[0036] Hereinafter, the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. However, these are merely exemplary and the present disclosure is not limited to the specific embodiments described as examples.
[0037] Among the properties mentioned in this specification, if the measurement temperature affects the property, the property is a property measured at room temperature and pressure unless otherwise specified.
[0038] The term room temperature used herein refers to a natural temperature that is not heated or cooled, and may mean, for example, any temperature within the range of 10°C to 30°C, for example, a temperature that is about 15°C or higher, about 18°C or higher, about 20°C or higher, about 23°C or higher, about 27°C or lower, or 25°C. Unless specifically defined herein, the unit of temperature is Celsius (°C).
[0039] Among the properties mentioned in this specification, if the measurement pressure affects the property, the property is a property measured at atmospheric pressure unless otherwise specified.
[0040] The term atmospheric pressure used in this specification refers to natural pressure that is neither pressurized nor depressurized, and is usually referred to as atmospheric pressure within the range of about 700 mmHg to 800 mmHg.
[0041] The terms a to b used in this specification mean a and b inclusive and within the range between a and b. For example, including a to b parts by weight means including within the range of a to b parts by weight.
[0042] The terms height, width and length used in this specification mean average values unless specifically stated otherwise, and measurements can be made according to a method known in the art using a measuring device capable of measuring height, width and length, respectively.
[0043] The term "thermal conduction efficiency" used herein refers to the efficiency with which heat generated within the interior space of a vessel is transferred to the exterior of the vessel. The thermal conduction efficiency can be measured by dividing the interior volume of the vessel by its interior surface area. In other words, the larger the value of the interior volume divided by the interior surface area of the vessel, the better the thermal conduction efficiency.
[0044] Controlling heat, as the term is used herein, means controlling the temperature so that it does not drop so low as to interfere with mixing of the slurry while recovering as much heat as possible through friction.
[0045] A slurry according to one aspect of the present disclosure can form an electrode of a battery. In addition, the slurry can include a slurry-forming material and can be formed from the slurry-forming material. The slurry-forming material can include at least one selected from the group consisting of an electrode active material, a conductive material, a binder, and a solvent. That is, the slurry can include at least one selected from the group consisting of an electrode active material, a conductive material, a binder, and a solvent. In addition, in the present disclosure, the slurry can mean a state in which the slurry-forming material is mixed and uniformly dispersed, as well as a state in which the slurry-forming material is not yet evenly mixed and is unevenly dispersed. The electrode active material, conductive material, binder, and solvent can include those used in the art.
[0046] When preparing the above slurry, the liquid and solid mixed materials including electrode active materials, conductive materials, binders, and solvents may be physically and uniformly dispersed and mixed. By uniformly dispersing the mixed materials within the slurry, it is possible to secure material properties suitable for use as an electrode while also ensuring fluidity and viscosity suitable for application.
[0047] The mixing device for producing the above slurry may generally include a vessel having an internal space to accommodate the compositions forming the slurry. Furthermore, the device may include a mixer having one or more blades to mix the compositions accommodated in the internal space. The mixer rotates around a central axis, thereby rotating the blades to mix the compositions accommodated in the internal space of the vessel.
[0048] Meanwhile, as the mixer rotates, heat is generated due to friction, and this heat causes the slurry to gel or coagulate. If the rotation speed or rotation time of the mixer is lowered to reduce the generation of heat due to friction, there is a problem in that sufficient mixing is not performed to evenly distribute the mixed materials within the slurry.
[0049] To address the above issue, a method is known of flowing coolant outside the vessel to prevent friction-induced temperature rise in the slurry. However, this method of flowing coolant only outside the vessel indirectly recovers the frictional heat generated by the blades, which can lead to a temperature imbalance in the slurry between the center and outer walls of the vessel.
[0050] In addition, as the vessel capacity increases, the inner wall of the vessel must be designed thicker to withstand the driving load, which may reduce the heat conduction efficiency for dissipating the heat inside the vessel to the outside. In other words, it may be difficult to prevent the temperature of the slurry from rising as the vessel capacity increases by only flowing the cooling water outside the vessel.
[0051] In addition, even if the vessel capacity is increased without making the inner wall thicker, the increase in the inner surface area relative to the increased volume may be low, which may not be advantageous in terms of heat conduction efficiency. For example, a cylindrical vessel with an inner diameter of 1,600 mm and a height of 800 mm has an internal volume of approximately 1.61 m 3 and the internal surface area is 6.03 m 2 degree. Since the heat conduction efficiency is proportional to the internal surface area of the vessel and inversely proportional to the internal volume, the heat conduction efficiency can be determined by dividing the internal surface area of the vessel by the internal volume. It can be seen that the heat conduction efficiency of the cylindrical vessel is approximately 3.75 / m. Here, if the internal diameter of the cylindrical vessel is increased to 1,800 mm and the height is also increased to 1,000 mm, the internal volume of the vessel is approximately 2.54 m 3 and the internal surface area is 8.20 m 2 As mentioned above, dividing the internal surface area of this vessel by its internal volume yields approximately 3.22 / m . Increasing the vessel's capacity without thickening its inner wall actually reduces its thermal conductivity.
[0052] FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are schematic drawings of a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0053] A mixing device (10) according to one aspect of the present disclosure may include a vessel (100) having an internal space. In addition, the mixing device (10) may include a mixer (200), and the mixer (200) may include a rotary table (220) having a rotation axis and one or more blades (210) connected to the rotary table.
[0054] In addition, the mixing device (10) according to one aspect of the present disclosure can mix the slurry (S) or the components constituting the slurry (S) (i.e., slurry forming materials). Specifically, the mixing device (10) can mix the slurry (S) itself, or add the slurry forming materials to the vessel (100) and mix them to produce the slurry (S) (see FIG. 2).
[0055] Referring to FIG. 1, in the mixing device (10), the rotary table (220) and the blade (210) of the mixer (200) may each have a passage (P) therein. That is, the blade (210) may have a passage (P) therein, and the rotary table (220) may have a passage (P) therein.
[0056] Meanwhile, the blade (210) may be one or more or may be plural. When the blade (210) is one, a passage (P) may be provided inside the blade (210). In addition, when the blade (210) is plural, at least one blade (210) may have a passage (P) inside. When the blade (210) is plural, it is more preferable that all blades (210) have passages (P) inside.
[0057] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the vessel (100) of the mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may have an internal space, as described above. The internal space may contain a slurry (S) or a slurry-forming material. Hereinafter, unless otherwise specifically distinguished, the slurry (S) may be a term encompassing the slurry itself and the slurry-forming material.
[0058] The above slurry (S) may be introduced into the vessel (100) of the mixing device (10) after mixing the slurry forming materials, or the slurry forming materials may be introduced into the vessel (100) of the mixing device (10). In addition, the slurry may be introduced into the vessel (100) through a slurry supply device (not shown).
[0059] Referring to FIG. 2, the slurry (S) may be introduced into the vessel (100) at an appropriate volume ratio so that the slurry forming materials can be evenly mixed by the blade (210). For example, the slurry (S) may be included at 10% by volume or more, 15% by volume or more, 20% by volume or more, 25% by volume or more, 30% by volume or more, 35% by volume or more, 40% by volume or more, 45% by volume or more, 50% by volume or more, 55% by volume or more, 60% by volume or more, 65% by volume or more, 70% by volume or more, 75% by volume or more, or 80% by volume or more relative to the total volume of the vessel (100).
[0060] Referring to FIG. 2, a vessel (100) of a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure can contain a slurry (S) in its internal space. In addition, the shape of the vessel (100) is not particularly limited as long as a mixer (200) including a rotating table (220) and a blade (210) can be positioned in the internal space. In the present disclosure, the meaning that the mixer (200) can be positioned in the internal space of the vessel (100) means that the mixer (200) can be positioned in the internal space of the vessel (100) when mixing the slurry (S) contained in the internal space.
[0061] However, this does not mean that the mixer (200) must always be located in the internal space of the vessel (100), and the mixer (200) may be located not only in the internal space of the vessel (100) but also outside the internal space. When the mixer (200) is located outside the internal space of the vessel (100), it may be positioned in the internal space of the vessel (100) through a predetermined operation in order to mix the slurry (S) contained in the internal space.
[0062] In addition, at least a portion of the mixer (200) may be positioned in the internal space of the vessel (100). In addition, a blade (210) may be positioned in the internal space of the vessel (100). In addition, at least a portion of the rotary table (220) and the blade (210) may be positioned in the internal space of the vessel (100). Considering the mixing efficiency of the slurry (S), the shape of the vessel (100) may preferably be cylindrical (or referred to as a cylinder shape) as illustrated in FIG. 1.
[0063] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the vessel (100) of the mixing device (10) may advantageously have excellent thermal conductivity while withstanding the driving load caused by mixing the slurry (S). The material constituting the vessel (100) is not particularly limited as long as it has excellent thermal conductivity while withstanding the driving load, but may include a metal or resin material that satisfies the above characteristics.
[0064] Referring to FIG. 1, a mixer (200) of a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a rotary table (220) having a rotation axis and one or more blades (210) connected to the rotary table (220).
[0065] The above mixer (200) can move up and down so that the blade (210) enters the internal space of the vessel (100). That is, if the mixer (200) moves in a direction opposite to the direction toward the internal space of the vessel (100), the blade (210) can be separated from the internal space of the vessel (100). In addition, if the mixer (200) moves in a direction toward the internal space of the vessel (100), the blade (210) can enter the internal space of the vessel (100). The blade (210) that has entered the internal space of the vessel (100) can mix the slurry (S).
[0066] The above mixer (200) can be moved so that at least one side of the blade (210) does not come into contact with the inner wall of the vessel (100). In another example, the mixer (200) can move not only up and down but also left and right, and in some cases, can move in all directions. In addition, the mixer (200) can be moved so that it is positioned at a specific point in the inner space of the vessel (100) so that the blade (210) can evenly mix the slurry (S).
[0067] The above mixer (200) may be rotatable. Specifically, the mixer (200) may rotate with the rotary table (220) as the rotation axis. Referring to FIG. 1, the rotary table (220) serves as the rotation axis, so that the mixer (200) may rotate in the R direction. In addition, in the mixer (200), only the blade (210) may rotate, only the rotary table (220) may rotate, or both the blade (210) and the rotary table (220) may rotate. According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the rotation axis (A) of the rotary table (220) of the mixer (200) x1 ) and the rotation axis (A) of the blade (210) x2 ) can match each other (see Fig. 15).
[0068] FIG. 15 shows the rotation axis (A) of the rotary table (220) in the mixer (200) of the mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. x1 ) and the rotation axis (A) of the blade (210) x2 ) is a schematic drawing.
[0069] Referring to Fig. 15, the rotary table (220) of the mixer (200) has a rotary axis (A x1 ) can be rotated in the R direction based on the rotation axis (A). In addition, referring to FIG. 15, the blade (210) of the mixer (200) is rotated around the rotation axis (A x2 ) can be rotated in the R direction based on the rotation axis (A). At this time, the blade (210) is physically connected to the rotation table (220) and can be rotated by the rotation of the rotation table (220). In another example, even if the blade (210) is connected to the rotation table (220), a separate driving force is added to the rotation axis (A x2 ) can also be rotated in the R direction. Here, the rotation axis (A) of the rotary table (220) of the mixer (200) x1 ) and the rotation axis (A) of the blade (210) x2 ) can be aligned with each other. By aligning the above rotation axes, the energy required for mixing the slurry can be saved.
[0070] In a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the rotary table (220) and the blade (210) of the mixer (200) may each have a passage (P) therein. In addition, the internal passages (P) of the rotary table (220) and the blade (210) of the mixer (200) may be in communication with each other. That is, the passage (P) provided in the rotary table (220) and the passage (P) provided in the blade (210) may be in communication with each other.
[0071] In addition, a fluid may move in the passage (P) provided in the rotary table (220) and blade (210) of the mixer (200). The fluid may be a coolant. The type of the coolant is not particularly limited as long as it can absorb heat generated by friction when mixing the slurry (S), and it may be preferable if it is physically and chemically stable even after absorbing the heat. The coolant may include, but is not limited to, one or more selected from the group consisting of a halon carbon refrigerant (Freon), a hydrocarbon refrigerant, ammonia, water, air, carbon dioxide, and sulfur dioxide.
[0072] Referring to Fig. 1, the rotary table (220) may have a passage (P) therein. In addition, the blade (210) of the mixer (200) may have a passage (P) therein. Meanwhile, when there is one blade (210), the passage (P) may be provided therein, and when there are multiple blades (210), at least one may have a passage (P) therein. Referring to Fig. 1, there may be multiple blades (210), and all blades (210) may have a passage (P) therein.
[0073] In addition, referring to FIG. 1, the blades (210) of the mixer (200) and the passages (P) inside the rotary table (220) may be connected. When the fluid is introduced into the mixer (200), the fluid may move to the passages (P) of the rotary table (220) and the blades (210). In addition, when the fluid is a refrigerant, the heat generated by friction when mixing the slurry (S) can be appropriately processed to improve process problems caused by heat.
[0074] Referring to FIG. 1, a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a fluid supply device (300) including a supply line (311) and a return line (312). The fluid supply device (300) may be a refrigerant supply device (300).
[0075] Referring to Fig. 1, the refrigerant supply device (300) can supply refrigerant to the passage through the supply line (311). Specifically, the refrigerant supply device (300) can supply refrigerant to at least one selected from the group consisting of a passage (P) provided in the rotary table (220) and a passage (P) provided in the blade (210) through the supply line (311). Meanwhile, if the passage (P) provided in the rotary table (220) and the passage (P) provided in the blade (210) are connected to each other, the refrigerant supply device (300) can supply refrigerant to the passage (P) provided in the rotary table (220) and the passage (P) provided in the blade (210) through the supply line (311).
[0076] Referring to FIG. 1, the refrigerant supply device (300) can recover refrigerant from the passage (P) provided inside the rotary table (220) and the blade (210) of the refrigerant mixer (200) through the recovery line (312). Specifically, the refrigerant supply device (300) can recover refrigerant from at least one selected from the group consisting of the passage (P) provided in the rotary table (220) and the passage (P) provided in the blade (210) through the recovery line (312). Meanwhile, if the passage (P) provided in the rotary table (220) and the passage (P) provided in the blade (210) are connected to each other, the refrigerant supply device (300) can recover refrigerant from the passage (P) provided in the rotary table (220) and the passage (P) provided in the blade (210) through the recovery line (312).
[0077] The refrigerant supply device (300) of the above mixing device (10) is termed as a supply device, but it can not only supply refrigerant but also recover it. The refrigerant supply device (300) may include a pump (330). The supply and recovery of refrigerant can be performed through the pump (330).
[0078] Referring to FIG. 1, a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a connecting port (400). In addition, the connecting port (400) may connect at least one selected from the group consisting of the supply line (311) and the return line (312) to the mixer (200). Meanwhile, the connecting port (400) may connect the supply line (311) and the return line (312) to the mixer (200).
[0079] The above-mentioned connection port (400) may be a suitable device capable of supplying and recovering refrigerant, considering that the above-mentioned mixer (200) is rotatable. A suitable device for the above-mentioned connection port (400) may be, for example, a rotary joint.
[0080] In addition, the position of the connecting port (400) is not particularly limited as long as the refrigerant can be appropriately moved (supplied or recovered) in the passage (P) provided inside the rotating table (220) and the blade (210). For example, referring to FIG. 1, the connecting port (400) may be positioned at the end of the rotating table (220). Specifically, the connecting port (400) may be positioned at the end of the rotating table (220) without coming into contact with the blade (210). By positioning the connecting port (400) at the end of the rotating table (220), the area affected by the refrigerant during slurry mixing can be maximized, making it easier to control heat.
[0081] Referring to Fig. 1, the refrigerant supply device (300) includes a supply line (311) and a return line (312). In addition, the refrigerant supply device (300) supplies and / or returns the refrigerant to the mixer (200) through a pump (330). In addition, the supply line (311) and the return line (312) may be connected to a connection port (400) provided at an end of a turntable (220). In addition, referring to Fig. 1, the end portions of each of the supply line (311) and the return line (312) may be connected by being joined to the connection port (400). The end of the supply line (311) may refer to a portion where the refrigerant to be supplied to the passage (P) flows out from the supply line (311), and the end of the recovery line (312) may refer to a portion where the refrigerant to be recovered from the passage (P) flows into the recovery line (312).
[0082] Referring to FIG. 2, a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure can mix a slurry (S). The slurry (S) can be filled in the internal space of the vessel (100) and can be mixed by the mixing action of the mixer (200).
[0083] Referring to FIG. 2, a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include an additional connecting member (410). In addition, the additional connecting member (410) may connect a passage (P) provided in the rotating table (220) and a passage (P) provided in the blade (210) to each other.
[0084] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 1, in a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a passage (P) provided in the rotary table (220) and a passage (P) provided in the blade (210) may be connected to each other without an additional connecting port (410). In addition, referring to FIG. 2, a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include an additional connecting port (410), and the additional connecting port (410) may allow a passage (P) provided in the rotary table (220) and a passage (P) provided in the blade (210) to be connected to each other.
[0085] The above-mentioned additional connection port (410) may be openable. When the above-mentioned additional connection port (410) is opened, the passage (P) provided in the rotary table (220) and the passage (P) provided in the blade (210) may be communicated with each other. When the above-mentioned additional connection port (410) is closed, the communication between the passage (P) provided in the rotary table (220) and the passage (P) provided in the blade (210) may be blocked.
[0086] The above-mentioned additional connection (410) may be a suitable device capable of moving the refrigerant, considering that the mixer (200) is rotatable. A suitable device for the above-mentioned additional connection (410) may be, for example, a rotary joint.
[0087] A mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure can appropriately control the supply of refrigerant moving through a passage (P) provided in a rotary table (220) and a passage (P) provided in a blade (210) through the additional connecting port (410).
[0088] In addition, the position of the additional connecting member (410) may be provided at an appropriate position by being coupled to the rotating member (220) in the area separating the rotating member (220) and the blade (210), and is not particularly limited. Referring to FIG. 2, the additional connecting member (410) may be positioned in the area separating the rotating member (220) and the blade (210).
[0089] FIG. 3 is a schematic drawing of a mixer (200) of a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0090] Referring to FIG. 3, in the mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the rotary table (220) may include a partition (230) that separates the passage (P). The partition (230) may separate the transfer way of the fluid moving to the passage (P). In addition, the shape and number of the partitions (230) are not specifically defined and may be designed as needed. The passage (P) may include a plurality of sub-passages (P1, P2) through the partition (230). For example, referring to FIG. 3, the partition (230) may be provided in the passage (P), and the passage (P) may include a plurality of two sub-passages (P1, P2) by the partition (230). That is, the passage (P) may be separated into a plurality of sub-passages (P1, P2) by the partition (230).
[0091] Referring to FIG. 3, the mixing device (10) can form lower passages (P1, P2) in the passage (P) of the rotary table (220) with a partition (230), thereby separating the passage (P) into a supply passage (P1) of refrigerant and a recovery passage (P2). That is, the lower passages (P1, P2) can include one or more supply passages (P1) and one or more recovery passages (P2). Refrigerant can be supplied to the supply passage (P1) and recovered through the recovery passage (P2). By separating the passage (P) into the supply passage (P1) and the recovery passage (P2) of the refrigerant, the heat absorption capacity of the refrigerant can be efficiently used, thereby controlling heat more effectively.
[0092] Referring to FIG. 3, the mixer (200) may be connected to the supply line (311) and the recovery line (312) of the refrigerant supply device (300) through a connection port (400) located at the end. Here, the connection port (400) may be separated into a portion where the refrigerant is supplied and a portion where the refrigerant is recovered, and the portion where the refrigerant is supplied may be connected to the supply passage (P1) and the portion where the refrigerant is recovered may be connected to the recovery passage (P2).
[0093] Meanwhile, the supply passage (P1) and the recovery passage (P2) of the refrigerant may be implemented through the operation of the pump (330) of the refrigerant supply device (300). For example, the refrigerant may be moved (i.e., supplied) by gravity through the supply passage (P1), but the refrigerant may also be supplied by the positive pressure of the pump (330) (i.e., the pressure that pushes the refrigerant out of the refrigerant supply device (300). In addition, the recovery passage (P2) may be moved (i.e., recovered) by the negative pressure of the pump (330) (i.e., the pressure that draws the refrigerant into the refrigerant supply device (300).
[0094] Referring to FIG. 3, as described above, the rotary table (220) of the mixer (200) may include a partition (230) provided therein to separate the movement length of the fluid. Through the partition (230), a supply passage (P1) connected to a supply line (311) of a refrigerant supply device (300) and a recovery passage (P2) connected to a recovery line (312) of the refrigerant supply device (300) may be formed.
[0095] Referring to FIG. 3, the refrigerant introduced into the supply passage (P1) flows down the rotary table (220) and into the passage (P) of the connected blade (210), thereby processing the heat generated by the friction of the slurry (S) in the internal space of the vessel (100), thereby more effectively improving process problems caused by heat.
[0096] Referring to Figure 3, the introduced refrigerant can be recovered through a recovery passage (P2) after absorbing heat. By separating the supply and recovery of the refrigerant, the heat absorption capacity of the refrigerant can be efficiently utilized, allowing for more effective heat control.
[0097] FIG. 4 is a schematic drawing of a portion of a mixer (200) of a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure (cross-sectional view taken along line AA' of FIG. 3). Referring to FIG. 4, the grating (230) separates the passage (P) of the rotary table (220) into left and right sides, so that one of them can be used as a supply passage (P1) and the other can be used as a return passage (P2).
[0098] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, if the grating (230) separates the passage (P) of the rotary table (220) into left and right, the blade (210) does not rotate and only the rotary table (220) can rotate. That is, the blade (210) is connected to the rotary table (220), the blade (210) itself does not rotate, and the slurry (S) filled in the internal space of the vessel (100) can be mixed by the rotation of the rotary table (220).
[0099] FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of a mixer (200) of a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG. 5, the mixing device (10) may further include an additional connecting member (410). The additional connecting member (410) may communicate a passage (P) provided in the rotating table (220) with a passage (P) provided in the blade (210). Here, the configuration excluding the additional connecting member (410) may refer to the description of FIG. 3.
[0100] Specifically, referring to FIG. 5, the rotary table (220) includes a partition (230) that separates the passage (P), and the partition (230) can separate the path of movement of the fluid moving through the passage (P). In addition, referring to FIG. 5, the passage (P) provided in the rotary table (220) through the partition (230) can include two lower passages (P1, P2) in multiple individuals. Referring to FIG. 5, the additional connecting port (410) can communicate the lower passages (P1, P2) provided in the rotary table (220) with the passage (P) provided in the blade (210). In addition, the additional connecting port (410) can communicate the supply passage (P1) and the recovery passage (P2) provided in the rotary table (220) with the passage (P) provided in the blade (210).
[0101] In addition, referring to FIG. 5, the additional connecting port (410) may be openable. The additional connecting port (410) may be opened and closed to allow the lower passages (P1, P2) provided on the rotating table (220) and the passage (P) provided on the blade (210) to communicate with each other or to block the communication. In addition, the additional connecting port (410) may be opened and closed to allow at least one selected from the group consisting of the supply passage (P1) and the return passage (P2) provided on the rotating table (220) and the passage (P) provided on the blade (210) to communicate with each other or to block the communication.
[0102] FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of a mixer (200) of a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG. 6, in the mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the rotary table (220) may include a partition plate (230) that separates the passage (P). For details on the partition plate (230), refer to the description of FIG. 3 described above. Referring to FIG. 6, the mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may be provided such that the supply passage (P1) surrounds the return passage (P2) through the partition plate (230). The partition plate (230) separates the passage (P) of the rotary table (220) into an inner side and an outer side, so that the outer side can be used as the supply passage (P1) and the inner side can be used as the return passage (P2) (see FIG. 7).
[0103] Referring to FIG. 6, the mixing device (10) can form lower passages (P1, P2) in the passage (P) of the rotary table (220) with a partition (230), thereby separating the passage (P) into a supply passage (P1) of refrigerant and a recovery passage (P2).
[0104] Referring to Fig. 6, the mixer (200) may be connected to the supply line (311) and the recovery line (312) of the refrigerant supply device (300) through a connection port (400) located at the end.
[0105] Meanwhile, the supply passage (P1) and the recovery passage (P2) of the refrigerant may be implemented through the operation of the pump (330) of the refrigerant supply device (300).
[0106] Referring to Fig. 6, as described above, the rotary table (220) of the mixer (200) may include a partition (230) provided therein to separate the movement length of the fluid. Through the partition (230), a supply passage (P1) connected to a supply line (311) of a refrigerant supply device (300) and a recovery passage (P2) connected to a recovery line (312) of the refrigerant supply device (300) may be formed.
[0107] Referring to Fig. 6, the refrigerant introduced into the supply passage (P1) flows down the rotary table (220) and into the passage (P) of the connected blade (210), thereby processing the heat generated by the friction of the slurry (S) in the internal space of the vessel (100), thereby more effectively improving process problems caused by heat. In addition, referring to Fig. 6, the introduced refrigerant can be recovered into the recovery passage (P2) after absorbing heat. By separating the supply and recovery of the refrigerant, the heat absorption capacity of the refrigerant can be efficiently used, thereby more effectively controlling heat.
[0108] Referring to Fig. 6, the supply passage (P1) may be provided to surround the return passage (P2). By positioning the supply passage (P1) through which the refrigerant is supplied close to the inner wall of the turntable (220), the heat absorption capacity of the refrigerant can be utilized more efficiently. In addition, by positioning the return passage (P2) far from the inner wall of the turntable (220), the refrigerant that has already absorbed heat is not used again for heat absorption, thereby enabling more effective heat control.
[0109] FIG. 7 is a schematic drawing of a portion of a mixer (200) of a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure (cross-sectional view taken along line BB' of FIG. 6). Referring to FIG. 7, the partition plate (230) separates the passage (P) of the rotary table (220) into an inner and an outer side, so that the outer side can be used as a supply passage (P1) and the inner side can be used as a recovery passage (P2).
[0110] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, when the partition (230) separates the passage (P) of the rotary table (220) into the inner and outer sides, both the blade (210) and the rotary table (220) can rotate. That is, when the blade (210) is connected to the rotary table (220), the blade (210) itself rotates and the rotary table (220) also rotates to mix the slurry (S) filled in the internal space of the vessel (100). Referring to FIG. 15, both the blade (210) and the rotary table (220) can rotate in the R direction.
[0111] FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram of a mixer (200) of a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG. 8, the mixing device (10) may further include an additional connecting member (410). The additional connecting member (410) may communicate a passage (P) provided in the rotating table (220) with a passage (P) provided in the blade (210). Here, the configuration excluding the additional connecting member (410) may refer to the description of FIG. 6.
[0112] Specifically, referring to FIG. 8, the rotary table (220) includes a partition (230) that separates the passage (P), and the partition (230) can separate the path of movement of the fluid moving through the passage (P). In addition, referring to FIG. 8, the passage (P) provided in the rotary table (220) through the partition (230) can include two lower passages (P1, P2) in multiple individuals. Referring to FIG. 8, the additional connecting port (410) can communicate the lower passages (P1, P2) provided in the rotary table (220) with the passage (P) provided in the blade (210). In addition, the additional connecting port (410) can communicate the supply passage (P1) and the recovery passage (P2) provided in the rotary table (220) with the passage (P) provided in the blade (210).
[0113] In addition, referring to FIG. 8, the additional connecting port (410) may be openable.
[0114] In a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the blade (210) of the mixer (200) may have an appropriate shape as needed. The blade (210) may be plate-shaped, U-shaped, or anchor-shaped, and its shape is not particularly limited as long as mixing of the slurry (S) is possible.
[0115] FIGS. 9 to 11 are schematic drawings of a blade (210) of a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG. 9, the blade (210) may be plate-shaped. Also, referring to FIG. 10, the blade (210) may be anchor-shaped. Also, referring to FIG. 11, the blade (210) may be U-shaped.
[0116] FIG. 12 and FIG. 13 are schematic drawings of a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 14 is a schematic drawing of an outer jacket (500) of a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0117] A mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include an outer jacket (500). The outer jacket (500) may include an internal space (520). In addition, the outer jacket (500) may surround at least a portion of the outer wall of the vessel (100). When the mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes the outer jacket (500), heat generated by friction can be more effectively controlled, thereby improving process problems caused by heat.
[0118] The description of the mixing device (10) illustrated in Fig. 12 will describe only the parts that are different from the description of the mixing device (10) illustrated in Fig. 1. Any omitted descriptions may refer to the description of the mixing device (10) illustrated in Fig. 1.
[0119] Referring to Fig. 12, refrigerant can move in the internal space (520) of the outer jacket (500). For example, the refrigerant can be moved by filling the internal space (520) with refrigerant and then introducing and recovering the refrigerant at the same flow rate. In addition, referring to Fig. 12, the outer jacket (500) can be connected to a supply line (321) and a recovery line (322) of a refrigerant supply device (300), and the refrigerant supply device (300) can supply refrigerant to the internal space (520) of the outer jacket (500) through the supply line (321). In addition, the refrigerant supply device (300) can recover refrigerant in the internal space (520) of the outer jacket (500) through the recovery line (322).
[0120] Referring to FIGS. 12 to 14, the outer jacket (500) may surround at least a portion of the outer wall of the vessel (100). In addition, the outer jacket (500) may surround a portion of the outer wall of the vessel (100).
[0121] Referring to FIGS. 12 to 14, the outer jacket (500) may completely surround the circumference of the vessel (100) and partially surround the bottom surface of the vessel (100). Referring to FIG. 12, the outer jacket (500) may completely surround the circumference of the vessel (100) and partially surround the bottom surface. Due to the outer jacket (500), the mixing device (10) may include a space (530) in a portion. That is, the mixing device (10) may include a space (530) formed because the outer jacket (500) does not surround at least a portion of the outer wall of the vessel (100). If the mixing device (10) includes the space (530), the slurry (S) in which mixing is completed in the vessel (100) can be efficiently discharged.
[0122] In addition, the area (S1) of the outer jacket (500) surrounding the outer wall of the vessel (100) may be greater than the area (S2) of the outer jacket not surrounding the outer wall of the vessel (100). Specifically, the area (S1) may refer to the surface area of the outer wall of the vessel (100) surrounding the outer jacket (500), and the area (S2) may refer to the surface area of the outer wall of the vessel (100) not surrounding the outer jacket (500). Referring to FIG. 12, the outer jacket (500) completely surrounds the perimeter of the vessel (100) and partially surrounds the bottom, and the area (S1) of the outer jacket (500) surrounding the outer wall of the vessel (100) may be greater than the area (S2) of the outer jacket not surrounding the outer wall of the vessel (100). In addition, referring to FIG. 14, the area (S2) where the outer jacket (500) does not surround the outer wall of the vessel (100) may refer to the surface area of the outer wall of the vessel (100) within the space (530). As described above, by increasing the area where the outer jacket (500) surrounds the outer wall of the vessel (100), heat can be controlled more effectively, thereby improving process problems caused by heat.
[0123] Referring to FIG. 12, in a mixing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, an outer jacket (500) may include one or more fins (pins, 510) in an inner space (520). That is, one or more fins (510) may be formed in the inner space (520) of the outer jacket (500). The surface area of the inner space (520) may be improved through the fins (510), and more effective heat conduction or heat diffusion may be expected through the improved surface area. The position of the fins (510) is not particularly limited, and may be provided, for example, as illustrated in FIG. 12.
[0124] The above description is merely an example of applying the principles of the present disclosure, and other configurations may be further included without departing from the scope of the present disclosure.
