For example, the "first" component may be an element of the same or similar form as the "second" component.

[0048] FIG. 1 is a functional block diagram showing the internal configuration of a computing device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention. According to one embodiment, the computing device (100) is any device for performing registration and management of a digital twin model and integrated management of an actual facility based on a digital twin model, and may include a data acquisition unit (102), a quality review unit (104), a data registration unit (106), etc. In addition, the computing device (100) may communicate with an external device (110), a sensor (120) associated with a facility, etc., and may exchange data and / or information necessary for integrated management of the facility.

[0049] According to one embodiment, the data acquisition unit (102) of the computing device (100) may acquire digital twin model data generated based on a first criterion (e.g., a modeling guideline) including modeling rules and a second criterion (e.g., a standard information management system) including the shape and properties of an object from an external device (e.g., a user terminal) (110) of a user. Here, the first criterion including the modeling rules indicates a guideline for creating BIM (building information modeling) design drawings and may include minimum requirements for architectural design permits. In addition, the second criterion including the shape and properties of an object may include attribute information indicating the characteristics or properties of an object, such as a column, a floor, a staircase, etc., which are defined in advance, and a classification code, and the like, and may include shape information indicating the shape or state of the object. That is, the user may generate digital twin model data that conforms to the first and second criteria, and transmit the generated data to the data acquisition unit (102) via the external device (110).

[0050] When digital twin model data is acquired in this way, the quality review unit (104) of the computing device (100) can determine whether the acquired digital twin model data satisfies the quality criteria using a plurality of rules. That is, the quality review unit (104) can determine whether the digital twin model data has been created to meet the first and second criteria. Here, the plurality of rules are predefined through internal functions in a script format, and can represent, for example, those for checking whether i) the width of a staircase object is 1.5 m or more, ii) the height of a pillar object is 2 m or more, etc.

[0051] According to one embodiment, the quality review unit (104) can determine whether each object included in the digital twin model data satisfies at least some of a plurality of rules. To this end, the quality review unit (104) can first search for the ID of each object included in the digital twin model data, and recognize the shape and properties of the object based on the ID of the searched object. For example, all objects included in the digital twin model data can have a unique ID, and the quality review unit (104) can recognize the object through the ID of the object, and recognize whether the object is a BIM model object (e.g., a column, a floor, a staircase, etc.) and what size, shape, etc. it has through the property information and shape information of the object corresponding to the ID.

[0052] Then, the quality review unit (104) can determine whether the object satisfies the quality criteria based on a first set of rules corresponding to the shape and properties of the recognized object among the plurality of rules. For example, if the recognized object is a staircase object having a specific width, the quality review unit (104) can extract a first set of rules corresponding to the staircase object among the plurality of rules and review whether the object satisfies each rule included in the first set of rules. That is, the plurality of rules can be divided into a plurality of sets according to the shape and properties of the object.

[0053] According to one embodiment, if the digital twin model data is determined to not satisfy the quality criteria, the quality review unit (104) may extract objects that do not satisfy the quality criteria from among each object included in the digital twin model data, and generate a quality review report that visualizes an image of the extracted object and data related to the quality review result of the object. The quality review report generated in this way may be transmitted to an external device (110). Then, the data acquisition unit (102) may acquire digital twin model data that has been modified by a user due to an error in the object, and the quality review unit (104) may determine again whether the modified digital twin model data satisfies the quality criteria. This process may be repeatedly performed until all objects included in the digital twin model data satisfy the quality criteria.

[0054] According to one embodiment, if the quality review unit (104) determines that the digital twin model data satisfies the quality criteria, the data registration unit (106) can finally register the digital twin model data that satisfies the quality criteria on the database (130). In this case, the computing device (100) can perform monitoring and / or simulation of actual facilities associated with the digital twin model data based on the digital twin model data registered on the database (130).

[0055] Additionally or alternatively, when a change occurs in an actual facility associated with the digital twin model data, the computing device (100) may update the digital twin model data. For example, the computing device (100) may obtain sensor data corresponding to a change in the actual facility from the sensor (120) and extract an object associated with the sensor data from among each object included in the digital twin model data. Then, the computing device (100) may update the extracted object based on the obtained sensor data. In response to the update being performed in this manner, the quality review unit (104) may re-determine whether the updated digital twin model data satisfies the quality criteria.

[0056] Although each functional component included in the computing device (100) is separately described in FIG. 1, this is merely to aid understanding of the invention, and a single computing device may perform two or more functions. With this configuration, the computing device (100) can automatically perform a quality review of complex digital twin model data to detect errors or provide detected information to the user, and automatically reflect changes in actual facilities associated with the digital twin model to perform effective facility management.

[0057] FIG. 2 is an exemplary diagram illustrating a portion of digital twin model data (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention. As illustrated, the digital twin model data (or digital twin model) (200) may be configured to include a plurality of BIM model objects, such as columns, floors, and roof members. In this case, each object included in the digital twin model data (200) may be associated with data indicating an ID, attribute information, and / or shape information.

[0058] As described above, when the computing device (100 of FIG. 1) receives the digital twin model data (200), it can perform a quality review of the received digital twin model data (200). For example, the computing device can select a first object (210) included in the digital twin model data (200) and search for the ID of the selected first object (210). Then, the computing device can recognize the shape and properties of the first object (210) based on the ID of the searched first object (210). That is, information about the first object (210), the ID of the first object (210), and the shape and properties of the first object (210) on the digital twin model data (200) can be managed in association, and the computing device can extract and recognize the shape and properties associated with the first object (210) through the ID of the first object (210).

[0059] In this case, the computing device can identify the type, shape, etc. of the first object (210) using the shape and properties of the recognized first object (210), and extract a rule for quality review of the object from among a plurality of rules. Here, the plurality of rules can be generated to reflect a first criterion including a modeling rule and a second criterion including the shape and properties of the object. Then, the computing device can determine whether the shape and properties of the first object (210) meet the criteria corresponding to each rule. When the quality review of the first object (210) is completed in this way, the computing device can inspect other objects included in the digital twin model data (200).

[0060] FIG. 3 is an exemplary diagram illustrating a portion of a quality review report (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention. As described above, when the computing device (100 of FIG. 1) determines that the digital twin model data does not satisfy the quality criteria, the computing device may extract objects that do not satisfy the quality criteria from among each object included in the digital twin model data, and generate a quality review report (300) that visualizes images of the extracted objects and data related to the quality review results of the objects.

[0061] As illustrated in FIG. 3, the quality review report (300) may include the floor where the object is located in the facility, the classification, an error message, a 3D view containing the object, etc. In other words, the computing device can automatically extract the object in which an error occurred and the content of the error, visualize the extracted object, and provide it to the user. In this case, the user can review the provided quality review report (300) and modify the digital twin model data by changing the properties and / or shape of the object in which the error occurred.

[0062] When acquiring digital twin model data modified in this way, the computing device can search for the ID of each object determined to have an error among all objects, and re-perform a quality review limited to the searched objects. With this configuration, the computing device can extract only the objects in which an error has occurred among numerous objects constituting the digital twin model data, generate a quality review report (300), and provide the extracted objects to the user. The user can then easily change or modify the digital twin model data using the quality review report (300) reflecting the content.

[0063] FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of a digital twin-based facility integrated management method (400) according to one embodiment of the present invention. The digital twin-based facility integrated management method (400) may be performed by at least one processor (e.g., at least one processor of a computing device). The digital twin-based facility integrated management method (400) may be initiated by the processor acquiring digital twin model data generated based on a first criterion including a modeling rule and a second criterion including the shape and properties of an object (S410).

[0064] The processor can determine whether the acquired digital twin model data satisfies the quality criteria using a plurality of rules (S420). In this case, the processor can determine whether each object included in the digital twin model data satisfies at least some of the plurality of rules. For example, the processor can search for the ID of a first object included in the digital twin model data, recognize the shape and properties of the object based on the searched ID of the first object, and determine whether the first object satisfies the quality criteria based on a first set of rules corresponding to the recognized shape and properties of the first object among the plurality of rules.

[0065] If the digital twin model data is determined to meet the quality criteria, the processor can register the digital twin model data in the database (S430). In this case, the processor can monitor the actual facilities associated with the digital twin model data based on the digital twin model data registered in the database.

[0066] Additionally or alternatively, if the digital twin model data is determined to not satisfy the quality criteria, the processor may extract a second object from each object included in the digital twin model data that does not satisfy the quality criteria, and generate a quality review report visualizing an image of the extracted second object and data related to the quality review results of the second object. Accordingly, if the shape and properties of the second object are changed, the processor may obtain modified digital twin model data and determine whether the modified digital twin model data satisfies the quality criteria using a plurality of rules.

[0067] The processor can update the digital twin model data when changes occur in the actual facility associated with the digital twin model data. For example, the processor can acquire sensor data corresponding to changes in the actual facility, extract a third object associated with the sensor data from each object included in the digital twin model data, and update the extracted third object based on the acquired sensor data. In response to the digital twin model data being updated in this manner, the processor can use multiple rules to determine whether the updated digital twin model data satisfies quality criteria.
