[0001] The present invention relates to a lifting device for a large vehicle, and more particularly, to a lifting device for a large vehicle that enables the lifting of a large vehicle while minimizing weight increase by connecting a mounting bracket to a wheel hub of the large vehicle and configuring the mounting bracket to receive force from a crane.

[0002] The present invention relates to a large vehicle elevator that enables simple assembly and elevator operation for large vehicles imported and exported in both finished vehicle form and SKD (Semi-Knocked-Down) form.

[0003] The present invention relates to a large vehicle elevator that can prevent deformation or damage to the vehicle.

[0004] The present invention relates to a large vehicle elevator device that can reduce manufacturing costs by configuring a mounting bracket to be usable multiple times.

[0005] The present invention relates to a large vehicle elevator that can improve convenience by not requiring separate parts such as frames that must be welded for loading and unloading.

[0006] The present invention relates to a large vehicle elevator that can be applied to both internal combustion engine vehicles and electric vehicles and thus has high usability.

[0007] The present invention relates to a lifting device for a large vehicle that can adjust the position of a hook with respect to a different center of gravity for each large vehicle.

[0008] The present invention relates to a large vehicle elevator device capable of adjusting the length to correspond to different axle distances of each large vehicle.

[0009] Typically, when loading or unloading containers onto a ship, container cranes are used to load and unload containers.

[0010] Fig. 1 is a hydraulic container crane disclosed in Republic of Korea Publication No. 20-2001-0001018, which is configured to reduce the holding time of a high-altitude truck when loading or unloading containers onto a ship by creating a container loading area near the seaside bridge, thereby reducing the time required to load containers and preventing safety accidents.

[0011] However, although the conventional technology of Fig. 1 is capable of loading and unloading heavy containers, the containers have a special structure that allows them to be connected to a hook (80), so they can be gripped. However, large vehicles such as buses have no place to grip them, and they can be damaged when moved using a forklift, etc., so this is not desirable.

[0012] Large vehicles can be imported in finished vehicle form or in SKD (Semi-Knocked-Down) form, and loading and unloading are done in various ways.

[0013] For example, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the structure of an assembly and installation pallet for transporting heavy and large products disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2008-0074069, which is designed to transport heavy and large automobile parts such as batteries, tires, and motors.

[0014] And, Republic of Korea Patent No. 10-1924735 discloses an expansion support for a flat rack container that enables movement of large-sized cargo using a flat rack container, as shown in FIG. 3.

[0015] In addition, Korean Patent No. 10-2206868 discloses a cargo securing device and a flat rack container structure equipped with the same, which can transport cargo of various sizes with a width greater than the left-right width of the container while being firmly secured, as shown in FIG. 4.

[0016] However, the prior art disclosed in FIGS. 2 to 4 has the following problems.

[0017] That is, Fig. 2 has a problem of reduced durability when loading a large vehicle, and Figs. 3 and 4 are capable of fixing large cargo, but when loading a large vehicle, especially a large vehicle imported in the form of SKD (Semi-Knocked-Down), the wheels are separated and the wheel hub (A) is exposed to the outside, so in order to stably settle the large vehicle, a separate frame (F) is welded as in Fig. 5, and when delivery is completed, a process of removing the frame (F) must be performed.

[0018] Therefore, the frame (F) must remain attached while transporting the large vehicle, which not only increases the weight of the large vehicle but also makes it difficult to reuse the frame (F), which drastically increases logistics costs, which is undesirable, and there is a problem of causing waste of time due to welding installation and removal.

[0019] Additionally, in the case of large vehicles that must be transported in a SKD (Semi-Knocked-Down) form, wheels and wheels are not installed, so there is a problem that an additional frame must be welded to the body in order to use a crane.

[0020] In addition, when unloading using a forklift, the length and weight of the large vehicle are considerable, making it difficult to maintain the center of gravity, which increases the risk of overturning, making it undesirable.

[0021] In addition, even if it is transported in the form of a finished vehicle that can be driven, container ships, automobile-only ships, and roll-on ships can be used, but this is not desirable because it is dangerous as it requires frame welding or lifting using a forklift.

[0022] The purpose of the present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and to provide a lifting device for a large vehicle that can lift and lower a large vehicle while minimizing weight increase by connecting a mounting bracket to a wheel hub of the large vehicle and configuring the mounting bracket to receive force from a crane.

[0023] Another object of the present invention is to provide a large vehicle elevator that can be easily combined to allow for the elevator to be installed on both large vehicles imported and exported in a complete vehicle form and an SKD (Semi-Knocked-Down) form.

[0024] Another object of the present invention is to provide a lifting device for a large vehicle that can prevent deformation or damage to the vehicle.

[0025] Another object of the present invention is to provide a large vehicle elevator that can reduce manufacturing costs by configuring the mounting bracket to be usable multiple times.

[0026] Another object of the present invention is to provide a large vehicle elevator that can improve convenience by not requiring separate parts such as a frame that must be welded for loading and unloading.

[0027] Another object of the present invention is to provide a large vehicle elevator that can be applied to both internal combustion engine vehicles and electric vehicles and thus has high usability.

[0028] Another object of the present invention is to provide a lifting device for a large vehicle capable of adjusting the position of a hook for different centers of gravity of each large vehicle.

[0029] Another object of the present invention is to provide a large vehicle elevator that is configured to be adjustable in length to correspond to different axle distances of each large vehicle, thereby improving stability during movement.

[0030] The large vehicle elevator according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a mounting bracket that is fastened to a wheel hub of the large vehicle as a fastening member, a support frame that is spaced apart from the upper side of the large vehicle and is raised and lowered by receiving force from a crane, and a force transmission device that is positioned between the support frame and the mounting bracket and transmits the force of the crane to the mounting bracket.

[0031] It is characterized in that a spacer is provided between the above-mentioned mounting bracket and the wheel hub to support the mounting bracket and the wheel hub so that they are combined in a spaced state.

[0032] The above-mentioned mounting bracket is characterized by being connected to one side of the wheel hub while making surface contact with the wheel of a large vehicle.

[0033] The above mounting bracket is characterized by including a connecting portion that is connected to the wheel hub of the large vehicle, and a bending portion that is bent at the connecting portion and to which an end of the force transmission member is connected.

[0034] The above support frame is characterized by including a parallel frame arranged parallel to the upper side of the large vehicle, a cross frame that is combined in a state intersecting the parallel frames to limit the distance between a plurality of parallel frames, and a main fastener that is connected to a crane in a state coupled to one side of the cross frame to transmit the force of the crane to the force transmission member and the mounting bracket.

[0035] The above cross frame is characterized in that one side thereof is provided with a plurality of center adjustment holes for changing the position of the main fastener according to the center of gravity of the large vehicle and a center adjustment identification part for identifying the plurality of center adjustment holes.

[0036] The above cross frame is characterized in that one side thereof is provided with a plurality of length adjustment holes for changing the position of the main fastener according to the difference in the axle distance of the large vehicle and a length adjustment identification part for identifying the plurality of length adjustment holes.

[0037] The above parallel frame is characterized in that it has a length longer than the width of the large vehicle and the power transmission device is connected to both ends.

[0038] In the present invention, a mounting bracket is attached to a wheel hub of a large vehicle, and the mounting bracket is configured to receive force from a crane, thereby enabling transport with minimal weight increase.

[0039] It is highly useful because it can be easily combined and loaded and unloaded for large vehicles exported and imported in both finished vehicle form and SKD (Semi-Knocked-Down) form.

[0040] In addition, deformation or damage to the vehicle can be prevented, and the mounting bracket can be configured to be used multiple times, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.

[0041] Additionally, convenience can be improved as it does not require separate parts such as a forklift frame for loading and unloading, and it can be applied to both internal combustion engine vehicles and electric vehicles, increasing usability.

[0042] In addition to being able to adjust the position of the hook for different centers of gravity for each large vehicle, the length can also be adjusted to correspond to different wheelbases for each large vehicle, thereby improving stability during movement.

[0056] Referring to the attached Figure 6 below, the configuration of a large vehicle elevator (100) according to the present invention is described.

[0057] Figure 6 shows a perspective view showing an example of use of a large vehicle elevator (100) according to the present invention.

[0058] Prior to this, the terms and words used in this specification and claims should not be interpreted in their usual or dictionary meanings, but should be interpreted in the sense and concept that conforms to the technical idea of the present invention based on the principle that the inventor can appropriately define the concept of the term in order to explain his or her own invention in the best way.

[0059] Therefore, the embodiments described in this specification and the configurations illustrated in the drawings are only preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all of the technical ideas of the present invention. Therefore, it should be understood that there may be various equivalents and modified examples that can replace them at the time of this application.

[0060] As shown in the drawing, the large vehicle lifting device (100) according to the present invention is a device that can lift and move a large vehicle (B), and is a device that is coupled with a hook (H) of a crane (not shown) to transmit the force generated by the crane to the large vehicle (B) so that it can be lifted.

[0061] And the above large vehicle elevator (100) is installed so that the force provided from the crane can be transmitted to the wheel hub of the large vehicle (see drawing symbol A of FIG. 5), and is raised and lowered without any contact other than the fastening member fastened to the wheel hub (A), so that scratches can be prevented from occurring when the large vehicle (B) is moved using the large vehicle elevator (100).

[0062] In an embodiment of the present invention, the large vehicle elevator (100) is fastened so as to make surface contact with the wheel (W) of the tire mounted on the large vehicle, and does not make surface contact with the wheel hub (A).

[0063] The configuration of the large vehicle elevator (100) is described below with reference to the attached drawing 7.

[0064] Figure 7 shows a perspective view showing the overall configuration of a large vehicle elevator (100) according to the present invention.

[0065] As shown in the drawing, the above large vehicle elevator (100) is configured to include a mounting bracket (120) that is fastened to one side of a wheel hub (A) of a large vehicle (B) as a fastening member, a support frame (140) that is spaced apart from the upper side of the large vehicle (B) and receives force from a crane to elevate, and a force transmission member (160) that is positioned between the support frame (140) and the mounting bracket (120) to transmit the force of the crane to the mounting bracket (120).

[0066] The above mounting bracket (120) is configured to be fastened to four wheels in the embodiment of the present invention, and is designed to have different shapes depending on the different shapes of the wheels (W) fitted to the front and rear wheels.

[0067] That is, the above-mentioned mounting bracket (120) is configured to include a first bracket (122) that is fastened to a wheel (W) fitted to a front wheel, and a second bracket (126) that is fastened to a wheel (W) fitted to a rear wheel. Within the range of not using all of the holes for fastening members to each wheel (W) but leaving some of them, the first bracket (122) and the second bracket (126) may be used singly or may be configured in multiples.

[0068] And since the wheel (W) coupled to the rear wheel of the above-mentioned large vehicle (B) has a shape that is sunken inward, and the wheel (W) coupled to the front wheel has a shape that is relatively less sunken, the mounting bracket (120) has a similar configuration although there is a slight shape deformation, which will be described in detail below.

[0069] The first bracket (122) and the second bracket (126) are coupled to the lower end of the force transmission member (160), and the upper end of the force transmission member (160) is coupled to the support frame (140). Various materials can be applied to the force transmission member (160) as long as it is within a range that allows it to maintain a constant length even when a large load is applied.

[0070] The above support frame (140) is configured to include a pair of parallel frames (142) arranged parallel to the upper side of the large vehicle (B), a cross frame (144) that is connected to the parallel frames (142) in a state of crossing each other to limit the distance between the plurality of parallel frames (142), and a main fastener (145) that is connected to a crane in a state of being connected to one side of the cross frame (144) and transmits the force of the crane to the force transmission member (160) and the mounting bracket (120).

[0071] The above parallel frame (142) is designed to have a length longer than the width of the large vehicle (B), and the power transmission member (160) is coupled to both sides of the lower surface, and the lower part of the power transmission member (160) is coupled to the mounting bracket (120).

[0072] Accordingly, even if the tensile force of the crane is applied to the above parallel frame (142) and the large vehicle (B) rises, the force transmission device (160) and the large vehicle (B) do not come into contact, thereby preventing damage.

[0073] The above hook (H) is where the power generated from the crane is ultimately transmitted, and is connected to the main fastener (145), and the lower surface of the main fastener (145) is connected to the upper surface of the cross frame (144).

[0074] Therefore, the above hook (H) and main fastener (145) serve as the center of gravity when the large vehicle (B) is lifted, and if the center of gravity is not aligned, the large vehicle (B) may tilt and overturn.

[0075] In order to solve this problem, the main fastener (145) is configured to be moved and fastened in the longitudinal direction of the cross frame (144), thereby enabling the center of gravity to be aligned so that the large vehicle (B) does not tilt.

[0076] The above cross frame (144) is connected to the parallel frame (142) in a state of crossing with respect to the parallel frame (142), and the pair of parallel frames (142) maintain a constant distance without changing the separation distance due to the cross frame (144).

[0077] And the upper part of the force transmission member (160) is connected to the lower end of the above parallel frame (142).

[0078] The detailed configuration of the mounting bracket (120) is described below with reference to the attached drawings 8 and 9.

[0079] FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing the appearance of a first bracket (122), which is a component of a large vehicle elevator (100) according to the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing the appearance of a second bracket (126), which is a component of a large vehicle elevator (100) according to the present invention.

[0080] As shown in the drawing, the above-mentioned mounting bracket (120) is configured to include a first bracket (122) coupled to the front wheel (W) of a large vehicle (B) in the embodiment of the present invention, and a second bracket (126) coupled to the rear wheel (W).

[0081] The above first bracket (122) and second bracket (126) are both configured to be fastened to the wheel (W), but not to all of the fastening holes (F) of the wheel (W), but only to some of the fastening holes (F).

[0082] More specifically, the first bracket (122) and the second bracket (126) are configured to be fastened by bolts and nuts of a wheel hub (A) that penetrate a portion of a fastening hole (F) of a wheel (W).

[0083] Accordingly, during the process of attaching the first bracket (122) and the second bracket (126) to the wheel (W), the wheel (W) does not become separated from the body of the large vehicle (B), and the first bracket (122) and the second bracket (126) can be attached while the wheel is attached to the large vehicle (B).

[0084] The above first bracket (122) is arranged so that one is placed per each wheel (W) and can be fastened to four fastening holes (F), and the above second bracket (126) is arranged so that two are placed per each wheel (W) and are symmetrically arranged so as to have opposing shapes.

[0085] More specifically, each of the second brackets (126) is configured to be fastened to two fastening holes (F).

[0086] Accordingly, the crane power transmitted to the power transmission device (160) is transmitted to the first bracket (122) and the second bracket (126) to lift the wheel (W) firmly connected to the large vehicle (B), thereby enabling the large vehicle (B) to be lifted and moved.

[0087] The above-mentioned mounting bracket (120) is configured to include a connecting portion and a bending portion. That is, the first bracket (122) is configured to include a first connecting portion (123) that is connected by making surface contact with the wheel (W) of the large vehicle (B), and a first bending portion (124) that is bent at the first connecting portion (123) and to which the end of the force transmission member (160) is connected.

[0088] And the second bracket (126) is configured to include a second connecting portion (127) that is connected by making surface contact with the wheel (W) of the large vehicle (B), and a second bending portion (128) that is bent at the second connecting portion (127) and to which the end of the force transmission member (160) is connected.

[0089] The second bending portion (128) is formed by bending to have a larger angle in the outward direction than the first bending portion (124), and by being combined with the force transmission member (160), it helps to prevent the force transmission member (160) from contacting the body of the large vehicle (B).

[0090] The above mounting bracket (120) is further provided with a strength reinforcement part. That is, the first bracket (122) is provided with a first strength reinforcement part (125), and the second bracket (126) is provided with a second strength reinforcement part (129).

[0091] The first reinforcing member (125) and the second reinforcing member (129) above perform the function of supporting the first bending member (124) and the second bending member (128) so that they are not bent any further when force is transmitted to the force transmission member (160). One of the first brackets (122) is formed in the center, and one second reinforcing member (129) is formed in each of the pair of second brackets (126).

[0092] Meanwhile, the center of gravity of the above-mentioned large vehicle (B) may vary depending on the model. For example, there may be a large vehicle (B) with a center of gravity at a 7:3 ratio based on the total length, and there may be a large vehicle (B) with a center of gravity at a 6.5:3.5 ratio.

[0093] In this case, when lifting a large vehicle (B) by installing a mounting bracket (120) as in Fig. 7, the center of gravity may not be aligned, causing it to tilt to one side and fall over.

[0094] Accordingly, the support frame (140) may be provided with a center adjustment hole (146) and a center adjustment identification part (147) as shown in FIG. 10.

[0095] FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing the appearance of a support frame (140), which is a component of a lifting device (100) for a large vehicle (B) according to the present invention, wherein the center adjustment hole (146) refers to a plurality of holes formed at equal intervals in the cross frame (144) so that the position of the main fastener (145) can be changed and fixed, as shown in the enlarged view on the left.

[0096] And the above center adjustment identification part (147) is configured to identify multiple center adjustment holes (146) so that the center of gravity can be determined by visually confirming which center adjustment hole (146) the main fastener (145) should be fastened to for a large vehicle (B) of a specific model.

[0097] In the embodiment of the present invention, the center adjustment identification unit (147) is indicated by a number.

[0098] Meanwhile, on both sides of the cross frame (144), as shown in the enlarged view on the right side of Fig. 10, there are provided a number of length adjustment holes (148) so that the parallel frame (142) can be moved and combined in the longitudinal direction of the cross frame (144).

[0099] The above length adjustment hole (148) may have a different axle distance for a large vehicle (B) requiring lifting and lowering, and depending on the difference in the axle distance, the cross frame (144) may be fastened by selecting a number of length adjustment holes (148).

[0100] More specifically, when getting on and off a large vehicle (B) with a long wheelbase, if the distance between the parallel frames (142) is narrow, it becomes difficult to maintain the center of gravity, and the power transmission member (160) is formed in a shape that extends in a slanted diagonal direction, which may cause damage to the outer surface of the large vehicle (B).

[0101] Accordingly, the above length adjustment holes (148) are drilled in multiple numbers at equal intervals on the upper surface on both sides of the cross frame (144), and the distance between the parallel frames (142) can be adjusted by changing and fastening the multiple length adjustment holes (148) in consideration of the change in the axle distance of the large vehicle (B).

[0102] In addition, the above-mentioned length adjustment hole (148) can minimize shaking when boarding a large vehicle (B) by adjusting the distance between parallel frames (142), thereby providing stability, and can also perform the function of making it easier to maintain the center of gravity.

[0103] In an embodiment of the present invention, a length adjustment identification part (149) is provided near the length adjustment hole (148) so that it is possible to visually identify where a pair of parallel frames (142) are located in the longitudinal direction of the cross frame (144) and how far apart they are.

[0104] The scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments exemplified above, and many other modifications based on the present invention will be possible for those skilled in the art within the technical scope described above.

[0105] For example, in the embodiment of the present invention, the support frame (140) is arranged in a roughly "H" shape by combining a parallel frame (142) and a cross frame (144), but it is obvious that a large vehicle (B) can be lifted by only having a parallel frame (142) as shown in FIG. 11 and connecting a pair of hooks (H) connected to a crane to each parallel frame (142).

[0106] Figure 11 is a diagram showing the configuration of another embodiment of a large vehicle elevator (100) according to the present invention.

[0107] In addition, FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing an example of application of a spacer, which is a component of a large vehicle elevator according to the present invention, and FIG. 13 is an exploded perspective view showing a detailed configuration of a spacer, which is a component of a large vehicle elevator according to the present invention. In the embodiment described above, the first bracket (122) and the second bracket (126) are described as being fastened to the wheel (W) and the wheel hub (A), but a spacer (180) may be further provided as shown in the drawing.

[0108] The above spacer (180) is configured to support the mounting bracket (120) and the wheel hub (A) so that the mounting bracket (120) and the wheel hub (A) are connected in a spaced state between the mounting bracket (120) and the wheel hub (A). In appearance, it has a shape in which the central fastening portion of the wheel (W) is cut out, and a plurality of bracket fastening holes (182) are formed by perforating radially at equal angles.

[0109] And the above bracket fastening member (182) is configured to have a position and size corresponding to the fastening hole (F) of the wheel (W).

[0110] Accordingly, even in the case of a large vehicle (B) imported in the form of SKD (Semi-Knocked-Down) and not equipped with tires and wheels, the spacer (180) is positioned between the wheel hub (A) and the mounting bracket (120) to enable boarding and disembarking while preventing damage to the large vehicle (B).

[0111] According to the large vehicle lifting device according to the present invention, not only can a large vehicle be lifted or lowered while preventing deformation or damage to the vehicle when it is in the form of a finished vehicle to be exported or imported, but it can also be applied to a large vehicle to be exported or imported in the form of a SKD (Semi-Knocked-Down), and the position of the hook can be adjusted for the different centers of gravity of each large vehicle, and the length can also be adjusted in response to the different axle distances of each large vehicle, so it can be said to have high industrial applicability.
