion (1321) may be formed at one end of the coupling pin so that a portion thereof is recessed so that it can be coupled with another coupling pin. A coupling protrusion (1322) that protrudes so that it can be inserted into the recessed portion (1321) of another coupling pin may be formed at the other end of the coupling pin. The recessed portion (1321) and the coupling protrusion (1322) may be formed at each end of the coupling pin with the shielding plate as the center.

[0153] Accordingly, the connecting projections (1322) of each of the plurality of connecting pins formed on the first shielding plate (1301) can be inserted into each of the plurality of connecting pin recessed portions (1321) formed on the second shielding plate (1302), so that the first shielding plate (1301) and the second shielding plate (1302) can be connected to each other. In this case, since the length of the connecting projections (1322) at least partially inserted into the recessed portions (1321) is constant, the first shielding plate (1301) can be maintained at a constant interval and / or stacked on the second shielding plate (1302). That is, as shown in Fig. 13, the plurality of shielding plates can be maintained at a constant interval and / or stacked one on top of the other through the connecting pins formed on the shielding plates at constant horizontal and vertical intervals.

[0154] Meanwhile, the coupling pins coupled to each other can serve as pillars supporting the gap between the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010), as shown in FIG. 13. For example, the coupling protrusion (1322) of the coupling pin located first or last among the plurality of coupling pins coupled to each other, i.e., the coupling pin arranged at the end, can be formed to be inserted into and / or coupled to the coupling groove (1030) formed in the first frame (1000) or the second frame (1010). Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 13, the coupling pin coupling protrusion (1322) of the shielding plate (e.g., the second shielding plate (1302)) initially laminated on the second frame (1010) can be inserted into and coupled to the coupling groove (1320) of the second frame (1010). Accordingly, the second shielding plate (1302) can be coupled to the second frame (1010).

[0155] Then, as shown in Fig. 13, each of the coupling pin engaging projections (1322) of the first shielding plate (1301) can be inserted into each of the coupling pin recessed portions (1321) of the second shielding plate (1302). Accordingly, the first shielding plate (1301) stacked at a certain interval on the second shielding plate (1302) can be coupled. Each of the coupling pin recessed portions of the first shielding plate (1301) can reach the inner surface of the first frame (1000) and support the first frame (1000). That is, as a plurality of shielding plates are stacked, the coupling pins formed on each shielding plate are coupled to each other, thereby performing the role of pillars that support the gap between the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010).

[0156] Meanwhile, according to the above-described description, the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010) according to the embodiment of the present invention have been described as examples in which the pillars and the connecting grooves are alternately arranged at regular intervals. Accordingly, the connecting grooves can be alternately arranged at regular intervals on the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010), as shown in FIG. 13.

[0157] As the coupling grooves are alternately arranged at regular intervals in the first frame (1000) and the second frame (1010) in this way, the coupling pins of each shielding plate can also be alternately arranged in reverse directions as shown in FIG. 13. That is, in the shielding plate according to the embodiment of the present invention, in the case of the coupling pin corresponding to the position where the coupling groove is arranged in the second frame (1010), the coupling protrusion (1322) can be arranged in a first direction facing the second frame (1010). In the case of the coupling pin corresponding to the position where the coupling groove is arranged in the first frame (1000), the coupling protrusion (1322) can be arranged in a second direction facing the first frame (1000), that is, the opposite direction of the first direction.

[0158] In this case, since the recessed portion (1321) is formed in the opposite direction of the coupling pin in which the coupling protrusion (1322) is formed, the shielding plate according to the embodiment of the present invention can be arranged so that the recessed portion (1321) is positioned in the second direction toward the first frame (1000) in the case of the coupling pin corresponding to the position where the coupling groove is positioned in the second frame (1010). It can also be described that the recessed portion (1321) is positioned in the direction toward the second frame (1010), i.e., the first direction, in the case of the coupling pin corresponding to the position where the coupling groove is positioned in the first frame (1000).

[0159] Meanwhile, in the above description, it was explained that a plurality of shielding plates having coupling pins formed thereon are laminated at regular intervals, so that the recessed portions of the coupling pins reach the first frame (1000) or the second frame (1010), and the coupling pins coupled to each other support the gap between the first frame (1000) or the second frame (1010).

[0160] However, in contrast to this, a cross-shaped groove may be formed in the recessed portion of each coupling pin so that the first frame (1000) or the second frame (1010) can be coupled to the intersection of the matrix forming the grid shape. In this case, when the recessed portion of the coupling pin reaches the first frame (1000) or the second frame (1010), the matrix intersection of the first frame (1000) or the second frame (1010) may be inserted into the cross-shaped groove formed in the recessed portion and coupled and coupled to the recessed portion.

[0161] Although the above description describes a configuration in which the shielding plate is formed integrally with other shielding plates and coupling pins that can be coupled to the first frame (1000) or the second frame (1010), it should be understood that the present invention is not limited thereto. In other words, the coupling pins and the shielding plate may be configured separately from each other.

[0162] For example, the shielding plate may include a plurality of through holes through which the pillars of the pillar portion (1020) supporting the gap between the first frame (1000) or the second frame (1010) may pass. In this case, each pillar of the pillar portion (1020) protruding from the first frame (1000) or the second frame (1010) may pass through the through holes formed in the shielding plate and be coupled and coupled to a coupling groove formed in another frame. In this case, the shielding plate may include a gap-maintaining block for maintaining a certain gap when the shielding plates are stacked. The gap-maintaining block may allow the gap between each shielding plate to be maintained constant when a plurality of shielding plates are stacked.

[0163] Meanwhile, in the above description, the configuration of the support part in which the central support part (1110) supporting the central part (510) of the insulator (500) and the side support parts (1120) extending from the central support part (1110) and / or formed to support the side parts (520) of the insulator (500) are formed as an integral part has been described. Alternatively, it goes without saying that the central support part (1400) and the side support parts (1410) may have a structure in which they are each separated into different parts. Hereinafter, a support part having a structure in which the central support part (1400) and the side support parts (1410) are each separated into different parts will be referred to as a support part according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0164] FIG. 14 is an exemplary drawing of a support structure composed of a central support and a side support according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0165] Referring to FIG. 14, an example of an insulator according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including a center portion (510), a side portion (520), and / or an edge portion (530). In this case, a center support portion (1400) may be arranged inside the center portion (510) to support the gap between the first plate and the second plate forming the vacuum space of the insulator. A side support portion (1410) may be arranged inside the side portion (520) to support the gap between the first plate and the second plate in order to maintain the vacuum space formed inside the side portion (520). The center support portion (1400) and the side support portion (1410) may be formed to be separable from each other.

[0166] Meanwhile, as described above, the first plate and the second plate are bent along an arch-shaped curve in a direction in which they become closer to each other to form a step. Accordingly, a vacuum space having a thinner thickness than the vacuum space formed inside the central portion (510) can be formed inside the side portion (520). Accordingly, the gap between the first plate and the second plate inside the side portion (520) can be formed to be smaller than the gap between the first plate and the second plate formed in the central portion (510).

[0167] Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 15, which is a perspective view showing a support portion having the structural form of FIG. 14, and FIG. 16, which is an enlarged view showing a portion of the support portion shown in FIG. 15, the structure of the central support portion (1400) and the side support portion (1410) may have different structures.

[0168] That is, as shown in Fig. 16, the central support (1400) may include a first frame and a second frame, and / or may include pillars for maintaining a gap between the first frame and the second frame. That is, the first and second frames having a lattice structure may primarily support the inner sides of the first and second plates of the central portion (510). By supporting the gap between the first and second frames with the pillars, the central portion (510) may be formed to maintain a constant gap.

[0169] Meanwhile, unlike this configuration, the side support member (1410) may have a configuration including a central frame (1411) having a grid shape and / or protrusions (1412) protruding in the vertical direction from the central frame (1411). In this case, since the central frame (1411) has a grid shape in which matrices intersect, the protrusions (1412) may protrude at each point where the matrices intersect.

[0170] Here, the protrusion (1412) may be a component that supports the inner surfaces of the first and second plates that form the side portion (520) of the insulator by a step gradient. In this case, the protrusion (1412) is for supporting the gap between the first and second plates to form a vacuum space in the side portion (520) of the insulator, and the vertical protruding length of the protrusion (1412) may be shorter than the length of the pillars that support the gap between the first frame and the second frame of the central support portion (1400).

[0171] The central frame (1411) of the side support member (1410) may be positioned between the first frame and the second frame of the central support member (1400), as shown in FIG. 16. Therefore, the central frame (1411) may not come into contact with the edge of the first frame and / or the edge of the second frame.

[0172] Meanwhile, the central support portion (1400) and the side support portion (1410) can be formed in a structure that is separated from each other as described above. That is, Fig. 17 illustrates such an example.

[0173] Referring to (a) of Fig. 17, when placed inside the insulator as shown in (a) of Fig. 17, the central support portion (1400) may be placed inside the side support portion (1410) depending on the structure of the insulator (500) in which the side portion (520) is placed at the edge of the central portion (510).

[0174] However, as described in the above-described FIG. 16, the central frame (1411) of the side support (1410) may be positioned between the first frame and the second frame of the central support (1400), and may not come into contact with the first frame and / or the second frame. That is, the side support (1410) may not be supported by the central support (1400), and may have a structure that is completely separated from each other, as shown in (b) of FIG. 17.

[0175] FIG. 18 is an exemplary diagram showing a cross-section of an insulator (1800) according to another embodiment of the present invention, the interior of which is supported by a central support portion (1400) and side support portions (1410) formed in this manner.

[0176] Referring to FIG. 18, the insulator (1800) may include a central portion (510) in which a vacuum space is formed on the inside, a side portion (520) extending from the central portion (510), and / or an edge portion (530) in which no vacuum space is formed, according to first and / or second plates (501, 502) having a step gradient.

[0177] In this case, a central support member (1400) including a first frame (1801), a second frame (1802), and / or pillars (1803) supporting a gap between the first frame (1801) and the second frame (1802) may be arranged on the inner side of the central body (510). The inner space of the central body (510), where a vacuum space is formed, may be supported by the gap between the first frame (1801) and the second frame (1802) maintained according to the height of the pillars (1803).

[0178] Meanwhile, a central frame (1411) and / or a side support member (1410) including a plurality of protrusions (1412) protruding vertically from the central frame (1411) may be arranged on the inner side of the side portion (520). In this case, depending on the length of the protrusions (1412) protruding vertically from the central frame (1411), a gap between the extended area of the first plate (501) forming the inner area of the side portion (520) and the extended area of the second plate (502) may be supported.

[0179] Here, the side support (1410) and the central support (1400) may have a structure that is not connected to each other and is separated from each other. That is, as shown in FIG. 18, the central frame (1411) of the side support (1410) is positioned between the first frame (1801) and the second frame (1802) of the central support (1400), so that the frames can be arranged so as not to overlap each other.

[0180] Meanwhile, as described above, the inner regions of the central portion (510) and the side portions (520) may be subjected to an air pressure lower than the external air pressure. For example, the inner regions of the central portion (510) and the side portions (520) may be vacuum regions. Accordingly, the central portion (510) and the side portions (520) may receive an external force due to an air pressure difference from the outside.

[0181] Meanwhile, to prevent the shape of the insulator (1800) from collapsing due to the external force caused by the pressure difference, each support part can support the inside of the insulator (1800). The insulator (1800) according to the embodiment of the present invention has an envelope shape, and the support part inside the insulator (1800) having the envelope shape can combine the first and second plates (501, 502) forming the case of the insulator (1800) by the external force. That is, the first and second plates (501, 502) can be brought into close contact with the side support part (1410) and the center support part (1400) by the external force, and the side support part (1410) and the center support part (1400) can be combined.

[0182] Accordingly, as shown in Fig. 18, even if the side support (1410) is connected to the central support (1400) and is not supported by the central support (1400), it can be coupled to the inside of the side part (520) by an external force according to the pressure difference. As the side support (1410) is coupled, the gap between the extended area of the first plate (501) and the extended area of the second plate (502) constituting the side part (520) can be supported by the protrusions (1412) protruding from the central frame (1411) of the side support (1410).

[0183] Meanwhile, in the above description, the insulator has been described as having a first and / or second step (531, 532) as an example, but it is to be understood that the present invention is not limited thereto. That is, it is to be understood that the insulator may have three or more step gradients.

[0184] Here, when the above-mentioned insulator has three or more step gradients, the first frame and / or the second frame of the support may have step gradients corresponding to each step of the three or more insulators. In this case, the heights of the columns supporting each region of the first frame and the second frame may vary depending on the three or more step gradients. That is, as the thickness of the vacuum space increases depending on the step gradient, the height of the columns for maintaining the gap between the first frame and the second frame may increase in order to maintain the thickness of the vacuum space. That is, the heights of the columns for maintaining the gap between the first frame and the second frame may vary depending on the different thicknesses of the vacuum spaces of the insulator formed depending on the step gradient.

[0185] Alternatively, as in another embodiment of the present invention described above, the support member may be divided into a plurality of parts according to the step gradient. In this case, each part may have a first frame, a second frame, and different pillars supporting the space between the first frame and the second frame. Here, since the thickness of the vacuum space for insulation varies for each part according to the step gradient, the height of the pillars may vary for each part.

[0186] As an example, in the above-described FIGS. 15 to 18, a configuration in which the first plate and / or the second plate are directly supported by a support member protruding from the central frame is described. However, unlike this, the side support member may also be formed as a pillar member including pillars supporting the first frame, the second frame, and the first frame and the second frame, similar to the configuration of the central support member.

[0187] While the above description of the present invention has described specific embodiments, various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the detailed description above should not be construed as limiting in any respect, but rather as illustrative. The scope of the present invention should be determined by a reasonable interpretation of the appended claims, and all modifications within the equivalent scope of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
