[0004] The above patents are hereby incorporated by reference in their entirety into this application. Technical Field
[0005] The present application relates to the technical field of acoustic devices, and in particular to a loudspeaker and an open-earphone. Background Art
[0006] The low-frequency performance of a loudspeaker is related to factors such as the loudspeaker's magnetic gap and the concentricity of the vibration system. In related technologies, the voice coil in the loudspeaker can only be fixedly supported by a diaphragm. When the voice coil vibrates, unbalanced vibrations are easily generated. In order to prevent the voice coil from polarizing during vibration, a larger gap needs to be reserved on the circumferential side of the voice coil, that is, the magnetic gap is larger, which will limit the low-frequency performance of the loudspeaker.
[0007] Summary of the Invention
[0008] The embodiments of the present application provide a loudspeaker and an open-earphone, which can better suppress the polarization of the voice coil, thereby reducing the magnetic gap of the loudspeaker.
[0009] In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a loudspeaker comprising a magnetic circuit system, a vibration system, and a suspension member, wherein the magnetic circuit system comprises a basket and a magnetic circuit assembly disposed on the basket, wherein the magnetic circuit assembly forms a magnetic gap; the vibration system comprises a diaphragm and a voice coil assembly, wherein one end of the voice coil assembly is inserted into the magnetic gap, and the other end is connected to the diaphragm, and the edge of the diaphragm is connected to the basket; the suspension member is disposed on the periphery of the voice coil assembly, wherein one end of the suspension member is connected to the voice coil assembly, and the other end is connected to the basket; wherein the suspension member and the diaphragm are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the voice coil assembly, and the spacing between the suspension member and the diaphragm along the axial direction of the voice coil assembly is 0.05 mm to 2 mm.
[0010] In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application further provides an open-earphone, comprising a housing and a speaker as described in the above embodiment, wherein the speaker is disposed inside the housing.
[0011] A loudspeaker and open-earphones based on the present application, in an embodiment of the present application, a suspension is provided so that the suspension and the diaphragm can simultaneously support the voice coil assembly, and a spacing distance of 0.05mm to 2mm is provided between the suspension and the diaphragm, so that different parts of the voice coil assembly are subjected to forces in two different directions, that is, a truss structure is formed at the voice coil assembly, thereby suppressing the polarization of the voice coil assembly, thereby reducing the polarization of the voice coil and reducing the scratching of the voice coil assembly and the magnetic circuit system; at the same time, since the polarization of the voice coil assembly is smaller, the gap size between the voice coil assembly and the magnetic circuit system can also be set smaller, so that the voice coil assembly is closer to the magnetic line dense area of the magnetic circuit system, and the Lorentz force applied to the voice coil assembly when energized is greater, thereby increasing the driving efficiency of the loudspeaker and outputting louder sound. [0019] In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of this application more clearly understood, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain this application and are not intended to limit this application.
[0020] Micro speakers used in various audio and information communication devices generally require good low-frequency performance, which requires a highly compliant vibration system, a larger BL value, and a larger amplitude. From a design perspective, achieving good low-frequency performance requires a smaller magnetic gap, better vibration system concentricity, and suppression of voice coil rolling vibration. In related technologies, the voice coil in a micro speaker is fixedly supported by only one diaphragm. When the voice coil vibrates, the asymmetry of the components in the speaker system causes uneven horizontal force on the voice coil, which easily causes the voice coil to roll. Therefore, a larger magnetic gap needs to be reserved in the speaker, thereby reducing the speaker's low-frequency performance.
[0021] In response to the above situation, please refer to Figure 1. The present application proposes a loudspeaker 1, including a magnetic circuit system 20, a vibration system 30 and a suspension member 40. The magnetic circuit system 20 includes a basket 21 and a magnetic circuit assembly 22 arranged on the basket 21, and the magnetic circuit assembly 22 forms a magnetic gap L1; the vibration system 30 includes a diaphragm 31 and a voice coil assembly 32, one end of the voice coil assembly 32 is inserted into the magnetic gap L1, and the other end is connected to the diaphragm 31, and the edge of the diaphragm 31 is connected to the basket 21; the suspension member 40 is arranged on the periphery of the voice coil assembly 32, one end of the suspension member 40 is connected to the voice coil assembly 32, and the other end is connected to the basket 21; wherein, the suspension member 40 and the diaphragm 31 are arranged at intervals along the axial direction AA of the voice coil assembly 32, and the spacing between the suspension member 40 and the diaphragm 31 along the axial direction AA of the voice coil assembly 32 is 0.05mm~2mm.
[0022] Specifically, the voice coil assembly 32 is located within the magnetic gap L1, thereby facilitating the vibration and sound generation of the voice coil assembly 32. For example, the frame 21 has an opening, the diaphragm 31 covers the opening, and the edge of the diaphragm 31 is connected to the frame 21. One end of the voice coil assembly 32 is connected to the diaphragm 31, and the diaphragm 31 exerts a vertical force on the voice coil assembly 32. The voice coil assembly 32 is connected to the suspension 40, and the arrangement direction of the suspension 40 intersects the axial direction AA of the voice coil assembly 32. In other words, the suspension 40 exerts an oblique force on the voice coil assembly 32, and the voice coil assembly 32 is subjected to two forces in different directions. Preferably, the suspension 40 is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the voice coil assembly 32, that is, the arrangement direction of the suspension 40 is perpendicular to the axial direction AA of the voice coil assembly 32.
[0023] It should be noted that the embodiment of the present application, by providing the suspension member 40, enables the suspension member 40 and the diaphragm 31 to simultaneously exert force on the voice coil assembly 32, increasing the number of force points on the voice coil assembly 32, thereby reducing polarization of the voice coil 321 and reducing friction between the voice coil assembly 32 and the magnetic circuit assembly 22. Furthermore, the suspension member 40 and the diaphragm 31 are spaced 0.05 mm to 2 mm apart, so that different parts of the voice coil assembly 32 are subjected to forces in two different directions. In other words, a truss structure is formed at the voice coil assembly 32, thereby further suppressing polarization of the voice coil assembly 32. Based on the assembly process of the loudspeaker 1, the embodiment of the present application simply adds the suspension member 40 between the basket 21 and the voice coil assembly 32 and then bonds them together, eliminating the need for complex and high-precision tooling and craftsmanship.
[0024] It should also be noted that in related art, the magnetic circuit system 20 and the vibration system 30 are required to be coaxially arranged. Since ideal concentricity of zero is not achieved during installation, the concentricity difference during the vibration of the diaphragm 31 can lead to asymmetric vibration forces, causing the voice coil assembly 32 to polarize the diaphragm 31. In the embodiment of the present application, since the diaphragm 31 and the suspension 40 are simultaneously connected to the voice coil assembly 32, both the diaphragm 31 and the suspension 40 can provide a force to resist polarization for the voice coil assembly 32. Furthermore, since the diaphragm 31 and the suspension 40 are spaced apart by a distance of 0.05 mm to 2 mm, the force provided by the diaphragm 31 and the suspension 40 acts as a torque, effectively suppressing polarization of the voice coil assembly 32. Alternatively, the spacing between the diaphragm 31 and the suspension 40 can be 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm, which can ensure more effective suppression of polarization of the voice coil assembly 32 without increasing the overall volume of the loudspeaker 1. It is understandable that, in some embodiments, for some miniature loudspeakers 1 , the spacing distance between the suspension member 40 and the diaphragm 31 along the axial direction AA of the voice coil assembly 32 can be adjusted accordingly according to the outer diameter of the loudspeaker 1 .
[0025] It should be noted that the vibrations generated by the voice coil assembly 32 are borne simultaneously by the diaphragm 31 and the suspension 40. In some embodiments, the diaphragm 31 and the suspension 40 can be designed to be relatively thin and soft, resulting in high compliance for the diaphragm 31 and the suspension 40, and a relatively wide flat region of the compliance curve. The combined effects of the diaphragm 31 and the suspension 40 can result in a relatively wide flat region. As the input voltage of the loudspeaker 1 increases, the amplitude of the diaphragm 31 also increases linearly, resulting in a loudspeaker 1 with an ultra-wide linear region. The suspension 40 can serve solely to support the voice coil assembly 32; alternatively, the suspension 40 can include a metal conductive interlayer that not only supports the voice coil assembly 32 but also conducts external power to the voice coil assembly 32.
[0026] In addition, the loudspeaker 1 may also include a copper ring 13 and a tuning damper 14. The copper ring 13 is located between the diaphragm 31 and the suspension 40. One side of the copper ring 13 is connected to the diaphragm 31, and the other side of the copper ring 13 is connected to the basin 21. The basin 21 has a sound hole, and the tuning damper 14 covers the sound hole. The basin 21 is used to fix the magnetic circuit assembly 22 and correct the magnetic lines of force of the magnetic circuit assembly 22; the copper ring 13 is used to improve the stability of the diaphragm 31, and when the diaphragm 31 moves with a large amplitude, it reduces the possibility of the diaphragm 31 detaching from the edge; the tuning damper 14 is used to reduce excessive peaks in the vibration system 30 to obtain an ideal frequency response curve. Among them, the specific sound-generating principle of the loudspeaker 1 has long been disclosed in the relevant technology and will not be repeated here.
[0027] In some embodiments of the present application, the suspension member 40 is a planar annular structure. It is understood that the suspension member 40 is disposed on the periphery of the voice coil assembly 32. The planar annular structure of the suspension member 40 is more convenient for providing support to various parts of the voice coil assembly 32. The speaker 1 produces sound through the vibration of the voice coil assembly 32 along the axial direction AA. The suspension member 40 is connected to the voice coil assembly 32 and the frame 21. The suspension member 40 provides support for the voice coil assembly 32 perpendicular to the axial direction AA of the voice coil assembly 32. When the suspension member 40 is a spring, and the voice coil assembly 32 vibrates along the axial direction AA, the suspension member 40 can elastically deform and will not suppress the vibration of the voice coil assembly 32 along the axial direction AA.
[0028] In other embodiments of the present application, the suspension member 40 is provided with a hollow structure. It is understood that, similarly, when the voice coil assembly 32 vibrates along the axial direction AA, the hollow structure of the suspension member 40 facilitates sound transmission, thereby reducing the suppression of the vibration of the voice coil assembly 32 along the axial direction AA. Of course, while the suspension member 40 is a spring, the suspension member 40 can also be provided with a hollow structure to reduce the impact of the suspension member 40 on the vibration of the voice coil assembly 32 along the axial direction AA.
[0029] Please refer to Figures 2 to 4. In some embodiments of the present application, the suspension member 40 includes an outer ring portion 41, an inner ring portion 42 and a plurality of cantilevers 43. The outer ring portion 41 is connected to the basin frame 21; the inner ring portion 42 is connected to the voice coil assembly 32; the cantilever 43 is arranged between the outer ring portion 41 and the inner ring portion 42 and connects the outer ring portion 41 and the inner ring portion 42, and the plurality of cantilevers 43 are arranged at intervals along the circumference of the inner ring portion 42.
[0030] It should be noted that the suspension member 40 has an annular shape, which can better provide support for the voice coil assembly 32. The outer ring portion 41 of the suspension member 40 is connected to the basket frame 21, and the inner ring portion 42 is connected to the voice coil assembly 32. Therefore, when the voice coil assembly 32 and the diaphragm 31 are assembled, the outer ring portion 41 and the inner ring portion 42 of the suspension member 40 can help adjust the concentricity of the voice coil assembly 32 and the diaphragm 31 during installation, which helps to reduce the concentricity deviation between the voice coil assembly 32 and the diaphragm 31 during installation, thereby ensuring that the voice coil assembly 32 has less polarization.
[0031] It should also be noted that the multiple cantilevers 43 can provide greater support for the voice coil assembly 32, and the multiple cantilevers 43 can be evenly spaced along the circumference of the inner ring portion 42, so that the force applied to the cantilevers 43 is more evenly distributed. The embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit the number and shape of the cantilevers 43. For example, the number of cantilevers 43 can be 3, 4, or 5; for another example, the shape of the cantilevers 43 can be arc-shaped or corrugated.
[0032] Further, please continue to refer to Figures 2-4. In some embodiments of the present application, the cantilever 43 includes a first connecting end 431, a deformation section 433 and a second connecting end 432 connected in sequence, the first connecting end 431 is connected to the outer ring portion 41, the second connecting end 432 is connected to the inner ring portion 42, and the deformation section 433 extends along the circumference of the inner ring portion 42.
[0033] Furthermore, referring to FIG. 4 , in some embodiments of the present application, the deformation section 433 is arranged in a wavy line to facilitate deformation of the deformation section 433 , thereby reducing the influence of the deformation section 433 on the vibration of the voice coil assembly 32 along the axial direction AA.
[0034] Alternatively, referring to Figures 2-3, in some embodiments of the present application, the deformation section 433 includes a first arc section 4331 and a second arc section 4332 connected to the first arc section 4331, the second arc section 4332 is located between the first arc section 4331 and the inner ring portion 42, and the first arc section 4331, the second arc section 4332, the inner ring portion 42, and the outer ring portion 41 are arranged cocentrically.
[0035] It can be understood that the connection between the first arc segment 4331 and the outer ring portion 41 is the first connection end 431, and the connection between the second arc segment 4332 and the inner ring portion 42 is the second connection end 432. The outer ring portion 41, the first arc segment 4331, the second arc segment 4332 and the inner ring portion 42 are cocentrically arranged, which can improve the concentricity of the installation of the magnetic circuit system 20, thereby reducing the polarization of the voice coil assembly 32.
[0036] 2-3 , the circumference of the second arc segment 4332 is 1 / 2 to 2 / 3 of the circumference of the first arc segment 4331. It is understood that, taking the circumference of the first arc segment 4331 near the outer ring portion 41 as x and the circumference of the second arc segment 4332 near the inner ring portion 42 as y as an example, 1 / 2*x≤y≤2 / 3*x. This ensures that the deformable segment 433 has sufficient deformability, allowing it to deform more easily, thereby reducing its impact on the vibration of the voice coil assembly 32 along the axial direction AA.
[0037] Please refer to Figures 2 to 4. The line connecting the first connecting end 431 and the center of the inner ring 42 is the first connecting line 44, and the line connecting the second connecting end 432 and the center of the inner ring 42 is the second connecting line 45. The angle α1 between the first connecting line 44 and the second connecting line 45 is greater than or equal to 30°.
[0038] It should be noted that α1≥30°. At this time, the first connecting end 431 and the second connecting end 432 are not in the same diameter direction of the outer ring portion 41. The deformation segment 433 extends circumferentially along the inner ring portion 42. One end of the deformation segment 433 is connected to the first connecting end 431, and the other end of the deformation segment 433 is connected to the second connecting end 432. That is to say, the fixed positions of the two ends of the deformation segment 433 are not in the same diameter direction of the outer ring portion 41, thereby making the two ends of the cantilever 43 have different torques, and the structure of the cantilever 43 is more stable.
[0039] It should also be noted that the embodiments of the present application do not impose any specific restrictions on the number of cantilevers 43 or the specific location of the deformation segments 433. For example, as shown in FIG2 , three cantilevers 43 are provided, and the deformation segments 433 are provided on the same side of the first connection end 431 and the second connection end 432; another example, as shown in FIG3 , four cantilevers 43 are provided, and the deformation segments 433 are provided on the same side of the first connection end 431 and the second connection end 432; or, as shown in FIG4 , four cantilevers 43 are provided, and the deformation segments 433 are provided between the first connection end 431 and the second connection end 432, and the deformation segments 433 may also be corrugated.
[0040] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, in other embodiments, the deformation section 433 is arranged on the same side of the first connection end 431 and the second connection end 432, and the angle α2 between the first connection line 44 and the end face of the deformation section 433 away from the first connection end 431 is greater than or equal to 70° (α2≥70°). When α2 is larger, the longer the deformation section 433 extends around the axial direction AA of the voice coil assembly 32, that is, the longer the length of the cantilever 43 is, the smaller the influence of the cantilever 43 on the vibration of the voice coil assembly 32 along the axial direction AA, thereby achieving a vibration amplitude of the diaphragm 31 between 0.4mm and 1.5mm.
[0041] 1 and 5 , in some embodiments of the present application, the voice coil assembly 32 includes a voice coil bobbin 322 and a voice coil 321. The top of the voice coil bobbin 322 is connected to the diaphragm 31, and the side wall of the voice coil bobbin 322 is connected to the suspension 40. The voice coil 321 is disposed on the voice coil bobbin 322, and the top of the voice coil 321 is connected to the suspension 40. The voice coil 321 and the diaphragm 31 are spaced apart along the axial direction AA of the voice coil assembly 32.
[0042] It should be noted that the voice coil 321 is connected to the diaphragm 31 via the voice coil bobbin 322. The top of the voice coil bobbin 322 is fixed to the diaphragm 31, the sidewalls of the voice coil 321 are fixed to the sidewalls of the voice coil bobbin 322, and the top of the voice coil 321 is fixed to the suspension 40. The sidewalls of the voice coil bobbin 322 provide support for the voice coil assembly 32 in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction AA of the voice coil assembly 32, while the suspension 40 provides support for the voice coil assembly 32 along the axial direction AA of the voice coil assembly 32. Furthermore, the voice coil 321 is spaced apart from the diaphragm 31 along the axial direction AA of the voice coil assembly 32. In other words, a gap is formed between the voice coil 321 and the diaphragm 31, effectively forming a double fulcrum for the voice coil 321 with the suspension 40. This enhances the ability of the diaphragm 31 and the suspension 40 to suppress polarization generated by the voice coil 321.
[0043] It is understood that in some embodiments, as shown in FIG6 , the voice coil assembly 32 may include only a voice coil 321. The top of the voice coil 321 is directly glued to the diaphragm 31, and the diaphragm 31 provides support for the voice coil assembly 32 along the axial direction AA of the voice coil assembly 32. The sidewalls of the voice coil assembly 32 are glued to the suspension 40, and the suspension 40 provides support for the voice coil assembly 32 in a direction intersecting the axial direction AA of the voice coil assembly 32. Preferably, the suspension 40 is perpendicular to the sidewalls of the voice coil assembly 32, and provides support for the voice coil assembly 32 in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction AA of the voice coil assembly 32. The glue includes, but is not limited to, solvent glue, UV glue, etc.
[0044] Referring to Figures 5 and 6 , in some embodiments of the present application, the diaphragm 31 includes a dome 311, a rim 312 surrounding the dome 311, and a connecting portion 313 disposed at the edge of the rim 312. The dome 311 includes a fixed portion 3112 connected to the rim 312 and an arcuate portion 3111 connected to the fixed portion 3112. The voice coil assembly 32 is connected to the fixed portion 3112, and the spacing between the suspension member 40 and the fixed portion 3112 along the axial direction AA of the voice coil assembly 32 is 0.05 mm to 2 mm. The connecting portion 313 is connected to the frame 21. The arcuate portion 3111 can be a planar structure, a convex arcuate structure facing away from the voice coil assembly 32 (as shown in Figure 6 ), or a concave arcuate structure facing toward the voice coil assembly 32 (as shown in Figure 5 ).
[0045] It should be noted that the central part of the diaphragm 31 is the dome 311, the connecting part 313 (that is, the edge of the diaphragm 31) is connected to the basket 21, and the folding ring 312 is arranged around the circumference of the dome 311. The gap formed between the suspension part 40 and the fixing part 3112 along the axial direction of the voice coil assembly 32 is between 0.05mm and 2mm. A certain distance is set between the suspension part 40 and the fixing part 3112 of the diaphragm 31, so that a truss structure is formed, which can suppress the polarization of the voice coil 321, so that the voice coil 321 maintains vertical movement, and can also reduce the scratching of the voice coil 321 with the magnetic circuit assembly 22 and the basket 21.
[0046] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG5 , the arcuate portion 3111 of the dome 311 is recessed toward the voice coil assembly 32 . The loudspeaker 1 further includes a washer 50 disposed within the frame 21 and located on the side of the frame 21 near the diaphragm 31 . The washer 50 has a relief groove 51 on the side facing the diaphragm 31 , and the position of the relief groove 51 corresponds to the position of the dome 311 . Specifically, the dome 311 is recessed toward the voice coil assembly 32 to reduce the space occupied in front of the loudspeaker 1 . At the same time, the recessed dome 311 can concentrate sound and enhance the sound's directivity. The recessed dome 311 also increases the cavity volume and air load in front of the diaphragm 31 , thereby reducing the resonant frequency of the loudspeaker 1 .
[0047] It should also be noted that below the recessed dome 311, an avoidance groove 51 is also provided at the corresponding position of the washer 50. The avoidance groove 51 can prevent the dome 311 from colliding with the washer 50, and can also increase the volume of the cavity below the diaphragm 31, which is beneficial to increase the compliance of the speaker 1 and reduce the resonance frequency of the speaker 1.
[0048] Please refer to Figures 1 and 5. In some embodiments of the present application, the magnetic circuit assembly 22 of the speaker 1 includes a first magnet 221 and a second magnet 222. The second magnet 222 is arranged around the first magnet 221, and a magnetic gap L1 is formed between the first magnet 221 and the second magnet 222. The voice coil assembly 32 is located in the magnetic gap L1; the distance between the voice coil assembly 32 and the first magnet 221 is 0.1mm~0.25mm, and the distance between the voice coil assembly 32 and the second magnet 222 is 0.1mm~0.25mm.
[0049] It should be noted that when the number of force points on the voice coil assembly 32 increases and the polarization of the voice coil assembly 32 is smaller, the gap between the voice coil assembly 32 and the magnetic circuit system 20 can also be set to a smaller size. For example, the distance between the voice coil assembly 32 and the first magnet 221 is the first gap L2, and the distance between the voice coil assembly 32 and the second magnet 222 is the second gap L3. That is, the distance of the first gap L2 is 0.1mm to 0.25mm, and the distance of the second gap L3 is 0.1mm to 0.25mm. When the distances of the first gap L2 and the second gap L3 are both between 0.1mm and 0.25mm, the voice coil assembly 32 can be closer to the area with dense magnetic lines of force of the magnetic circuit system 20. In this case, the Lorentz force on the voice coil assembly 32 is greater, thereby improving the driving efficiency of the speaker 1 and outputting louder sound.
[0050] Secondly, an embodiment of the present application also provides an open-type headset (not shown in the figure), comprising a shell (not shown in the figure) and a speaker 1 as described in any of the above embodiments, wherein the speaker 1 is arranged inside the shell to provide installation space and support for the speaker 1.
