Description

Installation member and outlet device including same

[0001] The present invention relates to an installation member and a water outlet device including the same, and more specifically, to an installation member having a structure that can be easily installed in the height direction on an installation target and has an attractive appearance after installation, and a water outlet device including the same.

[0002] A water purifier is a device that receives raw water, filters it, produces purified water, and supplies it to an external source. With recent improvements in living standards, water purifiers are becoming increasingly popular not only in businesses but also in homes.

[0003] A water purifier includes a component, such as a filter, that filters raw water to produce purified water. Furthermore, depending on the type of water purifier, the device may heat or cool the purified water to provide hot or cold water. To this end, the water purifier may include a component, such as a heater or cooler, that heats or cools the purified water.

[0004] In the above case, the water purifier can provide users with a variety of water types, thereby enhancing user satisfaction and convenience. However, the inclusion of the above components may increase the volume of the water purifier, thus increasing the space it occupies within the home.

[0005] Accordingly, water purifiers that house the aforementioned components within the sink's interior, leaving only the components for dispensing water exposed on the outside, are gaining popularity. These types of water purifiers, commonly referred to as built-in water purifiers, minimize the external exposure of the water purifier, thereby securing a wider installation space.

[0006] At this time, the configuration for water discharge is connected through the top of the sink, etc., so that part of it is exposed to the sink ball and the other part is located in the internal space of the sink.

[0007] In the above case, the component for the water outlet exposed to the sink bowl can be fluidly connected to another component located within the interior space of the sink via a separate member. For a stable connection, it is preferable that the component for the water outlet and the other component be connected via a fastening member.

[0008] However, if the components for the water outlet and the other components are exposed to the outside, it is difficult to ensure an attractive appearance. Furthermore, if these components protrude, there is a risk of safety hazards occurring while the user is using the water purifier.

[0009] U.S. Patent Publication No. 2010-0101017 discloses an easy-to-maintain, detection-type automatic faucet. Specifically, the automatic faucet includes a mounting unit that is coupled to a deck installation hole and secured to the deck by vertically extending bolts, and a housing that surrounds the outer periphery of the mounting unit and has a locking bolt engaged through the side.

[0010] However, the automatic faucet disclosed in the above-mentioned prior art document only provides a method for facilitating the process of coupling with the deck. In other words, the above-mentioned prior art document does not provide a method for preventing the locking bolt that couples the housing and the mounting unit from being exposed to the outside.

[0011] Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2020-0102799 discloses a water dispensing device. Specifically, the device discloses a water dispensing device that forms a groove in a penetrating member that penetrates and connects to a sink, and inserts a connecting piece formed of an elastic material into the groove to connect the penetrating member to an inner member that forms a flow path on the outside of the sink.

[0012] However, the inner member and the penetrating member disclosed in the above-mentioned prior art assume that they are elastically joined to each other. The above-mentioned prior art does not provide a method for joining the inner member and the penetrating member using a member made of an inelastic material, such as a screw member. Therefore, the joining structure of the inner member and the penetrating member disclosed in the above-mentioned prior art has the limitation that it can only be applied when joined elastically.

[0013] Furthermore, the above prior documents do not provide a method for attaching a water purifier outside the sink rather than in the narrow interior space of the sink.

[0017] Another object of the present invention is to provide an installation member having a structure in which installation work can be performed in a wide space and a water discharge device including the same.

[0018] Another object of the present invention is to provide an installation member having a structure in which a configuration for coupling is not exposed to the outside when a user performs a water extraction, and a water extraction device including the same.

[0019] Another object of the present invention is to provide an installation member having a structure in which a configuration for joining can be easily exposed when maintenance of the discharge device is required, and a discharge device including the same.

[0109]

[0110] Referring to FIG. 1, a water extraction device (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.

[0111] The water outlet device (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention may be penetrated and connected to a plate (P) to be installed, such that a portion thereof may be positioned on the upper side of the plate (P) and the remaining portion thereof may be positioned on the lower side of the plate (P). That is, the water outlet device (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention may be provided in a built-in form.

[0112] When the water outlet device (10) is coupled to the plate (P), work for fastening with other components can be performed on the upper side of the plate (P). That is, the water outlet device (10) according to the embodiment of the present invention does not need to be installed inside a relatively narrow sink. Accordingly, the installation work of the water outlet device (10) can be easily performed.

[0113] Meanwhile, the extraction device (10) according to each embodiment of the present invention may not have the components for combining each component exposed to the outside.

[0114] Specifically, the discharge device (10) may be rotatably coupled to the plate (P) in some configurations. At this time, the configuration for coupling may not be exposed on the front side of the discharge device (10) that the user primarily looks at.

[0115] Accordingly, only the beautifully formed exterior (i.e., the outer housing (100)) can be exposed to the user discharging water from the water discharging device (10). Accordingly, the exterior of the entire water discharging device (10) can be beautifully formed, thereby improving user satisfaction.

[0116] In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the discharge device (10) includes an outer housing (100), an inner housing (200), an installation member (300), a pin member (400), and a fastening member (500).

[0117] The outer housing (100) constitutes the outer appearance of the discharge device (10). The outer housing (100) is a portion of the discharge device (10) located on the upper side of the plate (P). The outer housing (100) is directly exposed to the user.

[0118] The outer housing (100) may be supported by a plate (P). In one embodiment, the outer housing (100) may be mounted on the plate (P).

[0119] The outer housing (100) can be coupled with the inner housing (200). The outer housing (100) accommodates the inner housing (200) and can be coupled with the inner housing (200). The inner housing (200) is not exposed to the outside by the outer housing (100).

[0120] At this time, a part of the outer housing (100), i.e., the outlet housing (110) to be described later, may be rotatably coupled to the inner housing (200). In addition, another part of the outer housing (100), i.e., the extension housing (120) to be described later, may be coupled to the inner housing (200) at a variable relative angle. In addition, when the pin member (400) is coupled to the extension housing (120) and the inner housing (200), the relative angle of the extension housing (120) and the inner housing (200) may be fixed.

[0121] In the illustrated embodiment, the outer housing (100) includes an outlet housing (110) and an extension housing (120).

[0122] The water outlet housing (110) constitutes a portion of the outer housing (100). The water outlet housing (110) is the portion from which water is discharged by the user's operation. Accordingly, the water outlet housing (110) may be defined as a faucet.

[0123] The water outlet housing (110) is coupled to the inner housing (200). At this time, the space formed within the water outlet housing (110) and the space formed within the inner housing (200) can be communicated with each other. In addition, the space formed within the water outlet housing (110) is communicated with the outside. Accordingly, water can be sequentially provided to the user through the inner space of the inner housing (200) and the inner space of the water outlet housing (110).

[0124] The outlet housing (110) can be rotatably coupled to the inner housing (200). In the above embodiment, the outlet housing (110) can be rotated relative to the inner housing (200) while the inner housing (200) is fixed at a specific angle. As will be described later, the extension housing (120) is limited in its relative rotation with respect to the inner housing (200) by the pin member (400), so it can be said that the outlet housing (110) is also provided to be rotatable with respect to the extension housing (120).

[0125] The outlet housing (110) may extend at a predetermined angle with respect to the extension housing (120) or the inner housing (200). In the illustrated embodiment, the outlet housing (110) extends horizontally and is formed perpendicular to the extension housing (120) or the inner housing (200) extending vertically.

[0126] The extension housing (120) constitutes another part of the outer housing (100). The extension housing (120) is a part where the outer housing (100) is coupled to the inner housing (200).

[0127] A hollow is formed inside the extension housing (120). The hollow of the extension housing (120) accommodates the inner housing (200) and the installation member (300) coupled thereto. By virtue of the extension housing (120), the inner housing (200), the installation member (300), and the fastening member (500) coupling them are not exposed to the outside.

[0128] The extension housing (120) can be fixedly coupled to the inner housing (200) by the pin member (400). That is, as will be described later, when the pin member (400) is not coupled to the pin member coupling hole (121) and the pin member coupling portion (240), the extension housing (120) can be rotated relative to the inner housing (200). When the pin member (400) is coupled to the extension housing (120) and the inner housing (200), respectively, the extension housing (120) can be fixed relative to the inner housing (200).

[0129] Additionally, the extension housing (120) can be rotatably mounted on the plate (P). For this purpose, the extension housing (120) may have a shape corresponding to the outer circumference of the inner housing (200). In the illustrated embodiment, the extension housing (120) has an annular cross-section with a hollow formed therein and is a cylindrical shape having a height in the vertical direction.

[0130] In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 3, the extension housing (120) includes a pin member coupling hole (121).

[0131] The pin member joining hole (121) is a space where the pin member (400) is joined. The pin member joining hole (121) is formed radially through the outer periphery of the extension housing (120). The pin member joining hole (121) radially connects the hollow formed inside the extension housing (120) with the outside.

[0132] The pin member joining hole (121) may be positioned offset to one side of the length direction of the extension housing (120). In the illustrated embodiment, the pin member joining hole (121) is positioned adjacent to one side, i.e., the lower end, of each end of the extension housing (120) that is seated on the plate (P).

[0133] At this time, the pin member joining hole (121) is positioned apart from the lower end of the extension housing (120). Therefore, the outer periphery of the extension housing (120) is at least partially positioned between the pin member joining hole (121) and the lower end of the extension housing (120).

[0134] The pin member joining hole (121) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the pin member (400). In the illustrated embodiment, the pin member joining hole (121) is formed to have a cross-section having a pair of straight lines facing each other and a pair of curved surfaces that are continuous with and facing each other, respectively, the pair of straight lines.

[0135] The position of the pin member connecting hole (121) may be changed depending on the position of the fastening member receiving hole (232) or the pin member through hole (242) provided in the inner housing (200). In other words, the vertical height of the pin member connecting hole (121) may be determined to correspond to the vertical height of the fastening member receiving hole (232) or the pin member through hole (242).

[0136] As described above, the extension housing (120) rotatably accommodates the inner housing (200). When the extension housing (120) is rotated, either the fastening member receiving hole (232) or the pin member through hole (242) provided in the inner housing (200) can be exposed to the outside through the pin member joining hole (121).

[0137] Accordingly, the fastening member (500) can be coupled to the fastening member receiving hole (232) by penetrating the pin member coupling hole (121). Similarly, the pin member (400) can be coupled to the pin member through hole (242) by penetrating the pin member coupling hole (121). A detailed description thereof will be provided later.

[0138] The inner housing (200) constitutes a part of the configuration of the discharge device (10) that is not exposed to the outside. The inner housing (200) is located on the upper side of the plate (P), but is accommodated in the outer housing (100) and is not exposed to the outside.

[0139] The inner housing (200) is coupled with the outer housing (100). The inner housing (200) is accommodated in the outer housing (100) and is not exposed to the outside. The inner housing (200) is accommodated in a hollow space formed within the extension housing (120).

[0140] The inner housing (200) is coupled with the installation member (300). The inner housing (200) can be fixedly coupled with the installation member (300). That is, the inner housing (200) does not rotate regardless of the rotation of the outer housing (100). The coupling is achieved by the fastening member (500).

[0141] The inner housing (200) is coupled with a pin member (400). The pin member (400) can be coupled with the inner housing (200) by penetrating through the pin member coupling hole (121). By virtue of the pin member (400), the outer housing (100) can be prevented from rotating relative to the inner housing (200).

[0142] The inner housing (200) is coupled to a fastening member (500). The inner housing (200) can be fixedly coupled to the installation member (300) by the fastening member (500).

[0143] In the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 4 to 7, the inner housing (200) includes an inner housing body (210), an inner housing space (220), a fastening member coupling portion (230), and a pin member coupling portion (240).

[0144] The inner housing body (210) constitutes the body of the inner housing (200). The inner housing body (210) is accommodated in a hollow space formed inside the extension housing (120) and is not exposed to the outside.

[0145] The inner housing body (210) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the extension housing (120). In the illustrated embodiment, the inner housing body (210) has a cylindrical shape with an annular cross-section and extends in the vertical direction.

[0146] An internal housing space (220) is formed inside the internal housing body (210). The internal housing space (220) extends in the longitudinal direction of the internal housing body (210), i.e., in the vertical direction in the illustrated embodiment, and each end in the extending direction is open. The internal housing body (210) surrounds the internal housing space (220) radially outward.

[0147] A fastening member connecting portion (230) is positioned on one longitudinal side of the inner housing body (210), in the illustrated embodiment, on the lower side. The fastening member connecting portion (230) constitutes the lower end of the inner housing body (210).

[0148] A pin member engaging portion (240) is positioned on one side of the longitudinal direction of the inner housing body (210), in the illustrated embodiment, on the lower side. The pin member engaging portion (240) is spaced apart from the fastening member engaging portion (230) along the outer periphery of the inner housing body (210).

[0149] In the illustrated embodiment, the inner housing body (210) includes an inner housing outer surface (211).

[0150] The inner housing outer surface (211) constitutes the outer periphery of the inner housing body (210). The inner housing outer surface (211) surrounds the inner housing space (220) radially outwardly. The inner housing outer surface (211) may have a shape corresponding to the inner surface of the extension housing (120) or the shape of the inner housing body (210).

[0151] In the illustrated embodiment, the inner housing outer surface (211) has an arc shape centered on the inner housing space (220), corresponding to the shape of the inner housing body (210) which is cylindrical in shape. The inner housing outer surface (211) surrounds the inner housing space (220) radially outward.

[0152] The inner housing space (220) is a space formed inside the inner housing body (210). The inner housing space (220) is connected to the space formed inside the outer housing (100). Water can sequentially pass through the inner housing space (220) and the space formed inside the outer housing (100) and be provided to the outside.

[0153] Additionally, the internal housing space (220) may accommodate wires, etc. for transmitting power and control signals required for the operation of the water outlet device (10). For this purpose, although not shown, the internal housing space (220) may be provided with a partition (not shown) to separate the space through which water flows and the space for accommodating the wires, etc.

[0154] The inner housing space (220) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the inner housing body (210). In the illustrated embodiment, the inner housing space (220) is formed as a cylindrical space having a circular cross-section and a height in the vertical direction. Each end of the inner housing space (220) in the height direction, the upper and lower ends in the illustrated embodiment, are formed to be open.

[0155] A fastening member joint portion (230) is partially positioned in the inner housing space (220). The inner housing space (220) is communicated with the outside by a fastening member receiving hole (232). In addition, the inner housing space (220) is communicated with the outside by a pin member through hole (242).

[0156] The inner housing space (220) accommodates an installation member (300). The installation member (300) is positioned on one longitudinal side of the inner housing space (220), in the illustrated embodiment, on the lower side.

[0157] The fastening member joint (230) is a portion where the inner housing (200) is joined to the fastening member (500). The fastening member joint (230) may include a configuration for joining the fastening member (500) and a configuration for supporting the configuration.

[0158] The fastening member coupling portion (230) is formed in the inner housing body (210). In addition, the fastening member coupling portion (230) is at least partially located in the inner housing space (220). In the illustrated embodiment, the fastening member coupling portion (230) is located on one side of the inner housing body (210) in the longitudinal direction, in the illustrated embodiment, on the lower side.

[0159] A plurality of fastening member connecting portions (230) may be provided. The plurality of fastening member connecting portions (230) are spaced apart from each other in the diametric direction of the inner housing body (210) and may be connected to the plurality of fastening members (500), respectively. In the illustrated embodiment, the fastening member connecting portions (230) are provided in pairs and spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction.

[0160] In the illustrated embodiment, the fastening member joint (230) includes a fastening member support member (231) and a fastening member receiving hole (232).

[0161] The fastening member support member (231) supports the combined fastening member (500). The fastening member support member (231) is located in the inner housing space (220) and is not exposed to the outside of the inner housing body (210).

[0162] The fastening member support member (231) surrounds the fastening member receiving hole (232). In other words, the fastening member receiving hole (232) is located inside the fastening member support member (231). As will be described later, the fastening member receiving hole (232) extends through and across the inner housing outer surface (211) and the fastening member supporting member (231).

[0163] The fastening member support member (231) may have any shape capable of supporting the fastening member (500) accommodated in the fastening member receiving hole (232). In the illustrated embodiment, the fastening member support member (231) is provided in the form of a block that is continuous with the inner periphery of the inner housing body (210).

[0164] At this time, the portion of the inner housing outer surface (211) where the fastening member support member (231) is positioned may be formed to be sunken. Accordingly, the fastening member (500) is positioned radially inward compared to the inner housing outer surface (211), and thus does not protrude outward from the inner housing body (210).

[0165] A plurality of fastening member support members (231) may be provided. The plurality of fastening member support members (231) may be spaced apart in a direction different from the direction in which a pair of fastening member joints (230) are spaced apart, so as to support a single fastening member (500) respectively. In the illustrated embodiment, a pair of fastening member support members (231) are provided and spaced apart in the front-rear direction. It will be understood that the direction is the same as the extension direction of the fastening member receiving hole (232).

[0166] The fastening member receiving hole (232) receives the fastening member (500). The fastening member receiving hole (232) extends in the coupling direction of the fastening member (500), i.e., in the front-back direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0167] The fastening member receiving hole (232) is at least partially connected to the internal housing space (220). In the illustrated embodiment, the fastening member receiving hole (232) is connected to the internal housing space (220) in the front-rear direction.

[0168] The fastening member receiving hole (232) may extend across the inner housing outer surface (211) and the pair of fastening member support members (231). In other words, the fastening member receiving hole (232) is formed through and extends through the inner housing outer surface (211) and the interior of the pair of fastening member support members (231).

[0169] In an embodiment in which the fastening member (500) is provided as a screw member, screw threads may be formed on the inner surface of the fastening member support member (231) surrounding the fastening member receiving hole (232).

[0170] The fastening member receiving hole (232) can be selectively connected to the outside by rotation of the outer housing (100).

[0171] Specifically, when the extension housing (120) is rotated so that the pin member coupling hole (121) and the fastening member coupling portion (230) overlap in a radial or horizontal direction, the fastening member receiving hole (232) can be exposed to the outside through the pin member coupling hole (121). In this state, the fastening member (500) can be coupled to the fastening member receiving hole (232) through the pin member coupling hole (121).

[0172] In addition, when the extension housing (120) is rotated so that the pin member coupling hole (121) and the fastening member coupling portion (230) are positioned so that they do not overlap in the radial or horizontal direction, the fastening member receiving hole (232) and the fastening member (500) coupled thereto are not exposed to the outside.

[0173] The pin member coupling portion (240) is a portion where the inner housing (200) is coupled to the pin member (400). The pin member coupling portion (240) may include a configuration for coupling the pin member (400) and a configuration for supporting the configuration.

[0174] The pin member coupling portion (240) is formed on the inner housing body (210). In the illustrated embodiment, the pin member coupling portion (240) is located on one side of the inner housing body (210) in the longitudinal direction, in the illustrated embodiment, on the lower side.

[0175] The pin member coupling portion (240) is positioned spaced apart from the fastening member coupling portion (230). Specifically, the pin member coupling portion (240) is positioned spaced apart from the fastening member coupling portion (230) along the outer circumferential direction of the inner housing body (210). In the illustrated embodiment, the pin member coupling portion (240) is positioned between a pair of fastening member coupling portions (230) that are spaced apart in the left-right direction.

[0176] At this time, the pin member coupling portion (240) is located on the rear side of the inner housing body (210). Therefore, it will be understood that when a user uses the discharge device (10) in a normal direction, the pin member coupling portion (240) and the pin member (400) coupled thereto are not exposed to the user.

[0177] The pin member connecting portion (240) may be provided in a single number. This is because the pin member (400) described later is provided in a single number. The pin member connecting portion (240) may be changed depending on the number of pin members (400).

[0178] When the pin member (400) is coupled to the pin member coupling portion (240), the outer housing (100) does not rotate relative to the inner housing (200).

[0179] In the illustrated embodiment, the pin member joint (240) includes a pin member support member (241) and a pin member through hole (242).

[0180] The pin member support member (241) supports the coupled pin member (400). The pin member support member (241) may be defined as a portion of the inner housing outer surface (211) that surrounds the pin member through-hole (242). In the illustrated embodiment, the pin member support member (241) surrounds the pin member through-hole (242) in the outer circumferential direction of the inner housing body (210).

[0181] A plurality of pin member support members (241) may be provided. The plurality of pin member support members (241) may surround the pin member through-hole (242) at different positions along the outer circumference of the inner housing body (210). In the illustrated embodiment, a pair of pin member support members (241) are provided, each surrounding the pin member through-hole (242) on the front side and the rear side.

[0182] The pin member through-hole (242) accommodates the pin member (400). The pin member through-hole (242) is formed through the inner housing outer surface (211) in the coupling direction of the pin member (400), i.e., in the front-back direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0183] The pin member through-hole (242) communicates with the internal housing space (220). The pin member (400) can be at least partially positioned in the internal housing space (220) through the pin member through-hole (242). In the illustrated embodiment, the pin member through-hole (242) communicates with the internal housing space (220) along the mating direction of the pin member (400), i.e., the front-back direction.

[0184] The pin member through hole (242) can be selectively connected to the outside by rotation of the outer housing (100).

[0185] Specifically, when the extension housing (120) is rotated so that the pin member connecting hole (121) and the pin member through hole (242) overlap in a radial or horizontal direction, the pin member through hole (242) can be exposed to the outside through the pin member connecting hole (121). In this state, the pin member (400) can be connected through the pin member connecting hole (121) to the pin member through hole (242).

[0186] In addition, when the extension housing (120) is rotated so that the pin member connecting hole (121) and the pin member through hole (242) are positioned so that they do not overlap in the radial or horizontal direction, the pin member through hole (242) is not exposed to the outside.

[0187] The installation member (300) is a part where the discharge device (10) is connected to the plate (P). The installation member (300) is fixedly connected to the plate (P) and supports other components of the discharge device (10). By means of the installation member (300), other components of the discharge device (10) can also be connected to the plate (P).

[0188] In one embodiment, the installation member (300) may be provided together with or separately from the water outlet device (10). The installation member (300) may be connected by penetrating the plate (P) on which the water outlet device (10) is to be installed, such that a portion of the installation member (300) may be positioned on the upper side of the plate (P), and the remaining portion may be positioned on the lower side of the plate (P).

[0189] The outer housing (100) and the inner housing (200) can be coupled to the plate (P) by an installation member (300) coupled to the plate (P).

[0190] After the installation member (300) penetrates the insertion hole (H) formed in the plate (P), a process of tightening it so that it is in close contact with the plate (P) can be performed. At this time, the process of attaching the installation member (300) to the plate (P) can be performed on one side of the height direction of the plate (P), i.e., the upper side.

[0191] Therefore, when the water outlet device (10) is provided in a built-in form and installed in a sink, etc., the installation process of the installation member (300) and the water outlet device (10) can be performed on the outside of the sink.

[0192] As a result, the work for installing the installation member (300) and the water outlet device (10) does not have to be performed in the narrow interior space of the sink. Accordingly, the convenience of installing the installation member (300) and the water outlet device (10) can be improved.

[0193] In addition, the direction in which the installation member (300) is coupled with the plate (P), the direction of the force applied to bring the plate (P) and the installation member (300) into close contact, and the direction in which the water discharge device (10) is coupled with the installation member (300) can all be formed in the height direction of the installation member (300), i.e., in the up-down direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0194] Accordingly, the installation process of the installation member (300) and the discharge device (10) can be carried out more easily.

[0195] In the following description, it is assumed that the installation member (300) is provided in a built-in form and is coupled to the top plate of a sink or sink bowl. Alternatively, it will be appreciated that the installation member (300) may be applied to couple any device of any form, such that a portion of the device is exposed to the outside and the remainder is accommodated internally, to the plate member.

[0196] In the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 8 to 26, the installation member (300) includes an installation housing (310), a support member (320), a fastening member coupling member (330), and a tightening member (340).

[0197] The installation housing (310) constitutes a part of the outer shape of the installation member (300). The installation housing (310) is a portion where the installation member (300) is coupled to the plate (P). Specifically, a part of the installation housing (310) (i.e., a stopper (313) to be described later) is mounted on one side of the plate (P), the upper side in the illustrated embodiment. Another part of the installation housing (310) (i.e., a second installation housing body (312) to be described later) penetrates an insertion hole (H) formed through the plate (P) and is at least partially exposed to the lower side of the plate (P).

[0198] The installation housing (310) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the plate (P) or the insertion hole (H). In the illustrated embodiment, the installation housing (310) has a three-dimensional shape with a circular cross-section and a vertical height. In this case, each part of the installation housing (310) may be formed to have a different cross-sectional area along the height direction. Accordingly, some components of the installation housing (310) may be positioned above the plate (P), and other components of the installation housing (310) may be positioned below the plate (P).

[0199] The installation housing (310) is coupled to the support member (320). The installation housing (310) can be brought into close contact with the plate (P) by the support member (320).

[0200] The installation housing (310) can movably accommodate the support member (320). That is, in the illustrated embodiment, the installation housing (310) can movably accommodate the support member (320). At the same time, the installation housing (310) can radially accommodate the support member (320).

[0201] As will be described later, the support member (320) may be formed to have a height in the same direction as the installation housing (310), i.e., a height in the vertical direction. The support member (320) may be rotated radially about a portion of the vertical portion as an axis. Accordingly, a portion of the support member (320) may be positioned so as to be exposed or not exposed to the outside of the installation housing (310).

[0202] Due to the structure of the support member (320) as described above and the coupling relationship between the installation housing (310) and the support member (320), a portion of the installation housing (310) can penetrate the insertion hole (H). A detailed description thereof will be provided later.

[0203] The installation housing (310) is coupled to a tightening member (340). The installation housing (310) can be brought into close contact with the support member (320) and the plate (P) by the tightening member (340). A detailed description of the above process will be provided later.

[0204] In the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 12 to 15, the installation housing (310) includes a first installation housing body (311), a second installation housing body (312), a stopper (313), an installation housing opening (314), and a tightening member through-hole (315).

[0205] The first installation housing body (311) constitutes a portion of the outer shape of the installation housing (310). The first installation housing body (311) constitutes one side in the height direction of the installation housing (310), the upper side in the illustrated embodiment. The first installation housing body (311) is exposed on one side in the height direction of the plate (P), the upper side in the illustrated embodiment.

[0206] The first installation housing body (311) can be accommodated in an extension housing (120) provided in the discharge device (10). In one embodiment, the first installation housing body (311) can be rotatably coupled to the extension housing (120).

[0207] The first installation housing body (311) is continuous with the stopper (313). One side of each side in the height direction of the first installation housing body (311), which faces the plate (P), the lower side in the illustrated embodiment, is continuous with the stopper (313). The first installation housing body (311) is arranged to face the second installation housing body (312) with the stopper (313) therebetween.

[0208] An installation housing opening (314) is formed in the first installation housing body (311). Specifically, an insertion opening (314a) may be formed on the other side in the height direction of the first installation housing body (311), in the illustrated embodiment, on the upper side. An adjustment opening (314b) extending in the height direction and the outer circumference direction may be formed on the outer periphery of the first installation housing body (311).

[0209] A tightening member through-hole (315) is formed in the first installation housing body (311). The tightening member (340) is penetrated and connected to the tightening member through-hole (315), thereby allowing the support member (320) to be raised so as to be in close contact with the plate (P).

[0210] The first installation housing body (311) at least partially accommodates the support member (320). Specifically, the first installation housing body (311) accommodates a portion of the support head portion (321) and the support body portion (322) of the support member (320).

[0211] At this time, the first installation housing body (311) can movably accommodate the support member (320). That is, the first installation housing body (311) can accommodate the support member (320) so as to be able to ascend and descend and move in a radial direction.

[0212] The first installation housing body (311) may have any shape that can be combined with the extension housing (120). In the illustrated embodiment, the first installation housing body (311) has a polygonal prism shape with a vertical height. Each corner of the horizontal cross-section of the first installation housing body (311) may be formed as a curved surface or a straight line.

[0213] At this time, the diameter of the longest part among the diameters of each part of the horizontal cross-section of the first installation housing body (311) may be less than or equal to the inner diameter of the extension housing (120) or the diameter of the cross-section of the stopper (313).

[0214] In the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 12 to 15, the first installation housing body (311) includes a first installation housing space (311a).

[0215] The first installation housing space (311a) is a space formed inside the first installation housing body (311). The first installation housing space (311a) movably accommodates a portion of the support member (320). In the illustrated embodiment, the first installation housing space (311a) accommodates the support member (320) movably in the up-down and left-right directions.

[0216] The first installation housing space (311a) is at least partially surrounded by the inner surface of the first installation housing body (311). In the illustrated embodiment, one side in the height direction of the first installation housing space (311a), i.e., the upper side and the radial direction, is surrounded by the inner surface of the first installation housing body (311).

[0217] The first installation housing space (311a) is connected to the installation housing opening (314). The first installation housing space (311a) can be connected to the outside through the installation housing opening (314).

[0218] Specifically, the first installation housing space (311a) is connected to the outside in the height direction, i.e., in the up-down direction, through an insertion opening (314a). The support member (320) can enter the first installation housing space (311a) through the insertion opening (314a).

[0219] The first installation housing space (311a) is connected horizontally to the outside, i.e., in the left-right direction, through an adjustment opening (314b). The support member (320) can be moved left-right through the adjustment opening (314b).

[0220] The first installation housing space (311a) is connected to the second installation housing space (312a) in the height direction, i.e., in the vertical direction, through a communication opening (314d). The support member (320) that enters the first installation housing space (311a) can enter the second installation housing space (312a) through the communication opening (314d).

[0221] The first installation housing space (311a) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the support member (320). In the illustrated embodiment, the first installation housing space (311a) has a cylindrical shape with a circular cross-section and a vertical height.

[0222] The second installation housing body (312) constitutes another portion of the exterior of the installation housing (310). The second installation housing body (312) constitutes the other side in the height direction of the installation housing (310), the lower side in the illustrated embodiment. The second installation housing body (312) is exposed on the other side in the height direction of the plate (P), the lower side in the illustrated embodiment.

[0223] The second installation housing body (312) can be positioned in the internal space of a sink or the like to which the installation member (300) or the water outlet device (10) is coupled. The second installation housing body (312) is not exposed to the outside of the sink or the like.

[0224] The second installation housing body (312) is continuous with the stopper (313). One side of each side in the height direction of the second installation housing body (312), which faces the plate (P), in the illustrated embodiment, is continuous with the stopper (313). The second installation housing body (312) is arranged to face the first installation housing body (311) with the stopper (313) therebetween.

[0225] An installation housing opening (314) is formed in the second installation housing body (312). Specifically, a support opening (314c) extending in the height direction and the outer circumference direction may be formed on the outer circumference of the second installation housing body (312).

[0226] The second installation housing body (312) at least partially accommodates the support member (320). Specifically, the second installation housing body (312) accommodates another portion of the support body portion (322) of the support member (320) and the support protrusion (323).

[0227] At this time, the second installation housing body (312) can movably accommodate the support member (320). That is, the second installation housing body (312) can accommodate the support member (320) so as to be able to ascend and descend and move in a radial direction.

[0228] The second installation housing body (312) may be any shape that is continuous with the first installation housing body (311) by a stopper (313) and is positioned on the lower side of the plate (P) and can be movably coupled with the support member (320). In the illustrated embodiment, the second installation housing body (312) has a cylindrical shape with a circular cross-section and a height in the vertical direction.

[0229] At this time, the outer diameter of the horizontal cross-section of the second installation housing body (312) may be less than or equal to the diameter of the insertion hole (H) formed in the plate (P).

[0230] In the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 12 to 15, the second installation housing body (312) includes a second installation housing space (312a), a detachment prevention rib (312b), and a lifting restriction surface (312c).

[0231] The second installation housing space (312a) is a space formed inside the second installation housing body (312). The second installation housing space (312a) movably accommodates another part of the support member (320). In the illustrated embodiment, the second installation housing space (312a) accommodates the support member (320) movably in the up-down and left-right directions.

[0232] The second installation housing space (312a) is at least partially surrounded by the inner surface of the second installation housing body (312). In the illustrated embodiment, the radial direction of the second installation housing space (312a) is surrounded by the inner surface of the second installation housing body (312).

[0233] Each side in the height direction of the second installation housing space (312a), in the illustrated embodiment, the upper and lower sides are formed as open. One side in the height direction of the second installation housing space (312a), in the illustrated embodiment, the lower side is formed as open.

[0234] The second installation housing space (312a) is connected to the installation housing opening (314).

[0235] Specifically, the second installation housing space (312a) is connected horizontally to the outside, i.e., in the left-right direction, through a support opening (314c). The support member (320) can be moved left-right through the support opening (314c).

[0236] One side in the height direction of the second installation housing space (312a), in the illustrated embodiment, the upper side, is formed open and communicates with the first installation housing space (311a) through a communication opening (314d). The support member (320) that enters the first installation housing space (311a) can enter the second installation housing space (312a) through the communication opening (314d).

[0237] The second installation housing space (312a) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the second installation housing body (312) or the support member (320). In the illustrated embodiment, the second installation housing space (312a) has a cylindrical shape with a circular cross-section and a vertical height.

[0238] The anti-separation rib (312b) forms a part of the outer periphery of the second installation housing body (312). The anti-separation rib (312b) is positioned between a plurality of support openings (314c) through which a plurality of support protrusions (323) pass. The anti-separation rib (312b) is positioned between a plurality of support protrusions (323) and comes into contact with the support body part (322), thereby preventing the support protrusions (323) from being accidentally separated.

[0239] The anti-separation rib (312b) is positioned between a pair of support openings (314c) spaced apart from each other along the outer periphery of the second installation housing body (312). The anti-separation rib (312b) may be formed to have a height in the height direction of the second installation housing body (312), i.e., a vertical height in the illustrated embodiment, and a width in the outer periphery direction of the second installation housing body (312).

[0240] A plurality of anti-separation ribs (312b) may be provided. The plurality of anti-separation ribs (312b) are positioned between the plurality of pairs of support openings (314c) and may come into contact with the plurality of support body parts (322) provided on the plurality of support members (200a, 200b), respectively.

[0241] In the illustrated embodiment, a pair of anti-separation ribs (312b) are provided. One anti-separation rib (312b) is positioned between a pair of support openings (314c) located on the left side, and the other anti-separation rib (312b) is positioned between another pair of support openings (314c) located on the right side.

[0242] The elevation limiting surface (312c) is configured to contact the support protrusion (323) of the elevation support member (320) and limit the elevation distance of the support member (320). The elevation limiting surface (312c) surrounds the support opening (314c) formed through the outer periphery of the second installation housing body (312) in the height direction.

[0243] Accordingly, the support member (320) can be raised and lowered until the support protrusion (323) penetrating the support opening (314c) comes into contact with the lifting restriction surface (312c) without being moved in the radial direction.

[0244] A plurality of lifting limiting surfaces (312c) may be defined. The plurality of lifting limiting surfaces (312c) may each surround each side of the support opening (314c) in the height direction. In the illustrated embodiment, a pair of lifting limiting surfaces (312c) are defined, each surrounding the upper and lower sides of the support opening (314c).

[0245] The stopper (313) connects the first installation housing body (311) and the second installation housing body (312). The stopper (313) is located between the first installation housing body (311) and the second installation housing body (312).

[0246] Additionally, the stopper (313) is a portion where the installation housing (310) is mounted on the plate (P). The stopper (313) is located on the upper side of the plate (P) together with the first installation housing body (311).

[0247] The stopper (313) connects the first installation housing body (311) and the second installation housing body (312) and may have any shape that can be mounted on the plate (P). In the illustrated embodiment, the stopper (313) has a circular cross-section and a disc shape with a thickness in the vertical direction.

[0248] At this time, the outer diameter of the cross-section of the stopper (313) may be extended to exceed the diameter of the cross-section of the insertion hole (H). Therefore, the stopper (313) and the first installation housing body (311) combined therewith may be maintained in a state of being seated on the plate (P) without being inserted into the insertion hole (H).

[0249] A communication opening (314d) is formed through the inside of the stopper (313). The first installation housing space (311a) and the second installation housing space (312a) can be communicated with each other by the communication opening (314d).

[0250] A friction pad (not shown) may be provided on one side of the stopper (313) facing the plate (P), in the illustrated embodiment, the lower side. The friction pad (not shown) may be configured to increase the frictional force between the lower side of the stopper (313) and the upper side of the plate (P), thereby preventing arbitrary movement of the installation housing (310). In one embodiment, the friction pad (not shown) may be formed of a rubber or silicone material.

[0251] The installation housing opening (314) connects the first installation housing space (311a) and the second installation housing space (312a) to each other. In addition, the installation housing opening (314) connects the first installation housing space (311a) and the second installation housing space (312a) to the outside.

[0252] In the illustrated embodiment, the installation housing opening (314) includes an insertion opening (314a), an adjustment opening (314b), a support opening (314c), and a communication opening (314d).

[0253] The insertion opening (314a) communicates the first installation housing space (311a) with the outside in the height direction. In the illustrated embodiment, the insertion opening (314a) is formed through one side, i.e., the upper side, of the first installation housing body (311) in the height direction, thereby communicating the upper side of the first installation housing space (311a) with the outside.

[0254] The insertion opening (314a) forms a passage through which the support member (320) is accommodated in the first installation housing space (311a). To this end, the insertion opening (314a) may be formed to have a larger cross-sectional area than a portion having the largest cross-sectional area among the portions of the single support member (320).

[0255] The insertion opening (314a) may have any shape that allows the first installation housing space (311a) to communicate with the outside and constitutes a passage through which the support member (320) is accommodated in the first installation housing space (311a). In the illustrated embodiment, the insertion opening (314a) has a cross-section with at least one curved surface and is formed as a space having a thickness in the vertical direction.

[0256] The adjustment opening (314b) connects the first installation housing space (311a) to the outside in a horizontal direction. In the illustrated embodiment, the adjustment opening (314b) is formed penetrating the outer periphery of the first installation housing body (311) to connect the first installation housing space (311a) to the outside in a radial direction.

[0257] The adjustment opening (314b) forms a passage through which the support head portion (321) of the support member (320) is exposed to the outside. To this end, the width of the adjustment opening (314b) may be formed to be greater than the width of the support head portion (321), i.e., the length in the front-back direction.

[0258] The adjustment opening (314b) may be any shape that allows the first installation housing space (311a) to communicate with the outside and allows the support head portion (321) to pass through. In the illustrated embodiment, the adjustment opening (314b) extends along the outer periphery of the first installation housing body (311) and is formed as a curved space having a height in the vertical direction.

[0259] A plurality of adjustment openings (314b) may be provided. The plurality of adjustment openings (314b) may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the horizontal direction of the first installation housing body (311). In the illustrated embodiment, the adjustment openings (314b) are formed in pairs and are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction.

[0260] A pair of adjustment openings (314b) face each other with a first installation housing space (311a) therebetween, and are each connected to the first installation housing space (311a). In each pair of adjustment openings (314b), the support head portions (321) of the first and second support members (200a, 200b) are positioned so as to be able to rise and fall, respectively.

[0261] The support opening (314c) horizontally communicates the second installation housing space (312a) with the outside. In the illustrated embodiment, the support opening (314c) is formed through the outer periphery of the second installation housing body (312) to radially communicate the second installation housing space (312a) with the outside.

[0262] The support opening (314c) forms a passage through which the support protrusion (323) of the support member (320) is exposed to the outside. To this end, the width of the support opening (314c) may be formed to be greater than the width of the support protrusion (323), i.e., the length in the front-back direction.

[0263] The support opening (314c) communicates the second installation housing space (312a) with the outside and may have any shape through which the support protrusion (323) can pass. In the illustrated embodiment, the support opening (314c) extends along the outer periphery of the second installation housing body (312) and is formed as a curved space having a height in the vertical direction.

[0264] A plurality of support openings (314c) may be provided. The plurality of support openings (314c) may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the horizontal direction of the second installation housing body (312). In the illustrated embodiment, a total of two pairs of support openings (314c) are provided, and each pair of support openings (314c) is spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction.

[0265] Each pair of support openings (314c) faces each other with a second installation housing space (312a) therebetween, and each is connected to the second installation housing space (312a). In each pair of support openings (314c), a pair of support protrusions (323) of the first and second support members (200a, 200b) are positioned so as to be able to rise and fall, respectively.

[0266] Additionally, a detachment prevention rib (312b) is positioned between a pair of support openings (314c). The detachment prevention rib (312b) is positioned between a pair of support protrusions (323) to prevent arbitrary detachment of the support body part (322) or the support protrusions (323) accommodated in the second installation housing space (312a).

[0267] The communication opening (314d) connects the first installation housing space (311a) and the second installation housing space (312a). The communication opening (314d) is formed penetratingly inside the stopper (313) located between the first installation housing body (311) and the second installation housing body (312). The communication opening (314d) is located between the first installation housing space (311a) and the second installation housing space (312a) in the height direction of the installation housing (310), i.e., in the vertical direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0268] The communication opening (314d) may have any shape that can communicate the first installation housing space (311a) and the second installation housing space (312a). In the illustrated embodiment, the communication opening (314d) is formed as a cylindrical space having a circular cross-section and a thickness in the vertical direction.

[0269] At this time, the diameter of the cross-section of the communication opening (314d) may be the same as the diameter of the cross-section of the first installation housing space (311a) and the diameter of the cross-section of the second installation housing space (312a). In the above embodiment, the inner surfaces of the first installation housing body (311), the second installation housing body (312), and the stopper (313) may be continuous without any protruding or sunken portions. Accordingly, the support member (320) may be easily inserted or withdrawn into the first installation housing space (311a) or the second installation housing space (312a).

[0270] The tightening member through-hole (315) is a portion where the tightening member (340) is coupled to the installation housing (310). The tightening member through-hole (315) may be formed in each of the first installation housing body (311) and the stopper (313). The tightening member through-hole (315) may be located on the upper side of the plate (P) and may be exposed to the outside of the plate (P).

[0271] The tightening member penetration hole (315) may have any shape through which the tightening body part (342) of the tightening member (340) can penetrate. In the illustrated embodiment, the tightening member penetration hole (315) has a circular cross-section and a disc shape having a thickness in the vertical direction.

[0272] In a state where the support member (320) is coupled with the installation housing (310), the tightening member through-hole (315) can be arranged to overlap with the tightening member joining hole (324) in the height direction of the installation housing (310), i.e., in the up-down direction. Accordingly, the tightening member (340) can be simultaneously coupled through the tightening member through-hole (315) and the tightening member joining hole (324).

[0273] In the illustrated embodiment, the tightening member through hole (315) includes a first tightening member through hole (315a) and a second tightening member through hole (315b).

[0274] The first tightening member through-hole (315a) is formed in the first installation housing body (311) and constitutes a portion where the tightening member (340) is coupled to the first installation housing body (311). The first tightening member through-hole (315a) is formed through one side of the first installation housing body (311) in the height direction, that is, the upper surface in the illustrated embodiment.

[0275] The first tightening member through-hole (315a) may be arranged to overlap the second tightening member through-hole (315b) in the height direction of the installation housing (310), i.e., in the vertical direction. Accordingly, the tightening member (340) penetrated through the first tightening member through-hole (315a) may be moved vertically and coupled to the second tightening member through-hole (315b).

[0276] A plurality of first tightening member penetration holes (315a) may be formed. The plurality of first tightening member penetration holes (315a) may be spaced apart from each other and may be arranged to overlap with the plurality of second tightening member penetration holes (315b) and the plurality of tightening member connecting holes (324) in the vertical direction, respectively.

[0277] In the illustrated embodiment, a total of four first tightening member through-holes (315a) are formed. One pair of first tightening member through-holes (315a) are spaced apart in the left-right direction and are located on the front side. The other pair of first tightening member through-holes (315a) are spaced apart in the left-right direction and are located on the rear side.

[0278] In other words, the four first tightening member penetration holes (315a) are positioned adjacent to each corner of the first installation housing body (311) and are arranged to face each other diagonally with the insertion opening (314a) therebetween.

[0279] The number and arrangement of the first tightening member through-holes (315a) may be changed depending on the number and arrangement of the second tightening member through-holes (315b) and the tightening member joining holes (324).

[0280] The second tightening member through-hole (315b) is formed in the stopper (313) and constitutes a portion where the tightening member (340) is coupled to the stopper (313). The second tightening member through-hole (315b) is formed radially inwardly of the outer circumference of the stopper (313).

[0281] The second tightening member through-hole (315b) may be arranged to overlap the first tightening member through-hole (315a) in the height direction of the installation housing (310), i.e., in the vertical direction. The tightening member (340) that penetrates the first tightening member through-hole (315a) may extend to the plate (P) by penetrating the second tightening member through-hole (315b).

[0282] A plurality of second tightening member penetration holes (315b) may be formed. The plurality of second tightening member penetration holes (315b) may be spaced apart from each other and may be arranged to overlap the plurality of first tightening member penetration holes (315a) and the plurality of tightening member connecting holes (324) in the vertical direction, respectively.

[0283] In the illustrated embodiment, a total of four second tightening member through-holes (315b) are formed. One pair of second tightening member through-holes (315b) are spaced apart in the left-right direction and are located on the front side. The other pair of second tightening member through-holes (315b) are spaced apart in the left-right direction and are located on the rear side.

[0284] In other words, the four second tightening member penetration holes (315b) are arranged diagonally facing each other with a communication opening (314d) formed inside the stopper (313) interposed therebetween.

[0285] The number and arrangement of the second tightening member through-holes (315b) may be changed depending on the number and arrangement of the first tightening member through-holes (315a) and the tightening member joining holes (324).

[0286] Referring again to FIGS. 8 to 10, the installation member (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a support member (320).

[0287] The support member (320) is coupled with the installation housing (310). The support member (320) can be elevated to come into contact with or be spaced apart from the plate (P). By the close contact between the support member (320) and the plate (P), the installation member (300) can be coupled with the plate (P).

[0288] The support member (320) is coupled to the plate (P). Specifically, the support member (320) is coupled to the installation housing (310) and penetrates the insertion hole (H) to be coupled to the plate (P). A portion of the support member (320) is positioned on the upper side of the plate (P), and the remaining portion of the support member (320) is positioned on the lower side of the plate (P).

[0289] The support member (320) is movably coupled to the installation housing (310). At this time, the support member (320) can be rotated in the width direction of the installation member (300), or in the left-right direction in the illustrated embodiment, around the coupled tightening member (340) as an axis. By the rotation, the support member (320) can be exposed to the outside of the installation housing (310) or accommodated within the installation housing (310). Accordingly, the support member (320) and the installation housing (310) coupled thereto can penetrate the insertion hole (H).

[0290] Furthermore, the support member (320) can be coupled to the installation housing (310) so as to be movable in the diametric direction of the installation housing (310) along the horizontal direction. In the illustrated embodiment, the support member (320) can be coupled to the installation housing (310) so as to be movable in the left-right direction.

[0291] Accordingly, the support member (320) can be moved in the direction in which the support head portion (321) protrudes radially through the insertion opening (314a) and in the opposite direction while being coupled with the installation housing (310). Similarly, the support member (320) can be moved in the direction in which the support protrusion portion (323) protrudes radially through the support opening (314c) and in the opposite direction while being coupled with the installation housing (310).

[0292] The support member (320) is movably connected to the installation housing (310). When the support member (320) is raised, the remaining portion of the support member (320) can be brought into close contact with the plate (P). When the support member (320) is lowered, the remaining portion of the support member (320) can be separated from the plate (P). The elevation of the support member (320) can be achieved by connection with the tightening member (340).

[0293] The support member (320) is coupled to the tightening member (340). The tightening member (340) penetrates the tightening member through-hole (315) and penetrates the support member (320). When an external force is applied to the tightening member (340), the support member (320) can be raised or lowered. In addition, when an external force is applied to the tightening member (340), the support member (320) can be moved in the width direction of the installation member (300), or in the left-right direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0294] A plurality of support members (320) may be provided. The plurality of support members (320) may be coupled with the installation housing (310), the tightening member (340), and the plate (P) at different locations. In the illustrated embodiment, the support members (320) are provided in pairs, including a first support member (320a) and a second support member (320b). Alternatively, three or more support members (320) may be provided and coupled with the installation housing (310), the tightening member (340), and the plate (P) at different locations.

[0295] The first support member (320a) is positioned on the left side and is at least partially positioned in the adjustment opening (314b) and the communication opening (314d) located on the left side. The second support member (320b) is positioned on the right side and is at least partially positioned in the adjustment opening (314b) and the communication opening (314d) located on the right side.

[0296] As will be described later, the first support member (320a) and the second support member (320b) can be sequentially coupled to the installation housing (310). At this time, each of the first support member (320a) and the second support member (320b) can be formed to have a smaller size than the installation housing (310).

[0297] Specifically, each of the first support member (320a) and the second support member (320b) may be formed to have a smaller size than the first installation housing space (311a) formed inside the first installation housing body (311). In addition, each of the first support member (320a) and the second support member (320b) may be formed to have a smaller size than the second installation housing space (312a) formed inside the second installation housing body (312) and the communication opening (314d) formed inside the stopper (313).

[0298] Preferably, each of the first support member (320a) and the second support member (320b) may be formed to have a size less than half of the size of the first installation housing space (311a), the second installation housing space (312a), and the communication opening (314d).

[0299] Specifically, the size of each of the first support member (320a) and the second support member (320b) can be determined by considering the protrusion of the support head portion (321) and the support protrusion portion (323).

[0300] For example, the size of each of the first and second support members (200a, 200b) may be larger than half the size of the first installation housing space (311a), the second installation housing space (312a), and the communication opening (314d). However, even in the above case, the first and second support members (200a, 200b) must be formed to a size that can be inserted into the installation housing (310). To this end, the maximum value of the horizontal length of the first and second support members (200a, 200b) may be less than or equal to the diameter of the first installation housing space (311a), the second installation housing space (312a), and the communication opening (314d).

[0301] Accordingly, when an external force (F) is applied so that either one of the first support member (320a) and the second support member (320b) is first combined with the installation housing (310) and tilted at a predetermined angle, the support protrusion (323) provided on either one of the members is accommodated in the second installation housing space (312a) and is not exposed to the outside of the second installation housing body (312).

[0302] In the above state, when an external force (F) is applied so that the other one of the first support member (320a) and the second support member (320b) is combined with the installation housing (310) and tilted at a predetermined angle, the support protrusion (323) provided on the other one is also accommodated in the second installation housing space (312a) and is not exposed to the outside of the second installation housing body (312).

[0303] In the above state, the support member (320) can penetrate into the insertion hole (H) while being coupled with the installation housing (310). When an external force is applied to the support member (320) after the stopper (313) is seated on the plate (P), the support protrusion (323) can be exposed to the outside of the second installation housing body (312).

[0304] Accordingly, the built-in installation member (300) according to an embodiment of the present invention can be installed in a wide space, i.e., on the upper side of the plate (P). It will be understood that this is an effect achieved by providing a plurality of support members (320).

[0305] In one embodiment, the support member (320) can be coupled with the installation housing (310) after the installation housing (310) is coupled to the plate (P). That is, in the above embodiment, the installation housing (310) is inserted through the insertion hole (H) and is seated on the plate (P), and the support member (320) can be coupled with the installation housing (310) in the above state. In the above embodiment as well, the coupling process of the support member (320) and the installation housing (310) can be performed in the same manner as in the above-described embodiment.

[0306] In the above case, the support member (320) can be moved downward sufficiently until the support protrusion (323) is positioned on the lower side of the plate (P), and then moved toward the outside of the installation housing (310).

[0307] The first support member (320a) and the second support member (320b) differ in their positions, but have the same structure and function. Therefore, in the following description, the common features of the first support member (320a) and the second support member (320b) are collectively referred to as the support member (320).

[0308] In the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 16 to 19, the support member (320) includes a support head portion (321), a support body portion (322), a support protrusion portion (323), and a tightening member connecting hole (324).

[0309] The support head portion (321) constitutes a part of the outer shape of the support member (320). The support head portion (321) is a portion where the support member (320) is coupled to the first installation housing body (311). The support head portion (321) is movably accommodated in the first installation housing space (311a).

[0310] The support head portion (321) is positioned in the adjustment opening portion (314b). The support head portion (321) can be raised and lowered along the adjustment opening portion (314b). To this end, the width of the support head portion (321), i.e., the length in the front-back direction, can be formed to be less than or equal to the width of the adjustment opening portion (314b), i.e., the length in the front-back direction.

[0311] In addition, it is preferable that the protruding length of the support head portion (321), i.e., the length in the left-right direction, be formed to be less than the outer circumference of the first installation housing body (311) in consideration of the combination with the extension housing (120).

[0312] The support head portion (321) can be moved in the width direction of the first installation housing body (311), or in the left-right direction in the illustrated embodiment. Accordingly, the ratio of the portion of the support head portion (321) located in the first installation housing space (311a) or the adjustment opening (314b) can be adjusted differently.

[0313] The support head portion (321) may have any shape that can be received in a manner that allows it to be raised or lowered in the first installation housing space (311a) and the adjustment opening (314b). In the illustrated embodiment, the support head portion (321) has a cross-section that includes at least one curved surface and is a three-dimensional shape having a height in the vertical direction.

[0314] The support head portion (321) is continuous with the support body portion (322). The support head portion (321) is formed to protrude radially from the outer periphery of the support body portion (322). In other words, the lower side of the support head portion (321) is continuous with the upper side of the support body portion (322). The support head portion (321) is arranged to face the support protrusion portion (323) and be spaced apart from it in the height direction of the support member (320), i.e., in the vertical direction in the illustrated embodiment. A plate (P) may be positioned between the support head portion (321) and the support protrusion portion (323).

[0315] In the illustrated embodiment, the support head portion (321) includes a head opening (321a) and a head space (321b).

[0316] The head opening (321a) connects the head space (321b), which is a space formed on the inside of the support head part (321), to the outside. The head opening (321a) is formed on one side of the support head part (321) in the height direction, that is, on the upper side in the illustrated embodiment. The head opening (321a) is formed by being recessed into the inner surface of the support head part (321). In other words, the head opening (321a) is formed to penetrate the inside of the support head part (321) in the height direction.

[0317] As the head opening (321a) is formed, a space can be secured in which the support head portions (321) provided on the first and second support members (200a, 200b) can move toward each other.

[0318] The head opening (321a) is connected to the head space (321b).

[0319] The head space (321b) is a space formed inside the support head portion (321). The head space (321b) is defined by being at least partially surrounded by the inner surface of the support head portion (321). The head space (321b) is connected to the first installation housing space (311a). In addition, the head space (321b) is connected to the head opening (321a). The head space (321b) extends in the height direction of the support member (320), i.e., in the vertical direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0320] As the head space (321b) is formed, a space can be secured in which the support body parts (322) provided on the first and second support members (200a, 200b) can move toward each other.

[0321] The support body part (322) constitutes another part of the outer shape of the support member (320). The support body part (322) is connected to the support member (320) with the first installation housing body (311) and the second installation housing body (312). The support body part (322) penetrates the communication opening (314d).

[0322] The support body part (322) is at least partially accommodated in the first installation housing space (311a) or the second installation housing space (312a), respectively. At this time, the ratio of the portion of the support body part (322) accommodated in the first installation housing space (311a) and the ratio of the portion accommodated in the second installation housing space (312a) may change depending on the elevation of the support member (320).

[0323] The support body part (322) can move in the width direction of the first installation housing body (311) or the second installation housing body (312), or in the left-right direction in the illustrated embodiment. At this time, the support head part (321) and the support protrusion (323) coupled with the support body part (322) also move together in the left-right direction.

[0324] The support body part (322) may be at least partially accommodated in the first installation housing space (311a) and the second installation housing space (312a), and may have any shape that can be lifted or moved together with the support head part (321) and the support protrusion (323). In the illustrated embodiment, the support body part (322) has a rounded curved shape that has a height in the vertical direction and is convex outward in the width direction of the installation housing (310).

[0325] One side in the height direction of the support body part (322), the upper side in the illustrated embodiment, is continuous with the support head part (321). The other side in the height direction of the support body part (322), the lower side in the illustrated embodiment, is continuous with the support protrusion (323).

[0326] In the illustrated embodiment, the support body portion (322) includes a body space (322a) and a reinforcing protrusion (322b).

[0327] The body space (322a) is a space formed inside the support body part (322). The body space (322a) is defined by being at least partially surrounded by the inner surface of the support body part (322). The body space (322a) is connected to the head space (321b). The body space (322a) extends in the height direction of the support body part (322), and in the vertical direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0328] As the body space (322a) is formed, a space can be secured in which the support body parts (322) provided on the first and second support members (200a, 200b) can move toward each other.

[0329] The reinforcing protrusions (322b) are configured to reinforce the rigidity of the supporting body (322). The reinforcing protrusions (322b) are formed on the inner surface of the supporting body (322). The reinforcing protrusions (322b) extend in the height direction of the supporting body (322), i.e., in the vertical direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0330] A plurality of reinforcing protrusions (322b) may be formed. The plurality of reinforcing protrusions (322b) may be spaced apart from each other along the inner circumference of the supporting body (322). In the illustrated embodiment, four reinforcing protrusions (322b) are provided and spaced apart from each other along the inner circumference of the supporting body (322).

[0331] The support protrusion (323) constitutes the remaining portion of the outer shape of the support member (320). The support protrusion (323) is coupled to the second installation housing body (312). The support protrusion (323) is positioned in the second installation housing space (312a) or the support opening (314c). The support protrusion (323) can be exposed to the outside of the second installation housing body (312) through the support opening (314c).

[0332] The support protrusion (323) is a portion where the support member (320) is in close contact with the plate (P). When the support protrusion (323) is in close contact with the lower side of the plate (P), the stopper (313) is in close contact with the upper side of the plate (P). Accordingly, the installation member (300) and the plate (P) can be in close contact.

[0333] The support protrusion (323) can be moved in the width direction of the first installation housing body (311) or the second installation housing body (312), or in the left-right direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0334] At this time, when the support protrusion (323) is moved inward in the width direction, to the left in the embodiment shown in FIG. 17, the proportion of the portion of the support protrusion (323) accommodated in the second installation housing space (312a) increases so that it is not exposed to the outside of the second installation housing body (312).

[0335] In the above state, the installation housing (310) can be lifted and pulled out from the insertion hole (H) or inserted into the insertion hole (H).

[0336] In addition, when the support protrusion (323) is moved outward in the width direction, to the right in the embodiment shown in FIG. 17, the proportion of the support protrusion (323) exposed to the outside of the second installation housing space (312a) increases, and it is exposed to the outside of the second installation housing body (312).

[0337] In the above state, when the installation housing (310) is raised, the support protrusion (323) comes into contact with the plate (P), so that the installation housing (310) is not pulled out of the insertion hole (H).

[0338] The support protrusion (323) is continuous with the support body part (322). The support protrusion (323) is located on the other side of the support body part (322) in the height direction, i.e., on the lower side in the illustrated embodiment. The support protrusion (323) is formed to protrude from the outer surface of the support body part (322) toward the outer side in the width direction, i.e., toward the right side in the illustrated embodiment in FIG. 17.

[0339] The support protrusion (323) is positioned apart from the support head (321) in the height direction of the support body (322), and in the vertical direction in the illustrated embodiment. A stopper (313) and a plate (P) are positioned between the support protrusion (323) and the support head (321).

[0340] The support protrusion (323) can be raised or lowered or moved in the width direction together with the support body (322) and the support head (321) coupled thereto.

[0341] A plurality of support protrusions (323) may be provided. The plurality of support protrusions (323) are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction and can be inserted into the plurality of support openings (314c), respectively. In the illustrated embodiment, the support protrusions (323) are provided in pairs and spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction.

[0342] A separation prevention rib (312b) may be positioned between a pair of support protrusions (323) to prevent the support protrusions (323) from being separated through the support opening (314c). At the same time, the distance of movement of the support protrusions (323) outward in the width direction may be limited to the time when the separation prevention ribs (312b) and the support body (322) come into contact.

[0343] The distance that the support protrusion (323) is raised and lowered may be limited by the second installation housing body (312). Specifically, the support protrusion (323) may be raised only until one side in the height direction, in the illustrated embodiment, the upper surface contacts the raising and lowering limiting surface (312c) positioned on the upper side. Similarly, the support protrusion (323) may be lowered only until the other side in the height direction, in the illustrated embodiment, the lower surface contacts the raising and lowering limiting surface (312c) positioned on the lower side.

[0344] The support protrusion (323) can be formed to a size that can be easily inserted into the second installation housing space (312a) and the installation housing opening (314), but cannot be arbitrarily displaced in the radial direction from the second installation housing space (312a).

[0345] Specifically, the protruding length of the support protrusion (323), in the illustrated embodiment, in the left-right direction, may be formed to be less than the radius of the second installation housing space (312a). In addition, the protruding length of the support protrusion (323) may be formed to be less than the radius of the insertion opening (314a) and the communication opening (314d).

[0346] Alternatively, as described above, the protrusion length of the support protrusion (323) may be formed to be greater than the radius of the second installation housing space (312a), the insertion opening (314a), and the communication opening (314d).

[0347] In this case, in order for the support member (320) to be inserted into the interior of the installation housing (310), it is preferable that the horizontal length of the support protrusion (323), i.e., the length in the front-back direction and the length in the left-right direction in the illustrated embodiment, be formed to be less than the diameter of the second installation housing space (312a), the insertion opening (314a), and the communication opening (314d).

[0348] Accordingly, in an embodiment in which a pair of support members (320) is provided, a pair of support members (320) can be maintained in a state in which they are accommodated in the second installation housing space (312a).

[0349] In addition, the extension length of the support protrusion (323), in the illustrated embodiment, the length in the outer circumferential direction of the support body portion (322) may be formed to be less than or equal to the length in the outer circumferential direction of the support opening (314c).

[0350] Accordingly, the support protrusion (323) can be easily exposed to the outside of the second installation housing body (312) through the support opening (314c).

[0351] In the illustrated embodiment, the support protrusion (323) includes a support protrusion (323a).

[0352] The support protrusion (323a) is formed on one side of the support protrusion (323) facing the plate (P), i.e., the upper side in the illustrated embodiment. The support protrusion (323a) is configured to reinforce the close contact between the plate (P) and the support protrusion (323).

[0353] The supporting protrusion (323a) may be configured in any shape that can maintain a close contact with the surface of the plate (P). In the illustrated embodiment, the supporting protrusion (323a) may be configured to include a plurality of protrusions and a plurality of recesses. The plurality of protrusions and the plurality of recesses extend in the width direction of the supporting protrusion (323), i.e., in the left-right direction in the illustrated embodiment. The plurality of protrusions and the plurality of recesses are alternately arranged along the length direction of the supporting protrusion (323), i.e., in the front-back direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0354] In one embodiment, a friction pad (not shown) may be provided on the upper surface of the support protrusion (323) together with the support protrusion (323a) or alone. The friction pad (not shown) may be configured to increase the frictional force between the lower surface of the plate (P) and the upper surface of the support protrusion (323). In one embodiment, the friction pad (not shown) may be formed of a rubber or silicone material.

[0355] The tightening member connecting hole (324) is a portion where the support member (320) is connected to the tightening member (340). The tightening member connecting hole (324) is located between the first tightening member through hole (315a) and the second tightening member through hole (315b).

[0356] The tightening member connecting hole (324) can be arranged to overlap the first tightening member through hole (315a) and the second tightening member through hole (315b) in the height direction of the support member (320), or in the vertical direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0357] A tightening member joining hole (324) is formed in the support head portion (321). The tightening member joining hole (324) is formed to penetrate in the height direction of the support head portion (321), in the vertical direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0358] The tightening member joining hole (324) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the tightening body (342) of the tightening member (340). In the illustrated embodiment, the tightening member joining hole (324) is a cylindrical space having a circular cross-section and a vertical height. Each side of the tightening member joining hole (324) in the height direction, the upper side and the lower side in the illustrated embodiment, are formed to be open.

[0359] A plurality of tightening member connecting holes (324) may be formed. The plurality of tightening member connecting holes (324) may be spaced apart from each other and may be arranged to overlap with a plurality of first tightening member through holes (315a) and a plurality of second tightening member through holes (315b) in the vertical direction, respectively. In addition, a plurality of tightening members (340) may be connected to each of the plurality of tightening member connecting holes (324).

[0360] In the illustrated embodiment, a total of four tightening member joining holes (324) are formed. One pair of tightening member joining holes (324) are spaced apart in the front-back direction and formed in the support head portion (321) of the first support member (320a). Another pair of tightening member joining holes (324) are spaced apart in the front-back direction and formed in the support head portion (321) of the second support member (320b).

[0361] The fastening member joining member (330) is a portion where the installation member (300) is joined to the fastening member (500). The fastening member joining member (330) is positioned on the upper side of the plate (P), adjacent to the pin member joining hole (121) and the fastening member joining portion (230), which are also positioned on the upper side of the plate (P).

[0362] The fastening member connecting member (330) is continuous with the portion of the installation member (300) located on the upper side of the plate (P). In the illustrated embodiment, the fastening member connecting member (330) is formed to protrude upward from the plate-shaped member that is seated on the plate (P).

[0363] The fastening member joining member (330) is positioned adjacent to the pin member joining hole (121). The fastening member joining member (330) can be positioned to overlap the pin member joining hole (121) in a radial or horizontal direction as the extension housing (120) rotates.

[0364] The fastening member coupling member (330) is positioned adjacent to the fastening member receiving hole (232). The fastening member coupling member (330) may be positioned to overlap the fastening member receiving hole (232) in a radial or horizontal direction.

[0365] The fastening member joining member (330) can extend along the joining direction of the fastening member (500). In the illustrated embodiment, the fastening member joining member (330) extends in the front-back direction.

[0366] A plurality of fastening member coupling members (330) may be provided. The plurality of fastening member coupling members (330) may be spaced apart in a direction different from the extension direction thereof, and may be respectively coupled to the plurality of fastening members (500). In the illustrated embodiment, the fastening member coupling members (330) are provided in pairs and spaced apart in the left-right direction.

[0367] A fastening hollow (331) is formed inside the fastening member (330).

[0368] The fastening cavity (331) is a space formed inside the fastening member connecting member (330). The fastening cavity (331) extends in the extension direction of the fastening member connecting member (330), in the front-back direction in the illustrated embodiment. Each end of the fastening cavity (331) in the extension direction, in the illustrated embodiment, the front side and the rear side, are each formed open, so that the fastening member (500) can pass through.

[0369] The fastening hollow (331) may be arranged to overlap with the fastening member receiving hole (232). In other words, the fastening hollow (331) is arranged to overlap with the fastening member receiving hole (232) in the direction in which the fastening member (500) is coupled, i.e., in the front-back direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0370] Accordingly, it will be understood that when the extension housing (120) is rotated so that the pin member coupling hole (121) overlaps with the fastening member receiving hole (232), the fastening hollow (331) is also arranged to overlap with the pin member coupling hole (121).

[0371] The fastening cavity (331) may have any shape to which the fastening member (500) can be joined. In the illustrated embodiment, the fastening cavity (331) is a cylindrical space having a circular cross-section and extending in the front-rear direction. In an embodiment in which the fastening member (500) is provided as a screw member, screw threads may be formed on the inner surface of the fastening member connecting member (330) surrounding the fastening cavity (331).

[0372] Referring to FIG. 20, an installation member (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a tightening member (340).

[0373] The tightening member (340) is coupled to the installation housing (310) and the support member (320) to support them. In addition, the tightening member (340) is configured to elevate the coupled support member (320).

[0374] The tightening member (340) is coupled to the installation housing (310). The tightening member (340) is respectively penetrated through the tightening member through-holes (315). One end of the extending end of the tightening member (340) facing the plate (P), in the illustrated embodiment, the lower end, is supported by being in contact with the plate (P).

[0375] The tightening member (340) is coupled to the supporting member (320). The tightening member (340) penetrates the tightening member joining hole (324). At this time, when the tightening member (340) is manipulated, the supporting member (320) is elevated, so that the supporting protrusion (323) and the plate (P) can be brought into close contact or separated. Accordingly, the installation member (300) can be coupled to or separated from the plate (P).

[0376] The tightening member (340) is coupled to the installation housing (310) and the support member (320), respectively, and may be provided in any shape that can elevate the support member (320). In the illustrated embodiment, the tightening member (340) is provided in the form of a screw member that is screw-connected to the installation housing (310) and the support member (320).

[0377] In the above embodiment, screw threads may be formed on the inner surface of the installation housing (310) surrounding the tightening member through-hole (315) and the inner surface of the support head portion (321) surrounding the tightening member joining hole (324).

[0378] A plurality of tightening members (340) may be provided. The plurality of tightening members (340) may be respectively coupled to the plurality of tightening member through-holes (315) and the plurality of tightening member connecting holes (324). In the illustrated embodiment, a total of four tightening members (340) are provided. The number of tightening members (340) may vary depending on the number of tightening member through-holes (315) and tightening member connecting holes (324).

[0379] In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 20, the tightening member (340) includes a tightening head portion (341) and a tightening body portion (342).

[0380] The tightening head portion (341) constitutes a portion of the tightening member (340). The tightening head portion (341) is a portion of the tightening member (340) that is exposed to the outside in the height direction of the installation housing (310), i.e., upward in the illustrated embodiment. The tightening head portion (341) can receive external force from a worker or a tool.

[0381] The tightening head part (341) is coupled to the first installation housing body (311). The tightening head part (341) is located on the upper side of the first tightening member through-hole (315a) formed in the first installation housing body (311).

[0382] In an embodiment in which the tightening member (340) is provided as a screw member, the tightening head portion (341) may include a groove for accommodating a tool such as a driver.

[0383] The tightening head portion (341) is exposed on the outside of the first installation housing body (311) and may have any shape that can receive external force. In the illustrated embodiment, the tightening head portion (341) is a disc-shaped portion with a circular cross-section and a thickness in the vertical direction.

[0384] In the above embodiment, the diameter of the cross-section of the tightening head portion (341) may be greater than or equal to the diameter of the cross-section of the first tightening member through-hole (315a). Preferably, the diameter of the cross-section of the tightening head portion (341) may exceed the diameter of the cross-section of the first tightening member through-hole (315a).

[0385] The tightening head portion (341) is continuous with the tightening body portion (342).

[0386] The tightening body part (342) constitutes another part of the tightening member (340). The tightening body part (342) is a part where the tightening member (340) is coupled to the installation housing (310) and the support member (320). The tightening body part (342) extends in the height direction of the installation housing (310) or the support member (320), or in the vertical direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0387] One end of the tightening body (342) in the extension direction, the upper end in the illustrated embodiment, is coupled with the tightening head (341). The other end of the tightening body (342) in the extension direction, the lower end in the illustrated embodiment, is in contact with the plate (P). In one embodiment, the lower end of the tightening body (342) can be in close contact with the plate (P).

[0388] The tightening body part (342) is connected to the tightening member through-hole (315) and the tightening member connecting hole (324), respectively. Specifically, the tightening body part (342) extends by sequentially passing through the first tightening member through-hole (315a), the tightening member connecting hole (324), and the second tightening member through-hole (315b).

[0389] In an embodiment in which the tightening member (340) is provided as a screw member, screw threads may be formed on the outer periphery of the tightening body portion (342). The screw threads may be screw-connected with screw threads formed on the inner surface of the installation housing (310) surrounding the tightening member through-hole (315) and the tightening member joining hole (324) and the inner surface of the support head portion (321).

[0390] When a one-way external force is applied to the tightening head portion (341) so that the end of the tightening body portion (342) comes into contact with the plate (P) and the tightening body portion (342) is further rotated, the support member (320) coupled with the tightening body portion (342) can be raised. Accordingly, the installation member (300) can be tightly coupled with the plate (P).

[0391] When an external force in another direction is applied to the tightening head portion (341) so that the support protrusion (323) is separated from the plate (P) and the tightening body portion (342) is further rotated, the support protrusion (323) can be lowered. Accordingly, the installation member (300) can be adjusted to a state where it can be separated from the plate (P).

[0392] A detailed description of the process in which the support member (320) is elevated by the operation of the tightening member (340) and the installation member (300) is coupled or separated from the plate (P) will be described later.

[0393] Referring to FIGS. 21 to 26, an installation member (300) according to another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In the illustrated embodiment, the installation member (300) includes an installation housing (310), a support member (320), and a tightening member (340).

[0394] In this embodiment, the installation member (300) is positioned on the lower side of the plate (P) with only the support member (320) penetrating the insertion hole (H). Accordingly, in this embodiment, the installation housing (310) does not include the second installation housing body (312), and further includes a mounting gasket (316) for supporting the stopper (313).

[0395] In addition, since the support member (320) is directly connected to the first installation housing body (311), the stopper (313) and the settling gasket (316), the support protrusion (323) is provided in a single piece (i.e., it does not need to be supported by the detachment prevention rib (312b)).

[0396] Referring to FIGS. 23 to 25, the installation housing (310) according to the illustrated embodiment includes a first installation housing body (311), a stopper (313), an installation housing opening (314), a tightening member through-hole (315), and a mounting gasket (316).

[0397] The installation housing (310) according to the present embodiment has the same function as the installation housing (310) according to the above-described embodiment, but differs in structure. Accordingly, the following description will focus on the differences between the installation housing (310) according to the present embodiment and the above-described embodiment.

[0398] In the illustrated embodiment, the installation housing (310) includes a first installation housing body (311), a stopper (313), an installation housing opening (314), a tightening member through-hole (315), and a mounting gasket (316). Among the above configurations, the structure of the stopper (313) and the mounting gasket (316) are different from those of the installation housing (310) according to the above-described embodiment.

[0399] That is, the stopper (313) is supported by the settling gasket (316). The settling gasket (316) is positioned between the stopper (313) and the plate (P) to support the stopper (313) and at the same time settling on the plate (P).

[0400] At this time, the stopper (313) and the settling gasket (316) can be combined so as not to rotate relative to each other, i.e., to prevent misalignment.

[0401] To this end, in the illustrated embodiment, the stopper (313) includes a gasket engaging projection (313a), a stopper groove (313b), an anti-rotation protrusion (313c), and a gasket receiving space (313d).

[0402] The gasket coupling protrusion (313a) is inserted into the gasket opening (316a) formed in the mounting gasket (316) and comes into contact with the inner circumference of the mounting gasket (316) surrounding the gasket opening (316a). The gasket coupling protrusion (313a) is formed to protrude downward in the illustrated embodiment from the lower surface of the stopper (313) in a direction toward the mounting gasket (316).

[0403] The gasket coupling protrusion (313a) may be formed to have a polygonal cross-section. In the illustrated embodiment, the gasket coupling protrusion (313a) is formed to have a pair of curved surfaces facing each other and a pair of flat surfaces continuous with each end of the pair of curved surfaces.

[0404] A stopper groove (313b) may be formed recessed inside the gasket coupling protrusion (313a). A gasket protrusion (316c) is retractably received in the stopper groove (313b). Accordingly, when the stopper (313) and the mounting gasket (316) are coupled such that the gasket protrusion (316c) is inserted into the stopper groove (313b), the relative rotation of the stopper (313) and the mounting gasket (316) may be restricted.

[0405] A plurality of gasket coupling protrusions (313a) may be formed. The plurality of gasket coupling protrusions (313a) may be arranged at a predetermined angle and spaced apart from each other along the inner circumference of the stopper (313). In the illustrated embodiment, four gasket coupling protrusions (313a) are provided, and are arranged along the inner circumference of the stopper (313) at right angles to each other.

[0406] The shape, number, and arrangement of the gasket coupling protrusion (313a) and stopper groove (313b) can be changed corresponding to the number, shape, and arrangement of the gasket groove (316b).

[0407] The anti-rotation protrusion (313c) is inserted into the gasket protrusion (316c) formed on the mounting gasket (316). The anti-rotation protrusion (313c) is formed to protrude radially inward from the inner surface of the outer periphery of the mounting gasket (316).

[0408] The anti-rotation protrusion (313c) may be formed to have a polygonal cross-section. In the illustrated embodiment, the anti-rotation protrusion (313c) is formed to have a rectangular cross-section.

[0409] A plurality of anti-rotation protrusions (313c) may be formed. The plurality of anti-rotation protrusions (313c) may be arranged at a predetermined angle from each other along the outer circumference of the stopper (313). In the illustrated embodiment, six anti-rotation protrusions (313c) are provided, and are arranged along the outer circumference of the stopper (313) at an angle of 60° from each other with respect to the center of the stopper (313).

[0410] The shape, number, and arrangement of the anti-rotation protrusions (313c) can be changed corresponding to the shape, number, and arrangement of the gasket protrusions (316c).

[0411] The gasket receiving space (313d) receives the mounting gasket (316). The gasket receiving space (313d) is formed between the lower outer periphery and the inner periphery of the stopper (313). The lower outer periphery of the stopper (313), i.e., the surface on which the rotation prevention protrusion (313c) is formed, is located radially outside the gasket receiving space (313d). The lower inner periphery of the stopper (313), i.e., the surface on which the gasket engaging protrusion (313a) and the stopper groove (313b) are formed, is located radially inside the gasket receiving space (313d).

[0412] The settling gasket (316) is coupled with the stopper (313) to support the stopper (313) and the first installation housing body (311) coupled thereto. The settling gasket (316) is mounted on the plate (P). The settling gasket (316) is positioned between the stopper (313) and the plate (P).

[0413] One surface of the mounting gasket (316) facing the plate (P), in the illustrated embodiment, the lower surface, may be provided with the friction pad (not illustrated) described above. In the illustrated embodiment, the frictional force between the mounting gasket (316) and the surface of the plate (P) is increased, thereby preventing arbitrary movement or rotation of the mounting gasket (316).

[0414] The mounting gasket (316) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the stopper (313). In the illustrated embodiment, the mounting gasket (316) is formed as a ring-shaped plate having a circular cross-section and a vertical thickness, and having a gasket opening (316a) formed therein. The mounting gasket (316) is accommodated in the gasket accommodation space (313d).

[0415] In the illustrated embodiment, the settling gasket (316) includes a gasket opening (316a), a gasket groove (316b), and a gasket protrusion (316c).

[0416] The gasket opening (316a) is a space formed inside the mounting gasket (316). The gasket opening (316a) is formed to penetrate the mounting gasket (316) in the thickness direction, i.e., in the vertical direction in the illustrated embodiment, and is in communication with the communication opening (314d). The support member (320) can sequentially pass through the communication opening (314d) and the gasket opening (316a) to enter the lower side of the plate (P).

[0417] The gasket opening (316a) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the flue opening (314d). In the illustrated embodiment, the gasket opening (316a) has a circular cross-section and a disc shape having a thickness in the vertical direction.

[0418] The gasket groove (316b) accommodates the anti-rotation protrusion (313c) of the stopper (313). The gasket groove (316b) is formed by being recessed into the outer periphery of the mounting gasket (316).

[0419] The gasket groove (316b) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the anti-rotation protrusion (313c). In the illustrated embodiment, the gasket groove (316b) has a rectangular cross-section and is formed to have a height in the vertical direction.

[0420] A plurality of gasket grooves (316b) may be formed. The plurality of gasket grooves (316b) may be spaced apart from each other at a predetermined angle along the outer circumference of the mounting gasket (316). In the illustrated embodiment, six gasket grooves (316b) are formed and are arranged along the outer circumference of the mounting gasket (316) at an angle of 60° with respect to the center of the mounting gasket (316).

[0421] The shape, number and arrangement of the gasket groove (316b) can be changed corresponding to the shape, number and arrangement of the anti-rotation protrusion (313c).

[0422] The gasket protrusion (316c) is accommodated in the stopper groove (313b). The gasket protrusion (316c) is formed to protrude radially inward from the inner circumference of the mounting gasket (316).

[0423] The gasket protrusion (316c) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the stopper groove (313b). In the illustrated embodiment, the gasket protrusion (316c) has a rectangular cross-section and is formed to have a height in the vertical direction.

[0424] A plurality of gasket protrusions (316c) may be formed. The plurality of gasket protrusions (316c) may be spaced apart from each other at a predetermined angle along the inner circumference of the mounting gasket (316). In the illustrated embodiment, four gasket protrusions (316c) are formed and are arranged along the inner circumference of the mounting gasket (316) at right angles to each other with respect to the center of the mounting gasket (316).

[0425] The shape, number, and arrangement of the gasket protrusions (316c) can be changed to correspond to the shape, number, and arrangement of the stopper grooves (313b).

[0426] Referring to FIG. 26, a support member (320) provided in an installation member (300) according to another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.

[0427] In the present embodiment, the support body portion (322) is formed so that the length in the outer circumferential direction decreases toward the support protrusion (323) on one side, and toward the lower side in the illustrated embodiment. In other words, the support body portion (322) is formed to taper toward the lower side.

[0428] Accordingly, the support body part (322) can be easily accommodated in the first and second installation housing spaces (111, 121) through the installation housing opening (314). In addition, the support body part (322) and the support member (320) including the support body part (322) can be lightweight, so that the weight of the entire built-in installation member (300) can be reduced.

[0429] In the present embodiment, the number of support protrusions (323) provided on each support member (320) is single. Specifically, the first and second support members (200a, 200b) are each provided with a single number of support protrusions (323). Each support protrusion (323) extends along the longitudinal direction of the first and second support members (200a, 200b), i.e., the front-back direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0430] The difference in the above structure is due to the fact that the installation member (300) according to the present embodiment is not provided with a second installation housing body (312). Accordingly, the contact area between the support protrusion (323) and the plate (P) is increased, so that the combined state of the installation member (300) and the plate (P) can be maintained more stably.

[0431] Meanwhile, the support protrusion (323) provided in the installation member (300) according to the present embodiment may be formed to a size that can be easily inserted into the first installation housing space (311a), the installation housing opening (314), and the gasket opening (316a), but cannot be arbitrarily separated in the radial direction from the first installation housing space (311a).

[0432] Specifically, the protruding length of the support protrusion (323), in the illustrated embodiment, in the left-right direction, may be formed to be less than the radius of the first installation housing space (311a). In addition, the protruding length of the support protrusion (323) may be formed to be less than the radius of the insertion opening (314a), the communication opening (314d), and the gasket opening (316a).

[0433] Accordingly, in an embodiment in which a pair of support members (320) is provided, a pair of support members (320) can be maintained in a state in which they are accommodated in the first installation housing space (311a).

[0434] The pin member (400) restrains the outer housing (100) from rotating relative to the inner housing (200). The pin member (400) is coupled to the outer housing (100) and the inner housing (200), respectively.

[0435] The pin member (400) is coupled with the outer housing (100). Specifically, the pin member (400) is penetratedly coupled into a pin member coupling hole (121) formed on the lower side of the extension housing (120). A portion of the pin member (400) may be supported by the outer surface of the extension housing (120) surrounding the pin member coupling hole (121).

[0436] The pin member (400) is coupled to the inner housing (200). Specifically, the pin member (400) is coupled through the pin member through hole (242) and supported by the pin member support member (241).

[0437] As described above, the pin member connecting portion (240) is exposed to the outside only when it is arranged to overlap the pin member connecting hole (121) in the radial or horizontal direction. Therefore, it will be understood that the pin member (400) can be connected to the pin member connecting hole (121) and the pin member through hole (242) only in the above state.

[0438] The pin member (400) can be coupled to the outer housing (100) and the inner housing (200) in the direction in which the area exposed to the user among each side of the water outlet device (10) is the smallest. In the illustrated embodiment, the pin member (400) is positioned in the direction opposite to the direction in which the water outlet housing (110) extends, i.e., on the rear side. Therefore, unless the user intentionally rotates the outer housing (100), the pin member (400) is not exposed to the user. As a result, the appearance of the water outlet device (10) can be formed to be attractive.

[0439] The pin member (400) may be formed of a material having a predetermined elasticity. When the pin member (400) is coupled to the pin member coupling hole (121) or the pin member through hole (242), the pin member (400) is deformed in shape and stores a restoring force, and is supported by the outer periphery of the extension housing (120) or the pin member support member (241) by the stored restoring force. In the above case, the state of coupling between the pin member (400) and the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200) can be stably maintained.

[0440] In one embodiment, the pin member (400) may be formed of a rubber or silicone material.

[0441] In the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 27 and 28, the pin member (400) includes a pin body (410), a pin protrusion (420), a pin boss (430), and a pin grip portion (440).

[0442] The pin body (410) constitutes a part of the outer shape of the pin member (400). The pin body (410) is a part of the pin member (400) that penetrates the pin member through hole (242) and is positioned in the internal housing space (220).

[0443] The pin body (410) extends in the direction in which the pin member (400) is coupled with the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200), in the front-back direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0444] The pin body (410) may have a shape corresponding to the pin member through hole (242). In the illustrated embodiment, the pin body (410) is formed to have a cross-section having a pair of straight lines and a pair of curved lines continuous with the pair of straight lines.

[0445] The pin body (410) is continuous with the pin projection (420). The pin projection (420) may be located at one end of each end of the pin body (410) in the direction of extension, which is directed toward the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200), and in the illustrated embodiment, at the outer periphery of the front end.

[0446] The pin body (410) is continuous with the pin boss (430). The pin boss (430) may be located at one end of the pin body (410) in the extension direction, opposite the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200), in the illustrated embodiment, at the rear end.

[0447] At this time, the outer circumference of the cross-section of the pin body (410) may be formed shorter than the outer circumference of the cross-section of the pin boss (430). Accordingly, the cross-sectional area of the pin body (410) may be formed smaller than the cross-sectional area of the pin boss (430). In the above embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the pin member through hole (242) may be formed smaller than the cross-sectional area of the pin member joining hole (121).

[0448] In addition, the cross-sectional area of the pin body (410) may be less than or equal to the cross-sectional area of the pin member through-hole (242). Accordingly, the pin body (410) is pressed inward to be deformed and may penetrate the pin member through-hole (242). For this purpose, a pin space (411) is formed inside the pin body (410).

[0449] The pin space (411) is formed inside the pin body (410) to cushion the shape deformation in the inward direction of the pin body (410). The pin space (411) extends in the extension direction of the pin body (410), in the front-back direction in the illustrated embodiment. One side of the extension direction of the pin space (411), in the illustrated embodiment, the front side, is formed open.

[0450] The pin protrusion (420) is a portion that is coupled with the pin member support member (241). As the pin protrusion (420) and the pin member support member (241) are coupled, the pin member (400) is prevented from being arbitrarily separated from the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200).

[0451] The pin protrusion (420) may be of any shape that is coupled to the pin member support member (241) and can be separated from the pin member support member (241) only by application of an external force. In the illustrated embodiment, the pin protrusion (420) is formed in the shape of a hook and can be hook-fitted with the pin member support member (241).

[0452] A plurality of pin protrusions (420) may be provided. The plurality of pin protrusions (420) are arranged to face each other with a pin space (411) therebetween, and may be respectively coupled to a plurality of pin member support members (241). In the illustrated embodiment, the pin protrusions (420) are provided in pairs and are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction.

[0453] The pin protrusion (420) is formed on the outer periphery of the pin body (410). The pin protrusion (420) may be formed to protrude from a portion of the pin body (410) that extends flatly. In the illustrated embodiment, the pin protrusion (420) is formed to protrude outward in the width direction of the pin body (410), i.e., on the left and right sides. The pin protrusion (420) extends in the height direction of the pin body (410), i.e., in the vertical direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0454] In the illustrated embodiment, the pin protrusion (420) includes a first pin extension (421), a second pin extension (422), and a third pin extension (423).

[0455] The first pin extension (421) forms a portion of the pin protrusion (420). The first pin extension (421) forms a side opposite to the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200), the rear side in the illustrated embodiment.

[0456] The first pin extension (421) may extend at a predetermined angle with respect to the outer circumference of the pin body (410). In the illustrated embodiment, the first pin extension (421) extends at an obtuse angle with respect to the outer circumference of the pin body (410).

[0457] The second pin extension (422) constitutes another portion of the pin protrusion (420). The second pin extension (422) is located between the first pin extension (421) and the third pin extension (423).

[0458] The second pin extension (422) may extend at a predetermined angle with respect to the first pin extension (421). In the illustrated embodiment, the second pin extension (422) extends at an obtuse angle with respect to the first pin extension (421). In one embodiment, the second pin extension (422) may extend in the front-back direction.

[0459] The third pin extension (423) constitutes the remainder of the pin protrusion (420). The third pin extension (423) constitutes the other side facing the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200), the front side in the illustrated embodiment.

[0460] The third pin extension (423) extends at a predetermined angle with respect to the outer periphery of the second pin extension (422) and the pin body (410). In the illustrated embodiment, the third pin extension (423) extends at an obtuse angle with respect to the second pin extension (422) and the pin body (410).

[0461] At this time, the third pin extension (423) may be formed so that the protrusion length increases as it goes toward the rear side. In addition, the first pin extension (421) may be formed so that the protrusion length decreases as it goes toward the rear side.

[0462] Accordingly, when the pin member (400) is moved toward the outer housing (100) and the inner housing (200), the third pin extension (423) is pressed inward to be deformed in shape and can be inserted into the pin member through-hole (242). When the movement of the pin member (400) continues and the first pin extension (421) is inserted into the pin member through-hole (242), the first pin extension (421) can be hook-coupled with the pin member support member (241).

[0463] The pin boss (430) constitutes another part of the outer shape of the pin member (400). The pin boss (430) is a part of the pin member (400) that is coupled with the pin member coupling hole (121). The pin boss (430) can be inserted and coupled into the pin member coupling hole (121).

[0464] The pin boss (430) may have a shape corresponding to the pin member joining hole (121). In the illustrated embodiment, the pin boss (430) is formed to have a cross-section having a pair of straight lines and a pair of curved lines continuous with the pair of straight lines.

[0465] The pin boss (430) is continuous with the pin body (410). The pin boss (430) is continuous with one end of the pin body (410) in the extension direction, opposite the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200), in the illustrated embodiment, the rear side.

[0466] The pin boss (430) is continuous with the pin grip portion (440). The pin boss (430) is continuous with one end of each extension direction of the pin grip portion (440), which faces the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200), in the illustrated embodiment, the front side. The pin boss (430) is positioned between the pin body (410) and the pin grip portion (440) in the front-back direction.

[0467] At this time, the outer circumference of the cross-section of the pin boss (430) may be formed longer than the outer circumference of the cross-section of the pin body (410). Accordingly, as described above, the cross-sectional area of the pin boss (430) may be formed larger than the cross-sectional area of the pin body (410).

[0468] The pin grip portion (440) is a portion of the pin member (400) that is gripped by the worker. The pin grip portion (440) constitutes a side of the pin member (400) that is opposite to the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200), i.e., the rear side in the illustrated embodiment. The pin grip portion (440) is positioned to face the pin body (410) or the pin protrusion (420) with the pin boss (430) interposed therebetween.

[0469] The pin grip portion (440) may be exposed to the outside of the outer housing (100). That is, the pin grip portion (440) is not accommodated in the pin member joining hole (121). The worker may grip the pin grip portion (440) exposed to the outside of the outer housing (100) and pull it in a direction opposite to the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200), i.e., toward the rear in the illustrated embodiment, thereby separating the pin member (400) from the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200).

[0470] Referring again to FIG. 2, the discharge device (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a fastening member (500).

[0471] The fastening member (500) connects the inner housing (200) and the installation member (300). The fastening member (500) is penetrated and connected to the fastening member receiving hole (232) and the fastening hollow (331), respectively.

[0472] As described above, the fastening member receiving hole (232) and the fastening cavity (331) can be exposed to the outside of the outer housing (100) only when they are arranged to overlap the pin member connecting hole (121) by rotation of the outer housing (100).

[0473] Accordingly, it will be understood that when the outer housing (100) is rotated so that the pin member joining hole (121) does not overlap with the fastening member receiving hole (232) and the fastening hollow (331), the fastening member (500) joined thereto is also not exposed to the outside.

[0474] The fastening member (500) may be provided in any form that can couple the inner housing (200) and the installation member (300). In one embodiment, the fastening member (500) may be provided as a screw member. In the above embodiment, the fastening member (500) may be coupled to or separated from the fastening member receiving hole (232) and the fastening hollow (331) along its extension direction, i.e., the front-rear direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0475] In addition, the water discharge device (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention can be connected to the inner housing (200) and the installation member (300) by the fastening member (500) on the upper side of the plate (P). Accordingly, the connection and separation of the fastening member (500) can be easily performed.

[0476] A plurality of fastening members (500) may be provided. The plurality of fastening members (500) may be respectively coupled to the plurality of fastening member receiving holes (232) and fastening cavities (331). In the illustrated embodiment, the fastening members (500) are provided in pairs, and are respectively coupled to the inner housing (200) and the installation member (300) on the left and right sides.

[0477]

[0478] Referring to FIGS. 29 to 38, each configuration of a water discharge device (10) according to another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In this embodiment, the water discharge device (10) also includes an outer housing (100), an inner housing (200), an installation member (300), a pin member (400), and a fastening member (500).

[0479] In this embodiment, the inner housing (200) further includes an inner housing base (250). In addition, the pin member (400) further includes a pin groove (450).

[0480] Others, the outer housing (100), the installation member (300) and the fastening member (500) are the same as those of the discharge device (10) according to the above-described embodiment, and the description thereof will be replaced with the description of the discharge device (10) according to the above-described embodiment.

[0481] In the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 32, 34 to 36, the inner housing (200) includes an inner housing body (210), an inner housing space (220), a fastening member coupling portion (230), a pin member coupling portion (240), and an inner housing base (250).

[0482] The inner housing body (210), inner housing space (220), fastening member connecting portion (230), and pin member connecting portion (240) according to the present embodiment are identical in structure and function to those of the above-described embodiment. Accordingly, the following description will focus on the inner housing base (250).

[0483] The inner housing base (250) is coupled to and supports the inner housing body (210). The inner housing base (250) is positioned between the plate (P) and the inner housing body (210).

[0484] Additionally, the inner housing base (250) may be configured to support one side of the height direction of the extension housing (120), the lower end in the illustrated embodiment. Accordingly, the arbitrary falling of the extension housing (120) is prevented, facilitating the installation process of the water outlet device (10).

[0485] The inner housing base (250) is coupled with one end of the inner housing body (210) extending in the direction of extension, which is directed toward the plate (P), and in the illustrated embodiment, the lower end. A plurality of protrusions are formed on the one end of the inner housing body (210). A plurality of protrusions are also formed on the inner housing base (250), and can be coupled with each of the plurality of protrusions formed on the inner housing body (210).

[0486] In the illustrated embodiment, when the inner housing body (210) is rotated in one direction after being coupled with the inner housing base (250), the protrusions may be coupled with each other, so that the inner housing body (210) and the inner housing base (250) may be coupled. Similarly, when the inner housing body (210) is rotated in another direction while in the coupled state, the protrusions may be released from each other, so that the inner housing body (210) and the inner housing base (250) may be separated.

[0487] The inner housing base (250) may be any shape that can be detachably coupled to the inner housing body (210) and support the inner housing body (210). In the illustrated embodiment, the inner housing base (250) has a three-dimensional shape with a circular cross-section having a hollow formed therein and a height in the vertical direction.

[0488] Referring to FIGS. 37 and 38, a pin member (400) provided in a water extraction device (10) according to another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In the illustrated embodiment, the pin member (400) includes a pin body (410), a pin protrusion (420), a pin grip portion (440), and a pin groove (450).

[0489] The pin body (410) constitutes a part of the outer shape of the pin member (400). The pin body (410) is a part of the pin member (400) that penetrates the pin member through hole (242) and is positioned in the internal housing space (220).

[0490] The pin body (410) extends in the direction in which the pin member (400) is coupled with the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200), in the front-back direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0491] The pin body (410) may have a shape corresponding to the pin member through hole (242). In the illustrated embodiment, the pin body (410) is formed to have a cross-section having a pair of straight lines and a pair of curved lines continuous with the pair of straight lines.

[0492] The pin body (410) is continuous with the pin projection (420). The pin projection (420) may be located at one end of each end of the pin body (410) in the direction of extension, which is directed toward the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200), and in the illustrated embodiment, at the outer periphery of the front end.

[0493] The cross-sectional area of the pin body (410) may be less than or equal to the cross-sectional area of the pin member through-hole (242). Accordingly, the pin body (410) is pressed inward to be deformed and may penetrate the pin member through-hole (242). For this purpose, a pin space (411) is formed inside the pin body (410).

[0494] The pin space (411) is formed inside the pin body (410) to cushion the shape deformation in the inward direction of the pin body (410). The pin space (411) extends in the extension direction of the pin body (410), in the front-back direction in the illustrated embodiment. One side of the extension direction of the pin space (411), in the illustrated embodiment, the front side, is formed open.

[0495] The pin protrusion (420) is a portion that is coupled with the pin member support member (241). As the pin protrusion (420) and the pin member support member (241) are coupled, the pin member (400) is prevented from being arbitrarily separated from the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200).

[0496] The pin protrusion (420) may be of any shape that is coupled to the pin member support member (241) and can be separated from the pin member support member (241) only by application of an external force. In the illustrated embodiment, the pin protrusion (420) is formed in the shape of a hook and can be hook-fitted with the pin member support member (241).

[0497] A plurality of pin protrusions (420) may be provided.

[0498] The pin protrusion (420) is formed on the outer periphery of the pin body (410).

[0499] In the illustrated embodiment, the pin protrusion (420) includes a first pin extension (421), a second pin extension (422), and a protrusion space (424).

[0500] The first pin extension (421) constitutes a portion of the pin protrusion (420). The first pin extension (421) is a flatly extended portion of the pin body (410), which is continuous with the upper and lower sides in the illustrated embodiment. The first pin extension (421) extends along the above portion of the pin body (410) and protrudes in the height direction.

[0501] A plurality of first pin extensions (421) may be provided. The plurality of first pin extensions (421) may face each other with a pin space (411) or a protrusion space (424) therebetween. In the illustrated embodiment, a pair of first pin extensions (421) are provided and are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction with a pin space (411) or a protrusion space (424) therebetween.

[0502] The first pin extension (421) is continuous with the second pin extension (422).

[0503] The second pin extension (422) constitutes another portion of the pin protrusion (420). The second pin extension (422) is continuous with the roundly extended portion of the pin body (410), the left and right sides in the illustrated embodiment. The second pin extension (422) extends along the above portion of the pin body (410) and protrudes in the width direction.

[0504] A plurality of second pin extensions (422) may be provided. The plurality of second pin extensions (422) may face each other with a pin space (411) or a protrusion space (424) therebetween. In the illustrated embodiment, a pair of second pin extensions (422) are provided and are spaced apart from each other in the left and right directions with a pin space (411) or a protrusion space (424) therebetween.

[0505] The protrusion space (424) is a space defined by being surrounded by the first pin extension (421) and the second pin extension (422). The protrusion space (424) is configured to compensate for the shape deformation of the first pin extension (421) or the second pin extension (422) that is pressed inward when coupled to the pin member through hole (242) and the pin member joining hole (121).

[0506] The protrusion space (424) is connected to the pin space (411). The protrusion space (424) can compensate for the shape deformation of the pin body (410) or the pin protrusion (420) together with the pin space (411). One longitudinal side of the protrusion space (424), the front side in the illustrated embodiment, is formed open.

[0507] The pin grip portion (440) is a portion of the pin member (400) that is gripped by the worker. The pin grip portion (440) constitutes a side of the pin member (400) that is opposite to the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200), i.e., the rear side in the illustrated embodiment. The pin grip portion (440) is positioned to face the pin protrusion (420) with the pin body (410) interposed therebetween.

[0508] The pin grip portion (440) may be exposed to the outside of the outer housing (100).

[0509] The pin grip portion (440) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the pin member joining hole (121). In the illustrated embodiment, the pin grip portion (440) has a circular cross-section and is shaped like a disc having a thickness in the front-back direction. In the above embodiment, it will be understood that the pin member joining hole (121) formed in the extension housing (120) is also circular.

[0510] In the above embodiment, the pin grip portion (440) can be rotatably coupled to the pin member coupling hole (121).

[0511] In the illustrated embodiment, the pin grip portion (440) includes a pin grip surface (441).

[0512] The pin grip surface (441) is a portion of the pin grip portion (440) that is exposed to the outside of the outer housing (100). The pin grip surface (441) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the outer circumference of the extension housing (120). In the illustrated embodiment, the pin grip surface (441) may be formed into a curved surface like the extension housing (120). In the above embodiment, the curvature of the pin grip surface (441) may be the same as the curvature of the extension housing (120).

[0513] A pin groove (450) is formed inside the pin grip surface (441).

[0514] The pin groove (450) is a space into which a member (not shown) for rotating the pin member (400) is inserted. The pin groove (450) is formed by being sunken into the pin grip surface (441). The pin groove (450) may have any shape into which the member (not shown) can be inserted. In the illustrated embodiment, the pin groove (450) is formed to have a height in the vertical direction and a depth in the front-back direction.

[0515] At this time, the pin groove (450) may be formed so that the degree of depression decreases as it goes toward the end in the height direction. In other words, the pin groove (450) may be most deeply depressed at the center portion in the height direction. Accordingly, when the member (not shown) inserted into the pin groove (450) is rotated, the pin member (400) can be easily rotated. A detailed description thereof will be provided later.

[0516]

[0517] Referring to FIGS. 39 to 44, a process of combining an installation member (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention with a plate (P) is illustrated as an example. Although not illustrated, it will be understood that an installation member (300) according to another embodiment of the present invention can also be combined with a plate (P) through the same process.

[0518] The following description assumes that the installation housing (310) and the support member (320) are first combined and then inserted together into the insertion hole (H) and seated on the plate (P). Alternatively, as described above, it will be appreciated that the installation housing (310) may be first inserted into the insertion hole (H) and seated on the plate (P), and then the support member (320) may be combined with the installation housing (310).

[0519] Referring to FIG. 39, a support member (320) is coupled to an installation housing (310). The support member (320) is inserted into a first installation housing space (311a) through an insertion opening (314a). Thereafter, the support member (320) is inserted into a second installation housing space (312a) through a communication opening (314d).

[0520] The support head portion (321) is positioned in the adjustment opening (314b), and the support protrusion (323) is positioned in the support opening (314c). In the above state, the support protrusion (323) protrudes radially outwardly from the second installation housing body (312), and its end is positioned adjacent to the outer circumference of the stopper (313).

[0521] At this time, one of the plurality of support members (320) may be first coupled to the installation housing (310) and the other may be coupled to the installation housing (310) later. The first and second support members (200a, 200b), which are sequentially coupled to the installation housing (310), are maximally spaced apart from each other in the width direction of the installation member (300), i.e., in the left-right direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0522] Thereafter, the tightening member (340) is respectively connected to the tightening member through hole (315) and the tightening member connecting hole (324) which are arranged in a vertical direction.

[0523] Meanwhile, the installation member (300) may be provided in a semi-built-up state with the installation housing (310), the support member (320), and the tightening member (340). In the above case, the worker can apply an external force (F) to the installation member (300) to form the installation member (300) into the state of FIG. 40 and then connect it to the insertion hole (H). In the above case, work efficiency and convenience can be improved.

[0524] Referring to FIG. 40, an external force is applied to the first and second support members (200a, 200b) coupled with the installation housing (310) to move toward each other.

[0525] Specifically, an external force (F) directed toward the right is applied to the first support member (320a) positioned on the left and the tightening member (340) coupled thereto. In addition, an external force (F) directed toward the left is applied to the second support member (320b) positioned on the right and the tightening member (340) coupled thereto.

[0526] Accordingly, the support protrusion (323) provided on the first support member (320a) is moved to the right, and the support protrusion (323) provided on the second support member (320b) is moved to the left, so that the portion of the support protrusion (323) exposed to the outside of the second installation housing body (312) is minimized. Preferably, the end of the support protrusion (323) may be positioned radially inward of the outer periphery of the second installation housing body (312).

[0527] Accordingly, in the above state, the second installation housing body (312) of the installation member (300) and the support member (320) combined therewith can be received or withdrawn into the insertion hole (H).

[0528] Meanwhile, the plurality of support members (320) may be positioned at different heights. That is, in the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 39 to 40, the first support member (320a) positioned on the left is positioned higher than the second support member (320b) positioned on the right. In other words, the first and second support members (200a, 200b) are arranged to be staggered in the height direction. For this purpose, the length at which some of the tightening members (340) are coupled to the installation housing (310) and the first support member (320a) may be different from the length at which other of the tightening members (340) are coupled to the installation housing (310) and the second support member (320b).

[0529] Accordingly, the support protrusions (323) provided on the first and second support members (200a, 200b) may also be arranged staggered in the height direction. In the above case, when an external force (F) is applied to each of the plurality of support members (320), each support member (320) can easily move toward the other without interference from the other support members (320). Accordingly, the installation member (300) can more easily penetrate the insertion hole (H).

[0530] The above state can be formed through the process of Fig. 39. In addition, when the installation member (300) is provided in a semi-assembled state, a plurality of support members (320) can be provided in a semi-assembled state positioned at different heights.

[0531] Referring to FIGS. 41 and 42, the installation member (300) is inserted into the insertion hole (H) of the plate (P). At this time, the first installation housing body (311) and the stopper (313) are positioned on the upper side of the plate (P), and the stopper (313) is supported on the upper surface of the plate (P). In addition, the second installation housing body (312) is at least partially penetrated into the insertion hole (H), and the second installation housing body (312) and the support member (320) coupled thereto are positioned on the lower side of the plate (P).

[0532] Referring to Fig. 43, a state is shown in which an external force is applied to the first and second support members (200a, 200b) and they move in opposition to each other.

[0533] Specifically, an external force (F) directed toward the left is applied to the first support member (320a) located on the left and the tightening member (340) coupled thereto. In addition, an external force (F) directed toward the right is applied to the second support member (320b) located on the right and the tightening member (340) coupled thereto.

[0534] Accordingly, the support protrusion (323) provided on the first support member (320a) is moved to the left and exposed to the outside of the second installation housing body (312). In addition, the support protrusion (323) provided on the second support member (320b) is moved to the right and exposed to the outside of the second installation housing body (312).

[0535] Accordingly, the end of each support protrusion (323) is positioned radially outward compared to the outer circumference of the second installation housing body (312). In this state, the support protrusion (323) and the plate (P) are arranged to overlap in the vertical direction.

[0536] Referring to Figure 45, a state is shown in which the tightening member (340) is rotated and the support member (320) is raised.

[0537] That is, the lower end of the tightening member (340) is supported by the plate (P). When the tightening member (340) is rotated in the above state, the tightening member (340) does not move and the support member (320) coupled with the tightening member (340) is raised. Accordingly, the support protrusion (323) is raised together and comes into close contact with the lower surface of the plate (P).

[0538] Accordingly, the stopper (313) and the support protrusion (323) are in close contact with the plate (P), and the combination of the installation member (300) and the plate (P) is completed.

[0539] Although not shown, it will be understood that the above process can be performed in reverse so that the installation member (300) can be separated from the plate (P).

[0540]

[0541] Referring to Fig. 45, a process in which a discharge device (10) is installed on a plate (P) by an installation member (300) is illustrated as an example.

[0542] After the installation member (300) is combined with the plate (P) through the above-described process, the extension housing (120) of the discharge device (10) moves downward to accommodate the installation member (300) and is seated on the plate (P). The fastening member (500) moves horizontally to combine the installation member (300) and the extension housing (120).

[0543] Afterwards, the outlet housing (110) and the pipe member (not given a drawing symbol) connected to the outlet housing (110) are moved downward to surround the extension housing (120) and are seated on the plate (P).

[0544] Referring to FIGS. 46 to 48, the state of the discharge device (10) installed on the plate (P) by the above process is illustrated.

[0545] In the above state, the plate (P) is positioned between the stopper (313) and the support protrusion (323) and is in close contact with them, respectively. In addition, the installation member (300) is accommodated in a pipe member (not given a drawing symbol) provided in the extension housing (120) and the outlet housing (110), and is not arbitrarily exposed to the outside.

[0546] In each process in which the installation member (300) and the outlet device (10) including the same described above are combined with the plate (P), all external forces (F) are applied from the upper side of the plate (P). Therefore, even when the installation member (300) and the outlet device (10) including the same are installed in a sink or the like, the installation process can be performed simply by applying all external forces required for installation from the outside of the sink.

[0547]

[0548] Referring to FIGS. 49 to 54, a process in which a discharge device (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention is coupled to a plate (P) is illustrated as an example.

[0549] First, the installation member (300) is coupled to the insertion hole (H) of the plate (P) (①). Accordingly, the lower part of the installation member (300) penetrates the insertion hole (H) and is positioned on the lower side of the plate (P), and the upper part of the installation member (300) is supported by the plate (P).

[0550] Next, the inner housing (200) penetrates the extension housing (120) and moves downward together with the extension housing (120) to be coupled with the installation member (300) (②). At this time, the inner housing (200) can be pre-coupled with the outlet housing (110). The extension housing (120) can be positioned lower than the inner housing (200) and the outlet housing (110) coupled thereto.

[0551] The inner housing (200) and the outlet housing (110) coupled thereto may be moved downwards to be coupled with the installation member (300) and at the same time surrounded by the extension housing (120). The lower end of the inner housing body (210) may be supported by a plate (P).

[0552] Next, the extension housing (120) is rotated so that the fastening member connecting portion (230) and the fastening member connecting member (330) are exposed to the outside, and the fastening member (500) connects the inner housing (200) and the installation member (300) (③). At this time, the water outlet housing (110) is connected to the inner housing (200), and it will be understood that the water outlet housing (110) is maintained in a preset direction regardless of the rotation of the extension housing (120).

[0553] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 50, the extension housing (120) is rotated in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction so that one of the fastening member connecting portions (230) (and the fastening hollow (331) overlapping therewith) overlaps the pin member connecting hole (121) along a horizontal or radial direction. The fastening member (500) is connected to one of the fastening member connecting portions (230) (and the fastening hollow (331) overlapping therewith) through the pin member connecting hole (121).

[0554] In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 52, the extension housing (120) is further rotated in either the clockwise or counterclockwise direction so that another fastening member coupling portion (230) (and the fastening hollow (331) overlapping therewith) overlaps the pin member coupling hole (121) along the horizontal or radial direction. The fastening member (500) is coupled to the other fastening member coupling portion (230) (and the fastening hollow (331) overlapping therewith) through the pin member coupling hole (121).

[0555] Finally, the extension housing (120) is rotated so that the pin member coupling portion (240) is exposed to the outside, so that the pin member (400) couples the inner housing (200) and the extension housing (120) (④).

[0556] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 53, the extension housing (120) is rotated in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction so that the pin member coupling portion (240) overlaps the pin member coupling hole (121) along a horizontal or radial direction. The pin member (400) is coupled to the pin member coupling portion (240) through the pin member coupling hole (121). As described above, the pin member coupling portion (240) is located on the rear side of the water outlet device (10).

[0557] Accordingly, as illustrated in Fig. 54, the pin member (400) is not exposed to the outside on the front side of the discharge device (10). Accordingly, when the discharge device (10) is normally used, the pin member (400) is not exposed to the outside.

[0558] In addition, the fastening member (500) is also surrounded by the extension housing (120) and is not exposed to the outside, so that the appearance of the discharge device (10) can be maintained attractively.

[0559]

[0560] Referring to FIGS. 55 to 57, a process of combining a water outlet device (10) according to another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated as an example. In FIGS. 55 to 57, only the process of combining a pin member (400) with an outer housing (100) and an inner housing (200) is illustrated, but it will be understood that a process of combining an outer housing (100), an inner housing (200), an installation member (300), and a fastening member (500) is performed prior to the above process.

[0561] Referring to Fig. 55, the pin member (400) is moved from the rear side of the outer housing (100) and the inner housing (200) toward the front side. At this time, it will be understood that the pin member joining hole (121) and the pin member joining portion (240) are arranged to overlap each other in the front-back direction.

[0562] Referring to Fig. 56, the pin member (400) is connected to the outer housing (100) and the inner housing (200) by penetrating through the pin member connecting hole (121) and the pin member connecting portion (240), respectively. In the above state, the pin protrusion (420) is arranged so that the width in the left-right direction is shorter than the length in the up-down direction.

[0563] Referring to Fig. 57, the pin member (400) is rotated in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. It will be understood that the rotation may be performed by inserting any member into the pin groove (450).

[0564] Accordingly, the pin protrusion (420) can be supported by the pin member support member (241) by being arranged so that the width in the left-right direction is longer than the length in the up-down direction. That is, in the above state, the pin member support member (241) is positioned between the second pin extension portion (422) and the pin grip portion (440).

[0565] Therefore, the pin member (400) is not arbitrarily separated from the outer housing (100) or the inner housing (200).

[0566] Meanwhile, in the above state, the pin grip surface (441) can be arranged to have the same curvature as the outer surface of the extension housing (120). Therefore, the pin grip surface (441) can form a smooth curved surface without protruding or sinking compared to the outer surface of the extension housing (120).

[0567] Accordingly, not only is the pin member (400) located on the rear side not exposed to the user during normal use, but the appearance of the water outlet device (10) can be maintained attractive even when the pin member (400) is exposed to the user.

[0568]

[0569] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described, the spirit of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments presented in this specification, and those skilled in the art who understand the spirit of the present invention will be able to easily propose other embodiments by adding, changing, deleting, or adding components within the scope of the same spirit, but this will also be considered to fall within the spirit of the present invention.
