Description

Volatile organic compound sampling device

[0001] The present invention relates to a volatile organic compound sampling device, and more particularly, to a volatile organic compound sampling device capable of independently and continuously sampling a sample from a plurality of sample sampling sections.

[0002] In general, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are liquid / gaseous organic compounds that easily evaporate into the atmosphere. They coexist with nitrogen oxides in the atmosphere and cause photochemical reactions under the action of sunlight, generating photochemical oxidizing substances such as ozone and peroxyacetyl nitrate, which cause photochemical smog and are the cause of air pollution and global warming.

[0003] Korean Patent No. 10-1184272 (hereinafter referred to as “Patent Document 1”) discloses an automatic sample packaging device having a plurality of sample storage units for storing samples, a transfer line for transferring samples so that samples can be selectively distributed and filled in the sample storage units, and a sample input unit for forcibly sucking samples from the outside and inserting them into the transfer line, thereby sequentially filling the samples into the sample storage units. In addition, Korean Patent No. 10-1335338 (hereinafter referred to as “Patent Document 2”) discloses an unmanned automatic airborne odor and VOC sample collection device that can automatically collect samples multiple times according to time or degree of contamination of odor and VOC concentration in the air.

[0004] Korean Patent No. 10-1466593 (hereinafter referred to as "Patent Document 3") discloses a sample collection device capable of simultaneously or selectively collecting formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds in the air. Furthermore, Korean Patent No. 10-1648842 (hereinafter referred to as "Patent Document 4") discloses a pollutant sample collection device capable of collecting pollutants contained in a gas that has been regulated to a predetermined temperature range after removing moisture.

[0005] The above patent documents 1 and 2 have the disadvantage that it is difficult to independently and continuously collect samples for a long period of time from the sample collection unit as a fixed sample collection device, and there is a limit to improving the accuracy of the sample because each individual sample collection unit cannot be checked for abnormalities in advance.

[0006] The above patent documents 3 and 4 are portable sample collection devices, and since the number of sample collection modules (cartridges) is limited, there is a limit to continuously collecting samples for a certain period of time.

[0007] The first object of the present invention is to provide a volatile organic compound sampling device capable of independently and continuously conducting sampling for a long period of time in individual sampling tubes.

[0008] The second object of the present invention is to provide a volatile organic compound sampling device that can improve sample accuracy for sampling by removing foreign substances from an outside air inlet pipe before sampling and collecting samples in a sealed state using individual sampling pipes.

[0009] The third object of the present invention is to provide a volatile organic compound sampling device that can improve the reliability of the equipment and enhance the convenience of maintenance through prior self-diagnosis.

[0010] The fourth object of the present invention is to provide a volatile organic compound sampling device that can increase the versatility of sampling by selectively capturing volatile organic compounds or odors.

[0011] In order to achieve the above-described object of the present invention, a fixed volatile organic compound sampling device includes a sampling unit having a plurality of slots in which individual sampling tubes are respectively mounted along the width direction of the body and a plurality of inlet and outlet tubes are mounted at the front and rear ends, a sampling means for sequentially sucking outside air from the first to the last sampling tube of the sampling unit in an outside air intake line for a certain period of time to collect samples, a purge means for selectively supplying pressurized air to the plurality of inlet tubes to remove foreign substances inside the tubes, and a control panel for selectively operating the purge means according to a set time and condition to remove foreign substances inside the inlet tubes before sampling the individual sampling tubes, and for selectively operating the sample sampling means according to a set time and condition to independently collect samples for each of the individual sampling tubes.

[0012] The above sample collection means may be composed of a first valve section that selectively opens or blocks the individual sample collection tubes according to a predetermined time and conditions for outside air moving along the outside air suction line, and a vacuum pump that sucks outside air into the outside air suction line.

[0013] The above purging means may be composed of a second valve section that selectively supplies pressurized air moving along the pneumatic supply line to the inlet pipe according to a certain period of time and conditions, and a compressor that supplies pressurized air to the supply line.

[0014] The above-described outside air intake line may further include a flow controller that adjusts the flow rate so that outside air is uniformly introduced into the individual sample collection tubes. At this time, the control panel can check the flow rate passing through each of the outside air intake lines through the flow controller and control it to maintain the flow rate at a set level.

[0015] The above individual sample collection tubes may each have a touch screen that can check the sample collection time, flow rate, temperature, and pressure in real time, and adjust the sample collection time, purge operation time, sample collection amount, and flow rate in the screen settings.

[0016] The above touch screen can be configured to enable self-diagnosis by selecting and setting the sample collection time, flow rate, temperature, and pressure of the sample collection unit through the control panel and checking the results.

[0017] The above control panel can be configured to enable self-diagnosis by checking the airtightness of each sample collection tube by selectively operating the vacuum pump and compressor after closing the stopper on each sample collection tube.

[0018] And, the portable volatile organic compound sample collection device includes a manifold unit installed on the bottom of a case and having a plurality of inlet sockets formed on the upper surface and a single discharge socket formed on the side, a trap module having individual sample collection tubes mounted vertically to each inlet of the manifold unit, a collection tube opening / closing valve installed on the manifold unit and selectively opening to sequentially suck in outside air from the first sample collection tube to the last sample collection tube of the trap module for a certain period of time, and a control panel that selectively operates the collection tube opening / closing valve according to a set time and condition to independently and continuously collect samples from each of the sample collection tubes.

[0019] The above manifold unit includes a support block having a plurality of inlet sockets coupled to the individual sample collection tubes at the top, and a base plate coupled to the support block and having one discharge socket on one side. Here, the inlet sockets are each configured to communicate with the discharge sockets and selectively block the communication passage through the collection tube opening / closing valve.

[0020] The above-mentioned individual sample collection tubes each have a touch screen that can check the sample collection time, flow rate, temperature, and air pressure in real time, and can adjust the sample collection time, sample collection amount, and air pressure through the screen settings. Here, the touch screen can be configured to enable self-diagnosis by selecting and setting the sample collection time, flow rate, temperature, and air pressure through the control unit, testing them, and checking the results.

[0021] In addition, the portable volatile organic compound sampling device further includes an odor collection unit installed in the manifold unit. Here, the odor collection unit may be composed of a support block having an inlet socket and an outlet socket on both sides, an odor opening / closing valve for selectively blocking a passage of the support block, and a collection bag connected to the outlet socket.

[0022] According to the fixed volatile organic compound sampling device according to the present invention, by controlling the first valve part and the vacuum pump according to the set time and conditions through the control panel, samples can be collected independently from individual sample collection tubes, and sample collection can be continuously performed for up to 120 hours from the first to the last individual sample collection tubes. In addition, the fixed volatile organic compound continuous sampling device can improve the accuracy of sample collection by performing a purge function to remove foreign substances inside the inlet tube through pressurized air supplied to the pneumatic supply line by operating the second valve part and the compressor according to the set time and conditions before sample collection from the individual sample collection parts.

[0023] According to the portable volatile organic compound sampling device of the present invention, samples can be collected independently and continuously from individual sampling tubes by controlling the sampling tube opening / closing valve and vacuum pump according to set times and conditions through the control panel. In addition, since an odor collection unit is provided, odor samples rather than volatile organic compound samples can be selected and collected when necessary, thereby increasing the versatility of sampling.

[0036]

[0037] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments and comparative examples of the present invention are described. However, the following examples are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

[0038]

[0039] (First embodiment)

[0040] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a fixed volatile organic compound sampling device according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 2 to 4 are configuration diagrams of a fixed volatile organic compound sampling device according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

[0041] A fixed volatile organic compound sampling device (100) according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a body (110), a cover (120), a support (130), a sampling unit (140), first and second valve units (150, 150'), a touch screen (160), a control panel (170), a barometer (180), a vacuum pump (P), a compressor (C), and a flow meter (M), as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4.

[0042] The above-mentioned container (110) has a removable cover (120) installed at the top and a support (130) provided at the bottom. The container (110) has an opening / closing door (114) provided at the front with respect to a box-shaped body (112), and a plurality of ventilation passages (116) are formed to protrude to the outside on both sides of the body (112). A ventilation fan (118) is provided in the ventilation passage (116) to ventilate the air inside. Here, the ventilation fan (118) is configured to ventilate the air inside the container (110) for a certain period of time while the sample collection unit (140) is operated through a control panel (170).

[0043] And, as illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 4, the container (110) is provided with a sample collection unit (140) having a plurality of slots (142) arranged in two rows at the upper and lower portions along the width direction therein. Here, the sample collection unit (140) is configured such that individual sample collection tubes (ST) are mounted in each of the plurality of slots (142). In addition, the sample collection unit (140) is configured such that an inlet pipe (IT) and an outlet pipe (OT) are mounted at the front and rear ends, as illustrated in FIG. 5. Meanwhile, the container (110) is provided with a vacuum pump (P), a flow controller (M), a touch screen (160), and a control panel (170) at the lower portion of the sample collection unit (140).

[0044] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the cover (120) has a box-shaped support frame (122) installed at the bottom, and a strainer is installed between the support frames (122). Here, the cover (120) forms a gap between the cover and the body (110) through the support frame (122) so that outside air can be introduced, and foreign substances that can be introduced mixed with the outside air through the strainer are blocked. In addition, the cover (120) has a hinge member (124) installed on the rear support frame (122), and an opening / closing cylinder (126) is installed on each of the support frames (122) on both sides. The cylinder tip of the opening / closing cylinder (126) is fixed to the body (110), and the rod tip is fixed to both sides of the support frame (122). Accordingly, the cover (120) is designed to open and close by rotating around the hinge member (124) when the load of the opening / closing cylinder (126) is extended.

[0045] The above support (130) has a box-shaped support frame (132) installed at the bottom of the body (110), and a support plate (134) is provided on the bottom of the support frame (132) so that the compressor (C) is placed thereon. In addition, the support (130) has a height adjustment member (136) installed at each of the lower corners of the support frame (132) so as to be level with respect to the floor surface.

[0046] The sample collection unit (140) includes a connecting member (143) and a supporting member (144) to form a slot (142) in which an individual sample collection tube (ST) is mounted, as illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 5. The connecting member (143) is configured such that an inlet tube (IT) is mounted at the front end and the upper end of the sample collection tube (ST) is connected at the rear end. Here, the inlet tubes (IT) are each configured such that outside air is introduced and protrude from the upper portion of the housing (110) and are pulled out into the filter net of the cover (120). The supporting member (144) is configured such that the lower end of the sample collection tube (ST) is connected at the front end and an exhaust tube (OT) is connected at one side. And the support member (144) is formed with an elastic member (147) via a guide pin (148) between the slide member (145) and the base member (146) so that the lower end of the sample collection tube (ST) is elastically supported in a connected state. Here, the sample collection unit (140) has a structure in which the slide member (145) can move up and down with respect to the base member (146) via the elastic member (147), so that the sample collection tube (ST) can be easily mounted or detached between the connection member (143) and the support member (144).

[0047] And, the sample collection unit (140) is configured to collect samples into individual sample collection tubes (ST) through a sample collection means. Here, the sample collection means is configured to sequentially collect outside air into individual sample collection tubes (ST) through a first valve unit (150) and a vacuum pump (P) described later.

[0048] In addition, the sample collection unit (140) is configured to remove foreign substances by supplying pressurized air into the interior of the inlet tube (IT) described later through a purge means before collecting the sample in the individual sample collection tube (ST) for precise sample collection. Here, the purge means includes the second valve unit (150') and the compressor (C) described later.

[0049] The first valve unit (150) above includes first, second, and third solenoid valves (152, 154, 156) for opening or blocking the outside air moving along the outside air intake line (AL) according to a predetermined time and conditions, as illustrated in FIG. 6. The outside air intake line (AL) is composed of an inlet pipe (IT), a sample collection pipe (ST), and a discharge pipe (OT). Here, the outside air is sucked into the inlet pipe (IT) when the vacuum pump (P) is operating and the first valve unit (150) is open, collected in the sample collection pipe (ST), and then discharged to the outside through the discharge pipe (OT).

[0050] As illustrated in Fig. 5, the first and second solenoid valves (152, 154) are installed at the front and rear ends of the sample collection unit (140), respectively. The third solenoid valve (156) is installed in the front outside air intake line (AL) of the vacuum pump (P) to selectively block the outside air being sucked in. Here, the first solenoid valve (152) is configured as a 3-port 2-way valve, and the second and third solenoid valves (154, 156) are configured as 2-port 2-way valves.

[0051] The first and second solenoid valves (152, 154) of the first valve unit (150) are configured to selectively block the outside air sucked in from the inlet pipe (IT) of the outside air suction line (AL) and the outside air discharged from the outlet pipe (OT) of the outside air suction line (AL) according to the control signal of the control panel (170). Accordingly, the individual sample collection tubes (ST) can independently collect samples by selectively controlling the first valve unit (150) and the vacuum pump (P), which are sample collection means, through the control panel (170).

[0052] For example, when sample collection is completed in sample collection tube (ST) No. 1 or sample collection tube (ST) No. 1 is removed, sample collection can be performed independently in sample collection tube (ST) No. 2 by blocking the first and second solenoid valves (152, 154) connected to sample collection tube (ST) No. 1. At this time, the first valve part (150) of each of sample collection tubes (ST) No. 3 to 30 is maintained in an outside air blocking state to prevent sample collection from sample collection tubes (ST) No. 3 to 30, excluding sample collection tube (ST) No. 2. If the collection time of each sample collection tube (ST) is set to about 3 to 4 hours, independent and continuous collection can be performed for up to 120 hours in the entire sample collection section (140).

[0053] The second valve section (150') above includes the first, second, and fourth solenoid valves (152, 154, and 158) for opening or blocking the pressurized air moving along the pneumatic supply line (PL) according to a predetermined time and conditions, as illustrated in FIG. 7. The pneumatic supply line (PL) includes a pneumatic pipe (PT) and an inlet pipe (IT). Here, the pressurized air is discharged to the outside by sequentially passing through the pneumatic pipe (PT) and the inlet pipe (IT) of the pneumatic supply line (PL) while the compressor (C) is operating and the second valve section (150') is open.

[0054] The above fourth solenoid valve (158) is a 2-port 2-way valve installed in front of the air supply line (PL) to selectively block pressurized air.

[0055] The above 1st, 2nd, and 4th solenoid valves (152, 154, and 158) are configured to selectively supply pressurized air supplied from the pneumatic pipe (PT) of the pneumatic supply line (PL) to the inlet pipe (IT) according to the control signal of the control panel (170).

[0056] That is, by selectively controlling the second valve unit (150´) and the compressor (C), which are purge means, through the control panel (170), foreign substances inside the inlet pipe (IT) can be removed through pressurized air before sample collection in the individual sample collection pipe (ST). This is to perform a purge function for a certain period of time to precisely collect samples in the individual sample collection pipe (ST). Here, the pressurized air supply time (purge time) can be set in units of 10 seconds within the range of 10 to 60 seconds on the touch screen (160) described below.

[0057] The above vacuum pump (P), as illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 6, is a dual-diaphragm pump that sucks in outside air through an outside air intake line (AL) and discharges it to the outside. The vacuum pump (P) is a low-flow pump with a flow rate range of approximately 1 to 100 mL / min and is a pump with a dual diaphragm to prevent abnormal operation such as backflow.

[0058] Meanwhile, in order to maintain a constant flow rate of the vacuum pump (P), a flow rate controller (M) may be installed in front of the vacuum pump (P) (see Fig. 6). The flow rate controller (M) is configured to check the flow rate passing through the outside air suction line (AL). The flow rate controller (M) may use an instantaneous flow meter or an integrated flow meter, and may be set to a flow rate of approximately 10 to 100 mL / min. Therefore, by controlling the vacuum pump (P) through the control panel (170) when collecting samples from the individual sample collection tube (ST), the flow rate of the outside air suction line (AL) can be maintained constant.

[0059] The above compressor (C) is configured to supply compressed air to the pneumatic supply line (PL), as illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 7. As described above, the compressor (C) controls the second valve unit (50') including the first, second, and fourth solenoid valves (152, 154, and 158) through the control panel (170) to selectively supply pressurized air to the pneumatic supply line (PL), thereby removing foreign substances inside the inlet pipe (IT).

[0060] Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 3, a temperature and humidity sensor (not shown) and a barometer (180) are provided on the upper portion of the hull (110). The temperature and humidity sensor (not shown) and the barometer (180) are configured to check the external conditions of the hull (110), such as temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure. Here, the temperature and humidity sensor is configured to detect a temperature range of approximately -20 to 60°C and a humidity range of approximately 0.0 to 99.9%RH. The barometer (180) is configured to check the atmospheric pressure.

[0061] The above touch screen (160) is installed at the bottom of the housing (110) as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and is configured to allow real-time confirmation of the sample collection time, flow rate, temperature, and pressure of the sample collection unit (140). In addition, the touch screen (160) can adjust the sample collection time, purge operation time, sample collection amount, flow rate, etc. by touching the setting screen, and in particular, can perform a self-diagnosis to check whether the sample collection unit (140) is operating normally.

[0062] The above touch screen (160) can perform self-diagnosis by selecting and setting the sample collection time, leak, flow rate, temperature, and air pressure through the control panel (170) as shown in FIGS. 8 to 13, and checking the results. That is, by selecting the manual selection mode for each sample collection unit (140) on the touch screen (160), the sample collection time, leak, flow rate, temperature, and air pressure can be sequentially checked for normal operation while comparing them with the set values. Here, when performing a leak test (airtightness test), the test can be performed by closing the stopper on each sample collection tube (ST) and then increasing the internal pressure using a compressor (C).

[0063] Meanwhile, when the touch screen (160) is connected to the administrator terminal through a network, it can be implemented to receive a notification from the administrator terminal via a buzzer or pop-up window regarding self-diagnosis of the main sample collection device.

[0064] The above control panel (170) is installed at the bottom of the hull (110) as shown in FIG. 4, and is configured to control the sample collection unit (140), the second valve unit (150, 150´), the vacuum pump (P), the compressor (C), the flow controller (M), the touch screen (160), the barometer (180), and the temperature and humidity sensor (not shown) according to time and conditions.

[0065] First, the first valve unit (150) and the vacuum pump (P) are selectively operated according to the set time and conditions to independently collect samples from the sample collection tube (ST) of the individual sample collection unit (140) (see Fig. 8).

[0066] Next, the system is controlled to operate selectively according to the set time and conditions so that when sample collection is completed in an individual sample collection tube (ST), collection begins in the second individual sample collection tube (ST) and sample collection is sequentially performed continuously up to the last individual sample collection tube (ST) (see Fig. 8).

[0067] Next, the purge means (second valve unit (150'), compressor (C)) is operated according to the set time and conditions before sample collection in the individual sample collection unit (140) to perform a purge function to remove foreign substances inside the inlet pipe (IT) through pressurized air supplied to the pneumatic supply line (PL) (see Fig. 7).

[0068] Next, the flow rate passing through each outside air intake line (AL) is checked through the flow controller (M), and the vacuum pump (P) is controlled to maintain the flow rate at a constant level (see Figs. 10 and 11).

[0069] Next, the external temperature, humidity, and pressure conditions are checked through a temperature and humidity sensor (not shown) and a barometer (180), and when the set reference value is exceeded, the sample collection of the individual sample collection unit (140) is controlled to stop (see Fig. 11).

[0070] Next, the sample collection time, flow rate, temperature, and air pressure of the individual sample collection unit (140) are checked in real time on the touch screen (160), and the sample collection time, purge operation time, sample collection amount, and flow rate can be controlled to be adjusted on the setting screen (see Fig. 11).

[0071] Next, after closing the stopper on the individual sample collection tube (ST), the vacuum pump (P) and compressor (C) are selectively operated to check the airtightness of the individual sample collection tube (ST) and control it to perform self-diagnosis (see Figs. 12 and 13).

[0072] Lastly, the ventilation fan (118) is controlled to operate during sample collection in the individual sample collection unit (140) to ventilate the internal air of the container (110).

[0073] According to the fixed volatile organic compound sample collection device according to the first embodiment of the present invention, by controlling the first valve unit (150) and the vacuum pump (P) through the control panel (170) according to set times and conditions, samples can be collected independently from the sample collection tubes (ST) of the individual sample collection units (140), and sample collection can be continuously performed for up to 120 hours from the first to the last individual sample collection tubes (ST).

[0074] In addition, by operating the second valve unit (150') and the compressor (C) according to the set time and conditions before sample collection in the individual sample collection unit (140), the accuracy of sample collection can be improved by performing a purge function to remove foreign substances inside the inlet pipe (IT) through the pressurized air supplied to the pneumatic supply line (PL).

[0075] Moreover, a self-diagnosis can be performed by selecting and setting the sample collection time, leak presence, flow rate, temperature, and pressure on the touch screen (160) through the control unit (170) and checking the results, and when connected to an administrator terminal through a network, multiple sample collection devices can be conveniently maintained.

[0076]

[0077] (Second embodiment)

[0078] FIG. 14 is a perspective view illustrating a portable volatile organic compound sampling device according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 15 to 17 are configuration diagrams illustrating a portable volatile organic compound sampling device according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

[0079] A portable volatile organic compound sampling device (200) according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes, as illustrated in FIGS. 14 to 17, a lower case (210), an upper case (220), a manifold unit (230), a trap module (240) having individual sample collection tubes (242), a collection tube opening / closing valve (250), a touch screen (260), a control panel (270), a compressor (C), a vacuum pump (P), and a flow controller (M).

[0080] The lower case (210) above has a manifold unit (230), a collection tube opening / closing valve (250), a control panel (270), a vacuum pump (P), and a flow controller (M) arranged at intervals within the internal space. The upper case (220) is hinge-connected to the lower case (210) to be opened and closed, and has a touch screen (260) provided on the inner surface.

[0081] In addition, a ventilation fan (212) is provided on one side of the lower case (210) to ventilate the air inside the closed case. Here, the ventilation fan (212) is configured to ventilate the internal air for a certain period of time while the sample is collected in the individual sample collection tube (242) through the control panel (270).

[0082] The above manifold unit (230), as illustrated in FIG. 18, is provided on the bottom surface of the lower case (210) and is configured to vertically mount the trap module (240). In addition, the manifold unit (230) includes a support block (232) having a plurality of inlet sockets (232a) coupled to individual sample collection tubes (242) at the top, and a base plate (234) coupled to the support block (232) and having one discharge socket (234a) on one side. Here, a passage (not illustrated) is formed so that the support block (232) having a plurality of inlet sockets (232a) and the base plate (234) having one discharge socket (234a) are connected to each other. The inlet socket (232a) is connected to the outlet socket (234a) and the communication passage is selectively blocked through the collection pipe opening / closing valve (250) described later.

[0083] The above trap module (240) represents the entirety of a plurality of sample collection tubes (242) to collect volatile organic compounds (VOCs), as illustrated in FIG. 17. The individual sample collection tubes (242) are each mounted on a socket (232a) of a support block (232), and when the vacuum pump (P) is operated, outside air is introduced into the tube, thereby collecting the sample (volatile organic compound). Here, the individual sample collection tubes (242) are each mounted vertically on an inlet socket (232a) of a manifold unit (230), so that the sample (volatile organic compound) can be collected as outside air is introduced from the top to the bottom.

[0084] The above collection tube opening / closing valve (250) is installed on both sides of the support block (232) as illustrated in FIGS. 18 and 19 to selectively open / close multiple passages (not illustrated) of the support block (232). Here, the collection tube opening / closing valve (250) is selectively opened / closed according to set times and conditions through the control panel (270) while the vacuum pump (P) is in operation, so that samples can be collected independently and continuously for a certain period of time from the individual sample collection tubes (242), that is, from the first sample collection tube to the last sample collection tube (see FIG. 20). In addition, the collection tube opening / closing valves (250) are arranged in the same number (10) as the number of individual sample collection tubes (242), and are solenoid valves of the 2-port, 2-way valve type.

[0085] As illustrated in Fig. 19, the individual sample collection tube (242) and the collection tube opening / closing valve (250) are connected to the outside air suction line (AL). A flow controller (M) and a vacuum pump (P) are installed in the outside air suction line (AL). Here, the vacuum pump (P) is a low-flow pump having a flow rate range of approximately 1 to 100 mL / min. The flow controller (M) is configured to be able to set the flow rate passing through the outside air suction line (AL) to approximately 10 to 100 mL / min.

[0086] The above touch screen (260) is configured to enable real-time confirmation of the sample collection time, flow rate, temperature, humidity, and pressure of each sample collection tube (242). The touch screen (260) can be used to adjust the sample collection time, sample collection amount, flow rate, etc. by touching the setting screen.

[0087] In addition, the touch screen (260) can perform a self-diagnosis to check whether the individual sample collection tube (242) is operating normally, that is, a self-diagnosis to test by selecting and setting the sample collection time, flow rate, temperature, and air pressure and confirming the results. This can be done by selecting the manual selection mode for the individual sample collection tube (242) on the touch screen (260) and sequentially checking whether the sample collection time, flow rate, temperature, and air pressure are operating normally while comparing them with the set values.

[0088] The above control panel (270) controls the collection tube opening / closing valve (250) to selectively operate according to set times and conditions to independently collect samples in each of the individual sample collection tubes (242). In addition, the control panel (270) is configured to control the vacuum pump (P), the flow controller (M), the touch screen (260), the odor collection unit (280), the temperature and humidity sensor (290), and the barometer (not shown) according to time and conditions.

[0089] Meanwhile, the odor collection unit (280) is provided on one side of the base plate (234), as illustrated in Fig. 18. The odor collection unit (280) includes a support block (282) having an inlet socket (282a) and an outlet socket (282b) on both sides, an odor opening / closing valve (284) for selectively blocking the passage of the support block (232), and a collection bag (not illustrated) connected to the outlet socket (282b).

[0090] This odor collection unit (280) can collect an odor sample rather than a volatile organic compound sample, if necessary.

[0091] According to the portable volatile organic compound sampling device according to the second embodiment of the present invention, samples can be collected independently and continuously from individual sample collection tubes (242) by controlling the collection tube opening / closing valve (250) and the vacuum pump (P) according to set times and conditions through the control panel (270). In addition, an odor collection unit (280) is provided so that, when necessary, an odor sample, rather than a volatile organic compound sample, can be selected and collected.

[0092] While exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described above, various modifications and alternative embodiments will be apparent to those skilled in the art. All such modifications and alternative embodiments are contemplated and encompassed by the appended claims, and are intended to remain within the true spirit and scope of the present invention.

[0093] The volatile organic compound sampling device according to the present invention can independently and continuously collect samples from individual sampling tubes by controlling the first valve unit / sampling tube opening / closing valve and the vacuum pump according to set times and conditions through a control panel.
