Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a rotor, an electric motor and a vehicle. The rotor comprises: an N pole and an S pole; first magnetic steel, which is arranged inside the N pole; and second magnetic steel, which is arranged inside the S pole. The N pole provided with the first magnetic steel is arranged adjacent to the S pole provided with the second magnetic steel; the first magnetic steel and the second magnetic steel are asymmetrically arranged relative to a magnetic pole boundary line, the magnetic pole boundary line being a boundary line between the N pole and the S pole which are adjacently arranged; and the angle of the end of the first magnetic steel protruding towards the center of the rotor is not equal to the angle of the end of the second magnetic steel protruding towards the center of the rotor. Thus, in the present solution, after an N pole and an S pole are configured to have an asymmetrical structure, the radial electromagnetic force of a specific space-time order can be dispersed to other space-time orders, thereby weakening a peak amplitude of resonance at the specific space-time order, such that noise can be reduced, thus improving an NVH level.

Rotor, motor and vehicle

[0001] CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

[0002] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the China Patent Office on September 13, 2023, with application number 202311182842.9 and titled “Rotor, Motor and Vehicle,” the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field

[0003] The present disclosure relates to the field of vehicle technology, and in particular to a rotor, a motor, and a vehicle. Background Art

[0004] With the rapid development of the electric vehicle market and technology, electric drive systems have gradually replaced engine systems and have been widely used. As the power source for driving vehicles, the technological development of electric motors is not only reflected in indicators such as power density and efficiency, but also in the increasingly high NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) levels of electric motors. The NVH level of the motor directly affects the NVH level of the entire vehicle, thereby affecting the user experience of the vehicle. The NVH excitation source of the motor mainly comes from the radial electromagnetic force during the operation of the motor. For the radial electromagnetic force generated, the higher the peak amplitude of the radial electromagnetic force of a single time-space order, the worse the NVH level and the worse the user experience of the vehicle. Therefore, how to optimize and reduce it is the key to achieving noise reduction.

[0039] The rotor provided by the present disclosure includes an adjacently arranged N pole and S pole, and a first magnetic steel and a second magnetic steel are respectively arranged inside the N pole and the S pole. On this basis, the present disclosure arranges the first magnetic steel and the second magnetic steel to be asymmetrically arranged about a magnetic pole dividing line, and the magnetic pole dividing line is the dividing line between the N pole and the S pole; the angle of the end portion of the first magnetic steel protruding toward the center of the rotor is not equal to the angle of the end portion of the second magnetic steel protruding toward the center of the rotor. Since the noise during the operation of the motor is mainly generated by the resonance between the radial electromagnetic force of the rotor and the stator at a specific space-time order, the higher the peak amplitude at the resonance, the greater the noise. After the present disclosure sets the N pole and the S pole into an asymmetric structure (through the asymmetric arrangement of the first and second magnetic steels), the radial electromagnetic force generated when the N pole and the S pole resonate is dispersed, and the radial electromagnetic force can be generated at different space-time orders. That is, under the premise that the total amount of radial electromagnetic force remains unchanged, a part of the radial electromagnetic force originally in a certain space-time order can be dispersed to other space-time orders. After the radial electromagnetic force is dispersed, although there is a certain radial electromagnetic force in other space-time orders, the concentration at the specific space-time order is reduced for the specific space-time order. Compared with the case where all radial electromagnetic forces are concentrated in the same space-time order, the peak amplitude at the resonance is weakened. The smaller the peak amplitude, the smaller the noise. Therefore, for the space-time order, the noise can be reduced, the NVH level of the motor can be improved, which is beneficial to improving the NVH level of the entire vehicle and improving the user experience of the vehicle. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0040] FIG1 is a schematic diagram of a rotor structure provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure;

[0041] FIG2 is a schematic diagram of another rotor structure provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. Specific embodiments

[0042] In order to more clearly understand the above-mentioned objectives, features and advantages of the present disclosure, the scheme of the present disclosure will be further described below. It should be noted that the embodiments of the present disclosure and the features therein can be combined with each other in the absence of conflict.

[0043] In the following description, many specific details are set forth to facilitate a full understanding of the present disclosure, but the present disclosure may also be implemented in other ways different from those described herein; it is obvious that the embodiments in the specification are only part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than all of the embodiments.

[0044] Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of a rotor structure provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, which includes: a north pole 100 and an south pole 200; a first magnetic steel 101, which is arranged inside the north pole 100; a second magnetic steel 102, which is arranged inside the south pole 200, and the north pole 100 provided with the first magnetic steel 101 is arranged adjacent to the south pole 200 provided with the second magnetic steel 102; the first magnetic steel 101 and the second magnetic steel 102 are arranged asymmetrically about a magnetic pole dividing line, and the magnetic pole dividing line is the dividing line between the adjacent north pole 100 and south pole 200, and the angle of the end of the first magnetic steel 101 protruding toward the center of the rotor is not equal to the angle of the end of the second magnetic steel 102 protruding toward the center of the rotor.

[0045] For example, the rotor in the embodiment of the present disclosure may refer to the rotor in a permanent magnet synchronous motor. When the motor is in the working condition of extreme performance operation, the speed point of resonance is usually in the weak magnetic field region. Taking an 8-pole 48-slot permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example, in the 7000rpm-9000rpm speed range under extreme working conditions, the stator zero-order breathing mode and the radial electromagnetic force of the rotor space zero order-time 12th work together to produce a large peak amplitude, that is, actually generate a large noise. The embodiment of the present disclosure is to make the first magnetic steel 101 and the second magnetic steel 102 asymmetric about the magnetic pole dividing line, and then set the N pole 100 and the S pole 200 to an asymmetric structure, so that the radial electromagnetic force of space zero order-time 12th can be dispersed to other space-time orders, thereby reducing the radial electromagnetic force of space zero order-time 12th, and then reducing the peak amplitude at the resonance to achieve the purpose of reducing the noise level of the motor. The rotor in the embodiment of the present disclosure interacts with the stator in the motor to produce resonance, thereby generating noise, but it should be understood that the embodiment of the present disclosure does not make any special limitation on the structure of the stator.

[0046] The asymmetric structure of the N-pole 100 and the S-pole 200 can be achieved in a variety of possible ways. For example, at least one of the length, width, volume, angle, and position of a component of the N-pole 100 and the S-pole 200 can be different. In related solutions, the N-pole 100 and the S-pole 200 are generally symmetrical, while in this solution, the N-pole 100 and the S-pole 200 are symmetrical, and this symmetry can refer to axial symmetry based on the magnetic pole boundary. A group of N-poles 100 and S-poles 200 in the embodiments of the present disclosure represents adjacent N-poles 100 and S-poles 200. For example, some rotors may include multiple N-poles 100 and multiple S-poles 200. Adjacent N-poles 100 and S-poles 200 can be grouped together, while non-adjacent N-poles 100 and S-poles 200 are not grouped together.

[0047] Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the shape of the end portion is one of a V-shape, an arc shape, or a trapezoidal shape. That is, the shape of the end portion of the first magnetic steel 101 can be V-shaped, arc-shaped, or trapezoidal. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific shape of the end portion of the first magnetic steel 101. Similarly, the shape of the end portion of the second magnetic steel 102 can be V-shaped, arc-shaped, or trapezoidal. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific shape of the end portion of the second magnetic steel 102.

[0048] Continuing with FIG1 , in some embodiments, the ends of the first magnetic steel 101 and the second magnetic steel 102 are V-shaped ends, and the V-shaped ends face the center of the rotor. The first magnetic steel 101 and the second magnetic steel 102 are symmetrically arranged about a line connecting their V-shaped ends and the center of the rotor, and the angle formed by the V-shaped end of the first magnetic steel 101 is not equal to the angle formed by the V-shaped end of the second magnetic steel 102.

[0049] For example, the included angle of the V-shaped end portion corresponding to the N pole 100 may be α 11 , the angle of the V-shaped end corresponding to the S pole 200 can be α 12 , for example, 11 =79.9°, then α 12 =79.8°. Under the premise of the above settings, the N pole 100 and the S pole 200 cannot form an axisymmetric setting based on the central axis L0, wherein L0 is the midline of L1 and L2, and is also the magnetic pole dividing line between the N pole and the S pole, and is also the line connecting the V-shaped end and the center of the rotor. L1 is the center line of the two magnetic steel bodies of the N pole 100, and L2 is the center line of the two magnetic steel bodies of the S pole 200. All center lines pass through the center of the rotor. It should be noted that the above numerical examples of the angles of the V-shaped ends are only for schematic illustration, to represent that the angles of the V-shaped ends corresponding to the N pole 100 and the V-shaped ends corresponding to the S pole 200 are different. The embodiment of the present disclosure can determine the specific angle value of the V-shaped ends when the angles of the V-shaped ends corresponding to the N pole 100 and the V-shaped ends corresponding to the S pole 200 are different and can reduce noise through genetic algorithms and electromagnetic simulations.

[0050] In some embodiments, the included angle of the V-shaped end is greater than 40° and less than 90°.

[0051] Continuing with FIG1 , in some embodiments, the ends of the first magnetic steel 101 and the second magnetic steel 102 are V-shaped ends, and the V-shaped ends face the center of the rotor. The first magnetic steel 101 and the second magnetic steel 102 are symmetrically arranged about a line connecting the V-shaped ends and the center of the rotor. The angle between the line connecting the V-shaped end and the center of the rotor and the line connecting the V-shaped end and the center of the rotor is the magnetic steel inclination angle. The V-shaped end is the end of the first magnetic steel 101 or the second magnetic steel 102 away from the V-shaped end. The magnetic steel inclination angle of the first magnetic steel 101 is not equal to the magnetic steel inclination angle of the second magnetic steel 102.

[0052] For example, the magnetic steel inclination angle corresponding to the N pole 100 may be α 21 , the angle of the V-shaped end corresponding to the S pole 200 can be α 21 , for example, 21 =9.1°, then α 22 =9°. Under the above configuration, the N pole 100 and the S pole 200 cannot form an axisymmetric configuration about the central axis L0. The disclosed embodiments can determine, through genetic algorithms and electromagnetic simulations, the specific magnetic steel inclination value that can reduce noise when the magnetic steel inclination angle corresponding to the N pole 100 and the magnetic steel inclination angle corresponding to the S pole 200 are different.

[0053] In some embodiments, the magnetic steel inclination angle is greater than 5° and less than 20°.

[0054] Continuing with FIG1 , in some embodiments, the first magnetic steel 101 and the second magnetic steel 102 each include two magnetic steel bodies. The two magnetic steel bodies are arranged in a V-shape, and the angle formed by the two magnetic steel bodies faces away from the center of the rotor. The ends of the two magnetic steel bodies close to the center of the rotor are magnetic steel head ends. A first gap is defined between the two magnetic steel head ends along the circumference of the rotor. The two magnetic steel bodies are symmetrically arranged about the midpoint of the first gap along the circumference of the rotor and about a line connecting the center of the rotor. The first gap of the first magnetic steel 101 is not equal to the first gap of the second magnetic steel 102.

[0055] For example, the first gap corresponding to the N pole 100 may be L 11 , the first gap corresponding to the S pole 200 can be L 12 , for example, L 11 =0.5 (mm, millimeter), L 12 = 0.4 (mm, millimeters). Under the above-mentioned premise, the north pole 100 and the south pole 200 cannot form an axisymmetric arrangement about the central axis L0. The disclosed embodiment can determine, through genetic algorithms and electromagnetic simulations, a specific first gap value that can reduce noise when the first gap corresponding to the north pole 100 and the first gap corresponding to the south pole 200 are different.

[0056] Continuing with FIG1 , in some embodiments, the first magnetic steel 101 and the second magnetic steel 102 each include two magnetic steel bodies. The two magnetic steel bodies are arranged in a V-shape, and the angle formed by the two magnetic steel bodies faces away from the center of the rotor. The ends of the two magnetic steel bodies away from the center of the rotor are magnetic steel ends. A second gap is defined between the inner edges of the magnetic steel ends of the two magnetic steel bodies and the edge of the rotor in the radial direction of the rotor. The two magnetic steel bodies are symmetrically arranged about the midpoint of the second gap along the circumference of the rotor and the line connecting the center of the rotor. The inner edges of the magnetic steel ends of the magnetic steel bodies are the edges where the two magnetic steel bodies approach each other. The second gap of the first magnetic steel 101 is not equal to the second gap of the second magnetic steel 102.

[0057] For example, the second gap corresponding to the N pole 100 may be L 21 , the second gap corresponding to the S pole 200 can be L 22 , for example, L 21 =1.3 (mm, millimeter), L 22 = 1.2 (mm, millimeters). Under the above-mentioned premise, the north pole 100 and the south pole 200 cannot form an axisymmetric arrangement about the central axis L0. The disclosed embodiment can determine, through genetic algorithms and electromagnetic simulations, a specific second gap value that can reduce noise when the second gap corresponding to the north pole 100 and the second gap corresponding to the south pole 200 are different.

[0058] Continuing with FIG1 , in some embodiments, the first magnetic steel 101 and the second magnetic steel 102 each include two magnetic steel bodies. The two magnetic steel bodies are arranged in a V-shape, and the opening angle formed by the two magnetic steel bodies is facing away from the center of the rotor. The ends of the two magnetic steel bodies away from the center of the rotor are magnetic steel ends. A third gap is defined between the outer edges of the magnetic steel ends of the two magnetic steel bodies and the edge of the rotor in the radial direction of the rotor. The two magnetic steel bodies are symmetrically arranged about the midpoint of the third gap along the circumferential direction of the rotor and the line connecting the center of the rotor. The outer edges of the magnetic steel ends of the magnetic steel bodies are the edges of the two magnetic steel bodies away from each other. The third gap of the first magnetic steel 101 is not equal to the third gap of the second magnetic steel 102.

[0059] For example, the third gap corresponding to the N pole 100 may be L 31 , the third gap corresponding to the S pole 200 can be L 32 , for example, L 31 =1.2 (mm, millimeter), L 32 = 1.1 (mm, millimeters). Under the above-mentioned configuration, the north pole 100 and the south pole 200 cannot form an axisymmetric arrangement about the central axis L0. The disclosed embodiments can determine, through genetic algorithms and electromagnetic simulations, a specific third gap value that can reduce noise when the third gap corresponding to the north pole 100 and the third gap corresponding to the south pole 200 are different.

[0060] Continuing to refer to FIG1 , in some embodiments, both the N-pole 100 and the S-pole 200 include harmonic slots disposed on the edge of the rotor; a line connecting the lowest point of the harmonic slot and the center of the rotor forms a position angle with a line connecting the center of the corresponding magnetic pole and the center of the rotor; the position angle of the harmonic slot of the N-pole 100 is not equal to the position angle of the harmonic slot of the S-pole 200.

[0061] For example, in order to further reduce resonance, harmonic slots are also set on the edge of the rotor in related art. After further research, the inventors found that the position of the harmonic slots also affects the radial electromagnetic force, so the position angle of the harmonic slots is improved. The position angle of the first harmonic slot corresponding to the N pole 100 can be β 11 , the position angle of the second harmonic slot corresponding to the S pole 200 can be β 12 , such as β 11 =6.2°, β 12 =6.1°. Under the above-mentioned configuration, the N pole 100 and the S pole 200 cannot be arranged axially symmetrically about the central axis L0. The disclosed embodiments can determine, through genetic algorithms and electromagnetic simulations, the specific position angles at which the position angles corresponding to the N pole 100 and the S pole 200 are different and can reduce noise.

[0062] In some embodiments, the position angle is greater than 3° and less than 20°.

[0063] Figure 2 is another schematic diagram of a rotor structure provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. In some embodiments, the rotor includes: a plurality of first magnetic steels 101, which are all arranged inside the N pole 100, and the plurality of first magnetic steels 101 are distributed in sequence along the radial direction of the N pole 100; a plurality of second magnetic steels 102, which are all arranged inside the S pole 200, and the plurality of second magnetic steels 102 are distributed in sequence along the radial direction of the S pole 200. The number of first magnetic steels 101 is equal to the number of second magnetic steels 102. In the circumferential direction of the rotor, the plurality of first magnetic steels 101 and the plurality of second magnetic steels 102 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, and the plurality of first magnetic steels 101 and the plurality of second magnetic steels 102 are all asymmetrically arranged about the magnetic pole dividing line.

[0064] In some embodiments, the ends of the first magnetic steel 101 and the second magnetic steel 102 are V-shaped ends, and the V-shaped ends face the center of the rotor. The first magnetic steel 101 and the second magnetic steel 102 are symmetrically arranged about the line connecting their V-shaped ends and the center of the rotor.

[0065] In some embodiments, the angle between the line connecting the V-shaped end and the center of the rotor and the line connecting the V-shaped end and the center of the rotor is the magnetic steel inclination angle, and the V-shaped end is the end of the first magnetic steel 101 or the second magnetic steel 102 away from the V-shaped end; the opening angle formed by the two magnetic steel bodies is facing away from the center of the rotor, and the ends of the two magnetic steel bodies close to the center of the rotor are the magnetic steel head ends. There is a first gap between the two magnetic steel head ends along the circumference of the rotor, and the two magnetic steel bodies are symmetrically arranged with respect to the midpoint of the first gap along the circumference of the rotor and the line connecting the center of the rotor; along the radial direction close to the center of the rotor, the angle between the V-shaped end formed by the first magnetic steel 101 and the second magnetic steel 102 gradually decreases, the magnetic steel inclination angle of the first magnetic steel 101 and the second magnetic steel 102 gradually decreases, and the first gap gradually increases.

[0066] Taking Figure 2 as an example, the N pole 100 may include two first magnets 101 distributed in a V shape with the V-shaped ends facing the center of the rotor, and the S pole 200 may include two second magnets 102 distributed in a V shape with the V-shaped ends facing the center of the rotor. The inventors have also made improvements to the structure of setting multiple groups of magnets in each magnetic pole.

[0067] For example, the included angles of the V-shaped ends of the two first magnetic steels 101 corresponding to the N pole 100 can be α 11 and α 31 The included angles of the two V-shaped ends of the first magnetic steel corresponding to the S pole 200 can be α 12 and α 32 , for example, 31 =46.3°, then α 32 =46.2°, α 11 =79.9°, α 12 =79.9°. Under the above-mentioned premise, the N-pole 100 and the S-pole 200 cannot form an axisymmetric arrangement about the central axis L0. The disclosed embodiments can determine, through genetic algorithms and electromagnetic simulations, the specific V-shaped end angle value that can reduce noise when the V-shaped end angle corresponding to the N-pole 100 and the V-shaped end angle corresponding to the S-pole 200 are different.

[0068] For example, the magnetic steel inclination angles corresponding to the two first magnetic steels of the N pole 100 may be α 21 and α 41 The magnetic steel inclination angles corresponding to the two first magnetic steels of the S pole 200 can be α 22 and α 42 , for example, 41 =15.2°, then α 42 =15.1°,α 21 =9°,α 22=9°.

[0069] For example, the first gaps corresponding to the two first magnetic steels of the N pole 100 can be L 11 and L 41 The first gap corresponding to the two first magnetic steels of the S pole 200 can be L 12 and L 42 , for example, L 41 =1.7 (mm, millimeters), L 42 =1.6 (mm, millimeter), L 11 =0.5 (mm, millimeter), L 12 = 0.5 (mm, millimeters). Under the above-mentioned premise, the north pole 100 and the south pole 200 cannot form an axisymmetric arrangement about the central axis L0. The disclosed embodiment can determine the specific first gap value that can reduce noise when the first gap corresponding to the north pole 100 and the first gap corresponding to the south pole 200 are different through genetic algorithms and electromagnetic simulations.

[0070] For example, the second gap corresponding to the two first magnetic steels of the N pole 100 may be L 21 and L 51 The second gap corresponding to the two first magnetic steels of the S pole 200 can be L 22 and L 52 , for example, L 51 =1.7 (mm, millimeters), L 52 =1.6 (mm, millimeter), L 21 =1.3 (mm, millimeter), L 22 = 1.3 (mm, millimeters). Under the above-mentioned configuration, the N-pole 100 and the S-pole 200 cannot form an axisymmetric arrangement about the central axis L0. The disclosed embodiments can determine, through genetic algorithms and electromagnetic simulations, a specific second gap value that can reduce noise when the second gap corresponding to the N-pole 100 and the second gap corresponding to the S-pole 200 are different.

[0071] For example, the third gap corresponding to the two first magnetic steels of the N pole 100 may be L 31 and L 61 , the third gap corresponding to the two first magnetic steels of the S pole 200 can be L 32 and L 62 , for example, L 61 =1.4 (mm, millimeter), L 62=1.3 (mm, millimeter), L 31 =1.2 (mm, millimeter), L 32 = 1.2 (mm, millimeters).

[0072] In some embodiments, both the N pole 100 and the S pole 200 may be provided with multiple harmonic slots on the rotor edge; the position angle of the harmonic slot corresponding to the N pole is not equal to the position angle of the harmonic slot corresponding to the S pole.

[0073] For example, the position angle of the harmonic slot corresponding to the N pole 100 may be β 11 and β 13 , the position angle of the fourth harmonic slot corresponding to the S pole 200 can be β 12 and β 14 , such as β 11 =6.2°, β 12 =6.1°, β 13 =14.4°, β 14 =14.3°. Under the above-mentioned premise, the north pole 100 and the south pole 200 cannot form an axisymmetric arrangement about the central axis L0. The disclosed embodiments can determine, through genetic algorithms and electromagnetic simulations, the specific position angles at which the position angles corresponding to the north pole 100 and the south pole 200 are different and can reduce noise.

[0074] For example, various parameters are listed in the above embodiments, and differential settings of these parameters enable the asymmetric arrangement of the N pole 100 and the S pole 200. In some embodiments, based on actual needs or actual verification results, differential settings of any one or more of the parameters in the above embodiments can be adopted to achieve an asymmetric arrangement of the N pole 100 and the S pole 200. For example, the included angle of the V-shaped end corresponding to the N pole 100 and the included angle of the V-shaped end corresponding to the S pole 200 may differ; or, while the included angle of the V-shaped end corresponding to the N pole 100 and the included angle of the V-shaped end corresponding to the S pole 200 differ, the first gap corresponding to the N pole 100 and the first gap corresponding to the S pole 200 may differ; or, while the included angle of the V-shaped end corresponding to the N pole 100 and the included angle of the V-shaped end corresponding to the S pole 200 differ, and the first gap corresponding to the N pole 100 and the first gap corresponding to the S pole 200 differ, the position angle of the first harmonic slot corresponding to the N pole 100 and the position angle of the second harmonic slot corresponding to the S pole 200 may differ.

[0075] Continuing to refer to FIG2 , in some embodiments, the N-pole 100 includes two first magnetic steels 101, and the S-pole 200 includes two second magnetic steels 102. The N-pole 100 and the S-pole 200 are respectively provided with two harmonic slots on the edge of the rotor. The line connecting the lowest point of the harmonic slot and the center of the rotor forms a position angle with the line connecting the center of the corresponding magnetic pole and the center of the rotor. The angles between the V-shaped ends of the two first magnetic steels 101 corresponding to the N-pole 100 are 79.9° and 9.1° respectively, and the angles between the two V-shaped ends of the S-pole 200 are 79.9° and 9.1° respectively. The included angles of the V-shaped ends of the second magnetic steels 102 are 82.2° and 8.6° respectively; the magnetic steel inclination angles of the two first magnetic steels 101 corresponding to the N pole 100 are 46.3° and 15.2° respectively, and the magnetic steel inclination angles of the two second magnetic steels 102 corresponding to the S pole 200 are 46.3° and 14.9° respectively; the position angles of the two harmonic slots corresponding to the N pole 100 are 14.4° and 6.2° respectively, and the position angles of the two harmonic slots corresponding to the S pole 200 are 14.2° and 6.5° respectively.

[0076] For example, after experimentation, the inventors have identified a possible implementation scheme as follows. It should be noted that this scheme is only one of countless possible solutions. Table 1 below lists the parameters of the N-pole 100 and S-pole 200, as well as the radial electromagnetic force obtained through electromagnetic simulation. The parameters of the N-pole 100 and S-pole 200 can represent any of the V-shaped end angle, magnetic steel inclination, first gap, second gap, third gap, and position angle described in the above-mentioned embodiments.

[0077] Table 1: Parameters and radial electromagnetic force

[0078] Based on Table 1 above, it can be seen that when the N pole and the S pole are set to a symmetrical structure, the radial electromagnetic force of the space order 0-time 12th is 5.29N, the radial electromagnetic forces of the space ±4 orders-time 12th are 0.02N and 0.01N respectively, the radial electromagnetic force of the space order 0-time 6th is 5.75N, and the radial electromagnetic forces of the space ±4 orders-time 6th are 0.03N and 0.02N respectively. After being set to an asymmetric structure, the radial electromagnetic force of the space order 0-time 12th is reduced to 1.89N, the radial electromagnetic forces of the space ±4 orders-time 12th increase to 2.96N and 0.90N respectively, the radial electromagnetic force of the space order 0-time 6th becomes 4.90N, and the radial electromagnetic forces of the space ±orders-time 6th increase to 0.79N and 0.15N respectively. The above data demonstrates that the asymmetric rotor pole structure effectively disperses the radial electromagnetic forces of spatial order 0-6th and spatial order 0-12th to the corresponding spatial order ±4th. While the sum of the 6th and 12th radial electromagnetic forces remains essentially unchanged, the radial electromagnetic forces of spatial order 0-12th, the primary cause of the stator's zero-order breathing mode resonance and the resulting large NVH acoustic power spikes, are significantly optimized. The radial electromagnetic force corresponding to the asymmetric structure (1.89 N) is 64.3% lower than the radial electromagnetic force corresponding to the symmetric structure (5.29 N). While the radial electromagnetic forces of other spatial order-time orders increase, the maximum radial electromagnetic force decreases, reducing noise for spatial order 0-12th. In summary, the asymmetric pole structure effectively disperses the spatial distribution of the radial electromagnetic forces, reducing the concentration of electromagnetic forces acting on the stator teeth at a specific spatial order, reducing the generation of NVH acoustic power spikes, and improving the NVH performance of the motor itself.

[0079] In some embodiments, parameters of all N poles 100 and S poles 200 in different groups are different.

[0080] For example, in the above embodiment, only the N pole 100 and S pole 200 in one group are described. In some scenarios, it can be understood that the rotor can be composed of multiple groups of identical rotors, with only the N pole 100 and S pole 200 in each group being asymmetric. For different groups of N poles 100 and S poles 200, the N poles 100 and N poles 100 can be identical, and the S poles 200 and S poles 200 can be identical. In other scenarios, the parameters of the N poles 100 and S poles 200 in different groups can all be different. For example, a rotor includes two groups of N poles 100 and S poles 200, where there are N1, N2, S1, and S2. Under normal circumstances, the parameters of N1 and N2 can be different, the parameters of S1 and S2 can be different, the parameters of N1 and S1 can be different, the parameters of N1 and S2 can be different, the parameters of N2 and S2 can be different, that is, the parameters of all N poles 100 and all S poles 200 can be different.

[0081] Referring to Figures 1 and 2, it is not difficult to understand that in the above embodiments, improvements are only made between the parameters of the N pole 100 and the parameters of the S pole 200, and as for the N pole 100 and the S pole 200 themselves, they can be arranged in an axially symmetrical manner. In other possible embodiments, improvements can also be made to the N pole 100 and the S pole 200 themselves, so that the N pole 100 and the S pole 200 themselves are arranged asymmetrically to achieve a certain noise reduction effect.

[0082] In some embodiments, the parameters corresponding to the first magnetic steel 101 in the N pole 100 and the S pole 200 are different, and / or the parameters corresponding to the second magnetic steel 102 are different, so that the N pole 100 and the S pole 200 in a group are arranged asymmetrically.

[0083] Continuing with FIG2 , the N-pole 100 and S-pole 200 in a group can form an asymmetric structure based on the first magnetic steel 101 or the second magnetic steel 102. The above embodiments provide exemplary descriptions of the parameters corresponding to the first magnetic steel 101 and the dimensional parameters of the second magnetic steel 102, and will not be further elaborated here. Thus, the disclosed embodiments can achieve a noise reduction effect by using different magnetic steels to form an asymmetric structure between the N-pole 100 and S-pole 200.

[0084] In some embodiments, the parameters of all N poles 100 in different groups are the same, and / or the parameters of all S poles 200 in different groups are the same.

[0085] Specifically, each rotor may include multiple groups of N poles 100 and S poles 200. However, it is understood that the core improvement of the disclosed embodiments lies in the asymmetric structure formed between the N poles 100 and S poles 200. When the rotor includes multiple groups of N poles 100 and S poles 200, the parameters of the N poles 100 in different groups can be the same, and the parameters of the S poles 200 in different groups can also be the same. In other words, it is sufficient to ensure that the N poles 100 and S poles 200 in at least one group form an asymmetric structure. Therefore, since the parameters of the N poles 100 in multiple groups are the same, the same components can be used during the rotor assembly process, thereby facilitating the assembly process.

[0086] In some embodiments, the types of parameters of the N-poles 100 and S-poles 200 in different groups forming an asymmetric rotor are different.

[0087] Specifically, it can be understood from the above embodiments that the parameters can include at least the angle of the first magnetic steel 101. In some embodiments, the parameters can also include a first gap, a second gap, a third gap, and the like. Different parameter types can represent various parameters in the above embodiments. For example, the first gap is one parameter type, and the second gap is another parameter type, and the two corresponding parameter types are different. For the N poles 100 and S poles 200 in different groups, the N poles 100 and S poles 200 can form an asymmetric structure based on different parameter types. For example, in one group, the N poles 100 and S poles 200 can form an asymmetric structure based on the angle of the first magnetic steel 101, while the N poles 100 and S poles 200 in another group can form an asymmetric structure based on other parameter types, such as the first gap or the second gap in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Through the above embodiments, more possible ways can be achieved to form an asymmetric structure between the N poles 100 and S poles 200, thereby achieving the effect of noise reduction in different ways.
