Immersion liquid cooling device and energy storage equipment

[0001] CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

[0002] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on August 25, 2023, with application number 202311085199.8 and application name “Immersed liquid cooling device and energy storage equipment”, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field

[0003] The present application relates to the field of energy, and in particular to an immersion liquid cooling device and energy storage equipment. Background Art

[0004] The shift in energy consumption from fossil fuels to new energy sources has driven the rapid development of the electric vehicle and energy storage industries. Lithium batteries are a common energy storage option for electric vehicles. However, their charge and discharge efficiency, capacity, safety, and lifespan are significantly affected by temperature. Excessive temperatures, such as high or low temperatures, or large temperature differences between battery packs, can directly impact battery performance, leading to premature failure of the battery system and even fires, explosions, and other accidents.

[0005] To improve the performance and safety of battery packs, battery packs require a thermal management system. Liquid cooling is currently the mainstream battery thermal management technology. There are two main methods for implementing liquid cooling: cold plate cooling and immersion cooling. Compared to cold plate cooling, immersion cooling offers significant advantages in temperature control and temperature uniformity. However, to ensure effective heat exchange, immersion cooling requires the addition of a flow guide structure within the box to increase fluid flow rate. This results in a more complex battery pack structure and higher costs.

[0006] Summary of the Invention

[0007] The present application provides an immersion liquid cooling device and an energy storage device to solve the problem of the complex structure of the immersion liquid cooled battery pack.

[0008] In a first aspect, the present application provides an immersion liquid cooling device, which may include a bottom plate, a top plate, and a plurality of side plates. The bottom plate and the top plate may be spaced apart along a first direction, and a plurality of side plates may be enclosed with the bottom plate and the top plate to form a closed accommodation space, and the accommodation space may accommodate energy storage modules or other devices requiring heat exchange. A first flow channel may be provided inside the bottom plate, and a plurality of first through holes may be provided on the side of the bottom plate facing the top plate along the first direction, and the first through holes may connect the first flow channel with the accommodation space; and the side of the bottom plate facing the top plate along the first direction has at least one arrangement area, and the arrangement area is used to arrange energy storage modules or other devices requiring heat exchange, and the first through holes are staggered with the arrangement area. A second flow channel may be provided inside the top plate, and a plurality of second through holes may be provided on the side of the top plate facing the bottom plate along the first direction, and the second through holes may connect the second flow channel with the accommodation space.

[0009] In the technical solution provided by the present application, in actual application, the energy storage module or other devices that require heat exchange can be arranged in the layout area of the bottom plate, the first through hole and the layout area are staggered, the fluid entering the first flow channel can enter the accommodation space through the first through hole jet, the fluid high-speed flushing the side wall and pole of the energy storage module, to achieve efficient cooling of the energy storage module, the fluid immerses the energy storage module and enters the second flow channel through the second through hole on the top plate, and then flows out of the second flow channel; or, the fluid entering the second flow channel can enter the accommodation space through the second through hole jet, the fluid high-speed flushing The energy storage module achieves cooling for the energy storage module. The fluid can enter the first flow channel through the first via hole on the bottom plate and then flow out of the first flow channel. The fluid in the flow channel can flush the energy storage module from bottom to top or from top to bottom through the via hole without a guide structure, and convectively exchange heat with the energy storage module. The high-speed flow of fluid can ensure the high efficiency of convective heat exchange with the energy storage module. The overall structure of the device is relatively simple, which solves the problem of the complex structure of the immersion liquid-cooled battery pack. In addition, there is no guide structure inside the device that takes up the layout space of the energy storage module, and the energy density of the energy storage device is relatively high. In addition, it can solve the problem of large temperature differences between the energy storage modules at the fluid inlet and outlet, and ensure the temperature consistency of energy storage modules at different locations.

[0010] In one specific embodiment, the plurality of first vias may be arranged along a second direction to form at least two rows of first vias, where the second direction may be perpendicular to the first direction. The arrangement region may be located between two adjacent rows of first vias. Fluid ejected from the first vias may flush two corresponding sidewalls of the energy storage module in the second direction, thereby cooling the energy storage module.

[0011] In one specific embodiment, the plurality of first vias can be arranged along a third direction to form at least two rows of first vias, the third direction being perpendicular to the first and second directions. The arrangement region can be located between two adjacent rows of first vias. Fluid ejected from the first vias can flush two corresponding sidewalls of the energy storage module in the third direction, thereby cooling the energy storage module.

[0012] In a specific embodiment, the plurality of second via holes may be arranged along the second direction to form at least two rows of second via holes, and the fluid may enter the second flow channel through the second via holes arranged in a row.

[0013] In a specific embodiment, the plurality of second via holes may be arranged along the third direction to form at least two rows of second via holes. The fluid may enter the second flow channel through the second via holes arranged in a row.

[0014] In one optional solution, at least two rows of second vias can be staggered in the first direction relative to at least two rows of first vias. Staggering the rows of second vias relative to the rows of first vias in the first direction can increase the flow rate of the fluid around the poles of the energy storage module, enhance cooling and heat dissipation of the poles, and improve axial temperature consistency of the energy storage module.

[0015] In another optional solution, at least two rows of second vias can be arranged in a one-to-one correspondence with at least two rows of first vias in the first direction. This allows the fluid to flow through the sidewalls of the energy storage module at a higher velocity, providing a stronger cooling and heat dissipation effect on the sidewalls of the energy storage module, thereby improving the axial temperature consistency of the energy storage module.

[0016] In one specific embodiment, the plurality of first vias can be arranged to form at least one annular first via group, and the arrangement area can be located within the annular range of the first via group. In addition to enabling convective heat exchange with rectangular or cube-shaped energy storage modules, convective heat exchange with cylindrical energy storage modules is also possible.

[0017] In one specific embodiment, the plurality of second vias can be arranged to form at least one annular second via group, and at least a portion of the arrangement area can be located within the annular range of the second via group in the first direction. The energy storage module is located within the annular range of the second via group, and the fluid flowing through the sidewalls of the energy storage module has a high flow rate, which has a strong cooling and heat dissipation effect on the sidewalls of the energy storage module, thereby improving the axial temperature consistency of the energy storage module. Alternatively, the energy storage module can be staggered with the second via group, which can increase the flow rate of the fluid around the poles of the energy storage module, enhance cooling and heat dissipation of the poles, and improve the axial temperature consistency of the energy storage module.

[0018] In one specific embodiment, the immersion liquid cooling device may further include a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet. The liquid inlet may be connected to the first flow channel, and the liquid outlet may be connected to the second flow channel; alternatively, the liquid inlet may be connected to the second flow channel, and the liquid outlet may be connected to the first flow channel. External low-temperature fluid may enter the storage space within the device through the liquid inlet, exchange heat with the energy storage module, and then flow out of the storage space through the liquid outlet, thereby continuously cooling the energy storage module.

[0019] When specifically setting the liquid inlet and liquid outlet, the liquid inlet can be set at the middle position of the bottom plate along the second direction, and the liquid outlet can be set at the middle position of the top plate along the second direction. The fluid entering the first flow channel can be ejected from the first through-hole into the accommodation space through a shorter flow path, which can improve the cooling effect on the energy storage module. The fluid entering the second flow channel through the second through-hole can enter the liquid outlet through a shorter flow path, which can quickly remove heat and improve the cooling effect on the energy storage module. Alternatively, the liquid inlet can be set at the middle position of the top plate along the second direction, and the liquid outlet can be set at the middle position of the bottom plate along the second direction. The fluid entering the second flow channel can be ejected from the second through-hole into the accommodation space through a shorter flow path, which can improve the cooling effect on the energy storage module. The fluid entering the first flow channel through the first through-hole can enter the liquid outlet through a shorter flow path, which can quickly remove heat and improve the cooling effect on the energy storage module. Moreover, when the fluid flows from top to bottom, the flow rate of the fluid can be increased under the action of gravity, which is beneficial to improving the convective heat transfer efficiency between the fluid and the energy storage module.

[0020] In a specific embodiment, the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet can be arranged on the same side of the immersion liquid cooling device along the second direction, which is perpendicular to the first direction, thereby shortening the length of the pipeline connected to the outside world.

[0021] In a second aspect, the present application further provides an energy storage device, which may include at least one energy storage module and an immersion liquid cooling device as described in any one of the possible implementation schemes of the first aspect. The energy storage module may be accommodated in the accommodation space.

[0022] The energy storage device provided in this application uses an immersion liquid cooling device that can ensure the temperature consistency of energy storage modules at different positions. There is no guide structure inside the device, the structure is relatively simple, and the layout space of the energy storage modules is large, and the energy density of the energy storage device is large.

[0023] In one specific embodiment, multiple energy storage modules can be arranged in multiple rows along the second direction, or multiple energy storage modules can be arranged in multiple columns along the third direction. The energy storage modules can be arranged in the layout area, with the energy storage modules offset from the first vias. Fluid can flow through the vias from bottom to top or from top to bottom, exchanging heat with the energy storage modules through convection.

[0024] In a specific embodiment, the rows of second vias correspond to the poles of the multiple rows of energy storage modules in the first direction, which can increase the flow rate of the fluid around the poles of the energy storage modules, enhance the cooling and heat dissipation of the poles, and improve the axial temperature consistency of the energy storage modules. However, the embodiments of the present application can be implemented in a variety of other ways than those described herein, and those skilled in the art can make similar generalizations without violating the connotations of the embodiments of the present application. Therefore, the present application is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.

[0038] For ease of understanding, the application scenarios of the immersion liquid cooling device involved in this application are first explained. The immersion liquid cooling device provided in the embodiment of the present application can be adapted to energy storage equipment, such as vehicle-mounted battery packs, photovoltaic battery packs, etc., and can also be adapted to other electronic equipment, such as data centers, etc. The immersion liquid cooling device provided in the embodiment of the present application can be used as a heat dissipation device for the energy storage module, and heat dissipation of the energy storage module is achieved by liquid cooling. Taking energy storage equipment as an example, in actual applications, the energy storage equipment may include one or more energy storage modules, and multiple energy storage modules may be accommodated inside the immersion liquid cooling device. In order to ensure the heat exchange effect, the current immersion liquid-cooled battery pack needs to add a guide structure in the liquid cooling box to increase the fluid flow rate, which makes the structure of the battery pack more complicated.

[0039] In view of this, the present application proposes an immersion liquid cooling device, which realizes high-speed flow of fluid in the form of through-hole jets, thereby eliminating the guide structure and simplifying the device structure. Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the three-dimensional structure of the immersion liquid cooling device provided by the present application. In the following figures, the coordinate direction shown by the x-axis represents the first direction, the direction shown by the y-axis represents the second direction, and the direction shown by the z-axis represents the third direction; the second direction can be perpendicular to the first direction, and the third direction can be perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction; wherein, the first direction can be understood as the height direction of the device, the second direction can be understood as the width direction of the device, and the third direction can be understood as the length direction of the device. As shown in Figure 1, the immersion liquid cooling device provided in an embodiment of the present application may include a base plate 100, a top plate 200 and multiple side plates 300. The base plate 100 and the top plate 200 can be arranged at intervals along a first direction. The multiple side plates 300 can be arranged along the first direction and enclosed with the base plate 100 and the top plate 200 to form a closed accommodation space. The accommodation space can accommodate one or more energy storage modules 400 (only one energy storage module 400 is shown in Figure 1) or other devices that require heat exchange.

[0040] During specific implementation, the energy storage module 400 can be a battery module, etc. Specifically, the battery module can be a battery cell, and the multiple battery cells in the storage space can form a battery pack. When there are multiple energy storage modules 400, the multiple energy storage modules 400 can be placed and fixed on the bottom plate 100, and there can be a certain distance between the multiple energy storage modules 400 and the top plate 200. In the storage space, the multiple energy storage modules 400 can be arranged into multiple rows along the second direction, or arranged into multiple columns along the third direction, or arranged into multiple rows along the second direction and arranged into multiple columns along the third direction. In each column of energy storage modules 400, the positive poles of two adjacent energy storage modules 400 can be electrically connected through the positive bus, and a column of energy storage modules 400 as a whole can be electrically connected to the total positive bus through the positive bus; multiple columns of energy storage modules 400 can be electrically connected to the total positive bus together. Similarly, in each column of energy storage modules 400, the negative poles of two adjacent energy storage modules 400 can be electrically connected via a negative bus, and the entire column of energy storage modules 400 can be electrically connected to a total negative bus via the negative bus; multiple columns of energy storage modules 400 can be electrically connected to a total negative bus.

[0041] FIG2 shows a cross-sectional view of the immersion liquid cooling device provided by the present application along the second direction. The cross-section of the bottom plate and the cross-section of the top plate in FIG2 may be in different planes. As shown in FIG2 , a first flow channel 101 may be provided inside the bottom plate 100. Specifically, the first flow channel 101 may be an interlayer inside the bottom plate 100; or, the first flow channel 101 may be a pipe provided inside the bottom plate 100, and the pipe may be, but is not limited to, a straight pipe or a curved pipe, and the cross-sectional shape of the pipe may be, but is not limited to, a circular, elliptical, polygonal, or other shapes. Multiple first flow channels 101 may be provided inside the bottom plate 100. In conjunction with FIG1 , a plurality of first through holes 102 may be provided on one side of the bottom plate 100 facing the top plate 200 along the first direction, and each first through hole 102 may connect the first flow channel 101 with the accommodation space. When multiple first flow channels 101 are provided inside the bottom plate 100, one first flow channel 101 may be connected to one or more first flow channels 101.

[0042] A second flow channel 201 may be provided inside the top plate 200. Specifically, the second flow channel 201 may be an interlayer inside the top plate 200; or, the second flow channel 201 may be a pipe provided inside the top plate 200. A plurality of second vias 202 may be provided on one side of the top plate 200 facing the bottom plate 100 along the first direction, and each second via 202 may connect the second flow channel 201 with the accommodation space. The arrangement of the second flow channel 201 may refer to the first flow channel 101, and the arrangement of the second via 202 may refer to the first via 102. The density of the arrangement of the first via 102 and the second via 202 in Figure 2 is for illustration only. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the number and shape of the flow channels inside the bottom plate 100 and the top plate 200, and the number and shape of the vias connecting the flow channels with the accommodation space, and they can be set according to actual needs.

[0043] Figure 3 shows a top perspective view of a portion of the structure of the immersion liquid cooling device provided herein. As shown in Figure 3, the bottom plate 100 has one or more layout areas along a first direction toward the top plate 200, and the first vias 102 are offset from the layout areas. In actual use, the energy storage modules 400 are arranged within the layout areas, so that the energy storage modules 400 are offset from the first vias 102. That is, the energy storage modules 400 avoid the first vias 102, and the first vias 102 can be located in the gaps between adjacent energy storage modules 400.

[0044] In actual application, the fluid entering the first flow channel 101 can be ejected into the accommodation space through the first through hole 102, and the fluid flushes the side wall and pole 401 of the energy storage module 400 at high speed to achieve efficient cooling of the energy storage module 400. The fluid immerses the energy storage module 400 and enters the second flow channel 201 through the second through hole 202 on the top plate 200, and then flows out of the second flow channel 201; alternatively, the fluid entering the second flow channel 201 can be ejected into the accommodation space through the second through hole 202, and the fluid flushes the energy storage module 400 at high speed to achieve cooling of the energy storage module 400. The fluid can enter the first flow channel 101 through the first through hole 102 on the bottom plate 100, and then flow out of the first flow channel 101. In the absence of a guide structure, the fluid can, based on axial (first direction) jet siphoning, flush the energy storage module 400 at high speed from bottom to top or from top to bottom through the through hole, and exchange heat with the energy storage module 400 through convection. The high-speed flow of the fluid can ensure the high efficiency of the convection heat exchange of the energy storage module 400. The overall structure of the device is relatively simple, which solves the problem of the complex structure of the immersion liquid-cooled battery pack. Moreover, there is no guide structure inside the device to occupy the layout space of the energy storage module 400, and the energy density of the energy storage device is relatively large. In addition, the problem of the large temperature difference between the energy storage module 400 at the fluid inlet and outlet can be solved, and the temperature consistency of the energy storage modules 400 at different positions can be ensured.

[0045] In one possible embodiment, as shown in FIG1 , the plurality of first vias 102 can be arranged along the second direction to form at least two rows of first vias 102, and each arrangement area can be located between two adjacent rows of first vias 102. Thus, in actual application, each energy storage module 400 can be located between two adjacent rows of first vias 102, and the fluid ejected from the first vias 102 can flush two corresponding sidewalls of the energy storage module 400 in the second direction, thereby cooling the energy storage module 400. Furthermore, the plurality of first vias 102 can be arranged along the third direction to form at least two columns of first vias 102, and each arrangement area can be located between two adjacent columns of first vias 102. Thus, in actual application, each energy storage module 400 can be located between two adjacent columns of first vias 102, and the fluid ejected from the first vias 102 can flush two corresponding sidewalls of the energy storage module 400 in the third direction, thereby cooling the energy storage module 400. The contact area between the fluid and the energy storage module 400 is large, and the temperature difference on the surface of the energy storage module 400 is small, which can improve the cooling effect on the energy storage module 400. Figure 1 illustrates a possible arrangement of multiple first vias 102. As shown in Figure 1, the multiple first vias 102 are arranged in sixteen rows along the second direction and five columns along the third direction. The multiple first vias 102 form a 15x4 grid area, each of which can accommodate an energy storage module 400. A total of 60 energy storage modules 400 can be arranged in the accommodation space. For each energy storage module 400, its sidewalls along the circumferential direction (the direction surrounding the first direction) can be cooled, and the energy storage module 400 as a whole can be cooled relatively sufficiently.

[0046] In a specific implementation, the plurality of second vias 202 may be arranged along the second direction to form at least two rows of second vias 202. FIG1 illustrates a possible arrangement of the plurality of second vias 202. As shown in FIG1, the plurality of second vias 202 are arranged along the second direction to form fifteen rows.

[0047] FIG4 shows a schematic structural diagram of the immersion liquid cooling device provided by the present application, viewed along the second direction, and FIG5 shows a schematic structural diagram of the immersion liquid cooling device provided by the present application, viewed along the third direction. FIG4 and FIG5 illustrate that the fluid enters the accommodation space through the first through-hole 102 and flows out of the accommodation space through the second through-hole 202, that is, the fluid flows from bottom to top. In combination with FIG1, FIG4 and FIG5, at least two rows of second through-holes 202 and at least two rows of first through-holes 102 are staggered in the first direction. For example, at least two rows of second through-holes 202 can be respectively located directly above or near the poles of at least two rows of energy storage modules 400; for any row of second through-holes 202, it can be located directly above or near the poles of a row of energy storage modules 400. In actual use, fluid enters the storage space through the first vias 102, flows through the circumferential sidewalls of the energy storage module 400, and exchanges heat through convection with the circumferential sidewalls of the energy storage module 400. The fluid gradually submerges the energy storage module 400 and exits the storage space through the second vias 202. During this process, the fluid exchanges heat through convection with the poles of the energy storage module 400. The staggered arrangement of the rows of second vias 202 and the rows of first vias 102 in the first direction increases the flow rate of the fluid around the poles of the energy storage module 400, enhances cooling and heat dissipation of the poles, and improves axial temperature consistency of the energy storage module 400.

[0048] Figure 6 shows another schematic diagram of the structure of the immersion liquid cooling device provided by the present application, viewed along the second direction, and Figure 7 shows another schematic diagram of the structure of the immersion liquid cooling device provided by the present application, viewed along the third direction. Unlike Figures 4 and 5, Figures 6 and 7 illustrate fluid flowing into the storage space through the second vias 202 and out of the storage space through the first vias 102, i.e., fluid flows from top to bottom. As shown in Figures 1, 6, and 7, at least two rows of second vias 202 are offset from at least two rows of first vias 102 in the first direction. In actual application, fluid flows into the storage space through the second vias 202, flows through the poles of the energy storage module 400, and convectively exchanges heat with the poles of the energy storage module 400. The fluid is then divided at the top of the energy storage module 400 and flows down along the circumferential sidewalls of the energy storage module 400, convectively exchanges heat with the circumferential sidewalls of the energy storage module 400, and then flows out of the storage space through the first vias 102. The fluid ejected from the second through hole 202 first flows through the pole of the energy storage module 400. The flow rate of the fluid around the pole of the energy storage module 400 is relatively high, and the cooling and heat dissipation effect on the pole is relatively strong, which can improve the axial temperature consistency of the energy storage module 400.

[0049] FIG8 shows another schematic structural diagram of the immersion liquid cooling device provided by the present application, viewed along the second direction, and FIG9 shows another schematic structural diagram of the immersion liquid cooling device provided by the present application, viewed along the third direction. FIG8 and FIG9 illustrate an example of a fluid jet entering the accommodation space through the second vias 202 and flowing out of the accommodation space through the first vias 102, i.e., the fluid flows from top to bottom. The difference from FIG6 and FIG7 is that the at least two rows of second vias 202 in FIG8 and FIG9 can be arranged in a one-to-one correspondence with the at least two rows of first vias 102 in the first direction. In this case, the arrangement of the second vias 202 is similar to that of the first vias 102. For each row of second vias 202, it can be staggered with each row of energy storage modules 400 in the first direction, i.e., the energy storage modules 400 avoid the second vias 202, and the second vias 202 can be located in the gaps between adjacent energy storage modules 400. In actual use, fluid jets into the storage space through second vias 202, flows through the circumferential sidewalls of the energy storage module 400, and exchanges heat through convection with the circumferential sidewalls of the energy storage module 400. Some of the fluid flows out of the storage space through first vias 102, while some accumulates within the storage space and gradually submerges the energy storage module 400. At this point, the fluid jets into the storage space through second vias 202 and can then flow through the poles of the energy storage module 400, exchanging heat through convection with the poles of the energy storage module 400. The higher the flow rate of the fluid around the poles of the energy storage module 400, the stronger the cooling and heat dissipation effect on the poles, thereby improving the axial temperature uniformity of the energy storage module 400.

[0050] Regarding the direction of fluid flow and the relative positional relationship between the rows of second vias 202 and the first vias 102 in the first direction, in addition to the several possible embodiments described above, the fluid may also flow into the accommodation space through the first vias 102 and out of the accommodation space through the second vias 202, i.e., the fluid flows from bottom to top, with at least two rows of second vias 202 corresponding to at least two rows of first vias 102 in the first direction. In actual application, the fluid flows into the accommodation space through the first vias 102, flows through the circumferential sidewalls of the energy storage module 400, and exchanges heat through convection with the circumferential sidewalls of the energy storage module 400. The fluid gradually submerges the energy storage module 400 and flows out of the accommodation space through the second vias 202. During the process of flowing out of the accommodation space, the fluid flows through the poles of the energy storage module 400, and exchanges heat through convection with the poles of the energy storage module 400. In this embodiment, the fluid flows at a high velocity through the sidewalls of the energy storage module 400 , which has a strong cooling and heat dissipation effect on the sidewalls, thereby improving the axial temperature uniformity of the energy storage module 400 .

[0051] In one possible embodiment, while the plurality of second vias 202 are arranged along the second direction to form at least two rows of second vias 202, the plurality of second vias 202 can be arranged along the third direction to form at least two columns of second vias 202. The at least two rows of second vias 202 and the at least two columns of second vias 202 can form at least one grid area. For a particular column of second vias 202, in the first direction, it can be offset from a particular column of first vias 102, or it can be arranged corresponding to a particular column of first vias 102. If the second vias 202 arranged in a column are arranged corresponding to the first vias 102 arranged in a column in the first direction, the energy storage module 400 can be simultaneously located within the grid area formed by the second vias 202 arranged in a row and the second vias 202 arranged in a column.

[0052] In a specific implementation, the energy storage module 400 can be of various shapes / types, such as a cuboid, a cube, or a cylinder. The immersion liquid cooling device of the embodiment of the present application can achieve convective heat exchange with the circumferential sidewalls of the energy storage module 400, as well as convective heat exchange with the poles of the energy storage module 400, and can efficiently cool energy storage modules 400 of various shapes / types.

[0053] Figure 10 shows a schematic structural diagram of the base plate of the immersion liquid cooling device provided herein. As a possible specific implementation, in addition to forming at least one grid area, the plurality of first vias 102 can also be arranged to form at least one annular first via group 110, as shown in Figure 10. The arrangement area can be located within the annular range of the first via group 110, so that in actual application, the energy storage module 400 can be located within the annular range of the first via group 110. Similarly, the plurality of second vias 202 can be arranged to form at least one annular second via group, and at least part of the arrangement area can be located within the annular range of the second via group in the first direction. Therefore, in actual application, at least part of the energy storage module 400 can be located within the annular range of the second via group in the first direction. Specifically, the entire energy storage module 400 can be located within the annular range of the second via group in the first direction; alternatively, a portion of the energy storage module 400 can be located within the annular range of the second via group in the first direction, in which case, in the first direction, a portion of the energy storage module 400 overlaps with the annular range of the second via group. It can be understood that the annular first via group 110 can be used in combination with the annular second via group, and can also be used in combination with the second via 202 forming the grid area; the first via 102 forming the grid area can be used in combination with the annular second via group, and can also be used in combination with the second via 202 forming the grid area.

[0054] Referring again to FIG. 1 , the immersion liquid cooling device of an embodiment of the present application may further include a liquid inlet 500 and a liquid outlet 600 . External low-temperature fluid may enter the storage space within the device through the liquid inlet 500 , exchange heat with the energy storage module 400 , and then flow out of the storage space through the liquid outlet 600 , repeating the cycle. The liquid inlet 500 may be disposed on the bottom plate 100 and may communicate with the first flow channel. The liquid outlet 600 may be disposed on the top plate 200 and may communicate with the second flow channel. In this case, the fluid may enter the first flow channel through the liquid inlet 500 at a certain pressure, then flow into the storage space through the first via 102 , then flow out of the storage space through the second via 202 , into the second flow channel, and then flow out through the liquid outlet 600 , thereby achieving a bottom-up flow of the fluid within the storage space. Alternatively, the liquid inlet 500 can be provided on the top plate 200, the liquid inlet 500 can be connected to the second flow channel, the liquid outlet 600 can be provided on the bottom plate 100, the liquid outlet 600 can be connected to the first flow channel, at this time, the fluid can enter the second flow channel from the liquid inlet 500 at a certain pressure, and then enter the accommodating space through the second through hole 202. The fluid flows out of the accommodating space through the first through hole 102, enters the first flow channel, and then flows out from the liquid outlet 600, that is, the fluid can flow from top to bottom in the accommodating space. When the fluid flows from top to bottom, under the action of gravity, the flow rate of the fluid can be further increased, thereby improving the convective heat exchange efficiency between the fluid and the energy storage module 400. Alternatively, the liquid inlet 500 can be set at the middle position of the top plate 200 along the second direction. Similarly, the fluid entering the second flow channel can be ejected from the second through hole 202 into the accommodation space through a shorter flow path, which can improve the cooling effect on the energy storage module 400; the liquid outlet 600 can be set at the middle position of the bottom plate 100 along the second direction. Similarly, the fluid entering the first flow channel from the first through hole 102 can enter the liquid outlet 600 through a shorter flow path, which can take out the heat more quickly and improve the cooling effect on the energy storage module 400.

[0056] In addition to being provided on the bottom plate 100 or the top plate 200, the liquid inlet and outlet can also be provided on the side plate 300. In this case, a third flow channel can be provided in the side plate 300, and the liquid inlet and outlet communicate with the flow channel in the bottom plate 100 or the top plate 200 through the third flow channel in the side plate 300. For example, the liquid inlet is provided on the side plate 300 and communicates with the second flow channel in the top plate 200 through the third flow channel. The liquid outlet is also provided on the side plate 300 and communicates with the first flow channel in the bottom plate 100 through a different third flow channel. In actual application, the fluid enters the third flow channel from the liquid inlet, then enters the second flow channel, and then flows into the storage space through the second through-hole 202. The fluid flows out of the storage space through the first through-hole 102, enters the first flow channel, then enters a different third flow channel, and then flows out through the liquid outlet, thereby achieving top-to-bottom flow of the fluid in the storage space. Alternatively, the liquid inlet is provided on the side plate 300, and the liquid outlet is provided on the bottom plate 100. Alternatively, the liquid inlet is provided on the side plate 300 and the liquid outlet is provided on the top plate 200. The liquid inlet and outlet are provided on the bottom plate 100, the top plate 200 or the side plate 300, and there are many different arrangements according to actual needs, which are not listed here.

[0057] In a specific implementation, the liquid inlet 500 and the liquid outlet 600 can be disposed on the same side of the immersion liquid cooling device along the second direction, thereby shortening the length of the pipeline connecting to the outside world. The second direction referred to herein is perpendicular to the first direction and can be the y-direction or the z-direction in the figures.
