Abstract
Description
Garment treatment device and method for controlling the garment treatment device
[0001] The present invention relates to a garment treatment device and a control method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a garment treatment device and a control method thereof capable of performing refreshing processes, such as sterilizing, wrinkle removal, deodorizing, and drying, on garments by supplying steam and hot air to the garments.
[0002] In the past, a clothing treatment device was developed that could deodorize, remove wrinkles, and dry clothing by supplying hot air and steam while floating the clothing in a receiving space with the clothing placed on top.
[0003] In this way, even when the clothes are in a wet state, they are supplied with hot air and steam while hanging down due to gravity, so wrinkles can be removed during the drying process, and even when in a dry state, hot air and steam can be supplied evenly to the entire surface, so deodorizing performance can be improved.
[0004] Recently, a garment treatment device has been introduced in which a hanger or hanger section (H) for placing the garments in a storage space is provided to swing. The garment treatment device can apply physical force to the garments by moving or rotating the hanger section (H) back and forth.
[0005] Figure 1 illustrates a conventional clothing treatment device.
[0006] The above clothing treatment device may include a hanger section (H) placed at the top inside a cabinet (C) and a machine room (M) that generates hot air and steam supplied toward clothing (L) placed on the hanger section (H) at the bottom.
[0007] The clothes placed on the above hanger (H) vibrate by forming a wave shape during the shaking of the above hanger (H) or vibrate left and right to apply tension to the clothes, thereby more effectively removing wrinkles and shaking off foreign substances such as dust on the surface of the clothes, and evenly exposing the surface of the clothes to the supplied steam and hot air.
[0008] However, when a top with long sleeves is placed on the hanger unit (H), the long sleeve area or sleeve area of the top is likely to receive a force that spreads radially from the hanger unit (900) or moves away radially from the hanger unit (900) as the hanger unit (H) vibrates. Accordingly, there is a risk that the long sleeve portion of the top may come into contact with or rub against the inner wall of the chamber that accommodates the clothes when the hanger unit (H) moves or rotates, thereby generating unnecessary noise or damaging the clothes.
[0009] Furthermore, in the case of general tops, the part adjacent to the end of the long sleeves is usually exposed to the outside by one or more buttons (B) due to design elements, etc. When the hanger part (900) is shaken, the buttons may move further toward the inner wall of the chamber due to centrifugal force and hit it, and in this case, not only excessive vibration and noise are generated, but there is also a problem that not only the clothes but also the clothes processing device are damaged.
[0010] The present invention aims to provide a clothing treatment device capable of preventing or minimizing clothing from contacting or colliding with an inner wall even when the clothing is arranged to shake in a clothing treatment device capable of receiving clothing in a spread-out state in a receiving space.
[0011] The present invention aims to provide a clothing treatment device capable of blocking or minimizing vibration, noise, and shock generated when clothing is shaken.
[0012] The present invention aims to provide a clothing treatment device capable of maintaining clothing separated from an inner wall.
[0013] In order to solve the above-described problem, the present invention provides a garment treatment device including a cabinet, an inner case provided inside the cabinet to provide a receiving space in which garments are placed, a machine room located below the inner case to supply at least one of steam and air to the receiving space, and a moving hanger provided to place garments in an upper portion of the receiving space and shake the garments.
[0014] The inner case may include a protrusion that protrudes into the receiving space to prevent the placed clothing from contacting or rubbing against the inner case.
[0015] The above moving hanger includes a driving unit arranged on the upper part of the inner case, a power transmission unit connected to the driving unit to reciprocate or reciprocate in the receiving space, and a mounting unit coupled to the lower part of the power transmission unit to mount a hanger on which the clothes are mounted, and the protrusion unit may be provided to protrude from one surface of the inner case facing at least one of both sides of the hanger.
[0016] The above-mentioned support member is provided to support the hanger so that both sides of the hanger are arranged in the front-back direction, and the protrusion member can be arranged on the inner back surface of the inner case.
[0017] The above protrusion can be formed to extend in the width direction of the inner case.
[0018] The above-mentioned stand portion and the above-mentioned hanger portion may be provided in multiple numbers and arranged spaced apart in the width direction of the inner case.
[0019] The above protrusion may be arranged to extend equal to or longer than the overall spacing of the above mounting portion or the above hanger.
[0020] The above protrusions can be arranged so that both ends are spaced apart from both sides of the inner case.
[0021] The above protrusion may be formed so that the width in the left-right direction is longer than the thickness in the front-back direction.
[0022] The protrusion may be positioned at the center of the height of the inner case or closer to the upper surface than the lower surface of the inner case.
[0023] The above protrusion can be placed in an area between 200 mm and 700 mm from the upper part of the inner case or the hanger part mounted on the above mounting part.
[0024] The above protrusion can be formed with a height-wise width of 20 to 40 mm.
[0025] The above protrusion can be arranged so that its surface protrudes 15 to 30 mm from the inner surface of the inner case.
[0026] The above protrusion may include a holder arranged on the inner surface of the inner case, a main body portion coupled to the holder and protruding toward the receiving space, and a protrusion cover coupled to the front of the main body portion and provided so as to be in contact with the clothing.
[0027] The above protruding cover may be formed to have a larger area than the main body and the holder.
[0028] The above protrusion may further include a light-emitting portion coupled to the main body portion to irradiate light into the receiving space.
[0029] The above light emitting portion may be placed on at least one of the upper and lower portions of the main body portion.
[0030] The garment treatment device of the present invention further includes a door coupled to the cabinet to open and close the receiving space, and the light emitting unit can be set to emit light when the door is opened.

[0049] Figure 2 illustrates the appearance of the clothing treatment device (1) of the present invention.
[0050] Referring to FIG. 2(a), the garment treatment device of the present invention may include a cabinet (10) forming an exterior and a door (11) rotatably coupled to the cabinet (10).
[0051] The above door (11) can be provided with the same height and width as the front of the cabinet (10) and can form the front of the garment processing device (1).
[0052] The above door (11) may be equipped with an input unit for receiving a command to operate the garment treatment device, and may be equipped with a display unit for displaying the operating status of the garment treatment device visually or audibly to the outside.
[0053] Referring to Fig. 2(b), an inner case (20) having a storage space (21) for storing clothing may be provided inside the cabinet (10). The inner case (20) may have an opening at the front through which clothing can be taken in and out of the storage space (21), and the opening (21) may be shielded by the door (11).
[0054] The inner case (20) may be provided with a height greater than its width. As a result, the clothing can be accommodated in the accommodation space (21) without being folded or wrinkled.
[0055] The garment treatment device (1) of the present invention may include a moving hanger (100) capable of placing garments in the receiving space (21) of the inner case (20). The moving hanger (100) may place the garments in the upper portion of the receiving space (21). When the garments are placed on the moving hanger (100), the garments may be placed in a state of being suspended in the air and hanging in the height direction within the receiving space (21). Accordingly, the garments placed in the receiving space (21) may be evenly exposed to hot air and steam, and wrinkles may be removed due to their own weight.
[0056] The above moving hanger (100) can be equipped with a clothes hanger (900) on which clothes are placed, which is exposed on the inner upper surface of the inner case (20).
[0057] The above moving hanger (100) may be provided to move back and forth left and right on the upper surface of the inner case (20) or to rotate back and forth left and right to shake the clothing.
[0058] The garment treatment device of the present invention may further include a pressurizing part (40) that is coupled to the inner surface of the door (11) and can fix the garment.
[0059] The above pressurizing part (40) may be rotatably coupled to the inside of the door (11) to pressurize clothing fixed to the inside of the door (11) toward the inside of the door (11).
[0060] The above pressurizing portion (50) can create intended wrinkles on both sides of the clothing.
[0061] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may further include a machine room (30) in which various devices capable of supplying at least one of hot air or steam to the receiving space (21) or purifying or dehumidifying the external air of the cabinet (10) are installed.
[0062] The above machine room (30) may be arranged to be separated or partitioned from the inner case (20), but may be provided to communicate with the inner case (20).
[0063] The above machine room (30) can be placed at the bottom of the inner case (20). Thus, when hot air and steam with low specific gravity are supplied to the inner case (20), the hot air and steam can be naturally supplied to the clothing.
[0064] The above machine room (30) may include a circulation duct that circulates air inside the inner case (20), and a plurality of heat exchangers that are arranged on the circulation duct to cool and condense the air and heat the air.
[0065] The above machine room (30) may be equipped with a heat pump system including a compressor that is connected to the plurality of heat exchangers and can compress a refrigerant that cools or heats the air.
[0066] The above-described machine room (30) may also be equipped with a steam supply unit (50) described below capable of supplying steam to the interior of the inner case (20). The steam supply unit (50) may heat water to generate steam. Clothing accommodated within the inner case may be exposed to hot air generated by the heat pump system and steam generated by the steam supply unit (50) to perform deodorization, sterilization, wrinkle removal, and drying.
[0067] The front of the machine room (30) may include a water tank (31) for supplying water to generate the steam, and a drain tank (32) for collecting water condensed in the circulation duct.
[0068] The water tank (31) and drain tank (32) can be detachably installed at the front of the machine room (30). Accordingly, even if the garment treatment device of the present invention is not placed near a water source or sewer, the user can detach and transport the water tank (31) and drain tank (32) whenever necessary.
[0069] The above water tank (31) and drain tank (32) can be arranged in parallel along the width direction of the machine room (30).
[0070] In addition, the machine room (30) may further include a drawer (33) for storing items necessary for managing the clothing. The drawer (33) may be provided so as to be withdrawable from the machine room (30), and may be provided with a space therein for storing items such as an iron.
[0071] The garment treatment device (1) of the present invention may be provided with a mounting base (60) on which a separate shelf may be mounted inside the inner case (20). The mounting base (60) may be provided so as to protrude at the same height on both sides of the inner case (20).
[0072] The above-mentioned mounting plate (60) may be provided with a light-emitting unit that irradiates light into the interior of the inner case (20). The light-emitting unit is provided to irradiate light toward the inner surface of the inner case (20) to prevent glare.
[0073] The inner case (20) may include a discharge hole (28) for discharging air from the receiving space (21) to the machine room (30) on the bottom surface or lower surface (28) disposed above the machine room (30), and a supply hole (29) spaced apart from the discharge hole (28) for receiving at least one of hot air and steam from the machine room (30).
[0074] Figure 3 illustrates an example of the structure of a machine room.
[0075] The above machine room (30) is positioned lower than the inner case (20) to provide a space in which the heat pump system (80) and the steam supply unit (50) are installed, and may include a duct (90) that provides a path for circulating air inside the inner case (20).
[0076] The above duct (90) can form a circulation path that is connected to the inlet and outlet of the inner case (20), respectively, and can form a space in which air inside the inner case (20) moves. A blower fan can be provided inside the duct (90). The blower fan can generate a pressure difference that sucks in and discharges air inside the receiving space (21).
[0077] The above duct may be provided in a rectangular shape with a partially open upper portion, and a separate cover may be combined at the upper portion to complete the internal flow path. The duct (90) may include an inlet duct (91) that communicates with the inner case (20) and allows air to flow in, an exhaust duct (92) that is spaced apart from the inlet duct (91) and communicates with the inner case (20) and allows air to be discharged, and a moving duct (93) that connects the inlet duct (91) and the exhaust duct (92) and forms a flow path for air to move.
[0078] The above heat pump system (80) may include an evaporator (81) accommodated inside the duct (90) to cool the air, a condenser (82) that heats the air passing through the evaporator (81) to generate hot air, and a compressor (83) that compresses and heats the refrigerant passing through the evaporator (81) and supplies it to the condenser (82), and may further include an expansion valve that expands and cools the refrigerant passing through the condenser (82) and delivers it to the evaporator (81).
[0079] The above evaporator (81) and the above condenser (82) can be accommodated in the moving duct (93), and the above compressor (82) and the above expansion valve can be placed outside the above duct (90).
[0080] The above evaporator (81) and the condenser (83) may be arranged along the direction in which air moves. For example, the evaporator (81) may be arranged closer to the inlet duct (91) than the condenser (83), and the condenser (83) may be arranged closer to the exhaust duct (92) than the evaporator (81).
[0081] The above steam supply unit (50) can be placed inside the above duct (90).
[0082] The above steam supply unit (50) may be placed outside the duct (90) so as not to obstruct the flow of air moving along the duct (90).
[0083] The above steam supply unit (50) may include a steam generator (51) that receives and stores water and generates steam by heating the water with a heater or the like inside, and a steam nozzle (52) that supplies the steam generated in the steam generator (51) to the receiving space (21).
[0084] The above steam nozzle (52) may be provided to communicate with the inner case (20) and may be arranged adjacent to the discharge duct (92). The steam generator (51) may be supported by being installed on the upper portion of the duct (90) and may be provided to support the steam nozzle (52).
[0085] The above steam supply unit (50) may further include a return pipe (54) that connects the steam nozzle (52) and the steam generator (51).
[0086] The above recovery pipe (54) can recover the condensed water that cannot be discharged to the outside from the steam nozzle (52) back to the steam generator (51). The steam nozzle (52) can be arranged above the steam generator (51) so that steam is automatically supplied to the inner case (20) due to the density difference, and water is recovered to the steam generator (51) by gravity.
[0087] The above steam nozzle (52) is not a simple hose, but may be provided in the shape of a case made of plastic material or the like, and capable of containing one or more of steam, air, or water inside.
[0088] The above steam supply unit (50) may further include a steam pipe (53) connecting the steam generator (51) and the steam nozzle (52). Steam generated in the steam generator (51) may be supplied into the steam nozzle (52) along the steam pipe (53) and then supplied into the inner case (20).
[0089] The above machine room (30) may further include a water supply unit (60) capable of supplying water for generating steam in the steam supply unit (50).
[0090] The above water supply unit (60) may be provided to receive water from a water tank (31) installed in front of the machine room (30) and supply it to the steam supply unit (50).
[0091] The above water supply unit (60) may include a water supply pipe (61) that receives water from the water tank (31), a supply pipe (63) that supplies water from the water supply pipe (61) to the steam supply unit (50), and a water supply pump (62) that provides power to supply water from the water supply pipe (61) to the supply pipe (63).
[0092] The above water tank (31) can be detachably installed in front of the duct (90), and the water supply pump (62) can be placed outside the duct (90).
[0093] The above supply pipe (63) may be connected to the steam generator (51) and provided to supply water to the steam generator (51).
[0094] Alternatively, the supply pipe (63) may be provided to be connected to the steam nozzle (52) and to supply water to the steam nozzle (52). That is, the water supply unit (60) may be provided to directly supply water to the steam nozzle (52) and indirectly supply it to the steam generator (51) through the return pipe (54). This allows the flow path structure to be simplified.
[0095] The above machine room (30) may further include a drainage unit (70) that collects water condensed in the evaporator (81) into the drainage tank (32).
[0096] The above drainage unit (70) may include a drain pipe (71) that communicates with the lower surface of the duct (90) and discharges water collected in the lower part of the duct (90) to the outside of the duct (90), a drainage pump (72) that supplies water discharged through the drainage pipe (71) to a drainage tank (32), and a drainage pipe (73) that supplies water supplied to the drainage pump (72) to the drainage tank (32).
[0097] Meanwhile, the drainage unit (70) may further include a recovery duct (74) that connects the duct (90) and the drainage tank (32) to guide water in the drainage tank (32) back into the duct (90). As a result, even if the drainage tank (32) is full, water collected in the drainage tank (32) can be prevented from leaking to the outside.
[0098] The clothing treatment device of the present invention can supply hot air and steam to the inner case (20) at an appropriate time through the machine room (30) when the refreshing process of clothing, such as sterilization, deodorization, wrinkle removal, and drying, is performed, and can condense moisture discharged from the inner case (20) and collect it in the drain tank (32).
[0099] Figure 4 illustrates one embodiment of a moving hanger (100) of the clothing treatment device of the present invention.
[0100] The moving hanger (100) of the present invention may include a power transmission unit (400) arranged on the upper portion of the inner case (20) to swing the clothes hanger unit (900).
[0101] The power transmission unit (400) may be provided to penetrate the upper surface (25) of the inner case. The power transmission unit (400) may be provided in a rod shape, a tube shape, a plate shape, etc., whose length is longer than its thickness.
[0102] A mounting portion (700) on which the clothes hanger portion (900) can be mounted or placed may be provided at the lower portion of the power transmission portion (400). Accordingly, when the power transmission portion (400) moves, the mounting portion (700) moves, and when the clothes hanger portion (900) mounted on the mounting portion (700) shakes, an effect of the clothes being fluttered may be produced.
[0103] The above-mentioned mounting part (700) may be provided as an integral part with the power transmission part (400), or may be provided as a separate component and mounted on the power transmission part (400).
[0104] The power transmission unit (400) may be provided in multiple units, and the mounting units (700) mounted on the power transmission unit (400) may also be provided in multiple units. As a result, a large number of clothes corresponding to the number of power transmission units (400) may be mounted and refreshed inside the inner case (20).
[0105] The above moving hanger (100) may include a driving unit (200) that provides power to move the power transmission unit (400).
[0106] Since the above-mentioned driving unit (200) is provided to operate by receiving electric energy, it is preferable to block exposure to steam or hot air. Accordingly, the driving unit (200) may be placed between the upper surface of the inner case (20) and the upper panel of the cabinet (10) to block exposure to the receiving space (21).
[0107] The power transmission unit (400) can transmit power to the driving unit (200) by penetrating the upper surface (25) of the inner case (20). The power transmission unit (400) can extend downward by penetrating the upper part of the inner case (20) so that the lower end is exposed to the receiving space (21).
[0108] Meanwhile, the upper surface of the inner case (20) may be provided to support the loads of the power transmission unit (400) and the driving unit (200). However, clothes are placed and moved on the power transmission unit (400), and the load of the driving unit (200) is also provided to be relatively heavy. Therefore, the clothing treatment device (1) of the present invention may further include a support unit (800) to stably install the moving hanger (100) on the upper surface of the inner case (20).
[0109] The above support member (800) is placed on the upper portion of the inner case (20), and can be supported by being coupled to the cabinet (10). The above support member (800) can be made of a metal material with high rigidity.
[0110] The power transmission unit (400) and the driving unit (200) may be mounted on the support unit (800) and placed above the inner case (20).
[0111] Meanwhile, the driving unit (200) includes a motor that rotates the rotation shaft. The driving unit (200) may be provided to move the power transmission unit (400) using the power that rotates the rotation shaft.
[0112] However, it may be difficult to sufficiently shake the power transmission unit (400) by simply rotating the rotation axis in place.
[0113] Accordingly, the moving hanger (100) may further include a displacement generating unit (300) that is coupled to the rotation shaft and generates sufficient displacement to enable the power transmission unit (400) to move.
[0114] The displacement generating unit (300) may be provided to connect the rotation shaft and the power transmission unit (400) to each other and transmit the power of the rotation shaft to the power transmission unit (400).
[0115] The displacement generating unit (300) may include an eccentric shaft that rotates along a trajectory larger than the diameter of the rotational shaft. The eccentric shaft may generate a displacement that causes the power transmission unit (400) to reciprocate within a certain range.
[0116] Accordingly, when the driving unit (200) operates, the power generated from the rotating shaft is transmitted to the power transmission unit (400), so that the power transmission unit can move back and forth within a certain range.
[0117] The above moving hanger (100) may be provided to shake the clothing by rotating the power transmission unit (400) back and forth rather than moving the power transmission unit (400) back and forth left and right.
[0118] Specifically, the moving hanger (100) may be provided so that the power transmission unit (400) does not move back and forth in a straight line, but rather rotates back and forth within a certain angular range.
[0119] Accordingly, the power transmission unit (400) can be provided to reciprocate left and right from a fixed position, and clothes placed on the power transmission unit (400) can only reciprocate left and right, and not move back and forth left and right.
[0120] As a result, even if the clothing rotates due to the power transmission unit (400) inside the inner case (20), the movement of the center of gravity inside the inner case (20) can be limited. Accordingly, even if the moving hanger (100) operates, the vibration generated inside the inner case (20) can be drastically reduced, and as a result, noise generation can also be minimized.
[0121] The above moving hanger (100) may further include a reciprocating rotation unit (500) that converts continuous rotational energy generated from the driving unit (200) or the displacement generating unit (300) into a reciprocating rotational motion of the power transmission unit (400).
[0122] The reciprocating rotation part (500) may be provided to connect the displacement generating part (300) and the power transmission part (400) to each other. The reciprocating rotation part (500) may be provided to connect the displacement generating part (300) and the power transmission part (400) to each other above the inner case (20), thereby preventing the clothing from being damaged by the moving hanger (100).
[0123] Meanwhile, the moving hanger (100) may be provided to reciprocate only one of the plurality of power transmission units (400).
[0124] However, if only one power transmission unit (400) rotates, there is a risk that clothing placed on the rotating power transmission unit may collide with clothing placed on another power transmission unit (400), causing damage to the clothing or damage to the moving hanger (100).
[0125] Therefore, it is preferable that the moving hanger (100) be equipped to rotate all of the plurality of power transmission units (400). In addition, the moving hanger (100) may be equipped to simultaneously rotate the plurality of power transmission units (400) at the same angle. This prevents the power transmission units (400) from colliding with each other.
[0126] Meanwhile, in the moving hanger (100), the power of the driving unit (200) may be directly transmitted to all of the plurality of power transmission units, which may be advantageous in controlling the rotation of all power transmission units (400).
[0127] However, if the driving unit (200) is provided in multiple units and is provided to transmit power to each power transmission unit (400), not only may an excessive load be applied to the upper portion of the inner case (20), but the inconvenience of having to control multiple driving units (200) may also arise.
[0128] Therefore, the above moving hanger (100) can be equipped so that one driving unit (200) rotates a plurality of power transmission units (400).
[0129] At this time, if the power transmitted from one driving unit (200) is connected so that the displacement generating unit (300) and the reciprocating rotating unit (400) are each transmitted to all power transmission units (400), the arrangement and structure of the displacement generating unit (300) and the reciprocating rotating unit (400) become complicated, and thus reliability may decrease.
[0130] Accordingly, the moving hanger (100) of the present invention may be provided so as to transmit the power generated from the driving unit (200) to only some of the plurality of power transmission units (400). The reciprocating rotating unit (500) may be provided so as to transmit the power transmitted from the driving unit (200) or the displacement generating unit (300) to only some of the power transmission units (400). Accordingly, since the configuration of the reciprocating rotating unit (500) becomes simple, the reliability of power transmission can be secured.
[0131] Meanwhile, the moving hanger (100) may further include a connecting part (600) that is provided to transmit power transmitted to a specific power transmission part (400) to another power transmission part (400).
[0132] For example, the above connecting portion (600) may be provided to connect a plurality of power transmission portions (400) to each other. Accordingly, when one power transmission portion (400) rotates, all power transmission portions (400) adjacent to or spaced apart from it may rotate.
[0133] Specifically, the moving hanger (100) may be provided to transmit the power of the driving unit (200) to only one of the plurality of power transmission units (400), and to transmit the power transmitted to the power transmission unit through the connecting unit (600) to the remaining power transmission units (400).
[0134] The displacement generating unit (300) or the reciprocating rotating unit (400) may be provided to intensively transmit power generated from one driving unit (200) to one power transmission unit (400). In addition, the connecting unit (600) may transmit power transmitted to a specific power transmission unit (400) to all power transmission units (400).
[0135] The above connecting part (600) may be provided as a rigid body to connect all power transmission parts (400), and all power transmission parts (400) may be provided to simultaneously rotate in the same direction and at the same angle due to the connecting part (600).
[0136] Accordingly, the moving hanger (100) of the present invention can reciprocate multiple power transmission units (400) at the same angle simultaneously or simultaneously with one driving unit (200) with a simple configuration.
[0137] Figure 5 illustrates the structure of the above moving hanger (100).
[0138] The above moving hanger (100) may include a driving unit (200) that is fixed to the upper portion of the inner case (20) and provides power for moving the power transmission unit, a plurality of reciprocating rotating units (500) that are respectively coupled to the plurality of power transmission units (400) and receive the power from the driving unit (200) and rotate so that the rotation direction is repeatedly changed, and a connecting unit (600) that is provided to connect the plurality of reciprocating rotating units to each other.
[0139] The above connecting portion (600) may include a singular link that is provided to connect the plurality of reciprocating rotating portions (500) and rotate the plurality of reciprocating rotating portions (500) as one unit.
[0140] The above connecting portion (600) may be provided to connect the power transmission portions (400).
[0141] If the above connecting part (600) is provided to connect the reciprocating transmission parts (500), the connecting part (600) can be installed above the support part (800), so that it may not be exposed inside the inner case (20).
[0142] If the above connecting part (600) is provided as a single link, interference between the driving part (200) and the connecting part (600) can be minimized.
[0143] For example, the single link may be coupled to the front or rear of the reciprocating rotating part (500), and the displacement generating part (300) or the driving part (200) described below may be arranged to the rear or front of the reciprocating rotating part (500).
[0144] The above connecting portion (600) may be provided to reciprocate in the width direction of the inner case (20) and rotate a plurality of the reciprocating rotating portions (500).
[0145] The above driving unit (200) may include a motor (210) that rotates a rotation shaft (210), a power shaft (240) that is provided to rotate together when the rotation shaft (210) rotates, and a conversion unit (230) that connects the power shaft (240) and the rotation shaft (210) to transmit the rotational force of the rotation shaft (210) to the power shaft (240).
[0146] The above motor (210) may be fixed to the upper portion of the inner case (20) and may be provided to rotate the rotation shaft (220). However, the rotation shaft (220) is provided to rotate at a speed that is too fast compared to the appropriate cycle for reciprocating the power transmission unit (400) in the motor (210). In consideration of this, if the RPM of the rotation shaft is lowered, there is a concern that the output of the motor (210) may not be transmitted to the power transmission unit (400).
[0147] To solve this problem, the conversion unit (230) may be provided to transmit the output of the rotation shaft (220) as is to the power transmission unit (400), but at a lowered RPM of the rotation shaft (220).
[0148] The above-mentioned conversion unit (230) is provided to be connected to the rotation shaft (220) and rotate, but is provided to have a diameter larger than the rotation shaft (220) so that it can rotate. Accordingly, the conversion unit (230) can rotate more slowly than the RPM of the rotation shaft (220) while increasing and transmitting the torque of the rotation shaft (220).
[0149] The above power shaft (240) can be provided to rotate by the above conversion unit (230), and is provided separately from the rotation shaft (230) and is configured to directly transmit power to the above power transmission unit (400).
[0150] The above reciprocating rotation part (500) can be coupled to the power transmission part (400) and provided to be rotatable together with the power transmission part (400).
[0151] The above reciprocating rotating part (500) may include a reciprocating lever (510) coupled to the upper portion of the power transmission part (400) to rotate the power transmission part (400).
[0152] The above reciprocating lever (510) may be provided in the shape of a rib or rod with a center of rotation coupled to the support shaft (410).
[0153] The above reciprocating levers (510) can be respectively coupled to the upper ends of the plurality of power transmission units (400), and some of the reciprocating levers (510) can be connected to the conversion unit (230) to receive power from the motor (210).
[0154] The above reciprocating lever (510) may be provided so as to reciprocate at a certain angle when the conversion unit (230) is rotated by the motor (210). The power transmission unit (400) may be provided so as to be coupled to the rotation center of the reciprocating lever (510) and to rotate together with the reciprocating lever (510).
[0155] A plurality of reciprocating levers (510) can be arranged and connected by a connecting portion (600).
[0156] The above connecting portion (600) may be provided to connect one end of a plurality of reciprocating levers (510).
[0157] Accordingly, when any one of the plurality of reciprocating levers (510) rotates, the connecting portion (600) moves so that the plurality of reciprocating levers (510) can rotate simultaneously and at the same time.
[0158] The power transmission unit (400) and reciprocating lever (510) may be supported on the support unit (800). In addition, the motor (210) and conversion unit (230) may also be supported on the support unit (800).
[0159] Figure 6 illustrates the moving hanger (100) of the present invention separated from the inner case (20).
[0160] The power transmission unit (400) may be provided to extend from the upper part to the lower part of the inner case, and the mounting unit (700) may be coupled to the lower part of the power transmission unit (400).
[0161] The above reciprocating rotation part (500) can be coupled to each of the power transmission parts (400), and can be easily connected to the driving part (200) by being coupled to the upper part of the power transmission part (400).
[0162] The power transmission unit (400) and the reciprocating rotation unit (500) are provided in multiple units and are arranged at a certain distance apart along the width direction of the inner case.
[0163] The above connecting portion (600) is provided to connect a plurality of the power transmission portions (400) or a plurality of the reciprocating rotation portions (500) to each other. Thus, the connecting portion (600) can be provided to rotate a plurality of the power transmission portions (400) or a plurality of the reciprocating rotation portions (500) simultaneously.
[0164] The power transmission unit (400) may include a support shaft (410) that penetrates the upper part of the inner case (20) and is coupled to the reciprocating lever (510).
[0165] The above support shaft (410) may penetrate the support portion (800) and be exposed to the upper portion of the support portion (800) or the upper portion of the inner case (20).
[0166] The power transmission unit (400) may include an auxiliary support unit (420) coupled to the support shaft (410) and exposed to the receiving space. The auxiliary support unit (420) may be provided in a rod shape and may be fixed by coupling a mounting unit (700) to the lower portion.
[0167] The above auxiliary support member (420) may be fixed to the support shaft (410) and may be provided to rotate together with the support shaft (410). Accordingly, when the support shaft (410) rotates by the reciprocating lever (510), the auxiliary support member (420) coupled to the support shaft (410) also rotates, so that the mounting member (700) can also rotate left and right.
[0168] The above reciprocating lever (510) may include a main lever (511) that receives power directly from the driving unit (200) and rotates reciprocally, and an auxiliary lever (512) that receives power from the main lever (511) through a connecting portion (600).
[0169] The above main lever (511) may be provided in a single unit so as to directly receive power from the driving unit (200).
[0170] In the above driving unit (200), the motor (210) may include a vertical motor (211) coupled to the support unit (800) and a vertical rotation shaft (221) rotated by the vertical motor (211).
[0171] The above-mentioned conversion unit (230) may include a drive pulley (231) coupled to the vertical rotation shaft (221) and rotating together with the vertical rotation shaft (221), a transmission pulley (232) coupled to the power shaft (240) and rotating the power shaft (240), and a belt (233) connecting a portion of the outer circumference of the drive pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232).
[0172] The above-described conversion unit (230) may further include a pulley support unit (224) that rotatably supports the power shaft (240) and the transmission pulley (232). The pulley support unit (224) is provided to support the transmission pulley (232) so that it is arranged parallel to the driving pulley (231), and may be provided by being mounted on the support unit (800).
[0173] The above power shaft (240) may be provided to transmit power transmitted from the rotation shaft (220) to one of the two ends of the main lever (511).
[0174] The above power shaft (240) is coupled with a displacement generating unit (300) described later to enable the main lever (511) to reciprocate around the support shaft (410).
[0175] The above connecting portion (600) may include a link bar (610, bar) connecting one end of the main lever (511) that is not connected to the power shaft (240) and one end of the auxiliary lever (512).
[0176] The above auxiliary lever (512) may be rotatably coupled with the support shaft (410) and may be provided to extend in one direction from the portion coupled with the support shaft (410) and be connected to the link bar (610).
[0177] The above link bar (610) may be provided in the form of a straight frame connecting one end of the main lever (511) and one end of the auxiliary levers (512). At this time, one end of the main lever (511) and one end of the auxiliary lever (512) may be arranged parallel to each other based on the link bar (610) or the width direction.
[0178] The above link bar (610) may be provided in a single unit and may be provided to simultaneously and simultaneously rotate the main lever (511) and the auxiliary lever (512) around their respective support shafts (410).
[0179] The inner case (20) may be provided with a through hole (23) in which a part of the support part (800) is fixed and the power transmission part (400) is exposed to the receiving space (22).
[0180] The through hole (23) may be provided on the upper surface (22) of the inner case, and the through hole (23) may be provided along the direction in which the power transmission unit (400) is arranged.
[0181] For example, the power transmission units (400) may be arranged spaced apart from each other along the width direction of the inner case, and the through holes (23) may be arranged along the width direction of the inner case.
[0182] The garment treatment device (1) of the present invention may further include a support frame (12) that is placed outside the inner case and supports the cabinet (10).
[0183] The above support frame (12) may be provided with a metal material that is arranged at each position corresponding to the corner of the cabinet (1) or the corner of the inner case (20) to maintain the appearance of the garment processing device. The support member (800) is supported by being secured at both ends to the support frame (12), thereby preventing unnecessary impact or load from being transmitted to the upper surface (22) of the inner case.
[0184] Figure 7 illustrates how the moving hanger of the present invention operates.
[0185] Referring to Fig. 7(a), the power transmission unit (400) can rotate to the right by the reciprocating rotation unit (500) when the driving unit (200) operates. At this time, the power transmission units (400) connected to the connecting unit (600) can also rotate to the right.
[0186] Referring to Fig. 7(b), the power transmission unit (400) can rotate to the left by the reciprocating rotation unit (500) when the driving unit (200) is further operated. At this time, the power transmission units (400) connected to the connecting unit (600) can also rotate to the left.
[0187] As this process is repeated, the power transmission unit (400) can rotate left and right.
[0188] The power transmission unit (400) may be provided to rotate left and right while fixed in a fixed position. The power transmission unit (400) may be fixed to the support unit (800) so that there is no change in position in the forward, backward, left and right directions when rotating.
[0189] The above power transmission unit (400) can be fixed so that its position does not move in the vertical, front-back, and width directions.
[0190] However, the power transmission unit (400) may be configured to rotate left and right with the vertical or height direction in which the power transmission unit extends as the rotation axis. As a result, when the driving unit (200) is driven, the hook unit (700) may reciprocate left and right with the power transmission unit (400) as the axis, and there may be no positional movement.
[0191] Referring to FIG. 7(c), the clothes hanger (900) may include a ring part (910) that is mounted on the hanger part (700), and a mounting part (920, 930) on which clothes are mounted by combining the ring part (920).
[0192] The above-mentioned fixing portion may include a first fixing portion (920) extending from the ring portion (910) to one side and a second fixing portion (930) extending from the ring portion (910) to the other side.
[0193] The first fixing portion (920) and the second fixing portion (930) may be arranged in parallel and may be provided so as to be able to hold one side and the other side of clothing.
[0194] When the ring part (910) is mounted on the above-mentioned mounting part (700), the first mounting part (920) and the second mounting part (930) can be formed so that they are arranged in the front-back direction.
[0195] For example, the first mounting portion (920) may be positioned toward the back surface (23) of the inner case (20), and the second mounting portion (930) may be positioned toward the opening or door (11) of the inner case (20).
[0196] Of course, when the ring part (910) is mounted on the mounting part (700), the first mounting part (920) and the second mounting part (930) may be arranged in the left and right directions on both sides of the inner case (20). In this case, when the plurality of clothes hanger parts (900) are provided so that they can be mounted on the moving hanger (900), the clothes hanger parts (900) have no choice but to be arranged in the front-back direction, and clothes mounted at the rear may have difficulty being taken in and out due to clothes mounted at the front.
[0197] Accordingly, the above-mentioned mounting part (700) can be provided so that when the ring part (910) is mounted, the first mounting part (920) and the second mounting part (920) are arranged in the front-back direction.
[0198] In this way, a plurality of hanger sections (900) are arranged in the width direction of the inner case (200), so that clothes placed on the plurality of hanger sections (900) can be separated or placed on the hanger sections (900) or the mounting section (700) without interfering with other clothes.
[0199] The first fixing portion (920) and the second fixing portion (930) may be provided symmetrically with the ring portion (910) as the center.
[0200] When the above moving hanger (100) is driven and the power transmission unit (400) rotates counterclockwise, the clothes hanger unit (900) can rotate the first mounting unit (920) to the left and the second mounting unit (930) to the right with respect to the ring unit (910).
[0201] At this time, the angle (I) at which the first mounting portion (920) rotates is the same as the angle (theta) at which the second mounting portion (930) rotates, and the distance at which the first mounting portion (920) moves may be the same as the distance at which the second mounting portion (930) moves.
[0202] As a result, the weight and force that moves the clothing to the left based on the above-mentioned hanger (900) are equal to the weight and force that moves the clothing to the right, so they can cancel each other out.
[0203] Likewise, when the power transmission unit (400) rotates clockwise, the weight and force moving to the left with respect to the ring unit (910) will be equal to the weight and force moving to the right, and thus will cancel each other out.
[0204] As a result, even if the power transmission unit (400) rotates, the forces applied to the clothes hanger unit (900) can be offset from each other, and as a result, the vibration force, excitation force, and inertial force generated from the clothes hanger unit (900) itself can be minimized. Accordingly, the inertial force generated from the plurality of power transmission units (400) can be minimized, and the vibration or noise generated from the entire moving hanger (100) can be minimized, and the vibration or noise generated from the entire clothing treatment device (1) can be drastically reduced.
[0205] As a result, even if the driving unit (200) is driven at maximum output, vibrations generated in the moving hanger (100) or the entire clothing treatment device (1) may not be significant. Furthermore, since each surface of the clothes placed on the clothes hanger unit (900) rotates left and right and is shaken, a large shaking force can be secured.
[0206] Figure 8 illustrates the characteristics of clothing placed on a moving hanger.
[0207] Meanwhile, the clothing (L) placed on the moving hanger (100) is placed so that only the upper part is placed on the moving hanger (100), and the two sides and the lower part are not fixed and are placed floating in the receiving space (21).
[0208] Accordingly, the clothing (L) can move relatively freely except in the area where it is placed on the moving hanger (100).
[0209] When the above clothing (L) is provided as an upper garment such as a suit, coat, or shirt, it is provided longer than the width of the hanger section (900) due to the two arm portions, so there is a high possibility that it will come into contact with the inner wall of the inner case (20) when the moving hanger (100) is driven.
[0210] In addition, when the above clothing (L) is provided as a lower garment, the width difference from the top to the bottom fixed to the moving hanger (100) is not large, so the possibility of the lower garment colliding with the inner wall of the inner case (20) is low. Therefore, the following description will be based on the case where the above clothing (L) is provided as an upper garment.
[0211] Even if the above clothing (L) is available in various types such as a coat, a half-coat, a shirt, a one-piece dress, etc., the length of the arm portion of the above clothing (L) is formed similarly.
[0212] When the above clothing (L) is placed on the hanger (900), since the mounting surface of the hanger (900) is spaced downward from the upper surface (25) of the inner case (20) by the length of the mounting portion (700) and the ring portion (910), the clothing (L) is placed in the receiving space (21) by a first distance (L1) corresponding to the distance from the upper surface (25) of the inner case (20) to the mounting surface of the hanger.
[0213] In general, when the above clothing (L) is provided with long sleeves, the button (B) installed in the arm area is not placed at the end of the sleeve in the arm portion of the clothing (L), but is installed in an area spaced upward by a third length (L3) from the end of the arm portion for decoration and function.
[0214] As a result, the long sleeve area of the clothing (L) is positioned downwards by the first length (L1) from the upper surface (25) of the inner case (20), the second length (L2) from the mounting surface to the button (B), and the third length (L3) from the button (B) to the end of the sleeve.
[0215] The above first length (L1) can be determined by the specifications of the moving hanger (100), and the above second length (L2) and third length (L3) are determined by the specifications of the clothing. At this time, when looking at various sizes of various products for adult men or women, the second length (L2) was found to be from a minimum of 683 mm to a maximum of 828 mm, and the above third length (L3) was found to be from 30 to 40 mm.
[0216] Meanwhile, the button (B) is positioned at a distance of a third length (L3) from the end of the long sleeve portion of the clothing (L), and the third length (L3) is provided to be significantly shorter than the second length (L2). Therefore, if a lower area of the area corresponding to the second length (L2) in the long sleeve portion of the clothing (L) does not come into contact with or collide with the inner surface of the inner case (20), the entire area corresponding to the third length (L3) may not come into contact with or collide with the inner surface of the inner case (20).
[0217] Accordingly, the clothing treatment device of the present invention can prevent vibration and noise by preventing the lower portion of the second length (L2) of the inner case (20) from contacting the inner wall of the inner case (20), regardless of the type of clothing, and can also prevent damage to the clothing (L) and the inner case (20).
[0218] Figure 9 illustrates the area where clothing placed on a moving hanger can come into contact with the inner surface of the inner case.
[0219] The inner case (20) above has a moving hanger (100) installed on the upper part, and the clothes hanger (900) is positioned at a first length (L1) apart from the upper surface (25).
[0220] Additionally, the button (B) is not placed at a position spaced apart from the hanger (900) by the second length (L2).
[0221] As a result, the area from the hanger portion (900) to the fourth length (L2), which is the sum of the first length (L1) and the second length (L2), corresponds to an area where a button (B) is not formed.
[0222] The above buttons (B) are concentrated in an area spaced from the upper surface (25) of the inner case (20) to the third length (L3) below the fourth length (L4).
[0223] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may be provided so that the clothing (L) is spaced apart from the inner wall of the inner case (20) in an installation area (A) that is higher than the area where the third length (L3) is arranged and lower than the area where the second length (L2) is arranged.
[0224] Accordingly, since the clothing area placed in the installation area (A) is spaced apart from the inner case (20), the clothing area placed in the third length (L3) can also be spaced apart from the inner case (20), and the button (B) formed on the clothing placed in the third length (L3) can be prevented from colliding with or coming into contact with the inner wall of the inner case (20).
[0225] The above installation area (A) may be formed closer to the upper surface (25) than the lower surface (27) of the inner case (20). For example, the fourth length (L4) may be formed to be equal to or shorter than the fifth length (L5), and even if the fourth length (L4) is formed to be longer than the fifth length (L5), since the installation area (A) is spaced shorter than the fourth length (L4) from the upper surface (25) of the inner case (20), the installation area (A) may be arranged at the center of the height of the inner case (20) or above the center.
[0226] The above installation area (A) may correspond to an area 20 to 35 mm above the button to prevent the clothing from contacting or colliding with the inner case (20).
[0227] In summary, the installation area (A) may be located in an area between 280 mm and about 200 mm or an area between about 700 mm and about 280 mm, which corresponds to an area where the second length (L2) is located in the upper surface of the inner case or the hanger portion (900) mounted on the upper surface (25) of the inner case or the hanger portion (900) mounted on the mounting portion.
[0228] As a result, the clothing treatment device of the present invention can prevent the clothing (L) from contacting, rubbing, or colliding with the inner case (20) by spacing the area facing the installation area (A) corresponding to 20 to 35 mm above the button (B) among the clothing placed on the hanger (900) away from the inner case (20).
[0229] Specifically, the installation area (A) may correspond to an area between 20 and 35 mm upward from an area spaced 683 mm downward from the upper surface (25) of the inner case (20). As a result, even if the clothing (L) is longer than 683 mm, the installation area (A) may always be positioned above the button (B). The clothing treatment device of the present invention may arrange a protrusion (1000) that protrudes inward from one surface corresponding to the installation area (A) of the inner case (20).
[0230] For example, the protrusion (1000) can be installed in an installation area (A) spaced apart from the upper surface (25) of the inner case (20) by about 200 mm to 700 mm.
[0231] The above protrusion (1000) protrudes from the inside of the inner case (20) and contacts or presses an area of the clothing (L) facing the installation area (A) to prevent the button (B) and sleeve ends formed on the clothing (L) from contacting or rubbing against the inner wall of the inner case (20).
[0232] In the case where there is no long sleeve area in the above clothing (L) or the clothing (L) is provided as a lower garment, there is no part of the clothing (L) placed on the hanger (900) that reaches the inner wall of the inner case (20), so the clothing placed on the hanger (900) can be fundamentally prevented from coming into contact with the inner wall of the inner case (20).
[0233] The left-right width (L7) of the above protrusion (1000) can be formed to be smaller than or equal to the width (L8) of one side of the inner case (20). Therefore, the protrusion (1000) can be prevented from pressing or damaging both sides of the inner case (20) during the installation process due to design tolerance and assembly tolerance.
[0234] In addition, the width (L7) of the protrusion (1000) may be formed to be longer than the width (L6) of the entire plurality of hanger parts (900) or the width (l6) of the entire plurality of mounting parts (700). For example, the width (L7) of the protrusion (1000) may be formed to be longer than the width (l6) of the moving hanger (100).
[0235] Accordingly, regardless of which of the plurality of hanger sections (900) the clothing is hung on, the sleeve ends or buttons (B) of the clothing can be prevented from contacting the inner wall of the inner case (20), and the sleeve ends or buttons (B) of all clothing hung on the plurality of hanger sections (900) can be prevented from contacting the inner wall of the inner case (20).
[0236] Furthermore, when the above-mentioned mounting part (700) rotates clockwise / counterclockwise, the sleeve end and button (B) of the clothing can be prevented from contacting the inner wall of the inner case (20) throughout the entire process of reciprocating in the width direction of the inner case (20).
[0237] The above protrusion (1000) may be installed in any area of the inner surface of the inner case (20) as long as it corresponds to the area corresponding to the installation area (A).
[0238] For example, the protrusion (1000) may be provided so as to protrude toward the receiving space (21) from at least one of the two sides (22) of the inner case (20).
[0239] However, since the clothing (L) has a high possibility that one surface facing at least one of the first mounting surface (920) and the second mounting surface (930), which are areas corresponding to the extension directions of the first mounting surface (920) and the second mounting surface (930) corresponding to both sides of the hanger part (900), may collide with or interfere with the clothing (L), it is preferable that the protrusion (1000) be arranged to protrude from one surface facing at least one of the first mounting surface (920) and the second mounting surface (930) on the inner surface of the inner case (20).
[0240] Since the first mounting surface (920) faces the back surface (23) of the inner case (20), and the second mounting surface (930) faces the door (40), and both sides of the clothes hanger (900) are arranged in the front-back direction, the protrusion (1000) can be arranged on the back surface (23) of the inner case (20).
[0241] Fig. 10 illustrates an example of a protrusion that prevents contact and friction with the inner case of clothing.
[0242] The above protrusion (1000) can be formed to extend in the width direction from the back surface (23) of the inner case (20). Accordingly, when the mounting portion (700) and the clothes hanger portion (900) are provided in multiple units and are spaced apart in the width direction inside the inner case (20), it is possible to prevent the sleeve ends or buttons (B) of multiple garments (L) from contacting or being subjected to friction or collision with the back surface (23) of the inner case (20).
[0243] The width (L7) of the above protrusion (1000) may be formed to be longer than the width (L6) of the entire hanger portion (900) or the width (l6) of the entire mounting portion (700).
[0244] The width (L7) of the above protrusion (1000) can be set longer than the rotation radius of the sleeve end or button (B) of the clothing placed on the hanger (900).
[0245] Additionally, the protrusion (1000) may be formed so that the width (L7) in the left-right direction is longer than the thickness or height in the front-back direction.
[0246] The above protrusion (1000) can be positioned at a distance of a tenth length (L10) from both sides of the inner case (20). This prevents the protrusion (1000) from damaging both sides of the inner case (20), and by allowing hot air or steam to pass through the area between the protrusion (1000) and both sides of the inner case (20), the protrusion (1000) can be prevented from obstructing the movement of the hot air and steam.
[0247] The longer the length of the protrusion (1000) protruding from the back surface (23) of the inner case (20), the more the possibility of the clothing (L) coming into contact with the back surface (23) of the inner case (20) decreases.
[0248] However, the longer the length by which the protrusion (1000) protrudes from the back surface (23) of the inner case (20), the more it may impede the movement of hot air or steam supplied from the machine room (30).
[0249] However, if the length of the protrusion (1000) protruding from the back surface (23) of the inner case (20) is small, there is a risk that the sleeve end or button of the clothing (L) may collide with the inner case (20).
[0250] Accordingly, the protrusion (1000) can protrude from the back surface (23) of the inner case (20) by a ninth length (L9). The ninth length (L9) can be set to be larger than the diameter of the button.
[0251] As a result of experimenting with the length that can interfere with the flow analysis and the button (B) striking, it was confirmed that the ninth length (L9) is preferably set to 15 to 35 mm. In addition, it was confirmed through the flow analysis that the button (B) and sleeve ends of the clothing placed on the hanger (900) are maintained spaced apart from the inner surface of the inner case (20) without restricting the movement of hot air and steam until the protrusion (1000) protrudes to 20 mm.
[0252] As a result, the protrusion (1000) may be formed to protrude 20 to 35 mm from one side of the inner case (20), the height may be provided to be 20 to 35 mm corresponding to the height of the installation area (A), and the width may be provided to be a width spaced apart on both sides by the 10th length (L10) from both sides of the inner case (20).
[0253] The above 10 lengths (L10) can be set in a range of 10 to 50 mm.
[0254] Meanwhile, since the protrusion (1000) is installed in a range corresponding to the installation area (A), the protrusion (1000) may be placed at the center of the height of the inner case (20) or may be placed closer to the upper surface (25) than the lower surface (27) of the inner case (20).
[0255] Figure 11 illustrates the effect of the protrusion.
[0256] Figure 11(a) illustrates a conventional clothing treatment device without a protrusion.
[0257] Since the inner case (20) above is not provided with a protrusion, there is no configuration for pushing the clothing (L) into the receiving space (21).
[0258] Accordingly, when clothing (L) such as a top is placed on the hanger (900), the end of the long sleeve portion or button (B) of the clothing may come into contact with the back surface of the inner case (20).
[0259] In this case, when the moving hanger (100) operates and the clothes hanger (900) moves back and forth or rotates back and forth, the sleeve ends and buttons (B) of the clothing (L) may frequently collide with or rub against the back surface of the inner case (20), and considerable noise or strong vibration may occur.
[0260] Figure 11(b) illustrates a garment treatment device of the present invention equipped with the protrusion (1000).
[0261] When the protrusion (1000) is arranged on the inner surface of the inner case (20), a portion of clothing hung on the hanger (900) that is stretched or extended toward the inner surface of the inner case (20) can be pressed toward the receiving space (21) by the protrusion (1000).
[0262] Since the above protrusion (1000) is installed inside the above installation area (A), it corresponds to a position higher than the end of the sleeve of the clothing and is positioned higher than the area where the button (B) is installed.
[0263] Accordingly, the protrusion (1000) can contact the upper area of the button (B) on the clothing (L) to push the clothing (L) from the inner surface of the inner case (20) into the receiving space (21), and the button (B) and the end of the sleeve of the clothing can always be kept apart from the inner surface of the inner case (20).
[0264] For example, if the long sleeve portion of the clothing (L) is spaced apart from the back surface (23) of the inner case (20) by a ninth length (L9), which is the protruding thickness of the protrusion (1000), the long sleeve and button (B) portions of the clothing (L) can be spaced apart from the back surface (23) of the inner case (20) by an eleventh length (L11) that is longer than the ninth length (L9).
[0265] In this state, even if the clothes hanger (900) moves back and forth or rotates back and forth, the sleeve end and button (B) of the clothing (L) can remain spaced from the back surface (23) of the inner case (20). Furthermore, since the protrusion (1000) is installed in the installation area (A), there is no possibility of it coming into contact with the button (B).
[0266] Accordingly, even if the moving hanger (100) is driven faster, the clothing (L) and the inner case (20) do not come into contact with each other, so that vibration and noise can be blocked and damage to the clothing and the inner case can be prevented.
[0267] Figure 12 illustrates a specific structural example of a protrusion.
[0268] The above protrusion (1000) may include a holder (1100) placed on the inner surface of the inner case, and a main body (1200) coupled to the holder (1100) and protruding toward the receiving space.
[0269] The above holder (1100) may be formed integrally with the inner surface of the inner case (20), or may be provided so as to be detachably attached to the inner surface of the inner case (20).
[0270] The holder (1100) may be made of a material having stronger rigidity than the inner case (20). As a result, the holder (1100) can stably support the main body (1200) and play a role in protecting the inner case (20).
[0271] The above main body (1200) may be provided so that the protrusion (1000) secures a length that protrudes from the inner surface of the inner case (20). This prevents the holder (1100) from protruding excessively, thereby weakening durability, and allows the protrusion (1000) to protrude to a sufficient length without being restricted by the configuration or material of the inner case (20).
[0272] The above main body (1200) may be made of a stronger material than the inner case (20), and may play a role in supporting or protecting electrical components when they are placed inside the protrusion (1000).
[0273] The above main body (1200) may be provided with a rear surface that can be detachably attached to the holder (1100), and the front surface may be provided with an area equal to or larger than the area of the holder (1100).
[0274] The above protrusion (1000) may include a protrusion cover (1300) that is coupled to the front of the main body (1200) and is provided so as to be in contact with the clothing.
[0275] The above protruding cover (1300) may be formed to have a larger area than the main body (1200) and the holder (1100). Accordingly, the protruding cover (1300) may be provided so that the protruding part (1000) can secure an area in which the protruding part (1000) comes into contact with the clothing (L). Accordingly, the protruding cover (1300) can prevent the main body (1200) and the holder (1100) from being provided with an excessive area, and the obstruction of the movement of hot air or steam supplied upward from the machine room (30) due to the main body (1200) and the holder (1100) can be minimized.
[0276] The above-mentioned protruding cover (1300) may be provided in the form of a plate having a thin thickness and a large surface area. The above-mentioned protruding cover (1300) may be provided as a configuration that can directly contact the clothing (L) and may be provided with a material having low friction.
[0277] Additionally, the protruding cover (1300) may be made of a material with greater elasticity or better aesthetics than the holder (1100) and the main body (1200).
[0278] Accordingly, the protrusion (1000) can secure rigidity through the holder (1100) and the main body (1200), secure a ninth length (L9) protruding into the receiving space (21) through the main body (1200), and secure a width and depth (L7) in the height direction that can be placed within the installation area (A) through the protrusion cover (1300).
[0279] The above protrusion (1000) may further include a light-emitting portion (1500) that is coupled to the main body (1200) and is provided to irradiate light into the interior of the receiving space.
[0280] The above light emitting unit (1500) may be connected and controlled by a control unit or the like placed inside the inner case.
[0281] Alternatively, the protrusion (1000) may be provided as an integral module so that the protrusion (1000) can be manufactured, transported, installed, repaired, or replaced separately from the garment treatment device.
[0282] The holder (1100) is configured to be detachably mounted on the inner wall of the inner case (20), and can be easily supplied with power. Accordingly, all components for controlling the light-emitting unit (1500) can be installed on the holder (1100).
[0283] For example, the holder (1100) may include a holder body (1100) coupled to the back surface (23) of the inner case (20), and a control panel (1120) disposed on the holder body (1100) to control the light emitting unit (1500).
[0284] The above holder body (1100) may be provided in a plate shape.
[0285] The holder (1100) may further include a support portion (1130) that protrudes from the holder body (1100) and is coupled to the main body portion (1200) or can support the main body portion (1200).
[0286] Meanwhile, since a component can be placed inside the holder (1100), the holder (1100) may further include a shielding portion (1150) protruding from the outer surface of the holder body (110).
[0287] The above shielding portion (1150) may be provided with a thickness that prevents the internal space between the holder (1100) and the main body portion (1200) from being exposed to the outside.
[0288] Meanwhile, the protrusion (1000) may further include a sealing member (1400) capable of sealing the inside of the holder (1100). The sealing member (1400) may be provided as an elastic member that can be arranged along at least one of the inner and outer surfaces of the shielding member (1150).
[0289] The holder (1100) may further include a sealing support member (1140) that is positioned to protrude along the inner circumference of the shielding member (1150) within the shielding member (1150). The sealing support member (1140) may be spaced apart from the shielding member (1150) by a thickness equal to or smaller than the thickness of the sealing member (1400), and the sealing member (1400) may be fixed by being coupled between the sealing support member (1140) and the shielding member (1150).
[0290] The above main body (1200) may include a main body (1220) provided to support the protruding cover (1300) and an installation stand (1210) that protrudes from the main body (1220) toward the holder (1100) and is detachably coupled to the holder (1100) or supports at least one of the light-emitting portion (1500) or the sealing member (1400).
[0291] The above main body (1220) may include a fixing protrusion (1240) that protrudes from the front and comes into contact with the protruding cover (1300).
[0292] The above-mentioned fixing protrusions (1240) may be provided in multiple numbers, and may be arranged spaced apart from each other along the width direction of the protruding cover (1300) in the main body (1220). As a result, the protruding cover (1300) may be arranged without being tilted in a specific direction on the front surface of the main body (1220), and the impact transmitted from the protruding cover (1300) may be cushioned.
[0293] The main body (1200) may further include a detachable portion (1230) that protrudes rearward from the main body (1220) and can be detachably coupled to the support portion (1130). Since the detachable portion (1230) is manufactured integrally with the main body (1220), an area of the front surface of the main body (1220) corresponding to the detachable portion (1230) may be provided in a sunken state, taking the mold into consideration.
[0294] The above main body (1220) can block hot air or steam from flowing into the inside of the holder (1100) by having the back surface in contact with the sealing member (1400).
[0295] The above light emitting portion (1500) may be arranged along the width direction of the protrusion (1000) so as to be able to irradiate light into the inside of the receiving space (21).
[0296] The above light emitting part (1500) can be placed between the main body cover (1300) and the inner surface of the inner case (20), and can be placed inside the circumference of the main body cover (1300) so as not to be exposed to the outside of the main body cover (1300).
[0297] Accordingly, the light irradiated to the light emitting portion (1500) is not irradiated directly toward the receiving space (21) or the opening, but is shielded by the main body cover (1300) and can be irradiated along the inner surface of the inner case (20) like an indirect light.
[0298] As a result, even if the light emitting part (1500) is placed inside the inner case (20), glare can be prevented and the ability to identify the internal state of the receiving space (21) can be strengthened.
[0299] The above light emitting part (1500) can be mounted on the installation stand (1210) in the main body part (1200).
[0300] For example, when the installation stand (1210) protrudes in the width direction on the upper and lower parts of the back surface of the main body (122), the light emitting part (1500) can be arranged along the width direction of the main body (1200) on at least one of the upper and lower parts of the main body (1200).
[0301] The above light-emitting part (1500) can easily allow the user to check whether the clothing placed on the hanger part (900) is in contact with or pressed against the protrusion part (1000).
[0302] Meanwhile, the above light emitting part (1500) may be installed in any area as long as it can be shielded by the discharge cover (1300) through the opening.
[0303] For example, the light emitting portion (1500) may be positioned on the upper and lower portions of the main body portion (1200), respectively. Alternatively, the light emitting portion (1500) may be positioned on both sides of the main body portion (1200), or may be positioned along the perimeter of the main body portion (1200).
[0304] The above light emitting unit (1500) may be installed inside the holder (1100) and may be provided to irradiate light to the outside of the holder (1100).
[0305] Alternatively, the light emitting portion (1500) may be installed on the inner surface of the inner case (20) facing the protruding cover (1300).
[0306] Fig. 13 illustrates an embodiment in which a lighting unit provided on a protrusion is controlled.
[0307] The purpose of the above light emitting unit (1500) is to allow the user to easily check the state of clothing placed in the receiving space (21) or the clothes hanger unit (900), so it can be set to emit light when the door (40) opens the receiving space (21).
[0308] The above light emitting part (1500) may be provided to irradiate light to the upper and lower sides and left and right sides or the entire circumference of the above protrusion (1000). Accordingly, the number of lights irradiating light inside the inner case (20) can be reduced or omitted.
[0309] When the door (40) closes the receiving space (21), the current supply to the light emitting unit (1500) can be blocked. Therefore, after the door (40) is closed, when the hot air or steam is supplied, safety accidents such as electric leakage or short circuit in the light emitting unit (1500) can be fundamentally prevented.
[0310] The present invention may be implemented in various modified forms, and its scope is not limited to the above-described embodiments. Therefore, if a modified embodiment includes elements of the claims of the present invention, it should be considered to fall within the scope of the present invention.
