For example, each display unit (10) may include a third side (16) extending approximately along a lateral direction (Y direction) and a fourth side (17) spaced apart from the third side (16) and extending approximately along a lateral direction (Y direction). The third side (16) may connect a lower end of the first side (14) and a lower end of the second side (15). The fourth side (17) can connect the upper end of the first side (14) and the upper end of the second side (15). The third side (16) and the fourth side (17) can be spaced apart in the vertical direction (Z direction). The third side (16) and the fourth side (17) can be provided as long sides. The third side parts (16a, 16b, 16c) and the fourth side parts (17a, 17b, 17c) correspond to the display units (10a, 10b, 10c). The ordinal numbers of "first", "second", "third" and "fourth" of the first side (14), the second side (15), the third side (16) and the fourth side (17) do not limit the configuration thereof.

[0077] Based on the description above, for example, the first side (14a) of the first display unit (10a) may be adjacent to the second side (15b) of the second display unit (10b). Based on the description above, for example, the second side (15a) of the first display unit (10a) may be adjacent to the first side (14c) of the third display unit (10c).

[0078] Each display unit (10) can receive content including video signals and audio signals from various content sources, and output video and audio corresponding to the video signals and audio signals. For example, each display unit (10) can receive content data via a broadcast reception antenna or a wired cable, receive content data from a content playback device, or receive content data from a content provider's content provision server.

[0088] The case (12) may be referred to as a chassis, frame, mold, cover, etc.

[0089] The first display unit (10a) may include a first case (12a). The second display unit (10b) may include a second case (12b). The third display unit (10c) may include a third case (12c). However, the ordinal numbers "first," "second," and "third" of the first case (12a), second case (12b), and third case (12c) do not limit their configuration.

[0090] A port portion (18) configured to receive power and / or signals from the outside may be formed on one of the plurality of display units (10). For example, the port portion (18) may be formed on the rear (13a) of the first display unit (10a). As will be described later, the plurality of display units (10) may be electrically connected to each other by a connection bracket (20), and thus the port portion (18) may not be formed on each of the plurality of display units (10). That is, one display unit (10a) in which the port portion (18) is formed and at least one other display unit (10b, 10c) in which the port portion (18) is not formed may be configured to share power and / or signals (e.g., video signals, control signals) through the connection bracket (20). As a result, the number of port portions (18) and the number of cables connected to the port portions (18) may be reduced. The display device (1) may have an elegant appearance. However, in some cases, the port portion (18) may be formed in each of the plurality of display units (10) or may be formed in some of the plurality of display units (10).

[0091] The display device (1) may include a connecting bracket (20). The connecting bracket (20) may be provided to connect a plurality of display units (10). For example, when the display device (1) includes a first display unit (10a) and a second display unit (10b), the connecting bracket (20) may be provided to connect the first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b). For example, when the display device (1) includes a first display unit (10a), a second display unit (10b), and a third display unit (10c), the connecting bracket (20) may be provided to connect the first display unit (10a), the second display unit (10b), and the third display unit (10c) to each other.

[0092] The connecting bracket (20) can be detachably mounted on the rear (13) of the plurality of display units (10). The connecting bracket (20) can be provided to cover the rear (13) of the plurality of display units (10).

[0093] The connecting bracket (20) may be provided to extend along the direction in which the plurality of display units (10) are arranged. For example, when the display device (1) includes a first display unit (10a) and a second display unit (10b), the connecting bracket (20) may be provided to extend from the rear (13a) of the first display unit (10a) to the rear (13b) of the second display unit (10b) along the direction in which the first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) are arranged. For example, when the display device (1) includes a first display unit (10a), a second display unit (10b), and a third display unit (10c), the connecting bracket (20) may be arranged to extend from the rear (13b) of the second display unit (10b) to the rear (13c) of the third display unit (10c) along the direction in which the first display unit (10a), the second display unit (10b), and the third display unit (10c) are arranged.

[0094] FIG. 3 is a perspective view illustrating an example of a folded state of the display device illustrated in FIG. 1. As illustrated in FIG. 3, the term “folded” may mean that, when the display units are arranged side by side, the lateral axis of the first display unit (10a) is inclined with respect to the lateral axes of the adjacent second display unit (10b) and the adjacent third display unit (10c), respectively. FIG. 4 is a rear perspective view of the display device illustrated in FIG. 3.

[0095] The angle between adjacent display units (10) among the plurality of display units (10) may vary. The adjacent display units (10) among the plurality of display units (10) may be arranged to be foldable and / or tiltable.

[0096] The adjacent display units (10) may be arranged to be foldable and / or tiltable by means of a hinge (30) of a connecting bracket (20). The angle between the adjacent display units (10) may be adjusted by means of the hinge (30) of the connecting bracket (20). This will be described in detail later.

[0097] In the drawing, the second display unit (10b) is shown to be folded and / or tilted within a predetermined range relative to the first display unit (10a), and the third display unit (10c) is shown to be folded and / or tilted within a predetermined range relative to the first display unit (10a). However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the first display unit (10a) may also be folded and / or tilted within a predetermined range relative to the second display unit (10b). For example, the first display unit (10a) may be folded and / or tilted within a predetermined range relative to each of the third display units (10c).

[0098] FIG. 5 is an exploded view of a plurality of display units and a connecting bracket according to one embodiment. FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of portion A shown in FIG. 5. FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of portion B shown in FIG. 7.

For example, each of the display units (10) may include two connectors adjacent to each of the two side portions (14, 15). For example, each of the display units (10) may include two connectors extending along each of the two side portions (14, 15).

[0100] The connecting bracket (20) may include connectors corresponding to the connectors of each of the plurality of display units (10). The connecting bracket (20) may include a connector electrically connectable to the connectors of each of the plurality of display units (10). The connecting bracket (20) may include panels (20a, 20b, 20c) mounted on each of the plurality of display units (10). The number of panels of the connecting bracket (20) may be equal to the number of display units (10).

[0101] For example, each connector of the plurality of display units (10) and each connector of the connection bracket (20) may be connected using a pogo pin method. However, this is merely exemplary, and each connector of the plurality of display units (10) and each connector of the connection bracket (20) may be electrically connected using various known methods.

[0102] Meanwhile, the connectors (100, 200, 500, 600, 900 and / or 1000) formed on the display unit (10) may be referred to as display-side connectors (100, 200, 500, 600, 900 and / or 1000). The connectors (300, 400, 700, 800, 1100 and / or 1200) formed on the connection bracket (20) may be referred to as bracket-side connectors (300, 400, 700, 800, 1100 and / or 1200).

[0103] Hereinafter, an example in which a display device (1) includes a first display unit (10a) and a second display unit (10b) will be described. The descriptions of the first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) correspond to an example of the descriptions of display units that are adjacent to each other among a plurality of display units (10). Therefore, the descriptions of the first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) can be equally applied to the first display unit (10a) and the third display unit (10c). In addition, when the display device (1) includes four or more display units (10), the descriptions of the first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) can be equally applied to display units that are adjacent to each other among the plurality of display units.

[0104] The first display unit (10a) may include a first connector (100). The first connector (100) may be formed at the rear (13a) of the first display unit (10a). For example, the first connector (100) may be positioned adjacent to the first side (14a) of the first display unit (10a). For example, the first connector (100) may have a shape extending approximately along a vertical direction (Z direction).

[0105] The second display unit (10b) may include a second connector (200). The second connector (200) may be formed on the rear (13b) of the second display unit (10b). For example, the second connector (200) may be positioned adjacent to the second side (15b) of the second display unit (10b). For example, the second connector (200) may have a shape extending approximately along the vertical direction (Z direction).

[0106] The connecting bracket (20) may include a first panel (20a) mountable to the first display unit (10a). The first panel (20a) may be mounted on the rear (13a) of the first display unit (10a). The first panel (20a) may extend approximately in the lateral direction (Y direction) between the first side (14a) and the second side (15a) of the first display unit (10a). The first panel (20a) may extend between the two sides (14a, 15a) of the first display unit (10a) along the direction in which the first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) are arranged.

[0107] The connecting bracket (20) may include a second panel (20b) mountable to the second display unit (10b). The second panel (20b) may be mounted on the rear (13b) of the second display unit (10b). The second panel (20b) may extend approximately in the lateral direction (Y direction) between the first side (14b) and the second side (15b) of the second display unit (10b). The second panel (20b) may extend between the opposite side portions (14b, 15b) of the second display unit (10b) along the direction in which the first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) are arranged.

[0108] The connecting bracket (20) may include a third connector (300) formed on the first panel (20a) and electrically connectable to the first connector (100). The third connector (300) may have a shape corresponding to the first connector (100). For example, the first connector (100) and the third connector (300) may be configured to transmit and receive power and / or signals (e.g., video signals, control signals).

[0109] The connecting bracket (20) may include a fourth connector (400) formed on the second panel (20b) and electrically connectable to the second connector (200). The fourth connector (400) may have a shape corresponding to the second connector (200). For example, the second connector (200) and the fourth connector (400) may be configured to transmit and receive power and / or signals (e.g., video signals, control signals).

[0110] The third connector (300) and the fourth connector (400) of the connecting bracket (20) may be electrically connected. For example, the third connector (300) and the fourth connector (400) may be electrically connected via an electronic circuit, a cable (21, see FIG. 16), or the like. For example, the third connector (300) and the fourth connector (400) may be configured to transmit and receive power and / or signals (e.g., video signals, control signals).

[0111] As the connection bracket (20) is mounted on the first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b), the first connector (100) and the third connector (300) can be electrically connected, and the second connector (200) and the fourth connector (400) can be electrically connected. In addition, the third connector (300) and the fourth connector (400) of the connection bracket (20) can be electrically connected. Accordingly, the first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) can exchange power and / or signals with each other through the connection bracket (20). The first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) can be arranged to transmit and receive at least one of power, a control signal, or a video signal through the connection bracket (20). The first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) can be arranged to share various pieces of information. The first display unit (10a) may include a fifth connector (500). The fifth connector (500) may be formed at the rear (13a) of the first display unit (10a). The fifth connector (500) may be spaced apart from the first connector (100) in the lateral direction (Y direction). The fifth connector (500) may be arranged to be closer to the second side (15a) of the first display unit (10a) than the first connector (100). For example, the fifth connector (500) may have a shape extending approximately along the vertical direction (Z direction).

[0112] The first connector (100) and the fifth connector (500) may be provided adjacent to each of the two sides (14a, 15a) of the first display unit (10a).

[0113] The second display unit (10b) may include a sixth connector (600). The sixth connector (600) may be formed at the rear (13b) of the second display unit (10b). The sixth connector (600) may be spaced apart from the second connector (200). The sixth connector (600) may be arranged to be closer to the first side (14b) of the second display unit (10b) than the second connector (200). For example, the sixth connector (600) may have a shape extending approximately along the vertical direction (Z direction).

[0114] The second connector (200) and the sixth connector (600) may be provided adjacent to each of the two sides (15b, 14b) of the second display unit (10b).

[0115] The connecting bracket (20) may include a seventh connector (700) formed on the first panel (20a) and electrically connectable to the fifth connector (500). The seventh connector (700) may have a shape corresponding to the fifth connector (500). The seventh connector (700) may be spaced apart from the third connector (300) in a lateral direction (Y direction). For example, the fifth connector (500) and the seventh connector (700) may be configured to transmit and receive power and / or signals (e.g., video signals, control signals).

[0116] The third connector (300) and the seventh connector (700) may be provided adjacent to each of the two sides of the first panel (20a).

[0117] The connecting bracket (20) may include an eighth connector (800) formed on the second panel (20b) and electrically connectable to the sixth connector (600). The eighth connector (800) may have a shape corresponding to the sixth connector (600). The eighth connector (800) may be spaced apart from the fourth connector (400) in a lateral direction (Y direction). For example, the sixth connector (600) and the eighth connector (800) may be configured to transmit and receive power and / or signals (e.g., video signals, control signals).

[0118] The fourth connector (400) and the eighth connector (800) may be provided adjacent to each of the two sides of the second panel (20b).

[0119] The first panel (20a) of the connecting bracket (20) may have an extended shape to cover the first connector (100) and the fifth connector (500). The second panel (20b) of the connecting bracket (20) may have an extended shape to cover the second connector (200) and the sixth connector (600).

[0120] Next, an example in which a display device (1) includes a first display unit (10a), a second display unit (10b), and a third display unit (10c) will be described. As described above, the contents of the first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) can be equally applied to the first display unit (10a) and the third display unit (10c), and any duplicate descriptions may be omitted.

[0121] The third display unit (10c) may include a ninth connector (900). The ninth connector (900) may be formed on the rear (13c) of the third display unit (10c). For example, the ninth connector (900) may be positioned adjacent to the first side (14c) of the third display unit (10c). For example, the ninth connector (900) may have a shape extending approximately along the vertical direction (Z direction).

[0122] The third display unit (10c) may include a tenth connector (1000). The tenth connector (1000) may be formed on the rear (13c) of the third display unit (10c). The tenth connector (1000) may be spaced apart from the ninth connector (900) in the lateral direction (Y direction). For example, the tenth connector (1000) may be positioned adjacent to the second side (15c) of the third display unit (10c). For example, the tenth connector (1000) may have a shape extending approximately along the vertical direction (Z direction).

[0123] The 9th connector (900) and the 10th connector (1000) may be provided adjacent to each of the two sides (14c, 15c) of the third display unit (10c).

[0124] The connecting bracket (20) may include a third panel (20c) mountable to the third display unit (10c). The third panel (20c) may be mounted on the rear (13c) of the third display unit (10c). The third panel (20c) may extend approximately in the lateral direction (Y direction) between the first side (14c) and the second side (15c) of the third display unit (10c). The third panel (20c) may extend between the opposite side (14c, 15c) of the third display unit (10c) along the direction in which the first display unit (10a) and the third display unit (10c) are arranged.

[0125] The connecting bracket (20) may include an eleventh connector (1100) formed on the third panel (20c) and electrically connectable to the ninth connector (900). The eleventh connector (1100) may have a shape corresponding to the ninth connector (900). For example, the ninth connector (900) and the eleventh connector (1100) may be configured to transmit and receive power and / or signals (e.g., video signals, control signals).

[0126] The connecting bracket (20) may include a twelfth connector (1200) formed on the third panel (20c) and electrically connectable to the tenth connector (1000). The twelfth connector (1200) may have a shape corresponding to the tenth connector (1000). The twelfth connector (1200) may be spaced apart from the eleventh connector (1100) in a lateral direction (Y direction). For example, the tenth connector (1000) and the twelfth connector (1200) may be arranged to transmit and receive power and / or signals (e.g., video signals, control signals).

[0127] The 11th connector (1100) and the 12th connector (1200) may be provided adjacent to each of the two sides of the third panel (20c).

[0128] The seventh connector (700) and the eleventh connector (1100) of the connecting bracket (20) may be electrically connected. For example, the seventh connector (700) and the eleventh connector (1100) may be electrically connected via an electronic circuit, a cable (21, see FIG. 16), or the like. For example, the seventh connector (700) and the eleventh connector (1100) may be configured to transmit and receive power and / or signals (e.g., video signals, control signals).

[0129] As the connection bracket (20) is mounted on the first display unit (10a) and the third display unit (10c), the fifth connector (500) and the seventh connector (700) can be electrically connected, and the ninth connector (900) and the eleventh connector (1100) can be electrically connected. In addition, the seventh connector (700) and the eleventh connector (1100) of the connection bracket (20) can be electrically connected. Accordingly, the first display unit (10a) and the third display unit (10c) can exchange power and / or signals with each other through the connection bracket (20). The first display unit (10a) and the third display unit (10c) can be arranged to transmit and receive at least one of a control signal or a video signal through the connection bracket (20). The first display unit (10a) and the third display unit (10c) can be arranged to share various pieces of information.

[0130] Referring to Fig. 6, a first connector (100) will be described as an example of a display-side connector. The description of the first connector (100) illustrated in Fig. 6 can also be applied to the second connector (200), the fifth connector (500), the sixth connector (600), the ninth connector (900), and the tenth connector (1000).

[0131] The first connector (100) may include a connector body (100a) and a connector terminal (100b) formed on the connector body (100a). For example, the connector body (100a) may have a shape that is recessed from the rear (13a) of the first display unit (10a). For example, the connector terminal (100b) may be formed of a conductive material so that an electrical signal and / or current may be transmitted.

[0132] The first connector (100) may include a connector hook groove (42). The connector hook groove (42) of the first connector (100) may be coupled with the connector hook (41) of the third connector (300) to be described later. As a result, the first connector (100) and the third connector (300) may be more stably connected. For example, at least one connector hook groove (42) may be provided.

[0133] Each of the second connector (200), the fifth connector (500), the sixth connector (600), the ninth connector (900), and the tenth connector (1000) may have substantially the same configuration as the first connector (100).

[0134] Referring to Fig. 8, a third connector (300) will be described as an example of a bracket-side connector. The description of the third connector (300) illustrated in Fig. 8 can also be applied to the fourth connector (400), the seventh connector (700), the eighth connector (800), the eleventh connector (1100), and the twelfth connector (1200).

[0135] The third connector (300) may include a connector body (300a) and a connector terminal (300b) formed on the connector body (300a). The connector body (300a) may have a shape corresponding to that of the connector body (100a). For example, the connector body (300a) may have a shape protruding from the first panel (20a). However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and for example, the connector body (100a) may have a shape protruding toward the connector body (300a), and the connector body (300a) may have a shape recessed to correspond to the connector body (100a). For example, the connector terminal (300b) may be formed of a conductive material so that an electrical signal and / or current may be transmitted. For example, the connector terminal (300b) may be arranged to contact the connector terminal (100a).

[0136] The third connector (300) may include a connector hook (41). The connector hook (41) of the third connector (300) may be coupled with the connector hook groove (42) of the first connector (100). As a result, the first connector (100) and the third connector (300) may be more stably connected. For example, at least one connector hook (41) may be provided. Meanwhile, contrary to what is shown in the drawing, the first connector (100) may include a connector hook, and the third connector (300) may include a connector hook groove.

[0137] Each of the fourth connector (400), the seventh connector (700), the eighth connector (800), the eleventh connector (1100), and the twelfth connector (1200) may have substantially the same configuration as the third connector (300). For example, as illustrated in FIG. 10 (described herein), the fourth connector includes a connector body (400a) and a connector terminal (400b).

[0138] The display-side connector (100, 200, 500, 600, 900 and / or 1000) and the bracket-side connector (300, 400, 700, 800, 1100 and / or 1200) may have corresponding shapes. As a result, the connection bracket (20) can be easily mounted on a plurality of display units (10). The connection bracket (20) can be accurately mounted on a plurality of display units (10). In addition, the bracket-side connector and the display-side connector can be more stably connected. In the drawings, the display-side connectors (100, 200, 500, 600, 900 and / or 1000) are illustrated as having a sunken shape and the bracket-side connectors (300, 400, 700, 800, 1100 and / or 1200) are illustrated as having a protruding shape, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the display-side connectors (100, 200, 500, 600, 900 and / or 1000) may have a protruding shape and the bracket-side connectors (300, 400, 700, 800, 1100 and / or 1200) may have a sunken shape. For example, a portion of the display-side connector may have a protruding shape and a portion of the bracket-side connector corresponding to a portion of the display-side connector may have a sunken shape. For example, the remainder of the display-side connector may have a sunken shape, and the remainder of the bracket-side connector corresponding to the remainder of the display-side connector may have a protruding shape.

[0139] The first connector (100), the second connector (200), the third connector (300), the fourth connector (400), the fifth connector (500), the sixth connector (600), the seventh connector (700), the eighth connector (800), the ninth connector (900), the tenth connector (1000), the eleventh connector (1100), and the twelfth connector (1200) are not limited by the ordinal numbers of “first,” “second,” “third,” “fourth,” “fifth,” “sixth,” “seventh,” “eighth,” “ninth,” “tenth,” “eleventh,” and “twelfth.”

[0140] In related technologies, when a display device includes multiple display units, cables may be required for electrical connection between the multiple display units. However, connecting cables between the multiple display units can be complex. Cable connections between the multiple display units can detract from the aesthetics of the display device.

[0141] In contrast, according to the present disclosure, a separate cable may not be required for electrical connection between a plurality of display units (10). Adjacent display units among a plurality of display units (10) may be electrically connected to each other by a connection bracket (20). By simply mounting the connection bracket (20) to the plurality of display units (10), the plurality of display units (10) may be electrically connected to each other. In other words, cable connection work may be omitted, and electrical connection between the plurality of display units (10) may be easily achieved. Connectors, electronic circuits, electronic components, cables, etc. for electrical connection between the plurality of display units (10) may be built into the connection bracket (20). For example, the connecting bracket (20) may include connectors (300, 400, 700, 800, 1100 and / or 1200) corresponding to each of the connectors (100, 200, 500, 600, 900 and / or 1000) formed in the display unit (10). The appearance of the display device (1) may be attractive.

[0142] The plurality of display units (10) may include a coupling portion (60), and the connection bracket (20) may include a coupling portion (70) that is provided to be coupled to the coupling portion (60). As the coupling portion (60) of the plurality of display units (10) and the coupling portion (70) of the connection bracket (20) are coupled, the coupling force between the plurality of display units (10) and the connection bracket (20) may be increased. Accordingly, the connection bracket (20) may not be easily separated from the plurality of display units (10). The electrical connection between the plurality of display units (10) and the connection bracket (20) may not be easily broken.

[0143] For example, each of the coupling portion (60) and the coupling portion (70) may be formed of a magnetic material. For example, an attractive force may act between the coupling portion (60) and the coupling portion (70). For example, each of the coupling portion (60) and the coupling portion (70) may include an electromagnet, and the coupling portion (60) and the coupling portion (70) may be separated when current is supplied between the coupling portion (60) and the coupling portion (70). For example, each of the coupling portion (60) and the coupling portion (70) may include an electromagnet, and the coupling portion (60) and the coupling portion (70) may be separated when current between the coupling portion (60) and the coupling portion (70) is cut off. For example, the coupling portion (60) and the coupling portion (70) may be joined by a separate fastening member (e.g., a screw, etc.). For example, the coupling portion (60) and the coupling portion (70) may be joined by having corresponding shapes. For example, one of the coupling portion (60) and the coupling portion (70) may include a hook, and the other of the coupling portion (60) and the coupling portion (70) may include a hook groove (or hook hole) that is provided to be hooked onto the hook. However, the present disclosure is not limited to the examples described above, and it goes without saying that the coupling portion (60) and the coupling portion (70) may be coupled through various known methods.

[0144] For example, the first display unit (10a) may include a first coupling portion (60a). The first coupling portion (60a) may be arranged around the first connector (100) and / or the fifth connector (500). At least one first coupling portion (60a) may be provided. For example, the second display unit (10b) may include a second coupling portion (60b). The second coupling portion (60b) may be arranged around the second connector (200) and / or the sixth connector (600). At least one second coupling portion (60b) may be provided. For example, the third display unit (10c) may include a third coupling portion (60c). The third coupling portion (60c) may be arranged around the ninth connector (900) and / or the tenth connector (1000). At least one third connecting portion (60c) may be provided.

[0145] For example, the connecting bracket (20) may include a fourth connecting portion (70a) formed on the first panel (20a) and arranged to be connected to the first connecting portion (60a). For example, the connecting bracket (20) may include a fifth connecting portion (70b) formed on the second panel (20b) and arranged to be connected to the second connecting portion (60b). For example, the connecting bracket (20) may include a sixth connecting portion (70c) formed on the third panel (20c) and arranged to be connected to the third connecting portion (60c).

[0146] For example, an attractive force may act between the first coupling portion (60a) and the fourth coupling portion (70a). For example, an attractive force may act between the second coupling portion (60b) and the fifth coupling portion (70b). For example, an attractive force may act between the third coupling portion (60c) and the sixth coupling portion (70c).

[0147] Fig. 9 is a perspective view of a connecting bracket according to one embodiment. Fig. 10 is an exploded view of a portion of the connecting bracket illustrated in Fig. 9. Fig. 11 is an enlarged view of portion C illustrated in Fig. 10. Fig. 12 is an enlarged view of portion D illustrated in Fig. 10. Fig. 13 is a partial cross-sectional view of an example of a display device in an unfolded state. Fig. 14 is a partial cross-sectional view of an example of a display device in a folded state.

[0148] Referring to FIG. 9, the connecting bracket (20) may include a hinge (30). The hinge (30) may be provided to adjust an angle between adjacent display units among the plurality of display units (10). For example, while the connecting bracket (20) is mounted on the plurality of display units (10), the hinge (30) of the connecting bracket (20) may enable folding and / or tilting between adjacent display units among the plurality of display units (10).

[0149] The hinge (30) may be provided between adjacent panels of the connecting bracket (20). In the drawing, the hinge (30a) is provided between the first panel (20a) and the second panel (20b) of the connecting bracket (20), and the hinge (30b) is provided between the first panel (20a) and the third panel (20c) of the connecting bracket (20), but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, when the display device (1) includes a first display unit (10a) and a second display unit (10b), the connecting bracket (20) may include the first panel (20a) and the second panel (20b), and one hinge (30a) may be provided between the first panel (20a) and the second panel (20b). For example, the number of hinges (30) may be one less than the number of panels of the connecting bracket (20).

[0150] The hinge (30) may be designed to be slidable. The hinge (30) may be designed to be rotatable within a predetermined range. For example, the hinge (30) may have a shape that is convexly curved backward. For example, the hinge (30) may be designed to be flexible.

[0151] Next, with reference to FIGS. 10 to 14, an example of a hinge (30) of a connecting bracket (20) will be described. Specifically, with reference to FIGS. 10 to 14, a hinge (30a) provided between a first panel (20a) and a second panel (20b) of a connecting bracket (20) will be described. It goes without saying that the description of the hinge (30a) described below can be equally applied to a hinge (30b) provided between the first panel (20a) and the third panel (20c). In addition, the description of the hinge (30a) described below can also be applied to at least one hinge added to a connecting bracket as at least one display unit is added. For example, if the display device further includes a fourth display unit (not shown) positioned adjacent to the second display unit (or the third display unit), the contents of the present disclosure may also be applied to a hinge (not shown) for adjusting the angle between the second display unit (or the third display unit) and the fourth display unit.

[0152] The hinge (30a) may be provided to adjust the angle between the first display unit (10a) equipped with the first panel (20a) and the second display unit (10b) equipped with the second panel (20b). For example, the hinge (30a) may rotate the first display unit (10a) relative to the second display unit (10b) within a predetermined range. For example, the hinge (30a) may rotate the second display unit (10b) relative to the first display unit (10a) within a predetermined range.

[0153] The hinge (30a) may be configured to be slidable between the first panel (20a) and the second panel (20b). As the hinge (30a) slides, the length of the hinge (30a) may be configured to vary. The length of the hinge (30a) may increase or decrease within a predetermined range.

[0154] The hinge (30a) may include a first hinge portion (310) extending from the first panel (20a). The hinge (30a) may include a second hinge portion (320) extending from the second panel (20b). The second hinge portion (320) may be detachably coupled to the first hinge portion (310). The second hinge portion (320) may be slidably coupled to the first hinge portion (310). That is, the first hinge portion (310) and the second hinge portion (320) may slide relative to each other.

[0155] The hinge (30a) may include a hinge rail (330) and a hinge protrusion (340). The hinge rail (330) may be formed on either the first hinge portion (310) or the second hinge portion (320). The hinge protrusion (340) may be formed on the other of the first hinge portion (310) and the second hinge portion (320). In the drawing, the hinge rail (330) is shown as being formed on the first hinge portion (310) and the hinge protrusion (340) is shown as being formed on the second hinge portion (320), but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Unlike as shown in the drawing, the hinge rail (330) may be formed on the second hinge portion (320) and the hinge protrusion (340) may be formed on the first hinge portion (310).

[0156] The hinge protrusion (340) may be provided to be relatively movable along the hinge rail (330). For example, while the hinge rail (330) maintains a fixed position, the hinge protrusion (340) may slide relative to the hinge rail (330). For example, while the hinge protrusion (340) maintains a fixed position, the hinge rail (330) may slide relative to the hinge protrusion (340). For example, the hinge protrusion (340) and the hinge rail (330) may slide relative to each other. For example, the hinge protrusion (340) may be provided to be movable between a first position (P1, see FIG. 13) provided at one end of the hinge rail (330) and a second position (P2, see FIG. 14) provided at the other end of the hinge rail (330). As an example described above, the length of the hinge (30a) can be varied.

[0157] For example, the hinge rail (330) may have an arc shape. The hinge rail (330) and the hinge protrusion (340) may be arranged to slide relative to each other along the arc shape. Accordingly, the hinge (30a) may be arranged to be rotatable within a predetermined range.

[0158] For example, the hinge rail (330) may be formed by penetrating the hinge protrusion (360) to be described later. For example, the hinge protrusion (340) may have a shape extending between the first hinge body (351) to be described later and the second hinge body (352) to be described later. However, this is merely exemplary, and the hinge rail (330) may be formed separately from the hinge protrusion (360), and the hinge protrusion (340) may be formed separately from the first hinge body (351) and the second hinge body (352).

[0159] For example, a plurality of hinge rails (330) may be provided, and the plurality of hinge rails (330) may be arranged along the vertical direction (Z direction). For example, a plurality of hinge protrusions (340) may be provided corresponding to the hinge rails (330). Each of the plurality of hinge protrusions (340) may be arranged corresponding to each of the plurality of hinge rails (330).

[0160] The hinge (30a) may include a hinge groove (350) and a hinge protrusion (360). The hinge groove (350) may be formed in either the first hinge portion (310) or the second hinge portion (320). The hinge protrusion (360) may be formed in the other of the first hinge portion (310) and the second hinge portion (320). In the drawing, the hinge groove (350) is shown as being formed in the second hinge portion (320) and the hinge protrusion (360) is shown as being formed in the first hinge portion (310), but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Unlike what is shown in the drawing, the hinge groove (350) may be formed in the first hinge portion (310), and the hinge protrusion (360) may be formed in the second hinge portion (320).

[0161] The hinge protrusion (360) may be provided to be withdrawn from the hinge groove (350) and inserted into the hinge groove (350). For example, as the first hinge portion (310) and the second hinge portion (320) slide relative to each other, the hinge protrusion (360) may be withdrawn from the hinge groove (350) and exposed to the outside of the hinge (30a), or inserted into the hinge groove (350) and not exposed to the outside of the hinge (30a). As the above-described example, the length of the hinge (30a) may be variable.

[0162] For example, the second hinge portion (320) may include a first hinge body (351) and a second hinge body (352) spaced apart from the first hinge body (351). A hinge groove portion (350) may be formed between the first hinge body (351) and the second hinge body (352). The hinge protrusion portion (360) may enter between the first hinge body (351) and the second hinge body (352) and be inserted into the hinge groove portion (350). However, when the hinge groove portion (350) is formed in the first hinge portion (310), the first hinge portion (310) may of course include the first hinge body (351) and the second hinge body (352).

[0163] For example, the first hinge body (351) and the second hinge body (352) may each have a shape that is curved backwards, and the hinge groove (350) may also have a shape that is curved backwards. The hinge protrusion (360) may have a shape that can be inserted into the hinge groove (350). The hinge protrusion (360) and the hinge groove (350) may be arranged to slide relative to each other along the curved shape. As a result, the hinge (30a) may be arranged to be rotatable within a predetermined range.

[0164] Referring to FIGS. 13 and 14, as the hinge (30) of the connecting bracket (20) slides, the display device (1) can be switched from an unfolded state (see FIG. 13) to a folded state (see FIG. 14). Conversely, as the hinge (30) of the connecting bracket (20) slides, the display device (1) can be switched from a folded state (see FIG. 14) to an unfolded state (see FIG. 13).

[0165] Referring to Fig. 13, the display device (1) may be provided in an unfolded state. At this time, the first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) may be arranged in parallel in the lateral direction (Y direction). The angle formed by the first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) may be approximately 180 degrees. The screen of the first display unit (10a) and the screen of the second display unit (10b) may be provided on the same plane. The front edge (19a) of the first side portion (14a) of the first display unit (10a) and the front edge (19b) of the second side portion (15b) of the second display unit (10b) may not be in contact.

[0166] When the display device (1) is unfolded, the hinge protrusion (360) may be inserted into the hinge groove (350). The hinge protrusion (360) may not be exposed to the outside of the hinge (30a). The hinge protrusion (360) may be covered by the first hinge body (351) and the second hinge body (352).

[0167] When the display device (1) is in an unfolded state, the hinge protrusion (340) may be at a first position (P1) provided at one end of the hinge rail (330). While the hinge protrusion (340) is at the first position (P1), the front surface of the first display unit (10a) and the front surface of the second display unit (10b) may be provided on the same plane.

[0168] When the display device (1) is unfolded, the length of the hinge (30a) may be the minimum length of the hinge (30a). The area where the first hinge portion (310) and the second hinge portion (320) of the hinge (30a) overlap may be the maximum.

[0169] Referring to FIG. 14, the display device (1) may be provided in a folded state. At this time, the second display unit (10b) may be in a state of sliding movement with respect to the first display unit (10a). However, unlike what is shown in the drawing, the first display unit (10a) may be in a state of sliding movement with respect to the second display unit (10b). Alternatively, the first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) may be in a state of sliding movement with respect to each other. The first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) may be in a state of rotating with respect to each other. The angle formed by the first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) may be less than 180 degrees. The screen of the first display unit (10a) and the screen of the second display unit (10b) may be provided on different planes. The front edge (19a) of the first side (14a) of the first display unit (10a) and the front edge (19b) of the second side (15b) of the second display unit (10b) can be in contact. For example, the point where the front edge (19a) of the first display unit (10a) and the front edge (19b) of the second display unit (10b) are in contact can be provided to form a rotation center of the hinge (30a). For example, each of the first hinge portion (310) and the second hinge portion (320) can be provided to be rotatable about the point where the front edge (19a) of the first display unit (10a) and the front edge (19b) of the second display unit (10b) are in contact.

[0170] When the display device (1) is folded, the hinge protrusion (360) may be extended from the hinge groove (350). At least a portion of the hinge protrusion (360) may be exposed to the outside of the hinge (30a).

[0171] When the display device (1) is in a folded state, the hinge protrusion (340) may be at a second position (P2) provided at the other end of the hinge rail (330). While the hinge protrusion (340) is at the second position (P2), the angle formed by the first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) may be less than 180 degrees.

[0172] When the display device (1) is folded, the length of the hinge (30a) may be the maximum length of the hinge (30a). The area where the first hinge portion (310) and the second hinge portion (320) of the hinge (30a) overlap may be minimum.

[0173] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 10, a first gap (221) may be formed between the first panel (20a) and the third connector (300). As will be described later, while the position of the third connector (300) is adjusted (see FIGS. 19 and 20), the third connector (300) may be movable within the first gap (221) and may not interfere with other components. Accordingly, the third connector (300) may remain connected to the first connector (100), and the electrical connection between the third connector (300) and the first connector (100) may not be easily broken. For example, the third connector (300) may be movable along the connector rails (22a, 22) formed on the first panel (20a), and the first gap (221) may be formed between the third connector (300) and the connector rails (22a, 22). In summary, while the position adjustment device (80, see FIGS. 19 and 20) moves the third connector (300) coupled to the first connector (100), a first gap (221) may be formed between the first panel (20a) and the third connector (300) so that the third connector (300) remains coupled to the first connector (100).

[0174] A second gap (222) may be formed between the second panel (20b) and the fourth connector (400). As will be described later, while the position of the fourth connector (400) is adjusted (see FIGS. 19 and 20), the fourth connector (400) may be movable within the second gap (222) and may not interfere with other components. Accordingly, the fourth connector (400) may remain connected to the second connector (200), and the electrical connection between the fourth connector (400) and the second connector (200) may not be easily broken. For example, the fourth connector (400) may be movable along the connector rails (22b, 22) formed on the second panel (20b), and the second gap (222) may be formed between the fourth connector (400) and the connector rails (22b, 22). In summary, while the position adjustment device (80, see FIGS. 19 and 20) moves the fourth connector (400) coupled to the second connector (200), a second clearance (222) may be formed between the second panel (20b) and the fourth connector (400) so that the fourth connector (400) remains coupled to the second connector (200).

[0175] It goes without saying that the description regarding the clearance of the third connector (300) and the fourth connector (400) described above can be equally applied to the seventh connector (700), the eighth connector (800), the eleventh connector (1100), and the twelfth connector (1200).

[0176] Fig. 15 is a perspective view of a display device according to one embodiment. Fig. 16 is an exploded view of a portion of the connecting bracket illustrated in Fig. 15. Fig. 17 is a partial cross-sectional view of an example of a display device in an unfolded state. Fig. 18 is a partial cross-sectional view of an example of a display device in a folded state.

[0177] Referring to FIGS. 15 to 18, an example of a connecting bracket (20') will be described. When describing the connecting bracket (20') illustrated in FIGS. 15 to 18, the same reference numerals may be assigned to components having the same configuration as the connecting bracket (20) illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 14. The shape of the hinge (30') of the connecting bracket (20') illustrated in FIGS. 15 to 18 may be somewhat different from the shape of the hinge (30) of the connecting bracket (20) illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 14. However, other than this, the connecting bracket (20') illustrated in FIGS. 15 to 18 may have substantially the same configuration as the connecting bracket (20) illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 14. In addition, the hinge (30') illustrated in FIGS. 15 to 18 may operate substantially the same as the hinge (30) illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 14. Therefore, overlapping content can be omitted.

[0178] The hinge (30') may include a first hinge portion (310') extending from the first panel (20a). The hinge (30') may include a second hinge portion (320') extending from the second panel (20b). The first hinge portions (310') may be provided in plurality, and the plurality of first hinge portions (310') may be arranged along the vertical direction (Z direction). The second hinge portions (320') may be provided in plurality, and the plurality of second hinge portions (320') may be arranged along the vertical direction (Z direction).

[0179] The hinge (30') may include a hinge rail (330') and a hinge protrusion (340'). The hinge rail (330') and the hinge protrusion (340') may be slidably coupled to each other. The hinge protrusion (340') may be provided to be able to move relative to the hinge rail (330').

[0180] The hinge rail (330') may be formed on either the first hinge portion (310') or the second hinge portion (320'). The hinge protrusion (340') may be formed on the other of the first hinge portion (310') and the second hinge portion (320'). In the drawing, the hinge rail (330') is shown as being formed on each of the plurality of first hinge portions (310') and the hinge protrusion (340') is shown as being formed on each of the plurality of second hinge portions (320'), but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the hinge rail (330') may be formed on each of the plurality of second hinge portions (320'), and the hinge protrusion (340') may be formed on each of the plurality of first hinge portions (310'). For example, some of the plurality of hinge rails (330') may be formed on some of the plurality of second hinge portions (320'), and the remaining of the plurality of hinge rails (330') may be formed on some of the plurality of first hinge portions (310'). The plurality of hinge protrusions (340') may be formed to correspond to the plurality of hinge rails (330').

[0181] The hinge (30') may include a hinge groove (350') and a hinge protrusion (360'). The hinge groove (350') and the hinge protrusion (360') may be slidably coupled to each other. The hinge protrusion (360') may be provided so as to be pulled out from the hinge groove (350') and inserted into the hinge groove (350').

[0182] The hinge groove (350') may be formed in either the first hinge portion (310') or the second hinge portion (320'). The hinge protrusion (360') may be formed in the other of the first hinge portion (310') or the second hinge portion (320'). In the drawing, the hinge groove (350') is formed between adjacent second hinge portions among the plurality of second hinge portions (320'), and the hinge protrusion (360') is formed in each of the plurality of first hinge portions (310'), but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the hinge grooves (350') may be formed between adjacent first hinge portions among the plurality of first hinge portions (310'), and the hinge protrusions (360') may be formed in each of the plurality of second hinge portions (320'). For example, some of the plurality of hinge protrusions (360') may be formed in some of the plurality of first hinge portions (310'), and the remainder of the plurality of hinge protrusions (360') may be formed in some of the plurality of second hinge portions (320'). The plurality of hinge grooves (350') may be formed to correspond to the plurality of hinge protrusions (360').

[0183] Referring to Fig. 17, the display device (1) can be provided in an unfolded state. While the hinge protrusion (340') is at the first position (P1), the front surface of the first display unit (10a) and the front surface of the second display unit (10b) can be provided on the same plane.

[0184] Referring to Fig. 18, the display device (1) may be provided in a folded state. While the hinge protrusion (340') is at the second position (P2), the angle formed by the first display unit (10a) and the second display unit (10b) may be less than 180 degrees.

[0185] The connecting bracket (20') may include a cover member (25) provided to cover the cable (21). The cover member (25) may be provided between the first panel (20a) and the second panel (20b) to protect the cable (21). For example, the cover member (25) may be provided to connect the rear of the first panel (20a) and the rear of the second panel (20b). For example, the cover member (25) may be provided to connect the front of the first panel (20a) and the front of the second panel (20b). For example, the cover member (25) may be provided to be flexible. For example, the cover member (25) may be affected by the operation of the hinge (30'). For example, as the hinge (30') slides, the length of the cover member (25) may increase or decrease within a predetermined range. Meanwhile, although not shown in the drawing, the aforementioned connecting bracket (20) may also include a cover member (25).

[0186] The connecting bracket (20') may include a guide portion (50) provided to guide the coupling of the connecting bracket (20') and the display unit (10). The display unit (10) may have a shape corresponding to the guide portion (50). For example, the guide portion (50) may have a shape protruding from each of the panels (20a, 20b, 20c) of the connecting bracket (20'), and the display unit (10) may have a shape that is sunken or penetrated so that the guide portion (50) is caught. The connecting bracket (20') may be more easily mounted on the display unit (10) by including the guide portion (50). The connecting bracket (20') may be mounted on the display unit (10) at an accurate position by including the guide portion (50). Meanwhile, although not shown in the drawing, the above-described connecting bracket (20) may also include the guide portion (50).

[0187] FIG. 19 schematically illustrates a side cross-section of a portion of a display device according to one embodiment. FIG. 20 schematically illustrates a side cross-section of a portion of a display device according to one embodiment.

[0188] The connecting bracket (20, 20') may include a position adjusting device (80). The position adjusting device (80) may be provided to adjust the step between the plurality of display units (10). The position adjusting device (80) may be provided to adjust the height of each of the plurality of display units (10). The position adjusting device (80) may be provided on each of the plurality of display units (10) to move the plurality of display units (10) in the vertical direction (vertical direction).

[0189] The position adjusting device (80) may be provided to correspond to at least one of the bracket-side connectors (300, 400, 700, 800, 1100 and / or 1200). In the drawing, each of the plurality of position adjusting devices (80) is illustrated as corresponding to each of the bracket-side connectors (300, 400, 700, 800, 1100 and / or 1200) (see FIGS. 9 and 15), but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the position adjusting device (80) may be provided to correspond to any one of the bracket-side connectors (300, 400, 700, 800, 1100 and / or 1200), or may be provided to correspond to some of the bracket-side connectors (300, 400, 700, 800, 1100 and / or 1200).

[0190] The position adjustment device (80) can move the bracket-side connector. The position adjustment device (80) can slide the bracket-side connector. For example, when the position adjustment device (80) is provided to correspond to the third connector (300), the position adjustment device (80) can move the third connector (300) connected to the first connector (100) in a substantially vertical direction. For example, when the position adjustment device (80) is provided to correspond to the fourth connector (400), the position adjustment device (80) can move the fourth connector (400) connected to the second connector (200) in a substantially vertical direction. For example, when the position adjustment device (80) is provided to correspond to each of the third connector (300) and the fourth connector (400), the position adjustment device (80) can vertically move at least one of the third connector (300) connected to the first connector (100) or the fourth connector (400) connected to the second connector (200).

[0191] Referring to FIGS. 19 and 20, an example of a position adjustment device (80) will be described. The position adjustment device (80) may include a movable block (81) fixed to a bracket-side connector (300, 400, 700, 800, 1100 and / or 1200), and an adjustment screw (82) rotatably coupled to the movable block (81).

[0192] The moving block (81) is movable in a substantially vertical direction (Z direction), and the bracket-side connectors (300, 400, 700, 800, 1100 and / or 1200) are movable together with the moving block (81). As the bracket-side connectors (300, 400, 700, 800, 1100 and / or 1200) move, the display-side connectors (100, 200, 500, 600, 900 and / or 1000) connected to the bracket-side connectors (300, 400, 700, 800, 1100 and / or 1200) can also move. As a result, the height of the display unit (10) can be adjusted.

[0193] Meanwhile, although the drawing shows that the moving block (81) is directly fixed to the bracket-side connector (300, 400, 700, 800, 1100 and / or 1200), the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the moving block (81) may also be indirectly fixed to the bracket-side connector (300, 400, 700, 800, 1100 and / or 1200) via a separate intermediate member.

[0194] The adjusting screw (82) may be provided to adjust the position of the moving block (81). As the adjusting screw (82) rotates while being coupled to the moving block (81), the rotational motion (R) of the adjusting screw (82) can be converted into the linear motion (D) of the moving block (81). As the adjusting screw (82) rotates while being coupled to the moving block (81), the moving block (81) can move in a vertical direction. For example, the adjusting screw (82) may be screw-coupled to the moving block (81). For example, the direction of the rotational axis of the adjusting screw (82) may be parallel to the direction of movement of the moving block (81).

[0195] At least a portion of the adjustment screw (82) may be exposed to the outside of the connecting bracket (20, 20'). This allows the user to rotate the adjustment screw (82) relative to the moving block (81). For example, the adjustment screw (82) may be positioned to protrude downwardly from the connecting bracket (20, 20') (see FIGS. 9, 15 and 19) or may be positioned to protrude rearwardly from the connecting bracket (20, 20') (see FIG. 20). However, this is merely exemplary, and the position of the adjustment screw (82) is not limited as long as the adjustment screw (82) can be rotated relative to the moving block (81).

[0196] Fig. 21 illustrates an example of an installation appearance of a display device. Fig. 22 illustrates an example of an installation appearance of a display device. Fig. 23 illustrates an example of an installation appearance of a display device.

[0197] The display device (1) may include support members (S1, S2, S3) for mounting and / or supporting a plurality of display units (10). The plurality of display units (10) may be provided in a state of floating from the floor via the support members (S1, S2, S3). For example, the support members (S1, S2, S3) may be provided in the form of a stand, a wall mount, an arm, etc. For example, the support members (S1, S2, S3) may be provided to be compatible.

[0198] The connecting bracket (20, 20') may include a mounting member (23) that can be coupled to various support members (S1, S2, S3). The mounting member (23) may be provided on at least one of a plurality of panels (20a, 20b, 20c). For example, the mounting member (23) may be formed on the first panel (20a). However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the mounting member (23) may be formed on the second panel (20b) and / or the third panel (20c) as the case may be. For example, the mounting member (23) may include a plurality of VESA (Video Electronics Standards Association) holes (23h) formed according to the VESA (Video Electronics Standards Association) standard.

[0199] For example, referring to FIG. 21, a support member (S1) may be arranged on the floor to support a plurality of display units (10).

[0200] For example, referring to FIG. 22, a support member (S2) may be provided to be mounted on a wall portion (W) of a structure (F) to support a plurality of display units (10). For example, the support member (S2) may be provided to be coupled to an upper portion of the wall portion (W) of the structure (F).

[0201] For example, referring to FIG. 23, a support member (S3) may be mounted at one end of the structure (F) to support a plurality of display units (10). For example, the support member (S3) may function as a kind of partition.

[0202] Fig. 24 illustrates an example of the arrangement of the first display device and the second display device. Fig. 25 illustrates an example of the arrangement of the first display device and the second display device from a side view.

[0203] Referring to FIG. 24, the screens of the first display device (1a) and the second display device (1b) may be arranged to face different directions. For example, by providing the first display device (1a) and the second display device (1b) in a folded state, a workspace by the first display device (1a) and a workspace by the second display device (1b) may be created, respectively.
