Description

Shoe size measuring device and shoe size measuring method using the same

[0001] The present invention relates to a shoe size measuring device and a shoe size measuring method using the same.

[0002] Most shoe manufacturers manufacture shoes based solely on foot measurements, measured in 5mm increments, without considering foot shape. Even within these criteria, there's no standardized sizing across manufacturers. This means that even shoes of the same size from different brands can sometimes not fit. Wearing ill-fitting shoes can lead to foot deformities like hallux valgus due to the constant pressure they put on the feet. These deformities can negatively impact overall health.

[0003] Recently, in order to prevent such risks, a technology has been developed to 3D scan the shape of the user's foot to make shoes that fit the user's foot precisely, taking into account various requirements such as the user's foot size, arch, heel height and size, width of the ball of the foot, length of the toes, and height of the instep.

[0004] Conventional shoe size measuring devices have had problems in ensuring consistency and accuracy of measurements, such as using a laser measurement method that does not take into account the internal shape of the shoe, or using a physical method that produces different measurements depending on the person measuring.

[0005] The present invention provides a shoe size measuring device that calculates the average value of a plurality of measurement data obtained by repeatedly performing linear reciprocating motion of a probe part on the inside of a shoe as the inside size of the shoe, and a shoe size measuring method using the same.

[0006] One aspect of the present invention provides a shoe size measuring device including a base portion on which a shoe can be placed, a measuring portion installed on the base portion and having a probe portion movable on the inside of the shoe, and a control portion controlling the operation of the measuring portion and calculating final data regarding the inside size of the shoe based on measurement data obtained from the measuring portion, wherein the measuring portion obtains the measurement data by measuring a change in position of the probe portion.

[0007] In addition, the probe unit can perform linear reciprocating motion in the first direction, and the measurement unit can further include a driving unit that provides driving force to the probe unit and a sensor unit that obtains the measurement data and transmits it to the control unit.

[0008] In addition, the sensor unit may include a connecting member that is fixed at one end to the probe unit and can be drawn out according to the linear reciprocating movement of the probe unit, and a main sensor that measures the amount of change in the position of the probe unit based on the length by which the connecting member is drawn out.

[0009] Additionally, the main sensor can measure the extension length of the connecting member by detecting when the probe part comes into contact with the inner surface of the shoe.

[0010] In addition, the control unit can calculate an average value of multiple measurement data obtained by repeatedly performing linear reciprocating motion of the probe unit and output the result as final data.

[0011] Additionally, the control unit can control at least one of the number of times and the cycle of the linear reciprocating motion of the probe unit.

[0012] Additionally, the driving unit may include a pneumatic cylinder connected to the probe unit and causing the probe unit to move linearly back and forth.

[0013] In addition, the measuring unit may further include a height adjustment unit that can move the probe unit in a second direction forming a predetermined angle with the first direction.

[0014] Another aspect of the present invention provides a shoe size measuring method, comprising the steps of inserting a probe portion into the inside of a shoe placed on a base portion, measuring a positional change amount of the probe portion to obtain measurement data, and calculating final data regarding the inner size of the shoe based on the measurement data, wherein the step of obtaining the measurement data measures the positional change amount based on a length by which a connecting member fixed to the probe portion is pulled out.

[0015] In addition, the step of acquiring the measurement data can measure the pull-out length of the connecting member by detecting when one side of the probe part comes into contact with the inner surface of the shoe.

[0016] The shoe size measuring device according to the present invention can increase the accuracy and consistency of size measurement by calculating the inner shoe size from the average value of multiple measurement data obtained by repeatedly performing linear reciprocating motion of the probe part.

[0017] The shoe size measuring device according to the present invention can measure the actual shoe size when the foot is actually in the shoe by applying appropriate pressure to the inside of the shoe by driving the probe part using air pressure.

[0018] The shoe size measuring device according to the present invention can precisely measure the sizes of various types of shoes by rotating or replacing the probe head according to the size or design of the shoe.

[0028] In the examples below, singular expressions include plural expressions unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

[0029] In the examples below, terms such as “include” or “have” mean that a feature or component described in the specification is present, and do not preclude the possibility that one or more other features or components may be added.

[0030] In some embodiments, where implementations are otherwise feasible, specific process sequences may be performed in a different order than described. For example, two processes described in succession may be performed substantially simultaneously, or in a reverse order from the described order.

[0031] For convenience of explanation, the sizes of components in the drawings may be exaggerated or reduced. For example, the sizes and thicknesses of each component shown in the drawings are arbitrarily indicated for convenience of explanation, and thus the following embodiments are not necessarily limited to those shown.

[0032] Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a shoe size measuring device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line Ⅰ-Ⅰ' of Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 is a plan view illustrating a modified example of the shoe size measuring device (1) of Fig. 1. In addition, Figs. 4 and 5 are drawings showing a partial configuration of the shoe size measuring device (1) of Fig. 1.

[0033] In the drawing, the 'X-axis' of the three-axis orthogonal coordinate system may mean the length direction to be measured, the 'Y-axis' may mean the direction orthogonal to the length direction, and the 'Z-axis' may mean the height direction of the shoe size measuring device (1). In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, the 'first direction' may mean the X-axis direction, and the 'second direction' may mean the Z-axis direction.

[0034] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a shoe size measuring device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a base portion (100), a measuring portion (200), and a control portion (300).

[0035] The base portion (100) may be provided with a shoe (SH) to be measured. In one embodiment, the base portion (100) may have a flat surface, and the shoe (SH) may be provided on top of the flat surface.

[0036] The base portion (100) may include a fixed guide (110). The fixed guide (110) may support the outer side of the shoe (SH) so that the position of the shoe (SH) placed on the base portion (100) is fixed.

[0037] In one embodiment, one or more fixed guides (110) may be arranged on the base portion (100). For example, as shown in FIG. 1, one fixed guide (110) may be arranged on the front of the shoe (SH) to limit the movement of the shoe (SH) in the X-axis direction. Additionally, a pair of fixed guides (110) may be arranged on both sides of the shoe (SH) to limit the movement of the shoe (SH) in the Y-axis direction.

[0038] In one embodiment, the fixing guide (110) may be assembled into a fixing groove formed in the base portion (100) and placed on the base portion (100). That is, the user can stably fix the shoe (SH) by assembling the fixing guide (110) into the fixing groove, taking into consideration the size of the shoe (SH) to be measured, etc.

[0039] The measuring unit (200) may include a probe unit (210), a driving unit (220), and a sensor unit (230). The measuring unit (200) may obtain measurement data on the inner size of the shoe (SH) and transmit the data to the control unit (300).

[0040] The measuring unit (200) can be installed on the base unit (100). In one embodiment, the measuring unit (200) can be installed on the flat surface of the base unit (100) to measure the size of a shoe (SH) placed on the upper portion of the flat surface.

[0041] The probe unit (210) can be inserted and moved inside the shoe (SH). Specifically, the probe unit (210) can linearly reciprocate in a first direction inside the shoe (SH), and at this time, the amount of change in the position of the probe unit (210) can be used by the control unit (300) to produce final data regarding the inner size of the shoe (SH).

[0042] The probe unit (210) may include a probe head (211) and a probe housing (212).

[0043] The probe head (211) can be brought into contact with the inner surface of the shoe (SH). When the probe portion (210) moves forward in the first direction, the probe head (211) can be brought into contact with the inner surface of the shoe (SH), and at this time, the amount of change in the position of the probe portion (210) can be used as measurement data in the main sensor (233).

[0044] Referring to FIG. 3, the probe head (211) can rotate around the coupling axis with the probe housing (212). When the end of the probe head (211) contacts the inner surface of the shoe (SH), the probe head (211) rotates and comes into complete contact with the inner surface of the shoe (SH), thereby improving the accuracy of the measurement data.

[0045] The shape of the probe head (211) can be selected in various ways depending on the type of shoe (SH) to be measured. Through this, the probe head (211) can secure a maximum movement distance on the inner surface of the shoe (SH).

[0046] In one embodiment, the aspect ratio of the probe head (211) can be set in various ways. For example, when the measurement target is a shoe (SH) with a pointed toe box, such as a women's shoe, the accuracy of the measurement data can be increased by selecting a probe head (211) with a large aspect ratio.

[0047] In one embodiment, the end of the probe head (211) may be set to various shapes. For example, the end of the probe head (211) may be formed to be pointed, as in FIG. 3. Alternatively, the end of the probe head (211) may be formed to be a gently curved surface.

[0048] The probe head (211) can be coupled to the probe housing (212). Specifically, the probe head (211) can be replaced and coupled to the probe housing (212) as the shoe (SH) to be measured changes.

[0049] The probe housing (212) can connect the probe head (211) and the driving unit (220).

[0050] In one embodiment, the probe housing (212) can be coupled to both sides of the probe head (211) as shown in Fig. 1. At this time, the probe head (211) can be assembled to be rotatable around the coupling axis (C).

[0051] The driving unit (220) can provide driving force to the probe unit (210). The driving unit (220) can transmit the driving force required for the probe unit (210) to perform linear reciprocating movement in the first direction.

[0052] The driving unit (220) according to one embodiment of the present invention can receive driving force from an external device and provide it to the probe unit (210). Referring to FIGS. 1 and 4, the driving unit (220) includes a pneumatic cylinder and can receive air from the air supply unit (10) and provide driving force to the probe unit (210).

[0053] Specifically, the driving unit (220) may include a main cylinder (221) and a guide cylinder (222).

[0054] The main cylinder (221) can be connected to the probe housing (212) on one side and to the air supply unit (10) on the other side. The main cylinder (221) can receive air from the air supply unit (10) and drive the probe unit (210) by pressure.

[0055] In one embodiment, the main cylinder (221) may include a cylinder tube (2211) and a piston (2212).

[0056] The cylinder tube (2211) can be connected to the air supply unit (10). The cylinder tube (2211) can receive air from the air supply unit (10) or discharge air to the air supply unit (10). The direction of movement of the piston (2212) can be determined according to the change in pressure inside the cylinder tube (2211).

[0057] The piston (2212) can linearly reciprocate in the first direction according to the internal pressure of the cylinder tube (2211). As air is injected or discharged into the cylinder tube (2211), the internal pressure changes, and the piston (2212) can move forward or backward in the first direction.

[0058] The guide cylinder (222) is connected to the probe housing (212) and can move the probe portion (210) linearly and reciprocally in the first direction. The detailed configuration and operating principle of the guide cylinder (222) will be described with reference to the description of the main cylinder (221).

[0059] In one embodiment, a pair of guide cylinders (222) may be arranged on both sides of the main cylinder (221). At this time, the pair of guide cylinders (222) drive together with the main cylinder (221) and guide the driving direction of the main cylinder (221), so that the probe unit (210) can stably linearly reciprocate in the first direction.

[0060] In another embodiment, the driving unit (220) includes a hydraulic cylinder and can drive the probe unit (210) by pressure by receiving hydraulic oil from the outside.

[0061] In another embodiment, the driving unit (220) may directly generate driving force and provide it to the probe unit (210). For example, the driving unit (220) may include a motor having a rotational shaft, and the probe unit (210) may move linearly and reciprocally by the rotation of the motor. Meanwhile, the specific configuration and driving force transmission method of the driving unit (220) are not limited thereto, and various modifications may be implemented.

[0062] The sensor unit (230) can obtain measurement data based on the linear reciprocating motion of the probe unit (210) and transmit the data to the control unit (300).

[0063] Referring to FIG. 2, the sensor unit (230) may include a connecting member (231), a withdrawal guide (232), and a main sensor (233).

[0064] The connecting member (231) has one end connected to the probe part (210) and the other end connected to the main sensor (233), and can be pulled out in the first direction according to the linear reciprocating movement of the probe part (210). Therefore, the amount of change in the position of the probe part (210) can substantially correspond to the pull-out length of the connecting member (231).

[0065] Specifically, the connecting member (231) may be arranged in a state in which a portion thereof is wrapped around the main sensor (233). For example, the connecting member (231) may be arranged in a state in which at least a portion thereof is wrapped around the main sensor (233), such that as the probe unit (210) moves forward in the first direction, the connecting member (231) may be pulled out of the main sensor (233), and as the probe unit (210) moves backward in the first direction, the connecting member (231) may be wrapped around the main sensor (233) again. Through this, the sensor unit (230) may obtain the amount of change in the position of the probe unit (210) from the length of the pulling out of the connecting member (231).

[0066] The connecting member (231) may be a variety of members that are each fixed to different objects and connected to each other. For example, the connecting member (231) may be a wire that is fixed in a knot-like manner. Alternatively, the connecting member (231) may be a belt having a fastening portion.

[0067] In one embodiment, the connecting member (231) may be positioned so that a portion of it is wound around the withdrawal guide (232). As the probe section (210) linearly reciprocates, the connecting member (231) may be repeatedly wound around the withdrawal guide (232) and then released, and may be pulled out in the first direction while maintaining tension.

[0068] The withdrawal guide (232) is positioned between the main sensor (233) and the probe portion (210) to align the withdrawal direction of the connecting member (231). In addition, the tension of the connecting member (231) is maintained by the withdrawal guide (232), so that the withdrawal length of the connecting member (231) can substantially correspond to the amount of change in the position of the probe portion (210).

[0069] In one embodiment, the withdrawal guide (232) may be a variety of rotatable members, such as a pulley. The rotational direction of the withdrawal guide (232) may be determined according to the movement direction of the probe portion (210).

[0070] The main sensor (233) can measure the amount of change in the position of the probe part (210). Specifically, the main sensor (233) can measure the length of the connection member (231) when the probe head (211) contacts the inner surface of the shoe (SH), thereby obtaining measurement data on the amount of change in the position of the probe part (210).

[0071] In one embodiment, the main sensor (233) may be an encoder that detects the length of the connection member (231) being pulled out. Since the connection member (231) is arranged in a state of being wound around the main sensor (233), the main sensor (233) can detect the length of the connection member (231) being pulled out as the probe portion (210) advances in the first direction.

[0072] In another embodiment, the main sensor (233) may be a sensor that detects the number of rotations of the withdrawal guide (232) and measures the withdrawal length of the connecting member (231).

[0073] The main sensor (233) can determine whether the probe head (211) is in contact with the inner surface of the shoe (SH).

[0074] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the main sensor (233) can determine the point at which the probe head (211) stops for the longest time while moving forward and backward in a preset cycle as the inner front of the shoe (SH).

[0075] In another embodiment, the main sensor (233) can measure the pressure applied to the probe head (211) to determine the point of contact. When the probe head (211) moves forward in the first direction, if a pressure greater than a preset pressure value is applied to the probe head (211), the main sensor can determine that the point where the probe head (211) is located at that point is the inner front surface of the shoe (SH).

[0076] Meanwhile, the method by which the main sensor (233) determines whether the probe head (211) is in contact with the inner surface of the shoe (SH) is not limited to this, and may be modified in various ways in consideration of the characteristics of the shoe (SH).

[0077] Referring to FIG. 4, the sensor unit (230) may further include an auxiliary sensor (234). The auxiliary sensor (234) may determine whether the probe unit (210) is positioned at the initial point.

[0078] In one embodiment, the auxiliary sensor (234) may be placed on the upper portion of the main cylinder (221). At this time, the auxiliary sensor (234) can determine the position of the probe unit (210) by detecting whether the piston (2212) of the main cylinder (221) has returned to its initial position.

[0079] In another embodiment, the auxiliary sensor (234) may be placed at various locations corresponding to the initial point of the probe unit (210). In this case, the auxiliary sensor (234) may directly detect whether the probe unit (210) has returned to the initial point of the probe unit (210).

[0080] The measuring unit (200) may further include a height adjustment unit (240). The height adjustment unit (240) moves the probe unit (210) in the second direction so that it can be inserted into the shoe (SH) or taken out of the shoe (SH).

[0081] In addition, the height adjustment unit (240) can move the probe unit (210) in the second direction inside the shoe (SH), and through this, the shoe size measuring device (1) can measure the size according to the inner depth of the shoe (SH).

[0082] Referring to FIG. 5, the height adjustment unit (240) may include a fixed plate (241), a movable plate (242), and an adjustment knob (243).

[0083] A fixed plate (241) can be placed on the base portion (100). The fixed plate (241) is fixed to the base portion (100) and can determine whether or not a movable plate (242) assembled to the fixed plate (241) can move and the direction of movement.

[0084] For example, the fixed plate (241) can be formed to extend in the second direction from the base portion (100), thereby guiding the moving plate (242) to move stably in the second direction.

[0085] The movable plate (242) can be assembled to the fixed plate (241) so as to be movable in the second direction. The movement of the movable plate (242) can be determined by the coupling force with the adjustment knob (243) installed on the fixed plate (241).

[0086] In one embodiment, the moving plate (242) may have a guide groove (2421). As the adjustment knob (243) installed on the fixed plate (241) moves relative to the guide groove (2421), the moving plate (242) may move in the second direction.

[0087] The moving plate (242) can be connected to either the probe unit (210) or the driving unit (220). Therefore, the probe unit (210) can move in the second direction along with the movement of the moving plate (242).

[0088] The control knob (243) can determine whether the moving plate (242) can move.

[0089] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the adjustment knob (243) can be coupled to the fixed plate (241) in a screw form. Specifically, the adjustment knob (243) can be coupled to the fixed plate (241) so as to be rotatable by penetrating the guide groove (2421) of the movable plate (242).

[0090] The adjustment knob (243) can adjust the bonding force according to the direction of rotation, and the user can fix or move the moving plate (242) by loosening or tightening the adjustment knob (243).

[0091] In another embodiment, the adjustment knob (243) may be coupled to the fixed plate (241) in a pin-like manner. Specifically, the adjustment knob (243) may be coupled to the fixed plate (241) by penetrating the guide groove (2421) of the movable plate (242), thereby fixing the position of the movable plate (242).

[0092] The user can move the moving plate (242) to the height to be measured and then fix the position of the moving plate (242) by inserting the pin-shaped adjustment knob (243) into the fixed plate (241).

[0093] Meanwhile, the configuration and driving method of the control knob (243) are not limited to this, and can be implemented in various modified examples that enable relative movement of the moving plate (242) and the fixed plate (241).

[0094] The control unit (300) is connected to the measurement unit (200) by wire or wirelessly, and can control the operation of the measurement unit (200).

[0095] In one embodiment, the control unit (300) can control the number of times the linear reciprocating motion of the probe unit (210) is performed. Alternatively, the control unit (300) can control the cycle of the linear reciprocating motion of the probe unit (210). Accordingly, the reliability of the final data can be improved.

[0096] The control unit (300) can produce final data regarding the inner size of the shoe (SH) based on the measurement data obtained from the measurement unit (200).

[0097] Specifically, the control unit (300) can receive multiple pieces of measurement data obtained by repeatedly performing linear reciprocating motion of the probe unit (210) from the sensor unit (230). The control unit (300) can calculate an average value of the multiple pieces of measurement data received and output the calculated average value as final data regarding the inner size of the shoe (SH).

[0098] In one embodiment, when the main sensor (233) acquires the withdrawal length of the connecting member (231) as measurement data, the control unit can calculate an average value of multiple measurement data and then add it to the length of the initial probe unit (210) and the driving unit (220) to output final data regarding the inner size of the shoe (SH).

[0099] In another embodiment, when the main sensor (233) acquires measurement data by adding the length of the connection member (231) and the length of the initial probe part (210) and the driving part (220), the control part (300) can calculate an average value of multiple measurement data and immediately output it as final data regarding the inner size of the shoe (SH).

[0100] A shoe size measuring device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a display unit (not shown).

[0101] The display unit can receive final data from the control unit (300) and display it externally. For example, the display unit can display the inner size of the shoe (SH) on a display screen.

[0102] In one embodiment, the display unit may receive multiple measurement data from the main sensor (233) and display them together with the final data. Alternatively, the display unit may receive information about the position of the probe unit (210) from the auxiliary sensor (234) and display it together with the final data.

[0103] FIGS. 6 to 8 are state diagrams illustrating the operation of the shoe size measuring device (1) of FIG. 1, and FIG. 9 is a flowchart illustrating a shoe (SH) size measuring method according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0104] Referring to FIG. 6, a part of the measuring part (200) can be inserted into the inside of the shoe (SH) placed on the base part (100).

[0105] A user can place a shoe (SH) to be measured on the base (100). For example, the user can place the shoe (SH) on the flat upper surface of the base (100) and then insert a portion of the measurement unit (200) into the shoe (SH).

[0106] The user can lower the moving plate (242) in the second direction to insert the probe part (210) and the driving part (220) into the inside of the shoe (SH). Thereafter, the user can fix the position of the moving plate (242) by rotating and tightening the adjustment knob (243) in one direction. At this time, the probe part (210) and the driving part (220) can be positioned at a first height (H1) with respect to the base part (100).

[0107] The user can adjust the position of the fixed guide (110) to fix the position of the shoe (SH) so that the rear end of the driving unit (220) is in full contact with the inner rear surface of the shoe (SH). At this time, the connecting member (231) can connect the probe unit (210) and the main sensor (233) while being wrapped around the withdrawal guide (232).

[0108] The end of the probe head (211) is initially positioned at the first point (P1), and the length (L0) from the inner rear surface of the shoe (SH) to the first point (P1) may correspond to the initial lengths of the probe unit (210) and the driving unit (220). The length (L0) to the first point (P1) may be used to produce final data regarding the inner size of the shoe (SH) together with the measurement data.

[0109] Referring to FIG. 7, the driving unit (220) can receive air from the air supply unit (10) and move the probe unit (210) forward in the first direction.

[0110] When air is supplied to the inside of the main cylinder (221), the probe unit (210) can move forward together with the piston (2212) in the first direction due to the pressure. In addition, as the probe unit (210) moves forward, the connecting member (231) arranged in a state where one end is connected to the probe unit (210) and the other end is wrapped around the main sensor (233) can be pulled out to the outside of the main sensor (233).

[0111] Conversely, when air inside the main cylinder (221) is discharged to the outside, the pressure inside the main cylinder (221) decreases, and as the piston (2212) moves backward in the first direction, the probe unit (210) can move backward together. At this time, as the probe unit (210) moves backward, the connecting member (231) connected to the probe unit (210) can be wrapped around the main sensor (233) again.

[0112] In this way, the driving unit (220) can move the probe unit (210) forward or backward in the first direction according to the pressure change inside the main cylinder (221). However, the driving force transmission method of the driving unit (220) is not limited to this, and can be modified in various ways using a hydraulic cylinder, a motor, etc. as described above.

[0113] When the probe part (210) moves forward in the first direction and comes into full contact with the inner front surface of the shoe (SH), the main sensor (233) can measure the pull-out length (L2) of the connecting member (231) to obtain measurement data. Since the connecting member (231) is pulled out while maintaining tension by the pull-out guide (232), the pull-out length (L2) of the connecting member (231) can substantially correspond to the positional change amount (L1) of the probe part (210).

[0114] The main sensor (233) can detect whether the probe head (211) is in full contact with the inner front surface of the shoe (SH). The main sensor (233) can determine the point at which the probe head (211) stops for the longest time while moving forward and backward in a preset cycle as the inner front surface of the shoe (SH).

[0115] The control unit (300) can control the probe unit (210) to repeat a linear reciprocating motion. As the linear reciprocating motion of the probe unit (210) is repeated, the sensor unit (230) can obtain multiple pieces of measurement data. The control unit (300) can calculate an average value of the multiple pieces of measurement data and output the average value as final data regarding the inner size of the shoe (SH).

[0116] In one embodiment, when the main sensor (233) acquires the withdrawal length (L2) of the connecting member (231) as measurement data, the control unit (300) can calculate an average value of multiple measurement data and then add it to the length (L0) to the first point (P1) to output the final data regarding the inner size of the shoe (SH).

[0117] In another embodiment, when the main sensor (233) acquires the length obtained by adding the length (L2) of the connection member (231) and the length (L0) to the first point (P1) as measurement data, the control unit (300) can calculate the average value of multiple measurement data and immediately output it as final data regarding the inner size of the shoe (SH).

[0118] The control unit (300) can control at least one of the number of repetitions and the cycle of the linear reciprocating motion of the probe unit (210). The control unit (300) can control the number of repetitions and the cycle to ensure speed and accuracy of final data production.

[0119] The auxiliary sensor (234) can determine whether the probe unit (210) returns to the first point (P1) during the process of repeating forward and backward movement. This can increase the reliability of the measurement data.

[0120] The display unit (not shown) can receive and display final data from the control unit (300). The user can visually check the inner size of the shoe (SH) through the display unit. In addition, the display unit can additionally display various data that can be acquired during the measurement process, such as multiple measurement data and whether the probe unit (210) has returned to its initial position. Through this, the user can immediately check for errors occurring during the measurement process.

[0121] Referring to Fig. 8, the user can raise and lower the probe unit (210) to measure the size according to the inner depth of the shoe (SH).

[0122] The user can release the fixation of the movable plate (242) by rotating the adjustment knob (243) in the opposite direction to the above-mentioned one direction. Thereafter, the user can raise or lower the movable plate (242) in the second direction and then rotate the adjustment knob (243) in the above-mentioned one direction again to fix the position of the movable plate (242).

[0123] As the moving plate (242) is raised or lowered, the probe unit (210) can also be raised or lowered to be positioned at a height to be measured. Fig. 8 illustrates a state in which the probe unit (210) is raised or lowered to be positioned at a second height (H2) from the base unit (100).

[0124] Thereafter, the measuring unit (200) and the control unit (300) can obtain final data (L3) regarding the inner size of the shoe (SH) at the second height from the measurement data obtained by repeatedly performing the linear reciprocating motion of the probe unit (210) as described above.

[0125] Additionally, as described above, the user can obtain final data on the actual inner size of the shoe (SH) by replacing the probe head (211) and repeating the measurement process in consideration of the characteristics of the shoe (SH).

[0126] Referring to FIG. 9, a shoe size measuring method according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a step (S10) of inserting a probe part (210) into the inside of a shoe (SH), a step (S20) of measuring a change in position of the probe part (210) to obtain measurement data, and a step (S30) of calculating final data regarding the inner size of the shoe (SH) based on the measurement data.

[0127] In the step (S10) of inserting the probe part (210) into the inside of the shoe (SH), the user can insert the probe part (210) into the inside of the shoe (SH) by lowering the probe part (210) in the second direction using the height adjustment part (240).

[0128] The user can move the moving plate (242) relative to the fixed plate (241) by adjusting the adjustment knob (243). At this time, the probe unit (210) and the driving unit (220) connected to the moving plate (242) can be lowered together in the second direction and inserted into the inside of the shoe (SH).

[0129] Additionally, the user can adjust the position of the fixed guide (110) to fix the position of the shoe (SH) so that the rear end of the driving part (220) is in full contact with the inner rear surface of the shoe (SH).

[0130] In the step (S20) of obtaining measurement data by measuring the amount of change in the position of the probe unit (210), the probe unit (210) can repeat a linear reciprocating motion by the driving unit (220), and the sensor unit (230) can obtain measurement data based on this.

[0131] The driving unit (220) can provide driving force so that the probe unit (210) can move forward or backward in the first direction according to pressure changes by supplying air from the air supply unit (10) or discharging air to the air supply unit (10).

[0132] The main sensor (233) can obtain measurement data on the amount of change in the position of the probe unit (210) by measuring the length of the connection member (231) when the probe unit (210) contacts the inner surface of the shoe (SH) during the linear reciprocating motion.

[0133] The control unit (300) can control the operation of the measurement unit (200) so that the probe unit (210) can repeat a linear reciprocating motion. Through this, the main sensor (233) can obtain multiple measurement data.

[0134] In the step (S30) of calculating final data on the inner size of the shoe (SH) based on the measurement data, the control unit (300) can calculate an average value of multiple pieces of measurement data received from the sensor unit (230) and calculate the final data on the inner size of the shoe (SH).

[0135] The control unit (300) can receive multiple measurement data acquired by the main sensor (233) as the probe unit (210) repeats linear reciprocating motion and produce final data. In addition, the display unit (not shown) can output the final data produced by the control unit (300) to the outside.

[0136] The shoe size measuring device (1) according to the present invention and the shoe size measuring method using the same can ensure the reliability of the final data by calculating the inner size of the shoe (SH) from the average value of multiple measurement data obtained by repeatedly performing linear reciprocating motion of the probe part (210).

[0137] In addition, the probe head (211) can be rotated or replaced depending on the type of shoe (SH), and the size can be calculated according to the inner depth of the shoe (SH) by including a height adjustment unit (240). Through this, practical and precise final data on the inner size of the shoe (SH) can be obtained.
