Abstract
Description
[0001] USE OF REDUCED SAMPLES FOR BANDWIDTH AGGREGATED POSITIONING
[0002] MEASUREMENTS
[0003] TECHNICAL FIELD
[0004] The present disclosure relates to wireless communications, and in particular, to configuring a wireless device for positioning measurements.
[0005] BACKGROUND
[0006] The Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) has developed and is developing standards for Fourth Generation (4G) (also referred to as Long Term Evolution (LTE)) and Fifth Generation (5G) (also referred to as New Radio (NR)) wireless communication systems. Such systems provide, among other features, broadband communication between network nodes, such as base stations, and mobile wireless devices (WD), as well as communication between network nodes and between WDs. The 3GPP is also developing standards for Sixth Generation (6G) wireless communication networks.
[0007] Positioning in NR
[0008] Positioning has been a topic in LTE standardization since 3GPP Release 9. An objective of positioning in LTE was to fulfill regulatory requirements for emergency call localization where the target was to achieve < 50m horizontal accuracy.
[0009] Starting from 3GPP Rel. 16 specification, positioning is also supported in New Radio (NR). Positioning in NR is supported by the architecture shown in FIG. 1. The interactions between the network node and the device are supported via the Radio Resource Control (RRC) protocol, while the location node interfaces with the wireless device via the LTE positioning protocol (LPP). LPP is a common protocol to both NR and LTE. Location management function (LMF) is the location node in NR. There are also interactions between the location node and the network node via the NR positioning protocol A (NRPPa) protocol.
[0010] FIG. 1 depicts the positioning architecture in NR. In comparison to LTE, NR positioning benefits from larger bandwidth and finer beamforming and can localize a wireless device with higher accuracy and supports the following positioning methods:
[0011] - Downlink Time Difference of Arrival (DL-TDoA)
[0012] - Uplink Relative Time of Arrival (UL-RToA)
[0013] - Downlink Angle of Departure (DL-AoD) - Uplink Angle of Arrival (UL-AoA), including Azimuth of arrival and Zenith of arrival
[0014] - Multi-Round Trip Time (RTT) positioning
[0015] - NR Enhanced Cell ID.
[0016] Timing related positioning measurements in NR
[0017] A timing measurement used for wireless device positioning can be unidirectional or it can be bidirectional. Unidirectional timing measurement is used by a first node (Nodel) for measuring transmit timing of the signal transmitted by Nodel or for measuring reception timing of the signal received by Nodel from a second node (Node2). Bidirectional timing measurement is used by Nodel for measuring relation between the transmit timing of the signal transmitted by Nodel and the reception timing of the signal received at Nodel from Node2. An example of the relation is the difference between the transmission and the reception timings. In the timing measurements, in one example, Nodel may measure the absolute reception timing of the signal and / or it may measure reception timing of the signal with respect to a reference time. Similarly, in one example, Nodel may measure the absolute transmit timing of the signal and / or it may measure transmit timing of the signal with respect to a reference time.
[0018] In NR, several timing measurements for positioning are specified. An example of bidirectional timing measurement is round trip time (RTT). Specific examples of bidirectional timing measurements are wireless device Rx-Tx time difference, network node Rx-Tx time difference, time advance (TA), etc. Examples of unidirectional timing measurements are Reference Signal Time Difference (RSTD) performed by the wireless device, UL RTOA performed by the network node, etc.
[0019] The following NR positioning measurements related to timing performed by the wireless device are specified, e.g., by 3GPP:
[0020] 1. RSTD: It is reference signal time difference between the positioning node j and the reference positioning node i. It is measured on the DL PRS signals and always involves two cells (cell is interchangeably called a transmission and reception point (TRP)).
[0021] 2. User equipment CUE) (e.g., wireless device) Rx-Tx time difference: It is defined as TUE-RX -TUE-TX Where: o TUE-RX is the wireless device received timing of downlink subframe #i from a positioning node, defined by the first detected path in time. It is measured on PRS signals received from the gNB. o TUE-TX is the wireless device transmit timing of uplink subframe #j that is closest in time to the subframe #i received from the positioning node.
[0022] The following NR positioning measurements related to timing performed by the base station (e.g. network node) are specified, e.g., by 3GPP:
[0023] 1. gNB (e.g., network node) Rx-Tx time difference: It is defined as TgNB-Rx - TgNB-Tx where: o TgNB-Rx is the positioning node received timing of uplink subframe #i containing SRS associated with the wireless device, defined by the first detected path in time. It is measured on SRS signals received from the wireless device. o TgNB-Tx is the positioning node transmit timing of downlink subframe #j that is closest in time to the subframe #i received from the wireless device.
[0024] 2. Timing advance (TADV): It is defined as the time difference TADV = (TgNB-Rx -TgNB-Tx), Where: o TgNB-Rx is the Transmission and Reception Point (TRP) received timing of uplink subframe #i containing PRACH transmitted from wireless device 22, defined by the first detected path in time. o TgNB-Tx is the TRP transmit timing of downlink subframe #j that is closest in time to the subframe #i received from the wireless device. o The detected PRACH is used to determine the start of one subframe containing that PRACH.
[0025] 3. Uplink (TJL) Relative Time of Arrival (UL RTOA): It is defined as the beginning of subframe z containing sounding reference signal (SRS) received in positioning node j, relative to the configurable reference time. For example, nodel (e.g., base station etc.) measures the reception time of signals transmitted by the wireless device with respect to a reference time.
[0026] Use of antenna panels for positioning measurements
[0027] NR supports positioning both in frequency region 1 (FR1) and frequency region 2 (FR2). In FR2 a positioning reference signal (PRS) can be configured with a bandwidth that is as wide as 400MHz. To compensate for the higher propagation loss in FR2, positioning reference signals (PRSs) are beamformed. Especially for operations in high frequencies, a wireless device may be equipped with multiple antenna panels. For example, a mmWave wireless devices for mobile broadband typically have three antenna panels on different sides of the smartphone. Each of these panels consist of four dual polarized antenna elements and for communication purposes one out of four antenna panels is activated at a given time. The delay between the baseband timing and the actual Rx / Tx timing at the antenna panel may differ between different panels e.g., due to different group delays. When it comes to positioning measurements, these timing differences may have an impact on the achievable accuracy. Such delays could be compensated to some extent by estimating them based on a theoretical calculation of the delays and / or based on measurements performed on individual wireless devices. The known part of the delays could be compensated for by ‘calibrating’ the wireless device to adapt its baseband Tx timing accordingly depending on what antenna panel is used for the transmission. Similarly, the wireless device could be calibrated to take the known delays into account in To A measurements depending on what antenna panel is used for the reception. However, the knowledge of the delays may not be exact, especially since delays may vary with time and frequent calibration of individual wireless devices may be very costly. Consequently, wireless device Rx / Tx timing as defined at the antenna will not be exact and it will vary between wireless device antenna panels significantly and introduces errors in RSTD and RxTx measurements during a positioning occasion.
[0028] To overcome the impact of timing difference between panels at wireless device on positioning measurements, a new feature called timing error group (TEG) is introduced to 3 GPP Rel. 17 NR positioning. TEG, in principle, allows wireless devices to identify each antenna panel as a TEG. Based on TEG, a wireless device with multiple panels reports positioning measurements along with the associated TEG identity (ID) indicating the panel used to measure PRS to the network. Such measurement reporting is more prominent in FR2 where the wireless device may exploit multiple panels for positioning measurements such as RSTD and wireless device RxTx so that the network can combine the measurements from the same TEGs to group RSTD and RxTx measurements such that the timing delay due to TEG cancel out and enhanced positioning accuracy is achieved.
[0029] To make it possible for Location Management Function (LMF) to know which measurements can be combined such that the associated TX timing errors cancel, TEG concept is introduced in 3GPP NR Release 17 specification. When the LMF knows which measurements can be grouped using the TEG concept, the timing errors can be mitigated, and the positioning performance can be greatly improved. Different types of TEGs at both the wireless device and TRP have been introduced in 3GPP NR Release 17. These include the following:
[0030] UE Tx ‘timing error group’ (UE Tx TEG): UE Tx TEG is associated with the transmissions of one or more UL SRS resources for the positioning purpose, which have the Tx timing error difference within a certain margin.
[0031] UE Rx ‘timing error group’ (UE Rx TEG): UE Rx TEG is associated with one or more DL measurements, which have the Rx timing error difference within a certain margin..
[0032] UE RxTx ‘timing error group’ (UE RxTx TEG): UE RxTx TEG is associated with one or more wireless device Rx-Tx time difference measurements, which have the Rx timing errors+Tx timing errors' difference within a certain margin.
[0033] TRP Tx ‘timing error group’ (TRP Tx TEG): A TRP Tx TEG is associated with the transmissions of one or more DL PRS resources, which have the Tx timing error difference within a certain margin.
[0034] TRP Rx ‘timing error group’ (TRP Rx TEG): A TRP Rx TEG is associated with one or more UL measurements, which have the Rx timing error difference within a margin.
[0035] TRP RxTx ‘timing error group’ (TRP RxTx TEG): A TRP RxTx TEG is associated with one or more network node Rx-Tx time difference measurements, which have the ‘Rx timing errors + Tx timing errors’ within a certain margin.
[0036] If the network node performing the positioning measurement has more than one TEG, the positioning measurements are associated with a TEG ID. Based on the reported measurement and the associated TEG ID, LMF can understand which measurements can be combined to estimate the wireless device position.
[0037] Reduced number of samples for positioning measurements
[0038] The wireless device aggregates / combines (e.g., averages) multiple measurement samples / snapshots of the measurements performed / obtained on positioning signals (e.g., PRS and / or SRS) over a certain measurement period for obtaining a positioning measurement result. The positioning measurement result is used by the wireless device for positioning purposes, e.g., for determining the wireless device location / position, transmitting the results to a location server (e.g., LMF).
[0039] 3 GPP Rel. 16 NR positioning only supports 4-sample positioning measurements to be performed by the wireless device t. To support use cases that require faster positioning fix, latency reduced positioning measurements were introduced in 3GPP Rel. 17. For latency reduction 1 -sample and 2-sample positioning measurements were introduced. These latency reduced positioning measurements can only be performed by the wireless device given that the following conditions are met:
[0040] - PRS bandwidth is within active bandwidth part (BWP) of the wireless device
[0041] - Magnitude of difference between the serving cell’s SS-RSRP and neighbor cell’s PRS-RSRP is within 6dB.
[0042] In addition, capability to perform positioning measurement with reduced number of samples is limited to single positioning frequency layer (PFL), and therefore the wireless device cannot perform latency reduced positioning measurements by aggregating resources from multiple PFLs (both intra-band and inter-band).
[0043] SUMMARY
[0044] Some embodiments advantageously provide methods, systems, and apparatuses for configuring a wireless device for positioning measurements.
[0045] Bandwidth aggregation for positioning measurement is being introduced in 3GPP Rel. 18. The latency (e.g., measurement period) of such positioning measurements is large, e.g., several hundred milliseconds. To reduce latency of positioning measurements based on bandwidth aggregation, a new wireless device capability needs to be introduced. This new wireless device capability should be known to the network in order to provide relevant assistance data and configuration to the wireless device to be able to perform faster positioning measurements.
[0046] Besides, a wireless device may receive a list of TRPs transmitting reference signal for positioning measurements in the assistance data from the location server to perform positioning measurements, where the list may include TRPs that include resources for aggregation and TRPs that do not include resources for aggregation. In this regard, there is a need for provisioning assistance data relevant to both types of TRPs to the wireless device to assist the wireless device to perform positioning measurement efficiently.
[0047] Described herein are procedures to provision a wireless device configured for performing at least one positioning measurement on TRPs that include radio resources (positioning signals e.g., PRS and / or SRS) for aggregation and at least one positioning measurement on TRPs that do not include radio resources (positioning signals, e.g., PRS and / or SRS) for aggregation.
[0048] Various embodiments described herein relate to the following enhanced wireless device capability signaling procedures: - A method in a wireless device includes reporting its capability to perform at least one positioning measurement by aggregating radio resources (e.g., PRS, SRS, etc.) transmitted on multiple carrier frequencies (e.g., positioning frequency layers (PFLs) and at least one positioning measurement on radio resources (e.g., PRS, SRS, etc.) transmitted on a single carrier frequency (e.g., one PFL), further / additionally indicates wireless device’s capability to perform latency reduced positioning measurements by aggregating the radio resources transmitted on the multiple carrier frequencies (e.g., PFLs) and / or to perform latency reduced positioning measurement on the radio resources transmitted on the single carrier frequency (e.g., one PFL). The capability information transmitted to the network node (e.g., NW2) may also be semi-static, e.g., it may change over time, based on one or more configuration parameters. Examples of such parameters are the bandwidth (BW) of the positioning measurements, aggregated / total BW of the positioning measurements on the aggregated carriers / PFLs, etc. The capability information may also be transmitted as part of or in terms of the wireless device assistance information to the network node.

[0051] In at least one embodiment, wireless device is indicated by a location server (e.g., LMF) a common configuration that is valid for positioning measurements when provisioned with a list of TRPs that include PRS resources for aggregation and TRPs that do not include PRS resources for aggregation.
[0052] Advantages of various embodiments described herein include: • Network can control how the wireless device should perform positioning measurements when there is a list of TRPs that include PRS resources for aggregation and TRPs that do not include PRS resources for aggregation.
[0053] • Positioning measurements are consistent when a wireless device performs positioning measurement on PRS resources transmitted by TRPs supporting aggregation and TRPs not supporting aggregation.

Each network node 16a, 16b, 16c is connectable to the core network 14 over a wired or wireless connection 20. A first wireless device (WD) 22a located in coverage area 18a is configured to wirelessly connect to, or be paged by, the corresponding network node 16a. A second WD 22b in coverage area 18b is wirelessly connectable to the corresponding network node 16b. While a plurality of WDs 22a, 22b (collectively referred to as wireless devices 22) are illustrated in this example, the disclosed embodiments are equally applicable to a situation where a sole WD is in the coverage area or where a sole WD is connecting to the corresponding network node 16. Note that although only two WDs 22 and three network nodes 16 are shown for convenience, the communication system may include many more WDs 22 and network nodes 16.
[0100] Also, it is contemplated that a WD 22 can be in simultaneous communication and / or configured to separately communicate with more than one network node 16 and more than one type of network node 16. For example, a WD 22 can have dual connectivity with a network node 16 that supports LTE and the same or a different network node 16 that supports NR. As an example, WD 22 can be in communication with an eNB for LTE / E-UTRAN and a gNB for NR / NG-RAN.

[0131] Having described the general process flow of arrangements of the disclosure and having provided examples of hardware and software arrangements for implementing the processes and functions of the disclosure, the sections below provide details and examples of arrangements for configuring a wireless device for positioning measurements. One or more wireless device 22 functions described below may be performed by one or more of processing circuitry 84, processor 86, measurement unit 34, etc. One or more network node 16 functions described below may be performed by one or more of processing circuitry 68, processor 70, assistance unit 32, etc.
[0132] Scenario description Various embodiments described herein may be understood in the context of the following scenario. The scenario includes a wireless device 22, a first network node 16 (e.g., NW1) which can be serving TRP, reference TRP or neighbor TRP transmitting reference signal for positioning measurements such as PRS, a second network node 16 (e.g., NW2) which can be location server in the network which provides assistance data to the wireless device for positioning measurements. TRPs may or may not include reference signal(s) for aggregation. NW2 is aware of TRPs that transmits reference signal such as PRS resources for aggregation and TRPs that do not transmit reference signal such as PRS resources for aggregation.
[0133] The wireless device 22 may also interchangeably be referred to as a target device. The TRP may also interchangeably be called as a base station, access point, gNB, eNB, satellite access node (SAN), high altitude platform station (HAPS), integrated access and backhaul (IAB) node etc.
[0134] The wireless device 22 reports its capability to perform positioning measurement to the location server. Examples of capability are: types of positioning measurements, capability to aggregate resources for positioning measurements, capability to perform latency reduced positioning measurements, etc.
[0135] The location server may also interchangeably be referred to as a positioning node, SMLC, E-SMLC, LMF etc. NW2 provides assistance data to wireless device 22 via higher layer signalling e.g., LPP messages. The wireless device 22 reports positioning measurement to NW2 after performing the positioning measurement based on the configuration / assistance data provided to the wireless device 22 by NW2.
[0136] The term positioning frequency layer (PFL) is also referred to as carrier frequency, component carrier (CC), frequency layer, serving carrier, frequency channel, etc. The PFL belongs to a certain frequency band, which may contain one or multiple PFLs / carrier frequencies based on its passband (e.g., size of the band in frequency domain) and / or bandwidth of the carriers and / or the channel raster).
[0137] The PFL / carrier frequency related information is transmitted to the wireless device 22 by a network node using a channel number or identifier via message e.g., RRC. Examples of the channel number or identifier, which may be pre-defined, are absolute radio frequency channel number (ARFCN), NR-ARFCN, PFL identifier, absoluteFrequencyPointA (the absolute frequency position of the reference resource block) and number of PRBs, etc.
[0138] Example Embodiment: wireless device 22 reporting capability to the network At least one embodiment relates to a method in which the wireless device 22 reports its capability to the network node 16, e.g., NW1, NW2. The wireless device 22 reported capability contains information on: o Type of positioning measurements supported by wireless device 22 by aggregating resources from multiple PFLs, o Number of samples supported by wireless device 22 to perform positioning measurements by aggregating resources from multiple PFLs and number of samples supported by wireless device 22 to perform positioning measurements on single PFL (meaning no aggregation of resources done by wireless device 22 to perform positioning measurements). o Capability to perform latency reduced positioning measurement by aggregating resources from multiple PFLs.
[0139] Type of positioning measurements supported by wireless device 22 by aggregating resources includes, but is not limited to, time of arrival (ToA) measurement, RSTD measurement, UE Rx -Tx time difference measurement, PRS-RSRP measurement, and PRS-RSRPP measurement. In this capability, reporting wireless device 22 indicates its capability to produce one measurement such as time of arrival (ToA) measurement, RSTD measurement, UE Rx -Tx time difference measurement, PRS-RSRP measurement, and PRS-RSRPP measurement by aggregating resources from multiple PFLs.
[0140] In at least one embodiment, wireless device 22 reports its capability to perform positioning measurements in terms of number of samples (Ns) valid for both, positioning measurements by aggregating resources from multiple PFLs and positioning measurement on single PFL. Wireless device 22 may also report different values of Ns such as Nsl to indicate number of samples it supports for positioning measurements by aggregating resources from multiple PFLs and Ns2 to indicate a number of samples it supports for positioning measurements without aggregating resources from multiple PFLs or positioning measurements on single PFL such that Nsl>Ns2, Nsl<Ns2 or Nsl=Ns2.
[0141] In at least one embodiment, wireless device 22 reports its capability to perform latency reduced positioning measurements. Wireless device 22 may do so by using a logical value such as TRUE or FALSE, ON or OFF to the network node NW2, for example, location server. Wireless device 22 may report its capability together with the number of samples (Ns or Nsl) or as a standalone indication to the network node such as NW2 without the number of samples (Ns or Nsl). In at least one embodiment, one or more parameters defining the wireless device 22 capability information transmitted by the wireless device 22 can be semi-static, e.g., may change over time. The values of the parameters may change / vary over time based on one or more aspects of the positioning measurements, e.g., number of carriers / PFLs used for aggregation, bandwidth of the aggregated carriers / PFLs, type of positioning measurements such as RSTD, UE Rx-Tx time difference, etc. For example, if the aggregated bandwidth (BWa) of the positioning measurements performed on number of carriers / PFLs is above certain threshold (e.g. 50 MHz) then Nsl > Hl and Ns2 < H2; otherwise Nsl < Hl and Ns2 < H2. In another example, if the number of the carriers / PFLs used for aggregation for the positioning is above certain threshold then Nsl > Hl and Ns2 < H2; otherwise Nsl < Hl and Ns2 < H2. Examples of Hl and H2 are 3 and 2 respectively e.g., Nsl = 4 samples and Ns2 = 1 sample or 2 samples.
[0142] Example Embodiment: Provisioning of assistance data to wireless device 22
[0143] At least one embodiment relates to a method in which network node 16, NW2, e.g., location server, receives wireless device 22 capabilities to perform positioning measurements, for example by aggregating resources from multiple PFLs, and provides assistance data to the wireless device 22 to facilitate performing efficient positioning measurements with and without aggregating PFLs.
[0144] In at least one embodiment, network node 16, e.g., NW2, e.g., location server provides assistance data to the wireless device 22 to perform positioning measurements based on the capability / capabilities reported by the wireless device 22.
[0145] The assistance data or configuration to wireless device 22 may include assistance data separately for the first positioning measurement (PM1) on aggregated PFLs and second positioning measurement (PM2) on non-aggregated PFLs. Network node 16, e.g., NW2, location server may provide the same assistance data or a common assistance data relevant for both first positioning measurement (PM1) on aggregated PFLs and second positioning measurement (PM2) on non-aggregated PFLs.
[0146] The network node 16, e.g., NW2, e.g., location server, can also provide wireless device 22 number of samples, Nsl, to be considered for first positioning measurement PM1 on aggregated PFLs and the number of samples, Ns2, to be considered for the second positioning measurement PM2 on non-aggregated PFLs. Network node, NW2, may also provide a common number of samples, Ns, valid for both positioning measurement PM1 on aggregated PFLs and PM2 on non-aggregated PFLs. Example Embodiment: Method in a wireless device 22 of receiving assistance data from the network for positioning measurement by aggregating resources from multiple PFLs
[0147] At least one embodiment relates to methods in a wireless device 22 of receiving assistance data from the network for positioning measurements by aggregating resources from multiple PFLs. The number of samples, Ns, Nsl, and Ns2 can be pre-configured to wireless device 22. Upon receiving a request from the network node 16, NW2, e.g., location server, wireless device 22 performs first positioning measurement PM1 with either Ns samples or Nsl samples or Ns2 samples and second positioning measurement PM1 with either Ns samples or Nsl samples or Ns2 samples. Selection of a number of samples for first positioning measurement PM1 and second positioning measurement PM2 can be same or different.
[0148] In at least one embodiment, an implicit indication of number of samples to be used by wireless device 22 to perform first positioning measurement PM1 and second positioning measurement PM2 is received from network node 16, NW2, for example, location server. Wireless device 22, upon receiving a request to perform positioning measurement, in this case, performs first positioning measurement PM1 with Nsl number of samples and second positioning measurement PM2 with Ns2 number of samples. The wireless device 22 can report both, first positioning measurement PM1 and second positioning measurement PM2, measurements together to the network node, NW2, for example location server. The wireless device 22 can also report first positioning measurement PM1 and then second positioning measurement PM2 to the network node 16, NW2, for example, location server, based on measurement reporting priority set by the network node 16, NW2, for example, location server. In another example, measurement reporting priority is defined by wireless device 22 itself, where first positioning measurement PM1 is reported by wireless device 22 earlier than the second positioning measurement PM2 to the network node 16, NW2. In another example measurement reporting priority is defined by wireless device 22 itself, where second positioning measurement PM2 is reported by wireless device 22 prior to reporting the first positioning measurement PM2 to the network node 16, NW2.
[0149] Example Embodiment: Measurement Samples
[0150] • Setting up rules on the required number of measurement samples that the wireless device 22 may fulfill while performing aggregated carrier measurements. An example rule is that: The aggregated carrier bandwidth measurement instance is obtained with Nsampie = 4 samples.
[0151] • Setting up a default value that wireless device 22 may fulfill when carrier aggregation has been configured. Such default value is signaled to wireless device 22 via LTE positioning protocol (LPP) signaling or using a positioning system information block.
[0152] • The default value may be further dependent upon the number of carriers that have been aggregated.
[0153] • Providing via signaling (from LMF to UE via LPP signaling) on the number of measurement samples that the wireless device 22 may perform when carrier aggregation has been configured.
[0154] • Wireless device 22 capability on number of samples that it can take for measurement when configured with 2 carriers or 3 carriers. Configuring the value based upon wireless device 22 capability.
[0155] Example Abstract syntax notation (ASN.l)
[0156] NR-DL-PRS-ProcessingCapability
[0157] The information element (IE) NR-DL-PRS-ProcessingCapability defines the common DL-PRS Processing capability. In the case of capabilities for multiple NR positioning methods are provided, the IE NR-DL-PRS-ProcessingCapability applies across the NR positioning methods and the target device shall indicate the same values for the capabilities in IES NR-DL-TDOA-ProvideCapabilities, NR-DL-AoD-ProvideCapabilities, and NR-Multi-RTT-ProvideCapabilities.
[0158] The PRS-ProcessingCapabilityPerBand is defined for a single positioning frequency layer on a certain band (i.e., a target device supporting multiple positioning frequency layers is expected to process one frequency layer at a time) when wireless device 22 is unable to perform bandwidth aggregated measurements. For BWA measurements, multiple PFL would be combined to form wideband PRS and wireless device 22 is expected to process jointly or view multiple PFLs as aggregated to be one large PFL.
