Abstract
Description
Dental prosthetic systems
[0001] The present invention relates to a dental prosthesis system, and more particularly, to a dental prosthesis system that can significantly strengthen the bonding strength of a secondary prosthesis to a primary prosthesis compared to the prior art, while allowing the secondary prosthesis to be easily and conveniently attached and detached to the primary prosthesis, and since the primary prosthesis is not detached again after being attached after the implantation of a fixture, not only can damage to the implant be significantly reduced, but also can facilitate the prevention of bacterial penetration into the implant, and can increase the convenience of the procedure for the practitioner and greatly improve the patient's satisfaction with the procedure.
[0002] A dental implant is a procedure used to replace lost teeth in dental treatment. It is also called a dental implant system or dental prosthetic system, but is hereinafter referred to as a dental prosthetic system.
[0003] A typical dental prosthesis system includes a fixture (4), a primary prosthesis (3, abutment), a prosthesis screw (2, abutment screw), and a secondary prosthesis (1, crown), as shown in Fig. 1, and is performed through the following process.
[0004] First, a fixture (4) is implanted into the alveolar bone, which is the root of the lost tooth. After a certain period of time has passed since the fixture (4) was implanted and has bonded well with the bone, the abutment, which is the primary prosthesis (3), is assembled to the fixture (4) using a prosthesis screw (2).
[0005] Then, the secondary prosthesis (1) is combined with the primary prosthesis (3). The secondary prosthesis (1) is also called an artificial tooth or crown.
[0006] Meanwhile, depending on the method of joining the secondary prosthesis (1) in these dental prosthetic systems, they are largely divided into cement type (cemented type; official name - cemented type) and SCRP type (screw - cement retained prosthodontics).
[0007] The cement type uses cement as an adhesive to attach a secondary prosthesis (1) to a primary prosthesis (3). It is known to be easier to manufacture and cheaper than the SCRP type. Since the position of the implant is not optimal or the angle of the implant is distorted, this can be resolved to some extent during the prosthesis manufacturing process, making the cement type more convenient for the practitioner than the SCRP type. However, in the long term, the cement used to attach the secondary prosthesis (1) may remain, causing problems. In addition, the secondary prosthesis (1) is difficult to remove and clean during implant maintenance, making it difficult to deal with food getting stuck in front of the implant. In addition, the cement type can cause various disadvantages from the patient's perspective, such as there being no way to resolve the problem if the prosthesis screw (2) becomes loose and the chewing part of the tooth begins to move.
[0008] In contrast, the SCRP type is a method in which a hole (not shown) is made in the chewing surface of the secondary prosthesis (1), for example, in the upper surface of the secondary prosthesis (1) in the drawing of Fig. 1, and a screw is tightened in the direction in which the fixture (4) is implanted to screw-assemble the secondary prosthesis (1) to the primary prosthesis (3). Since no cement is used, it is also called the no cemented type.
[0009] In the case of the SCRP type, there may be a hole somewhere on the chewing surface of the secondary prosthesis (1), so it may not look as good as the cement type in terms of appearance. However, since the secondary prosthesis (1) is assembled with a screw, it has many advantages such as being able to remove the secondary prosthesis (1) or easily replace it with another one as needed. For example, if the gums are slightly swollen, you can just remove the prosthesis and clean it without anesthesia and scraping. Food that gets stuck in front of the implant can also be removed and resolved, and since there is no cement, there is the advantage of not causing problems caused by residual cement.
[0010] Accordingly, there is a recent trend to prefer the SCRP type, a cementless type, over the cement type. However, when applying the cementless type, as described above, if a hole is made in the chewing surface of the secondary prosthesis (1) and a screw is inserted into this hole to fix the secondary prosthesis (1) to the primary prosthesis (3) in the direction in which the fixture (4) is implanted, it has been reported that several problems occur.
[0011] First, the current method involves tightening the secondary prosthesis (1) in the direction in which the fixture (4) is implanted, which increases the risk of the screw becoming loose or coming loose, weakening the bonding strength. Therefore, the inconvenience of having to frequently tighten the screw ensues.
[0012] Second, because the secondary prosthesis (1) must be pressurized by frequently tightening the screw, the risk of fracture of the secondary prosthesis (1) may increase. In other words, damage between the primary prosthesis (3) and the secondary prosthesis (1) may increase.
[0013] Third, the procedure can take longer and the prosthesis setting in the molar area can be inconvenient. Specifically, because the secondary prosthesis (1) is tightened in the direction in which the fixture (4) is implanted, the screw tightening process can be challenging for the practitioner, extending the procedure time. Furthermore, the patient must undergo the procedure with their mouth wide open, significantly reducing their satisfaction with the procedure.
[0014] Accordingly, the technical problem to be achieved by the present invention is to provide a dental prosthesis system that can significantly strengthen the bonding strength of a secondary prosthesis to a primary prosthesis compared to the prior art, while allowing the secondary prosthesis to be easily and simply attached to the primary prosthesis and detached, and since the primary prosthesis is not detached again after being attached to the primary prosthesis after the fixture is implanted, not only can damage to the implant be significantly reduced, but also can facilitate the prevention of bacterial penetration into the implant, and can increase the convenience of the procedure for the practitioner and greatly improve the patient's satisfaction with the procedure.
[0015] According to the present invention, the bonding strength of the secondary prosthesis to the primary prosthesis is significantly strengthened compared to the prior art, and the secondary prosthesis can be easily and conveniently attached and detached to the primary prosthesis. In addition, since the primary prosthesis is not detached again after the fixture is implanted and the primary prosthesis is attached, not only can damage to the implant be significantly reduced, but also it is easy to block bacterial penetration into the implant, and not only can the convenience of the operator be increased, but also the patient's satisfaction with the procedure can be greatly improved.

[0023] Figures 12 to 16 are various examples of secondary prosthetics.
[0024] According to one aspect of the present invention, a dental prosthesis system can be provided, characterized in that it includes a primary prosthesis that is coupled to a fixture implanted in the alveolar bone of a lost tooth; a secondary prosthesis that is detachably coupled to the primary prosthesis; and a prosthesis coupling unit that is inserted into a surface other than a chewing surface of the secondary prosthesis to be coupled to the primary prosthesis for detachable coupling of the primary prosthesis and the secondary prosthesis.
[0025] The above prosthetic joining unit may be a transverse prosthetic joining unit that is inserted as the second prosthesis along the transverse direction in which the first prosthesis is joined to the fixture and is connected to the first prosthesis.
[0026] The above-mentioned transverse prosthetic connection unit may be a prosthetic screw for screw-type detachable connection between the first prosthesis and the second prosthesis.
[0027] The above prosthetic screw may include a screw head; and a screw shaft connected to the screw head, the screw shaft having a threaded section and a non-threaded section, and passing through the first prosthetic piece and fastened to the second prosthetic piece.
[0028] A screw tool groove for inserting a tool into the above screw head can be formed.
[0029] The above screw head can be positioned to span both the primary prosthesis and the secondary prosthesis.
[0030] The first prosthesis may be formed with a first head placement groove in which a portion of the screw head adjacent to the screw shaft is placed, and the second prosthesis may be formed with a second head placement groove in which the remaining portion of the screw head is placed.
[0031] The screw section of the screw shaft may be arranged in a central region of the screw shaft, and the non-threaded section of the screw shaft may be arranged in an end region of the screw shaft.
[0032] A screw-joining section that screw-joins with the screw section of the screw shaft can be formed inside the primary prosthesis corresponding to the screw section of the screw shaft.
[0033] The above secondary prosthesis may have a vanas section parking groove formed in which the vanas section of the screw shaft is parked.
[0034] The above primary prosthesis may include a prosthesis body supported on the inner wall of the entrance of the fixture; a screw-joining portion provided on one side of the prosthesis body and screw-joined to a prosthesis-joining screw portion formed on the inner wall of the fixture; and a prosthesis-detachable joining portion positioned on the opposite side of the screw-joining portion with respect to the prosthesis body, to which the secondary prosthesis is detachably joined and to which the prosthesis-joining unit is joined.
[0035] The above prosthesis body may have a cone shape with a cross-sectional area that gradually decreases toward the screw joint.
[0036] The prosthesis body may include a first conical portion adjacent to the prosthesis attachment / detachment joint; and a second conical portion connecting the first conical portion and the screw joint, the outer surface of which has a smaller incline than the first conical portion.
[0037] The above prosthesis detachable joint portion has a non-circular cross-sectional structure, and one side wall of the prosthesis detachable joint portion can form a place where the prosthesis detachable joint unit is joined.
[0038] A prosthesis tool groove for inserting a tool can be formed on the exposed surface of the prosthesis detachable joint.
[0039] A platform on which the end of the secondary prosthesis is placed can be formed on one surface of the prosthesis body that the prosthesis detachable joint contacts.
[0040] The above secondary prosthesis may be a no cement type prosthesis that is detachably connected to the primary prosthesis by the action of the prosthesis bonding unit without using cement, and the secondary prosthesis may be selected from among a duo abutment having a symmetrical structure, an angled abutment formed to be inclined to one side, a ball abutment for connection with a denture, a denture abutment, a healing abutment, and a transfer impression coping.
[0041] The present invention is susceptible to various modifications and embodiments. Specific embodiments are illustrated in the drawings and described in detail in the detailed description. However, this is not intended to limit the present invention to specific embodiments, but rather to encompass all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and technical scope of the present invention.
[0042] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail by describing preferred embodiments thereof with reference to the attached drawings. The same reference numerals in each drawing represent the same components.
[0043] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a dental prosthesis system according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIGS. 4 and 5 are views showing FIG. 3 from different angles, FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 3, FIG. 7 is a partial cross-sectional structural view of FIG. 8, FIGS. 8 to 11 are drawings showing a process of performing the dental prosthesis system of FIG. 3 step by step, and FIGS. 12 to 16 are various examples of secondary prostheses.
[0044] Referring to these drawings, the dental prosthesis system (100) according to the present embodiment not only significantly strengthens the bonding strength of the secondary prosthesis (150) to the primary prosthesis (130) compared to the prior art, while allowing the secondary prosthesis (150) to be easily and conveniently bonded, but also significantly reduces damage to the implant because the primary prosthesis (130) is not separated again after the fixture (110) is implanted and the primary prosthesis (130) is bonded, and not only does it facilitate blocking of bacterial penetration into the implant, but it also increases the convenience of the practitioner and greatly improves the patient's satisfaction with the procedure.
[0045] A dental prosthesis system (100) according to the present embodiment capable of providing such effects includes a fixture (110), a primary prosthesis (130), a secondary prosthesis (150), and a prosthesis joining unit (170).
[0046] The fixture (110) refers to a type of screw that is implanted into the alveolar bone of a lost tooth, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 11. This fixture (110) includes a body part (112) in which a screw part (112a) for implanting into the alveolar bone in a screw manner is formed on the outer wall, and the following components are provided at each position on the body part (112).
[0047] The body portion (112) is a part that forms the skeleton of the fixture (110). A configuration or pattern, such as an entry direction guide portion (114), a cutting edge portion (115), and a screw portion (112a), can be provided at each position on the body portion (112).
[0048] Since the fixture (110) is a screw-shaped structure that is implanted into the alveolar bone, the body portion (112) is provided with an outer surface that is tapered so that the cross-sectional area gradually decreases along the implantation direction to facilitate implantation.
[0049] Of course, unlike the drawing, the body part (112) of the fixture (110) may be provided in a cylindrical, straight-line structure with the same cross-sectional diameter along the length direction, or in a pot-bellied shape in the middle. However, if the body part (112) has a tapered shape in which the cross-sectional area gradually decreases along the implantation direction, that is, toward the entry direction guide part (114), as in the present embodiment, there is an advantage in that implantation can be made easier.
[0050] When processing the body part (112) of the fixture (110) with a tapered structure, the body part (112) may be tapered to have the same slope over the entire outer surface, or the body part (112) may be formed with different taper slopes on the outer surface. In addition, only a portion of the outer surface of the body part (112) may be formed to be tapered. In this case, unlike the drawing, the section from the upper end of the body part (112) to the central region may form a tapered slope, and the remaining portion may be processed into a straight shape like a cylinder. This has the advantage of facilitating initial implantation while providing strong fixing force.
[0051] It does not matter whether the screw portion (112a) formed on the outer wall of the body portion (112) is applied in any shape, such as a triangular screw, a square screw, or a mixed screw.
[0052] A beveled portion (116) is formed in the entrance-side corner area of the body portion (112). The beveled portion (116) refers to the entrance-side end area of the body portion (112). This beveled portion (116) provides a relatively wider contact area than the lower portion of the body portion (112), i.e., the position of the entry direction guide portion (114), etc., thereby providing a strong fixing force with the primary prosthesis (130).
[0053] An entry direction guide portion (114) is formed on the opposite side of the entrance of the body portion (112), i.e., at the lower end of the body portion (112). The entry direction guide portion (114) is formed from the front end of the body portion (112) in the longitudinal direction of the body portion (112) in relation to the direction in which the body portion (112) is planted, for a predetermined section, and serves to guide the initial planting entry direction for the body portion (112). Therefore, the entry direction guide portion (114) may have a narrow width and a sharp wall shape.
[0054] A cutting edge portion (115) is further formed along the longitudinal direction of the body portion (112) around the entry direction guide portion (114). Although the cutting edge portion (115) does not necessarily have to be formed, if the cutting edge portion (115) is formed, the cutting edge portion (115) takes the form of a cutting edge, which greatly helps in implanting the fixture (110) into the alveolar bone.
[0055] Such cutting edge portions (115) may be formed singly on the outer wall of the body portion (112), or may be formed in multiples as in the present embodiment. In the case where multiple cutting edge portions (115) are formed as in the present embodiment, the cutting edge portions (115) may be arranged concentrically and at equal intervals based on the body portion (112).
[0056] A prosthesis connection screw portion (111) is formed inside the body portion (112) of the fixture (110) to which the primary prosthesis (130) is connected. The primary prosthesis (130) can be connected to the prosthesis connection screw portion (111) by screwing. A tool connection portion (118) is formed around the prosthesis connection screw portion (111) to which a tool for handling the fixture (110) is connected.
[0057] The primary prosthesis (130) is a structure that is connected to the fixture (110) and supports the secondary prosthesis (150). The primary prosthesis (130) may be an abutment. This primary prosthesis (130) may include a prosthesis body (135), a screw connection portion (136), and a prosthesis detachable connection portion (137).
[0058] The prosthesis body (135) is a structure supported on the inner wall of the entrance of the fixture (110). A screw connection part (136) and a prosthesis attachment / detachment connection part (137) are provided on both sides of the prosthesis body (135).
[0059] In this embodiment, the prosthesis body (135) has a cone shape whose cross-sectional area gradually decreases toward the screw joint (136). At this time, the prosthesis body (135) includes a first cone portion (135a) adjacent to the prosthesis attachment / detachment joint (137), and a second cone portion (135b) that connects the first cone portion (135a) and the screw joint (136), but whose outer surface has a smaller slope than that of the first cone portion (135a).
[0060] In this way, when the prosthesis body (135) is composed of a first conical portion (135a) and a second conical portion (135b), when the primary prosthesis (130) is fastened to the fixture (110) as in FIGS. 8 to 9, the outer wall of the first conical portion (135a) or the second conical portion (135b), or in this embodiment, the second conical portion (135b), is supported by the inner wall of the entrance of the prosthesis body (135), so that the primary prosthesis (130) can be more stably fastened to the fixture (110).
[0061] The screw joint (136) is provided on one side of the prosthesis body (135) and is a part that is screw-joined to the prosthesis joint screw (111) formed on the inner wall of the fixture (110). In the case of the conventional Fig. 1, since the prosthesis screw (2) had to be used, the cost increased due to the increase in parts, and the work was not easy. However, in the case of the present embodiment, since the screw joint (136) is formed integrally with the primary prosthesis (130), there is no need to use the prosthesis screw (2) introduced in the conventional Fig. 1. Therefore, the convenience of the work can be greatly improved.
[0062] The prosthesis detachable joint (137) is positioned on the opposite side of the screw joint (136) with respect to the prosthesis body (135) and is a part to which the secondary prosthesis (150) is detachably connected. The prosthesis detachable joint (137) forms a location to which the prosthesis connecting unit (170) is connected.
[0063] In this embodiment, the prosthesis attachment / detachment joint (137) has a non-circular cross-sectional structure. That is, the remaining section, excluding the end region, has a square block structure. Accordingly, the prosthesis attachment / detachment joint (137) is formed with a total of four walls, and one wall of the prosthesis attachment / detachment joint (137) forms a location where the prosthesis attachment unit (170) is attached.
[0064] A prosthesis tool groove (138) for inserting a tool is formed on the exposed surface of the prosthesis attachment / detachment joint (137). Accordingly, when attaching the primary prosthesis (130) to the fixture (110) as shown in FIGS. 8 to 9, the tool can be inserted into the prosthesis tool groove (138) of the primary prosthesis (130) for handling.
[0065] A platform (139) is formed on one surface of the prosthesis body (135) on which an end of a secondary prosthesis (150) is placed. The platform (139) refers to a flat portion formed on one surface of the prosthesis body (135). Since the platform (139) is formed, when the secondary prosthesis (150) is bonded to the primary prosthesis (130), the end area of the secondary prosthesis (150) can be stably supported. Therefore, it can contribute to strengthening the bonding strength between the primary prosthesis (130) and the secondary prosthesis (150).
[0066] This primary prosthesis (130) is attached to the fixture (110) after the fixture (110) is implanted. Since the primary prosthesis (130) is not separated again after the primary prosthesis (130) is attached, not only can damage to the implant be significantly reduced, but also it can be made easier to prevent bacterial penetration into the implant.
[0067] The secondary prosthesis (150) is a structure that is detachably connected to the primary prosthesis (130). In the present embodiment, the secondary prosthesis (150) is a duo abutment that has a symmetrical structure. That is, after the primary prosthesis (130) is fastened, it is fitted onto the primary prosthesis (130) to protect the primary prosthesis (130) and to enable it to function as a tooth for a certain period of time.
[0068] In applying this secondary prosthesis (150), in the present embodiment, the secondary prosthesis (150) is applied as a no-cement type prosthesis that is detachably connected to the primary prosthesis (130) by the action of the prosthesis joining unit (170) without using conventional cement. In this way, when the secondary prosthesis (150) is applied as a no-cement type prosthesis, the secondary prosthesis (150) can be easily removed or replaced with another one, i.e., one of FIGS. 12 to 16, as needed, which has many advantages. For example, if the gums are slightly swollen, the prosthesis can be removed and cleaned without the need for anesthesia and scraping. In case food gets stuck in front of the implant, it can be removed and resolved, and since there is no cement, there is an advantage in that problems caused by residual cement do not occur.
[0069] For reference, the secondary prosthesis (250) applied to the dental prosthesis system (200) of Fig. 12 is an angled abutment formed to be inclined to one side. This is the same function as the secondary prosthesis (150) of the present embodiment, but differs only in shape.
[0070] The secondary prosthesis (350) applied to the dental prosthesis system (200) of Fig. 13 is a ball abutment, and the secondary prosthesis (450) applied to the dental prosthesis system (200) of Fig. 14 is a denture abutment. These can be utilized as a means for bonding with dentures.
[0071] The secondary prosthesis (550) applied to the dental prosthesis system (200) of Fig. 15 is a healing abutment and can be used when healing the primary prosthesis (130). In addition, the secondary prosthesis (650) applied to the dental prosthesis system (200) of Fig. 16 is a transfer impression coping and can be simply used when taking a mold.
[0072] As briefly explained above, the secondary prostheses (150-650) have different shapes and functions according to their names, and all of these secondary prostheses (150-650) can be easily connected to the primary prosthesis (130) by the action of the prosthetic connection unit (170). In particular, since they can be detachably connected to the primary prosthesis (130), the convenience of use can be improved.
[0073] For reference, the secondary prostheses (150 to 650) differ only in their shape and function, but all have the same structure for detachably connecting to the primary prosthesis (130) by the action of the prosthetic connection unit (170). Therefore, the following description will be given using the secondary prosthesis (150) as a representative embodiment, a Duo abutment, as an example. The secondary prosthesis (150) has a step groove (155) formed on the side. The step groove (155) is formed only in the secondary prosthesis (150) of the present embodiment, and is not formed in the secondary prosthesis (250 to 650) of FIGS. 12 to 16.
[0074] However, the second head placement groove (151) and the banana section parking groove (152) formed in the secondary prosthesis (150) for connection with the prosthesis joining unit (170) are formed in common in all secondary prostheses (150 to 650).
[0075] Meanwhile, the prosthetic joining unit (170) is a means for joining the primary prosthesis (130) and the secondary prosthesis (150) by inserting it into a surface other than the chewing surface of the secondary prosthesis (150) to enable detachable joining of the primary prosthesis (130) and the secondary prosthesis (150).
[0076] In other words, in the present embodiment, the prosthetic joining unit (170) is applied as a transverse prosthetic joining unit (170) that is inserted into the secondary prosthesis (150) in a transverse direction in the direction in which the primary prosthesis (130) is joined to the fixture (110) and is fastened to the primary prosthesis (130). At this time, the transverse prosthetic joining unit (170) is applied as a prosthetic screw (170) for screw-type detachable joining between the primary prosthesis (130) and the secondary prosthesis (150). This prosthetic screw (170) includes a screw head (171) and a screw shaft (173).
[0077] A screw tool groove (172) for inserting a tool is formed in the screw head (171). Accordingly, when fastening a secondary prosthesis (150) to a primary prosthesis (130) using a prosthesis screw (170) as shown in Fig. 11, a tool that fits the screw tool groove (172) can be used to work in a horizontal direction.
[0078] The screw head (171) is positioned so as to span both the primary prosthesis (130) and the secondary prosthesis (150). To this end, a first head placement groove (131) is formed in the primary prosthesis (130) in which a portion of the screw head (171) adjacent to the screw shaft (173) is positioned, and a second head placement groove (151) is formed in the secondary prosthesis (150) in which the remaining portion of the screw head (171) is positioned. When the screw head (171) is positioned so as to span both the primary prosthesis (130) and the secondary prosthesis (150) as in the present embodiment, a stable bond can be achieved.
[0079] The screw shaft (173) is a part that passes through the primary prosthesis (130) and is connected to the secondary prosthesis (150). Since the screw shaft (173) must pass through the primary prosthesis (130), the primary prosthesis (130) in which the screw shaft (173) is placed takes on a penetrating form.
[0080] This screw shaft (173) includes a screw section (174) in which screws are formed and a non-threaded section (175) in which no screws are formed. At this time, the screw section (174) of the screw shaft (173) is arranged in the central region of the screw shaft (173), and the non-threaded section (175) of the screw shaft (173) is arranged in the end region of the screw shaft (173).
[0081] Inside the primary prosthesis (130), a screw-joining section (132) is formed corresponding to the screw section (174) of the screw shaft (173) and screw-joined with the screw section (174) of the screw shaft (173).
[0082] In addition, a vane section parking groove (152) is formed in the secondary prosthesis (150) in which the vane section (174) of the screw shaft (173) is parked. Since the vane section (174) of the screw shaft (173) is parked in the vane section parking groove (152), the prosthesis screw (170) can be stably positioned after being combined.
[0083] Below, the surgical process of the dental prosthesis system (100) according to the present embodiment is introduced.
[0084] First, as shown in FIG. 8, a fixture (110) is implanted into the alveolar bone of the area where a tooth is lost, and then a primary prosthesis (130) is fastened to the fixture (110) as shown in FIG. 9. The primary prosthesis (130) applied to this embodiment is a product in which the screw joint (136) is formed integrally, so that the primary prosthesis (130) can be fastened to the fixture (110) as is without the need to use a prosthesis screw (2) as shown in FIG. 1.
[0085] Next, as shown in FIG. 10, the second prosthesis (150) is inserted and placed into the prosthesis attachment / detachment joint (137) of the first prosthesis (130), and then the prosthesis joining unit (170), i.e., the horizontal prosthesis joining unit (170), is inserted in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 11 to fix the first prosthesis (130) and the second prosthesis (150).
[0086] In the case where the transverse prosthetic joint unit (170) is used as in this embodiment, but is inserted in the direction of arrow A of FIG. 11 to fix the primary prosthesis (130) and the secondary prosthesis (150), there is no need to make a hole in the chewing surface of the secondary prosthesis (150) as in the past. In addition, since a structurally strong bonding force can be provided, there is no need to frequently tighten the prosthetic screw (170). Therefore, the inconvenience of having to frequently tighten the prosthetic screw (170) can be resolved. In addition, the occurrence of damage between the primary prosthesis (130) and the secondary prosthesis (150) that may occur when the prosthetic screw (170) is frequently tightened can be reduced.
[0087] In particular, when a horizontal prosthetic joint unit (170) is used as in this embodiment, but is inserted in the direction of arrow A of FIG. 11 to fix the first prosthesis (130) and the second prosthesis (150), that is, when a method of tightening from the side is applied, the tightening of the prosthesis screw (170) is easy for the operator, so the procedure time can be reduced, and from the patient's perspective, the procedure can be performed without having to open the mouth excessively wide, so the satisfaction with the procedure can be greatly increased.
[0088] According to the present embodiment, which operates with the structure described above, the bonding strength of the secondary prosthesis (150) to the primary prosthesis (130) is significantly strengthened compared to the prior art, and the secondary prosthesis (150) can be easily and conveniently bonded, and since the primary prosthesis (130) is not separated again after the fixture (110) is implanted and the primary prosthesis (130) is bonded, not only can the damage to the implant be significantly reduced, but also the penetration of bacteria into the implant can be easily prevented, and the convenience of the procedure for the practitioner can be increased, and the patient's satisfaction with the procedure can be greatly improved.
[0089] As such, the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, such modifications and variations should be considered to fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
[0090] The present invention can be used in dental treatment.
