Description

Contents container

[0001] The present invention relates to a contents container.

[0002] People generally desire to beautify themselves through makeup. Therefore, they find satisfaction in various ways, including applying makeup to their skin, lips, nails, and hair.

[0003] In the case of lips, makeup is widely used to make the lips stand out from the face or to melt away dead skin cells and create smooth and plump lips. People use lip masks, lipsticks, lip glosses, lip balms, and lip tints to make their lips look more natural.

[0004] Lip masks can be manufactured in a variety of forms. One example is a container-type lip mask. This type of lip mask features a structure where a piston rises when a dial is rotated, dispensing the cosmetic product contained within.

[0005] This type of container lip mask can be used by placing the dispensed portion on the lips to deliver the cosmetics directly to the lips, or by transferring the dispensed cosmetics to the hand or other tool and then delivering them to the lips.

[0006] However, lip masks manufactured in the form of containers have a relatively complex structure for things like the rotation of the dial and the rise of the piston, so there is a risk of leakage.

[0007] Additionally, container-type lip masks may be at increased risk of leakage depending on the viscosity and hardness of the formulation. For example, lip masks with oil formulations, oil-dispersion formulations, oil-in-water formulations, water-in-oil formulations, and oil-wax formulations are at increased risk of leakage. Therefore, it is necessary to control leakage by adjusting the viscosity and hardness of the lip mask. Furthermore, there is a growing need for improvements in the feel of the dial.

[0062]

[0063] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 19, a contents container (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention is composed of a plurality of components and is manufactured by assembling these components. After manufacturing, an assembly structure and a sealing structure that can fundamentally prevent contents from leaking to the outside are applied.

[0064] A contents container (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a cover portion (10), a storage portion (20), a discharge portion (30), an operating portion (40), a shaft portion (50), and a pressurizing portion (60). Hereinafter, the case where the contents container (1) of the present embodiment is cylindrical will be described, but it is of course possible to implement it in various shapes such as a polygon.

[0065]

[0066] The cover part (10) can be coupled to the upper side of the discharge port (31) to seal the upper part of the storage part (20). A plug projection (11) can be provided inside the cover part (10). The plug projection (11) can be fitted into the discharge port (31) provided at the upper part of the discharge part (30) to seal the storage part (20) that receives the contents.

[0067] The cover part (10) is provided in the form of a cylinder with an open bottom and a closed top, and a plug projection (11) for sealing the discharge port (31) of the discharge part (30) may be provided on the lower surface of the upper part to protrude downward. At this time, the plug projection (11) may be partially inserted into the discharge port (31) as illustrated in Fig. 19, etc. In other words, the plug projection (11) may have a relatively small height compared to the depth of the discharge port (31).

[0068] In addition, the plug protrusion (11) may be formed in a hollow shape. The outer circumference of the plug protrusion (11) can be engaged with the inner circumference of the discharge port (31) to prevent leakage of the contents. To this end, the plug protrusion (11) has a size that completely adheres to the discharge port (31). In this case, if the plug protrusion (11) has a filled shape, when the cover part (10) is coupled to the discharge part (30), the plug protrusion (11) increases the internal pressure of the storage part (20).

[0069] In this state, if the user later detaches the cover (10), there is a risk that the contents may leak out due to residual pressure. Therefore, the stopper projection (11) of the present embodiment has a height smaller than the depth of the discharge port (31) to minimize the increase in internal pressure of the storage portion (20). In addition, since the stopper projection (11) has a hollow shape, even if the stopper projection (11) is inserted into the discharge port (31), the increase in internal pressure of the storage portion (20) can be resolved by utilizing the internal space of the stopper projection (11).

[0070] A snap projection (12) may be provided on the inner surface of the cover portion (10). The snap projection (12) may be used to fasten the cover portion (10) to an auxiliary connecting portion (26) described later. A plurality of snap projections (12) may be provided, and may be assembled with an outer projection (261) provided on the upper edge of the auxiliary connecting portion (26). A plurality of snap projections (12) may be arranged radially, and the outer projections (261) may be provided in a ring shape so as not to limit the direction in which the cover portion (10) is fastened to the auxiliary connecting portion (26).

[0071] Of course, conversely, it is also possible to provide a snap projection on the auxiliary joint (26) and to form an inner projection on the cover (10) that engages the snap projection (12). In addition, various fastening structures can be applied.

[0072]

[0073] The storage unit (20) accommodates contents. The storage unit (20) may have a shape in which the upper part is open and a hole (not shown) into which a shaft part (50) is inserted is formed at the lower part. A discharge part (30) and a cover part (10) may be combined at the upper part of the storage unit (20).

[0074] The discharge unit (30) and the storage unit (20) can be coupled so that their relative rotation is limited. That is, the discharge unit (30) and the storage unit (20) are coupled so that they cannot rotate with each other, and can rotate as one. On the other hand, the operating unit (40) is provided so that it can rotate relative to the storage unit (20). Therefore, when a user holds the discharge unit (30) and rotates the operating unit (40), the operating unit (40) can rotate relative to the storage unit (20). Of course, the user can hold the operating unit (40) and rotate the discharge unit (30), and at this time, the relative rotation of the discharge unit (30) can occur.

[0075] The storage unit (20) may include a gear projection (21), a rim (22), a support projection (23), a feeling generating unit (24), a protruding unit (25), and an auxiliary connecting unit (26). Each component is described in detail below.

[0076] The storage unit (20) may be provided with a rim (22) that protrudes from the outside of the side wall. The rim (22) may have a ring shape. The storage unit (20) and the discharge unit (30) may be fastened by interlocking the rim (22) of the storage unit (20) and the ring-shaped groove (32) of the discharge unit (30).

[0077] The discharge unit (30) may be provided with a ring-shaped groove (32) at a position corresponding to the rim (22) when coupled to one side of the storage unit (20). As illustrated in Fig. 16, the ring-shaped groove (32) may be engaged with the rim (22) to maintain the discharge unit (30) in connection with the storage unit (20).

[0078] In addition, the storage unit (20) and the discharge unit (30) can be fastened by interlocking the gear projection (21) of the storage unit (20) and the fixing projection (33) of the discharge unit (30). The fastening of the rim (22) and the ring-shaped groove (32) is to prevent the discharge unit (30) from being separated from the storage unit (20) and does not limit the relative rotation of the discharge unit (30) with respect to the storage unit (20). However, the fastening of the gear projection (21) and the fixing projection (33) can be provided to limit the relative rotation of the discharge unit (30) with respect to the storage unit (20).

[0079] The tooth projection (21) may be provided along the circumferential direction on the outer side of the side wall of the storage unit (20). The tooth projection (21) may have a form in which vertical unit teeth of a preset height are arranged at regular intervals along the circumference of the side wall of the storage unit (20). The unit teeth may be arranged at intervals smaller than the size of each unit tooth or at intervals similar to the size of the unit tooth, and a fixed projection (33) may be formed on the discharge unit (30) corresponding to the intervals between the unit teeth.

[0080] In addition, 5 to 10 (preferably 8 or 9) unit teeth may be provided at regular intervals between two adjacent protrusions (25). At this time, the tooth projections (21) are spaced apart from the protrusions (25) by a first interval along the circumferential direction of the storage section (20), and the first interval may be set to be larger than the regular interval at which the unit teeth are arranged.

[0081] The reason why the gear projection (21) is formed by arranging five or more unit teeth is because the structural rigidity can be supplemented and improved compared to the case where the gear projections (21) are arranged at a distance. That is, in the present embodiment, by forming the gap between the unit teeth in the gear projection (21) small, the fastening force between the storage unit (20) and the discharge unit (30) can be sufficiently secured, and the stable integral rotation of the discharge unit (30) and the storage unit (20) can be guaranteed.

[0082] The gear projection (21) may be provided on the lower side of the rim (22) on the outer side of the side wall of the storage unit (20). In this case, when the lower end of the discharge unit (30) is connected to the storage unit (20), it passes through the rim (22) and then the gear projection (21).

[0083] In order to prevent the fixed projection (33) that engages with the toothed projection (21) in the discharge portion (30) from being caught on the rim (22) of the storage portion (20), the inner diameter of the lower portion of the discharge portion (30) where the fixed projection (33) is provided may be provided relatively larger than the inner diameter of the upper portion where the ring-shaped groove (32) is provided.

[0084] Accordingly, when the discharge unit (30) is coupled to the storage unit (20), the fixing projection (33) provided on the lower part of the discharge unit (30) can pass through the rim (22) of the storage unit (20) without interfering with it and then engage with the toothed projection (21) of the storage unit (20).

[0085] A plurality of fixing projections (33) provided on the discharge portion (30) may be arranged along the inner surface of the discharge portion (30). That is, the fixing projections (33) of the discharge portion (30) may be provided in the shape of teeth corresponding to the gear projections (21) of the storage portion (20).

[0086] The storage unit (20) may further include a support protrusion (23). The support protrusion (23) may be used for fixing the auxiliary coupling unit (26) as illustrated in FIG. 18. For reference, the auxiliary coupling unit (26) may also be interpreted as constituting a part of the storage unit (20), and for convenience, the portion of the storage unit (20) from which the auxiliary coupling unit (26) is excluded may be referred to as a storage body (20a).

[0087] The support protrusion (23) may be provided in the form of a horizontal bar on the outer surface of the lower portion of the storage body (20a). A plurality of support protrusions (23) may be provided, and may support the lower edge of the auxiliary coupling portion (26). That is, the support protrusion (23) may restrict the downward movement of the auxiliary coupling portion (26) with respect to the storage body (20a).

[0088] A manipulation sense generating unit (24) may be provided at the lower part of the storage unit (20). The manipulation sense generating unit (24) is provided at the lower part of the storage unit (20) and can provide a manipulation sense regarding the rotation angle and the degree of elevation of the pressing unit (60) in cooperation with the protrusions (44) provided on the manipulation unit (40) when the manipulation unit (40) is rotated relative to the manipulation unit (40). The manipulation sense generating unit (24) can provide stimuli such as auditory stimulation and tactile stimulation to the user in cooperation with the protrusions (44). For example, the manipulation sense generating unit (24) and the protrusions (44) can generate a manipulation sense when the manipulation sense generating unit (24) goes over the protrusions (44) when the manipulation unit (40) is rotated, or can generate a tactile sensation when the manipulation sense generating unit (24) is caught on the protrusions (44). Accordingly, the user can feel the degree of rotation of the operating unit (40) and the degree of elevation of the pressurizing unit (60) based on the clicking noise or click sensation, and can feel the operational feel during use. In addition, due to the engagement of the operational feel generating unit (24) and the protrusions (44), the user can constantly adjust the rotation angle of the operating unit (40), adjust the degree of elevation of the pressurizing unit (60), and control the amount of content discharged.

[0089] At least one operation sensation generating unit (24) may be provided along the lower edge of the storage unit (20). A plurality of operation sensation generating units (24) of the storage unit (20) may be provided radially, and may be formed in a form including an arm (241) and a catch (242), etc. The arm (241) may extend in a cantilever shape from the lower end of the storage unit (20). For example, the arm (241) may extend in a direction that may have an elastic function (for example, a direction including a horizontal component). That is, the arm (241) may be connected to the lower end of the storage unit (20) in an L shape.

[0090] The above arm (241) may have elasticity. That is, the arm (241) may be bent by an external force, and when the external force is removed, the arm (241) may return to a straight shape due to elasticity. The arm (241) may be fixed at one end to the lower end of the storage unit (20) and, when an external force is applied to a catch (242) formed at the other end, the arm (241) may be bent upward and deformed. When the external force applied to the catch (242) is removed, the arm (241) may return to its original shape.

[0091] The storage unit (20) may have an inlet end (202) that is sunken upward in the lower portion where the operation sensation generating unit (24) is located and accommodates at least a portion of the arm (241). The bottom portion at the lower end of the storage unit (20) may have a partially cut and penetrated shape so that the inlet end (202) can be formed. However, even if the bottom of the storage unit (20) is penetrated to provide the inlet end (202), since the periphery of the pressurizing unit (60) and the inner wall of the storage unit (20) have a mutually sealed structure, the contents stored above the pressurizing unit (60) may not leak through the inlet end (202).

[0092] The inlet end (202) is provided to accommodate a free end portion of the arm (241) in which a catch (242) is provided, so that a free space can be formed for the arm (241) to be deformed upward. When the storage unit (20) rotates and the operation sensation generating unit (24) passes over the uneven projection (44), the arm (241) of the operation sensation generating unit (24) can be deformed upward toward the inside of the inlet end (202).

[0093] The catch (242) may protrude downward from the arm (241). The catch (242) may protrude downward from the end of the arm (241) and may be provided in a form including an inclined surface and a vertical surface. The catch (242) may have a curved inclined surface along the rotational direction of the operating sensation generating unit (24) and a vertical surface formed at the end of the inclined surface. The inclined surface and the vertical surface of the catch (242) may cooperate with a plurality of uneven protrusions (44) provided on the operating unit (40) to generate an operating sensation.

[0094] A recessed portion (25) is provided in the storage portion (20). The recessed portion (25) is formed at a certain interval on the inner surface of the storage portion (20) and suppresses the rotation of the pressurizing portion (60) provided inside the storage portion (20), thereby enabling the pressurizing portion (60) to rise or fall.

[0095] The uneven portion (25) can be formed by continuously sinking inward along the height direction on the side wall of the storage unit (20). That is, the uneven portion (25) can have a shape that protrudes on the inner surface of the side wall and sinks on the outer surface of the side wall as the side wall sinks inward.

[0096] The uneven portion (25) may have an inwardly convex curved shape. At this time, the pressing portion (60) may have a groove (61) in a concave curved shape that engages with the uneven portion (25) on the periphery. The storage portion (20) needs to engage with the pressing portion (60) in an uneven structure in order to suppress rotation of the pressing portion (60). In the present embodiment, by forming the uneven structure in a curved shape, leakage of contents between the storage portion (20) and the pressing portion (60) can be minimized.

[0097] The convex curved surface of the uneven portion (25) may be formed in the shape of an arc having an angle of less than 180 degrees (preferably less than 150 degrees), as illustrated in FIG. 15. That is, the curved surface of the uneven portion (25) may have a relatively gently convex shape in the shape of an arc smaller than a semicircle, and both ends of the curved surface of the uneven portion (25) may be connected to the side wall of the storage portion (20) at an angle of more than 120 degrees. For reference, in FIG. 15, the convex curved surface of the uneven portion (25) and the groove (61) of the pressurizing portion (60) are illustrated as being spaced apart to aid understanding, but it should be noted that in reality, they are in close contact so that there is no leakage of the contents.

[0098] The height of the uneven portion (25) can determine the elevation range of the pressurizing portion (60). The upper end of the uneven portion (25) can determine the point at which the pressurizing portion (60) rises to its maximum. The uneven portion (25) can have a height such that the upper end is located higher than the rim (22). However, since the uneven portion (25) has a sunken shape on the outer surface of the side wall of the storage portion (20), the upper end of the uneven portion (25) can be filled by the rim (22) so that the contents do not leak along the uneven portion (25). That is, the rim (22) can be provided in a form that fills the upper part of the uneven portion (25) on the outer side of the side wall.

[0099] Also, in a similar context, a protrusion (251) may be provided on the uneven portion (25). The protrusion (251) may be provided on the outer side of the side wall and may have a shape that cuts the uneven portion (25) in the height direction. Even if the contents leak from the lower part of the portion sunken by the uneven portion (25) on the outer surface of the side wall, the contents may be blocked by the protrusion (251) and thus prevented from leaking upward.

[0100] For example, if the contents leak between the storage unit (20) and the operating unit (40), the contents may flow downward from the sunken curved surface of the uneven portion (25) provided on the side of the storage unit (20). Specifically, when the shaft unit (50) rotates, the phase change of the contents occurs due to the rotational force of the screw column (52), and the contents with increased flowability may flow out along the gap between the screw column (52) and the pressurizing unit (60). At this time, the leaked contents may flow up along the outer surface of the storage unit (20), causing leakage.

[0101] At this time, if the contents leak upward along the sunken curved surface of the uneven portion (25), there is a problem of leaking to the outside through the gap between the discharge portion (30) and the storage portion (20). However, according to the present embodiment, a protruding portion (251) can be filled at least one point in the up-and-down direction among the concave curved portions of the uneven portion (25). The protruding portion (251) can cut off the concave curved surface of the uneven portion (25) to prevent the contents from leaking through the sunken curved surface of the uneven portion (25).

[0102] The protrusion (251) may be provided in a form in which the outer surface is continuous with the side surface of the storage unit (20), but it may also be provided to protrude further than the side surface of the storage unit (20) similar to the rim (22).

[0103] Since the uneven portion (25) is formed at a sufficient height from the side wall of the storage portion (20) to secure the lifting range of the pressurizing portion (60), the toothed projection (21) of the storage portion (20) can be arranged at the same position as at least a portion of the uneven portion (25) in the height direction. At this time, the toothed projection (21) can be provided between a plurality of uneven portions (25).

[0104] The auxiliary coupling part (26) is provided on the outside of the storage body (20a) and may be provided to be rotatable with respect to the storage body (20a). The auxiliary coupling part (26) may include an outer protrusion (261), a first coupling groove (262), a first coupling protrusion (263), and an inner protrusion (264).

[0105] An outer projection (261) may be provided on the upper edge of the auxiliary coupling portion (26). The outer projection (261) may be assembled with a plurality of snap projections (12) provided on the cover portion (10). However, even if the outer projections (261) of the auxiliary coupling portion (26) and the snap projections (12) of the cover portion (10) are coupled, the cover portion (10) may be allowed to rotate relative to the auxiliary coupling portion (26).

[0106] The first coupling groove (262) may be provided to be recessed in a ring shape into the outer surface of the auxiliary coupling portion (26). The first coupling groove (262) may be assembled with the second coupling protrusion (46) of the operating portion (40) as illustrated in Fig. 17. Among the first coupling groove (262) and the second coupling protrusion (46), at least the first coupling groove (262) may be provided in the shape of a ring.

[0107] The first coupling protrusion (263) is provided to protrude from the outer surface of the auxiliary coupling portion (26), and at least a portion thereof may be arranged to overlap the first coupling groove (262). A plurality of first coupling protrusions (263) may be provided, and may be assembled with a plurality of second coupling grooves (47) provided in the operating portion (40).

[0108] In the operating unit (40), the second coupling groove (47) may be provided in a form that disconnects the second coupling protrusion (46), and the angle at which the first coupling protrusion (263) engages the second coupling groove (47) may be limited. That is, when the auxiliary coupling unit (26) and the operating unit (40) are mutually fastened through the first coupling protrusion (263) and the second coupling groove (47), the relative rotation of the operating unit (40) with respect to the auxiliary coupling unit (26) is limited. Therefore, when the user rotates the operating unit (40), the auxiliary coupling unit (26) also rotates. However, as described above, the cover unit (10) can rotate relative to the auxiliary coupling unit (26).

[0109] The inner protrusion (264) may be provided to protrude from the inner surface of the auxiliary coupling portion (26) so as to be in close contact with the outer surface of the storage body (20a). The inner protrusion (264) is provided in a ring shape and may be used to implement a seal between the auxiliary coupling portion (26) and the storage body (20a).

[0110] As illustrated in Fig. 18, when the inner protrusion (264) of the auxiliary coupling part (26) is pressed against the outer surface of the storage body (20a), the contents can be prevented from leaking to the outside between the inner surface of the auxiliary coupling part (26) and the outer surface of the storage body (20a).

[0111] In particular, the storage body (20a) is provided with a protruding portion (25) on the side wall, and a protruding portion (251) is provided at one point in the height direction on the curved portion sunken from the protruding portion (25). The inner protrusion (264) of the auxiliary coupling portion (26) is provided at the same height as the protruding portion (251), so that it can be in close contact with the protruding portion (251). Through this, the protruding portion (251) can effectively prevent leakage between the storage body (20a) and the auxiliary coupling portion (26).

[0112] Based on the auxiliary coupling part (26), the cover part (10) can be coupled to the upper part and the operating part (40) can be coupled to the lower part. At this time, the auxiliary coupling part (26) and the cover part (10) can be fastened so as to be able to rotate relative to each other when the outer protrusion (261) of the auxiliary coupling part (26) and the snap protrusion (12) of the cover part (10) are engaged, and on the other hand, the auxiliary coupling part (26) and the operating part (40) can be fastened so as not to be able to rotate relative to each other when the first engaging protrusion (263) of the auxiliary coupling part (26) and the second engaging groove (47) of the operating part (40) are engaged. In addition, the auxiliary coupling part (26) is provided so that the relative rotation with respect to the storage body (20a) is not restricted.

[0113] When the user holds the cover part (10) firmly so that the side is compressed and turns the operating part (40), there is a risk that the contents may be discharged if the auxiliary coupling part (26) rotates relative to the operating part (40). However, in the present embodiment, by configuring the operating part (40) and the auxiliary coupling part (26) to rotate integrally, when the user presses the side of the cover part (10) to the extent that the rotation of the auxiliary coupling part (26) is suppressed, the rotation of the operating part (40) that is integrally connected with the auxiliary coupling part (26) is suppressed, thereby eliminating the risk of contents being discharged.

[0114] In this embodiment, the operating part (40), shaft part (50), and auxiliary coupling part (26) that are combined to rotate integrally can be defined as the first group, and the discharge part (30), storage body (20a), and pressurizing part (60) that are combined to rotate integrally can be defined as the second group. The first group and the second group can rotate relative to each other, and in this embodiment, the first group can rotate while the second group is stationary, or the second group can rotate while the first group is stationary.

[0115] For example, when the first group is stationary and the second group is rotating, the pressurizing portion (60) and the like may rotate as the user holds the operating portion (40) and turns the discharge portion (30). Conversely, when the second group is stationary and the first group is rotating, the shaft portion (50) and the like may rotate as the user holds the discharge portion (30) and turns the operating portion (40).

[0116]

[0117] The discharge unit (30) may be provided in a form in which the lower part is open and the upper part covers the open upper part of the storage unit (20). The discharge unit (30) may be provided with a discharge port (31) for discharging the contents, and may be assembled to be fixed to the upper outer surface of the storage unit (20).

[0118] The discharge portion (30) can be coupled to the storage portion (20) so that its relative rotation is limited while surrounding the upper outer periphery of the storage portion (20). The discharge portion (30) includes a discharge port (31), a ring-shaped groove (32), a fixing protrusion (33), and a sealing rib (34). The discharge port (31) can be provided at the top so that the contents contained in the storage portion (20) can be discharged to the outside. The discharge port (31) can be sealed when the plug protrusion (11) of the cover portion (10) is inserted therein.

[0119] The ring-shaped groove (32) may be provided in a ring shape on the inner surface of the discharge portion (30) and may be assembled with a rim (22) provided in a ring shape on the outer surface of the storage portion (20). Of course, it is also possible for the ring-shaped groove (32) to be provided on the outer surface of the storage portion (20) and the rim (22) to be provided on the inner surface of the discharge portion (30).

[0120] The ring-shaped groove (32) of the discharge portion (30) and the rim (22) of the storage portion (20) are used to maintain a mutually connected state and do not limit relative rotation. However, the relative rotation of the discharge portion (30) with respect to the storage portion (20) is limited by the fixing projection (33) described later.

[0121] The fixed projection (33) can be engaged with the gear projection (21) of the storage unit (20) to limit the relative rotation of the discharge unit (30) with respect to the storage unit (20). The gear projection (21) of the storage unit (20) has a form in which a plurality of unit teeth are arranged at regular intervals, and the fixed projection (33) can be inserted into the gap between adjacent unit teeth. Accordingly, the relative rotation of the discharge unit (30) with respect to the storage unit (20) is suppressed when the fixed projection (33) of the discharge unit (30) is engaged with the gear projection (21) of the storage unit (20).

[0122] In addition, the discharge portion (30) may be provided with a plurality of fixing protrusions (33), and further, the fixing protrusions (33) may be arranged in a sawtooth shape. As shown in the drawing, the fixing protrusions (33) may be arranged at regular intervals on the entire inner circumference of the discharge portion (30). In this case, the interval of the fixing protrusions (33) may correspond to the size of a unit sawtooth.

[0123] As shown in Fig. 16, the discharge portion (30) may be provided in a form in which the lower portion where the fixing projection (33) is provided has a relatively larger inner diameter than the upper portion where the ring-shaped groove (32) is provided. This is to prevent the fixing projection (33) of the discharge portion (30) from interfering with the rim (22) of the storage portion (20) with which the ring-shaped groove (32) of the discharge portion (30) is engaged, as described above.

[0124] The sealing rib (34) may be provided to protrude downward from the lower surface of the upper wall of the discharge portion (30) and engage with the inner circumference of the upper portion of the storage portion (20). Since the outer circumference of the upper portion of the storage portion (20) is covered by the side wall of the discharge portion (30) and the inner circumference is in contact with the sealing rib (34), a double seal can be implemented between the storage portion (20) and the discharge portion (30).

[0125] The sealing rib (34) is provided in a ring shape and can be in close contact with the entire inner circumference of the upper part of the storage part (20). In addition, the sealing rib (34) may be provided with a sealing protrusion (341) on the outer circumference that comes into contact with the inner circumference of the upper part of the storage part (20). The sealing protrusion (341) can block the gap between the sealing rib (34) and the upper part of the storage part (20) to prevent leakage of the contents.

[0126] In order to strengthen the sealing bond between the discharge portion (30) and the storage portion (20), a thickness reducing portion (201) may be provided on the upper end of the side wall of the storage portion (20), as illustrated in FIG. 16. The thickness reducing portion (201) is provided at the uppermost end of the side wall of the storage portion (20), and a rim (22) provided on the side wall of the storage portion (20) may be provided below the thickness reducing portion (201).

[0127] The thickness reduction portion (201) is provided at the top of the side wall of the storage portion (20) and may have a shape in which the thickness in the inner and outer directions is relatively smaller at the top than at the bottom. For example, the thickness reduction portion (201) of the storage portion (20) may have a shape in which the thickness gradually decreases upward, and the inner surface of the discharge portion (30) may have a shape corresponding thereto. That is, the part of the side wall of the discharge portion (30) that faces the thickness reduction portion (201) of the storage portion (20) may have a shape in which the thickness in the inner and outer directions gradually increases upward.

[0128]

[0129] The operating unit (40) may be provided to cover the lower portion of the storage unit (20) with an open upper portion and a closed lower portion. In addition, the operating unit (40) is rotatably assembled on the lower portion of the storage unit (20). Since the pressurizing unit (60) is raised or lowered by the rotational operation of the operating unit (40), the operating unit (40) can control the discharge of the contents.

[0130] The operating unit (40) may include a central protrusion (41), a peripheral protrusion (42), and a ring-shaped protrusion (43) for assembling the shaft unit (50), and may include a ring-shaped protrusion (43), a protrusion (44), and a settling protrusion (45) for securing the storage unit (20). In addition, the operating unit (40) may include a second engaging protrusion (46) and a second engaging groove (47) for securing with the auxiliary engaging unit (26).

[0131] The center protrusion (41) is provided at the center of the inner bottom surface of the operating portion (40) and can be engaged with the shaft portion (50). The center protrusion (41) protrudes upward from the bottom surface of the operating portion (40), and the shaft portion (50) can have the center protrusion (41) of the operating portion (40) inserted into the insertion hole (521). Through this, the centers of the operating portion (40) and the shaft portion (50) can be aligned.

[0132] The peripheral projections (42) are provided around the central projection (41). A plurality of peripheral projections (42) may be provided radially around the central projection (41). The peripheral projections (42) can be engaged with the insertion grooves (511) provided in the shaft portion (50). A plurality of insertion grooves (511) are also provided in the shaft portion (50) corresponding to the plurality of peripheral projections (42) provided in the operating portion (40), so that when the peripheral projections (42) and the insertion grooves (511) are engaged, the relative rotation of the shaft portion (50) with respect to the operating portion (40) can be restricted.

[0133] A ring-shaped protrusion (43) is provided around the central protrusion (41) and may be provided to connect a plurality of peripheral protrusions (42). The ring-shaped protrusion (43) is provided in a form that connects the outer sides of the peripheral protrusions (42) and allows the fixing plate (51) of the shaft portion (50) to be seated on the inner side. Through this, the ring-shaped protrusion (43) can ensure that the shaft portion (50) rotates stably without shaking.

[0134] In addition, the ring-shaped protrusion (43) can stably guide the relative rotation of the storage unit (20) with respect to the operating unit (40). Specifically, on the outer side of the ring-shaped protrusion (43), a catch protrusion (242), which is at least a part of the operating sensation generating unit (24) provided in the storage unit (20), can face in the inner and outer directions. Accordingly, the storage unit (20) rotates while the operating sensation generating unit (24) is guided along the outer surface of the ring-shaped protrusion (43), so the ring-shaped protrusion (43) can suppress positional deviation, etc., when the storage unit (20) rotates.

[0135] That is, the ring-shaped protrusion (43) can align the centers of the shaft portion (50) and the operating portion (40) through the inner end, and can align the centers of the storage portion (20) and the operating portion (40) through the outer end. Through this, the centers of the storage portion (20), the operating portion (40), and the shaft portion (50) can be aligned with each other, thereby ensuring coaxiality.

[0136] The uneven projection (44) may be provided around the peripheral projection (42). In particular, the uneven projection (44) is provided around the ring-shaped projection (43) and cooperates with the operation sensation generating unit (24) provided in the storage unit (20) to provide an operation sensation when the operation unit (40) and the storage unit (20) are relatively rotated. The operation sensation may be a sound or a click sensation generated by the interaction between the operation sensation generating unit (24) and the uneven projection (44). The click sensation may be a sensation that a user can feel through the operation unit (40) or the storage unit (20). Specifically, the click sensation may be a sensation of vibration transmitted to the user or a sensation of resistance decreasing in the rotation of the operation unit (40).

[0137] A plurality of protrusions (44) may be radially provided around the ring-shaped protrusion (43). The plurality of protrusions (44) may be provided in a relatively larger number than the peripheral protrusions (42) and may be arranged in a sawtooth shape in order to provide a continuous operating feeling when the operating part (40) is rotated.

[0138] Additionally, the protrusions (44) can be regularly arranged around the ring-shaped protrusions (43). That is, the protrusions (44) can be arranged at equal intervals or at equal angles.

[0139] At this time, when the operating part (40) rotates between adjacent protrusions (44), the distance at which the pressurizing part (60) moves up and down is constant, and the pitch of the screw column (52) is also constant, so that the amount of contents discharged by the operating part (40) can be constant accordingly.

[0140] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the content container can control the discharge amount of the content by adjusting the pitch of the screw column (52) and the arrangement angle of the protrusions (44). According to one embodiment of the present invention, the content container can control the discharge amount of the content when one click occurs at the protrusions (44) by adjusting the arrangement angle of the protrusions (44). The occurrence of one click at the protrusions (44) may mean that the content has moved from the protrusions (44) to an adjacent protrusion (44).

[0141] For example, in a content container according to one embodiment of the present invention, the pitch of the screw column (52) is 0.1 to 5 mm, and the protrusions (44) can be arranged at regular angles around the ring-shaped protrusions (43). Specifically, the protrusions (44) can be arranged at angles of 0 to 30 degrees. When the protrusions (44) move to adjacent protrusions (44), 0.01 to 0.1 mL of the content can be discharged. That is, when one click occurs at the protrusions (44), 0.01 to 0.1 mL of the content can be discharged.

[0142] The uneven projection (44) can implement various shapes of the surface that comes into contact with the operation sensation generating unit (24). The uneven projection (44) can include a curved inclined surface along the relative rotation direction of the storage unit (20) with respect to the operation unit (40) and a vertical surface formed at the end of the inclined surface. The inclined surfaces and vertical surfaces of the plurality of uneven projections (44) can be formed to correspond to the inclined surfaces and vertical surfaces of the catch projections (242) of the storage unit (20).

[0143] The storage unit (20) is provided with an operation sensation generating unit (24) having a curved inclined surface and a vertical surface in the direction of rotation, and the operation unit (40) is provided with a plurality of protrusions (44) having a curved inclined surface and a vertical surface in the direction of rotation. Therefore, when the operation unit (40) is relatively rotated with respect to the storage unit (20), the inclined surface of the protrusions (44) rotates along the inclined surface of the operation sensation generating unit (24), and when the vertical surface of the protrusions (44) passes over the vertical surface of the operation sensation generating unit (24), a click is generated. In addition, when the vertical surface of the protrusions (44) passes over the vertical surface of the operation sensation generating unit (24), the two vertical surfaces face each other, so that the reverse rotation of the operation unit (40) can be prevented.

[0144] The central protrusion (41), the peripheral protrusion (42), and the uneven protrusion (44) are sequentially provided in a direction away from the center of the inner bottom surface of the operating unit (40), and may be provided at positions that overlap each other in the height direction. In this embodiment, the height occupied by the components for achieving functions such as fixing the shaft unit (50) to the operating unit (40) and providing a sense of operation for the relative rotation of the storage unit (20) can be minimized through the arrangement of these protrusions. In addition, this embodiment can increase user satisfaction by maximizing the space in which the contents are stored among the entire height of the contents container (1).

[0145] This embodiment is provided with a peripheral projection (42) and an insertion groove (511) for fixing the shaft portion (50) to the operation portion (40), and a protruding projection (44) and an operation sensation generating portion (24) for generating a click when the operation portion (40) is rotated relative to the storage portion (20). At this time, if the peripheral projection (42) and the insertion groove (511) are referred to as first cooperative means, and the protruding projection (44) and the operation sensation generating portion (24) are referred to as second cooperative means, the first cooperative means and the second cooperative means can be arranged between the lower end of the storage portion (20) and the bottom surface of the operation portion (40).

[0146] If the height required to provide the first cooperative means is A and the height required to provide the second cooperative means is B, and the first and second cooperative means are arranged at different heights vertically, the part of the operating unit (40) lower than the storage unit (20) must have a height greater than A+B. In this case, the content container (1) necessarily extends downward from the storage unit (20) by the height of A+B.

[0147] However, in the present embodiment, by arranging the first cooperative means and the second cooperative means at the same height, the portion of the operating unit (40) lower than the storage unit (20) can be minimized to a height of about A or B.

[0148] Therefore, in this embodiment, in a contents container (1) having a stable rotation function of a shaft portion (50) and a sounding function when the operating portion (40) rotates, it is possible to secure a sufficient storage volume of contents in the contents container (1) while preventing the overall height of the contents container (1) from becoming unnecessarily large.

[0149] The anchoring protrusions (45) are provided in multiple numbers and are radially arranged around the uneven protrusions (44). The anchoring protrusions (45) may be provided in numbers and positions corresponding to those of the peripheral protrusions (42). However, the peripheral protrusions (42) may have a shape that protrudes upward from the bottom surface of the operating portion (40), while the anchoring protrusions (45) may have a shape that protrudes inward from the side wall of the operating portion (40).

[0150] The storage unit (20) can be engaged with the inside of a plurality of fixing protrusions (45) at the bottom, and through this, the fixing protrusions (45) can center the bottom of the storage unit (20) with respect to the operating unit (40). In addition, as the fixing protrusions (45) interfere with the bottom of the storage unit (20) in the inner and outer directions, the side wall of the storage unit (20) is separated from the inside of the operating unit (40), so that the convenience of rotational operation of the operating unit (40) can be improved.

[0151] In addition, the structural strength of the operating unit (40) can be improved as the fixing projection (45) is provided, and the operating unit (40) can be effectively prevented from being detached from the storage unit (20), etc.

[0152]

[0153] The shaft portion (50) is assembled to the inner bottom of the operating portion (40). The shaft portion (50) includes a fixing plate (51) and a screw pillar (52). The fixing plate (51) is provided in a disk shape and can be secured to the inner bottom of the operating portion (40). A plurality of insertion grooves (511) can be provided radially around the fixing plate (51). The insertion grooves (511) of the fixing plate (51) are provided in the same number and in a corresponding shape as the peripheral protrusions (42) of the operating portion (40) so that they can be mutually engaged.

[0154] The fixed plate (51) can be provided at the base of the screw column (52). The screw column (52) can be provided at the center of the fixed plate (51). In addition, the fixed plate (51) can be fitted with an insertion groove (511) that engages with a peripheral projection (42) of the operating portion (40), and at the same time, the periphery of the fixed plate (51) can be secured inside the ring-shaped projection (43) of the operating portion (40). Therefore, the fixed plate (51) can be installed at an appropriate position on the bottom of the operating portion (40).

[0155] The screw column (52) may have a shape extending upward from the center of the fixed plate (51) and may be provided with screw threads (not shown). The screw threads of the screw column (52) may be screw-connected with the pressurizing portion (60), and when the screw column (52) rotates, the rotation of the pressurizing portion (60) is suppressed, so that the pressurizing portion (60) may be raised and lowered along the height direction of the screw column (52).

[0156] The screw column (52) can be engaged with the center projection (41) provided on the inner bottom surface of the operating portion (40). The screw column (52) can have an insertion hole (521) in the base into which the center projection (41) is inserted, and when the center projection (41) is inserted into the insertion hole (521), coaxiality between the shaft portion (50) and the operating portion (40) can be secured.

[0157] The screw column (52) may have a hollow shaft shape, and the upper end may be closed to prevent the contents from entering, and the lower end may be open to form an insertion port (521).

[0158] The engagement of the insertion hole (521) of the screw column (52) and the center protrusion (41) of the operating portion (40) is used to align the centers of the operating portion (40) and the shaft portion (50), and the mutual engagement of the periphery of the fixed plate (51) and the ring-shaped protrusion (43) of the operating portion (40) is also used to align the centers of the operating portion (40) and the shaft portion (50). However, the insertion groove (511) of the fixed plate (51) and the peripheral protrusion (42) of the operating portion (40) can be used to suppress relative rotation of the shaft portion (50) and the operating portion (40). Of course, it is also possible to secure an integral rotation function of the operating portion (40) and the shaft portion (50) by making the shapes of the insertion hole (521), the center protrusion (41), the ring-shaped protrusion (43), etc., non-circular.

[0159] The screw column (52) may have a rise limiting portion (not shown) at the end that releases the engagement with the pressurizing portion (60) to limit the maximum rise position of the pressurizing portion (60). The rise limiting portion may be provided in a form without screw threads, thereby limiting the maximum rise position of the pressurizing portion (60) to a point spaced apart from the discharge portion (30). Through this, the present embodiment can prevent unnecessary leakage of contents by preventing the upper surface of the pressurizing portion (60) from directly contacting the discharge portion (30).

[0160]

[0161] The pressurizing portion (60) pushes up the contents by the operation of the operating portion (40). The pressurizing portion (60) is interlocked with the shaft portion (50) and can rise and push up the contents when the operating portion (40) rotates relative to the storage portion (20).

[0162] The operating unit (40) and shaft unit (50) rotate as one, but the pressure unit (60) is provided so as not to rotate inside the storage unit (20). Since the operating unit (40) rotates relative to the storage unit (20), when the operating unit (40) rotates, the pressure unit (60) is positioned so as not to rotate.

[0163] For this purpose, the pressurizing portion (60) may be provided with a groove (61) that engages with the uneven portion (25) of the storage portion (20). The storage portion (20) may have an uneven portion (25) formed on the side wall, and the pressurizing portion (60) may have a groove (61) in the shape of a concave curved surface that engages with the convex curved surface of the uneven portion (25) on the periphery. The shape of the groove (61) may be similar to that described above with respect to the uneven portion (25).

[0164] When the shaft portion (50) rotates by the operating portion (40), the rotation of the pressurizing portion (60) can be suppressed because the groove (61) of the pressurizing portion (60) is engaged with the uneven portion (25) of the storage portion (20). In this case, the pressurizing portion (60) can be raised and lowered along the screw column (52) of the shaft portion (50).

[0165] The pressurizing portion (60) may have screw threads (62) formed on its inner surface. The screw threads (62) of the pressurizing portion (60) may be engaged with the screw threads of the screw column (52), and when the operating portion (40) rotates and the screw column (52) rotates, the pressurizing portion (60) may be limited in rotation by the storage portion (20) and may move along the length direction of the screw column (52). The screw threads (62) extend upward from the bottom surface of the pressurizing portion (60), and a plurality of screw threads (62) and a plurality of screw threads of the screw column (52) may be firmly connected.

[0166] The pressurizing portion (60) may be provided with a screw thread (62) on the lower side that engages with the screw column (52). Accordingly, even if a rising limiting portion is provided on the screw column (52), the pressurizing portion (60) can discharge the contents so that the remaining amount of the contents is minimized. In other words, the pressurizing portion (60) can sufficiently discharge the contents stored in the storage portion (20) without directly contacting the discharge portion (30).

[0167] That is, the user separates the cover part (10) from the contents container (1) of this embodiment, and then rotates the operation part (40) while holding the operation part (40) and the discharge part (30). At this time, the rotation of the discharge part (30), the storage part (20), and the pressurizing part (60) is restricted, and the operation part (40) and the shaft part (50) rotate as one unit, and the pressurizing part (60) is interlocked with the shaft part (50) by a screw connection and rises as they rotate relative to each other to discharge the contents.

[0168]

[0169] According to one embodiment of the present invention, contents can be accommodated in the contents container (1). Referring to FIGS. 1 to 19, the contents container (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a storage portion (20) for accommodating contents; a discharge portion (30) having a discharge port (31) and coupled to the upper side of the storage portion (20) and having its relative rotation with respect to the storage portion (20) restricted; an operating portion (40) rotatably assembled to the lower side of the storage portion (20); a shaft portion (50) assembled to the inner bottom of the operating portion (40) and having its relative rotation with respect to the operating portion (40) restricted; and a pressure portion (60) engaged with the shaft portion (50) and rising when the operating portion (40) is rotated relative to the storage portion (20) to push up the contents.

[0170] According to one aspect of the present invention, a contents container (1) includes a storage unit (20) for accommodating contents; an operating unit (40) rotatably assembled at the lower side of the storage unit (20); and a pressurizing unit (60) for pushing up the contents by operating the operating unit (40). The contents have a characteristic of being pressurized by the pressurizing unit (60) and having a viscosity that decreases, and a viscosity measured at 70°C is 1,000 Pa·s to 6,000 Pa·s. [0171] In addition, a contents container (1) according to one aspect of the present invention includes a storage unit (20) for accommodating contents; a shaft unit (50) that rotates relative to the storage unit (20); and a pressurizing unit (60) that is screw-connected to the shaft unit (50) and pushes up the contents by the rotation of the shaft unit (50). The contents have a characteristic that their viscosity decreases when pressurized by the pressurizing unit (60), and their viscosity measured at 70°C is 1,000 Pa·s to 6,000 Pa·s. The contents have a hardness measured at 25°C of 85 dyne / cm. 2 500 dyne / cm 2 am.

[0172] In addition, a contents container according to one aspect of the present invention includes a storage unit (20) for accommodating contents; a discharge unit (30) coupled to the storage unit (20) to cover the upper portion of the storage unit (20) and having a discharge port (31); and an operating unit (40) coupled to the storage unit (20) to cover the lower portion of the storage unit (20). The contents have a characteristic that the viscosity decreases when discharged to the outside through the discharge port (31), and the viscosity measured at 70°C is 1,000 Pa·s to 6,000 Pa·s. The contents have a hardness measured at 25°C of 85 dyne / cm. 2 500 dyne / cm 2 am.

[0173]

[0174] The storage unit (20) may include a recessed portion (25) formed by continuously recessing inwardly along the height direction from the side wall and limiting the rotation of the pressurizing unit (60); and a protrusion (251) provided on the outside of the side wall and having a shape that disconnects the recessed portion (25) in the height direction.

[0175] The above-mentioned uneven portion (25) has an inwardly convex curved shape, and the above-mentioned pressing portion (60) has

[0176] It may have a concave curved groove that is interlocked with the above-mentioned protrusion (25) on the periphery.

[0177] It further includes a cover part (10) having a plug projection (11) inserted into the discharge port (31), and the plug projection (11) may be formed in a hollow shape with a height that is partially inserted into the depth of the discharge port (31).

[0178] The above discharge portion (30) is coupled to the storage portion (20) so that its relative rotation is limited while surrounding the upper outer periphery of the storage portion (20), and may include a sealing rib (34) that protrudes downward and engages with the upper inner periphery of the storage portion (20).

[0179] The storage unit (20) may further include a rim (22) that is provided to protrude from the outside of the side wall, and the discharge unit (30) may further include a ring-shaped groove (32) that engages with the rim (22) to maintain a connection with the storage unit (20).

[0180] The sealing rib (34) is provided with a sealing projection (341) on the outer periphery that comes into contact with the inner periphery of the upper portion of the storage portion (20), and the sealing projection (341) can block the gap between the sealing rib (34) and the upper portion of the storage portion (20) to prevent leakage of the contents.

[0181] Since the contents of the above-mentioned container (1) may leak at a portion where the pressurizing portion (60) and the storage portion (20), the pressurizing portion (60) and the shaft portion (50), the shaft portion (50) and the storage portion (20), the storage portion (20) and the discharge portion (30), the cover portion (10) and the discharge port (31) are joined, the contents of the container (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention can increase the effect of preventing the contents from leaking through a structure such as a protruding end (251).

[0182] However, even in such a content container (1), leakage of the content may occur depending on the viscosity of the content, etc. In other words, the leakage prevention effect of the content container (1) can be further enhanced by controlling the content. Specifically, a content having a viscosity, etc. that exhibits a leakage prevention effect in the content container (1) can be injected into the content container (1). Accordingly, the content and the content container (1) can exhibit a synergistic effect in terms of leakage prevention.

[0183] Below, the contents are described in detail.

[0184] The above contents may have a viscosity that can prevent leakage within the contents container (1). In particular, the contents may maintain a viscosity above a certain value even at relatively high temperatures. In other words, the contents may have a lower limit of viscosity under certain temperature conditions.

[0185] In order to increase the viscosity of the contents, the contents include a gelling agent. The gelling agent can convert an oily component into a gel phase or solidify an oily component. The contents may include 3 to 20 wt% of the gelling agent based on the total weight of the contents. Preferably, the contents may include 5 to 15 wt% of the gelling agent based on the total weight of the contents. The viscosity and hardness of the contents can be maintained within a certain range within the range of the gelling agent. In addition, leakage of the contents can be prevented within the range of the gelling agent. In addition, the contents can exhibit excellent usability within the range of the gelling agent.

[0186] The above gelling agent is not particularly limited as long as it can convert an oily component into a gel phase or solidify an oily component, and may be used alone or in combination. The above gelling agent may be an oil thickening gelling agent. The above gelling agent may be one having excellent compatibility with oils such as hydrocarbons, esters, triglycerides, and isoparaffins.

[0187] The gelling agent may include, for example, dextrin fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester, inulin fatty acid ester, etc. The gel strength of the contents may vary depending on the acyl group of the dextrin fatty acid ester. Preferably, the gelling agent may be dextrin fatty acid ester.

[0188] The above dextrin fatty acid ester may include dextrin palmitate, dextrin palmitate / ethylhexanoate, dextrin myristate, etc. Preferably, the dextrin fatty acid ester may be dextrin palmitate.

[0189] The above dextrin palmitate has excellent compatibility with oils such as hydrocarbons, esters, triglycerides, and isoparaffins. In addition, the above dextrin palmitate can maintain the structural viscosity of the contents at high temperatures compared to wax.

[0190] The above contents may have different viscosities required when stored in the contents container (1) and when discharged from the contents container (1) for use. While it may be advantageous for the contents to have a high viscosity when stored to prevent leakage, it may be advantageous for the contents to have a relatively low viscosity so that the contents can be easily discharged along the discharge portion (30) and spread evenly and widely on the skin, etc. Accordingly, it is preferable to adjust the viscosity as needed.

[0191] To control viscosity in some cases, the above contents have thixotropy. Thixotropy refers to the property of a fluid's flowability changing in response to external forces such as friction and shear. Thixotropy can also be expressed as the property of a fluid's viscosity changing in response to external forces. By controlling the thixotropy, the degree to which the contents' viscosity or hardness change in response to external forces can be controlled.

[0192] Controlling the viscosity of a substance through thixotropy is desirable for its storage and use. For example, when a substance is stored in a container and no external force is applied to it, it is desirable for the substance to have a high viscosity to prevent leakage from the container. Conversely, when an external force is applied to the container to use the substance, it is desirable for the substance to have a low viscosity to facilitate the discharge of the substance and its application to the skin. Furthermore, when a substance has a high viscosity during use, the user may experience a sticky and uncomfortable feeling.

[0193] A thixotropic agent may be added to the content to control the thixotropy of the content. The thixotropic agent can control the bonding between particles contained in the content. Specifically, the thixotropic agent can form a network structure between the particles (or molecules) contained in the content. Due to the network structure, the content can have structural viscosity. The structural viscosity can have the effect of increasing the viscosity of the content until an external force is applied, and when the external force is applied, the network structure is broken by the external force, and the viscosity of the content can be reduced.

[0194] The above-mentioned content includes a thickener. The thickener can control the thixotropy of the content. That is, the thickener can exhibit the effect of a thixotropy agent. The thickener can cause the content to have structural viscosity. It is preferable that the thickener can relatively increase the structural viscosity of the content.

[0195] The thickener may be in powder form for uniform dispersion. The thickener may have an average particle size of 1 nm to 100 μm. The thickener may be dispersed in the content to induce secondary bonding between the particles of the content, thereby allowing the content to have structural viscosity.

[0196] The above contents may contain a thickener in an amount of 0.01 to 10 wt% based on the total weight of the contents. Preferably, the contents may contain a thickener in an amount of 0.1 to 5 wt% based on the total weight of the contents. Within the range of the thickener, the viscosity and hardness of the contents may be maintained within a certain range. In addition, within the range of the thickener, leakage of the contents may be prevented. In addition, within the range of the thickener, the spreadability of the contents may not be deteriorated, and excellent usability and excellent storage stability may be exhibited.

[0197] The above thickener is not particularly limited as long as it imparts thixotropic properties to the contents, and may be used alone or in combination. The thickener may include, for example, at least one selected from the group consisting of silica silylate and hectorite-based thickeners.

[0198] The above silica silylate may have an average particle size of 1 to 100 nm, and the above hectorite-based thickener may have an average particle size of 1 to 100 μm.

[0199] The above silica silylate may be a silica surface functionalized with a methylsilyl group through a reaction of the -OH group. The silica silylate may include silica dimethyl silylate or silica trimethyl silylate. Preferably, the silica silylate may be silica dimethyl silylate. The silica silylate may have hydrophobicity.

[0200] The above silica silylate may be produced by reacting fumed silica. The fumed silica has a large specific surface area, excellent oil absorption capacity, and excellent viscosity increasing properties.

[0201] The hectorite-based thickener may include hectorite, disteardimonium hectorite, quaternium-18 hectorite, and stearalkonium hectorite. Preferably, the hectorite-based thickener may be disteardimonium hectorite. The disteardimonium hectorite can increase the structural viscosity of the content while maintaining the spreadability of the content.

[0202] The above contents may include an oil phase comprising an oil phase component. The oil phase may enable the contents to have a smooth spreadability, increase moisturizing power by blocking moisture evaporation from the skin, etc., or increase adhesion to the skin, etc.

[0203] The above oil phase may include at least one selected from the group consisting of hydrogenated polyisobutene, pentaerythritol fatty acid ester, phytosterol fatty acid ester, diisostearyl malate, and silicone oil.

[0204] Here, the hydrogenated polyisobutene, pentaerythritol fatty acid ester, and phytosterol fatty acid ester may be binders. The binder may be a high viscosity binder. The binder may have a viscosity of 10,000 mm. 2 / s or higher viscosity. The binder can prevent leakage of the contents.

[0205] The above diisostearyl malate and silicone oil may be emollients that improve skin hydration and flexibility. The emollient may have a relatively low viscosity compared to the binder.

[0206] Hydrogenated polyisobutenes are commercially available as Parleam (manufactured by Nippon Oil Fats), Panalane H-300 E (MW = 1340 g / mol) (manufactured by Amoco), Viseal 20000 (MW = 6000 g / mol) (manufactured by Synteal), and Rewopal PIB 1000 (MW = 1000 g / mol) (manufactured by Witco).

[0207] The silicone oil is, for example, Cyclopentasiloxane, Methyl Trimethicone, Caprylyl Methicone, Cyclo Methicone, Cyclotetrasiloxane, Cyclohexasiloxane, Cycloheptasiloxane, Decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, Cyclotrisiloxane, Dimethicone, Caprylyl Trimethicone, Cetearyl Methicone, Hexadecyl Methicone, Hexyl Methicone, It may include Lauryl Methicone, Myristyl Methicone, Phenyl Methicone, Stearyl Methicone, Stearyl Dimethicone, Trifluoropropyl Dimethicone, Cetyl Dimethicone, Polyphenyl Mehtylsiloxane, Polydimethylsiloxane, Methylphenyl polysiloxane, Methyl Trimethicone, Diphenylsiloxy Phenyl Trimethicone, Phenyl Trimethicone, Diphenyl Dimethicone, etc. Preferably, the silicone oil may be caprylyl methicone.

[0208] The pentaerythritol fatty acid ester may include, for example, dipentaerythrityl tetrahydroxystearate / tetraisostearate, pentaerythrityl tetraisostearate, and dipentaerythrityl hexahydroxystearate / hexastearate / hexarosinate. Preferably, the pentaerythritol fatty acid ester may be dipentaerythrityl hexahydroxystearate / hexastearate / hexarosinate. Commercially available pentaerythritol fatty acid esters include COSMOL 168M, COSMOL 168E, and COSMOL 168AR (all manufactured by THE NISSHIN OILLIO GROUP, LTD.).

[0209] The phytosterol fatty acid ester may include, for example, phytosteryl oleate, dimer dilinoleic acid dimer dilinoleyl bis (behenyl / isostearyl / phytosteryl), dimer dilinoleic acid (phytosteryl / isostearyl / cetyl / stearyl / behenyl), and macadamia nut fatty acid phytosteryl. Preferably, the phytosterol fatty acid ester may be phytosteryl / isostearyl / cetyl / stearyl / behenyl dimer dilinoleate. Commercially available products of the phytosterol fatty acid ester include PLANDOOL-G and PLANDOOL-H (both manufactured by NIPPON FINE CHEMICAL CO., LTD.).

[0210] The above contents may include an oil phase in an amount of 50 to 89 wt% based on the total weight of the contents. The oil phase may include a binder in an amount of 10 to 79 wt% based on the total weight of the contents. Preferably, the oil phase may include a binder in an amount of 10 to 49 wt% based on the total weight of the contents.

[0211] The above-mentioned oil phase may contain an emollient agent in an amount of 40 to 79 wt% based on the total weight of the contents. Within the range of the oil phase, leakage of the contents can be prevented. In addition, the contents can exhibit excellent flexibility, usability, and adhesiveness.

[0212] The above contents may include an emulsifier to increase the stability of the contents. The emulsifier may include at least one selected from a silicone-based emulsifier, a stearate-based emulsifier, and a sorbitan-based emulsifier.

[0213] The above silicone-based emulsifier may include at least one selected from the group consisting of cetyl PEG / PPG-10 / 1 dimethicone, PEG-10 dimethicone, lauryl PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone, and lauryl polyglyceryl-3 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone.

[0214] The stearate emulsifier may be at least one selected from the group consisting of PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate, glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, triisostearate, and polyoxyethylene diisostearate, but is not limited thereto.

[0215] The above sorbitan-based emulsifiers are sorbitan olivate, sorbitan stearate, sorbitan isostearate, sorbitan tristearate, sorbitan sesquistearate, sorbitan palmitate, sorbitan laurate, sorbitan oleate, sorbitan sesquioleate, sorbitan trioleate, sorbitan stearate / sorbityl laurate, polysorbate 20, polysorbate 40, It may be at least one selected from the group consisting of polysorbate 60, polysorbate 65, polysorbate 80, and polysorbate 85, but is not limited thereto.

[0216] Preferably, the emulsifier may be a sorbitan-based emulsifier. Preferably, the sorbitan-based emulsifier may include at least one of sorbitan olivate and sorbitan stearate.

[0217] The emulsifier may be included in an amount of 0.1 to 10 wt% based on the total weight of the contents. Preferably, the emulsifier may be included in an amount of 1 to 8 wt%, and more preferably, 2 to 7 wt%.

[0218] The above contents may include a water phase. The water phase may indicate that it includes a water phase component, i.e., purified water. The water phase may further include a polyol. For example, the polyol may be at least one selected from the group consisting of 1,2-hexanediol, glycerin, 1,3-butylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, and propylene glycol. The contents may include 5 to 30 wt% of the water phase based on the total weight of the contents. Preferably, the contents may include 5 to 10 wt% of the water phase based on the total weight of the contents.

[0219] The contents according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include additives such as colorants, pigments, moisturizers, surfactants, fragrances, fillers, preservatives, and neutralizers without limitation.

[0220] The above contents may be in a solid or semi-solid state at room temperature. For example, the semi-solid state may be a cream, gel, or paste. When subjected to an external force, the contents may change state into a state with good flowability or have a low viscosity.

[0221] Additionally, the content can maintain a viscosity within a certain range to prevent leakage. Therefore, the content can maintain a viscosity within a certain range even at high temperatures. The content can have a viscosity measured at 70°C of 1,000 Pa·s to 6,000 Pa·s. Leakage of the content can be prevented within the above viscosity range.

[0222] Additionally, the contents may exhibit thixotropic properties. For example, the contents may exhibit reduced viscosity when pressurized and subjected to external force. Thus, even when pressurized, the contents may maintain a certain viscosity range to prevent leakage.

[0223] The screw column (52) of the shaft portion (50) and the screw thread (62) of the pressurizing portion (60) overlap and are combined, and the combined length of the shaft portion (50) and the pressurizing portion (60) is longer than the combined length between the storage portion (20) and the discharge portion (30). Therefore, the possibility of leakage in the shaft portion (50) and the pressurizing portion (60) is lower than that in the storage portion (20) and the discharge portion (30).

[0224] The contents can be prevented from leaking between the storage unit (20) and the discharge unit (30) within the above viscosity range. In addition, the contents can be prevented from leaking between the shaft unit (50) and the pressurizing unit (60) within the above viscosity range. Preferably, the contents can be prevented from leaking between the storage unit (20) and the discharge unit (30), which have a relatively high possibility of leaking within the above viscosity range.

[0225] The above contents can maintain the hardness within a certain range. The above contents have a hardness of 85 dyne / cm measured at 25°C. 2 500 dyne / cm 2 It may be. The above hardness may be the hardness before the contents are discharged from the contents container.

[0226] When the hardness is low, the components of the contents are not firmly bound to each other, components with low compatibility in the contents are separated, and oil sweating may occur.

[0227] However, since the gelling agent in the above contents forms a dense and tight lattice structure, the components such as the oil phase contained in the above contents can be fixed in the lattice structure. Accordingly, the contents can have excellent stability without leaking between the storage unit (20) and the discharge unit (30) even if the contents container is tilted. The hardness of the above contents can be reduced when discharged.

[0228] Specifically, the contents can be prevented from leaking between the storage unit (20) and the discharge unit (30) within the above hardness range. In addition, the contents can be prevented from leaking between the shaft unit (50) and the pressurizing unit (60) within the above hardness range. Preferably, the contents can be prevented from leaking between the storage unit (20) and the discharge unit (30), which have a relatively high possibility of leaking within the above hardness range.

[0229] The hardness of the above contents may be reduced after being discharged from the contents container compared to before being discharged. For example, the hardness of the above contents after being discharged from the contents container may be 40 to 70% of the hardness before being discharged when measured at 25°C.

[0230]

[0231] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail through experimental examples. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited by the following examples and comparative examples.

[0243]

[0244] As shown in Table 2 below, the viscosity and hardness of the contents were measured according to the gelling agent and thickening agent in Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Example 1, and the usability and leakage frequency were confirmed.

[0245] - Specifically, the viscosity was measured using a Brookfield DV2TLVTJ0 viscometer equipped with a spindle LV-04 spindle 64 and a Model G laboratory stand (unit: Pa·s). The contents were heated to 80℃ or higher using a microwave to completely melt them, and then 80 ml of the contents were placed in a PYREX® Griffin Low Form 100 mL Beaker, Graduated, stirred slowly, adjusted to 70℃, and sampled. The Brookfield DV2TLVTJ10 viscometer was set to a speed of 30 rpm and an end condition of 1 minute, and the viscosity was measured.

[0246] - Hardness was measured using FUDOH RHEO METER RTC-3005D of RHEOTECH with spindle No. 3, 10ø (unit: dyne / cm) 2) . Using a microwave, heat the contents to 80℃ or higher until completely melted, then pour 10ml of the contents adjusted to 70℃ into an aluminum square dish (X-1) and store in a 25℃ constant temperature chamber for 1 hour and sample. Using FUDOH RHEO METER RTC-3005D, the hardness was measured according to the force-time curve received when entering 2mm from the surface of the contents. The spindle used for hardness measurement was No. 3, 10ø, the table speed was 2.0cm / min, and the maximum load of P (peak hold: maintained at maximum stress) was 5N.

[0247] - The sensory evaluation was conducted on 20 women aged 20 to 40 by applying an appropriate amount (0.03 g) to the lips and evaluating their satisfaction with the uniform application and light, non-sticky feeling, etc., according to the following evaluation criteria.

[0248] - Evaluation criteria: 4-5 points: ◎, 3-4 points: ○, 2-3 points: △, 2 points or less: X

[0249] - The frequency of leakage was evaluated by filling 15 ml of the contents into a container, allowing it to cool naturally, and then placing the container upside down (in a slanted position) in a constant temperature chamber maintained at 50°C after a stabilization period of 16 hours or more, and using the container repeatedly every day.

[0250] Specifically, the contents container was taken out from the 50℃ constant temperature chamber every day, stored at room temperature for 1 hour, the cover was opened to check for leakage, 0.15 g of the contents was dispensed and wiped off, and the contents container was then placed in the 50℃ constant temperature chamber for storage. The above contents dispensing and storage process was repeated for 21 days (3 weeks), and the number of samples with leakage among a total of 5 contents container samples was evaluated. Leakage was checked at the lower position of the discharge part in contact with the storage part and the upper position of the operating part in contact with the auxiliary joint.

[0252] As shown in Examples 1 to 4, the high-temperature viscosity increased in proportion to the amount of thickener. Accordingly, the contents of Examples 1 to 4 did not leak from the container even at 50°C, which is higher than room temperature. Comparing Example 3 with Comparative Example 1, leakage occurred in Comparative Example 1, whereas leakage was prevented in Example 3.

[0253] Meanwhile, the contents of Examples 1 to 4 may have a solid or semi-solid state at room temperature. The contents of Examples 1 to 4 may have a hardness of a certain value or higher at room temperature.

[0254] The contents of Examples 1 to 4 may change phases to a phase with excellent flowability or have a reduced viscosity when subjected to an external force or when the temperature increases due to thixotropy. The fact that the contents of Examples 1 to 4 have a certain range of viscosity at 70°C supports the idea that the contents will also have a certain range of viscosity when used and pressurized. Accordingly, the contents may not leak from the contents container even when pressurized during use.

[0255] In addition, since the contents of Examples 1 to 4 have a certain range of hardness, the oily portion does not separate from the contents, and excellent formulation stability and storage stability can be achieved.

[0256]

[0257] Experimental Example 2: Leakage stability and usability evaluation according to ingredients included in the oil phase

[0258] The contents of Examples 3, 5, 6 and Comparative Example 2 were prepared according to the compositions described in Table 3 below (unit: weight %). Examples 3, 5, 6 and Comparative Example 2 were prepared using the same method as Experimental Example 1.

[0260]

[0261] As shown in Table 4 below, the viscosity and hardness of the contents according to the oil phase in Examples 3, 5, and 6 and Comparative Example 2 were measured, and the usability was confirmed. Viscosity measurement, etc. were performed in the same manner as Experimental Example 1, except that the frequency of leakage occurrence was measured for 14 days (2 weeks).

[0262] Example 3 Example 5 Example 6 Comparative Example 2 Viscosity (70℃) 2560316010201000 Hardness (25℃) 132.5136.512159.5 Feel of use ○◎○◎ Leakage frequency (50℃) 0 / 50 / 50 / 53 / 5

[0263] Experimental Example 2 added oil with a higher viscosity than the emollient to the oil phase to reduce the risk of leakage of the contents. Here, Examples 3 and 5, which included hydrogenated polyisobutene and phytosterol fatty acid ester, had relatively higher high-temperature viscosity and hardness than Comparative Example 2, which included bis-diglyceryl polyacyl adipate-2.

[0264] In Comparative Example 2, leakage of the contents occurred three times, whereas no leakage occurred in Examples 3 and 5 and Example 6 containing pentaerythritol fatty acid ester. It was confirmed that the viscosity increased due to the hydrogenated polyisobutene, phytosterol fatty acid ester, and pentaerythritol fatty acid ester.

[0265] Furthermore, hydrogenated polyisobutene, phytosterol fatty acid ester, and pentaerythritol fatty acid ester can be combined with the gelling agent dextrin palmitate to increase hardness. This increased hardness prevents the oily phase from separating from the contents, resulting in excellent formulation stability and storage stability. Therefore, hydrogenated polyisobutene, phytosterol fatty acid ester, and pentaerythritol fatty acid ester can enhance the storage stability of the contents.

[0266]

[0267] Experimental Example 3: Evaluation of hardness changes before and after discharging

[0268] Hardness before and after discharge (25℃) 132.560.5

[0269] The hardness of Example 3 before and after being dispensed from the content container was confirmed. The hardness after being dispensed of Example 3 was measured immediately after being dispensed from the content container using the same method as the hardness measurement in the above experiment, and the measurement was performed when the operating sensation generating part of the operating part rotated while continuously interacting with 1 to 3 protrusions. As shown in Table 5 above, the hardness of the content was smaller after being dispensed than before being dispensed. The hardness of Example 3 was reduced by about 45% compared to before being dispensed.

[0270] As shown in Table 5, the hardness of the contents decreases as they are discharged, but the contents do not leak from the contents container and can be stored stably. In particular, the contents did not leak between the discharge portion and the storage portion of the contents container.

[0271]

[0272] Experimental Example 4: Evaluation of discharge amount from the contents container

[0273] The discharge amount of Example 3 was evaluated when the operating part in the content container rotated by the angle between adjacent protrusions. In the content container, the angle between adjacent protrusions was 18 degrees, and the pitch of the screw column was 1.2 mm. At this time, 0.035 mL of content was discharged when the operating part rotated between adjacent protrusions. The amount of content can increase in proportion to the degree to which the operating part rotates.

[0274] When the operating part rotates between adjacent protrusions, the protrusions and the operating sensation generating part may collide, producing a clicking sound or a tactile sensation. In this way, the protrusions and the operating sensation generating part can provide a sense of operation to the container. Furthermore, since a certain amount of content is dispensed when the sense of operation is generated, the user can control the amount of content simply by feeling.
