Abstract
Description
Lifting thread, method for manufacturing the lifting thread, and lifting thread inserter
[0001] The present invention relates to a lifting thread, a method for manufacturing the lifting thread, and a lifting thread inserter, and more particularly, to a lifting thread, a method for manufacturing the lifting thread, and a lifting thread inserter, which can maximize the lifting effect by twisting a medical thread to generate torsional stress and winding (coiling) it around the outer surface (perimeter) of a needle to manufacture a coil spring-shaped lifting thread, thereby causing a first elastic force according to the torsional stress of the medical thread and a second elastic force, which is a greater stress generated by combining the tensile stress or compressive stress of the lifting thread, to act so that even after a long period of time after a skin lifting procedure, the skin that has undergone the procedure does not sag and the elasticity of the skin is maintained.
[0002] With the recent improvement in living standards, modern people are increasingly focusing on maintaining healthy skin in addition to maintaining a healthy body. Consequently, interest in improving skin beauty and preventing aging is on the rise.
[0003] Skin aging is manifested by dry skin, slow skin regeneration, and accumulation of aging dead skin cells. In addition, the amount of collagen that supports the skin's epidermis decreases and elastin degenerates, causing wrinkles to appear.
[0004] Skin wrinkles are determined by collagen fibers in the dermis. Collagen molecules are produced by fibroblasts, secreted into the dermis, and then auto-assemble into collagen fibers. These collagen fibers are involved in the mechanical strength of the skin, tissue cohesion, cell adhesion, and cell differentiation.
[0005] Collagen production decreases or deformation continues to accumulate due to endogenous and exogenous factors, which causes wrinkles.
[0006] Collagen, which is related to skin wrinkles, gradually decreases due to photoaging and intrinsic aging, causing the skin to thin, which becomes the main cause of wrinkle formation.
[0007] Traditionally, there are various methods to remove wrinkles on the skin of the face, lower jaw, and neck, such as facelift, implantation of fillers, botox injections, and laser skin regeneration. However, recently, a method of embedding lifting threads, which are threads combined with needles (injection needles), is gaining attention as a method for lifting and wrinkle improvement because it is much simpler than surgery and causes little disruption to daily life.
[0008] The lifting threads used in skin lifting procedures are made of absorbable or non-absorbable threads made of materials such as silicone, polypropylene, and polydioxanone with a diameter of 0.2 to 0.8 mm. They lift up both the aged skin on the outside and the aged soft tissue (SMAS) underneath the skin to remove wrinkles and restore firmness.
[0009] Non-surgical wrinkle removal is widely used because it minimizes scarring, which is the biggest disadvantage of scalpel surgery, by using a needle under simple local anesthesia, and not only does it reduce irritation or damage to the treated area, but it also reduces bleeding and swelling caused by the procedure, and it provides natural tension after the procedure, making the skin elastic and younger-looking.
[0010] Conventional lifting threads have scale-like thorns on their surface that pull and fix sagging skin tissue to improve wrinkles or lift the skin. However, they have disadvantages such as severe pain after the procedure, difficulty opening the mouth, and dimples or uneven marks left on the skin surface.
[0011] To solve this problem, a technology for skin lifting treatment is disclosed in the prior art European Registration Publication EP1726317 (Registration No. 04775207.6 Surgical thread and Cosmetic Surgery method).
[0012] Figure 1 is a conceptual diagram for explaining a conventional lifting room and lifting method disclosed in prior literature.
[0013] Referring to Fig. 1, a conventional lifting thread (9) is manufactured by heat-treating a thread wound in a spiral shape (coil spring shape) to have elasticity, and during a lifting procedure, the lifting thread is embedded in a skin layer (skin tissue) (11) using a needle, and then tensioned or compressed to a predetermined length to have a lifting and wrinkle improvement effect on the skin layer by the elasticity (elastic restoring force) of the lifting thread (9).
[0014] However, lifting threads usually go through a heat treatment process to increase their elasticity. Conventionally, in order to maintain sufficient elasticity, the lifting threads are heat treated at a high temperature (a temperature exceeding 75% of the melting temperature, for example, over 85℃ in the case of polydioxanone polymers). However, when the heat treatment temperature of the lifting thread is maintained at a high temperature, the elasticity of the lifting thread is improved, but after the skin lifting procedure, the lifting thread embedded inside the skin layer takes too short a time for hydrolysis, so there is a problem that it is easily hydrolyzed.
[0015] In addition, in conventional skin lifting methods, it is complicated to insert a plastic surgery thread into the skin layer in an extended state (stretched state) during the skin lifting procedure, and in order to increase the elasticity of the thread to enhance the lifting effect, a thread with a relatively thick outer diameter must be used, and in addition, there are disadvantages such as the tensile stress easily disappears depending on the time and degree of stretching when simply coiled and heat treated, and it is difficult to properly control the elasticity of the lifting thread.
[0016] The present invention has been invented to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the first object of the present invention is to provide a lifting thread, a method for manufacturing the lifting thread, and a lifting thread inserter, which can maximize the lifting effect by twisting a medical thread and then winding (coiling) it around the outer surface (perimeter) of a needle to manufacture a lifting thread in the form of a coil spring, so that when the lifting thread is tensioned or compressed during a skin lifting procedure, the first elastic force according to the twisting stress of the medical thread and the tensile or compressive stress of the lifting thread are combined to act as a second elastic force that is greater, so that even after a long time after the skin lifting procedure, a considerable portion of the elasticity of the thread remains, so that the skin that has been treated does not sag at all and the elasticity of the skin is maintained as it is.
[0017]
[0018] In addition, the second object of the present invention is to provide a lifting thread, a method for manufacturing the lifting thread, and a lifting thread inserter that enable a skin lifting procedure to be performed very easily and quickly, by having a withdrawal portion formed to extend to the rear end of the lifting thread, so that when the lifting thread is embedded inside the skin layer, the withdrawal portion is exposed to the outside of the skin layer to a predetermined length, so that the lifting thread can be easily pulled and tensioned by pulling the withdrawal portion.
[0019]
[0020] In addition, the third object of the present invention is to provide a lifting thread, a method for manufacturing the lifting thread, and a lifting thread inserter configured such that when the needle is pulled while the lifting thread is embedded in the surgical location inside the skin layer and the leading end of the lifting thread is fixed inside the skin layer, the rear end of the lifting thread is pulled together with the needle by the non-slip joining portion, thereby stably tensioning the lifting thread.
[0021]
[0022] In addition, the fourth object of the present invention is to provide a lifting thread, a method for manufacturing the lifting thread, and a lifting thread inserter, wherein a pair of anchors are provided at both ends of the lifting thread, the central portion of the anchor at the tip of the lifting thread is blocked to prevent the needle from passing through, so that when the needle is pushed into the skin layer, the needle pushes the tip of the lifting thread into the skin layer, the anchor at the rear end of the lifting thread is caught at the beginning of the skin layer and fixed in position, so that when the needle is pushed into the skin layer, the lifting thread is tensioned and an elastic restoring force is generated, and when the needle is pulled out, the anchor at the tip of the lifting thread is fixed at the insertion position within the skin layer, and the anchor at the rear end of the lifting thread is caught at the beginning of the skin layer so that the tensioned state of the lifting thread can be maintained.
[0023] In order to achieve the above-described purpose, a lifting thread according to an example of the present invention is a lifting thread having a coil spring structure in which a twisted thread formed by twisting a single or multiple medical threads around a longitudinal central axis (L) of the medical threads is wound (coiled), and the lifting thread can have an elastic coefficient adjusted by adjusting a twist angle (θ) which is an angle at which the twisted threads are twisted.
[0024]
[0025] The lifting thread (10) according to the first embodiment of the present invention may be wound (coiled) in the form of a tensile coil spring using a single or multiple medical threads twisted to have a twist angle (θ) around the longitudinal central axis (L) thereof. At this time, the lifting thread (10) can adjust the twist angle (θ) as the angle between the longitudinal central axis (L, imaginary line) of the medical thread and the twist line (C) formed, thereby adjusting the elastic modulus of the lifting thread (10). At this time, the twist line (C) may mean a line that is deformed as a parallel line appearing along the longitudinal direction of the original medical thread surface that has not been twisted is twisted. After being formed into the lifting thread (10), the elastic modulus of the lifting thread (10) can increase as the twist angle (θ) formed by the longitudinal central axis (L) of the twist thread and the twist line (C) increases.
[0026]
[0027] The lifting thread (20) according to the second embodiment of the present invention may be wound (coiled) in the form of a compression coil spring using a single or multiple medical threads twisted to have a twist angle (θ) around the longitudinal central axis (L) thereof. At this time, the lifting thread (20) can adjust the twist angle (θ) as the angle between the longitudinal central axis (L, virtual line) of the twist thread and the twist line (C) formed by the twist thread, thereby adjusting the elastic modulus of the lifting thread (20). The twist line (C) may refer to a line that is deformed by twisting a parallel line that appears along the longitudinal direction of the original medical thread surface that has not been twisted. After being formed into the lifting thread (20), as the twist angle (θ) formed by the longitudinal central axis (L) of the twist thread and the twist line (C) increases, the elastic modulus of the lifting thread (20) can increase.
[0028]
[0029] A lifting thread (30) according to a third embodiment of the present invention may include a composite structure in which a first coil spring structure in which a first torsion thread is coiled by twisting a portion of a single or multiple medical threads, and a second coil spring structure in which a second torsion thread is coiled by twisting another portion of the medical thread in the opposite direction are connected so as to operate independently. In the composite structure lifting thread (30), the first coil spring structure may be a tensile coil spring structure, and the second coil spring structure may be a compression coil spring structure. In addition, the first torsion thread and the second torsion thread may be the same torsion thread, or may be threads in which different torsion threads are attached and connected. The first torsion angle of the tensile coil spring portion and the second torsion angle of the compression coil spring portion may be the same as or different from each other, and may be independently adjusted to adjust the elastic modulus of the composite structure lifting room (30). That is, the lifting room (30) may be manufactured as a coil spring structure lifting room by adjusting the torsion angle (θ) formed by the torsion line (C), which is a line that is deformed when a parallel line appearing along the longitudinal direction of the original medical room surface is twisted, with the longitudinal central axis (L) of the medical room, thereby adjusting the elastic modulus of the lifting room (30). Specifically, as the torsion angle (θ) increases, the elastic modulus of the lifting room (30) may increase. More specifically, the torsion angle (θ) may be the first torsion angle and / or the second torsion angle, and these may be independently adjusted. At this time, the directions indicated by the first torsion angle of the tensile coil spring portion and the second torsion angle of the compression coil spring portion may be opposite to each other.
[0030]
[0031] The method for manufacturing a lifting thread according to the first embodiment of the present invention is a method for manufacturing a lifting thread (10) having tensile coil spring properties by winding a medical thread around the outer surface of a needle.
[0032] The method for manufacturing a lifting thread (10) according to the first embodiment of the present invention comprises: manufacturing a lifting thread (10) having tensile coil spring characteristics by winding a medical thread (1) around the outer surface of a needle; a twisting thread forming step (S110) for twisting the medical thread in one direction so that a torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread (1); and
[0033] A lifting thread coiling step (S120) for winding (coiling) the above-mentioned twisted thread from the tip end of the outer surface of the needle toward the rear end in the same direction as the twisting direction of the above-mentioned twisted thread to form a lifting thread having tensile coil spring characteristics; including,
[0034] During a skin lifting procedure, the first elastic force due to the torsional stress generated by twisting the medical thread in advance and the second elastic force due to the tensile stress generated by tensioning the lifting thread (10) during the lifting procedure can be combined to apply.
[0035]
[0036] The method for manufacturing a lifting thread (20) according to the second embodiment of the present invention is a method for manufacturing a lifting thread having compression coil spring properties by winding a medical thread around the outer surface of a needle.
[0037] A method for manufacturing a lifting thread (20) according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes a twist forming step (S210) of twisting a medical thread in one direction so that a torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread; and a lifting thread (20) coiling step (S220) of winding (coiling) the twisted thread from the tip end of the outer peripheral surface of a needle toward the rear end in a direction opposite to the twisting direction of the twisted thread to form a lifting thread having compression coil spring characteristics;
[0038] When performing a skin lifting procedure, the first elastic force is applied according to the torsional stress generated by twisting the medical thread in advance, and the second elastic force is applied by combining the compressive stress generated by compressing the lifting thread (20) during the lifting procedure.
[0039]
[0040] The method for manufacturing a lifting thread (30) according to the third embodiment of the present invention is a method for manufacturing a lifting thread of a composite structure having tensile coil spring characteristics and compression coil spring characteristics.
[0041] A method for manufacturing a lifting thread (30) according to a third embodiment of the present invention may include a first twisting thread forming step (S310) of twisting a medical thread in one direction so that a twisting stress is generated inside the medical thread; a first coiling step (S320) of winding the first twisting thread in the form of a coil spring from the front end of the outer surface of the needle (1) toward the rear end; a second twisting thread forming step (S330) of twisting the remaining portion of the medical thread in the opposite direction to the first twisting direction so that a twisting stress is generated inside the medical thread in the opposite direction; and a second coiling step (S340) of winding the second twisting thread in the same direction as the first coiling direction on the outer surface of the needle (1) toward the rear end.
[0042] The above lifting thread (30) is technically characterized by having a composite structure that includes both tensile coil spring characteristics and compression coil spring characteristics. For example, when the leading end of the lifting thread (30) is formed into a compression coil spring shape in the first coiling step, the rear end of the lifting thread (30) can be formed into a tensile coil spring shape in the second coiling step. In addition, when the leading end of the lifting thread (30) is formed into a tensile coil spring shape in the first coiling step, the rear end of the lifting thread (30) can be formed into a compression coil spring shape in the second coiling step.
[0043]
[0044] In addition, the method for manufacturing a lifting thread according to the first, second or third embodiment of the present invention may further include a heat treatment process for improving the elasticity of the medical thread.
[0045]
[0046] Meanwhile, the lifting thread (10) according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a lifting thread formed to have tensile coil spring characteristics by twisting the medical thread in one direction so that torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread and winding the medical thread from the front end of the outer circumferential surface of the needle (1) toward the rear end in the same direction as the twisting direction of the medical thread, and is configured so that, during a skin lifting procedure, a first elastic force according to the torsional stress generated by twisting the medical thread in advance and a second elastic force that is the combined tensile stress generated as the lifting thread (10) is tensioned during the procedure are applied.
[0047]
[0048] Meanwhile, the lifting thread (20) according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes a lifting thread formed to have compression coil spring characteristics by twisting the medical thread in one direction so that torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread and winding the medical thread from the front end of the outer circumferential surface of the needle (1) toward the rear end in a direction opposite to the twisting direction of the medical thread, and is configured so that, during a skin lifting procedure, a first elastic force according to the torsional stress generated by twisting the medical thread in advance and a second elastic force that is the combined result of the compressive stress generated as the lifting thread (20) is compressed during the skin lifting procedure are applied.
[0049]
[0050] Meanwhile, a lifting thread (30) according to a third embodiment of the present invention includes a lifting thread formed by first twisting the medical thread in one direction so that torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread, winding one end of the medical thread in the form of a coil spring from the front end of the outer surface of the needle (1) toward the rear end, and then first coiling, and then secondly twisting the remaining portion of the medical thread in the direction opposite to the first twisting direction so that torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread in the opposite direction, and secondly winding the remaining portion of the medical thread in the same direction as the first coiling direction while moving toward the rear end of the outer surface of the needle (1), and the lifting thread is characterized in that it has a composite structure having tensile coil spring characteristics and compression coil spring characteristics.
[0051]
[0052] Meanwhile, a lifting thread inserter according to a first embodiment of the present invention comprises a needle; and a lifting thread formed by winding the medical thread in a tensile coil spring structure in the same direction as the twisting direction of the medical thread from the front end of the outer peripheral surface of the needle toward the rear end in a state where the medical thread is twisted in one direction so as to generate a torsional stress in the internal tissue of the medical thread; and is configured so that, during a skin lifting procedure, a first elastic force according to the torsional stress generated by twisting the medical thread in advance and a second elastic force that is the combined tensile stress generated as the lifting thread (10) is tensioned during the lifting procedure are applied.
[0053] In addition, the lifting thread is characterized in that the elastic modulus of the lifting thread (10) increases as the twist angle (θ) increases. At this time, the twist angle (θ) of the lifting thread is the angle formed by the twist line (C) and the central axis (L) that is deformed when a parallel line appearing along the longitudinal direction on the surface of the untwisted medical thread is twisted around the longitudinal central axis (L, imaginary line) of the medical thread.
[0054] In addition, the elastic coefficient of the lifting room can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the medical room, the inner diameter of the lifting room, the pitch, etc.
[0055]
[0056] In addition, it includes an anchor provided at each of the front and rear ends of the lifting thread; and when the anchors are pulled in directions facing each other, the anchors are provided with a hook jaw so as to be caught within the skin layer and continuously maintain the tension state of the lifting thread.
[0057] In addition, the lifting thread inserter according to the first embodiment of the present invention is formed in a pipe shape and is slidably coupled to the outer surface of the needle, and during a skin lifting procedure, when the needle is pulled out from the skin layer, the lifting thread does not come out of the skin layer together with the needle but remains embedded in the skin layer, and has a technical feature that further includes a sliding holder that supports the rear end of the lifting thread; and a withdrawal portion that is connected to the rear end of the lifting thread so that when the lifting thread is embedded in the skin layer, the lifting thread is exposed to a predetermined length outside the skin layer and the lifting thread can be pulled and tensioned.
[0058] In addition, the lifting thread inserter (100) according to the first embodiment of the present invention has a technical feature that further includes a non-slip combination portion formed at the rear end of the lifting thread and relatively tightly coupled to the outer surface of the needle compared to other parts to support the lifting thread so that it is not pushed backward when the needle is inserted into the skin layer during a lifting procedure, and when the tip of the lifting thread is fixed in position within the skin layer and the needle is pulled backward, the rear end of the lifting thread is pulled out together with the needle and is tensioned to have an elastic restoring force. At this time, a sliding holder may be further provided at the rear of the non-slip combination portion formed in a tubular shape to be coupled to the outer surface of the needle so as to be able to slide back and forth, and to support the rear end of the lifting thread when separating the lifting thread from the needle during a lifting procedure while separating the needle from the skin layer (skin tissue).
[0059] In addition, the lifting thread inserter (100) according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes an anchor provided at each of the front and rear ends of the lifting thread; and has a technical feature in that the anchor further includes a hook jaw so that when the anchors are pulled in directions facing each other, they are caught within the skin layer and the tension state of the lifting thread is continuously maintained.
[0060]
[0061] A lifting thread inserter (200) according to a second embodiment of the present invention comprises: a needle; and a lifting thread formed by winding the medical thread in a compression coil spring structure in a direction opposite to the twisting direction of the medical thread from the front end of the outer circumferential surface of the needle toward the rear end in a state where the medical thread is twisted in one direction so that a torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread; and is configured so that, during a skin lifting procedure, a first elastic force due to the torsional stress generated by twisting the medical thread in advance and a second elastic force that is the combined result of the compressive stress generated as the lifting thread (20) is compressed during the procedure are applied.
[0062] The above lifting thread is characterized in that the elastic modulus of the lifting thread (20) increases as the twist angle (θ) increases. At this time, the twist angle (θ) of the lifting thread is the angle formed by the twist line (C) that is deformed when a parallel line appearing along the longitudinal direction on the surface of the untwisted medical thread is twisted around the longitudinal central axis (L, imaginary line) of the medical thread and the central axis (L).
[0063] In addition, the elastic coefficient of the lifting room (20) can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the medical room, the inner diameter of the lifting room, the pitch, etc.
[0064] A lifting thread inserter (200) according to a second embodiment of the present invention is formed in a tubular shape and is slidably coupled to the outer surface (periphery) of the needle, and has a technical feature that further includes a sliding holder that, when the needle is pushed into the skin layer, the lifting thread is not pushed to the rear of the needle, but is embedded into the skin layer together with the needle and is compressed inside the skin layer.
[0065]
[0066] A lifting thread inserter (300) according to a third embodiment of the present invention comprises: a needle; and a lifting thread formed by first twisting the medical thread in one direction so that a torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread, then first winding the medical thread in the form of a tensile coil spring on the outer surface of the needle in the same direction as the twisting direction of the medical thread, second twisting the medical thread in the opposite direction so that a torsional stress in the direction opposite to the first torsional stress is generated in the internal tissue of the medical thread, and then second winding the medical thread in the form of a compression coil spring on the outer surface of the needle in the same direction as the first twisting direction; wherein the lifting thread has a technical feature configured to have tensile coil spring characteristics and compression coil spring characteristics.
[0067] In addition, during a skin lifting procedure, the tension coil spring portion of the lifting thread within the skin layer has a dense pitch to act as a base or column, and the compression coil spring portion has a non-dense pitch to act as an elastic lifting portion of the skin layer.
[0068] In addition, the elasticity according to the torsional stress of the lifting thread is configured to be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the torsional angle of the medical thread.
[0069]
[0070] Meanwhile, the lifting thread inserter according to the first, second or third embodiment may configure a multi-stage lifting thread by connecting a plurality of lifting threads in series with each other. The multi-stage lifting thread (M) may be a plurality of independent lifting threads that are the same or different from each other connected in series, and specifically, the multi-stage lifting thread (M) may be n independent lifting threads that are the same or different from each other connected in series through (n-1) connecting portions (not shown) (wherein n is any positive integer). In the multi-stage lifting thread (M), the lifting thread (F) located at the front with respect to the entry direction of the lifting thread during the lifting procedure may have a higher elastic modulus than the lifting thread (B) located at the rear. For example, the elastic modulus of the lifting thread (F) at the front, for example, the first lifting thread (F), may be 1 / 10 or more greater than the elastic modulus of the lifting thread (B) at the rear, for example, the n-th lifting thread (B). Therefore, by using a multi-stage lifting thread (M) by connecting multiple lifting threads in series during a lifting procedure, the lifting thread (F) at the front end of the lifting thread (M) can exhibit an effect of better withstanding the frictional force with skin tissue than when using a single type of lifting thread (the lifting thread according to the first and / or second embodiments described above). At this time, the connecting portion connecting the adjacent lifting threads may be connected through an anchor at the end of the lifting thread, or it may also be possible to join them by various methods such as fusion or bonding.
[0071] As described above, the present invention has the following effects.
[0072] First, by twisting a medical thread and then winding (coiling) it around the outer surface (perimeter) of a needle to manufacture a lifting thread in the form of a coil spring, when the lifting thread is tensioned or compressed during a skin lifting procedure, a first elastic force according to the torsional stress generated by twisting the medical thread and a second elastic force that is the combined tensile or compressive stress generated when the lifting thread is tensioned or compressed during the skin lifting procedure are applied, so that even after a long time has passed after the skin lifting procedure, a considerable amount of elasticity remains, so that the skin that has been treated does not sag at all and the elasticity of the skin is maintained as it is, thereby maximizing the lifting effect.
[0073] Second, usually, lifting threads go through a process of increasing elasticity through a heat treatment process. However, if the temperature of the heat treatment process of the lifting thread is too high as in the past (exceeding 75% of the melting temperature, for example, exceeding 85℃ in the case of polydioxanone polymer), the elasticity of the lifting thread is improved, but when performing a skin lifting procedure, the lifting thread embedded inside the skin layer takes too short a time for hydrolysis, so that it is easily hydrolyzed and the duration of the treatment effect is shortened. However, the lifting thread of the present invention is manufactured in a state of high elasticity by first twisting a medical thread in one direction and then winding (coiling) it in the same direction or the opposite direction to the twisting direction of the medical thread to have tensile or compressive coil spring characteristics. Therefore, it is not necessary to treat the heat treatment temperature of the lifting thread to a high temperature (exceeding 75% of the melting temperature, for example, exceeding 85℃ in the case of polydioxanone polymer) more than necessary during the heat treatment process of the lifting thread. Therefore, when performing a skin lifting procedure as described above, the lifting thread embedded inside the skin layer is easily hydrolyzed. The disadvantage of lifting threads being easily hydrolyzed and thus shortening the duration of treatment effects can be fundamentally resolved by shortening the time for hydrolysis.
[0074] Third, when a lifting thread with a composite coil spring structure is applied to the nasal cavity (nose) of the human body, the compression spring part of the lifting thread pushes up the tip of the nose to maintain a straight nose, while the tension spring part is tightly attached to each other like a pillar (base) to firmly support the entire lifting thread, enabling a stable procedure.
[0075] Fourth, it is effective in that it can be performed safely because there is no risk of the lifting thread losing elasticity and becoming permanently deformed due to carelessness during the skin lifting procedure.
[0076] Fifth, when embedding the lifting thread inside the skin layer, the lifting thread is supported by the non-slip joint and is smoothly inserted inside the skin layer without being pushed back, and when the needle is pulled out from the skin layer while the lifting thread is embedded inside the skin layer, the lifting thread stretches and generates elastic restoring force, but the non-slip joint prevents the lifting thread from moving arbitrarily from the needle, effectively preventing the tensile length of the lifting thread from changing.

[0108] Hereinafter, with reference to the attached drawings, a lifting thread, a method for manufacturing the lifting thread, and a lifting thread inserter according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
[0109] The present invention can have various modifications and various embodiments, and specific embodiments are illustrated in the drawings and described in detail.
[0110] Before describing the present invention, it should be noted that the following specific structural and functional descriptions are merely illustrative for the purpose of explaining embodiments according to the concept of the present invention, and embodiments according to the concept of the present invention may be implemented in various forms and should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments described in this specification.
[0111] And in the description of the present embodiment, the descriptions of “first,” “second,” and “third” are merely arbitrarily determined for the convenience of description, and it goes without saying that the order may be determined in reverse order.
[0112]
[0113] In the description of the present invention, the first embodiment relates to a lifting room having a tensile coil spring structure, the second embodiment relates to a lifting room having a compression coil spring structure, and the third embodiment relates to a lifting room having a tensile and compression coil spring composite structure.
[0114]
[0115] Let's briefly look at the principle of the tensile coil spring structure of the present invention. Normally, when a tensile spring is pulled, the internal structure of the spring wire receives a torsional stress and elastically deforms in one direction. When the pulling force is removed, the twist of the wire is released and the extended length is reduced to its original state. That is, when a clockwise-wound tensile spring is pulled, the internal structure of the wire is torsionally deformed in the clockwise direction. When the stretched spring is released, the wire is torsionally deformed in the counterclockwise direction, and the extended length of the spring is reduced again. By the same principle, when a counterclockwise-wound tensile spring is pulled, the internal structure of the wire is torsionally deformed in the counterclockwise direction. When the stretched spring is released, the wire is torsionally deformed in the clockwise direction, and the extended length of the spring is reduced again.
[0116] However, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the medical thread corresponding to the wire of the tension spring is twisted in the same direction as the winding direction of the spring before being wound into a spring shape, so that the internal tissue of the medical thread is twisted in the same direction as when the length of the tension spring is increased in advance, and the medical thread is wound around a needle from the front end toward the rear end to form a tension spring.
[0117] In the description of the present embodiment, in the process of winding and forming the medical thread around the needle, various changes in the process, such as winding the medical thread while fixing the needle, winding the medical thread while fixing the needle, winding the medical thread while fixing the front end of the needle, winding the medical thread while fixing the rear end of the needle, fixing the first end of the medical thread and rotating the second end, fixing the second end of the medical thread and rotating the first end, and both ends of the medical thread rotating in different directions, the twist direction of the medical thread and the coiling direction of the spring may be determined differently depending on the case where the direction in the process or the case where the direction to be observed in the final product is described.
[0118] Accordingly, when the lifting thread according to the first embodiment is pulled, the elastic force according to the length extension of the spring and the torsional elastic force due to the pre-twisting of the medical thread are combined to generate a stronger elastic restoring force, i.e., the first elastic force described below, compared to a general spring-type lifting thread in which the medical thread is not pre-twisted. At this time, the lifting thread according to the first embodiment can have an elastic restoring force that can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the torsional angle or torsional rotation number of the medical thread.
[0119] At this time, the twist angle (θ) of the lifting thread can be defined as the angle formed by a twist line (C) that is deformed when a parallel line appearing along the longitudinal direction on the surface of the untwisted medical thread is twisted around the longitudinal central axis (L, imaginary line) of the medical thread and the central axis (L). The twist angle (θ) can also be experimentally determined by process variables such as the twist rotation angle and the twist rotation number during the process of twisting the medical thread. If the twist angle (θ) is 0 degrees, it means that the medical thread is not twisted. In one specific example, the twist angle (θ) according to the first embodiment may be greater than 0 degrees and less than 90 degrees.
[0120] The elastic modulus of the lifting thread can be adjusted by adjusting the above twist angle (θ), and specifically, as the above twist angle (θ) increases, the elastic modulus of the lifting thread can increase.
[0121] However, this twist angle (θ) does not change depending on the direction in which the medical thread is twisted, and may partially change in the amount of twisting rotation and / or the number of twisting rotations, the twisting rotation angle, or the process in which the twisted medical thread is wound into a spring. For example, when the medical thread is twisted counterclockwise, the direction of the twist line (C) appearing on the surface of the medical thread may indicate a direction from the lower left to the upper right (Z-twist), and when the medical thread is twisted clockwise, the direction of the twist line (C) may be a direction from the upper left to the lower right (S-twist).
[0122] In addition, the above-mentioned number of twist rotations refers to the number of times that one end of a unit-length medical thread is fixed and the other end is rotated by the twist rotation angle, and may represent the degree of twist of the medical thread, that is, the degree of twist and the amount of twist rotation. At this time, the number of twist rotations may include a case where the angle of rotation based on the longitudinal central axis of the medical thread before twisting, that is, the twist rotation angle is greater than 0 degrees and less than or equal to 360 degrees. For example, as the number of twist rotations of the medical thread according to the first embodiment increases, the medical thread is twisted more and the twist angle (θ) increases.
[0123] Accordingly, as the number of twisting turns of the medical thread according to the first embodiment increases, the twist angle (θ) increases, and there is an effect of increasing the torsional stress of the medical thread, i.e., the first torsional stress or first elastic force described later.
[0124] In addition, there is an effect of being able to control the increase or decrease of the first elastic force due to the torsional stress generated by twisting the medical thread and / or the second elastic force obtained by adding the tensile stress of the spring to the first elastic force, depending on variables such as the twist angle (θ), the number of twist rotations, the twist rotation angle, the thickness of the medical thread, and the outer diameter of the coiling needle.
[0125] Heat-treating a typical polymer spring improves its elasticity and imparts a property that allows it to maintain the wound state of medical thread. While higher heat-treatment temperatures improve elasticity, they also shorten the time it takes for the spring to hydrolyze after implantation in the body, which can lead to rapid hydrolysis and shorten the effectiveness of the procedure.
[0126] However, since the lifting thread according to the first embodiment is manufactured by pre-twisting a medical thread to increase elasticity, there is no need to increase the heat treatment temperature, and it can have sufficient elasticity even when heat-treated at a low temperature of 45% or less of the melting temperature (a low temperature of 50°C or less in the case of polydioxanone), so that the time until hydrolysis after implantation in the human body is prolonged, there is an advantage in that the treatment effect lasts a long time. At this time, the lifting thread according to the first embodiment utilizes the principle that when the medical thread goes through the heat treatment process, the medical thread maintains the wound or twisted state as it is, but at this time, the internal tissue of the medical thread is already twisted and is further twisted when the spring length is stretched, so the resistance to twisting (elasticity) becomes that much greater.
[0127]
[0128] In addition, a brief look at the principle of the compression coil spring structure of the present invention shows that, when a compression spring is compressed, the internal structure of the spring wire receives torsional stress and elastically deforms in one direction, and when the compressive force is removed, the twist of the wire is released and the compressed length is extended to its original state. That is, when a compression spring wound in a clockwise direction is compressed, the internal structure of the wire is torsionally deformed in a counterclockwise direction, and when the compressed spring is released, the wire is torsionally deformed in a clockwise direction, and the shortened length of the spring is extended again. On the other hand, when a compression spring wound in a counterclockwise direction is compressed, the internal structure of the wire is torsionally deformed in a clockwise direction, and when the compressed spring is released, the wire is torsionally deformed in a counterclockwise direction, and the shortened length of the spring is extended again.
[0129] The lifting thread (20) according to the second embodiment of the present invention is wound in a state in which a medical thread corresponding to the wire of the compression spring is twisted in one direction (unidirectional) before being wound into a spring shape, thereby causing a twist in the internal tissue of the medical thread in the opposite direction to that when the length of the compression spring is compressed in advance, thereby forming a preset twist, and thus serves to strengthen the characteristics of the compression spring. At this time, the twist direction of the medical thread according to the second embodiment may be the opposite direction to that of the first embodiment described above. That is, the medical thread is twisted in advance in the same direction as the internal tissue twist of the medical thread that occurs when the length of the compression spring is compressed, and is wound around a needle. Since the compression spring and the internal tissue twist are performed in opposite directions to the tension spring, the twist direction of the medical thread according to the second embodiment may be the opposite direction to that of the first embodiment described above. Accordingly, the twist angle (θ) of the lifting room (20) according to the second embodiment can be displayed in an opposite position to that of the first embodiment described above.
[0130] Meanwhile, in a second embodiment of the present invention, the medical thread corresponding to the wire of the compression spring is twisted in the opposite direction to the winding direction of the spring before being wound into a spring shape, thereby creating resistance to shear deformation (torsion) that occurs when compressing the coil spring, and the medical thread can be wound around the needle from the leading end to the trailing end to form a compression spring. At this time, by increasing the axial compression deformation resistance of the spring, there is an effect of increasing the elasticity of the compression spring, specifically, the elastic modulus.
[0131] In the description of the present embodiment, in the process of winding and forming the medical thread around the needle, various changes in the process, such as winding the medical thread while fixing the needle, winding the medical thread while fixing the needle, winding the medical thread while fixing the front end of the needle, winding the medical thread while fixing the rear end of the needle, fixing the first end of the medical thread and rotating the second end, fixing the second end of the medical thread and rotating the first end, and both ends of the medical thread rotating in different directions, the twist direction of the medical thread and the coiling direction of the spring may be determined differently depending on the case where the direction in the process or the case where the direction to be observed in the final product is described.
[0132] Therefore, when the lifting thread according to the second embodiment is compressed, the elastic force due to the compression of the spring's length and the torsional elastic force due to the pre-twisting of the medical thread are combined to generate a stronger elastic restoring force, i.e., a second elastic force described later. In this case, the lifting thread according to the second embodiment can also have its elastic restoring force adjusted by increasing or decreasing the torsional angle (θ) or the torsional rotation number of the medical thread.
[0133] At this time, the twist angle (θ) according to the second embodiment may be greater than 0 degrees and less than 90 degrees.
[0134] In addition, as the number of twisting turns of the medical thread according to the second embodiment increases, the medical thread is twisted more, the twist angle (θ) increases, and the torsional stress of the medical thread, i.e., the primary torsional stress described later, increases.
[0135] In addition, there is an effect that can control the increase or decrease of the first elastic force due to the torsional stress generated by twisting the medical thread according to variables such as the torsional angle (θ), the number of torsional rotations, and the torsional rotation angle.
[0136] Therefore, since the lifting thread (20) according to the second embodiment is manufactured by twisting the medical thread in advance to have increased elasticity, there is no need to increase the heat treatment temperature, and it can have sufficient elasticity even when heat treated at a low temperature of 45% or less of the melting temperature (low temperature of 50°C or less in the case of polydioxanone), so that the time until hydrolysis after being embedded in the human body is long, there is an advantage in that the treatment effect lasts for a long time.
[0137]
[0138] In addition, a lifting seal (30) having a tension and compression coil spring composite structure according to a third embodiment of the present invention and its principle will be briefly reviewed. The tension and compression coil spring composite structure has one part having a tension coil spring structure and at least one other part having a compression coil spring structure. That is, the lifting seal (30) according to the third embodiment of the present invention can be described as two or more coil springs that operate independently in principle, the tension coil spring according to the first embodiment described above and the compression coil spring according to the second embodiment, connected through the same medical seal.
[0139] A lifting thread (30) according to a third embodiment of the present invention includes a composite structure in which a first coil spring structure in which a first twisted thread, in which a portion of a single or multiple medical threads is twisted, is wound (coiled), and a second coil spring structure in which a second twisted thread, in which another portion of the medical threads is twisted in the opposite direction, is wound (coiled) are connected so as to operate independently. In the composite structure lifting thread (30), a first twist angle, which is an angle at which the first twisted thread is twisted, and a second twist angle, which is an angle at which the second twisted thread is twisted, are each independently adjusted to adjust an elastic modulus of the composite structure lifting thread (30).
[0140] Specifically, the lifting thread (30) according to the third embodiment of the present invention is formed by first twisting one side of a medical thread in one direction (first twist thread), then first winding the medical thread in the form of a tensile coil spring on the outer surface of the needle (1) in the same direction as the twisting direction of the medical thread (first coil spring structure), and then secondarily twisting the remaining portion of the medical thread in the opposite direction so as to generate a torsional stress opposite to the first torsional stress (second twist thread), and then secondarily winding the medical thread in the form of a compression coil spring on the outer surface of the needle (1) in the same direction as the first torsional stress (second coil spring structure). Therefore, the structure of the lifting thread (30) according to the third embodiment is such that one portion thereof has a tensile coil spring structure and the remaining portion has a compression coil spring structure. For example, the first coil spring structure may be a tensile coil spring structure, and the second coil spring structure may be a compression coil spring structure. In addition, the first torsion thread and the second torsion thread may be the same torsion thread, or may be threads in which different torsion threads are attached and connected.
[0141] In the description of this embodiment, the twist direction of the medical thread and the coiling direction of the spring may be judged differently depending on the various changes in the process described above during the process of winding and forming the medical thread around the needle, the direction during the process, or the direction observed in the final product.
[0142] In addition, there is an effect of being able to control the increase or decrease in the first elastic force due to the torsional stress generated by twisting the medical thread according to variables such as the torsional angle (θ), the number of torsional rotations, and the torsional rotation angle.
[0143] The lifting thread (30) according to the third embodiment of the present invention has one part that acts as a tensile spring that pulls skin tissue, and the remaining part that acts as a compression spring that pushes skin tissue, so that the tensile or compressive elasticity of the skin tissue can be adjusted according to the condition of the skin tissue by using the principle of pushing some parts and pulling some parts.
[0144] At this time, since the lifting thread (30) according to the third embodiment performs the first and second twisting steps on the medical thread in its manufacturing method, each can have an independent twist angle (θ). For example, the lifting thread (30) according to the third embodiment can include a first twist angle (θ1) derived from the first twisting step and appearing in the first twisting thread, and a second twist angle (θ2) derived from the second twisting step and appearing in the second twisting thread. The first twist angle (θ1) and the second twist angle (θ2) are derived from independent twisting steps, respectively, and may have the same value or different values. Accordingly, the lifting room (30) according to the third embodiment can have at least one twist angle (θ), and the twist angle (θ) can be a first twist angle (θ1) or a second twist angle (θ2), and since the twist angle (θ) can be independently adjusted, it can have multiple elastic coefficients simultaneously within the same lifting room (30), and the tensile or compressive elasticity of the skin tissue can be customized according to the state of the skin tissue.
[0145]
[0146] Meanwhile, the lifting room (10, 20) according to the first, second or third embodiment may also form a multi-stage lifting room by connecting a plurality of lifting rooms in series with each other. The multi-stage lifting room (M) may be a plurality of independent lifting rooms that are the same or different from each other connected in series, and specifically, the multi-stage lifting room (M) may be a plurality of n independent lifting rooms that are the same or different from each other connected in series through (n-1) connecting portions (not shown) (wherein n is any positive integer). In the multi-stage lifting room (M), the lifting room (F) located at the front with respect to the entry direction of the lifting room during the lifting procedure may have a higher elastic modulus than the lifting room (B) located at the rear. For example, the elastic modulus of the lifting room (F) at the front, for example, the first lifting room (F), may be 1 / 10 or more greater than the elastic modulus of the lifting room (B) at the rear, for example, the n-th lifting room (B).
[0147]
[0148] First, FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a lifting thread inserter according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view illustrating the lifting thread (tension coil spring structure) of FIG. 2.
[0149] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, a lifting thread inserter (100) according to a first embodiment of the present invention comprises a needle (1); and a lifting thread (10) formed by winding (coiling) the medical thread in a tensile coil spring structure in the same direction as the twisting direction of the medical thread from the front end of the outer peripheral surface of the needle (1) toward the rear end while twisting the medical thread in one direction so that torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread (yarn).
[0150] The lifting thread inserter (100) according to the first embodiment of the present invention is configured so that, during a skin lifting procedure, a first elastic force according to the torsional stress of the medical thread and a second elastic force, which is a combination of the tensile stress generated when the lifting thread (10) is tensioned, are applied. Here, the first elastic force of the lifting thread (10) is configured to be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the torsional angle of the medical thread.
[0151] In the lifting thread inserter (100) according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the needle (1) is a bar shape with a filled interior, or when a bar of a predetermined length is filled inside the needle body of a pipe shape, the strength of the needle (1) itself is reinforced, so that the needle (1) is not cut during the lifting procedure, and thus there is an advantage in that the procedure can be performed safely.
[0152] The needle (1) is formed with a handle (1a) at the rear end that can be held by the operator. The needle (1) is usually made of iron core or the like, while the handle (1a) is made of synthetic resin or the like, but is not necessarily limited thereto. The shape and structure of the needle (1) are not limited to this embodiment and may be changed into various shapes depending on the operating conditions, etc.
[0153] After the skin lifting procedure, only the coil spring-shaped lifting thread (10) remains elastically (buried) inside the skin layer while maintaining a predetermined pitch (P). The reason why only the lifting thread (10) remains elastically inside the skin layer while maintaining a predetermined pitch (P) is because of the skin tissue having a collagen fiber structure. That is, the collagen fibers of the skin layer are integrated so as to move together with the lifting thread (10) while wrapping around the outer surface of the lifting thread (10) inwardly along the radius, and the skin is elastically lifted while contracting due to the elastic restoring force of the lifting thread (10).
[0154]
[0155] Meanwhile, FIG. 4 is a drawing showing anchors provided at the front and rear ends of a lifting thread in a lifting thread inserter according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a drawing showing a state in which, in a lifting thread inserter according to the first embodiment of the present invention, when anchors are pulled in directions facing each other during a skin lifting procedure, the anchors are caught inside the skin layer by the anchor's catch, thereby continuously maintaining the tension state of the lifting thread.
[0156] As illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5, the lifting thread inserter (100) according to the first embodiment of the present invention may further include anchors (50) and (60) as accessories provided at the front and rear ends of the lifting thread (10), respectively. For example, the front end of the lifting thread (10) that is first injected into the skin during a lifting procedure may include an anchor (50), and the rear end that is later injected may include an anchor (60).
[0157] The shape of the anchor is not limited to this embodiment and can be changed in various ways, and one of these anchors can be selected and used depending on the treatment conditions.
[0158] When the anchors (50)(60) are pulled in opposite directions, the anchors (50)(60) are provided with a catch (51b)(61b) so that they are caught inside the skin layer and the tension state of the lifting thread (10) is continuously maintained.
[0159] When the anchors (50)(60) are pulled in a direction facing each other inside the skin layer, the catch (51b)(61b) is caught inside the skin layer to continuously maintain the tension state of the lifting thread (10).
[0160] The shape (shape) of the anchor can be formed in various ways, such as a cone (not shown), a cone with a neck (not shown), a cone with straight wings (see Fig. 4), a cone with straight arrowhead wings (not shown), a cone with cross wings (not shown), and a cone or a cone with a neck with straight arrowhead wings (see Fig. 9).
[0161]
[0162] Additionally, FIGS. 6 to 8 are drawings showing examples of modifications of the anchor.
[0163] The anchor (50) is of a spiral bonding type (shown in FIG. 6), the anchor (500) is of an ultrasonic fusion type (shown in FIG. 7), and the anchor (5000) is of a forced fit type (shown in FIG. 8).
[0164] The anchor (50)(500)(5000) illustrated in FIGS. 6 to 8 comprises a fastening member (52)(502)(5002) that is coupled to the inner periphery of the tip of the lifting thread (10); and an anchor body (51)(501)(5001) that is covered on the outer periphery of the tip of the lifting thread (10); wherein the lifting thread (10) can be fixed between the fastening member (52)(502)(5002) and the anchor body (51)(501)(5001) by a spiral connection method, an ultrasonic fusion method, or a forced fit method, respectively.
[0165] The anchors (50)(500)(5000)(60) illustrated in FIGS. 6 to 9 are coupled to the front end (or rear end) of the lifting room (10) and are provided with a catch (51b)(501b)(5001b)(61b) that protrudes radially outwardly more than the outer diameter of the lifting room (10). For example, the angle of the catch (51b)(61b) can be set to 35°, but is not necessarily limited thereto.
[0166] The above anchor (50)(500)(5000)(60) has a role of fixing the lifting thread (10) in a tensioned state by having the catch (51b)(501b)(5001b)(61b) of the anchor (50)(500)(5000)(60) catch on the inside of the skin layer when the lifting thread (10) is embedded inside the skin layer.
[0167] To explain further, the anchor body (51) of Fig. 6 has a spiral groove (51a) formed in the center and is fixed to the outer surface of the lifting thread (10) by a screw connection, and a catch (51b) that catches on the skin layer is formed around the anchor body (51) to serve to fix the lifting thread (10) embedded in the skin layer in a tensioned state.
[0168] The anchor body (501) of Fig. 7 has a spiral groove (501a) formed in the center and is fixed to the outer surface of the lifting thread (10) by ultrasonic welding, and a catch (501b) that catches on the skin layer is formed around the anchor body (501) to serve to fix the lifting thread (10) embedded in the skin layer in a tensioned state.
[0169] And the anchor body (5001) of Fig. 8 has a spiral groove (5001a) formed in the center, and a fastening member (5002) is fixed in the spiral groove (5001a) by a forced fit, and a catch (5001b) that catches on the skin layer is formed around the anchor body (5001) to serve to fix the lifting thread (10) embedded in the skin layer in a tensioned state.
[0170] In addition, the anchor (50)(500)(5000) may be formed integrally with the lifting thread (10). In this case, the anchor (50)(500)(5000) may be provided one at each of the front and rear ends of the spring section, or a plurality of anchors may be formed at regular intervals to be firmly attached to the skin tissue.
[0171]
[0172] In addition, FIG. 9 is a drawing showing a temporary knot (62) formed on a catch (61b) of an anchor (60) provided at the rear end of a lifting thread (10) in a lifting thread inserter (100) according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
[0173] Referring to FIG. 9, the anchor (60) is formed with a catch (61b) that catches the skin layer around its circumference to serve to fix the lifting thread (10) embedded in the skin layer in a tensioned state. In particular, unlike the anchor (50) included in the leading end of the lifting thread (10) that is first injected into the skin during a lifting procedure, the anchor (60) included in the rear end that is injected later may have the wing direction of the catch (61b) formed in the opposite direction to the direction in which the lifting thread (10) enters the skin, and physical interference may occur during the process in which the catch (61b) is embedded into the skin layer. Therefore, in order to eliminate physical interference that occurs during the process of inserting the lifting thread inserter (100) into the skin layer during a lifting procedure and to smoothly insert the lifting thread (10) into the skin layer, a temporary knot (62) may be additionally included to fill the gap (or groove) between the catching protrusion (61b) and the lifting thread (10). The temporary knot (62) may be formed by winding a temporary knot thread (63) around the part where the gap is formed to fill the gap (or groove) between the protruding portion of the catching protrusion (61b), for example, a wing or arrowhead shape, and the lifting thread (10) and to minimize the step between the catching protrusion (61b) and the lifting thread (10). In addition, the temporary knot (62) may be knotted in a way that it is easily untied when one end of the temporary knot (62) is pulled, so that it is removed without remaining inside the skin layer after the lifting thread (10) is inserted into the skin layer. Various knotting methods may be applied, and for example, a knotting method in which the short end of the temporary knot (62) is pulled out from the temporary knot (62) and untied may be applied, but is not necessarily limited thereto. At this time, the temporary knotting thread (63) may be the medical thread described above, and any other type of medical thread that can be used for medical purposes may also be used.
[0174]
[0175] Meanwhile, FIG. 10 is a side view showing a sliding holder and a withdrawal part in a lifting thread inserter (100) according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
[0176] As illustrated in FIG. 10, the lifting thread inserter (100) according to the first embodiment of the present invention may further include a sliding holder (70) that supports the rear end of the lifting thread (10) so that, when the needle (1) is pulled out from the skin layer during a skin lifting procedure, the lifting thread (10) does not come out of the skin layer together with the needle (1) but remains embedded in the skin layer; and a pulling part (80) that is connected to the rear end of the lifting thread (10) so that, when the lifting thread (10) is embedded in the skin layer, the lifting thread (10) can be pulled and tensioned by being exposed to the outside of the skin layer by a predetermined length.
[0177] The above-mentioned extraction part (80) is a thread that is cut and removed after the lifting thread (10) is pulled out of the skin layer during a skin lifting procedure. Typically, it can be extended from the rear end of the lifting thread (10). It is a separate thread that is extended long in the rear so that even after the lifting thread (10) is embedded inside the skin layer, it is exposed to the outside of the skin layer and can be easily pulled by the practitioner.
[0178] The lifting room (10) and the withdrawal part (80) are not necessarily configured separately, and in some cases, they may be formed as an integral part with the lifting room (10) so as to extend rearward along the length of the needle from the rear end of the lifting room (10).
[0179] In addition, although not specifically shown in the drawing, the withdrawal part (80) must be fixed after tensioning the lifting room (10). To this end, it is preferable to form a negative or positive protrusion on the surface of the withdrawal part (80) to facilitate fixing of the withdrawal part (80).
[0180] The lifting thread (10) can be manufactured to maintain the shape of a coil spring and have elasticity by going through a heat treatment process, and during the skin lifting procedure, the lifting thread (10) is pulled by the withdrawal part (80) and remains elastically inside the skin layer while maintaining a predetermined pitch (P) (embedded), and at this time, the lifting thread (10) is inserted inside the skin layer while having accumulated elasticity, and the pitch (P) of the lifting thread (10) that has been elastically changed is restored to its original state by the force (elasticity restoring force) to lift more tissues with weak elasticity according to the elasticity of the skin layer, so that a more natural lifting effect can be obtained, and furthermore, since there are no thorns or protrusions on the surface of the lifting thread (10), there is an effect of significantly reducing the patient's pain.
[0181]
[0182] Meanwhile, FIGS. 11 and 12 are side views illustrating a non-slip joint in a lifting thread inserter (100) according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
[0183] As illustrated in FIGS. 11 and 12, the lifting thread inserter (100) according to the first embodiment of the present invention is formed at the rear end of the lifting thread (10) and is relatively tightly coupled to the outer surface of the needle (1) compared to other parts, so that when the needle (1) is inserted into the skin layer during a lifting procedure, the lifting thread (10) is supported so that it is not pushed backward, and when the tip of the lifting thread (10) is fixed in position within the skin layer and the needle (1) is pulled backward, the rear end of the lifting thread (10) is pulled out together with the needle (1) and is tensioned to have elastic restoring force. It may further include a non-slip coupling portion (90, 91);
[0184] At this time, the rear of the non-slip joint (90, 91) may further include a sliding holder (70) formed in a tubular shape so as to be slidable back and forth on the outer surface of the needle (1), and capable of supporting the rear end of the lifting thread (10) when separating the lifting thread (10) from the needle (1) during a lifting procedure and separating the needle (1) from the skin layer.
[0185] The above non-slip joint (90, 91) is tightly coupled to the outer surface of the needle (1) so that when embedded in or pulled out of the skin layer, it does not slip from the needle (1) and remains coupled to the outer surface of the needle (1).
[0186] As an example of the above non-slip joint, the rear end of the lifting thread (10) may be configured to include a tight winding portion (90) that is wound relatively tightly (firmly) around the outer surface of the needle (1) compared to other portions.
[0187] Although not shown in the drawing, in forming the above-described close-winding portion (90), a rod-shaped mold (not shown) having a small-diameter stepped portion at one end is prepared, and a medical thread is wound tightly in a spiral shape around the mold to form a lifting thread (10). The portion wound around the stepped portion has a relatively smaller spiral diameter than other portions, thereby forming the close-winding portion (90). When this lifting thread (10) is fitted around a needle (1), the close-winding portion is tightly coupled so as not to slip around the needle circumference.
[0188] If a sliding holder (70) is provided at the rear of the lifting thread (10), it can be used very conveniently when separating the lifting thread (10) from the needle (1), and it is also preferable because it can supplement the non-slip joint (90) when embedding the lifting thread (10) inside the skin layer.
[0189] In addition, as another example of the non-slip joint, the lifting thread (10) may be configured to include a knot portion (91a) that more tightly couples the lifting thread (10) to the outer surface of the needle (1) through the intervention of a binding thread (91b) that passes between the lifting thread (10) and the needle (1).
[0190] The above knot portion (91a) is tied by preparing a separate tying thread (91b) and passing it between the lifting thread (10) and the needle (1), so that the lifting thread (10) is more tightly bonded to the outer surface of the needle (1) through the intervention of the tying thread (91b), thereby preventing slipping.
[0191]
[0192] Meanwhile, FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing a combined lifting thread inserter according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 14 is a perspective view showing the lifting thread (compression coil spring structure) of FIG. 13.
[0193] Referring to FIGS. 13 and 14, a lifting thread inserter (200) according to a second embodiment of the present invention comprises a needle (1); and a lifting thread (20) formed by winding the medical thread in a compressed coil spring structure in a direction opposite to the twisting direction of the medical thread from the front end of the outer peripheral surface of the needle (1) toward the rear end while twisting the medical thread in one direction so that torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread (yarn).
[0194] The lifting thread inserter (200) according to the second embodiment of the present invention is configured so that when the lifting thread (20) is compressed during a skin lifting procedure, the lifting thread (20) is configured to apply a first elastic force according to the torsional stress of the lifting thread (20) and a second elastic force that is a combination of the compressive stress generated when the lifting thread (20) is compressed.
[0195] Here, the first elastic force of the lifting thread (20) is configured to be adjusted by changing the twist angle of the medical thread, the thickness of the medical thread, etc.
[0196] A lifting thread inserter (200) according to a second embodiment of the present invention is formed in a tubular shape and is coupled to the outer circumference (periphery) of a needle (1) so as to be able to slide forward and backward, and further comprises a sliding holder (70) that, when the needle (1) is pushed into the skin layer, the lifting thread (20) is not pushed to the rear of the needle (1) but is embedded into the skin layer together with the needle (1) and is compressed inside the skin layer.
[0197] The above sliding holder (70) may be configured to include a grip portion (71) for the operator to hold with his / her hand; and a sliding tube (72) extending from the grip portion (71) toward the needle tip and supporting the rear end of the lifting thread (10) during the lifting procedure.
[0198] The above sliding tube (72) is formed to extend toward the tip of the needle longer than the tensile length of the lifting thread (10), and is configured to support the rear end of the lifting thread (10) so that the tip of the lifting thread (10) can be inserted to a desired position in the skin layer during a skin lifting procedure, while pushing the lifting thread (10) into the inside of the skin layer.
[0199] In addition, the lifting thread inserter (200) according to the second embodiment of the present invention may additionally include accessories included in the lifting thread inserter (100) according to the first embodiment described above, such as an anchor, a catch, etc.
[0200]
[0201] Meanwhile, FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing a combined lifting thread inserter according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 16 is a perspective view showing the lifting thread (tension and compression coil spring structure) of FIG. 15.
[0202] Referring to FIGS. 15 and 16, a lifting thread inserter (300) according to a third embodiment of the present invention comprises a needle (1); and a lifting thread (30) formed by first twisting a medical thread (yarn) in one direction so that a torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread, then first winding the medical thread in the form of a tensile coil spring on the outer surface of the needle (1) in the same direction as the twisting direction of the medical thread, second twisting the medical thread in the opposite direction so that a torsional stress opposite to the first torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread, and then secondly winding (coiling) the medical thread in the form of a compression coil spring on the outer surface of the needle (1) in the same direction as the first twisting direction; wherein the lifting thread (30) is configured to have a combination of tensile coil spring characteristics (structure) and compression coil spring characteristics (structure).
[0203] Here, the elastic force according to the torsional stress of the lifting thread (30) is configured to be adjusted according to changes in the torsional angle of the medical thread, the thickness of the medical thread, the inner diameter of the lifting thread, the pitch, or a combination thereof.
[0204] During a skin lifting procedure, the tension coil spring portion of the lifting thread (30) inside the skin layer has a dense pitch (P1) to act as a pillar (base), and the compression coil spring portion has a non-dense pitch (P2) to act as an elastic lifting force for the skin layer.
[0205] In addition, the lifting thread inserter (300) according to the third embodiment of the present invention may additionally include accessories included in the lifting thread inserter (100) according to the first embodiment described above and / or the lifting thread inserter (200) according to the second embodiment, such as anchors, catches, etc.
[0206]
[0207] Meanwhile, Fig. 17 is a flowchart explaining a method for manufacturing a lifting room (10) according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
[0208] Referring further to FIG. 17, a method for manufacturing a lifting thread (10) according to a first embodiment of the present invention is a method for manufacturing a lifting thread (10) having tensile coil spring characteristics by twisting a medical thread (yarn) in one direction and then winding (coiling) it in the same direction as the twisting direction of the medical thread.
[0209] A method for manufacturing a lifting thread (10) according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a twisting thread forming step (S110) of twisting a medical thread in one direction so that a torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread; and a lifting thread coiling step (S120) of forming a lifting thread (10) having tensile coil spring properties by winding (coiling) the twisting thread from the front end of the outer peripheral surface of the needle toward the rear end in the same direction as the twisting direction of the twisting thread; wherein, when the lifting thread (30) is tensioned during a skin lifting procedure, the lifting thread (30) applies a first elastic force according to the torsional stress of the lifting thread (30) and a second elastic force that is a combination of the tensile stress of the lifting thread (30).
[0210]
[0211] In addition, Fig. 18 is a flowchart explaining a method for manufacturing a lifting room (20) according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
[0212] Referring further to FIG. 18, a method for manufacturing a lifting thread (20) according to a second embodiment of the present invention is a method for manufacturing a lifting thread (20) having compression coil spring characteristics by twisting a medical thread in one direction and then winding (coiling) the medical thread in a direction opposite to the twisting direction of the medical thread.
[0213] A method for manufacturing a lifting thread (20) according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes a twisting thread forming step (S210) of twisting a medical thread in one direction so that a torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread; and a lifting thread coiling step (S220) of winding (coiling) the twisted thread from the front end of the outer peripheral surface of the needle toward the rear end in a direction opposite to the twisting direction of the twisted thread to form a lifting thread (20) having compression coil spring characteristics; wherein, during a skin lifting procedure, a first elastic force according to the torsional stress generated by twisting the medical thread and a second elastic force that is a combination of the compressive stress of the lifting thread (20) are applied.
[0214]
[0215] In addition, FIG. 19 is a flowchart explaining a method for manufacturing a lifting thread (30) according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 20 is a drawing illustrating the function of a lifting thread (30) when the lifting thread (30) according to the third embodiment of the present invention is embedded (inserted) in the nasal cavity (nose).
[0216] First, referring further to FIG. 19, a method for manufacturing a lifting thread (30) according to a third embodiment of the present invention is a method for manufacturing a composite structure lifting thread (30) in which a portion of a medical thread is first wound in the form of a tensile coil spring on the outer surface of a needle (1), and the remaining portion of the medical thread is secondarily wound in the form of a compression coil spring on the outer surface of the needle (1).
[0217]
[0218] A method for manufacturing a lifting thread (30) according to a third embodiment of the present invention is a method for manufacturing a composite structure lifting thread having tensile coil spring characteristics and compression coil spring characteristics, and may include a first twisting thread forming step (S310) of twisting a medical thread in one direction so that a torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread; a first coiling step (S320) of winding the first twisting thread in the form of a coil spring from the front end of the outer surface of the needle (1) toward the rear end; a second twisting thread forming step (S330) of twisting the remaining portion of the medical thread in the opposite direction to the first twisting direction so that a torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread in the opposite direction; and a second coiling step (S340) of winding the second twisting thread in the same direction as the first coiling direction on the outer surface of the needle (1) toward the rear end.
[0219] The lifting thread (30) according to the third embodiment of the present invention has one side that acts as a tension spring that pulls skin tissue, and the other side that acts as a compression spring that pushes the tissue inside the skin layer, so that it enables a composite treatment that pushes some parts and pulls some parts depending on the state inside the skin layer.
[0220] In addition, the lifting thread (30) according to the third embodiment of the present invention has one side that acts to firmly support the lifting thread (30) like a pillar (base) of a building by having adjacent yarns closely contacting each other, and the other side that acts to elastically push up the inside of the skin layer like a compression spring.
[0221] For example, as illustrated in FIG. 20, when the lifting thread (30) according to the third embodiment of the present invention is performed inside the nasal cavity (nose) of a human body, the compression spring portion (upper portion in the drawing) of the lifting thread (30) according to the third embodiment of the present invention elastically pushes up the tip of the nose to maintain a straight nose, while the tension spring portion (lower portion in the drawing) is in close contact with each other like a base to firmly support the entire lifting thread (30), thereby enabling a stable procedure.
[0222] Furthermore, the method for manufacturing a lifting thread according to the first to third embodiments of the present invention further includes a heat treatment process (thermoforming process) for improving the elasticity of the medical thread, wherein the heat treatment step heat-treats the medical thread (yarn) wound around a needle so that even when the lifting thread is pulled out of the needle and separated, it maintains the shape of a tensile coil spring or a compression coil spring, and further improves the elasticity of the lifting thread.
[0223] As described above, in the present invention, since the elasticity is increased by twisting the medical thread (yarn) in advance, there is no need to increase the heat treatment temperature to a high temperature (a temperature exceeding 75% of the melting temperature, for example, over 85℃ in the case of polydioxanone polymer) during the heat treatment process, and sufficient elasticity can be obtained even by heat treatment at a low temperature (a low temperature of 45% or less of the melting temperature - a low temperature of 50℃ or less in the case of polydioxanone), so that not only can the manufacturing cost of the lifting thread be reduced, but also the yield can be increased, and the lifting thread has the advantage of maximizing the treatment effect because the time until hydrolysis is sufficiently long after the procedure is performed on the human body.
[0224]
[0225] Meanwhile, Fig. 21 is a drawing showing a lifting room (10) according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
[0226] Referring further to FIG. 21, the lifting thread (10) according to the first embodiment of the present invention is formed to have tensile coil spring characteristics by twisting the medical thread (yarn) in one direction so that torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread, and winding the medical thread (yarn) from the front end of the outer peripheral surface of the needle (1) toward the rear end in the same direction as the twisting direction of the medical thread (yarn), so that when the lifting thread (10) is tensioned during a skin lifting procedure, a first elastic force according to the torsional stress and a second elastic force that is the combination of the spring tensile stress and the medical thread (yarn) are applied.
[0227] That is, since the conventional lifting thread does not have a twisting structure and thus does not generate torsional stress, only tensile stress is generated when the lifting thread is tensioned (pulled in both directions) during a skin lifting procedure, but the lifting thread (10) according to the first embodiment of the present invention is configured to have a tensile coil spring characteristic by first twisting the medical thread in one direction and then winding (coiling) in the same direction as the twisting direction of the medical thread, so that when the lifting thread is tensioned during a skin lifting procedure, the first elastic force according to the torsional stress and the second elastic force that is the combination of the spring tensile stress act, thereby generating an elastic restoring force that is stronger than that of a general spring-type lifting thread in which the medical thread (yarn) is not twisted in advance.
[0228] Typically, lifting threads undergo a heat treatment process to increase their elasticity. However, if the temperature of the heat treatment process for the lifting thread is too high (exceeding 75% of the melting temperature, for example, over 85°C for polydioxanone polymers), the elasticity of the lifting thread is improved, but when performing a skin lifting procedure, the lifting thread embedded within the skin layer is easily hydrolyzed because the time for hydrolysis is too short, which shortens the duration of the procedure's effect.
[0229] However, since the lifting thread (10) according to the first embodiment of the present invention is manufactured in a high-elasticity state by first twisting a medical thread in one direction and then winding (coiling) it in the same direction as the twisting direction of the medical thread to have tensile coil spring characteristics, it is not necessary to treat the heat treatment temperature of the lifting thread (10) at a high temperature (a temperature exceeding 75% of the melting temperature, for example, exceeding 85°C in the case of polydioxanone polymer) more than necessary in the heat treatment process of the lifting thread (10), so that the disadvantage of the lifting thread (10) embedded inside the skin layer being easily hydrolyzed and thus shortening the treatment effect period during the skin lifting procedure as described above can be fundamentally resolved.
[0230]
[0231] In addition, Fig. 22a is a drawing showing a lifting room (20) according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
[0232] Referring further to FIG. 22a, the lifting thread (20) according to the second embodiment of the present invention is formed to have compression coil spring characteristics by twisting the medical thread in one direction so that torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread and winding (coiling) the medical thread in the direction opposite to the twisting direction of the medical thread (yarn) from the tip end of the outer peripheral surface of the needle (1) toward the rear end, so that, during a skin lifting procedure, when the lifting thread (20) is compressed, a first elastic force according to the torsional stress and a second elastic force that is the combination of the compressive stress are applied.
[0233] That is, since the conventional lifting thread does not have a twisting structure, only compressive stress is generated when the lifting thread is compressed (pressed from both sides) during a skin lifting procedure, but the lifting thread (20) according to the second embodiment of the present invention is configured to have a compression coil spring characteristic by first twisting the medical thread in one direction and then winding (coiling) the medical thread in the opposite direction to the twisting direction, so that when the lifting thread is compressed during a skin lifting procedure, the first elastic force according to the twisting stress and the second elastic force that is the combined spring compressive stress act, thereby generating an elastic restoring force that is stronger than that of a general spring-type lifting thread that does not twist the medical thread (yarn) in advance.
[0234] Typically, lifting threads undergo a heat treatment process to increase their elasticity.
[0235] However, since the lifting thread (20) according to the second embodiment of the present invention is manufactured in a high-elasticity state by twisting a medical thread in one direction and then winding (coiling) it in the opposite direction to the twisting direction of the medical thread to have the characteristics of a compression coil spring, it is not necessary to treat the heat treatment temperature of the lifting thread (20) at a high temperature (a temperature exceeding 75% of the melting temperature, for example, exceeding 85°C in the case of polydioxanone polymer) more than necessary in the heat treatment process of the lifting thread (20), so that the disadvantage of the lifting thread (20) embedded inside the skin layer being easily hydrolyzed and thus shortening the duration of the treatment effect due to the shortened time for hydrolysis during the skin lifting procedure as described above can be fundamentally resolved.
[0236]
[0237] FIG. 22b is a photograph showing a multi-stage lifting room according to the first and / or second embodiments of the present invention.
[0238] Referring to FIG. 22b, the lifting room according to the first and / or second embodiments described above may configure a multi-stage lifting room (M) by connecting a plurality of lifting rooms in series with each other. The multi-stage lifting room (M) may be a plurality of independent lifting rooms that are the same or different from each other connected in series, and specifically, the multi-stage lifting room (M) may be n independent lifting rooms that are the same or different from each other connected in series through (n-1) connecting portions (not shown) (wherein n is any positive integer).
[0239]
[0240] In addition, Fig. 23 is a drawing showing a lifting room (30) according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
[0241] Referring further to FIG. 23, a lifting thread (30) according to a third embodiment of the present invention is formed to have tensile coil spring characteristics by first twisting a medical thread in one direction so that torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread, and then winding one end of the medical thread in the same direction as the first twist while moving from the leading end of the outer surface of the needle (1) toward the rear end, thereby forming the thread. Thereafter, a second twist is performed on the remaining portion of the medical thread in the opposite direction to the first twist direction so that torsional stress is generated inside the medical thread in the opposite direction, and then winding the remaining portion of the medical thread in the same direction as the first twist while moving toward the rear end of the outer surface of the needle (1) so that the thread is formed to have compressive coil spring characteristics, thereby forming a composite structure having tensile coil spring characteristics and compressive coil spring characteristics.
[0242] The lifting thread (30) according to the third embodiment of the present invention is configured so that, during a lifting procedure, the tension coil spring portion of the lifting thread (30) within the skin layer has a dense pitch (P1) to act as a pillar, and the compression coil spring portion has a non-dense pitch (P2) to act as a pushing up of the skin layer.
[0243] The elasticity according to the torsional stress of the above lifting thread (30) is configured to be adjusted according to changes in the torsional angle of the medical thread, the thickness of the medical thread, the inner diameter of the lifting thread, the pitch, or a combination thereof.
[0244] Medical threads can typically be made of silicone, polypropylene, polydioxanone, Poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA), etc. with a diameter of 0.15 to 0.8 mm. The medical thread according to the present invention is not limited to threads, and any other material using medical materials may also be used.
[0245]
[0246] As described above, the present invention has the following effects.
[0247] First, by twisting a medical thread and then winding (coiling) it around the outer surface (perimeter) of a needle to manufacture a lifting thread in the form of a coil spring, when the lifting thread is tensioned or compressed during a skin lifting procedure, the first elastic force according to the twisting stress of the lifting thread and the second elastic force, which is a greater stress resulting from the combination of the tensile or compressive stress of the lifting thread, are configured to act, so that even after a long time has passed after the skin lifting procedure, a considerable amount of elasticity remains, so that the skin that has been treated does not sag at all and the elasticity of the skin is maintained as it is, thereby maximizing the lifting effect.
[0248] Second, usually, lifting threads go through a process of increasing elasticity through a heat treatment process. Therefore, it is not necessary to treat the heat treatment temperature of the lifting thread to a high temperature (exceeding 75% of the melting temperature, for example, exceeding 85℃ in the case of polydioxanone polymer) more than necessary in the heat treatment process of the lifting thread. Therefore, when performing a skin lifting procedure, the lifting thread embedded inside the skin layer is easily hydrolyzed. The disadvantage of the thread being easily hydrolyzed and thus shortening the treatment effect period can be fundamentally resolved by shortening the time for hydrolysis.
[0249] Third, when a lifting thread with a composite coil spring structure is applied to the nasal cavity (nose) of the human body, the compression spring part of the lifting thread pushes up the tip of the nose to maintain a straight nose, while the tension spring part is tightly attached to each other like a pillar (base) to firmly support the entire lifting thread, enabling a stable procedure.
[0250] Fourth, since the procedure can be performed in a stable state due to the role of the pillar above, there is an effect that the procedure can be performed safely without the lifting thread bending due to carelessness in the procedure, causing plastic deformation (permanent deformation) and loss of elastic restoring power.
[0251] Fifth, when embedding the lifting thread inside the skin layer, the lifting thread is supported by the non-slip joint and is smoothly inserted inside the skin layer without being pushed back. In addition, when the lifting thread is embedded inside the skin layer, the tip of the lifting thread is fixed and the needle is pulled out from the skin layer, the lifting thread stretches and generates elastic restoring force, making the procedure very convenient.
[0252]
[0253] Meanwhile, the present specification and drawings disclose preferred embodiments of the present invention. Although specific terms have been used, they are used in a general sense only to easily explain the technical contents of the present invention and to assist in understanding the invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that other modified examples based on the technical concept of the present invention are possible in addition to the embodiments disclosed herein.
[0254] For example, accessories such as anchors, catches, pull-outs, and non-slip joints are not limited to the lifting thread inserter (100) according to the first embodiment of the present invention and can be equally applied to other embodiments. Furthermore, the technology of the present invention is not limited to skin lifting procedures and can be equally applied to plastic surgery and other procedures.
[0255]
[0256] Example 1: Lifting thread having a tensile coil spring structure with a torsional rotation number of about 480
[0257] A 1 m medical thread was twisted approximately 480 times to produce a twisted thread with a twist number of approximately 480 (TPM; Twist per meter). This twisted thread was coiled to produce a lifting thread having a tensile coil spring structure. Specifically, the twisted thread was positioned around a tubular needle that rotates counterclockwise, and the twisted thread was wound from the tip to the tail of the needle. The inner diameter of the coil spring was the same as the outer diameter of the needle. The resulting tensile coil spring structure lifting thread has a Z-twist shape, specifically, the winding direction of the wire is left-handed, that is, when the spring is lying parallel to the ground when looking at the winding direction of the wire from the observer, the direction is from upper left to lower right.

[0311] Referring to FIG. 33, it can be confirmed that the lifting threads according to Examples 1, 3 and 5 of the present invention have a higher elastic modulus in the order of the number of torsional rotations.
[0312]
[0313] Figure 34 is a graph showing the Young's modulus according to the reverse twist angle of the lifting room according to Examples 1 to 8 of the present invention and Comparative Example 1.
[0314] Referring to FIG. 34, Examples 1 to 8 of the present invention and Comparative Example 1 relate to a lifting thread having a tensile spring structure, and when the Young's modulus (elastic modulus) according to the reverse torsion angle was measured using the same, it was confirmed that the Young's modulus (elastic modulus) tends to increase linearly as the torsion angle increases. It was confirmed that the Young's modulus of Examples 1 to 8 of the present invention and Comparative Example 1 were measured to be 31.5 MPa, 23.6 MPa, 20.7 MPa, 16.5 MPa, 14.1 MPa, 11.6 MPa, 5.8 MPa, 5.0 MPa, and 0.8 MPa, respectively, and the torsion angles at this time were 0.59, 0.52, 0.36, 0.33, 0.29, 0.27, 0.22, 0.20, and 0.72, respectively.
[0315] A specific explanation for deriving this is as follows.
[0316] When a load (F) is applied to a spring, a torsional deformation occurs in the medical thread corresponding to the spring's wire, and the torque (T) applied at this time can be expressed by Equation 1 below. The shear stress within the spring's wire can be derived through Equations 1 to 3 below.
[0317] [Formula 1]
[0318]
[0319] [Formula 2]
[0320]
[0321] [Formula 3]
[0322]
[0323] In the above equations 1 to 3, T is the torque applied when torsional deformation occurs in the spring wire, F is the force applied in the axial direction, D is the coil diameter of the coil spring, I is the bending second area moment, γ is the shear strain, r is the diameter of the wire, and s is the change in extension of the coil along one rotation axis.
[0324] The elastic modulus (k) of a spring that increases the axial tensile deformation resistance of a coil spring by giving a twist to the spring wire in advance can be expressed by the following equation 4.
[0325] [Formula 4]
[0326]
[0327] In the above equation 4, G represents the shear modulus, which is a function of the twist angle (θ) of the spring wire, d is the diameter of the wire, D is the coil diameter of the coil spring, and N is the number of turns of the coil spring.
[0328] In summary, in the present invention, by forming a preset twist of the wire in the opposite direction to the shear deformation (torsion) that occurs when the coil spring is tensioned, resistance to shear deformation is created, and by using this, the axial tensile deformation resistance of the spring is increased, thereby increasing the elastic modulus of the spring. Therefore, the more the above-described preset twist is formed (the larger the twist angle), the more resistance to shear deformation (G) is created, and the more the axial tensile deformation resistance of the spring is increased, thereby increasing the elastic modulus (k) of the spring. In summary, the shear elastic modulus (G) and the elastic modulus (k) of the spring can be defined as a linear relationship.
