The inner case (200) may be provided with an opening (210) at the front for entering and exiting clothes, and the opening (210) may be shielded by the door (400).

[0046] The inner case (200) above may be provided with a plastic resin series, and may be provided with a reinforced plastic resin series that does not deform even when exposed to air at a temperature higher than room temperature or heated air (hereinafter, hot air) and steam or moisture.

[0047] The inner case (200) may be provided with a height greater than its width. As a result, the clothing may be accommodated in the accommodation space (220) without being folded or wrinkled.

[0048] The clothing treatment device (1) of the present invention may include a mounting portion (500) capable of mounting clothing in the receiving space (220) of the inner case (200).

[0049] The above-mentioned hanger (500) may include a hanger (510) provided on the upper surface of the inner case (200) to hang clothes.

[0050] When the clothing is placed on the hanger (510), the clothing can be placed in a floating state in the air inside the receiving space (220).

[0051] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned mounting portion (500) may further include a pressing portion (520) that is coupled to the inner surface of the door (400) and can fix clothing.

In addition, as illustrated, the hanger portion (510) may be provided in a hanger shape so that clothes can be directly placed on it.

[0053] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may further include a vibration unit that can vibrate the hanger unit (510) to remove foreign substances such as fine dust attached to clothing.

[0054] The above-mentioned mounting portion (500) may include a pressing portion (520) that is provided on the door (400) and can pressurize and fix the clothing. The pressing portion (520) may include a support portion (522) that is fixed to the inner surface of the door (400) and supports one side of the clothing, and a compression portion (521) that pressurizes the clothing supported on the support portion (522).

[0055] The above-mentioned pressure part (521) may be provided to move toward or away from the support part (522). For example, the above-mentioned pressure part (521) may be provided rotatably on the inner surface of the support part (522) or the door (400).

[0056] In this way, the pressure part (521) and the support part (522) can pressurize both sides of the clothing to remove wrinkles from the clothing and create intended creases.

[0057] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may be equipped with a machine room (300) in which various devices capable of supplying at least one of hot air or steam to the receiving space (220) or purifying or dehumidifying the external air of the cabinet (100) are installed.

[0058] The above machine room (300) may be arranged to be separated or partitioned from the inner case (200), but may be provided to communicate with the inner case (200).

[0059] The above machine room (300) can be placed at the bottom of the inner case (200). Thus, when hot air and steam with low specific gravity are supplied to the inner case (200), the hot air and steam can be naturally supplied to the clothing.

[0060] The above-mentioned machine room (300) may include a heat supply unit (340) capable of supplying hot air to the inside of the inner case (200). The heat supply unit (340) may be equipped with a heat pump system or may be equipped with a heater that directly heats air with electric energy.

[0061] In the case where the above heat supply unit (340) is equipped with a heat pump system, it may be equipped to dehumidify and heat the air discharged from the inner case (200) and supply it to the inner case (200). The detailed structure will be described later.

[0062] The above machine room (300) may include a steam supply unit (350) capable of supplying steam to the inside of the inner case (200). The steam supply unit (350) may be provided to directly supply steam to the inside of the inner case (200).

[0063] To this end, the inner case (200) may be provided with a supply hole (230), a discharge hole (240), and a steam hole (250) that penetrate one side and communicate with the machine room (300).

[0064] Air in the receiving space (220) can be supplied to the machine room (300) through the discharge hole (240), hot air generated in the machine room (300) can be supplied through the supply hole (230), and steam generated in the machine room (300) can be supplied to the receiving space (220) through the steam hole (250).

[0065] The above discharge hole (240) is spaced apart from the supply hole and penetrates the lower surface of the inner case (200) so that air inside the inner case (200) is sucked into the machine room (300), and the above supply hole (230) penetrates the lower surface of the inner case (200) so that hot air generated in the machine room (300) can be discharged.

[0066] The above supply hole (230) may be provided at an angle so that one side adjacent to the discharge hole is lower than the other side facing the one side. That is, it may be arranged to be biased toward the rear surface of the lower surface of the inner case (200). For example, the supply hole (230) may be arranged at an angle to the ground between the lower surface or the rear surface of the inner case (200) and may be arranged to face the hanger unit (510).

[0067] In addition, the supply hole (230) may be positioned toward the rear of the lower surface of the inner case (200). Accordingly, the discharge hole (240) may be positioned toward the front, spaced apart from the supply hole.

[0068] Additionally, the steam hole (250) may be placed on one side of the supply hole (230).

[0069] Meanwhile, a water supply tank (30) capable of supplying water to the steam supply unit (350) and a drain tank (40) for collecting condensed water condensed in the heat supply unit (340) may be provided in front of the machine room (300).

[0070] The above water supply tank (30) and the above drain tank (40) can be detachably installed at the front of the machine room (300). Accordingly, the garment treatment device (1) of the present invention can be freely installed without being restricted by a water supply source or a drain source.

[0071] Meanwhile, a drawer (50) that extends forward and has a separate storage space may be further provided in front of the machine room (300). The drawer (50) may store a steam generator or an iron.

[0072] Figure 2 illustrates the structure of the machine room of the garment treatment device of the present invention.

[0073] Figure 2(a) is a front view of the machine room (300), and Figure 2(b) is a rear view of the machine room (300).

[0074] Inside the above machine room (300), components may be arranged to supply hot air to the clothing processing space, circulate air inside the clothing processing space, supply steam to the clothing processing space, or purify the air outside the cabinet.

[0075] The above machine room (300) may include a base (310) that supports or provides a space for installing various devices. The base (310) may provide an area for installing various devices.

[0076] The above base part (310) may be equipped with a circulation duct (320) through which air flowing in from outside the inner case (200) or the cabinet (100) moves.

[0077] The above circulation duct (320) may be provided in the shape of a case with an open upper surface, and some of the heat supply units (330) may be installed inside.

[0078] When the above heat supply unit (330) is equipped with a heat pump system, it may include a heat exchanger (331) described later and a compressor (332) that supplies high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant to the heat exchanger inside the circulation duct (320).

[0079] The above heat exchanger (331) is housed inside the circulation duct (320) and can cool and dehumidify the air flowing through the circulation duct (320), or heat the air to generate hot air.

[0080] In the case where the above circulation duct (320) is provided to suck in air from the outside of the cabinet (100), an outside air duct (370) that sucks in outside air may be installed in front of the circulation duct (320).

[0081] The above circulation duct (320) may be provided to communicate with the outside air duct (370) and may be provided to selectively suck in outside air.

[0082] The water supply tank and drain tank can be detachably connected to the front of the above circulation duct (320). The water supply tank (30) and drain tank (40) can be installed and arranged on the upper part of the outside air duct (370).

[0083] The above circulation duct (320) may be provided by being coupled to the base portion (310), but may also be provided as an integral part with the base portion (310). For example, the base portion (310) and the circulation duct (320) may be manufactured by injection molding.

[0084] The above machine room (300) may include a base cover (360) provided to connect the circulation duct (320) and the discharge hole (240).

[0085] The above base cover (360) may be coupled to the upper portion of the circulation duct (320) to guide air sucked in from the exhaust hole (240) into the interior of the circulation duct (320).

[0086] The above base cover (360) can block the upper surface of the circulation duct (320) to prevent air inside the circulation duct (320) from being discharged to the outside. The lower portion of the base cover (360) and the upper surface of the circulation duct (320) can form one side of the flow path of the circulation duct (320).

[0087] The above base cover (360) may include a suction part (362) that connects the discharge hole (240) and the circulation duct (320). The suction part (362) is provided in a duct shape and may function as an intake duct that delivers air inside the inner case (200) to the circulation duct (320).

[0088] The above machine room (300) may be equipped with a steam supply unit (350) that receives water from the water tank (30) to generate steam and supply it to the inner case (200). The steam supply unit (350) may be installed and positioned on the upper portion of the base cover (360).

[0089] The above steam supply unit (350) may be placed at the rear of the above suction unit (362).

[0090] The above-mentioned machine room (300) may include a fan installation unit (340) provided to communicate the circulation duct (320) and the inner case (200). The fan installation unit (340) may include a blower fan (343) that provides power for air inside the circulation duct (320) to move in one direction, and a fan housing (341) that accommodates the blower fan (343) and is coupled to or extended from the circulation duct (320).

[0091] The above fan installation part (340) may be equipped with a supply part (342) that is provided to connect the circulation duct (320) and the supply hole (230).

[0092] The above supply unit (342) may be provided in the fan housing (341) so as to extend toward the supply hole (230) with an area corresponding to the cross-section of the supply hole (230).

[0093] As a result, the air inside the inner case (200) can be introduced through the base cover (360), pass through the circulation duct (320), and then be supplied back into the inner case (200) through the fan installation part (340).

[0094] Meanwhile, the base part (310) may be equipped with a compressor installation part in which the compressor (342) that supplies refrigerant to the heat exchanger (341) is installed. The compressor installation part may be placed outside the circulation duct (320).

[0095] In addition, the base part (310) may be equipped with a control part or control panel (not shown) that controls the garment treatment device of the present invention.

[0096] The above base part (310) may be provided with a control part installation part (not shown) that forms a space in which the control part can be inserted at the bottom of the circulation duct (320).

[0097] The above control unit may be provided to control all electronically controlled components, such as the compressor (332), the steam supply unit (350), and the blower fan (343).

[0098] Since the control unit is inserted into and supported by the base unit (310), vibrations or shocks applied to the control unit can be buffered. In addition, since the control unit is positioned close to all electronic components, the occurrence of control errors such as noise can be minimized.

[0099] In addition, a steam supply unit is arranged at the upper portion of the circulation duct (320), and a control unit is arranged at the lower portion of the circulation duct (320). Accordingly, the circulation duct (320) can be provided in a straight duct shape between the steam supply unit (3500) and the control unit. Accordingly, the flow resistance of air passing through the circulation duct (320) can be minimized.

[0100] The circulation duct (320), the external air duct (370), the steam supply unit (350), the control unit, and the heat supply unit (330) can be provided in a module format in the above base unit (310).

[0101] Accordingly, the base part (310) can be easily installed and maintained by being pulled in or out forward or backward in the machine room (300).

[0102] Figure 3(a) is a drawing showing air circulation in a conventional clothing treatment device.

[0103] In a conventional clothing treatment device, a path may be formed so that the air inside the inner case (200) passes through the suction unit provided in the machine room (300) and becomes high-temperature dry air in the heat supply unit, and the high-temperature dry air is supplied in a direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the inner case (200) through the supply unit.

[0104] Figure 3(b) shows a plate (260) including a supply hole (230) that guides air to move vertically to the upper surface of the inner case (200) in a conventional clothing treatment device.

[0105] A conventional clothing treatment device may include a guide rib (620) that connects both sides of the supply hole (230) and extends vertically with the inner case, and air may be supplied in a direction vertical to the upper surface of the inner case by the guide rib.

[0106] Figure 4(a) is a drawing showing air circulation in the clothing treatment device of the present invention.

[0107] The garment treatment device of the present invention may include the cabinet (100) forming the exterior, the inner case (200) provided inside the cabinet to provide the receiving space (220) in which garments are placed, and the machine room (300) arranged at the bottom of the inner case to circulate air inside the inner case.

[0108] In addition, the inner case may include a supply hole (230) formed by penetrating the bottom surface to communicate with the machine room and supply air to the interior.

[0109] The above supply hole (230) may be formed by penetrating the bottom surface of the inner case so that air passing through the supply section (342) of the machine room (300) is supplied into the inner case. In order to effectively supply air into the inner case, the supply hole may be provided at a position facing the supply section.

[0110] Additionally, a portion of the bottom surface of the inner case (200) in which the supply hole (230) is provided may be formed as a plate (260) that is provided to be detachable. Accordingly, cleaning or repair can be easily performed.

[0111] In addition, the plate (260) may be provided with an inclined surface so that one side adjacent to the discharge hole (240) is lower than the other side facing the one side. In other words, the plate may be provided with an inclined surface. Accordingly, foreign substances removed from clothing along the upper surface of the plate may easily move to the collection unit. In addition, the guide rib (600) may facilitate the forward guidance of air. The guide rib will be described in detail later.

[0112] It may include an exhaust hole (240) formed by penetrating the bottom surface of the inner case so as to be spaced apart from the supply hole and communicate with the machine room to exhaust air to the machine room.

[0113] The above discharge hole (240) may be formed by penetrating the bottom surface of the inner case so that air inside the inner case (200) moves to the suction part (362) of the machine room (300). In order to effectively supply air to the suction part, the discharge hole may be provided at a position facing the suction part.

[0114] Additionally, the discharge hole (240) may include a filter that filters out foreign substances removed from the clothing.

[0115] In addition, it may include a guide rib (600) that connects both sides of the supply hole (230) and extends toward the machine room (300) to branch the air passing through the supply hole. The guide rib may guide the direction of the air passing through the supply hole.

[0116] The above guide rib has been described as connecting both sides of the supply hole, but is not limited thereto and may be provided in the machine room, the inner case, or the cabinet.

[0117] The above guide rib (600) may include an inclined guide rib (610) provided so that the fixed end is positioned closer to the discharge hole (240) than the free end. When air moves along the inclined guide rib, it may be supplied toward the upper portion of the discharge hole (240). Here, the fixed end may refer to a portion where the inner case and the guide rib are coupled, and the free end may refer to the end of the guide rib.

[0118] Accordingly, if the supply unit (342) and the supply hole (230) can be positioned at the rear, and the suction unit (362) and the discharge hole (240) are positioned at the front, the inclined guide rib can be provided so that the air supplied through the supply unit moves toward the front of the receiving space (220). This allows the foreign substances removed from clothing to be moved more efficiently to the front where the collecting unit is located.

[0119] In addition, since the conventional clothing treatment device moves air toward the upper surface of the inner case (200), the area where the clothing and air come into contact may be limited, but the clothing treatment device of the present invention can increase the area where the clothing and air come into contact by diversifying the direction of the air.

[0120] Figure 4(b) is a perspective view of the plate provided with the supply hole and the guide rib (600) and shows the direction of air movement.

[0121] The above guide rib (600) may include the above-described inclined guide rib (610), a vertical guide rib (620), a partition guide rib (630), and a bending guide rib (640) to be described later.

[0122] Briefly describing the above guide ribs, the inclined guide rib (610) guides air to be supplied toward the front inside the inner case, the vertical guide rib (620) guides air to be supplied toward the upper surface of the inner case, the partition guide rib (630) can partition air passing through the inclined guide rib and the vertical guide rib so that they do not interfere with each other, and the bent guide rib (640) is a combination of the partition guide rib and the bent guide rib, and can partition air and guide it to move toward the front at the same time.

[0123] Since the above machine room (300) can be provided to one side from the lower portion of the inner case (200), the above supply hole (230) can also be provided to one side from the above plate (260).

[0124] Figure 5 illustrates a cross-section of the plate (260) including the inclined guide rib (610), the vertical guide rib (620), the partition guide rib (630), and the bending guide rib (640).

[0125] The guide rib (600) of the garment treatment device of the present invention may include the vertical guide rib (620) provided to be perpendicular to the upper surface of the inner case (200). Since the vertical guide rib is provided to be perpendicular to the upper surface of the inner case, the air supplied to the interior of the inner case can be guided in a direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the inner case.

[0126] In addition, the guide rib (600) may include the partition guide rib (630) that partitions the supply hole (230) into a first region and a second region located closer to the discharge hole (240) than the first region. That is, when the discharge hole is provided at the front, the first region may be a rear region of the supply hole, and the second region may be a front region of the supply hole. Accordingly, the partition guide rib (630) may divide the air supplied from the supply unit (342) into the first region and the second region.

[0127] The positions of the first region and the second region may vary depending on the arrangement direction of the machine room, but the following description will be given on the assumption that the supply part (342) is arranged at the rear and the suction part (362) is arranged at the front, so that the supply hole (230) is arranged at the rear and the discharge hole (240) is arranged at the front.

[0128] In addition, the free end of the above-mentioned partition guide rib (630) may be provided to be positioned lower than the free ends of the above-mentioned inclined guide rib (610) and the above-mentioned vertical guide rib (620). That is, it may be provided to be longer than the above-mentioned inclined guide rib and the above-mentioned vertical guide rib.

[0129] Accordingly, the phenomenon of deterioration of drying performance can be prevented by preventing the air divided into the first region and the second region by the partition guide rib (630) from interfering with each other.

[0130] Meanwhile, the vertical guide rib (620) may be arranged in the first region, and the inclined guide rib may be arranged in the second region. That is, the vertical guide rib may be provided at a position further from the discharge hole (240) than the inclined guide rib (610) based on the partition guide rib (630). Accordingly, the air passing through the first region may be supplied to the receiving space (220) vertically toward the upper surface of the inner case (200), and the air passing through the second region may be supplied to the receiving space inclined toward the upper portion of the discharge hole (240).

[0131] In addition, the partition guide rib (630) may be provided parallel to the vertical guide rib (620). That is, it may be provided perpendicular to the upper surface of the inner case (200). As a result, the vertical flow of the first region is not interfered with by the inclined flow of the second region, thereby preventing the phenomenon of deterioration of drying performance.

[0132] In addition, the guide rib (600) may include the bent guide rib (640) that extends so that the fixed end is positioned closer to the discharge hole than the free end and then extends parallel to the vertical guide rib (620). That is, from the fixed end to the free end, the bent guide rib may extend parallel to the inclined guide rib and then extend parallel to the vertical guide rib.

[0133] Accordingly, air passing through the above-mentioned bending guide rib (640) can be guided to move vertically and then slantedly. By providing a vertical free end, flow resistance can be minimized when air is introduced.

[0134] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned bending guide rib (640) is provided with an inclined upper portion so that air is supplied to the receiving space (220) in an inclined manner, and thus can be placed in the second region.

[0135] In addition, the above-mentioned bending guide ribs (640) may be provided in multiple numbers. Accordingly, the flow direction can be set in various ways.

[0136] Figure 6 shows that the plate (260) is provided with the inclined guide rib (610) and the vertical guide rib (620).

[0137] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned inclined guide rib (610) and the above-mentioned vertical guide rib (620) may be provided in multiple numbers.

[0138] The above-mentioned inclined guide rib (610) may be positioned forward so as to be close to the discharge hole, and the above-mentioned vertical guide rib (620) may be positioned rearward of the above-mentioned inclined guide rib. Accordingly, the air supplied to the first region may be supplied vertically, and the air supplied to the second region may be supplied inclined toward the front.

[0139] Meanwhile, a plurality of the above-described inclined guide ribs (610) may be arranged with fixed ends spaced apart at regular intervals. In addition, by keeping the inclined angle constant, the forward flow of air can be maintained at a constant level.

[0140] Figure 7 illustrates the plate in which the inclined guide rib and the vertical guide rib are arranged in the first area and the second area divided by the partition guide rib.

[0141] The vertical guide rib (630) may divide the supply hole (230) into the first region and the second region, which is arranged closer to the discharge hole than the first region. When the suction part (362) and the discharge hole (240) are provided at the front, the first region may be arranged at the rear of the second region. Accordingly, the flow of air supplied obliquely forward to the second region may not be obstructed by the vertically flowing air supplied to the first region.

[0142] In addition, since the free end of the above-mentioned partition guide rib (630) is positioned lower than the free ends of the above-mentioned vertical guide rib (620) and the above-mentioned inclined guide rib (610), when air passes through the free ends of the above-mentioned inclined guide rib and the above-mentioned vertical guide rib, interference between vertically flowing air and obliquely flowing air can be prevented, thereby minimizing flow resistance.

[0143] Figure 8 illustrates the plate (260) in which the angle of the inclined guide rib (610) is not constant.

[0144] The free ends of the above-described inclined guide ribs may be arranged so that the closer they are to the discharge hole, the closer the distance between the free ends becomes. That is, the distance between the guide ribs (600) is the longest when the distance d1 is between the vertical guide rib (620) and the most adjacent inclined guide rib (610), and the shortest when the distance d3 is between the inclined guide rib located at the frontmost position and the adjacent inclined guide rib. Accordingly, the angle at which the inclined guide ribs are inclined toward the rear may become larger when the inclined guide ribs are arranged forward.

[0145] Due to this, it is possible to reduce the deterioration of drying performance due to rapid flow changes caused by the inclined guide rib (610) and the vertical guide rib (620). That is, when changing from vertical flow at the rear to inclined flow at the front, the angle between the vertical flow and the adjacent inclined flow is made small and the angle is gradually made larger as it goes forward, thereby preventing the flow resistance from increasing, preventing the generation of vortices, and minimizing the gap between the vertical flow and the inclined flow.

[0146] In addition, the above-mentioned partition guide rib (630) can be placed anywhere as long as it is a position that partitions the above-mentioned vertical guide rib (620) and other above-mentioned guide ribs (600).

[0147] Meanwhile, the entrance of the flow path formed by the vertical guide rib (620) and the inclined guide rib (610) being adjacent to each other is formed by the vertical guide rib that guides air vertically and the inclined guide rib that guides air obliquely being adjacent to each other, so that two different types of flow may meet and the flow resistance may increase.

[0148] Accordingly, the entrance of the flow path formed by the vertical guide rib (620) and the inclined guide rib (610) being adjacent to each other so that the two different types of flows are separated as much as possible can be formed wider than the entrance of the flow path formed between the vertical guide ribs and the entrance of the flow path formed between the inclined guide ribs. In other words, the inclined guide rib adjacent to the vertical guide rib can be spaced further apart.

[0149] Additionally, the inclined guide rib (610) may become shorter as it approaches the discharge hole (240). This prevents multiple flow paths guided by the inclined guide from interfering with each other. Consequently, flow resistance can be minimized.

[0150] Figure 9 illustrates that the surface of the guide rib (600) is formed into a curved surface.

[0151] Since the surface of the above guide rib (600) is formed into a curved surface, flow resistance can be minimized when air flows.

[0152] The present invention may be implemented in various modified forms, and the scope of the invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. Therefore, if a modified embodiment includes elements of the claims of the present invention, it should be considered to fall within the scope of the present invention.
