Description

[0001] TECHNICAL FIELD: The present invention relates to waste recycling, and in particular, to an intelligent plastic and textile waste recycling system. Background: Modern people enjoy a more affluent living environment, advances in the textile industry, and a pursuit of fashionable clothing. The textile market offers a wide variety of high-quality clothing options, and consumers often purchase a wide variety of clothing from physical stores or e-commerce platforms. With changing fashion trends, many out-of-season clothing items may be discarded by consumers, becoming waste. Alternatively, multiple items may be placed in recycling bins for centralized recycling. In addition to textiles, containers or packaging materials such as plastic bottles, beverage bottles, and beverage cups also need to be recycled. However, before processing textiles such as used (or second-hand) clothing and recycled containers in recycling bins, it is necessary to understand the material of the textiles and / or the dimensions of the containers or packaging materials. This data can be used to classify the items, allowing for allocation to different uses and providing recycling subsidies for different materials. Local, small-scale processing is superior to centralized, large-scale processing, avoiding significant labor and time investment and environmental impact. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The primary objective of this invention is to provide an intelligent identification and recycling system. This system selects a measurement mode for the object under test, performs spectral and image measurements on the object under test, and uses intelligent algorithms to analyze material (single component or component ratio) and appearance (e.g., size) data. The object under test is then classified based on this data, thereby reducing manpower and processing time. This data is then managed and uploaded to the cloud for efficient intelligent classification of used items through optical identification. A secondary objective of this invention is to provide an intelligent identification and recycling system that utilizes an identity recognition module to identify the user. Based on the measured data of the object under test, a corresponding recycling reward is awarded, which is then distributed to the corresponding user. This is intended to increase recycling willingness and efficiency, and to promote recycling effectiveness in the areas where the recycling system is deployed. To achieve the aforementioned objectives and effects, the present invention provides an intelligent identification and recycling system, comprising: a microprocessor; an identity recognition module electrically connected to the microprocessor for identifying a user's identity; a touch display module electrically connected to the microprocessor for inputting a measurement mode; an image recognition module electrically connected to the microprocessor for identifying the dimensions and material of an object to be measured; an image database electrically connected to the microprocessor for storing the dimensions and material of the object to be measured; a spectrum recognition module electrically connected to the microprocessor for identifying the material of the object to be measured; a spectrum database electrically connected to the microprocessor for storing the material of the object to be measured; a memory module electrically connected to the microprocessor for storing a learning pattern; and a classification module electrically connected to the microprocessor for classifying the object to be measured based on the measurement results of the object to be measured. In some embodiments, the measurement mode includes measuring textile packaging materials and measuring bottles and cups. In some embodiments, the intelligent identification and recycling system further includes a transmission module and a cloud database, and the microprocessor is communicatively connected to the cloud database via the transmission module. In some embodiments, the classification module comprises a first channel, a second channel, a third channel, a fourth channel, and a fifth channel; the object to be tested is positioned above the first channel, and the second, third, fourth, and fifth channels are symmetrically arranged around the first channel. In some embodiments, the exterior of each of the second, third, fourth, and fifth channels is connected to an air inlet and outlet unit. In some embodiments, the air inlet and outlet unit comprises a connecting section, an air inlet section, and an air outlet section; the connecting section is connected to the corresponding second, third, fourth, and fifth channels. In some embodiments, each of the second, third, fourth, and fifth channels is internally provided with a dispensing valve, and the dispensing valve is electrically or communicatively connected to the microprocessor. In some embodiments, a feed valve is provided between the object to be tested and the first channel, and the feed valve is electrically or communicatively connected to the microprocessor. The beneficial effects of the present invention lie in that the intelligent identification and recycling system of the present invention selects a measurement mode for the object to be tested, performs spectral and image measurements on the object to be tested, analyzes the material (single component or component ratio) and appearance (e.g., size) data using an intelligent algorithm, and then classifies the object to be tested based on this data, thereby reducing manpower and processing time, and facilitating data management and upload to the cloud. Figure 3 is a perspective schematic diagram of the classification module of the intelligent identification and recycling system of the present invention. Figure 4 is a perspective schematic diagram of the classification module of the intelligent identification and recycling system of the present invention from another perspective. Referring to Figures 3 and 4, the objects under test can be placed on the classification module 400. The classification module 400 has a first channel 410, a second channel 420, a third channel 430, a fourth channel 440, and a fifth channel 450. The object to be tested can be placed on the first channel 410, while the second channel 420, the third channel 430, the fourth channel 440, and the fifth channel 450 are symmetrically arranged around the first channel 410. OThe dispensing valve V2 can communicate or be electrically connected to the microprocessor 111. Referring back to Figure 2 , in some embodiments, a feed valve V1 is positioned between the test object and the first channel 410. The feed valve V1 is electrically or electrically connected to the microprocessor 111. Figure 5 illustrates the operation of the intelligent identification and recycling system of the present invention during textile screening. Figure 6 illustrates the operation of the intelligent identification and recycling system of the present invention during container screening. Referring to FIG5 , a textile test object is placed on feed valve V1. An identification card (such as an EasyCard) is used for identification by identity recognition module 112. The information is transmitted to cloud database 300 via microprocessor 111 and transmission module 200 via microprocessor 111. After cloud database 300 and microprocessor 111 confirm the user's identity and relevant data, the user selects the "Textile Measurement" option on touch display module 113 to activate spectral identification module 116 to perform spectral identification of the material of the test object and store the data in spectral database 117. After confirming the test object's data, microprocessor 111 controls feed valve V1 to open, allowing the test object to fall into classification module 400. The information is transmitted to the cloud database 300 via the microprocessor 111 and the transmission module 200 via the transmission module 200. After the cloud database 300 and the microprocessor 111 confirm the user's identity and relevant data, the user selects the "Container Measurement" option on the touch display module 113 to activate the image recognition module 114 to perform image recognition on the object to be tested, identifying its dimensions, material, and other characteristics. The data is then stored in the image database 115. After the microprocessor 111 confirms the object's data, it controls the feed valve V1 to open, allowing the object to be tested to fall into the classification module 400. It then controls the distribution valve V2 and the corresponding air inlet and outlet units 460 to classify the object into, for example, the fifth channel 450 for collection, and so on.
