Description

Manufacturing device for glass fiber reinforced reinforcing bars with enhanced bond strength

[0001] The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing a glass fiber reinforced reinforcing bar with enhanced bond strength, and more particularly, to a device for manufacturing a glass fiber reinforced reinforcing bar in which the tensile strength is enhanced by integrally forming a core and a rib, and at the same time, a first roving yarn is formed as a core, i.e., an inner rod, and a second roving yarn serving as an outer rod is arranged around the first roving yarn, and at the same time, the first and second roving yarns are impregnated in different impregnation tanks to create an environment in which the resin content can be different, thereby enhancing the bond strength.

[0002]

[0003] Glass fiber reinforced polymer rebar (GFRP Rebar) is a next-generation construction material produced through a combination of composite material technology and engineering technology that combines glass fiber materials and resin. Compared to steel, it has superior strength, as well as low weight, corrosion resistance, and low maintenance costs. It also has the advantages of reducing life cycle costs, preventing aging of concrete buildings and extending their lifespan, making it a new material actively used in various construction environments such as civil engineering, architecture, bridges, tunnels, railways, wind power, and marine structures.

[0004] These glass fiber reinforced reinforcing bars are manufactured through a process and device that involves impregnating roving yarns made of glass fibers with resin, bundling multiple bundles of roving yarns to form a rod, forming ribs that serve as the surface's grooves / ridges, and cutting them to a predetermined length to complete the product.

[0005] In conventional glass fiber reinforcing bar manufacturing equipment, a single roving yarn is impregnated in one impregnation tank to form a rod, but in the glass carbon fiber composite manufacturing equipment, which is Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2023-0071505, two raw materials, glass fiber and carbon fiber, are impregnated separately in the first and second impregnation tanks, and then the glass fiber and carbon fiber are twisted to manufacture reinforcing bars, and the equipment and process are presented.

[0006] However, when glass fibers and carbon fibers are twisted and processed as in the above technique, the tensile strength may be reduced because the fibers are not oriented in the same direction. In addition, when glass fibers and carbon fibers are twisted and processed, it is difficult to integrally form ribs on the surface, which may lead to a disadvantage in that the bond strength with concrete is reduced.

[0007] In addition, the domestic patent No. 2397056, a forming system for high-tensile and corrosion-resistant thermosetting composite reinforcing bars, provides a method for forming ribs by winding / rewinding fiber strings on a rod, but this prior art does not escape the conventional process of simply impregnating a single roving yarn in a single impregnation tank, and thus does not provide any means for differentially treating impregnation conditions in two impregnation tanks or forming inner / outer skeletons.

[0008]

[0009] Accordingly, there is an emerging need to develop a device for manufacturing a new and advanced glass fiber reinforced reinforcing bar that can provide two impregnation sections, called first and second impregnation tanks, with first and second roving yarns made of a single glass fiber material to set different impregnation environments and thereby strengthen bond strength, and that can further strengthen tensile strength while securing integrity by arranging the first and second roving yarns as inner / outer without twisting them.

[0010]

[0011] The present invention was devised to overcome the problems of the above technology, and its main purpose is to provide a device for manufacturing a glass fiber reinforced reinforcing bar that can simultaneously enhance tensile strength as well as bond strength by impregnating first and second roving yarns made of the same material in separate impregnation tanks and then integrally forming the inner / outer rods and integrally forming the ribs.

[0012] Another object of the present invention is to provide a means for efficiently arranging a second roving yarn around the periphery of an inner rod (core) so that it can be formed into an outer rod.

[0013] Another object of the present invention is to further enhance the bonding strength based on the outer rod by differentially setting the impregnation conditions of the roving yarn to be formed into the inner rod and the roving yarn to be formed into the outer rod.

[0014] An additional object of the present invention is to reduce carbon emissions while being environmentally friendly by applying recycled resin.

[0015]

[0016] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a device for manufacturing a glass fiber reinforced reinforcing bar with enhanced bond strength, comprising: a supply unit for supplying first and second roving yarns processed by roving glass fibers; a first roving yarn impregnation unit for impregnating the first roving yarn with a resin; a core forming unit for processing the first roving yarn into a core through a core nozzle; a second roving yarn impregnation unit for impregnating the second roving yarn with a resin; a rod forming unit for arranging the second roving yarn around the outer circumference of the core to form a rod; and a post-processing unit for forming a rib by winding a fiber string around the outer circumference of the rod, hardening the fiber string, removing the fiber string by rewinding, and then cutting the rib to complete the reinforcing bar.

[0017] In addition, the rod forming part is characterized by including a first forming nozzle through which a core enters, a central through-hole through which a tip of the first forming nozzle passes, and a first forming auxiliary plate including a plurality of peripheral through-holes formed through a first diameter from the center of the central through-hole along the circumference of the central through-hole and through which the second roving yarn passes, a second forming auxiliary plate disposed rearward from the first forming auxiliary plate and through which the second roving yarn gathered around the rear end of the forming nozzle and the circumference of the forming nozzle passes through a through-hole of a second diameter smaller than the first diameter but larger than the diameter of the central through-hole, and a second forming nozzle that forms the rod by allowing the core drawn out from the exit of the first forming nozzle and the second roving yarn around the circumference of the core to enter.

[0018] In addition, the peripheral through hole includes a first peripheral through hole and a second peripheral through hole formed along the periphery of the first peripheral through hole at a certain distance outside the first peripheral through hole, and the second roving yarn is characterized in that it selectively passes through the first and second peripheral through holes.

[0019]

[0020] According to the manufacturing device of the glass fiber reinforced reinforcing bar with enhanced bond strength according to the present invention,

[0021] 1) It has the advantage of being able to secure unity by arranging two rovings in the concept of inner / outer rods rather than simply twisting and forming them, thereby enhancing tensile strength and also enhancing bonding strength by differentially setting the impregnation conditions of the inner / outer rods.

[0022] 2) Provides efficient equipment that can complete / form rods using inner / outer rods through an automatic process without errors or mistakes.

[0023] 3) By differentially controlling the resin impregnation amount of the first and second roving yarns during the forming or moving process, it not only provides a basis for conveniently and accurately differentially setting the impregnation conditions of the inner / outer rods, but also

[0024] 4) By applying recycled resin, it not only reduces production costs but also provides an environmentally friendly effect that can drastically reduce carbon emissions.

[0032]

[0033] The present invention is best suited for carrying out the invention in a form comprising: a supply unit for supplying first and second roving yarns processed with roving of glass fiber; a first roving yarn impregnation unit for impregnating the first roving yarn with resin; a core forming unit for processing the first roving yarn into a core through a core nozzle; a second roving yarn impregnation unit for impregnating the second roving yarn with resin; a rod forming unit for arranging the second roving yarn around the outer circumference of the core to form a rod; and a post-processing unit for winding fiber strings around the outer circumference of the rod to form a rib, hardening the fiber strings, removing the fiber strings by rewinding the ribs, and cutting the ribs to complete a reinforcing bar.

[0034]

[0035] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. The attached drawings are not drawn to scale, and like reference numbers in each drawing indicate like components.

[0036]

[0037] First, in the present invention, the term 'glass fiber' is used as an abbreviation for glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP), and can be understood to have the same meaning as concrete reinforcing fiber, glass fiber reinforcement, and fiber reinforced composite.

[0038] In addition, it is stated that the reinforcing bar can be used in the same sense as rebar or composite bar, as it replaces the known concrete attachment reinforcing bar with the above-mentioned glass fiber.

[0039] In addition, the first roving yarn bundle may be expressed interchangeably as the first roving yarn as it is a bundle of multiple first roving yarns (1), and for the same reason, the second roving yarn bundle may also be expressed interchangeably as the second roving yarn (2).

[0040] In addition, in the present invention, the first roving yarn (1) is gathered by a core nozzle and formed into a first shape, which is called a core (3). As mentioned above, the core (3) is an intermediate body in which only the first roving yarn (1) is gathered without the second roving yarn (2), and this can also be expressed interchangeably as an inner rod or a first roving yarn (1), and it is disclosed that the outer rod is produced by the second roving yarn.

[0041] Additionally, the 'resin impregnation amount' described in the present invention can be said to mean the amount of resin contained in the first roving yarn (1) or the core (3) as well as the second roving yarn (2). When comparing the amount of resin impregnation in the core (3) and the second roving yarn (2), since the core (3) in which several bundles of first roving yarns are gathered has a larger diameter than the second roving yarn (2) or the bundles of second roving yarns, no matter how much resin is squeezed out of the core (3), the amount of resin impregnation in the core (3) can end up being greater than the amount of resin impregnation in the second roving yarn (2).

[0042] Therefore, the 'resin impregnation amount' in the present invention is defined as 'the amount of resin impregnated per unit area' of the first roving yarn (1), core (3), or second roving yarn (2).

[0043]

[0044] Figure 1 is a block diagram schematically showing the structure of the manufacturing device of the present invention in process sequence.

[0045] As can be seen from Fig. 1, the manufacturing device of the present invention basically includes a supply unit (10), a first roving yarn impregnation unit (20), a core forming unit (30), a second roving yarn impregnation unit (40), a rod forming unit (100), and a post-processing unit in accordance with the process sequence.

[0046] Each of these configurations is also used in the manufacturing device or manufacturing process of known glass fiber reinforced rebars, and reference can be made to known technologies, but a brief description thereof is as follows.

[0047] The supply unit (10) provides a function of supplying roving yarn, which is a roving-processed glass fiber provided in the form of a krill, to a subsequent configuration / process. In particular, the supply unit (10) of the present invention is characterized in that it divides the roving yarn into first and second roving yarns (1, 2) and supplies them to the first and second roving yarn impregnation units (20, 40), respectively.

[0048] At this time, the first and second roving yarns (1,2) are manufactured from the same glass fiber material and processed as roving yarns, but the supply method is different. Of course, the material of these can be processed differently, but as will be described later, in order to faithfully implement the purpose of securing the integrity of the glass fiber reinforced reinforcing bar of the present invention as well as maintaining tensile strength and strengthening bond strength, it is preferable that the first and second roving yarns (1,2) are made of the same material.

[0049]

[0050] Figure 2 is a conceptual diagram schematically illustrating the structure of the first and second roving yarn impregnation sections of the present invention.

[0051] As can be seen from Fig. 2, the first and second roving yarn impregnation units (20, 40) include a first and second impregnation tank (21, 41) for impregnating the first and second roving yarns (1, 2) with the resin (R), respectively, and a supply means for receiving the resin (R) from the mixing unit for mixing the resin (R) and supplying the corresponding resin (R) to the first and second impregnation tanks (21, 41).

[0052] These first and second roving yarn impregnation sections (20, 40) are physically separated from each other, with the first roving yarn impregnation section (20) located at the leading end and the second roving yarn impregnation section (40) located at the rear end thereof, more precisely, at the rear end side of the core forming section (30) described later.

[0053] The resin (R) of the present invention is a material that is supplied to the first and second impregnation tanks (21, 41) by mixing a resin composition and a solvent (more precisely, a reactive diluent) in a mixing unit to suit the characteristics of each glass fiber and then impregnating the first and second roving yarns (1, 2). Various types can be applied depending on the individual properties of the glass fibers.

[0054] In particular, the resin (R) of the present invention can include recycled resin.

[0055] These recycled resins can be manufactured from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET), for example, selected from waste PET chips or PET oligomers, and can be manufactured using processes that recycle both colorless and colored PET. Since the manufacturing method for recycled resins can be any known process, a detailed description will be omitted.

[0056] Through this, it is possible to provide environmentally friendly characteristics by recycling colored / colorless waste PET that currently causes environmental problems, and to realize a low-carbon process that significantly reduces carbon emissions, thereby providing the advantage of increasing economic / social value.

[0057]

[0058] The core forming section (30) is located between the first and second roving yarn impregnation sections (1, 2) and provides a function of forming a core (3) that serves as the basis of a rod (4) by inserting multiple strands of the first roving yarn (hereinafter also referred to as a ‘bundle of first roving yarns’) into the core nozzle (31).

[0059] At this time, the core nozzle (31) is tapered so that the diameter of the outlet is smaller than that of the inlet, so that the first roving yarn (1) (bundle of first roving yarns) is properly collected, and the amount of resin impregnation can be controlled by squeezing out some of the resin (R) impregnated in the first roving yarn (1) to reduce the amount of resin impregnation in the first roving yarn (1).

[0060] In particular, in the present invention, the resin impregnation amount of the first roving yarn (1) can be different from the resin impregnation amount of the second roving yarn (2) to provide a basis for strengthening the bond strength on the surface of the rod (glass fiber reinforced reinforcing bar) (4) that is in close contact with actual concrete.

[0061] That is, when the amount of resin impregnation on the surface of the rod (4) increases, it can provide a basis for strengthening surface adhesion compared to when the amount of resin impregnation is small, and it can create an environment for strengthening the adhesion strength with the concrete with which this surface is directly in contact.

[0062] Taking this into consideration, the rod (glass fiber reinforced reinforcing bar) (4) of the present invention is treated so that the resin impregnation amount of the second roving yarn (2) responsible for forming the surface portion is greater than that of the first roving yarn (1) responsible for forming the inner rod (core), thereby further enhancing the surface adhesion strength.

[0063] As described above, in the present invention, the first roving yarn (1) is the raw material of the core (3), and the core (3) occupies the center of the rod (4) and is also called an inner rod. Correspondingly, the second roving yarn (2) arranged around the inner rod and covering it is called an outer rod.

[0064] As will be described in more detail below, this core (3) has the function of reinforcing the tensile strength of the glass fiber reinforced reinforcing bar of the present invention.

[0065]

[0066] As can be seen from Figure 1 again, the rod forming part (100) provides a function of forming a rod (4) by gathering the impregnated first and second roving yarns (1,2). Unlike the known process, it does not simply gather the first and second roving yarns (1,2) by randomly arranging them or arranging them left and right, but rather provides a special method of arranging them to form a rod (4).

[0067] Specifically, the rod forming unit (100) sets the first roving yarn (1) as the center, arranges a plurality of second roving yarns (2) at regular intervals along the outer circumference of the first roving yarn (1), and then inserts them into a separate nozzle (a second forming nozzle, as will be described later) to gather them and form a rod (4).

[0068] Based on this arrangement structure, as mentioned above, in each position of the formed rod (4), the first roving yarn (1) (bundle of first roving yarn) can be said to be the raw material of the inner rod, and the second roving yarn (2) (bundle of second roving yarn) can be said to be the raw material of the outer rod surrounding the inner rod.

[0069] Of course, in the formed rod (4), the inner / outer rods are not physically separated but are combined / formed as one, but by forming the rod (4) by arranging the first and second roving yarns (1,2) in an inner / outer rod structure rather than randomly or left and right alternately as in the prior art, the inner rod is responsible for reinforcing the tensile strength, and in particular, the outer rod can provide a foundation for reinforcing the bond strength to concrete.

[0070] That is, the inner rod provides a basis for reinforcing the tensile strength by bundling the first roving yarn (1) (bundle of first roving yarns) more densely to increase the density, while the outer rod provides a basis for reinforcing the adhesion to concrete, i.e., the bond strength, by slightly lowering the density but increasing the resin impregnation amount of the second roving yarn (2) compared to the first roving yarn (1). This means that by differentially controlling the density or resin impregnation amount of each of the inner rod / outer rod, it is possible to have a differential characteristic that can simultaneously strengthen the tensile strength and bond strength.

[0071] In other words, the glass fiber reinforced reinforcing bar of the present invention provides a differentiation point that can be reinforced by arranging the first and second roving yarns (1,2) in the center / periphery, respectively, in an environment that can provide a difference in the amount of resin impregnation or density in the first and second impregnation yarns (1,2) impregnated in the first and second impregnation tanks (21,41), respectively, so that the characteristics to be emphasized in the center (tensile strength) and the characteristics to be emphasized in the surface / periphery (adhesion strength) can be distinguished.

[0072]

[0073] The post-processing unit may include a winding unit (50) that forms a rib by winding a fiber line on the outer surface of the rod (4), a hardening unit (60) that hardens the rod (4), a rewinding unit (80) that removes the hardened fiber line by rewinding the rod (4), and a cutting unit (90) that cuts the rod (4) to complete the reinforcing bar.

[0074] At this time, a transfer unit (70) that presses the load (4) up and down and then pulls it in the direction of the cutting unit (90) may be included between the rewinding unit (80) and the cutting unit (90). Since the detailed configuration and process described above are the same as or similar to a known manufacturing device / process, a detailed description thereof will also be omitted.

[0075] In particular, some prior art technologies manufacture ribs by winding fibers in a 'positive' shape, but in this case, there is a risk that the ribs may detach from the main body of the rod (4), weakening the tensile strength as well as the attachment strength. Therefore, the present invention applies a method of winding fibers in a 'negative' shape to manufacture ribs integrally with the rod (4) and then removing the fibers.

[0076] By forming a rib integrally in the load (4) in this way, it is possible to support the function of simultaneously strengthening tensile strength and adhesion strength, which can be said to be the main characteristics of the present invention.

[0077] That is, by integrating the core (3) and the rib, it is possible to have the characteristic of excellent mechanical properties in the longitudinal direction by forming the orientation of the glass fiber in one direction.

[0078]

[0079] Table 1 shows the results of comparing the tensile strength and bond strength of glass fiber reinforced reinforcing bars manufactured through the above-described manufacturing device and process with those of known steel and conventional glass fiber reinforcing bars.

[0080] At this time, the glass fiber reinforced reinforcing bar of the present invention applied recycled resin.

[0081]

[0082] Classification Steel (steel) Conventional glass fiber reinforcement Unit weight of reinforcement of the present invention Unit weight (g / cm3) 7.851.9 2.2 Tensile strength (MPa) 400~600 1000 1200 Bond strength (MPa) 1410~12 15 Environmental Resin Eco-Friendly Unnecessary General Chemical Resin Recycled Resin Carbon Emission (CO2 / ton) 3.5 1.10.95

[0083]

[0084] Referring to the above results, it can be seen that the reinforcing bar of the present invention has superior tensile strength and bond strength compared to steel and conventional glass fiber reinforcing bars, and is also environmentally friendly due to the use of recycled resin, thereby reducing carbon emissions.

[0085] In summary, the manufacturing device of the present invention can control the amount of resin impregnation of each of the first and second roving yarns (1,2) by separately impregnating the first and second roving yarns (1,2), and can also differentially control the density of the first roving yarn (1), which is the raw material of the core (3) or inner rod, from that of the second roving yarn (2), which is the raw material of the outer rod, thereby integrally manufacturing the rib, thereby possessing the characteristics of excellent tensile strength and enhanced bond strength to concrete.

[0086]

[0087] Hereinafter, a specific configuration that efficiently provides the above-described arrangement structure of the core (3) formed with the first roving yarn (1) and the second roving yarn (2) and that can control the resin impregnation amount of the first and second roving yarns (1,2) will be described.

[0088]

[0089] Figure 3 is a conceptual diagram illustrating the structure and position of the first forming auxiliary plate and the first forming nozzle, and Figure 4 is a side view illustrating the structure and position of the first and second forming auxiliary plates and the second forming nozzle.

[0090] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, it can be seen that the load forming unit (100) can include first and second forming nozzles (110, 140) and first and second forming auxiliary plates (120, 130).

[0091] First, as can be seen from FIG. 3, the first forming nozzle (110) provides a function of controlling the amount of resin impregnation by squeezing out a portion of the resin (R) as well as controlling the density while gathering the core (3) once again as the first bundle of roving yarns, i.e., the core (3) that runs along a path crossing the upper portion of the second impregnation tank (41), enters.

[0092] This first forming nozzle (110) may be tapered so that its diameter decreases from the inlet to the outlet, similar to the core nozzle (31), and may have the same diameter as or slightly smaller than the core nozzle (31).

[0093] The first forming auxiliary plate (120) is placed in an upright position (the front of the first forming auxiliary plate faces the second impregnation tank (41)) with a plate-like structure at the rear of the second roving yarn impregnation section (the second impregnation tank (41)) (40), and a central through hole (121) into which the first forming nozzle (110) described above is inserted is formed in the central portion thereof.

[0094] In this first molding auxiliary plate (120), a plurality of peripheral through holes (122) are formed at regular intervals along the circumference of the central through hole (121) with a specific radius (referred to as the 'first diameter' in the present invention) based on the center of the central through hole (121).

[0095] That is, the first forming auxiliary plate (120) not only provides a path for the first forming nozzle (110) to pass through, but also effectively prevents the second roving yarn (2) from being randomly arranged on the core (3) and provides a foundation for stably arranging them at appropriate intervals along the periphery of the core (3).

[0096] As described above, the first forming auxiliary plate (120) is arranged so that the second roving yarn (2) is arranged along the circumference of the first roving yarn (1), i.e., the core (3), but the second roving yarn (2) is not arranged so that it comes into contact with the circumference of the core (3), and the second roving yarn (2) is first arranged so that it is positioned around the core. The arrangement of the second roving yarn (2) so that it comes into contact with the circumference of the core (3) is implemented in the second forming auxiliary plate (130).

[0097] Specifically, as can be seen from FIG. 4, the second forming auxiliary plate (130) is a plate-shaped body arranged parallel to the rear of the first forming auxiliary plate (120) at a certain distance, and is connected to the first forming auxiliary plate (120) via a separate support bar.

[0098] A through hole (131) is formed in the central portion of the second forming auxiliary plate (130) so that the second roving yarn (2) extending past the first forming auxiliary plate (110) can be positioned closer to the first forming nozzle (110) while the rear end of the first forming nozzle (110) described above passes through it.

[0099] The through hole (131) of the second forming auxiliary plate (130) has a diameter (referred to as the “second diameter” in the present invention) that is smaller than the distance between the peripheral through holes (122) formed around the central through hole (121) of the first forming auxiliary plate (120) but larger than the diameter of the central through hole (121), thereby providing an environment in which the second roving yarn (2) can be arranged more closely around the first forming nozzle (110).

[0100] That is, the first and second molding plates (120, 130) pass through the first molding nozzle (110) in which the core (3) is inserted in the center thereof, and the second roving yarn (2) is arranged around the first molding nozzle (110), but the distance is arranged to be sequentially smaller from the first diameter to the second diameter, so that the second roving yarn (2) provides a function of gathering in an 'ㅅ' shape around the first molding nozzle (110), as can be seen in FIG. 4.

[0101] The second forming nozzle (140) provides a function of forming a rod (4) by introducing together the core (3) drawn out from the exit of the first forming nozzle (110) and the second roving yarn (2) gathered close to the periphery of the core (3).

[0102] At this time, the second forming nozzle (140) is also tapered so that the outlet diameter is smaller than the inlet diameter, so that the core (3) and the second roving yarn (2) can be efficiently compressed.

[0103] Furthermore, the inlet diameter of the second forming nozzle (140) is smaller than the inlet diameter of the first forming nozzle (110), so that it is possible to additionally / finally compress the first roving yarn (1) formed into a core shape, as well as to provide a basis for the second roving yarn (2) to efficiently come into close contact with the core (3) along the perimeter of the core (3).

[0104] Referring to these configurations and processes, it can be seen that the rod (4) is formed integrally with an inner rod having a core (3) made of a first roving yarn (1) arranged at the center and an outer rod arranged around the core (3) (inner rod) made of a second roving yarn (2), and the first and second forming plates (120, 130) and the first and second forming nozzles (110, 120) described above can provide an optimal environment and foundation for the second roving yarn (2) to be stably gathered around the periphery of the first roving yarn (1) without being twisted or arranged randomly.

[0105]

[0106] Figure 5 is a conceptual diagram focusing on the first and second peripheral through holes of the first forming auxiliary plate.

[0107] Furthermore, as can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 5, it is more preferable that the peripheral through hole (122) be formed of a double through hole.

[0108] Specifically, the peripheral through hole (122) may be formed as a double through hole structure having a difference in diameter between a first peripheral through hole (122a) located on the inside (in the direction closer to the central through hole) and a second peripheral through hole (122b) located on the outside thereof.

[0109] Specifically, the second peripheral through hole (122b) means a hole formed along the periphery of the first peripheral through hole (122a) at a certain distance outside the first peripheral through hole (122a).

[0110] In response to this, each of the plurality of second roving yarns (2) that have been impregnated and moved near the first forming auxiliary plate (120) passes through one of the plurality of first and second peripheral penetration holes (122a, 122b).

[0111] At this time, the second roving yarn (2) can pass through the first and second peripheral penetration holes (122a, 122b) alternately in the order of proximity or pass through them according to a preset rule.

[0112] In this way, the first and second peripheral penetration holes (122a, 122b) provide a double-penetrated orbit with a difference in diameter, and the second roving yarn (2) selectively passes through them, so that the second roving yarn (2) arranged around the core (3) is not in the same direction as the extension of the core (3) but at an angle, or the second roving yarns (2) are arranged in a cross pattern, providing a characteristic similar to a fabric woven in various patterns such as a matrix pattern or a triangle pattern, while ensuring the density of the second roving yarn (2), and when integrally formed into the core (3), it is possible to completely prevent any problem such as a single second roving yarn (2) coming off.

[0113]

[0114] Additionally, the above-described first and second peripheral penetration holes (122a, 122b) may have different diameters, specifically, an inlet-side diameter (inlet diameter).

[0115] These first and second peripheral penetration holes (122a, 122b) can also be tapered so that the diameter of the outlet is smaller than that of the inlet, and as a result, the diameters of the inlet and outlet can be different, so the inlet diameter is specified in order to establish the principle described later.

[0116] That is, by treating the inlet diameters of the first and second peripheral penetration holes (122a, 122b) differently, the diameter of the second roving yarn (2) (second roving yarn bundle) passing through them is differentially controlled, and the resin impregnation amount is also treated to have a difference.

[0117] In other words, for example, when it is assumed that two bundles of second roving yarns (2) have the same diameter and one passes through the first peripheral through hole (122a) and the other passes through the second peripheral through hole (122b), if the inlet diameter of the first peripheral through hole (122a) is smaller than the inlet diameter of the second peripheral through hole (122b), the first peripheral through hole (122a) can squeeze out more resin (R) than the second peripheral through hole (122b).

[0118] Applying these points, it is preferable that the first and second peripheral penetration holes (122a, 122b) be set to an inlet diameter that can satisfy the following mathematical expression 1.

[0119]

[0120] Mathematical formula 1.

[0121] R2 / R1 > H2 / H1 > J2>J1

[0122] (Here, R1 is the inlet diameter of the core nozzle (31), R2 is the diameter before the first roving yarn (1) bundle enters the core nozzle (31), H1 is the inlet diameter of the first peripheral through hole (122a), H2 is the diameter before the second roving yarn (2) bundle enters the first peripheral through hole (122a), J1 is the inlet diameter of the first peripheral through hole (122a), and J2 is the diameter before the second roving yarn (2) bundle enters the first peripheral through hole (122a))

[0123]

[0124] Mathematical expression 1 can be said to be that the diameter ratio of the core nozzle (31) is first set so that less resin (R) can be squeezed from the second roving yarn (2) than from the first roving yarn (1), and then the diameter ratios of the first and second peripheral through holes (122a, 122b) are differentially set.

[0125] In the present invention, 'diameter ratio' means the diameter ratio of the first or second roving yarn (1, 2) penetrating the core nozzle (31) or the first or second peripheral penetration holes (122a, 122b), and when a standard such as mathematical expression 1 is set, it can be seen that the diameter ratio of the core nozzle (31) is the largest.

[0126] In the present invention, a large diameter ratio means that the inlet diameter of the core nozzle (31) or the first and second peripheral through holes (122a, 122b) is small so that the corresponding roving yarn can be squeezed more.

[0127] For example, if R2=10, H2=J2=3,

[0128] If R1=7, H2=2.5, J2=3,

[0129] 10 / 7 > 3 / 2.5 > 3 / 3

[0130] As such, it satisfies the relationship of mathematical expression 1.

[0131] At this time, the first or second roving yarn (1,2) or a bundle thereof is not tightly bound but is loosely bound, so it is based on the premise that the inlet diameters of the core nozzle (31) or the first and second peripheral penetration holes (122a, 122b) are smaller than these and can sufficiently pass through them.

[0132] That is, by setting the conditions described above, squeezing out the resin (R) of the first roving yarn bundle (1) as much as possible to reduce the amount of resin impregnation, and controlling the second roving yarn (2) located on the outside of the core (3) among the first and second roving yarn (1,2) bundles so that it can have a greater amount of resin impregnation than the second roving yarn (2) located on the inside, it is possible to provide a characteristic that can further strengthen the surface adhesion strength based on the principle described above.

[0133]

[0134] Figure 6 is a cross-sectional side view showing the tapered structure of the through hole of the second forming auxiliary plate.

[0135] It is also preferable that the through hole (131) of the second forming auxiliary plate (130) be tapered so that the diameter of the outlet is smaller than that of the inlet along the path of the second roving yarn (2).

[0136] That is, as illustrated in FIG. 4, depending on the arrangement of the first and second forming plates, the second roving yarn (2) has a path that gathers while drawing an 'ㅅ' shape. However, if the through hole (131) of the second forming auxiliary plate (130) is not tapered so that the diameter of the outlet side is smaller than that of the inlet side, but has the same diameter, the second roving yarn (2) may be cut or scraped off on the inner surface of the through hole (131). This problem may also occur if the path of the second roving yarn (2) is tapered at an angle that is significantly different from that of the through hole.

[0137] That is, the outlet diameter of the through hole (131) of the second forming auxiliary plate (130) is tapered to be smaller than the inlet diameter so that the second roving yarn (2) has an angle corresponding to the path along which they converge as they approach the second forming nozzle (140), thereby providing a characteristic that effectively prevents the second roving yarn from being unnecessarily damaged.

[0138]

[0139] Furthermore, referring to FIG. 3, it can be seen that the load forming part (100) additionally includes a control plate (150).

[0140] The control plate (150) is arranged in front of the first forming auxiliary plate (120) (upper part of the rear end of the second impregnation tank (41)), and is a plate-shaped frame having a central hole (151) that can be said to be a space through which the first roving yarn (1) passes without any obstruction, and peripheral holes (152) that penetrate in a matrix structure on each of the left and right sides of the central hole (151) and through which the second roving yarn (2) passes.

[0141] This control plate (150) not only efficiently recovers the resin (R) that flows out as the second roving yarn (2) that has just been impregnated in the second impregnation tank (41) passes through the peripheral hole (152), but also provides a function of maintaining and guaranteeing an appropriate tension of the second roving yarn (2) before it passes through the first and second forming plates (120, 130) while squeezing out some of the resin (R) of the second roving yarn (2).

[0142] That is, if we focus only on maintaining a high resin impregnation amount of the second roving yarn (2), the second roving yarn (2) may become heavy and sag from the normal movement path, slowing down the process speed, or it may deviate from the normal position in the process of being placed around the perimeter of the core (3), causing defects. To prevent this, a part of the excessively impregnated resin (R) is processed so that it can be squeezed out first from the control plate.

[0143] In addition, by arranging the peripheral holes (152) of the control plate (150) in a matrix structure, it is possible to provide a foundation for efficiently distributing and distributing the second roving yarns (2) while preventing them from clumping together.
