Abstract
Description
soundproofing materials
[0001] The present disclosure relates to soundproofing members.
[0002] Patent Document 1 (JP 2007-255190 A) discloses an engine cover equipped with a urethane sound-absorbing section formed by covering the underside of a synthetic resin cover body with urethane foam resin at a position facing a pair of cylinder heads, and a PET sound-absorbing section formed by covering the underside of the cover body with a PET nonwoven fabric at a position facing the intake manifold. The urethane sound-absorbing section is formed by molding urethane foam resin onto the underside of the cover body.
[0003] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-255190
[0004] Because the cover body of the engine cover described above is made of synthetic resin, the weight of the entire cover increases in proportion to the size of the engine cover. Large engine covers, in particular, require a heavy workload during vehicle assembly. Furthermore, because the urethane sound-absorbing portion is formed by molding urethane foam resin onto the underside of the cover body, manufacturing equipment for the resin material used to produce the cover body and for the foam material used to foam-mold the urethane sound-absorbing portion onto the cover body are required, complicating the manufacturing process.
[0005] Therefore, an object of the present disclosure is to provide a soundproofing member that can achieve both weight reduction and simplification of the manufacturing process.
[0006] In order to achieve the above object, one aspect of the present disclosure provides a soundproofing member for covering an object having a recess on its outer surface, the soundproofing member being a plate-like member made of foamed resin, the plate-like member having a protrusion that is accommodated in the recess of the soundproofing member, the soundproofing member comprising: a sound absorber having a first surface that covers the outer surface of the object; a second surface that is a surface opposite to the first surface; and a peripheral side surface that connects the first surface and the second surface and is an inclined surface that is inclined so that the first surface fits within a projection range of the second surface when viewed from the second surface side; and a concave member made of foamed resin, the concave member having a bottom that covers the second surface of the sound absorber; a cover body having a side wall surrounding the peripheral side of the sound absorber, the side wall being erected so as to be inclined outward in the surface direction of the sound absorber towards the first surface side of the sound absorber, wherein the peripheral side of the sound absorber is provided with a plurality of mating recesses spaced at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction, the mating recesses opening outward in the surface direction of the sound absorber and continuing in the thickness direction of the sound absorber, and the inner surface of the side wall of the cover body is provided with a plurality of mating protrusions protruding inward in the surface direction of the sound absorber and continuing in the thickness direction of the sound absorber, at positions facing the plurality of mating recesses in the circumferential direction.
[0007] According to the present disclosure, the sound-absorbing body and cover that constitute the soundproofing member are made of foamed resin, which allows for a reduction in overall weight. Furthermore, even if the soundproofing member is large, the burden of assembling it into a vehicle or the like can be reduced.
[0008] According to the above configuration, the sound absorber constituting the soundproofing member has a peripheral side surface provided with a plurality of mating recesses spaced at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. The mating recesses open outward in the planar direction of the sound absorber and are continuous in the thickness direction of the sound absorber when the sound absorber is housed in the cover. Furthermore, the inner surface of the side wall of the cover constituting the soundproofing member has a plurality of mating protrusions in the circumferential direction that protrude inward in the planar direction of the sound absorber and are continuous in the thickness direction of the sound absorber. These mating recesses and mating protrusions are positioned opposite each other in the circumferential direction, facilitating positioning during assembly. Furthermore, these mating recesses and mating protrusions can be integrated by mating with each other, allowing for simple manufacturing. Depending on the specifications, the sound absorber and the cover can be manufactured using the same manufacturing equipment by changing the mold and foaming material, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process.

[0010] (1. Overall Structure of Soundproofing Member 1) The structure of an example of the soundproofing member 1 will be described with reference to Fig. 1. The soundproofing member 1 covers an object (not shown) and prevents the transmission of sound and vibrations generated from the object. The object is, for example, a motor, engine, intake manifold, air compressor, or the like, which is a power source of a vehicle.
[0011] The soundproofing member 1 is formed in a plate shape overall. In this embodiment, the soundproofing member 1 is substantially square in plan view. The soundproofing member 1 is formed by covering a plate-shaped sound absorbing body 10 with a concave cover body 20, thereby integrating the two. In other words, the soundproofing member 1 is formed by integrating the plate-shaped sound absorbing body 10 housed within the concave cover body 20, with one surface of the sound absorbing body 10 exposed. The soundproofing member 1 can be formed in any shape depending on the shape of the object and the area to be covered.
[0012] The soundproofing material 1 is provided with a concave engaging member (not shown) such as a grommet that engages with a convex engaging member (not shown) such as a pin provided on the object, and is fixed to the object by the engagement of these engaging members.
[0013] (2. Constituent Components of Soundproofing Member 1) The constituent components of the soundproofing member 1 will be described with reference to Figs. 2 to 9. The soundproofing member 1 comprises a sound absorber 10 and a cover 20. The sound absorber 10 is placed over the outer surface of an object and is a component that mainly prevents the transmission of sound and vibrations generated from the object. The cover 20 is a component that houses the sound absorber 10. The cover 20 covers one side of the sound absorber 10 while leaving it exposed, and together with the sound absorber 10, prevents the transmission of sound and vibrations generated from the object, protects the sound absorber 10 from flying debris, and forms the design surface of the soundproofing member 1.
[0014] As shown in Fig. 2, the sound absorber 10 is formed in a plate shape, and one surface (top surface) is provided with a step. In this embodiment, the sound absorber 10 has a substantially square shape in plan view, as shown in Fig. 3. The shape of the sound absorber 10 can be any shape, such as a rectangle, polygon, circle, or ellipse, when viewed in plan view.
[0015] The sound absorber 10 is made of foamed resin. Examples of foamed resin that can be used include urethane foam, acrylic foam, silicone foam, styrene foam, foamed olefin (foamed PP, foamed PE), foamed PVC, foamed EVA, and foamed PA. For example, from the perspective of improving sound absorption, it is preferable to use foamed resin with an Asker C hardness of 5 to 40 degrees.
[0016] The sound absorber 10 has a first surface 11 (the upper surface in FIG. 2 ), a second surface 13 (the lower surface in FIG. 2 ) located opposite the first surface 11, and a peripheral side surface 14 connecting the first surface 11 and the second surface 13. The first surface 11 is a covering surface that covers an object.
[0017] The first surface 11 has a shape corresponding to the outer surface of the portion of the object to be covered. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2 , the first surface 11 has a raised shape with a two-stage protrusion 12 composed of a first protrusion 12a that protrudes upward from a central region, leaving a substantially sector-shaped flat portion, and a second protrusion 12b that protrudes further upward from the first protrusion 12a on one side of the sound absorber 10. Note that a motor or the like that serves as the driving source of a vehicle, which is the object, has a complex outer surface shape and at least a recess (not shown) on the outer surface. It is sufficient for the first surface 11 to have at least a protrusion 12 that corresponds to the outer surface shape (concave shape) of the object, and the shape and extent of the protrusion 12 can be set as desired depending on the outer surface shape of the object.
[0018] The second surface 13 has a flat shape as shown in Figures 4 and 5. The second surface 13 is the surface opposite to the surface of the object being covered, and the sound absorber 10 is covered with the cover 20 from the second surface 13 side of the sound absorber 10. The second surface 13 is housed within the cover 20 and is disposed in contact with a bottom 21 of the cover 20, which will be described later, or with a small gap between it and the bottom 21.
[0019] As shown in Fig. 4 , the peripheral side surface 14 is an inclined surface that slopes inward from the second surface 13 side toward the first surface 11 side in a cross section of the sound absorber 10 in the thickness direction L (the vertical direction in Fig. 4 ). The peripheral side surface 14 is also an inclined surface that slopes inward from the second surface 13 side toward the first surface 11 side in a cross section (not shown) that is perpendicular to the cross section shown in Fig. 4 . In other words, the four side surfaces of the peripheral side surface 14 are inclined surfaces such that the first surface 11 falls within the projection range of the second surface 13 when viewed from the second surface 13 side.
[0020] The sound absorber 10 is foam-molded by injecting a foam resin material into upper and lower molds. For example, a flat upper mold and a concave lower mold are used. Here, since the first surface 11 of the sound absorber 10 has a convex portion 12, when filling the tip side of the convex portion 12 with foam resin, a lower mold is used whose bottom surface has a concave portion corresponding to the shape of the convex portion 12. To facilitate demolding after molding, the concave inner surface of the lower mold is inclined. Therefore, the peripheral side surface 14 of the sound absorber 10 after demolding is an inclined surface corresponding to the concave inner surface of the lower mold.
[0021] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 , the peripheral side surface 14 has mating recesses 15 formed at approximately the middle of each of the four side surfaces, each of which is connected in the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10. In this embodiment, the mating recesses 15 have a generally semicircular shape in a plan view that opens outward in the planar direction of the sound absorber 10. As described above, the peripheral side surface 14 is an inclined surface that slopes inward from the second surface 13 toward the first surface 11 of the sound absorber 10 in a cross section of the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10 (the vertical direction in FIG. 4 ). Meanwhile, the inner surface of each mating recess 15 is a horizontal surface that extends along the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10 in a cross section of the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10 (the vertical direction in FIG. 5 ), as shown in FIG. 5 . In other words, the inner surface of each mating recess 15 is parallel to the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10 without sloping from the second surface 13 toward the first surface 11 in a cross section of the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10.
[0022] The mating recess 15 can be formed, for example, by using a lower mold used to mold the above-mentioned sound absorber 10, which has a protrusion on its inner surface that corresponds to the shape of the mating recess 15.
[0023] As shown in Fig. 6, the cover body 20 is formed in a concave shape. The cover body 20 has a concave bottom 21 and side walls 22 that stand upright from the outer edge of the bottom 21 and form the sides of the concave shape. In this embodiment, the cover body 20 is formed so that the bottom 21 and the side walls 22 have approximately the same thickness. The cover body 20 is placed over the second surface 13 of the sound absorber 10 and is housed in a state where the second surface 13 of the sound absorber 10 is covered by the bottom 21. Therefore, the bottom 21 has a shape that corresponds to the second surface 13 of the sound absorber 10. The shape of the bottom 21 can be any shape that matches the shape of the sound absorber 10, such as a rectangle, polygon, circle, or ellipse, when viewed from above.
[0024] The cover body 20 is made of foamed resin. Examples of foamed resin that can be used include urethane foam, acrylic foam, silicone foam, styrene foam, foamed olefin (foamed PP, foamed PE), foamed PVC, foamed EVA, and foamed PA. For example, from the perspective of protecting the sound absorber 10 from flying debris, it is preferable to use foamed resin with an Asker C hardness of 40 to 95 degrees. Note that, depending on the usage environment, it is also possible to use a foamed resin with the same hardness as the sound absorber 10.
[0025] As shown in Fig. 8 , in a cross section taken along the vertical direction in Fig. 8 (thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10), the side walls 22 are inclined surfaces that slope outward in the plane of the cover body 20 from the bottom 21 side toward the tip side. In other words, when the sound absorber 10 is housed in the cover body 20, the side walls 22 are inclined surfaces that slope outward in the plane of the sound absorber 10 from the second surface 13 side toward the first surface 11 side of the sound absorber 10. Similarly, in a cross section perpendicular to the cross section shown in Fig. 8 , the side walls 22 are inclined surfaces that slope outward in the plane of the sound absorber 10 from the bottom 21 side toward the tip side. In other words, when the sound absorber 10 is housed in the cover body 20, the four side walls 22 are inclined surfaces that slope outward in the plane of the sound absorber 10 from the second surface 13 side toward the first surface 11 side of the sound absorber 10.
[0026] The cover body 20 is foam-molded by injecting a foam resin material into upper and lower molds. Here, because the cover body 20 is a concave member, when filling the bottom 21 of the cover body 20 with foam resin, for example, a concave lower mold and an upper mold placed in the concave portion of the lower mold are used. To facilitate demolding after molding, the concave inner surface of the lower mold and the side surface of the upper mold are each inclined. Therefore, the side wall 22 of the cover body 20 after demolding has an inclined surface corresponding to the concave inner surface of the lower mold and the side surface of the upper mold, respectively.
[0027] As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the inner surfaces of the side walls 22 are each formed with a mating protrusion 23 at approximately the middle of each of the four walls. The mating protrusion 23 protrudes inward in the plane direction of the sound absorber 10 and continues in the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10 (the up-and-down direction in Figure 6). In this embodiment, the mating protrusion 23 has a substantially semicircular shape in plan view. As will be described later, the mating protrusion 23 is mated with the mating recess 15 of the sound absorber 10 when the sound absorber 10 is housed in the cover body 20. For this reason, the mating protrusion 23 has a convex shape that corresponds to the shape of the concave inner surfaces of the mating recess 15 of the sound absorber 10, and is formed at a position facing each mating recess 15 of the sound absorber 10.
[0028] As described above, the side walls 22 are inclined surfaces that slope outward in the plane direction of the sound absorber 10 from the second surface 13 side toward the first surface 11 side of the sound absorber 10 in a cross section taken along the vertical direction in Fig. 8 (thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10), whereas the outer surfaces of the fitting protrusions 23 are horizontal surfaces that extend along the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10 (vertical direction in Fig. 9) as shown in Fig. 9. In other words, the outer surfaces of the fitting protrusions 23 are parallel to the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10 without sloping from the second surface 13 side toward the first surface 11 side in a cross section taken along the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10.
[0029] The fitting protrusion 23 can be formed by using an upper mold used to form the cover body 20 described above, which has a recess on the side surface that corresponds to the shape of the fitting protrusion 23.
[0030] (3. Integrated Structure of Soundproofing Member 1) The integrated structure of the soundproofing member 1 will be described with reference to Figs. 10 to 12. The soundproofing member 1 is integrated by covering the sound absorber 10 with the cover 20. The cover 20 is placed on the second surface 13 of the sound absorber 10, and the sound absorber 10 is housed within the cover 20 with the first surface 11 of the sound absorber 10 exposed. Alternatively, the sound absorber 10 may be inserted into the cover 20 from the second surface 13 side and integrated.
[0031] As shown in Figure 10, four mating recesses 15 formed on the peripheral side surface 14 of the sound absorber 10 are fitted into four mating protrusions 23 formed on the side wall 22 of the cover body 20 to form an integrated structure.
[0032] As shown in Fig. 11 , the peripheral side surface 14 of the sound absorber 10 is an inclined surface that slopes inward from the second surface 13 side toward the first surface 11 side of the sound absorber 10 in a cross section taken along the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10 (the vertical direction in Fig. 11 ). On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 11 , the side wall 22 of the cover body 20 is an inclined surface that slopes outward in the plane direction of the sound absorber 10 from the second surface 13 side toward the first surface 11 side of the sound absorber 10 in a cross section taken along the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10 (the vertical direction in Fig. 11 ). Therefore, in the stored state, the peripheral side surface 14 of the sound absorber 10 and the side wall 22 of the cover body 20 are stored so that the distance between them increases from the second surface 13 side toward the first surface 11 side of the sound absorber 10.
[0033] On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 12 , the inner surface of each fitting recess 15 formed on the peripheral side surface 14 of the sound absorber 10 is parallel to the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10, without inclining from the second surface 13 to the first surface 11 of the sound absorber 10, in a cross section taken along the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10 (the vertical direction in Fig. 12 ). Also, as shown in Fig. 12 , the outer surface of each fitting protrusion 23 formed on the side wall 22 of the cover 20 is parallel to the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10, without inclining from the second surface 13 to the first surface 11 of the sound absorber 10, in a cross section taken along the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10 (the vertical direction in Fig. 12 ). Therefore, in the accommodated state, the inner surface of each fitting recess 15 and the outer surface of each fitting protrusion 23 are accommodated in a state of abutting against each other, from the second surface 13 to the first surface 11 of the sound absorber 10.
[0034] In this embodiment, before the sound absorber 10 is stored, the length between the outer surfaces of two mating protrusions 23 located on opposite sides in the surface direction of the sound absorber 10 is set to be smaller than the length between the inner surfaces of two mating recesses 15 located on opposite sides in the surface direction of the sound absorber 10, as shown by the dashed line in Fig. 12. Therefore, in the stored state, as shown in Fig. 12, the sound absorber 10 is stored between the two mating protrusions 23 located on opposite sides in the surface direction of the sound absorber 10, in a state compressed in the surface direction of the sound absorber 10 (a direction perpendicular to the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10). With this configuration, a compressive reaction force of the sound absorber 10 is applied to the cover body 20, and the holding force of the sound absorber 10 against the cover body 20 is increased.
[0035] (4. Effects of the Soundproofing Material 1) The sound absorbing body 10 and the cover body 20 that constitute the soundproofing material 1 are made of foamed resin, which allows for a reduction in overall weight. Therefore, even if the soundproofing material is large, the burden of assembling it into a vehicle or the like can be reduced.
[0036] The sound absorber 10 constituting the soundproofing member 1 has a peripheral side surface 14 provided with a plurality of mating recesses 15 spaced at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. The recesses 15 open outward in the planar direction of the sound absorber 10 and communicate with the sound absorber 10 in the thickness direction L when the sound absorber 10 is housed in the cover body 20. The inner surface of the side wall 22 of the cover body 20 constituting the soundproofing member 1 has a plurality of mating protrusions 23 formed in the circumferential direction, protruding inward in the planar direction of the sound absorber 10 and continuing in the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10. These mating recesses 15 and mating protrusions 23 are positioned opposite each other in the circumferential direction, facilitating positioning during assembly. Furthermore, the mating recesses 15 and mating protrusions 23 can be integrated by mating with each other, allowing for a simple manufacturing process. Depending on the specifications, the sound absorber 10 and the cover body 20 can be manufactured using the same manufacturing equipment by changing the mold and foaming material, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process.
[0037] Since the soundproofing material 1 is intended to soundproof an object having a recess on its outer surface, the first surface 11 of the sound absorber 10 has protrusions 12 that are fitted into the recesses of the object. As described above, the plate-shaped sound absorber 10 having the protrusions 12 has a mold configuration that takes into account the filling of raw material and the ease of shape removal during molding, so that the peripheral side surface 14 of the sound absorber 10 is an inclined surface that slopes inward from the second surface 13 side toward the first surface 11 side of the sound absorber 10. On the other hand, as described above, the cover body 20, which is a concave plate member, has a mold configuration that takes into account the filling of raw material and the ease of shape removal during molding, so that the side wall 22 of the cover body 20 is an inclined surface that slopes outward in the plane direction of the sound absorber 10 from the second surface 13 side toward the first surface 11 side of the sound absorber 10. Therefore, when stored, the distance between the peripheral surface 14 of the sound absorber 10 and the side wall 22 of the cover body 20 increases from the second surface 13 side of the sound absorber 10 toward the first surface 11 side, making it easy for the sound absorber 10 to fall off the cover body 20.
[0038] Here, the soundproofing material 1 is provided with fitting recesses 15 on each of the four peripheral side surfaces 14 of the sound absorber 10, which open outward in the planar direction of the sound absorber 10 and communicate in the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10. Furthermore, fitting protrusions 23 are provided on the inner surface of the side walls 22 of the cover body 20 at positions facing the fitting recesses 15 of the sound absorber 10, which protrude inward in the planar direction of the sound absorber 10 and communicate in the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10, and these fitting recesses 15 and fitting protrusions 23 are fitted together to form a single unit.
[0039] In this way, in the stored state, the distance between the peripheral surface 14 of the sound absorber 10 and the side wall 22 of the cover body 20 increases from the second surface 13 side of the sound absorber 10 toward the first surface 11 side, and the structure that makes the sound absorber 10 prone to falling off the cover body 20 is compensated for by the fitting of these fitting recesses 15 and fitting protrusions 23, respectively, so that the sound absorber 10 and the cover body 20 can be integrated to an extent that does not interfere with handling.
[0040] In particular, in the soundproofing member 1 of this embodiment, the inner surface of each fitting recess 15 in the sound absorber 10 is parallel to the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10, without sloping from the second surface 13 toward the first surface 11 of the sound absorber 10, in a cross section of the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10. Furthermore, the outer surface of each fitting protrusion 23 in the cover 20 is parallel to the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10, without sloping from the second surface 13 toward the first surface 11 of the sound absorber 10, in a cross section of the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10. Therefore, in the accommodated state, the inner surface of each fitting recess 15 and the outer surface of each fitting protrusion 23 are accommodated in a state of abutting against each other, from the second surface 13 toward the first surface 11 of the sound absorber 10, which more effectively prevents the sound absorber 10 from falling off the cover 20.
[0041] (5. Other Embodiments) The above-described embodiment can be modified as follows within the scope of technical inconsistency.
[0042] In the soundproofing member 1 of the above embodiment, the inner surfaces of the fitting recesses 15 of the sound absorber 10 and the outer surfaces of the fitting protrusions 23 of the cover body 20 are parallel to the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10 in a cross section of the sound absorber 10 in the thickness direction L. However, the inner surfaces of the fitting recesses 15 of the sound absorber 10 and the outer surfaces of the fitting protrusions 23 of the cover body 20 may be inclined with respect to the thickness direction L of the sound absorber 10 in a cross section of the sound absorber 10 in the thickness direction L. For example, as in the above embodiment, the length between the outer surfaces of the peripheral side surfaces 14 located on opposite sides of the sound absorber 10 may be set larger than the length between the inner surfaces of the side walls 22 located on opposite sides of the cover body 20, or the shape of the fitting protrusions 23 may be set larger than the shape of the fitting recesses 15, so that part of the outer surface of the fitting protrusions 23 abuts part of the inner surface of the fitting recesses 15 in the accommodated state.
[0043] In the soundproofing member 1 of the above embodiment, the sound absorber 10 and the cover body 20 are each configured to have four mating recesses 15 and four mating protrusions 23. It is sufficient to provide at least two mating recesses 15 and two mating protrusions 23. For example, if the sound absorber 10 has a rectangular shape in a plan view, two adjacent mating recesses 15 may be provided on each of the four peripheral side surfaces 14 of the sound absorber 10, while two adjacent side surfaces 14 facing each mating recess 15 may be provided on each of the four side walls 22 of the cover body 20. Furthermore, when the sound absorber 10 has a rectangular shape in a plan view, mating recesses 15 can be provided on two of the four peripheral side surfaces 14 of the sound absorber 10 that are located on opposite sides, while mating protrusions 23 can be provided on two of the four side walls 22 of the cover body 20 that are located on opposite sides and that are positioned opposite each mating recess 15.
[0044] In the soundproofing member 1 of the above embodiment, the fitting recesses 15 (sound-absorbing-side fitting recesses) are provided on the peripheral side surface 14 of the sound absorber 10, while the fitting protrusions 23 (cover-side fitting protrusions) are provided on the side wall 22 of the cover body 20. However, a fitting protrusion (sound-absorbing-side fitting protrusion) may be provided on the peripheral side surface 14 of the sound absorber 10, while a fitting recess (cover-side fitting recess) may be provided on the side wall 22 of the cover body 20. In this case, the cover-side fitting recess can be formed on the side wall 22 of the cover body 20 by increasing the thickness of the side wall 22 compared to the cover body 20 of the above embodiment. Note that the sound-absorbing-side fitting protrusions and the cover-side fitting recess have the same structures as the fitting protrusions 23 and the fitting recess 15 described above. However, the cover-side fitting recess can be designed as desired depending on the thickness of the side wall 22, and the sound-absorbing-side fitting protrusions may have a shape corresponding to the cover-side fitting recess. Alternatively, the sound absorber may be provided with both a sound absorbing side mating recess and a sound absorbing side mating protrusion, and the cover may be provided with both a cover side mating protrusion and a cover side mating recess, which may be mated together.
[0045] In the soundproofing member 1 of the above embodiment, the fitting recesses 15 are configured to communicate with the entire sound absorber 10 in the thickness direction, and the fitting protrusions 23 are configured to be continuous with the entire sound absorber 10 in the thickness direction, but the fitting recesses 15 and the fitting protrusions 23 may be provided only in the area of the second surface 13 of the sound absorber 10. Furthermore, the shapes of the fitting recesses 15 and the fitting protrusions 23 are not limited to being approximately semicircular in plan view, and can be any shape as long as they are interlocking concave and convex shapes.
