[0043] Referring to Example 1 of the present application shown in Figures 1 to 12, the air compressor 1 includes at least one air storage tank, an air compression pump 20, and a first air supply pipeline 100. The air compression pump 20 is located inside the head 2 of the air compressor 1 and is part of the head 2. The air compression pump 20 is used to compress air. The first air supply pipeline 100 is used to fluidically connect the at least one air storage tank and the air compression pump 20. The air compressed by the air compression pump 20 is delivered to the at least one air storage tank via the first air supply pipeline 100. The two air compressors 1 can be stacked up and down to reduce the floor space of the two air compressors 1; referring to Figures 9 to 12, the upper air compressor 1 is stacked on the head 2 of the lower air compressor 1; when the two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down (see Figures 9 to 12), the upper air compressor 1 is supported on the head 2 of the lower air compressor 1; the air compression pump 20 is located inside the head 2. Based on this design, it is possible to stack two air compressors 1 one above the other. The stacked units only occupy the space of one air compressor 1, effectively saving floor space. Because the upper air compressor 1 is supported on the head 2 of the lower air compressor 1, the upper air compressor 1 can be more securely placed on the lower air compressor 1. Manufacturers or users can stack air compressors 1 when needed to save floor space. The top of the head 2 of the air compressor 1 forms a platform for placing another air compressor 1 or other equipment.

[0044] The air compression pump 20 is in a lying position, and the at least one air storage tank is in a lying position on the lower side of the machine head 2, so as to lower the center of gravity of the air compressor 1 and prevent the two air compressors 1 from tipping over when stacked on top of each other. The air compression pump 20 can be a reciprocating piston type. The air compression pump 20 includes a frame 200, a motor 201, a transmission device, a cylinder, a cylinder head 202, a connecting rod 203, a piston that can reciprocate in the cylinder to compress air, and a cooling fan 204. The motor 201, the transmission device, the cylinder, the cylinder head 202, etc. are arranged on the frame 200. When the air compression pump 20 is working, the motor 201 drives the piston to reciprocate in the cylinder based on the transmission device and the connecting rod 203 to continuously generate compressed air. The compressed air is transported to the at least one air storage tank for storage via the first air pipeline 100. The transmission device can be a belt transmission device, including a belt 205, a driving pulley, and a driven pulley; the rotating shaft of the motor 201 is in a horizontally extended state, the rated power of the motor 201 is between 90w and 3100w, preferably between 300w and 1900w, and the motor 201 can be a brushed motor or a brushless motor.

[0045] The air compressor 1 also includes a second gas pipeline 101 and at least one gas quick-connect connector 21. The at least one gas quick-connect connector 21 is part of the air compressor head 2. The second gas pipeline 101 is used to fluidically connect the at least one gas storage tank and the at least one gas quick-connect connector 21. Compressed air in the at least one gas storage tank is delivered to the at least one gas quick-connect connector 21 via the second gas pipeline 101, thereby supplying compressed air to external equipment connected to the gas quick-connect connector 21. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked one on top of the other, the at least one buckle of the lower air compressor 1 can be buckled onto the upper air compressor 1, thereby locking the upper air compressor 1 to the air compressor head 2 of the lower air compressor 1.

[0046] The air compressor 1 also includes at least one buckle, which is exposed on the outside of the machine head 2 and is movably connected to the machine head 2. Furthermore, the at least one buckle is rotatably connected to the machine head 2. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up together, the at least one buckle of the lower air compressor 1 can be buckled on the upper air compressor 1, and the upper air compressor 1 can be locked on the lower air compressor 1; such a design enables the upper air compressor 1 and the lower air compressor 1 to more reliably maintain the state of being stacked up together.

[0047] The head 2 also includes a housing 22. As shown in Figures 9 to 12, the upper air compressor 1 is stacked on the housing 22 of the lower air compressor 1; the air compression pump 20 is located within the housing 22, and the at least one air storage tank is located below the housing 22. The at least one buckle is movably connected to the housing 22. Furthermore, the at least one buckle is rotatably connected to the housing 22. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked together, the upper air compressor 1 is supported on the housing 22 of the lower air compressor 1. The air compressor 1 also includes a pressure gauge 25, which is used to indicate the air pressure value in the at least one air storage tank.

[0048] The at least one buckle includes a first buckle 30 and a second buckle 31, and the first buckle 30 and the second buckle 31 are located on the left and right sides of the head 2 of the air compressor 1; the at least one gas tank is in a horizontal position, and the at least one gas tank includes a first gas tank 110 and a second gas tank 111. The first gas tank 110 and the second gas tank 111 are arranged side by side on the lower side of the head 2 (housing 22) in a horizontal position, and the first gas tank 110 and the second gas tank 111 are arranged in a front-to-back arrangement. The vertical projection of the first buckle 30 and the vertical projection of the second buckle 31 are at least partially located between the vertical projection of the first gas tank 110 and the vertical projection of the second gas tank 111. This design makes the distribution of the various components more coordinated, which is conducive to the balance of the air compressor 1 structure. In this application, the vertical projection refers to the projection formed by projecting the vertical direction onto a horizontal plane. The first gas tank 110 and the second gas tank 111 are parallel.

[0049] The housing 22 further includes a first adapter portion 228 and a second adapter portion 229. The first adapter portion 228 and the second adapter portion 229 are located at opposite ends of the bottom of the housing 22. The first adapter portion 228 and the second adapter portion 229 are respectively at least partially embedded between the first gas tank 110 and the second gas tank 111. The first adapter portion 228 and the first buckle are correspondingly located on the upper and lower sides of the handpiece, and the second adapter portion 229 and the second buckle are correspondingly located on the upper and lower sides of the handpiece. The first adapter portion 228 includes a first curved surface 2280 and a second curved surface 2281. The first curved surface 2280 is positioned adjacent to the first gas tank 110 and matches the contour of the first gas tank 110; the second curved surface 2281 is positioned adjacent to the second gas tank 111 and matches the contour of the second gas tank 111. The second adapting portion 229 includes a third curved surface 2290 and a fourth curved surface 2291. The third curved surface 2290 is positioned adjacent to the first gas tank 110 and matches the contour of the first gas tank 110; the fourth curved surface 2291 is positioned adjacent to the second gas tank 111 and matches the contour of the second gas tank 111. The design of the first adapting portion 228 and the second adapting portion 229 facilitates a more complementary fit between the housing 22 of the handpiece 2 and the contours of the first and second gas tanks 110, 111, and also provides a certain decorative effect.

[0050] In this embodiment, the air pressure in the first gas tank 110 is equal to the air pressure in the second gas tank 111, and the first gas tank 110 and the second gas tank 111 are connected to maintain an isobaric state through the connecting pipe 12. The connecting pipe 12 connects the first gas tank 110 and the second gas tank 111 by welding. The first gas tank 110 is located upstream of the second gas tank 111, and the first gas pipeline 100 fluidly connects the first gas tank 110 and the air compression pump 20. The compressed air generated by the air compression pump 20 is transported to the first gas tank 110 via the first gas pipeline 100, and further enters the second gas tank 111 via the first gas tank 110; the second gas pipeline 101 fluidly connects the second gas tank 111 and the at least one gas quick-connect joint 21, and the compressed air in the second gas tank 111 is transported to the at least one gas quick-connect joint 21 via the second gas pipeline 101 for use by external equipment. The compressed air in the first gas tank 110 and the compressed air in the second gas tank 111 are synchronously consumed and reduced.

[0051] The housing 22 includes at least one receiving slot, and the at least one buckle corresponds to the at least one receiving slot one by one. The at least one buckle can be multiple buckles or one buckle. The buckles (first buckle 30, second buckle 31) have a storage angle position, an open angle position, and a locking angle position between the storage angle position and the open angle position. The buckle is limited to rotating between the storage angle position and the open angle position. When two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down, the buckle of the lower air compressor 1 is buckled on the upper air compressor. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up together, the buckle of the lower air compressor 1 is at the locking angle position; from another perspective, when the two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down and the buckle of the lower air compressor 1 is at the locking angle position, the buckle of the lower air compressor 1 is buckled on the upper air compressor 1; after the two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down, the buckle of the lower air compressor 1 is rotated from the open angle position to the locking angle position to achieve the buckle of the lower air compressor 1 being buckled on the upper air compressor 1.

[0052] When the first and second buckles 30 and 31 are in the flip-open position, the distance between the first and second buckles 30 and 31 is wider at the top and narrower at the bottom, so that the air compressor 1 can be stacked on top of another air compressor 1. The buckles (the first and second buckles 30 and 31) rotate through the locking angle position during the process of rotating from the storage angle position to the flip-open position. When the buckles are in the storage angle position, the buckles are in a stowed state. When the buckles are in the storage angle position, the buckles are stored in the corresponding receiving slots, so that the buckles are stowed. When the buckles are in the flip-open position, the buckles are in an open state, so that the air compressor 1 can be stacked on top of another air compressor 1. The rotation angle of the buckles from the storage angle position to the flip-open position is greater than 95 degrees and less than 175 degrees. In this embodiment, the rotation angle of the buckles from the storage angle position to the flip-open position is approximately 135 degrees.

[0053] The first buckle 30 includes a first snap-on protrusion 300, and the second buckle 31 includes a second snap-on protrusion 310. The at least one accommodating groove is formed by being recessed from the upper side of the shell 22, and the at least one accommodating groove includes a first accommodating groove 2200 and a second accommodating groove 2201. When the first buckle 30 is in the storage angle position, the first snap-on protrusion 300 is located in the first accommodating groove 2200 and rests on the bottom surface 2202 of the first accommodating groove 2200; when the second buckle 31 is in the storage angle position, the second snap-on protrusion 310 is located in the second accommodating groove 2201 and rests on the bottom surface 2203 of the second accommodating groove 2201; after rotating the buckle from the storage angle position to the locking angle position, the buckle is released, and the buckle will fall back to the storage angle position under the action of its own gravity; such a design is conducive to the storage of the buckle, and the buckle can be easily maintained at the storage angle position.

[0054] After rotating the buckle to the open angle position and releasing the buckle, the buckle will remain in the open angle position; when the buckle is in the open angle position, the buckle is in an outward-turned and tilted upright position. This design makes it easy to flip the buckle open and hold it in the open angle position. When stacking is required, the buckle of one of the two air compressors 1 can be easily flipped open and held in the open angle position to place the other air compressor 1 on top. The buckle in the outward-turned and tilted upright position is convenient for the user to flip it inward later to quickly fasten the buckle of the lower air compressor 1 to the upper air compressor 1.

[0055] The housing 22 includes a top wall 220, a bottom wall 221, a left side wall 222, a right side wall 223, a front side wall 224, and a rear side wall 225. The top wall 220 and the bottom wall 221 are located on the upper and lower sides of the machine head 2, the left side wall 222 and the right side wall 223 are located on the left and right sides of the machine head 2, and the front side wall 224 and the rear side wall 225 are located on the front and back sides of the machine head 2. The air compressor 20 is located on the top wall 220, the bottom wall 221, the left side wall 222, the right side wall 223 3. Within the receiving space enclosed by the front sidewall 224 and the rear sidewall 225, the at least one air storage tank is exposed on the underside of the bottom wall 221. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked one on top of the other, the upper air compressor 1 is supported on the top wall 220 of the lower air compressor 1. The at least one receiving groove is recessed in the top wall 220. When the buckles (first buckle 30 and second buckle 31) are in the storage angle position, the buckles lie in the corresponding receiving groove. The top wall 220, bottom wall 221, left side wall 222, right side wall 223, front sidewall 224, and rear sidewall 225 together form a rectangular box body. The air compression pump 20 is located within the box body formed by the top wall 220, bottom wall 221, left side wall 222, right side wall 223, front sidewall 224, and rear sidewall 225.

[0056] The air compressor 1 further includes a first limiting protrusion 556 and a second limiting protrusion 566. The first limiting protrusion 556 and the second limiting protrusion 566 are located at the bottom of the air compressor 1. The first buckle 30 can be correspondingly received in the first receiving groove 2200, and the second buckle 31 can be correspondingly received in the second receiving groove 2201. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down, the first limiting protrusion 556 of the upper air compressor 1 is downwardly embedded in the first receiving groove 220 of the lower air compressor 1. 0 and is limited in the first accommodating groove 2200 of the air compressor 1 below, and the second limiting protrusion 566 of the upper air compressor 1 is downwardly embedded in the second accommodating groove 2201 of the air compressor 1 below and is limited in the second accommodating groove 2201 of the air compressor 1 below. This design enhances the functions of the first accommodating groove 2200 and the second accommodating groove 2201. In addition to the corresponding buckle function of accommodating, it also has a limiting function, which is beneficial to improve the stability of the two air compressors 1 stacked up and down.

[0057] When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up together, the groove wall surface of the first accommodating groove 2200 of the lower air compressor 1 surrounds and is close to the first limiting protrusion 556 of the upper air compressor 1 and the groove wall surface of the second accommodating groove 2201 of the lower air compressor 1 surrounds and is close to the second limiting protrusion 566 of the upper air compressor 1, so as to limit the first limiting protrusion 556 and the second limiting protrusion 566; when the two air compressors 1 are stacked up together, the forward and backward movement and rightward movement of the first limiting protrusion 556 of the upper air compressor 1 are limited by the obstruction of the groove wall surface of the first accommodating groove 2200 of the lower air compressor 1 and the forward and backward movement and leftward movement of the second limiting protrusion 566 of the upper air compressor 1 are limited by the obstruction of the groove wall surface of the second accommodating groove 2201 of the lower air compressor 1.

[0058] The first buckle 30 has a first stop surface 301. After the first buckle 30 is rotated to the open angle position along a first opening direction, the first stop surface 301 of the first buckle 30 is supported on the bottom surface 2202 of the corresponding first receiving groove 2200, so that the first buckle 30 cannot continue to rotate along the first opening direction, so that the first buckle 30 is stopped at the open angle position. Based on this, the first buckle 30 can be maintained at the open angle position; the second buckle 31 has a second stop surface 311. After the second buckle 31 is rotated to the open angle position along a second opening direction, the first stop surface 312 of the first buckle 31 is supported on the bottom surface 2202 of the corresponding first receiving groove 2200, so that the first buckle 30 cannot continue to rotate along the first opening direction. The second stop surface 311 of the second buckle 31 is supported on the bottom surface 2203 of the corresponding second receiving groove 2201, preventing the second buckle 31 from rotating further in the second opening direction. As a result, the second buckle 31 is stopped at the opening angle position, allowing the second buckle 31 to remain in the opening angle position. In short, after the buckle rotates in its opening direction to the opening angle position, the stop surface of the buckle is supported on the bottom surface of the corresponding receiving groove, preventing the buckle from rotating further in the opening direction. As a result, the buckle is stopped at the opening angle position, allowing the buckle to remain in the opening angle position. The bottom surface 2202 of the first receiving groove 2200 and the bottom surface 2203 of the second receiving groove 2201 are horizontal surfaces. The first opening direction is the direction in which the first buckle 30 gradually rotates from the stored angle position to the opening angle position, and the second opening direction is the direction in which the second buckle 31 gradually rotates from the stored angle position to the opening angle position.

[0059] The air compressor 1 also includes a plurality of supporting legs, which are located at the bottom of the air compressor 1. When the air compressor 1 is placed on the ground, the air compressor 1 is supported on the ground by the supporting legs. The housing 22 also includes a plurality of corner portions, which are located at the top edge of the housing 22. When two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down, the positions of the supporting legs of the upper air compressor 1 correspond to the positions of the corner portions of the lower air compressor 1. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down, the supporting legs of the upper air compressor 1 correspond to the positions of the corner portions of the lower air compressor 1. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down, the supporting legs of the upper air compressor 1 correspond to the positions of the corner portions of the lower air compressor 1. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down, the supporting legs of the upper air compressor 1 correspond to the positions of the corner portions of the lower air compressor 1. This design facilitates the upper air compressor 1 and the lower air compressor 1 to be stacked up and down more harmoniously.

[0060] The plurality of supporting legs include a first supporting leg 50, a second supporting leg 51, a third supporting leg 52, and a fourth supporting leg 53. The plurality of corner portions include a first corner portion 2260, a second corner portion 2261, a third corner portion 2262, and a fourth corner portion 2263. The first corner portion 2260 and the second corner portion 2261 are located at the front and rear ends of the left edge of the top of the shell 22, and the third corner portion 2262 and the fourth corner portion 2263 are located at the front and rear ends of the right edge of the top of the shell 22. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up together, the first supporting foot 50 of the upper air compressor 1 is adapted to the first corner portion 2260 of the lower air compressor 1, and the second supporting foot 51 of the upper air compressor 1 is adapted to the second corner portion 2261 of the lower air compressor 1, and the third supporting foot 52 of the upper air compressor 1 is adapted to the third corner portion 2262 of the lower air compressor 1, and the fourth supporting foot 53 of the upper air compressor 1 is adapted to the fourth corner portion 2263 of the lower air compressor 1. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down, the first supporting leg 50 of the upper air compressor 1 is nested with the first corner portion 2260 of the lower air compressor 1, and the second supporting leg 51 of the upper air compressor 1 is nested with the second corner portion 2261 of the lower air compressor 1, and the third supporting leg 52 of the upper air compressor 1 is nested with the third corner portion 2262 of the lower air compressor 1, and the fourth supporting leg 53 of the upper air compressor 1 is nested with the fourth corner portion 2263 of the lower air compressor 1.

[0061] In this embodiment, the top wall 220 is detachable and is locked by a number of screws. The several corner portions are provided on the top wall 220 and are part of the top wall 220; the first corner portion 2260, the second corner portion 2261, the third corner portion 2262, and the fourth corner portion 2263 are located at the four corners of the top wall 220.

[0062] The at least one buckle is rotatably connected to the top wall 220. The air compressor 1 further includes a first rotating shaft 32 corresponding to the first buckle 30 and a second rotating shaft 33 corresponding to the second buckle 31. The first buckle 30 is rotatably connected to the machine head 2 via the first rotating shaft 32, and the second buckle 31 is rotatably connected to the machine head 2 via the second rotating shaft 33. Furthermore, the first buckle 30 is rotatably connected to the housing 22 via the first rotating shaft 32, and the second buckle 31 is rotatably connected to the housing 22 via the second rotating shaft 33. Furthermore, the first buckle 30 is rotatably connected to the top wall 220 via the first rotating shaft 32, and the second buckle 31 is rotatably connected to the top wall 220 via the second rotating shaft 33.

[0063] When two air compressors 1 are stacked one above the other, the support legs of the upper air compressor 1 do not contact the lower air compressor 1. The support legs are easily contaminated by dirt and the like on the ground and are usually quite dirty. Based on this design, when the two air compressors 1 are stacked one above the other, the support legs of the upper air compressor 1 are less likely to contaminate the lower air compressor 1.

[0064] The air compressor 1 also includes at least one support base. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked one above the other, the at least one support base of the upper air compressor 1 supports the lower air compressor 1. When the air compressor 1 is placed on the ground, the plurality of support legs support the ground and the at least one support base is suspended relative to the ground. In this way, the at least one support base is not easily contaminated by dirt, particles, etc. on the ground, and thus it is unlikely that the at least one support base of the upper air compressor 1 will contaminate the lower air compressor 1 after the two air compressors 1 are stacked one above the other. It is also unlikely that particles attached to the at least one support base of the upper air compressor 1 will affect the stability of the stacking support.

[0065] The at least one support base includes a first support base 55 and a second support base 56. The first support base 55 and the second support base 56 are respectively located at the lower part of the air compressor 1 to which they belong. The first gas tank 110 and the second gas tank 111 are arranged horizontally in parallel. The first gas tank 110 and the second gas tank 111 are located at the lower side of the machine head 2 and are in a lying state. The first gas tank 110 and the second gas tank 111 are spaced apart in the first direction, and the first support base 55 and the second support base 56 are spaced apart in the second direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction; the first support base 55 and the second support base 56 are respectively at least partially located below the first gas tank 110 and at least partially located below the second gas tank 111. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down, the first support base 55 of the upper air compressor 1 and the second support base 56 of the upper air compressor 1 are respectively supported on the top of the lower air compressor 1.

[0066] When the two air compressors 1 are stacked one on top of the other, the first support base 55 of the upper air compressor 1 and the second support base 56 of the upper air compressor 1 are respectively supported on the top wall 220 of the lower air compressor 1. A first bracket 130 and a second bracket 131 are welded to the bottom of the first air tank 110, and a third bracket 132 and a fourth bracket 133 are welded to the bottom of the second air tank 111. The first support base 55 is locked to the first bracket 130 and the third bracket 132 to be fixedly connected to the first and second air tanks 110, 111; the second support base 56 is locked to the second bracket 131 and the fourth bracket 133 to be fixedly connected to the first and second air tanks 110, 111. The first support base 55 is locked to the first bracket 130 and the third bracket 132 by a locking element (e.g., screws), and the second support base 56 is locked to the second bracket 131 and the fourth bracket 133 by a locking element (e.g., screws).

[0067] Several connecting brackets 14 are welded to the top of the first gas tank 110 and the top of the second gas tank 111, and the machine head 2 is locked to the several connecting brackets 14 to be fixed to the upper sides of the first gas tank 110 and the second gas tank 111. The machine head 2 is locked to the several connecting brackets 14 by locking elements (such as screws); the fifth bracket 150 and the sixth bracket 151 are welded to the bottom of the first gas tank 110, and the seventh bracket 152 and the eighth bracket 153 are welded to the bottom of the second gas tank 111. The first supporting leg 50 is locked to the fifth bracket 150 by a locking element (such as a screw), the second supporting leg 51 is locked to the seventh bracket 152 by a locking element (such as a screw), the third supporting leg 52 is locked to the sixth bracket 151 by a locking element (such as a screw), and the fourth supporting leg 53 is locked to the eighth bracket 153 by a locking element (such as a screw). Looking upward from the bottom of the air compressor 1, the first support base 55 and the second support base 56 are each arched; the first support base 55 includes a first support portion 550 and a second support portion 551, and the second support base 56 includes a third support portion 560 and a fourth support portion 561. The first support portion 550 and the third support portion 560 are located below the first gas tank 110, and the second support portion 551 and the fourth support portion 561 are located below the second gas tank 111. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked one on top of the other, the first support portion 550 of the upper air compressor 1, the second support portion 551 of the upper air compressor 1, the third support portion 560 of the upper air compressor 1, and the fourth support portion 561 of the upper air compressor 1 respectively support the lower air compressor 1. This design facilitates balanced support of the two air compressors 1 when stacked one on top of the other through the first support portion 550, the second support portion 551, the third support portion 560, and the fourth support portion 561.

[0068] The first support portion 550 includes a first support bottom surface 5500, the second support portion 551 includes a second support bottom surface 5510, the third support portion 560 includes a third support bottom surface 5600, and the fourth support portion 561 includes a fourth support bottom surface 5610. When two air compressors 1 are stacked one on top of the other, the first support bottom surface 5500, the second support bottom surface 5510, the third support bottom surface 5600, and the fourth support bottom surface 5610 of the upper air compressor 1 each press downward against the head 2 of the lower air compressor 1. The first support bottom surface 5500, the second support bottom surface 5510, the third support bottom surface 5600, and the fourth support bottom surface 5610 are each horizontal and coplanar.

[0069] When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down, the first supporting bottom surface 5500 of the upper air compressor 1, the second supporting bottom surface 5510 of the upper air compressor 1, the third supporting bottom surface 5600 of the upper air compressor 1, and the fourth supporting bottom surface 5610 of the upper air compressor 1 are respectively supported downward on the top surface of the top wall 220 of the lower air compressor 1.

[0070] The top of the machine head 2 has several support planes 23, which are horizontal, coplanar, and dispersed. When two air compressors 1 are stacked vertically, the upper air compressor 1 is supported on the support planes 23 of the lower air compressor 1. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked vertically, the at least one support base of the upper air compressor 1 is supported on the support planes 23 of the lower air compressor 1. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked vertically, the first support bottom surface 5500, the second support bottom surface 5510, the third support bottom surface 5600, and the fourth support bottom surface 5610 of the upper air compressor 1 are respectively supported downwardly on the support planes 23 of the lower air compressor 1. The support planes 23 constitute a portion of the top surface of the top wall 220.

[0071] The first support portion 550 and the second support portion 551 are located at opposite ends of the first support base 55, and the third support portion 560 and the fourth support portion 561 are located at opposite ends of the second support base 56; when the air compressor 1 is placed on the ground, it is supported on the ground by the plurality of support legs, the first support portion 550 is adjacent to the first support leg 50, the second support portion 551 is adjacent to the second support leg 51, the third support portion 560 is adjacent to the third support leg 52, and the fourth support portion 561 is adjacent to the fourth support leg 53. The first support portion 550 and the third support portion 560 are located between the first support leg 50 and the third support leg 52, and the second support portion 551 and the fourth support portion 561 are located between the second support leg 51 and the fourth support leg 53; the first support leg 50 and the third support leg 52 are respectively located below the first gas storage tank 110 and are respectively fixedly connected to the first gas storage tank 110, and the second support leg 51 and the fourth support leg 53 are respectively located below the second gas storage tank 111 and are respectively fixedly connected to the second gas storage tank 111. Such a design is beneficial to improving the stability of the two air compressors 1 when stacked up and down. In this embodiment, the first supporting leg 50, the second supporting leg 51, the third supporting leg 52, and the fourth supporting leg 53 are elastic and can be made of rubber.

[0072] The first support seat 55 also includes a first connecting portion 552 and a first snap-fitting portion 553, the first connecting portion 552 connects the first support portion 550 and the second support portion 551, and the second support seat 56 also includes a second connecting portion 562 and a second snap-fitting portion 563, the second connecting portion 562 connects the third support portion 560 and the fourth support portion 561, the vertical projection of the first connecting portion 552 and the vertical projection of the second connecting portion 562 are at least partially located between the vertical projection of the first gas tank 110 and the vertical projection of the second gas tank 111; the first snap-fitting portion 553 is provided on a side of the first connecting portion 552 away from the second connecting portion 562, and the first snap-fitting portion 553 is correspondingly located below the first buckle 30, and the second snap-fitting portion 563 is provided on a side of the second connecting portion 562 away from the first connecting portion 552, and the second snap-fitting portion 563 is correspondingly located below the second buckle 31. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up together, the first buckle 30 of the lower air compressor 1 can be snapped together with the first snap-fitting part 553 of the upper air compressor 1 and the second buckle 31 of the lower air compressor 1 can be snapped together with the second snap-fitting part 563 of the upper air compressor 1. The first snap-fitting part 553 and the second snap-fitting part 563 can be snap-fitting frames, slots, snap-fitting protrusions, etc. In short, the air compressor 1 has snap-fitting parts (first snap-fitting part 553, second snap-fitting part 563) corresponding to the buckles (first buckle 30, second buckle 31). When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up together, the buckle of the lower air compressor 1 can be snapped together with the snap-fitting parts of the upper air compressor 1.

[0073] When the two air compressors 1 are stacked one on top of the other, the first snap protrusion 300 of the first buckle 30 of the lower air compressor 1 can snap together with the first snap fitting portion 553 of the upper air compressor 1, and the second snap protrusion 310 of the second buckle 31 of the lower air compressor 1 can snap together with the second snap fitting portion 563 of the upper air compressor 1, thereby enabling the first buckle 30 and the second buckle 31 of the lower air compressor 1 to be correspondingly snapped onto the upper air compressor 1, and locking the upper air compressor 1 onto the lower air compressor 1. The first limiting protrusion 556 is provided at the bottom of the first connecting portion 552, and the second limiting protrusion 566 is provided at the bottom of the second connecting portion 562.

[0074] The first gas tank 110 and the second gas tank 111 are arranged in a spaced relationship, one in front of the other. The vertical projection of the first snap-fit portion 553, the vertical projection of the second snap-fit portion 563, the vertical projection of the first buckle 30, and the vertical projection of the second buckle 31 are at least partially located between the vertical projection of the first gas tank 110 and the vertical projection of the second gas tank 111. Such a design is beneficial to the balance of the structure of the air compressor 1 and the stability of the snap-fitting of the buckles on the left and right sides when stacked up and down. The first buckle 30 and the second buckle 31 are located on the left and right sides of the head 2 of the air compressor 1, the first air tank 110 and the second air tank 111 are spaced apart front to back, and the first support base 55 and the second support base 56 are spaced apart left to right. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down, the first buckle 30 of the lower air compressor 1 can be buckled on the first support base 55 of the upper air compressor 1 and is located on the left side of the first support base 55 of the upper air compressor 1, and the second buckle 31 of the lower air compressor 1 can be buckled on the second support base 56 of the upper air compressor 1 and is located on the right side of the second support base 56 of the upper air compressor 1, thereby facilitating balanced locking and support when the two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down.

[0075] The first support seat 55 and the second support seat 56 both include a number of positioning protrusions, and the positioning protrusions protrude downward; the head 2 of the air compressor 1 also includes the at least one positioning groove. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down, the positioning protrusions of the upper air compressor 1 are correspondingly embedded downward in the positioning grooves of the lower air compressor 1. Such a design promotes the positioning between the two air compressors 1 stacked up and down. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down, the upper air compressor 1 is supported on the top wall 220 of the lower air compressor 1; the several positioning protrusions include a first positioning protrusion 554 protruding downward from the first support part 550, a second positioning protrusion 555 protruding downward from the second support part 551, a third positioning protrusion 564 protruding downward from the third support part 560, and a fourth positioning protrusion 565 protruding downward from the fourth support part 561; the at least one positioning groove is respectively recessed in the top wall 220, and the at least A positioning groove includes a first positioning groove 2270, a second positioning groove 2271, a third positioning groove 2272, and a fourth positioning groove 2273. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up and down, the first positioning protrusion 554 of the upper air compressor 1 is correspondingly embedded downward in the first positioning groove 2270 of the lower air compressor 1, and the second positioning protrusion 555 of the upper air compressor 1 is correspondingly embedded downward in the second positioning groove 2271 of the lower air compressor 1, and the third positioning protrusion 564 of the upper air compressor 1 is correspondingly embedded downward in the third positioning groove 2272 of the lower air compressor 1, and the fourth positioning protrusion 565 of the upper air compressor 1 is correspondingly embedded downward in the fourth positioning groove 2273 of the lower air compressor 1; such a design is conducive to balanced support and positioning between the two air compressors 1 stacked up and down.

[0076] The air compressor 1 also includes a handle 24, which is fixedly connected to the top wall 220. The handle 24 is located at the top of the machine head 2 and is exposed to the outside of the machine head 2. The handle 24 does not extend upward beyond the top surface of the top wall 220. The handle 24 is located in the center area of the top of the machine head 2. When the two air compressors 1 are stacked up together, the upper air compressor 1 is supported on the top wall 220 of the lower air compressor 1 and the handle 24 of the lower air compressor 1 does not contact the upper air compressor 1. The handle 24 located in the center area of the top of the machine head 2 does not participate in the support, which helps to avoid the formation of support in the center area of the top of the machine head 2 and improve the overall stability of the support.

[0077] When two air compressors 1 need to be stacked up and down, first open the buckle of the air compressor 1 to be placed on the bottom to the open angle position; place the other air compressor 1 on the air compressor 1 below, so that the first limiting protrusion 556 and the second limiting protrusion 566 of the upper air compressor 1 are correspondingly embedded in the first receiving groove 2200 and the second receiving groove 2201 of the air compressor 1 below, and the positioning protrusions of the upper air compressor 1 are correspondingly embedded in the positioning grooves of the lower air compressor 1; then close the buckles (first buckle 556 and second limiting protrusion 566) of the lower air compressor 1. 30, the second buckle 31) is rotated to the locking angle position and fastened to the upper air compressor 1, so that the first buckle 30 and the second buckle 31 of the lower air compressor 1 can correspond to the first snap-fitting part 553 and the second snap-fitting part 563 of the upper air compressor 1 and snap together; when the upper air compressor 1 needs to be put down, first flip the buckles (the first buckle 30, the second buckle 31) to the flip-up angle position, and then the upper air compressor 1 can be removed from the lower air compressor 1, so that the two air compressors 1 are released from the stacking relationship and separated.

[0078] In this embodiment, one air compressor 1 can be stacked up and down with another air compressor 1, so that the other air compressor 1 constitutes a stackable device that can be stacked up and down with the one air compressor 1; the two air compressors 1 are each other's stackable devices; for one air compressor 1, its stackable device is another air compressor 1, or it can be other devices (such as the box 8 in Example 2); the air compressor 1 can be stacked up and down with the stackable device; for the stackable device that can be stacked with the air compressor 1, the buckle of the air compressor 1 (such as the first buckle 30 and the second buckle 31) is used to cooperate with the stackable device stacked with the air compressor 1; when the stackable device and the air compressor 1 are stacked up and down, the buckle of the air compressor 1 can be buckled on the stackable device to lock the air compressor 1 and the stackable device together.

[0079] Referring to Example 2 of the present application shown in Figures 13 to 16, the air compressor 1' can be stacked together with the box 8, and the box 8 constitutes a stackable device that can be stacked together with the air compressor 1'; tools (such as pneumatic nailers, pneumatic hammers, pneumatic drills, and other pneumatic tools) can be placed in the box 8, and the box 8 has an openable upper cover 80. The stackable device (box 8) can be stacked on the air compressor 1' and stacked up and down with the air compressor 1'; corresponding to the air compressor 1 in Example 1, the air compressor 1' also includes an air compression pump, an air storage tank 11', a first air delivery pipeline, a second air delivery pipeline, an air delivery quick-connect joint 21', and buckles (a first buckle 30', a second buckle 31'). The air compression pump is used to compress air. The air compression pump includes a motor. The first air delivery pipeline is used to fluidically connect between the air storage tank 11' and the air compression pump. The air compressed by the air compression pump is delivered to the air storage tank 11' via the first air delivery pipeline. The second air delivery pipeline is used to fluidly connect between the air storage tank 11' and the air delivery quick-connect joint 21'. The compressed air in the air storage tank 11' is delivered to the air delivery quick-connect joint via the second air delivery pipeline.
