Abstract
Description
[0001] Recuperator burner base unit and recuperator burner
[0002] The invention relates to a recuperative burner base unit having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
[0003] Such a recuperative burner base unit forms the basic building block of a recuperative burner, which is then supplemented in particular with a burner tube and a burner nozzle arranged therein.
[0004] EP 4 105 552 A1 discloses a recuperative burner base unit with a recuperator having a heat transfer body with a complex geometric structure in which the heat exchange surfaces between two internal flow channels for air and exhaust gas are maximized. This geometric structure can only be manufactured using additive manufacturing processes. The heat transfer body leads to significantly improved heat exchange performance. However, the pot-shaped burner base, with its connections and flow paths for at least two media—namely, burner air and exhaust gas—is very large in volume, making its one-piece production using an additive manufacturing process correspondingly time-consuming and cost-intensive.
[0005] The object of the invention is therefore to enable a more cost-effective production of a recuperative burner base unit. This object is achieved by a recuperative burner base unit having the features of claim 1.
[0006] An essential element of the recuperator burner base unit according to the invention is a plate-shaped burner base element as a component of the burner base, which comprises at least one air duct opening for connecting the burner air connection to one of the flow channels in the recuperator, at least one exhaust gas duct opening for connecting to the exhaust gas connection, and at least one opening for connecting to the fuel gas connection. The recuperator is integrally connected to the burner base element to form a single unit, with the flow paths in or on the recuperator merging directly into the openings of the burner base element. Simply put, the invention provides for the recuperator to be printed onto a mounting surface on the burner base element, i.e., an additive manufacturing process, such as selective laser melting (SLM), is used.
[0007] The plate-shaped burner base element, which can be manufactured easily and cost-effectively with the necessary openings, replaces the printer base in a 3D printer or is placed on top of it with a support plane. To ensure the successful layered construction of the recuperator on the burner base element, at least one support surface is formed on the front side, and a support plane parallel to the support surface is present or can be created on the rear side.
[0008] The build-up surface can be, at most, the entire front side and, at least, a narrow area on which the application is to take place, while the rest of the front side remains untreated. Multiple build-up surfaces can also be provided, which lie either in one plane or are arranged parallel to one another with an offset in the Z-coordinate. On the back of the torch base element, a support plane is formed which is parallel to the build-up surface. This can be achieved, for example, by milling or grinding the back side completely parallel to the build-up surface. However, three support points on the back side, which lie in a support plane parallel to the build-up surface, are also sufficient.
[0009] Finally, it can also be provided to combine the burner base element with at least one adapter element and to make it placeable in an additive manufacturing machine in such a way that the mounting surface is plane-parallel to the machine bed or another base plane of the manufacturing machine.
[0010] The burner base is the part that is located outside a furnace wall when installed, while the recuperator and burner tube are guided through the furnace wall and protrude into the furnace.
[0011] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the burner base is formed solely by the burner base element and the connecting pieces attached thereto for the fuel gas, exhaust gas, and burner air lines. The elimination of any additional housing components on the burner base enables a particularly cost-effective production of a self-contained burner base unit.
[0012] However, it is also possible to use the plate-shaped burner base element only as an intermediate part to be arranged close to the furnace wall, to which further modules for the fuel gas, exhaust gas and air guidance are connected.
[0013] Particular advantages in terms of manufacturing costs arise from the fact that the dimensions of the burner base element are optimized so that several recuperator burner base units can be manufactured side by side in a single operation using an additive manufacturing machine. For this purpose, the burner base element is rectangular or, in particular, square, with the distances between the edges approximately equal to the extension of the heat transfer body in this direction. If the heat transfer body has a cylindrical envelope, for example, the incircle of a square burner base element essentially corresponds to the diameter of the envelope, possibly plus a small allowance. This allows several burner base elements to be placed close together, and the recuperators can be built onto them tightly packed using 3D printing.
[0014] Furthermore, hexagonal burner base elements are possible, so that several rows of base units can be manufactured offset from each other in order to make even better use of the floor space in the additive manufacturing machine.
[0015] In terms of space optimization, it is particularly advantageous if
[0016] - there is a material connection between the mounting surface and the inner tube of the recuperator along a closed inner line, within which at least one recess for the passage or connection of the at least one fuel gas line is formed on the burner base element;
[0017] - there is a material connection between the mounting surface and the recuperator along a first closed center line and
[0018] - the at least one exhaust gas passage opening is arranged between the inner line and the first center line and the at least one air passage opening is arranged between the first and the second center line.
[0019] The closed lines on which additive manufacturing takes place automatically create closed channels that lead into the recuperator without the need for any other seals.
[0020] Alternatively, the air duct opening can be located outside the center line, and the exhaust duct opening can be located between the inner and center lines. It can also be advantageous if the inner line runs parallel to the center line. This creates a flow channel between them, e.g., for the passage of burner air, which has a constant cross-section across its circumference.
[0021] In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the inner line and the center line are circular. This results in a simple and space-saving configuration.
[0022] In order to minimize the footprint of the burner base element and yet be able to provide larger flow cross-sections for burner air and exhaust gas, a preferred embodiment of the recuperative burner base unit provides:
[0023] - that the inner line is circular;
[0024] - that the distance between the inner line and the centre line is, in at least one section, smaller than the diameter of the gas passage opening provided there;
[0025] - that the distance between the inner line and a section of the center line at the gas passage opening is at least equal to the diameter of the gas passage opening and
[0026] - that the center line in the section is curved around an edge region of the gas passage opening and is connected to the curved section by further tangential sections.
[0027] In particular, it can be provided that the center line at the other gas feedthrough opening in the burner base element runs in a curved section and parallel to its circumferential line and is guided towards the inner line.
[0028] The convergence of the inner and center lines can even go so far that the center line extends to the inner line in one section near the gas passage opening and connects to it, interrupting the flow channel there and preventing annular flow. This reduces crossflow in the recuperator and forces the flow in the longitudinal direction of the flow channel leading through the recuperator.
[0029] A further simplification of the space-optimized layout on the burner base element is achieved by arranging both gas feedthrough openings, i.e. the exhaust gas feedthrough opening and the air feedthrough opening, on the same pitch circle, with the center of the pitch circle being in the center of the annular inner line.
[0030] The central surface area within the inner line preferably serves to carry at least one fuel gas line, in particular two fuel gas lines, e.g. for methane and hydrogen, in order to be able to operate the burner with different energy sources or in mixed operation.
[0031] In addition, further passages can be provided in this surface area, for example an opening for a bypass line and / or for an ignition electrode and / or for a sensor element for flame monitoring.
[0032] It is particularly advantageous to form the area within the inner line in an insert element that can be removed from the burner base element, so that lines attached to it can be pulled out of the burner from outside the furnace.
[0033] In addition to the two self-contained walls provided in a preferred embodiment, further peripheral walls may be formed along further peripheral lines.
[0034] For example, the heat transfer body of the recuperator can be provided with a materially bonded outer shell, and an additional peripheral line can be provided outside the center line, at which the outer shell is materially bonded to the burner base element.
[0035] The outer shell on the peripheral line can form an intermediate pipe through which the burner base element, along with an end section of the recuperator, is offset from the furnace wall. In this case, the exhaust gas is not drawn in directly at the exhaust intake opening, but through an additional exhaust duct formed between the center line and the peripheral line.
[0036] To reduce flow obstructions, it may be advantageous to design the transition of the exhaust duct and the air duct into the burner base element with ring-segment-shaped, approximately trapezoidal recesses in the burner base element, which then each merge into a round connection in a rear-mounted gas connection flange, to which fittings for connecting external lines can be easily attached.
[0037] It may be advantageous to provide a pair of peripheral lines outside the center line, along which the recuperator is additionally connected to the burner base element by a material bond, and to provide at least one media feedthrough opening between the peripheral lines in the burner base element. A further flow channel is formed between the pair of peripheral lines, through which, for example, thermal oil can be fed into the recuperator.

[0052] Fig. 15, 16 each show a sectional view through the recuperator burner base unit according to Figures 13 and 14 in mutually offset sectional planes.
[0053] Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a recuperator burner base unit 100. As a one-piece unit, it comprises a burner base 1, of which only a plate-shaped burner base element 10 is visible, and an adjoining recuperator 20, which is integrally connected to the burner base element 10. The connection is made by a transition body 22 on the recuperator 20, which is adapted to the geometry of the burner base element 10 and the connections, bores, and channels contained therein, so that the transition body 22 and the remaining parts of the recuperator 20 can be printed directly onto a flat mounting surface 10.3 on the front side 10.1 of the burner base element 10 using an additive manufacturing process. For this purpose, the contour of the transition body 22 at the connection to the mounting surface 10.3 on the burner base element 10 is specially designed.
[0054] As further visible in Figure 1, a first gas passage opening 13 is recessed on the transition body 22. This means that the outer wall of the transition body 22 is concave there to leave the entire cross-section of the gas passage opening 13 free. Preferably, an exhaust line is connected to the first gas passage opening. This allows exhaust gas to be extracted directly from the combustion chamber through the burner base element 10.
[0055] The heat transfer body 21, of which only a cylindrical outer wall is visible, is connected to the recuperator 20 above the transition body 22. Inside, the heat transfer body 21 has a complex geometric structure that maximizes the size of the heat exchange surfaces between the flow channels for air and exhaust gas, and can only be manufactured using an additive manufacturing process. Exhaust gas is initially guided from the combustion chamber into the heat transfer body 21 through the exhaust inlet openings 28 and exits at the bottom of the transition body 22, from where it is then discharged through the exhaust passage opening 13.
[0056] Burner air is guided through another gas passage opening in the burner base element 10 into another flow channel in the heat transfer body 21, where it is directed countercurrently to the exhaust gas flow and heated by it. The burner air exits at an annular gap 25, where it acts as a jet pump, thereby promoting the intake of exhaust gas into the exhaust gas inlet openings 28. In the illustrated embodiment, the heat transfer body 21 has an inner tube 26 with an internal cavity 27.
[0057] Figure 2 shows the burner base element 10 in a perspective view, looking at the front side 10.1. At least one inner region has a flat surface that serves as a mounting surface 10.3 for the additive manufacturing process. The contour of the mounting surface 10.3 can coincide with a center line 24 of the outer wall of the transition body 22 or can be larger. The inner tube 26 of the recuperator 20 (see Fig. 1) adjoins an inner line 23 on the burner base element 10.
[0058] In the preferred embodiment shown, the burner base element 10 has a special hole pattern:
[0059] - A first gas passage opening 13, formed by a through-bore, serves as an exhaust gas passage opening in the illustrated embodiment. It is located outside the center line 24.
[0060] - Another gas passage opening 14 is located between the inner line 23 and the center line 24 and serves as an air passage opening.
[0061] - Additional gas passage openings in the burner base element 10 form fuel gas channels 11, 12. These serve for the selective or simultaneous supply of methane and hydrogen to the combustion chamber. The fuel gas channels 11, 12 begin in bores formed in the side surfaces of the burner base element 10 and open within the inner line 23 at the front side 10.1.
[0062] - Additional through-holes 15, 16 allow the passage of ignition elements and / or sensors into the inner tube 26 of the heat transfer body 21 or can serve as bypass lines for fresh air to temporarily bypass the air passage through the heat transfer body 21. - Mounting holes 18 are located in corner areas outside the center line 24. They serve to connect the recuperative burner base unit 100 to a furnace flange.
[0063] - Further fastening holes 19 are located within the inner line 23. They serve to fasten a burner insert element which carries at least one fuel gas line, to the mouth of which a burner nozzle is attached.
[0064] The inner line 23, which encloses the holes 15, 16, 17, and 18, is circular in the illustrated embodiment. The center line 24 is circular only in sections 24.1 and runs parallel to the inner line 23 only in those sections 24.1, which run near the outer mounting holes 18.
[0065] At the exhaust gas passage opening 13, the outer line 24 is concave in a section 24.2 and offsets inward. It even connects to the inner line 23 at certain points. In a diametrically opposite section 24.3, the outer line runs outside around the gas passage opening 14 for the burner air, which is located inside between the inner line 23 and the center line 24. There, the distance between the inner line 23 and the center line 24 is increased to the diameter of the gas passage opening 14.
[0066] By contacting section 24.2 with the inner line 23, a two-part air duct 29 is formed. This is particularly visible in Figure 3, where the recuperator 20 is shown in a sectional view at the transition to the burner base element 10.
[0067] The beak-shaped section 24.3 at the bottom left runs around the gas passage opening 14. From there, tangential sections 24.4 extend on both sides to the circular-arch sections 24.1. The concave section 24.2 is located between the convex sections 24.1. The air duct 29 is formed between the inner line 23 and the center line 24. The interruption at section 24.2 divides it into two parts. This prevents annular flow in the air duct 29, and turbulence is avoided. Rather, the division promotes a vertical flow into the heat transfer body 21.
[0068] Fig. 4 shows a rear side 10.2 of the burner base element 10, wherein the inner and center lines 23, 24, which are actually located on the front side facing away from Figure 4, are mirrored onto the rear side 10.2 merely for illustration purposes.
[0069] In the following details, the hole pattern of the openings corresponds to the hole pattern on the front (see Fig. 2):
[0070] - the gas passage opening 13 outside the center line 24;
[0071] - the gas passage opening 14 between inner line 23 and center line 24;
[0072] - Holes 15, 16 as openings for the passage of, for example, ignition elements and / or sensors;
[0073] - Mounting holes 18 in corner areas outside the center line 24 and
[0074] - Mounting holes 19 within the inner line 23.
[0075] The hole pattern differs only with regard to the fuel gas channels 11, 12. At the rear side 10.2, the fuel gas channels 11, 12 begin outside the center line 24 and terminate at the front side 10.1 within the inner line 23 (see Fig. 2). The cross connection is established by holes that are drilled and sealed on the side surfaces of the burner base element 10.
[0076] The gas passage opening 13 and the gas passage opening 14 are located on a partial circle, which is indicated by the dashed line in Figure 4. The center of this arrangement coincides with the center of the annular inner line 23.
[0077] Fig. 5 shows a recuperator burner 101 constructed on the previously described recuperator burner base unit 100. A combustion chamber tube 40 is connected to the recuperator 20. At the transition between them, an eductor 42 is formed, which is mechanically connected to the recuperator 20 via connecting elements 44. An outwardly open annular gap opening 43 is formed between them, allowing a portion of the exhaust gas to be drawn back into the combustion chamber tube 40 from the outside for post-combustion. The other portion passes through the exhaust gas inlet openings 28 into a flow channel in the heat transfer body 21 of the recuperator 20.
[0078] The recuperator burner base unit 100 is further connected to a furnace flange 50 in order to be able to attach the recuperator burner 101 to a furnace wall.
[0079] Connection pieces are inserted directly into the openings in the recuperator burner base unit 100 for:
[0080] - two fuel gas connections 32, e.g. to supply the burner with methane and / or hydrogen;
[0081] - a burner air connection 33;
[0082] - an exhaust gas extraction connection 34;
[0083] - an ignition electrode 36 and
[0084] - a feed-through pipe 35 for a flame image monitoring sensor, which can also be used as a bypass line for burner air in order to supply fresh air directly to the burner nozzle during a warm-up phase and to temporarily bypass the afterburning of exhaust gas.
[0085] Figure 6 shows the recuperative burner 101 in a perspective view of the rear side, viewed diagonally from behind. It can be seen that all connecting elements for the fuel gas connections 31, 32, the burner air connection 33, the exhaust gas extraction connection 34, the feed-through tube 35 and the ignition electrode 36 are screwed directly into the corresponding holes in the burner base element 10. No other housing parts or further accessories are required. Figure 7 shows a section through the rear part of the recuperative burner 101 with the burner base 1 with the connections 31, 34, 35. The fuel gas channels 11, 12 in the burner base element 10 are located in the section plane, as is a fastening screw 65, which is inserted into the middle of the fastening holes 19 visible in Fig. 4. A flange plate 63 of a burner insert 60 is held above this. Fuel gas lines 61, 62 are connected to the flange plate 63.A sealing plane is formed between the flange plate 63 and the area of the front side 10.1 of the burner base element 10, at which the fuel gas lines 61, 62 individually merge into the fuel gas channels 11, 12. At the other end of the fuel gas lines 61, 62 is a burner nozzle that can be positioned in an end section of the burner tube 40 (see Fig. 5). The burner insert 60 can be pushed as a whole into the burner tube 40 and the cavity 27 inside the recuperator until the flange plate 63 rests against the burner base element 10. This enables rapid replacement of the burner nozzle.
[0086] To simplify production and reduce its costs, it is advantageous to manufacture the recuperator using additive manufacturing in a single operation when there are multiple recuperator burner base units 100. For this purpose, the burner base elements 10 are placed in the production machine in a grid-like arrangement 2, which is shown schematically from above in Figure 8. The external dimensions of the heat transfer bodies 21 of the recuperators 20 are selected such that they do not protrude laterally beyond the edges of the burner base elements 10, but rather maintain a small offset of at least 1 mm from the edges. This allows adjacent heat transfer bodies 21 to be manufactured in a single operation with a small gap between them, without the heat transfer bodies 21 fusing together and having to be subsequently separated.
[0087] In order to be able to manufacture even more recuperative burner base units on an existing installation area in the production machine, a polygonal burner base element 10' can be provided instead of the previously described square contour of the burner base element. For example, if hexagonal burner base elements 10' are provided, an even denser grid-like arrangement 2' can be achieved, as shown in Figure 9. By offsetting the middle row relative to the upper and lower rows, the available space in the production machine can be utilized even better.
[0088] Figure 10 shows a recuperator burner base unit 200 with a burner base element 210 and parts of a lower section of a recuperator 220. This is separated from the burner base element 210 in Figure 10 for the purpose of better illustration. In reality, the recuperator is 3D-printed onto a plate-shaped area of the burner base element 210 and thus integrally connected thereto, or a one-piece element is formed that comprises the burner base element 210 and the recuperator.
[0089] The recuperator 220 has a heat transfer body 221, which has an inner cavity 227 defined by an inner tube 226. A transition body 222 is formed outside of the cavity, through which the larger diameter of the heat transfer body 221 is reduced to a smaller diameter. An annular air guide channel 229 is formed between the inner tube 226 and the transition body 222, through which air flows from a gas passage opening 213 in the burner base element 210 into the heat transfer body 221.
[0090] In the illustrated embodiment, the burner base element 210 has an inner circular region, which forms a mounting surface for the recuperator 220 on a front side 210.1 and has a central opening 215 through which fuel gas lines, ignition elements, and / or sensors can be guided into the inner tube 226 of the heat transfer body 221. Large, ring-segment-shaped recesses form the gas passage opening 213 and a gas passage opening 214. This area is surrounded on the outer circumference by a furnace flange 250. A seal 240 is inserted on a rear side of the burner base element 210, which seals the gas passage openings 213, 214 with sealing sections 241, 242. In the case of the central opening 215, the corresponding section of the seal 240 does not surround the entire opening cross-section, but is divided into four bores which are assigned to the above-mentioned elements such as fuel gas lines, ignition elements and / or sensors.
[0091] The recuperator burner base unit 200 is closed at the rear by a plate-shaped gas connection flange 230. This has:
[0092] - two fuel gas connections on the outer circumference, of which one fuel gas connection 231 is visible;
[0093] - a burner air connection 233;
[0094] - an exhaust gas extraction connection 234 and
[0095] - further recesses 235, 236 for an instrument tube and an ignition electrode.
[0096] Figure 11 shows the burner base element 210 in a perspective view looking at the front side 210.1. At least one inner region, located within an outer furnace flange 250 with mounting holes 251, has a flat surface that serves as a mounting surface for the recuperator heat exchanger, which is manufactured using an additive manufacturing process. The contour of the mounting surface coincides with a peripheral line 225, which represents the outer wall of a transition body on the recuperator. The inner tube of the recuperator adjoins an inner line 223 on the burner base element 210. The fuel gas connections 231, 232 open in the center. The recesses 235, 236 are also visible there.
[0097] Between the walls of the recuperator, which are constructed on the lines 223, 224, 225, an air duct 228 and an exhaust duct 229 are formed.
[0098] It can be seen in Figure 11 that the ring-segment-shaped, approximately trapezoidal recesses in the burner base element 210, which form the gas passage openings 213, 214, merge into a round burner air connection 233 and a round exhaust gas extraction connection 234 in the rear-mounted gas connection flange 230. The ring-segment-shaped recesses facilitate the transition of the gases from the gas passage opening 213 into the air duct 228 or from the exhaust duct 229 into the gas passage opening 214. The round holes in the gas connection flange 230 behind them facilitate the attachment of pipe sockets and the like for connecting external lines.
[0099] Figure 12 shows the front side 210.1 of the burner base element 210 again in plan view. It is clear that the air duct 228 is constricted where the gas passage opening 214 is located outside of it. Conversely, the exhaust gas duct 229 is constricted at the gas passage opening 213. Since air and exhaust gas both flow out of the plane of the drawing into the recuperator, an annular flow in the ducts 228, 229 is not necessary, so the constriction is not a hindrance. However, even in the constricted areas, the air duct 228 and the exhaust gas duct 229 are not completely interrupted. This avoids, on the one hand, dead zones in the air duct 228 and in the exhaust duct 229, and, on the other hand, the walls built up on the lines 223, 224, 225 can be formed with constant wall thicknesses, thus avoiding material accumulation and the resulting possible problems during 3D printing.
[0100] Figure 13 shows another embodiment of a burner base element 310 for a recuperative burner base unit, in a perspective view from the rear.
[0101] The burner base element 310 is extended forward, toward a furnace chamber, via an intermediate ring 352, which is closed by a furnace flange 350. The intermediate ring can be assembled onto the burner base element 310 together with the recuperator using 3D printing. It is also technically possible to form the furnace flange 350, but for logistical reasons, it is better to weld it on subsequently, since the diameter, number, and pitch circle of the screw connections depend individually on the design of the furnace chamber.
[0102] In the illustrated embodiment, an air passage opening 313 and an exhaust gas intake opening 314 are provided directly in the burner base element 310. A gas connection flange 330 is mounted in the center of the burner base element 310, which has lateral fuel gas connections 331 and further through-openings 333, 334 for, among other things, an ignition electrode and an inspection tube.
[0103] The exhaust gas intake opening 314 is located on the outside of the circumference. To enable it to have a large cross-section, the burner base element 310 and the adjoining intermediate ring 351 are not completely circular, but each have a convex area extending from the cylinder shell that has an arcuate cross-section.
[0104] Fig. 14 is a top view of a front side 310.1 of the burner base element 310. The front side forms the mounting surface for the production of the other components using 3D printing:
[0105] - The inner line 323 is used to manufacture an inner tube of a recuperator;
[0106] - A center line 324 is used to produce a transition body, to which a heat transfer body is connected
[0107] - The intermediate ring 352 visible in Fig. 13 is produced on a peripheral line 325 during production.
[0108] Between the inner line 323 and the center line 324, an air duct 353 is formed, through which the combustion air drawn in from the outside enters the recuperator, where it is preheated. Between the inner line 324 and the peripheral line 325, an exhaust duct 354 is formed, through which the exhaust gas drawn in from the combustion chamber via the recuperator is discharged.
[0109] The center line 324 is arranged eccentrically to the inner line 323. The peripheral line 325 is arranged largely centrally to the inner line 323, but is not completely round, but is further widened by a convex bulge. This widens the exhaust duct 354 in the upper region in Fig. 14, so that a gas passage opening 314 with a large cross-section can be formed there.
[0110] The intermediate ring 352 is provided in order to be able to arrange the burner base element 310 with an offset in the longitudinal direction to the furnace flange
[0111] Fig. 15 is a sectional view through the recuperator burner base unit 300 with the burner base element 310 and parts of a lower section of a recuperator 320 with a heat transfer body 321. The heat transfer body 321 transitions to the burner base element 310 into a transition body 322, which is not rotationally symmetrical and extends partially radially outward beyond the radius of an opening 355 in the furnace flange 350. Only in this way is the eccentric arrangement of the center line, visible in Fig. 14, on which the transition body 322 is based, possible.
[0112] Figure 15 also shows that the front side 310.1 of the burner base element 310, which serves as the mounting surface for additive manufacturing, and a rear side 310.2, which serves as a support surface on a printer bed, are plane-parallel. The gas connection flange 330 is sealingly attached to the rear side 310.2.
[0113] The furnace flange 350 is welded to the intermediate ring 352, which is made integrally with the burner base element 310.
[0114] The recuperator 320, with its inner tube 326, does not directly connect to the front side 310.1 of the burner base element 310; rather, a metal bellows element 329 is inserted between them to prevent different thermal expansions between the burner base element 310 and the inner tube 326, on the one hand, and between the burner base element 310 and the transition body 322, on the other. Fig. 16 is a sectional view in a sectional plane rotated by 45° compared to Fig. 15, so that the position of the fuel gas channels in the gas connection flange 330 becomes clear. The fuel gas channels lead from the interior 327 of the inner tube 326 of the recuperator 320 into the gas connection flange 330, are deflected laterally by 90° therein, and open at the fuel gas connections 331, 332 at the side edges.
