Description

Reaping device for sesame compound harvester

[0001] The present invention relates to a harvesting device for a sesame compound harvester, and more particularly, to a harvesting device for a sesame compound harvester that is equipped with a sesame compound harvester for separating and refining sesame pods and sesame grains from sesame stalks, and that cuts the bottom of the sesame stalks, transports them, and then smoothly feeds them into a threshing unit.

[0002] Sesame is an annual herbaceous plant with a straight stem and numerous pods, each containing a large number of seeds. The edible part of the sesame seed is the seed kernel. To harvest the seeds, the pods must be separated from the stem and the seeds removed.

[0003]

[0004] The traditional method for harvesting sesame seeds involved laying sesame stalks on a plastic or cloth floor, then striking the pods with a tool called a flail to shake off the seeds. The seeds were then separated from any debris, such as fallen leaves, using a sieve.

[0005] However, this traditional method of harvesting sesame seeds requires the workers to manually hull and separate the seeds, which is not only labor-intensive but also requires a long working time, making it very difficult for rural workers who are short on labor.

[0006]

[0007] Therefore, a method of harvesting sesame using agricultural machinery such as a thresher is being considered, but in the case of sesame, the stem is long and tough, making it difficult to use a conventional thresher, and when crushing for threshing, there is a problem in that it is very difficult to separate foreign substances.

[0008]

[0009] Accordingly, a sesame complex threshing machine is being developed that cuts the bottom of the sesame seed and then feeds the sesame stalk into the threshing unit for threshing. However, this sesame complex threshing machine has a problem in that the long sesame stalk is not properly fed into the threshing unit.

[0042] Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0043] The terms used in the present invention are terms defined in consideration of their functions in the present invention, and may vary depending on the intention or custom of the user or operator. Therefore, the definitions of these terms should be interpreted as meanings and concepts that are consistent with the technical aspects of the present invention.

[0044]

[0045] Figure 1 of the attached drawing is a drawing showing a sesame composite harvester equipped with a harvesting device according to the present invention, and Figures 2 to 9 are drawings for explaining a harvesting device for a sesame composite harvester according to the present invention.

[0046]

[0047] In the present invention, a harvesting device for a sesame compound harvester is installed at the front of the sesame compound harvester. That is, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the sesame compound harvester comprises a driving unit (30), a main body (20) provided with a threshing unit (21) for separating and purifying sesame seeds from sesame pods, which is installed at the upper side of the driving unit (30), a rotary guide reel (40) installed at the front of the main body (20) to grip sesame stalks, and a harvesting device (10) installed at the front of the main body (20).

[0048]

[0049] And the harvesting device (10) includes a reciprocating harvesting blade (11), an inclined conveying part (12), a pressurized conveying part (13), and an angle adjusting part (15), as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.

[0050] The reciprocating slicing blade (11) is used to cut the bottom of the sesame stalk and is provided at the lower end of the inclined conveyor (12). The inclined conveyor (12) conveys the sesame stalk cut by the reciprocating slicing blade (11) to the upper threshing unit (21) through the inclined lower conveyor belt (121), and the upper end is rotatably installed in the threshing unit (21).

[0051] The pressurized conveying unit (13) pressurizes and conveys the sesame seeds moving along the inclined conveying unit (12) and feeds them to the threshing unit (21), and is rotatably installed on the upper side of the inclined conveying unit (12).

[0052] And the angle adjustment member (15) is installed in the threshing unit (21) to allow the installation angle of the inclined conveyance unit (12) and the pressurized conveyance unit (13) to be adjusted.

[0053]

[0054] As shown in FIG. 2, the pressurized conveying unit (13) comprises a conveying unit frame (131), an upper conveying belt (132) formed in a triangular shape and rotated so that the lower side facing the inclined conveying unit (12) protrudes, a plurality of lugs (133) formed in a trapezoidal shape protruding on the outer surface of the upper conveying belt (132) to hold sesame seeds and arranged along the width direction of the upper conveying belt (132) and at regular intervals along the length direction of the upper conveying belt (132), a first tension unit (134) installed on the conveying unit frame (131) to adjust the tension of the length direction edge of the upper conveying belt (132), and a second tension unit (135) installed on the conveying unit frame (131) to elevate the lower edge of the upper conveying belt (132).

[0055] Accordingly, the lug (133) of the upper conveyor belt (131) presses the sesame seed bag so that the sesame seed bag is smoothly conveyed along the lower conveyor belt (121) of the inclined conveyor (12).

[0056] And, by using the second tension part (135), the pressure for pressing the sesame seed belt with the lug (133) can be adjusted, and by using the first tension part (134), the tension of the upper conveying belt (131) can be maintained uniformly.

[0057]

[0058] Meanwhile, the lugs (133) are arranged parallel to each other along the length of the upper conveying belt (132) as shown in FIG. 3. In this case, the sesame seeds may not be conveyed because they are caught in the gap between the lugs (133).

[0059] Accordingly, as shown in Fig. 4, the lugs (133) may be arranged in a zigzag shape by being crossed along the length of the upper transport belt (132) so that the sesame seeds being transported are not caught.

[0060] As shown in Fig. 5, these lugs (133) pressurize the sesame seeds when transporting them using the lower conveyor belt (121) of the inclined transport section (12) and the upper transport belt (132) of the pressurized transport section (13), thereby smoothly transporting the sesame seeds and feeding them into the threshing section (21) of the main body (20).

[0061]

[0062] And, as shown in Fig. 6, a wing part (133') formed to be inclined along the transport direction can be connected to the upper end of the lug (133), and it is preferable that the wing part (133') is made of a soft material.

[0063] In this way, the reason for connecting the wing part (133') to the lug (133) is to prevent the lug (133) of the upper conveyor belt (132) from pressurizing the sesame seeds by excessive pressure when conveying the sesame seeds using the lower conveyor belt (121) of the inclined conveyor (12) and the upper conveyor belt (132) of the pressurized conveyor (13), as shown in FIG. 7.

[0064]

[0065] Meanwhile, as shown in Fig. 8, the angle adjustment member (15) that allows the angle of the pressurized conveyance (13) and the inclined conveyance (12) to be adjusted is formed with a first section (151) in a curved shape formed at a certain distance from each other on the upper side to allow the angle of the pressurized conveyance (13) to be adjusted, and a second section (152) in a curved shape formed at a certain distance from each other on the lower side to allow the angle of the inclined conveyance (12) to be adjusted.

[0066] Accordingly, as shown in Fig. 9, the angle of the pressurized conveyance (13) can be adjusted and then fixed through the first chapter study (151), and the angle of the inclined conveyance (12) can be adjusted and then fixed through the second chapter study (152).

[0067]

[0068] Accordingly, the following describes how to cut sesame stalks using the harvesting device for the sesame composite harvester of the present invention configured as described above and then transport and feed them to the threshing section of the main body.

[0069] First, the angle of the inclined conveying part (12) is adjusted and then fixed through the second section (152) formed on the angle adjustment part (15) of the threshing part (21) provided in the main body (20) of the sesame compound harvester so that the reciprocating reaper (11) is spaced a certain distance from the ground.

[0070] And, by adjusting the angle of the pressurized conveying part (13) through the first section (151) formed in the angle adjustment part (15), the gap between the pressurized conveying part (13) and the inclined conveying part (11) is fixed, thereby completing the work preparation.

[0071]

[0072] When work begins, the main body (20) moves forward by the driving unit (30), and while the main body (20) moves, the upper part of the sesame stalk is gathered using the guide reel (40), and at the same time, the bottom of the sesame stalk is cut using the reciprocating cutting blade (11).

[0073] The cut sesame stalks are transported to the threshing section (21) of the main body (20) through the lower conveyor belt (121) of the inclined conveyor (12).

[0074] And, using the lug (133) of the upper conveying belt (132) of the pressurized conveying unit (13), the sesame seeds are conveyed by applying pressure and then fed into the threshing unit (21).

[0075] That is, the sesame seeds are introduced between the pressurized conveying unit (13) and the inclined conveying unit (11), and then are pressurized and conveyed by the lug (133) of the upper conveying belt (132) and fed into the threshing unit.

[0076]

[0077] Afterwards, in the threshing unit (21), the sesame pods and sesame grains are separated from the sesame stalks, and the sesame grains are separated from the sesame pods.

[0078] And sesame seeds and impurities are discharged separately, and sesame seeds are discharged after being purified in the purification section within the main body (20).

[0079]

[0080] The embodiments described above merely describe preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not limited to these embodiments. Various modifications and variations can be made by those skilled in the art within the technical spirit and scope of the claims of the present invention, and this falls within the technical scope of the present invention.
