Abstract
Description
Physical training equipment and grips for physical training equipment
[0001] The present invention relates to a physical training device for strengthening the body and a gripping tool for the physical training device.
[0002] There is a type of physical training equipment called a dip stand that is used to train the upper body. Fig. 14 is a perspective view of a conventional, typical dip stand 200. Although two dip stands 200 are shown in Fig. 14, two dip stands 200 are typically used in training. The two dip stands 200 have the same shape, dimensions, and structure, and are composed of a roughly inverted U-shaped main body 10 and a pair of legs 30 that support the main body 10.
[0003] The main body 10 is made of a thin, elongated metal pipe bent into a generally inverted U-shape, and has a horizontal section 12 and a pair of vertical sections 14, 15 extending downward from both ends of the horizontal section 12. A resilient covering material 25 is attached to the center of the horizontal section 12. The legs 30 have a support section 31 made of a thin, elongated metal pipe, and a cylindrical connecting section 33 erected at the center of the support section 31 in the longitudinal direction. Rubber covers 37 are attached to both ends of the support section 31.
[0004] The dip stand 200 has a pair of legs 30 arranged parallel to each other, and the lower ends of the left and right vertical parts 14 and 15 of the body 10 are fitted into the connecting parts 33 of the legs 30 so that the horizontal part 12 of the body 10 is perpendicular to the legs 30, and the body 10 and the pair of legs 30 are fixed with bolts 38.
[0005] Many dip stands have already been commercialized, and several patent and utility model applications have been filed to address the issues inherent in conventional dip stands. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a dip stand that maintains its light weight while increasing the bending rigidity of the corners of the base support.

[0028] The X, Y, and Z axes in the specification and drawings correspond to the X, Y, and Z axes of a three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system. In this embodiment, the XZ plane is the horizontal plane, the Y axis is parallel to the vertical axis, and the direction of the X-axis arrow is left, the direction of the Y-axis arrow is up, and the direction of the Z-axis arrow is rear. In this embodiment, the front view is a view taken from the plane including the X and Y axes as the front, as seen in the direction of the Z-axis arrow. The right side view is a view taken from the plane including the Y and Z axes as the front, as seen in the direction of the X-axis arrow. The top view is a view taken from the plane including the X and Z axes as the front, as seen in the direction opposite to the Y-axis arrow.
[0029] Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a body training device 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The body training device 1 is a training device for building muscle strength. This body training device 1 is a portable type of training device that can be easily carried by hand, and two body training devices 1 of the same shape, size, and structure are usually used as a set. For this reason, two body training devices 1 are shown in Fig. 1.
[0030] The body training device 1 has a substantially inverted U-shaped main body 10 , a pair of legs 30 supporting the main body 10 , and a gripping member 40 fixed to the lower side of the horizontal portion 12 of the main body 10 .
[0031] The main body 10 has a horizontal portion 12 extending in the X-axis direction parallel to the horizontal plane, and a pair of vertical portions 14, 15 extending downward from both ends of the horizontal portion 12 and perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The main body 10 is formed by bending a long, thin metallic cylindrical pipe.
[0032] The main body 10 may be formed by separately manufacturing the horizontal section 12, the vertical sections 14, 15, and the curved sections 20, 21 connecting them using a metal pipe material and welding them together. If the horizontal section 12, the vertical sections 14, 15, and the curved sections 20, 21 are manufactured separately and then welded together to form the main body 10, the outer diameters of the sections may be different. Welding is a specific example of a method for fastening metal pipe material, and other fastening methods may be used as long as they can firmly fasten the individual components. This also applies to the following.
[0033] The horizontal portion 12 is the main portion that is gripped during training and is the gripping portion of the main body. In the body training device 1 of this embodiment, a cylindrical elastic covering material 25 that covers the horizontal portion 12 is attached to the center of the horizontal portion 12 in the longitudinal direction (X direction). The covering material 25 is a member that makes the horizontal portion 25 easier to grip and also functions as a non-slip material when gripped.
[0034] The covering material 25 may cover the entire horizontal portion 12, or may cover the portion from the horizontal portion 12 to the curved portions 20 and 21, or may cover the portion from the horizontal portion 12 via the curved portions 20 and 21 to the upper portions of the vertical portions 14 and 15. Conversely, the covering material 25 may not be attached to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body 10. This is the same in the other embodiments.
[0035] The body training device 1 of this embodiment has through holes near the lower ends 16, 17 of the vertical portions 14, 15 through which bolts 38 for connecting the main body 10 and the legs 30 are inserted.
[0036] The leg body 30 has a support part 31 made of a metal pipe member and a connecting part 33 made of a short tube extending in the Y direction from the top surface of the support part 31, which is located at the center of the longitudinal direction (Z direction) of the support part 31.
[0037] The support part 31 is made of a straight cylindrical pipe with rubber covers 37 attached to both ends. The covers 37 have cushioning and anti-slip functions to stably install the body training apparatus 1 on the floor. In this embodiment, the support part 31 of the leg body 30 is made of a cylindrical pipe, but a square pipe with a square cross section may also be used.
[0038] The connecting portion 33 is a short tube made of a metallic cylindrical pipe member extending in the Y direction from the upper surface of the support portion 31, and its outer diameter is set slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the vertical portions 14, 15 of the main body 10. This allows the lower ends 16, 17 of the vertical portions of the main body 10 to be inserted into the connecting portion 33 without wobbling. The connecting portion 33 also has threaded holes 34 with multiple female threads in the height direction (Y direction).
[0039] The main body 10 and the pair of legs 30 are fixed together by inserting the lower ends 16, 17 of the vertical sections 14, 15 of the main body into the connecting sections 33 of the legs 30, respectively, and inserting bolts 38 into through holes provided in the lower ends 16, 17 of the vertical sections 14, 15 of the main body and screwing them into screw holes 34 provided in the connecting sections 33 of the legs 30. The connecting sections 33 of the legs 30 are provided with a plurality of screw holes 34 at different heights, so that the height of the horizontal section 12 of the main body can be changed by changing the position where the bolts 38 are screwed.
[0040] The through holes provided at the lower ends 16, 17 of the vertical portions 14, 15 of the main body and the screw holes 34 provided at the connecting portions 33 of the leg bodies 30 are arranged so that when the main body 10 and a pair of leg bodies 30 are connected with bolts 38, the support portions 31 of the leg bodies 30 are perpendicular to the horizontal portions 12 of the main body 10.
[0041] The gripping member 40 is a member that is gripped when performing training. Hereinafter, the part of the gripping member 40 that is gripped when performing training will be referred to as the gripping portion. This is the same in other embodiments. In this embodiment, the entire gripping member 40 serves as the gripping portion.
[0042] The gripping member 40 is made of a metallic cylindrical pipe, and is fixed by welding at both ends to the upper parts of the vertical parts 14, 15 of the main body below the horizontal part 12 of the main body, parallel to the horizontal part 12. The distance Δh between the gripping member 40 and the horizontal part 12 of the main body is sufficient as long as it allows the gripping member 40 to be grasped from below, and may be determined appropriately.
[0043] The distance Δh between the gripping member 40 and the horizontal portion 12 of the main body refers to the narrowest distance between the gripping portion of the gripping member 40 and the gripping portion of the horizontal portion 12 of the main body 10. The distance Δh between the gripping member 40 and the horizontal portion 12 of the main body also includes the covering material 25 attached to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body. Therefore, when the covering material 25 is attached to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body 10, the distance Δh is the distance between the bottom end of the covering material 25 and the top end of the gripping member 40. Furthermore, when the covering material is also attached to the gripping member 40, the distance Δh is the distance between the bottom end of the covering material 25 of the main body 10 and the top end of the covering material of the gripping member 40. This is the same in other embodiments.
[0044] The gripping member 40 has a thickness that makes it easy to grip when hanging obliquely, and the outer diameter D of the gripping portion of the gripping member 40 is 1 is the outer diameter D of the horizontal part 12 of the main body 0 The outer diameter D of the gripping portion of the gripping member 40 is smaller than 1 The outer diameter D of the horizontal portion 12 of the main body 0 By making it smaller, it allows for a wider variety of training than conventional dip stands.
[0045] Outer diameter D of the horizontal part of the main body 0 , the outer diameter D of the gripping portion of the gripping member 1 When referring to the covering material attached to the horizontal portion of the main body, the covering material attached to the gripping portion of the gripping member is also included. This is the same in other embodiments. In this embodiment, the gripping portion of the gripping member 40 is the gripping member 40 itself.
[0046] If no covering material is attached to the horizontal part of the main body, the outer diameter D of the horizontal part of the main body 0 is the outer diameter of the horizontal part itself. If the covering material is attached to the entire horizontal part of the main body, the outer diameter D of the horizontal part of the main body 0When the covering material 25 is partially attached to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body as in this embodiment, the outer diameter D 0 is the outer diameter of the horizontal portion 12 itself or the outer diameter of the covering material 25.
[0047] When the covering material is not attached to the gripping portion of the gripping member, the outer diameter D of the gripping portion of the gripping member 1 is the outer diameter of the gripping portion of the gripping member itself. When the covering material is attached to the entire gripping portion of the gripping member, the outer diameter D of the gripping portion of the gripping member 1 is the outer diameter of the covering material. When the covering material is partially attached to the gripping portion of the gripping member, the outer diameter D of the gripping portion of the gripping member is 1 is the outer diameter of the gripping portion itself or the outer diameter of the covering material.
[0048] Outer diameter D of the gripping portion of the gripping member 1 The outer diameter of the horizontal part of the main body is D 0 The outer diameter D of the gripping portion of the gripping member is smaller than 1 The outer diameter of the gripping part of the main body D 0 This also applies to other embodiments.
[0049] It is preferable to apply an anti-slip treatment to the surface of the gripping member 40. Methods of anti-slip treatment include applying an anti-slip treatment such as knurling to the surface of the gripping member 40, coating the surface of the gripping member 40 with an anti-slip material, and attaching an elastic coating material to the gripping member 40. The anti-slip treatment applied to the gripping member 40 may be limited to the central portion of the gripping member 40 in the longitudinal direction.
[0050] In the body training device 1 of the first embodiment configured as described above, when the horizontal part 12 of the main body is parallel to the X-axis, the vertical parts 14 and 15 of the main body are parallel to the Y-axis, and the main body 10 is included in a plane parallel to the XY plane. The gripping member 40 is located directly below the horizontal part 12 and is therefore included in the same plane as the main body 10. Meanwhile, the support parts 31 of the legs 30 are parallel to the Z-axis, and the support parts 31 of the left and right legs 30 are included in a plane parallel to the XZ plane.
[0051] Here, typical dimensions of the body training device 1 of the first embodiment are as follows: the height from the bottom surface of the leg 30 to the horizontal part 12 of the main body is 800 to 900 mm, the distance between the left and right legs 30 is 600 mm, the length of the support part 31 of the leg 30 is 370 mm, and the outer diameter D of the horizontal part 12 of the main body is 100 mm. 0 is 42 mm, and the outer diameter D of the gripping member 40 1 The outer diameter D is 27 to 30 mm, and the distance Δh between the horizontal part 12 of the main body and the gripping member 40 is 30 to 60 mm. 1 The gripping member 40 having a thickness of 27 to 30 mm can be said to have an easy-to-grip size.
[0052] The construction of the exercise device 1 is basically the same as that of a conventional dip stand, except for the gripping member 40. Therefore, the exercise device 1 can be said to be a conventional dip stand with the gripping member 40 attached. The exercise device 1 configured in this way differs from conventional dip stands in that it has a gripping member 40 below the horizontal section 12 of the main body that has a smaller outer diameter than the horizontal section 12 of the main body, making it possible to perform a variety of exercises, such as diagonal pull-ups.
[0053] Since diagonal pull-ups involve placing your feet on the floor, gripping the bar from below with your hands, and bending and straightening your arms, it's possible to perform diagonal pull-ups on a conventional dip stand by gripping the horizontal part of the main body from below. However, dip stands are generally used by gripping or pressing down on the horizontal part from above, so the outer diameter is too large to grip the horizontal part firmly. This makes it difficult to perform diagonal pull-ups using a dip stand.
[0054] In contrast, the body training device 1 of this embodiment differs from conventional dip stands in that it is provided with a gripping member 40 below the horizontal part 12 of the body that has a smaller outer diameter than the horizontal part 12 of the body, making it easier to grip and perform diagonal pull-ups.
[0055] 2 is a perspective view of the grip member 45 and its surroundings of a physical training device 2 according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In the physical training device 2 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the same components as those in the physical training device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 are designated by the same reference numerals and will not be described again.
[0056] The physical training device 2 of the second embodiment has the same configuration as the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention, except for the gripping member 45. Therefore, the following description will focus on the gripping member 45, which is a main part of the physical training device 2. Although only one physical training device 2 is shown in Fig. 2, the physical training device 2 of the second embodiment is basically used as a set of two physical training devices 2, similar to the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment.
[0057] The body training device 2 of the second embodiment has a gripping member 45 that is inverted U-shaped when viewed from the front. The gripping member 45 is made of a metallic cylindrical pipe and has a gripping portion 46 that extends in the X-axis direction and connecting portions 47 and 48 that extend from both ends of the gripping portion 46 in the Y-axis direction. The outer diameter D of the gripping portion 46 is 1 is the outer diameter D of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment. 1 and the outer diameter D of the horizontal portion 12 of the main body 0 is smaller than.
[0058] The gripping member 45 is fixed by welding the upper ends of connecting portions 47, 48 to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body so that the gripping portion 46 is below the horizontal portion 12 of the main body and parallel to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body. The main body 10 and the gripping member 45 are on the same plane, as in the body training device 1 of the first embodiment. The method of setting the distance Δh between the gripping portion 46 and the horizontal portion 12 of the main body and the fact that it is preferable to apply an anti-slip treatment to the surface of the gripping portion 46 are the same as those of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment.
[0059] In the gripping member 45 of this embodiment, the gripping portion 46 and the connecting portions 47, 48 are separately manufactured using a cylindrical pipe of the same diameter and then welded together, but the gripping portion 46 and the connecting portions 47, 48 may have different diameters, or may be manufactured by bending a cylindrical pipe. In the case of a substantially U-shaped gripping member 45 obtained by bending a cylindrical pipe, a curved portion is formed between the gripping portion 46 and the connecting portions 47, 48, but the size of the curved portion is not particularly important as long as the gripping portion 46 is horizontal and can be attached below and parallel to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body.
[0060] The method of use and the effects of the physical training device 2 of the second embodiment, which is provided with the gripping member 45, are the same as those of the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment.
[0061] 3 is a perspective view of the periphery of a grip member 50 of a body training device 3 according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In the body training device 3 according to the third embodiment of the present invention, the same components as those in the body training device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 are designated by the same reference numerals, and a description thereof will be omitted.
[0062] The physical training device 3 of the third embodiment has the same configuration as the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention, except for the gripping member 50. Therefore, the following description will focus on the gripping member 50, which is a main part of the physical training device 3. Although only one physical training device 3 is shown in Fig. 3, the physical training device 3 of the third embodiment is basically used as a set of two physical training devices 3, just like the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment.
[0063] The body training device 3 of the third embodiment has a gripping member 50 that is L-shaped when viewed from the front. The gripping member 50 is made of a metallic cylindrical pipe and has a gripping portion 51 that extends in the X-axis direction and a connecting portion 53 that extends from one end of the gripping portion 51 in the Y-axis direction. The length of the gripping portion 51 is not particularly limited as long as it is a length that is easy to use. The outer diameter D of the gripping portion 51 is 1 is the outer diameter D of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment. 1 and the outer diameter D of the horizontal portion 12 of the main body 0 is smaller than.
[0064] The gripping member 50 is fixed by welding the upper end of the connecting portion 53 to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body so that the gripping portion 51 is below the horizontal portion 12 of the main body and parallel to the horizontal portion 12. The main body 10 and the gripping member 50 are on the same plane, as in the body training device 1 of the first embodiment. The method of setting the distance Δh between the gripping portion 51 and the horizontal portion 12 of the main body and the fact that it is preferable to apply an anti-slip treatment to the surface of the gripping portion 51 are the same as those of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment.
[0065] The gripping member 50 of this embodiment is formed by bending a cylindrical pipe. The size of the curved portion between the gripping portion 51 and the connecting portion 53 is not particularly important as long as the gripping portion 51 can be attached below the horizontal portion 12 of the main body and parallel to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body. The gripping member 50 may be formed by using cylindrical pipes of the same diameter or cylindrical pipes of different diameters, with the gripping portion 51 and the connecting portion 53 manufactured separately and then welded together. In this case, a curved portion may or may not be provided between the gripping portion 51 and the connecting portion 53.
[0066] The method of use and the effects of the physical training device 3 of the third embodiment, which is provided with the gripping member 50, are the same as those of the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment.
[0067] 4 is a perspective view of the gripping member 55 and the connecting device 60 and their surroundings of the physical training device 4 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. In the physical training device 4 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the same components as those in the physical training device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 are designated by the same reference numerals, and their description will be omitted.
[0068] The physical training device 4 of the fourth embodiment has the same configuration as the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention, except for the gripping member 55 and the connecting device 60. Therefore, the following description will focus on the gripping member 55 and the connecting device 60, which are essential parts of the physical training device 4. Although only one physical training device 4 is shown in Fig. 4, the physical training device 4 of the fourth embodiment is basically used as a set of two physical training devices 4, similar to the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment.
[0069] In the physical training devices 1, 2, and 3 of the first to third embodiments, the gripping members 40, 45, and 50 are all fixed to the main body 10 and cannot be removed. In contrast, in the physical training device 4 of the fourth embodiment, the gripping member 55 can be attached to and removed from the main body 10. Therefore, the physical training devices 1, 2, and 3 of the first to third embodiments can be said to be physical training devices with fixed gripping members, and the physical training device 4 of the fourth embodiment can be said to be a physical training device with detachable gripping members.
[0070] The gripping member 55 of the body training device 4 of the fourth embodiment is made of a straight, metallic cylindrical pipe that extends in the X-axis direction when viewed from the front, and has connecting portions 57 at both ends. The connecting portion 57 is provided with a female thread portion 58 into which a connecting bolt 60, which serves as a connector, is threaded. The connecting portion 57 may be formed by using a thick pipe member for the gripping member 55 and providing the female thread portions 58 at both ends, or by welding a member with the female thread portions 58 to the gripping member 55 to form the connecting portion 57. Furthermore, nuts may be attached instead of the female thread portions 58.
[0071] The overall shape, outer diameter, and mounting position of the gripping member 55 relative to the main body 10 are the same as those of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment, and it is fixed to the upper parts of the vertical parts 14, 15 of the main body via connecting bolts 60 so as to be below the horizontal part 12 of the main body and parallel to the horizontal part 12 of the main body. In this embodiment, the entire gripping member 55 is the gripping part. The main body 10 and the gripping member 55 are on the same plane, as in the body training apparatus 1 of the first embodiment. The method of setting the distance Δh between the gripping member 55 and the horizontal part 12 of the main body and the fact that it is preferable to apply an anti-slip treatment to the surface of the gripping member 55 are the same as those of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment.
[0072] The connecting bolt 60 is a bolt 61 having an external thread portion 62 to which a handle 64 is attached. The external thread portion 62 has a length equal to or greater than the outer diameter of the vertical portions 14, 15 of the main body 10, and is long enough to be threaded into the internal thread portion 58 provided on the gripping member 55. Because the connecting bolt 60 is provided with the handle 64, it can be easily tightened and loosened by hand. However, the handle 64 is not necessary.
[0073] A through-hole 18 is provided at the top of the vertical portions 14, 15 of the main body 10, into which the male thread portion 62 of the connecting bolt 60 can be inserted. As a result, the bolt 61 of the connecting bolt 60 can be inserted into the through-hole 18 and screwed into the female thread portion 58 provided on the gripping member 55, thereby fixing the gripping member 55 to the main body 10.
[0074] The method of use and the effects of the physical training device 4 of the fourth embodiment are basically the same as those of the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment, but it also has the following additional effects. The physical training device 4 of the fourth embodiment allows the gripping members 55 to be replaced, so that a gripping member 55 of a thickness that suits the user can be attached and used. Furthermore, in the physical training device 4 of the fourth embodiment, if multiple through-holes 18 are provided in the vertical portions 14, 15 of the main body in the height direction (Y direction), the gripping members 55 can be attached and used at a height that suits the user. These features make the physical training device 4 easier to use.
[0075] The physical training device 4 of the fourth embodiment can be seen as a device in which the gripping member 40 of the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment is made detachable using a connecting bolt 60. Similarly, the gripping member 45 of the physical training device 2 of the second embodiment and the gripping member 50 of the physical training device 3 of the third embodiment can be made detachable using a connecting bolt 60.
[0076] To make the gripping member 45 of the body training device 2 of the second embodiment attachable and detachable using the connecting bolt 60, female threads may be provided on the upper parts of the connecting portions 47, 48, a through-hole may be provided in the horizontal portion 12 of the body that penetrates in the Y-axis direction, and the connecting bolt 60 may be inserted into the through-hole from the upper part of the horizontal portion 12 of the body and screwed into the female threads of the connecting portions 47, 48. Similarly, to make the gripping member 50 of the body training device 3 of the third embodiment attachable and detachable using the connecting bolt 60, female threads may be provided on the upper part of the connecting portion 53, a through-hole may be provided in the horizontal portion 12 of the body that penetrates in the Y-axis direction, and the connecting bolt 60 may be inserted into the through-hole from the upper part of the horizontal portion 12 of the body and screwed into the female threads of the connecting portion 53.
[0077] 5 is a perspective view of the gripping member 65 and the connecting device 70 and their surroundings of the body training device 5 according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. In the body training device 5 according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention, the same components as those in the body training device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 are designated by the same reference numerals, and their description will be omitted.
[0078] The physical training device 5 of the fifth embodiment has the same configuration as the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention, except for the gripping member 65 and the connecting device 70. Therefore, the following description will focus on the gripping member 65 and the connecting device 70, which are essential parts of the physical training device 5. Although only one physical training device 5 is shown in Fig. 5, the physical training device 5 of the fifth embodiment is basically used as a set of two physical training devices 5, similar to the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment.
[0079] In the body training device 5 of the fifth embodiment, similar to the body training device 4 of the fourth embodiment, the gripping member 65 can be attached to and detached from the main body 10, and the body training device 5 can be said to be a body training device equipped with a detachable gripping member.
[0080] The gripping member 65 of the body training device 5 of the fifth embodiment is made of a straight, metallic cylindrical pipe that extends in the X-axis direction when viewed from the front, and has connecting portions 67 at both ends. The connecting portion 67 is provided with a recess 68 into which a fitting portion 73 at the tip of a connecting bolt 70, which serves as a connector, fits. The connecting portion 67 may be formed by using a thick pipe member for the gripping member 65 and providing the recesses 68 at both ends, or by welding a member with the recesses 68 to the gripping member 65.
[0081] The overall shape, outer diameter, and mounting position of the gripping member 65 relative to the main body 10 are the same as those of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment, and it is fixed to the upper parts of the vertical parts 14 and 15 of the main body via connecting bolts 70 so as to be below the horizontal part 12 of the main body and parallel to the horizontal part 12 of the main body. In this embodiment, the entire gripping member 65 forms the gripping part. The main body 10 and the gripping member 65 are on the same plane, as in the body training device 1 of the first embodiment. The method of setting the distance Δh between the gripping member 65 and the horizontal part 12 of the main body and the fact that it is preferable to apply an anti-slip treatment to the surface of the gripping member 65 are the same as those of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment.
[0082] The connecting bolt 70 has a handle 64 attached to the head of a bolt 71 having an external thread 72. The external thread 72 has the same length as the outer diameter of the vertical portions 14, 15 of the main body 10. The bolt 71 also has a cylindrical fitting portion 73 at the tip of the external thread 72 that fits into a recess 68 provided in the gripping member 65. Because the connecting bolt 70 is provided with the handle 64, it can be easily tightened and loosened by hand. However, the handle 64 is not necessary.
[0083] A threaded hole 19 having a female thread portion into which the male thread portion 72 of the connecting bolt 70 can be threaded is provided at the top of the vertical portions 14, 15 of the main body 10. When the bolt 71 of the connecting bolt 70 is threaded into the threaded hole 19, the fitting portion 73 protrudes from the vertical portions 14, 15 of the main body 10 and fits into the recess 68 of the gripping member 65, thereby fixing the gripping member 65.
[0084] The method of use and effects of the physical training device 5 of the fifth embodiment are the same as those of the physical training device 4 of the fourth embodiment, and since the gripping members 65 are replaceable, it is possible to attach and use gripping members 65 of a thickness that suits the user. Furthermore, in the physical training device 5 of the fifth embodiment, if multiple screw holes 19 are provided in the vertical portions 14, 15 of the main body in the height direction (Y direction), it is possible to attach and use gripping members 65 at a height that suits the user. These features make the physical training device 5 even easier to use.
[0085] 6 is a perspective view of the gripping member 75 and the mounting base 78 of the body training device 6 according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention. In the body training device 6 according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention, the same components as those in the body training device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 are designated by the same reference numerals and will not be described again.
[0086] The physical training device 6 of the sixth embodiment has the same configuration as the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention, except for the gripping member 75 and the mounting base 78. Therefore, the following description will focus on the gripping member 75 and the mounting base 78, which are essential parts of the physical training device 6. Although only one physical training device 6 is shown in Fig. 6, the physical training device 6 of the sixth embodiment is basically used as a set of two physical training devices 6, similar to the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment.
[0087] In the sixth embodiment, the body training device 6 is configured such that the gripping member 75 can be attached to and detached from the main body 10, similar to the body training device 4 of the fourth embodiment, and can be said to be a body training device equipped with a detachable gripping member.
[0088] The gripping member 75 of the body training device 6 of the sixth embodiment is a straight, metallic, cylindrical pipe extending in the X-axis direction in a front view. Its overall shape, outer diameter, and attachment position relative to the main body 10 are the same as those of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment. It is attached to the upper portions of the vertical portions 14, 15 of the main body via a mounting base 78, which serves as a connector, so as to be below the horizontal portion 12 of the main body and parallel to the horizontal portion 12. In this embodiment, the gripping portion is the portion of the gripping member 75 excluding the portion that is mounted on the mounting base 78. The main body 10 and the gripping member 75 are located on the same plane, as in the body training device 1 of the first embodiment. The method for determining the distance Δh between the gripping member 75 and the horizontal portion 12 of the main body and the desirability of applying an anti-slip treatment to the surface of the gripping member 75 are the same as those of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment.
[0089] The mounting base 78 is a short semicircular pipe for placing the gripping member 75, and is welded to the vicinity of the upper ends of the vertical portions 14, 15 of the main body in parallel with the horizontal portion 12 of the main body. A cushion material 79 is attached to the inside of the mounting base 78 over the entire inner circumferential surface. The inner diameter of the cushion material 79 attached to the inside of the mounting base 78 is set to be equal to the outer diameter D of the gripping member 75. 1 It is slightly larger than .
[0090] When a downward load is applied to the gripping member 75 placed on the mounting base 78, the cushion material 79 dents, preventing the gripping member 75 from rotating. Instead of the cushion material 79, the gripping member 75 may be provided with an anti-slip material to prevent rotation. The mounting base 78 and the gripping member 75 may also be held together with a clip 93 as shown in FIG. 8C . This allows the mounting base 78 to stably support the placed gripping member 75. Note that by increasing the inner diameter of the mounting base 78 and adjusting the thickness of the cushion material 79, gripping members 75 with different outer diameters can also be stably supported.
[0091] The method of use and the effects of the physical training device 6 of the sixth embodiment are the same as those of the physical training device 4 of the fourth embodiment, and since the gripping member 75 can be replaced, a gripping member 75 of a thickness that suits the user can be attached and used.
[0092] 7 is a perspective view of the gripping member 85 and the connecting device 88 of the body training device 7 according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention. In the body training device 7 according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention, the same components as those in the body training device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 are designated by the same reference numerals, and their description will be omitted.
[0093] The physical training device 7 of the seventh embodiment has the same configuration as the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention, except for the gripping member 85 and the connecting device 88. Therefore, the following description will focus on the gripping member 85 and the connecting device 88, which are essential parts of the physical training device 7. Although only one physical training device 7 is shown in Fig. 7, the physical training device 7 of the seventh embodiment is basically used as a set of two physical training devices, similar to the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment.
[0094] In the seventh embodiment, the gripping member 85 is fixed to the main body 10 via a connecting device 88, and the physical training device 7 can be said to be a physical training device equipped with a fixed gripping member, similar to the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment.
[0095] The gripping member 85 of the body training device 7 of the seventh embodiment is made of a straight, metallic, cylindrical pipe that extends in the X-axis direction when viewed from the front. The overall length of the gripping member 85 of this embodiment is about half that of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment, but the length need only be long enough to be grippable by hand, and may be the same length as the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment. In this embodiment, the portion of the gripping member 85 that is sandwiched between the left and right connecting belts 88 is the grip portion.
[0096] The outer diameter of the gripping member 85, its attachment position relative to the main body 10, and the like are the same as those of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment, and it is suspended below the main body 10 via a connecting belt 88, which serves as a connector, so as to be parallel to the horizontal section 12 of the main body. The main body 10 and the gripping member 85 are on the same plane, as in the body training device 1 of the first embodiment. The way in which the distance Δh between the gripping member 85 and the horizontal section 12 of the main body is set and the fact that it is preferable to apply an anti-slip treatment to the surface of the gripping member 85 are the same as those of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment.
[0097] The connecting belts 88 are belts for suspending the gripping members 85 below the main body 10, and consist of a pair of left and right belts. In other words, the connecting belts 88 are hanging belts or hanging devices for suspending the gripping members 85 below the main body 10. The connecting belts 88 are not particularly limited in material, as long as they can withstand the load applied to the gripping members 85 during training. Therefore, belts of an appropriate width made of cloth, leather, or synthetic resin can be used.
[0098] One end of the connecting belt 88 is sewn so as to wrap around the horizontal portion 12 of the main body and is fixed to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body. Similarly, the other end of the connecting belt 88 is sewn so as to wrap around the gripping member 85, connecting the connecting belt 88 and the gripping member 85. The connecting portion between the connecting belt 88 and the horizontal portion 12 of the main body is sewn so as to leave as few gaps as possible to prevent movement of the connecting belt 88. Similarly, the connecting portion between the connecting belt 88 and the gripping member 85 is sewn so as to leave as few gaps as possible to prevent movement of the gripping member 85 relative to the connecting belt 88.
[0099] It is preferable that the connection portion between the connecting belt 88 and the horizontal portion 12 of the main body and the connection portion between the connecting belt 88 and the gripping member 85 are prevented from shifting after connection. The shifts that are of particular concern are shifting of the connecting belt 88 in the left-right direction (X direction) relative to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body, shifting of the gripping member 85 in the left-right direction (X direction) relative to the connecting belt 88, and shifting of the gripping member 85 in the circumferential direction relative to the connecting belt 88, i.e., rotation of the gripping member 85. Shifting of the belt 88 in the circumferential direction of the horizontal portion 12 of the main body is suppressed when a downward load is applied to the gripping member 85.
[0100] Figure 8 shows slippage prevention means for the connecting device 88 of the physical training apparatus 7 shown in Figure 7. The first slippage prevention means is a rubber plate or sponge member (hereinafter referred to as "rubber plate, etc.") that increases frictional force. As shown in Figure 8(A), such rubber plates, etc. 89 are attached to the portion of the connecting belt 88 that contacts the horizontal portion 12 of the main body and the portion of the connecting belt 88 that contacts the gripping member 85, increasing frictional force and preventing slippage.
[0101] A rubber plate or the like 89 for preventing slippage may be attached to the horizontal part 12 of the main body and the gripping member 85 instead of the connecting belt 88, or a covering material attached to the horizontal part 12 of the main body or the gripping member 85 may be used instead if such a covering material is attached to the horizontal part 12 of the main body or the gripping member 85. Also, an anti-slip material, adhesive material, or double-sided tape may be used instead of the rubber plate or sponge member.
[0102] The second slippage prevention means is a stopper that prevents the connecting belt 88 from moving left and right (X direction). As shown in FIG. 8(B), stoppers 91 are arranged on the left and right sides of the connecting belt 88 so as to sandwich the connecting belt 88. The stoppers 91 shown in FIG. 8(B) are made of semicircular magnets. The stoppers are not particularly limited in shape or structure as long as they can prevent the connecting belt 88 from moving left and right (X direction). In FIG. 8(B), the connecting belt 88 may be brought into contact with the end of the covering material 25, and the covering material 25 may be used as a stopper.
[0103] The use of stopper 91 can also prevent the gripping member 85 from moving left and right (in the X direction) relative to the connecting belt 88. The horizontal portion 12 of the main body or a clip that clamps the gripping member 85 can also be used as a stopper. Instead of attaching a stopper to the gripping member 85, a recess into which the connecting belt 88 fits may be provided in the gripping member 85.
[0104] The third slippage prevention means is a clip or pinch. As shown in FIG. 8C , a connecting belt 88 is attached so as to wrap around the horizontal portion 12 of the main body 10, and a clip 93 is used to clamp the connecting belt 88 and the horizontal portion 12 of the main body 10 from above the connecting belt 88. Similarly, a connecting belt 88 is attached so as to wrap around the gripping member 85, and a clip 93 is used to clamp the connecting belt 88 and the gripping member 85 from above the connecting belt 88. The shape and structure of the clip or pinch are not particularly limited. The clip 93 can prevent the connecting belt 88 or the gripping member 85 from moving left and right (in the X direction) and rotating in the circumferential direction.
[0105] In the seventh embodiment of the physical training device 7, a belt is used to connect the gripping member 85 and the horizontal part 12 of the main body, but instead of the belt, a cable tie used to bundle strings, ropes, hooks, cables, etc. may be used.
[0106] The method of use and the effects of the body training device 7 of the seventh embodiment are the same as those of the body training device 1 of the first embodiment.
[0107] 9 is a perspective view of the gripping member 95 and the connecting device 97 of the body training device 8 according to the eighth embodiment of the present invention. In the body training device 8 according to the eighth embodiment of the present invention, the same components as those in the body training device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0108] The physical training device 8 of the eighth embodiment has the same configuration as the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention, except for the gripping member 95 and the connecting device 97. Therefore, the following description will focus on the gripping member 95 and the connecting device 97, which are essential parts of the physical training device 8. Although only one physical training device 8 is shown in Fig. 8, the physical training device 8 of the eighth embodiment is basically used as a set of two physical training devices, similar to the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment.
[0109] Similar to the physical training device 4 of the fourth embodiment, the physical training device 8 of the eighth embodiment has a gripping member 95 that can be attached to and detached from the main body 10, and can be said to be a physical training device equipped with a detachable gripping member. Furthermore, the physical training device 8 of this embodiment is a physical training device equipped with a hanging height changing means, in which the hanging height of the gripping member 95 suspended from the horizontal part 12 of the main body can be changed.
[0110] The gripping member 95 of the body training device 8 of the eighth embodiment is made of a straight, metallic, cylindrical pipe that extends in the X-axis direction when viewed from the front. The overall length of the gripping member 95 of this embodiment is about half that of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment, but the length need only be long enough to be grippable by hand, and may be the same length as the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment. In this embodiment, the portion of the gripping member 95 that is sandwiched between the left and right connecting belts 98 is the grip portion.
[0111] The outer diameter of the gripping member 95, its attachment position relative to the main body 10, and the like are the same as those of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment, and it is suspended below the main body 10 via a connecting belt 98, which serves as a connector, so as to be parallel to the horizontal section 12 of the main body. The main body 10 and the gripping member 95 are on the same plane, as in the body training device 1 of the first embodiment. The way in which the distance Δh between the gripping member 95 and the horizontal section 12 of the main body is set and the fact that it is preferable to apply an anti-slip treatment to the surface of the gripping member 95 are the same as those of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment.
[0112] The connecting device 97 is made up of a connecting belt 98 and binding devices 100, 101 that secure the connecting belt 98. The connecting belt 98 is a belt for suspending the gripping member 95 below the main body 10, and is made up of a pair of left and right belts. In other words, the connecting belt 98 is a hanging belt that suspends the gripping member 95 below the main body 10, and the connecting device 97 is a hanging device that suspends the gripping member 95 below the main body 10. The connecting belt 98 is not particularly limited in material, as long as it can withstand the load applied to the gripping member 95 during training. Therefore, a belt of an appropriate width made of cloth, leather, or synthetic resin can be used.
[0113] The connecting belt 98 has one end removably secured to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body via a fastener 100 so as to be wound around the horizontal portion 12. Similarly, the connecting belt 98 has the other end removably secured to the gripping member 95 via a fastener 101 so as to be wound around the gripping member 95.
[0114] The tying devices 100 and 101 are components in which two rods are hung horizontally across the center of a rectangular frame with a gap between them, and a loop can be made in the belt by inserting the belt into the space formed by the frame and the rods and folding it back. These tying devices 100 and 101 are well-known tying devices that can make loops in belts, and are also called adjusters because the size and position of the loop can be adjusted.
[0115] The ties 100 and 101 are not limited to those of this embodiment as long as they can form a loop in the connecting belt 98 and firmly connect to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body 10 and the gripping member 95. Known ties such as buckles and D-rings can also be used as the ties 100 and 101.
[0116] In this embodiment, two binders 100, 101 that can adjust the size of the loop formed by the belt are used, but a button may be used to create a loop in the connecting belt 98 at the portion of the connecting belt 98 that is secured so as to wrap around the horizontal portion 12 of the main body, or at the portion of the connecting belt 98 that is secured to the gripping member 95 so as to wrap around the gripping member 95, and the connecting belt 98 may be secured to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body 10 or the gripping member 95. Similarly, a hook may be used at the portion of the connecting belt 98 that is secured so as to wrap around the horizontal portion 12 of the main body 10, or at the portion of the connecting belt 98 that is secured to the gripping member 95 so as to wrap around the gripping member 95, and the connecting belt 98 may be secured to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body 10 or the gripping member 95.
[0117] Even if a button or hook is used on one of the parts of the connecting belt 98 that are fixed so as to wrap around the horizontal part 12 of the main body 10, or the parts of the connecting belt 98 that are fixed so as to wrap around the gripping member 95, the mounting height of the gripping member 95 can be adjusted by using binding devices 100, 101 on the other part.
[0118] In the physical training device 8 configured as described above, the gripping members 95 are attached to the main body 10 using detachable connecting belts 98, so that the gripping members 95 can be attached and detached without any processing of the main body 10. Furthermore, since the binders 101 are used to attach the connecting belts 98 to the gripping members 95, the attachment height of the gripping members 95 can be adjusted, and furthermore, the gripping members 95 can be easily replaced with gripping members 95 of different thicknesses. The gripping members 95 and connecting device 97 of this embodiment correspond to the gripping device for the physical training device according to the present invention, and the connecting device 97 of this embodiment corresponds to the connecting device for the physical training device according to the present invention.
[0119] In the physical training device 8 of this embodiment, it is also preferable to prevent the connection portion between the connecting belt 98 and the horizontal portion 12 of the main body, and the connection portion between the connecting belt 98 and the gripping member 95 from slipping, and the slippage prevention means shown in Figure 8 can be used.
[0120] The method of use and the effects of the physical training device 8 of the eighth embodiment are the same as those of the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment.
[0121] 10 is a perspective view of the gripping member 105 and the connecting device 110 and their surroundings of the body training device 9 according to the ninth embodiment of the present invention. In the body training device 9 according to the ninth embodiment of the present invention, the same components as those in the body training device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 are designated by the same reference numerals, and their description will be omitted.
[0122] The physical training device 9 of the ninth embodiment has the same configuration as the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention, except for the gripping member 105 and the connecting device 110. Therefore, the following description will focus on the gripping member 105 and the connecting device 110, which are essential parts of the physical training device 9. Although only one physical training device 9 is shown in Fig. 9, the physical training device 9 of the ninth embodiment is basically used as a set of two physical training devices, similar to the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment.
[0123] In the same manner as the physical training device 8 of the eighth embodiment, the gripping member 105 of the physical training device 9 of the ninth embodiment can be attached to and detached from the main body 10, and the physical training device 9 can be said to be a physical training device equipped with a detachable gripping member.
[0124] The gripping member 105 of the body training device 9 of the ninth embodiment is made of a metal cylindrical pipe that is square-shaped when viewed from the front. The gripping member 105 includes a gripping portion 106 that extends in the X-axis direction, connecting portions 107 and 108 that extend in the Y-axis direction from both ends of the gripping portion 106, and a connecting portion 109 that extends in the X-axis direction and connects the upper ends of the connecting portions 107 and 108.
[0125] The outer diameter of the gripping portion 106 and its attachment position relative to the main body 10 are the same as those of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment, and the gripping portion 106 is suspended below the main body 10 via an S-shaped hook 110, which serves as a connector, so that the gripping portion 106 is parallel to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body. The main body 10 and the gripping member 105 are on the same plane, as in the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment. The method of setting the distance Δh between the gripping portion 106 and the horizontal portion 12 of the main body, and the fact that it is preferable to apply an anti-slip treatment to the surface of the gripping portion 106 are the same as those of the gripping member 40 of the first embodiment.
[0126] The connector 110 is an S-shaped hook 110 having an S-shape in a side view, and is made up of a pair of left and right S-shaped hooks 110. The S-shaped hook 110 is made by bending a thin metal plate into an S shape, and has a curved locking portion 111 at the top that locks onto the horizontal portion 12 of the main body, and a curved locking portion 112 at the bottom that locks onto the connecting portion 109 of the gripping member 105.
[0127] The S-shaped hook 110 has a locking portion 111 that can be attached to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body and detached therefrom, and the gripping member 105 can also be attached to the S-shaped hook 110 and detached therefrom.
[0128] In the physical training device 9 configured as described above, the gripping member 105 is attached to the main body 10 using a detachable S-shaped hook 110, so the gripping member 105 can be attached and detached without any processing of the main body 10. Furthermore, the gripping member 105 can be easily replaced with one of a different thickness. The gripping member 105 and the connecting device 110 of this embodiment correspond to the gripping device for the physical training device according to the present invention, and the connecting device 110 of this embodiment corresponds to the connecting device for the physical training device according to the present invention.
[0129] In the physical training device 9 of this embodiment, it is also preferable to prevent the connection between the S-shaped hook 110 and the horizontal part 12 of the main body, and the connection between the S-shaped hook 110 and the gripping member 105 from slipping, and a slippage prevention means shown in Figure 8 can be used.
[0130] The method of use and the effects of the body training device 9 of the ninth embodiment are the same as those of the body training device 1 of the first embodiment.
[0131] 11 and 12 are perspective views of a connector 115 used in a body training device 150 according to a tenth embodiment of the present invention, and diagrams for explaining the configuration of the connector 115. Fig. 13 is a perspective view of the gripping member 95 and the connector 115 and its surroundings in the body training device 150 according to the tenth embodiment of the present invention. In the body training device 150 according to the tenth embodiment of the present invention, the same components as those in the body training device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in Fig. 1 and the body training device 8 according to the eighth embodiment of the present invention shown in Fig. 9 are designated by the same reference numerals, and descriptions thereof will be omitted.
[0132] The physical training device 150 of the tenth embodiment has the same configuration as the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention, except for the gripping member 95 and the connecting device 115. Therefore, the following description will focus on the gripping member 95 and the connecting device 115, which are essential parts of the physical training device 150. Although only one physical training device 150 is shown in Fig. 13, the physical training device 150 of the tenth embodiment is basically used as a set of two physical training devices, similar to the physical training device 1 of the first embodiment.
[0133] The physical training device 150 of the tenth embodiment, like the physical training device 8 of the eighth embodiment, has a gripping member 95 that can be attached to and detached from the main body 10, and can be said to be a physical training device equipped with a detachable gripping member. Also, like the physical training device 8 of the eighth embodiment, the physical training device 150 of the present embodiment has a connecting device 115 that can be attached to and detached from the main body 10, and the gripping member 95 and connecting device 115 can be attached to the main body 10 later.
[0134] The gripping member 95 of the body training device 150 of the tenth embodiment can be considered to be similar to the gripping member 95 of the body training device 8 of the eighth embodiment.
[0135] The connecting device 115 is a connecting belt 115 that suspends the gripping member 95 from the horizontal portion 12 of the main body, and is made up of a pair of left and right belts. The connecting belt 115 can be described as a hanging belt or hanging device that suspends the gripping member 95 below the main body 10. The connecting belt 115 is not particularly limited in material, as long as it can withstand the load applied to the gripping member 95 during training. Therefore, a belt of an appropriate width made of cloth, leather, or synthetic resin can be used.
[0136] The connecting belt 115 has a loop 117 at one end through which the horizontal part 12 of the main body can be inserted. The loop 117 is formed by folding back one end 121 of the belt main body to form the loop 117, and sewing the folded back end 121 of the belt main body to the belt main body 120. Therefore, the size (diameter) of the loop 117 is fixed.
[0137] A square ring 130 is attached to the other end of the connecting belt 115. The square ring 130 is a known metal ring having a rectangular shape. The square ring 130 is attached by passing the other end 123 of the belt body through the square ring 130, folding the other end 123 toward the belt body 120, and sewing the folded other end 123 of the belt body to the belt body 120.
[0138] 12 and 13, the square ring 130 is a member for making a ring 119 for supporting the gripping member 95 by passing the loop 117 of the connecting belt 115 through the inside of the square ring 130. As long as the ring metal fitting functions in this way, a D-ring, an oval ring, or the like may be used instead of the square ring.
[0139] A strip-shaped anti-slip material 127 made of cloth is attached to the upper surface 125 of the belt body, on the side facing the square ring 130, of the connecting belt 115. The width of the anti-slip material 127 is approximately the same as the width of the belt body 120, and the length of the anti-slip material 127 is approximately half the outer periphery (outer diameter) of the gripping member 95. The anti-slip material 127 is attached to the belt body 120 so as to come into contact with the lower half of the outer periphery of the gripping member 95 when the gripping member 95 is suspended from the horizontal part 12 of the main body via the connecting belt 115.
[0140] The anti-slip material 127 may be any material that can prevent the gripping members 95 from rotating while the physical training apparatus 150 is in use, and there are no particular limitations on the dimensions, material, structure of the contact surface 129 with the gripping members 95, etc. In this embodiment, the anti-slip material 127 is attached to the top surface 125 of the belt body, but the anti-slip material 127 may also be attached to the back surface 126 of the belt body.
[0141] The procedure for attaching the gripping member 95 using the connecting tool 115 will now be described. As shown in Figure 12, the loop 117 of the connecting belt 115 is passed through the inside of a square ring 130 to create a loop 119 for supporting the gripping member 95. At this time, the anti-slip material 127 should be on the inside of the loop 119. In this state, the loop 117 of the connecting belt 115 is passed through the horizontal part 12 of the main body of the physical training apparatus 150, and the connecting belt 115 is suspended from the horizontal part 12 of the main body. Then, the square ring 130 is moved to enlarge the loop 119 and the gripping member 95 is passed through it. Then, the square ring 130 is adjusted so that the loop 119 becomes smaller as shown in Figure 13, and the gripping member 95 is firmly fixed in place.
[0142] The method of use and the effects of the physical training device 150 of the tenth embodiment are the same as those of the physical training devices 1 and 8 of the first and eighth embodiments. In the physical training device 150 of this embodiment as well, it is preferable to prevent the connection portion between the connecting belt 115 and the horizontal portion 12 of the main body from shifting in the X-axis direction (left and right direction), and the shift prevention means shown in Fig. 8 can be used.
[0143] In the physical training device 150 configured as described above, the gripping members 95 are attached to the main body 10 using detachable connecting belts 115, similar to the physical training device 8 of the eighth embodiment, so the gripping members 95 can be attached and detached without any processing of the main body 10. Furthermore, the gripping members 95 can be easily replaced with gripping members 95 of different thicknesses. Furthermore, the connecting devices 115 used in the physical training device 150 have a simple structure and can be manufactured inexpensively.
[0144] The gripping member 95 and the connector 115 of this embodiment correspond to the gripping tool for the physical training tool according to the present invention, and the connector 115 of this embodiment corresponds to the connector for the physical training tool according to the present invention.
[0145] The connecting device 115 of the physical training device 150 of the tenth embodiment prevents rotation of the supporting gripping member 95 by attaching an anti-slip material 127 to the belt body 120, but if the surface of the gripping member 95 is treated with an anti-slip finish, it is not necessary to attach the anti-slip material 127 to the belt body 120. The anti-slip treatment on the surface of the gripping member 95 can be achieved by painting the gripping member 95 to give it a rough surface, and if the roughness functions as an anti-slip treatment, then such painting is also included in the anti-slip treatment on the surface of the gripping member 95. The anti-slip treatment of painting the gripping member to give it a rough surface and using it as an anti-slip treatment can also be applied to the other embodiments.
[0146] The first to tenth embodiments of the physical training devices 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 150 have in common the fact that a gripping member having a gripping portion with an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the horizontal portion of the main body (outer diameter of the gripping portion of the main body) is attached to the main body below the horizontal portion of the main body so as to be parallel to the horizontal portion of the main body.
[0147] The physical training apparatus, the gripping device for the physical training apparatus, and the connecting device for the physical training apparatus according to the present invention have been described above using the first to tenth embodiments of the physical training apparatus 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 150. However, the physical training apparatus, the gripping device for the physical training apparatus, and the connecting device for the physical training apparatus according to the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments and can be modified within the scope that does not change the gist of the invention.
[0148] The main body and legs that make up the body training device of the first to tenth embodiments are not limited to the above embodiments as long as the main body has a horizontal portion and a pair of vertical portions extending downward from both ends of the horizontal portion, and the legs support the main body.
[0149] In the physical training devices 7, 8, and 150 of the seventh, eighth, and tenth embodiments, the gripping members 85, 95 are made of straight cylindrical pipes, but the physical training devices 7, 8, and 150 of the seventh, eighth, and tenth embodiments may also use the square-shaped gripping member 105 used in the physical training device 9 of the ninth embodiment.
[0150] The eighth embodiment of the physical training device 8 uses two binding devices 100, 101 to create loops of the connecting belt 98 at the connection part with the horizontal part 12 of the main body and at the connection part with the gripping member 95, respectively, and suspends the gripping member 95 from the horizontal part 12 of the main body. However, it is also possible to create one loop in the connecting belt 98 using the connecting belt 98 and one binding device, and use this to suspend the gripping member 95 from the horizontal part 12 of the main body.
[0151] Furthermore, the square-shaped gripping member 105 used in the physical training device 9 of the ninth embodiment may have different outer diameters for the pipe material of the gripping portion 106 and the connecting portions 107, 108, and 109, and may have curved portions between the gripping portion 106 and the connecting portions 107 and 108, and between the connecting portions 107 and 108 and the connecting portion 109. Furthermore, in the case of a physical training device equipped with a square-shaped gripping member 105, the square-shaped gripping member 105 may be suspended from the horizontal portion of the main body by a single belt, like a strap used in a train.
[0152] The connecting belt 115 used in the physical exercise device 150 of the tenth embodiment has a loop 117 fixed at one end, but this portion may be made into the loop 117 using a binding device 100, similar to the connecting device 97 used in the physical exercise device 8 of the eighth embodiment. By making a loop at one end of the belt body using a binding device, the size of the loop can be easily changed, and the mounting height of the attached gripping member 95 relative to the horizontal portion 12 of the main body can be easily changed.
[0153] Although the preferred exercise equipment, the gripping device for the exercise equipment, and the connecting device for the exercise equipment have been described with reference to the drawings, those skilled in the art will easily imagine various changes and modifications within the scope of the present specification. Accordingly, such changes and modifications are to be interpreted as falling within the scope of the invention as defined by the claims.
