[0049] The blower device (30) of FIGS. 1 to 6 is described as a blower device (130) composed of a blower fan (131) and a blower pipe (132) that supply wind to the sheet (11).
[0050] The blower (130) can be placed at the bottom of the sheet (11). The blower (130) can be placed at the bottom of the sheet (11) and supply wind toward the sheet (11).
[0051] The blower (130) may be placed on the seat plate (112). Specifically, the blower (130) may be placed under the seat plate (112). In other words, the blower (130) may be located on the opposite side from the side where the user is positioned. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the blower (130) may also be installed on the seat frame (111).
[0052] The blower pipe (132) can be connected to the blower fan (131) and the sheet plate (112). As shown in the present illustration, the blower pipe (132) can be provided in two pieces. However, the number of blower pipes (132) is not limited thereto.
[0053] The seat plate (112) may include a plurality of seat air vents (112a) formed to allow wind to flow. Wind generated from a blower fan (131) may flow into the plurality of seat air vents (112a) through a blower pipe (132). A detailed description of the blower path will be described later.
[0054] Figures 4A and 4B are exploded views illustrating the internal structure of the sheet. Figures 5A and 5B are top views illustrating the structure of the pressure sensor.
[0055] Referring to FIGS. 4A and 4B, the reclining seat (1) may include a sensor module (140) for measuring the user's activity and sleep status. The sensor module (140) may detect vital signs such as the user's heart rate and respiration rate. In addition, the sensor module (140) may detect the user's sleep status such as sleep time and sleep quality.
[0056] The sensor module (140) may be placed on the seat (11). Specifically, the sensor module (140) may be placed between the seat plate (112) and the seat cushion (113). The sensor module (140) may be placed on the upper side of the seat plate (112). When a user is seated on the seat cushion (113), the sensor module (140) may detect pressure changes due to the user's weight and movement, thereby detecting vital signs and sleep states.
[0057] The sensor module (140) may include a sensor (141) and a sensor plate (142) on which the sensor (141) is mounted. The sensor (141) may be of a strain gauge type. However, the type of the sensor (141) is not limited thereto and may be provided in various ways. For example, the sensor (141) may be a piezo sensor.
[0058] The sensor plate (142) may include a plurality of ventilation holes (142a) formed to correspond to a plurality of sheet air vents (112a) formed on the sheet plate (112). The plurality of sheet air vents (112a) and the plurality of ventilation holes (142a) may be arranged to be in communication with each other. That is, the wind generated from the first blower (30, see FIG. 3) may flow through the plurality of sheet air vents (112a) to the plurality of ventilation holes (142a).
[0059] Referring to FIGS. 4A and 5A, the plurality of sheet air vents (112a) of the sheet plate (112) may be in the form of a plurality of holes. The sheet plate (112) may include a first sheet air vent group (112aa) in which a plurality of holes are arranged in a matrix, and a second sheet air vent group (112ab). The first sheet air vent group (112aa) and the second sheet air vent group (112ab) may be formed at locations spaced apart from each other.
[0060] The sensor plate (142) of the sensor module (140) may include ventilation holes (142a) corresponding to the sheet air vents (112a). The ventilation holes (142a) may be arranged in a matrix to correspond to the first sheet air vent group (112aa) and the second sheet air vent group (112ab). Since the sheet air vents (112a) and the ventilation holes (142a) are positioned to correspond to each other, a ventilation path through which wind can flow may be formed.
[0061] The sensor (141) of the sensor module (140) may be positioned on the gap between the first sheet air vent group (112aa) and the gap between the second sheet air vent group (112ab) corresponding to the gap between the first sheet air vent group (112aa). That is, as shown in the drawing, the sensor (141) of the sensor module (140) may extend past the gap between the first and second rows of the first sheet air vent group (112aa) and the gap between the first and second rows of the second sheet air vent group (112ab).
[0062] A plurality of sensors (141) may be provided. The plurality of sensors (141) may be arranged spaced apart from each other at intervals formed by the plurality of seat air vents (112a). Although not illustrated, the plurality of sensors (141) may also be arranged to pass through the intervals between each row of the first seat air vent group (112aa) and the second seat air vent group (112ab). In addition, the plurality of sensors (141) may be arranged in a zigzag shape at intervals between the first seat air vent group (112aa) and the second seat air vent group (112ab). In this way, it is sufficient that the plurality of sensors (141) are not arranged on the plurality of seat air vents (112a) so as not to obstruct the flow of wind.
[0063] Since it is desirable to provide a minimum number of wire harnesses for connecting multiple sensors (141), it is desirable to provide a small number of sensors (141). That is, in order to provide sensors (141) in the entire area where the user's body is placed, it is desirable to extend along one direction.
[0064] In addition, the sensor (141) may be positioned outside the gap formed by the plurality of seat air vents (142a). As shown in the figure, the sensor (141) may be positioned above the first row of the seat air vent group (112aa) and the second seat air vent group (112ab). In addition, the sensor (141) may be positioned below the third row of the first seat air vent group (112aa) and the second seat air vent group (112ab).
[0065] Referring to FIGS. 4B and 5B, the plurality of sheet air vents (112Aa) of the sheet plate (112A) may be in the form of a plurality of slits arranged in parallel. The sensor module (140A) may include slit-shaped ventilation holes (142Aa) corresponding to the sheet air vents (112Aa).
[0066] The sensor (141A) of the sensor module (140A) may extend in one direction along one of the intervals formed by the plurality of vents (142Aa). For example, it may be formed by extending along the interval between the vent located at the uppermost end of the plurality of vents (142Aa) and the vent located below it.
[0067] Even in this case, a plurality of sensors (141) may be provided. The plurality of sensors (141) may be arranged at intervals formed by the plurality of vents (142Aa). Without being limited thereto, the plurality of sensors (141) may also be arranged above the vent located at the top or below the vent located at the bottom.
[0068] Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing the ventilation path of the reclining seat of Fig. 1.
[0069] Referring to Fig. 6, the wind transmission path provided in the sheet (11) is explained.
[0070] The first blower (30) provided at the lower portion of the seat (11) can supply wind toward the seat (11). Specifically, the first blower fan (31) can rotate to generate wind. The generated wind can be guided to a plurality of seat blower openings (112a) formed on the seat plate (112) through the first blower pipe (32).
[0071] Since the plurality of seat air vents (112a) and the plurality of ventilation holes (142a) are arranged to correspond to each other, each can form an airflow path. The wind introduced through the plurality of seat air vents (112a) can be supplied to the seat cushion (113) through the plurality of ventilation holes (142a).
[0072] The seat cushion (113) may include a foam layer (113a) and a mesh layer (113b). The foam layer (113a) may be positioned lower than the mesh layer (113b). That is, the foam layer (113a) may be positioned closer to the seat plate (112) than the mesh layer (113b). In other words, the mesh layer (113b) may be positioned closer to the user.
[0073] The reclining seat (1) can measure the user's physical symptoms or sleep state while the user is sitting or lying down. Furthermore, the reclining seat (1) can be equipped with a sensor module (140) and a blower (130), thereby providing a cool and comfortable user environment.
[0074] Hereinafter, embodiments other than those of FIGS. 1 to 6 will be described. Components having the same configuration as the reclining seat (1) of FIGS. 1 to 6 are assigned the same reference numerals, and detailed descriptions thereof may be omitted.
