DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0028] The embodiments are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0029] In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clearly understood, the present application is described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. In this article, relational terms such as "first" and "second" are only used to distinguish one component with the same name from another, and do not necessarily require or imply that there is any actual relationship or order between these components. It should be noted that the "limited connection" in this application includes detachable connections, such as threaded connections, snap connections, etc., and the "fixed connection" in this application includes non-detachable connections, such as welding, bonding, vulcanization fixation, riveting, insert injection molding, etc.

[0030] Figures 1-8 illustrate a control device 3, which includes a transmission assembly 33, a stator assembly 31, and a rotor assembly 32. The stator assembly 31 is located on the periphery of the rotor assembly 32. The transmission assembly 33 includes a first gear 331, and the rotor assembly 32 is in driving connection with the first gear 331. The control device 3 includes a first shaft 35, at least a portion of which is located on the periphery of the first shaft 35. The first gear 331 slidably engages with the first shaft 35, enabling the first gear 331 to rotate about the first shaft 35. The stator assembly 31 includes a plurality of windings 317, which can be energized to drive the rotor assembly 32 to rotate.

[0031] The axial direction of the stator assembly 31 is defined, and the rotor assembly 32 is capable of rotating about the rotation axis. The axial direction of the stator assembly 31 extends in the same direction as the rotation axis of the rotor assembly 32. The axial direction of the stator assembly 31 is indicated by H in FIG3 . The radial direction of the stator assembly 31 is defined, and the radial direction of the stator assembly 31 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the stator assembly 31. In this embodiment, the central axis of the stator assembly 31 is defined, and the central axis of the stator assembly 31 substantially coincides with the rotation axis of the rotor assembly 32. The central axis of the stator assembly 31 is indicated by S1 in FIG3 .

[0032] As shown in Figures 2-6, the stator assembly 31 includes an outer peripheral portion 311. Along the radial direction of the stator assembly 31, the stator assembly 31 has a first groove 312 recessed in the outer peripheral portion 311. A portion of the first shaft portion 35 is located in the first groove 312. Because a portion of the first shaft portion 35 is located in the first groove 312, the distance between the first shaft portion 35 and the central axis of the rotor assembly 32 is reduced, thereby reducing the radius of the first gear 331 and the space occupied by the first gear 331, thereby reducing the size of the control device 3. On the other hand, compared to the solution of arranging the first shaft portion 35 between the two windings 317 of the stator assembly 31, the solution of the present application can reduce the risk of the windings 317 being scratched by the first shaft portion 35 when installing the stator assembly 31, reduce the difficulty of assembly, and also leave space for the windings 317, thereby improving the slot fill rate of the stator assembly 31.

[0033] In this embodiment, the extension direction of the first shaft portion 35 is parallel to the axial direction of the stator assembly 31, and the outer peripheral portion 311 of the stator assembly 31 is cylindrical. Along the radial direction of the stator assembly 31, a portion of the first shaft portion 35 is away from the central axis of the stator assembly 31 relative to the outer peripheral portion 311, or in other words, a portion of the first shaft portion 35 is not located within the complete cylindrical surface where the outer peripheral portion 311 is located.

[0034] As shown in Figure 3, the control device 3 includes a housing 34 having a cavity 30. A first gear 331 is located in the cavity 30, and a first shaft portion 35 is fixedly connected to the housing 34. Along the axial direction of the stator assembly 31, at least a portion of the first gear 331 is located between the housing 34 and the stator assembly 31. One axial end of the first gear 331 abuts or has a clearance fit with the stator assembly 31, while the other axial end of the first gear 331 abuts or has a clearance fit with the wall forming the cavity 30. In this way, along the axial direction of the stator assembly 31, both axial ends of the first gear 331 are limited, which can limit axial movement of the first gear 331 and reduce noise. In other embodiments, the first shaft portion 35 can be integrally formed with the housing 34.

[0035] Specifically, as shown in Figures 3-5, the stator assembly 31 includes a first end surface portion 313. Along the axial direction of the stator assembly 31, at least a portion of the first end surface portion 313 is disposed opposite the first gear 331. The stator assembly 31 includes a first protrusion 314. The first protrusion 314 protrudes from the first end surface portion 313, and the top of the first protrusion 314 slides in engagement with the first gear 331. The provision of the first protrusion 314 can reduce the axial dimension of the main body of the stator assembly 31 while achieving axial limitation of the first gear 331. In addition, the first protrusion 314 with a smaller top area can reduce friction between the first gear 331 and the stator assembly 31. A first surface is defined, which is perpendicular to the axial direction of the stator assembly 31. The first protrusion 314 is located on the outer periphery of the first shaft portion 35, and the projection of the first protrusion 314 on the first surface is generally arc-shaped.

[0036] The stator assembly 31 includes a stator core 315 and a housing 316. The housing 316 is made of an insulating material, with at least a portion of the housing 316 located around the outer periphery of the stator core 315. The housing 316 protects and insulates the stator core 315. As shown in FIG11 , along the radial direction of the stator assembly 31, a portion of the first groove 312 is recessed into the outer periphery of the stator core 315. This allows the first shaft portion 35 to be closer to the rotor assembly 32, further reducing the radial dimension of the first gear 331.

[0037] As shown in Figures 3-5 , the housing 316 is made of plastic and is fixedly connected to the stator core 315 via an insert injection molding process. The first gear 331 is also made of plastic, and one end of the first gear 331 slides in engagement with the housing 316. This allows the plastic housing 316 and the first gear 331 to have a similar hardness compared to friction between the first gear 331 and the metal stator core 315, reducing the risk of scratches on the first gear 331. Furthermore, the injection molding process facilitates the formation of the first protrusion 314, which can be a portion of the housing 316.

[0038] As shown in Figures 10 and 11, the stator core 315 includes a stator yoke 3151 and a stator tooth 3152. The stator yoke 3151 surrounds the rotor assembly 32. The stator yoke 3151 includes an inner circumference 3155. Along the radial direction of the stator assembly 31, the inner circumference 3155 faces the rotor assembly 32. The inner circumference 3155 includes a first side wall 3153. Along the radial direction of the stator assembly 31, the stator tooth 3152 extends from the first side wall 3153 toward the rotor assembly 32. The first side wall 3153 is a plane and is approximately perpendicular to the extension direction of the stator tooth 3152. The stator assembly 31 includes a winding 317, which is located on the outer periphery of the stator tooth 3152. Because the first sidewall 3153 is planar and substantially perpendicular to the extension direction of the stator teeth 3152, the winding operation of the winding 317 is facilitated compared to the curved first sidewall 3153. "Substantially perpendicular" means that the angle between the two is within the range of 80° to 100°.

[0039] As shown in Figures 3 and 9, the rotor assembly 32 includes a bracket 321 and a permanent magnet 322. The permanent magnet 322 surrounds the bracket 321 along its circumference. The inner circumference of the permanent magnet 322 is a cylindrical surface. The permanent magnet 322 includes a protrusion 323 that protrudes from the inner circumference of the permanent magnet 322 in the radial direction of the rotor assembly 32. The outer circumference of the bracket 321 is arranged opposite the inner circumference of the permanent magnet 322. The bracket 321 has a second groove 324 recessed in the outer circumference of the bracket 321. At least a portion of the protrusion 323 is located in the second groove 324 and cooperates with the wall forming the second groove 324. At least a portion of the protrusion 323 is located in the second groove 324 and cooperates with the wall forming the second groove 324, which can increase the difficulty of relative rotation between the permanent magnet 322 and the bracket 321.

[0040] As shown in Figures 4-8, the stator assembly 31 includes a first mounting portion 38, and the housing 34 includes a second protrusion 341. The first mounting portion 38 includes a retaining groove 39, which extends radially along the stator assembly 31. At least a portion of the second protrusion 341 is located in the retaining groove 39 and abuts or loosely fits against the wall forming the retaining groove 39. The second protrusion 341 is fixedly connected or positionally connected to the first mounting portion 38. At least a portion of the second protrusion 341 is located in the retaining groove 39 and abuts or loosely fits against the wall forming the retaining groove 39, thereby circumferentially limiting the stator assembly 31 and reducing rotation of the stator assembly 31 relative to the housing 34, particularly during operation of the rotor assembly 32. The retaining groove 39 extends radially along the stator assembly 31, allowing the retaining groove 39 to substantially circumferentially limit the stator assembly 31, reducing the risk of over-positioning. It should be noted that "the limiting groove 39 extends radially along the stator assembly 31" means: the extension direction of the limiting groove 39 is defined as the first direction, the line connecting the first mounting portion 38 and the central axis of the stator assembly 31 is defined as the second direction, and the angle between the first direction and the second direction is less than 10°.

[0041] Specifically, as shown in Figures 6 and 8, the walls forming the limiting groove 39 include a bottom wall 391 and two oppositely disposed side walls 392. The side walls 392 are parallel or substantially parallel to the axial direction of the stator assembly 31. Along the circumference of the stator assembly 31, at least a portion of the second protrusion 341 is located between the two side walls 392. The outer periphery of the second protrusion 341 abuts or has a clearance fit with the two side walls 392. In this embodiment, the outer periphery of the second protrusion 341 is cylindrical or quasi-cylindrical. The bottom wall 391 is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the axial direction of the stator assembly 31. The second protrusion 341 extends along the axial direction of the stator assembly 31. Along the axial direction of the stator assembly 31, the bottom wall 391 is disposed opposite the top of the second protrusion 341 and abuts against the top of the second protrusion 341. This allows the stator assembly 31 to be axially limited. Therefore, both the circumferential and axial retaining structures of the stator assembly 31 are located on the first mounting portion 38, thereby reducing the space occupied by the retaining structures. "Substantially perpendicular" means the angle between the two is within the range of 80° to 100°, while "substantially parallel" means the angle between the two is within the range of 0° to 10°. "Clearance fit" in this application means the gap width between the two is less than 0.2 mm.

[0042] As shown in Figures 5 and 8, in this embodiment, the second protrusion 341 has a first mounting hole 342, which extends from the top of the second protrusion 341 along the axial direction of the stator assembly 31; the first mounting portion 38 has a first through hole 381, which extends from the bottom wall 391 along the axial direction of the stator assembly 31, and the first through hole 381 is arranged corresponding to the first mounting hole 342. The control device 3 includes a first position-limiting member 36, which includes a large-diameter portion 361 and a small-diameter portion 362. Part of the small-diameter portion 362 is located in the first mounting hole 342, and part of the small-diameter portion 362 is located in the first through-hole 381. Along the axial direction of the stator assembly 31, at least a portion of the first mounting portion 38 is located between the large-diameter portion 361 and the top of the second protrusion 341. The large-diameter portion 361 abuts the first mounting portion 38. In this way, the large-diameter portion 361 and the second protrusion 341 can axially limit the stator assembly 31, reducing axial vibration of the stator assembly 31 relative to the housing 34. The first position-limiting member 36 can be a screw.

[0043] The stator assembly 31 includes two first mounting portions 38. Along the radial direction of the stator assembly 31, one first mounting portion 38 is located on one side of the stator assembly 31, and the other first mounting portion 38 is located on the other side of the stator assembly 31. The two first mounting portions 38 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the stator assembly 31. This allows the stator assembly 31 to be positioned with as few first mounting portions 38 as possible. The symmetrical first mounting portions 38 also ensure more uniform force distribution across the stator assembly 31.

[0044] As shown in Figures 4-8 , the first mounting portion 38 is integrally formed with the housing 316, facilitating manufacturing. The first mounting portion 38 protrudes radially from the outer periphery of the stator core 315 relative to the stator assembly 31. This increases the distance between the first mounting portion 38 and the central axis of the stator assembly 31, thereby ensuring more precise circumferential positioning of the stator assembly 31.

[0045] As shown in Figures 5 and 7, the housing 34 includes at least two ribs 343, each spaced apart along the circumference of the stator assembly 31. The ribs 34 extend radially along the stator assembly 31, and along the radial direction of the stator assembly 31, one end of the rib 343, which is relatively close to the stator assembly 31, abuts or has a clearance fit with the outer peripheral portion 311 of the stator assembly 31. The ribs 343 can radially limit the stator assembly 31, thereby more accurately positioning the stator assembly 31 relative to the housing 34. Specifically, at least two ribs 343 are arranged in a centrally symmetrical manner with respect to the central axis of the stator assembly 31, so that the pair of ribs 343 can radially limit the stator assembly 31 on both sides in the same direction. By radially limiting the stator assembly 31 by the ribs 34, the concentricity of the stator assembly 31 and the rotor assembly 32 can be improved, thereby improving the efficiency of the motor.

[0046] Figures 12 to 18 show an electric valve 100, which includes a control device 3, a valve body assembly 1 and a valve core assembly 2. At least part of the valve core assembly 2 is located in the valve body assembly 1, and the control device 3 is fixedly connected or limit-connected to the valve body assembly 1. The control device 3 includes a housing 34, a transmission assembly 33, a stator assembly 31 and a rotor assembly 32. The valve core assembly 2 includes a valve shaft 21 and a valve ball 22. The valve shaft 21 is transmission-connected to the transmission assembly 33 so that the rotor assembly 32 can drive the valve ball 22 to rotate. The rotation axis of the valve shaft 21 is shown as S2 in Figure 18. The housing 34 is fixedly connected or limit-connected to the valve body assembly 1 so that the electric valve 100 can be installed as a whole. The axial direction of the valve shaft 21 is defined as the extension direction of the rotation axis of the valve shaft 21. The axial direction of the valve shaft 21 is shown as X in Figure 18. The structures of the stator assembly 31 and the rotor assembly 32 are the same as those of the stator assembly 31 and the rotor assembly 32 in the control device 3 of the previous embodiment, and are not described again here.

[0047] The shell 34 includes at least two second mounting portions 37, and the second mounting portion 37 has a second through hole 371; the valve body assembly 1 includes a first side portion 11, and along the axial direction of the valve shaft 21, at least part of the first side portion 11 is opposite to the shell 34; a portion of the valve shaft 21 protrudes from the first side portion 11, or a portion of the transmission assembly 33 extends from the first side portion 11 into the valve body assembly 1; the first side portion 11 has at least three second mounting holes 12, and each second mounting hole 12 is rotationally symmetrically distributed along the circumference of the valve shaft 21 with the valve shaft 21 as the center; at least two second through holes 371 correspond one-to-one to the two second mounting holes 12, and the number of second mounting holes 12 is greater than or equal to the number of second through holes 371. In this way, the shell 34 can have at least two rotation angles relative to the valve body assembly 1, and can better adapt to different spaces for accommodating the electric valve 100 without changing the components of the electric valve 100. In this embodiment, the shell 34 includes four second mounting portions 37, and each second through hole 371 is rotationally symmetrically distributed along the circumference of the valve shaft 21 with the valve shaft 21 as the center. The first side portion 11 has four second mounting holes 12, and the shell 34 can have four rotation angles relative to the valve body assembly 1.

[0048] The control device 3 includes a second retaining member 13, partially located in the second mounting hole 12 and partially located in the second through-hole 371. The second retaining member 13 can be a screw. The first side portion 11 is substantially perpendicular to the axial direction of the valve shaft 21. The second mounting portion 37 abuts the first side portion 11 along the axial direction of the valve shaft 21. The transmission mechanism also includes an output gear 332, a portion of which is sleeved around the outer circumference of the valve shaft 21 and is in transmission connection with the valve shaft 21.

[0049] It should be noted that the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the present application and are not intended to limit the technical solutions described in the present application. Although this specification has described the present application in detail with reference to the above embodiments, ordinary technicians in this field should understand that technicians in the relevant technical field can still modify or replace the present application with equivalents, and all technical solutions and improvements that do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present application should be included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
