Description

Gas separation system enclosure

[0001] The present invention relates to a gas separation system enclosure, and more particularly, to a gas separation system enclosure having a structure that stably accommodates a gas separation system and enables easy operation.

[0002] Gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) is a safety device installed in high-voltage power systems, such as power plants and substations. Under normal operating conditions, GIS switches and disconnects load currents. Furthermore, GIS is installed to protect the power system by switching lines during abnormal conditions, such as fault currents or short-circuit currents.

[0003] Gas-insulated switchgear is equipped with insulating gas. The insulating gas performs an insulating function, thereby improving the operational reliability of the gas-insulated switchgear.

[0004] Traditional gas-insulated switchgear utilizes sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) as the insulating gas. Sulfur hexafluoride is widely used as an insulating gas due to its low cost, excellent insulating properties, high arc extinguishing ability, and rapid insulation recovery.

[0005] However, sulfur hexafluoride is a greenhouse gas that contributes to global warming. With the recent increase in environmental protection interest and regulations, a consensus is forming in developed countries and elsewhere to reduce greenhouse gases, and research is underway to develop an insulating gas that can replace sulfur hexafluoride.

[0006] For example, NOVEC 1230 (C6F) developed by 3M 12 O) etc. have been developed and are being used to replace sulfur hexafluoride. However, the insulating gases developed to date require excessive costs to secure insulating performance equivalent to that of sulfur hexafluoride.

[0007] Meanwhile, insulating gas also functions as a consumable. That is, as gas-insulated switchgear continues to operate, the insulating gas must be periodically replaced and recharged. Consequently, the constant supply of expensive insulating gas to gas-insulated switchgear places a significant burden on power grid operators and power consumers.

[0008] To this end, devices are being developed to extract insulating gas from the exhaust gas. However, these devices are predicated on being fixed in a specific location, making them difficult to relocate as needed. Furthermore, the components housing these devices require additional measures to accommodate components designed to increase or decrease temperature or pressure and to thermally insulate them from the outside environment.

[0009] Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2023-0074658 discloses a method and system for extracting methane gas, converting the gas into clathrate, and transporting the gas for use. Specifically, the document discloses a method and system for extracting a desired gas from externally supplied natural gas, converting it, and transporting the converted gas.

[0010] However, the gas transport methods and systems disclosed in the aforementioned prior art documents assume fixed installation in a specific location. That is, the locations where natural gas is available are limited, and the aforementioned prior art documents do not provide a method for easily moving the system installed in a specific location to another location.

[0011] Japanese Patent No. 6234494 discloses a liquid distribution system with gas removal and detection capabilities. Specifically, the disclosure discloses a gas separation device comprising a pressure distribution device connected to a fluid inlet to remove gas from a liquid stream.

[0012] However, the gas separation device disclosed in the above-mentioned prior art document does not disclose a configuration related to a separate enclosure for accommodating it. The above-mentioned prior art document only discloses a configuration for connecting to an external container, and fails to provide a configuration related to moving or accommodating the liquid distribution system itself.

As will be described later, the lifting member coupling space (171) of the lifting coupling member (170) can penetrate in the longitudinal direction of the sixth outer frame (160), i.e., the front-back direction.

[0115] The sixth outer frame (160) is coupled with the wheel member (190). The sixth outer frame (160) can be movably supported by the wheel member (190). In the illustrated embodiment, the lower side of the sixth outer frame (160) is coupled with the wheel member (190).

[0116] The sixth outer frame (160) is coupled with the weight sensing unit (300). A space is formed inside the sixth outer frame (160) so that the weight sensing unit (300) can be retractably accommodated.

[0117] In the illustrated embodiment, a scale receiving opening (161) is formed in the sixth outer frame (160).

[0118] The scale receiving opening (161) forms a passage for receiving the scale member (310) of the weight sensing unit (300) in a withdrawable manner in the sixth outer frame (160). The scale receiving opening (161) is formed through one side of the sixth outer frame (160), on the left side in the illustrated embodiment. The scale receiving opening (161) is connected to a space formed inside the sixth outer frame (160).

[0119] The scale receiving opening (161) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the scale member (310). In the illustrated embodiment, the scale receiving opening (161) is formed to have a cross-section in which the length in the front-back direction is longer than the height in the vertical direction.

[0120] The first to sixth external frames (110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160) described above can extend at a predetermined angle to each other. In the illustrated embodiment, the first to sixth external frames (110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160) extend perpendicularly to each other.

[0121] The lifting joint (170) is a portion where the lifting member provided in the aforementioned crane or forklift is connected to the external frame (100). The external frame (100) and the gas separation system enclosure (10) formed thereby can be connected to the crane or forklift via the lifting joint (170).

[0122] The lifting member (170) is positioned on the sixth outer frame (160). As described above, the sixth outer frame (160) constitutes the lower side of the outer frame (100), and it will be understood that the lifting member can lift the outer frame (100) by supporting it from the lower side.

[0123] A plurality of lifting coupling members (170) may be provided. The plurality of lifting coupling members (170) may be spaced apart from each other and may be coupled to the lifting member at different locations. In the illustrated embodiment, a total of four lifting coupling members (170) are provided, one pair each on the front side of the sixth outer frame (160) and one pair each on the rear side of the sixth outer frame (160).

[0124] At this time, a pair of lifting coupling parts (170) positioned to be offset to one side of the width direction of the sixth external frame (160), i.e., the left side, can be arranged to overlap along the length direction of the gas separation system outer case (10), i.e., the front-back direction.

[0125] Likewise, another pair of lifting coupling parts (170) positioned to be offset to the other side in the width direction of the sixth outer frame (160), i.e., the right side, can be arranged to overlap along the longitudinal direction, front-back direction, of the gas separation system enclosure (10).

[0126] Accordingly, the lifting member joining space (171) provided in each lifting joint (170) can be connected along the front-rear direction.

[0127] The lifting coupling part (170) may be configured to include a configuration in which the lifting member is coupled and a configuration for covering the configuration. In the illustrated embodiment, the lifting coupling part (170) includes a lifting member coupling space (171) and a lifting cover (172).

[0128] The lifting member joining space (171) accommodates the lifting member so that it can be withdrawn. The lifting member joining space (171) is formed penetrating along the width direction of the outer frame (100). In the illustrated embodiment, the lifting member joining space (171) is formed penetrating along the front-back direction of the sixth outer frame (160) constituting the lower side of the outer frame (100).

[0129] The lifting member joining space (171) may have any shape that can accommodate the lifting member in a retractable manner. In the illustrated embodiment, the lifting member joining space (171) has a rectangular cross-section and is formed as a polygonal prism-shaped space extending in the front-rear direction.

[0130] The lifting member joint space (171) can be closed by a lifting cover (172).

[0131] The lifting cover (172) opens or closes the lifting member coupling space (171). The lifting cover (172) can be detachably coupled to the sixth external frame (160). The lifting cover (172) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the lifting member coupling space (171). In the illustrated embodiment, the lifting cover (172) is formed in a plate shape with a rectangular cross-section and a thickness in the front-rear direction, and is configured to include a handle (not given a drawing symbol) protruding on the outside.

[0132] The handle member (180) is a structure that is gripped to move the gas separation system enclosure (10). The handle member (180) is located on the outside of the outer frame (100) and can be gripped by a worker, a tool, or a device. When an external force is applied while the handle member (180) is gripped, the gas separation system enclosure (10) can be moved.

[0133] The handle member (180) is exposed to the outside of the outer frame (100). In the illustrated embodiment, the handle member (180) is positioned in the longitudinal direction of the outer frame (100), i.e., in the left-right direction.

[0134] The handle member (180) may have any shape that can be gripped by a worker, tool, device, etc. In the illustrated embodiment, the handle member (180) is formed to have a vertical length.

[0135] A plurality of handle members (180) may be provided. The plurality of handle members (180) are positioned at different locations, and can each receive an external force. In the illustrated embodiment, the handle members (180) include a first handle member (181) and a second handle member (182).

[0136] The first handle member (181) is positioned on one side of the longitudinal direction of the outer frame (100), on the left side in the illustrated embodiment. In other words, the first handle member (181) is positioned adjacent to the third outer frame (130) constituting the left side.

[0137] The first handle member (181) is positioned adjacent to the nozzle coupling portion (400). In the illustrated embodiment, the first handle member (181) is positioned above the nozzle coupling portion (400). Accordingly, the first handle member (181) can be extended by a shorter length compared to the second handle member (182).

[0138] A plurality of first handle members (181) may be provided. The plurality of first handle members (181) may be spaced apart in the width direction of the outer frame (100), or in the front-back direction in the illustrated embodiment. In the illustrated embodiment, a pair of first handle members (181) are provided, and are positioned adjacent to a pair of nozzle coupling parts (400), respectively.

[0139] Meanwhile, the first handle member (181) can support a chain or the like for supporting a container (not shown) containing a mixed gas, which is mounted on the weight sensing unit (300). In other words, the chain or the like can support the container (not shown) while being supported by the first handle member (181).

[0140] Accordingly, it can be said that the first handle member (181) also plays a role in supporting the container (not shown).

[0141] The second handle member (182) is positioned on the other side of the longitudinal direction of the outer frame (100), on the right side in the illustrated embodiment. In other words, the second handle member (182) is positioned adjacent to the fourth outer frame (140) constituting the right side.

[0142] The second handle member (182) can be extended by a longer length than the first handle member (181). As described above, this is because a separate nozzle coupling part (400) is not arranged in the fourth outer frame (140) where the second handle member (182) is arranged.

[0143] In one embodiment, the extension length of the second handle member (182) may be formed to be less than or equal to the sum of the extension lengths of the first handle member (181) and the nozzle coupling portion (400).

[0144] A plurality of second handle members (182) may be provided. The plurality of second handle members (182) may be spaced apart in the width direction of the outer frame (100), in the front-back direction in the illustrated embodiment. In the illustrated embodiment, a pair of second handle members (182) are provided, and are positioned adjacent to each edge in the width direction of the fourth outer frame (140).

[0145] The wheel member (190) movably supports the outer frame (100). An external force applied to the handle member (180) can be converted to move the gas separation system enclosure (10) by the wheel member (190).

[0146] The wheel member (190) is positioned on one side of the height direction of the outer frame (100), in the illustrated embodiment, on the lower side. The wheel member (190) is coupled to the lower surface of the sixth outer frame (160) that constitutes the lower side of the outer frame (100).

[0147] Although not shown, the wheel member (190) may be equipped with a brake (not shown). The brake (not shown) may be configured to secure the wheel member (190) and prevent arbitrary movement of the gas separation system enclosure (10).

[0148] A plurality of wheel members (190) may be provided. The plurality of wheel members (190) may be coupled to the sixth external frame (160) at different locations to movably support the gas separation system enclosure (10). In the illustrated embodiment, four wheel members (190) are provided, each positioned on the left and right sides of the front, and the left and right sides of the rear.

[0149] In one embodiment, the wheel member (190) may be provided to be movable. Accordingly, the wheel member (190) may be configured to adjust the distance between the sixth outer frame (160) and the ground.

[0150] In an embodiment in which a plurality of wheel members (190) are provided, the plurality of wheel members (190) may be provided to be independently movable. Accordingly, the gas separation system enclosure (10) can always be maintained in a horizontal state regardless of the degree of inclination of the position in which it is placed.

[0151] In order to maintain the gas separation system enclosure (10) in a more accurately horizontal state, a level may be provided. In an embodiment in which a plurality of wheel members (190) are provided, a plurality of levels may be provided and positioned adjacent to each of the plurality of wheel members (190).

[0152] The control information input unit (200) is configured to receive a control signal from the outside. The control information input unit (200) is exposed to the outside of the external frame (100). An operator can input a control signal for controlling a gas separation system (not shown) through the control information input unit (200).

[0153] The control information input unit (200) is electrically connected to a gas separation system (not shown). The control information input unit (200) can control the configuration of the gas separation system (not shown) in response to an input control signal.

[0154] The control information input unit (200) is electrically connected to an external power source (not shown). The power required for the operation of the control information input unit (200) or the gas separation system (not shown) can be transmitted from the external power source (not shown) to the control information input unit (200).

[0155] The control information input unit (200) is coupled to the external frame (100). In the illustrated embodiment, the control information input unit (200) is positioned on the upper side of the front of the external frame (100), adjacent to the first external frame (110).

[0156] The control information input unit (200) is partially surrounded by the first outer frame (110). In the illustrated embodiment, the control information input unit (200) is surrounded by the first outer frame (110) on the left and lower sides. In addition, the upper side of the control information input unit (200) is surrounded by the fifth outer frame (150).

[0157] In the illustrated embodiment, the control information input unit (200) includes a control panel (210), an emergency button (220), and an emergency button housing (230).

[0158] The control panel (210) is configured to receive the control signal from the control information input unit (200). The control panel (210) can be opened and exposed to the outside when in use, but closed and protected from the outside when not in use.

[0159] The control panel (210) is positioned adjacent to the first outer frame (110) and is arranged to be surrounded by the first outer frame (110). The control panel (210) is positioned adjacent to the emergency button (220) and the emergency button housing (230). In the illustrated embodiment, the control panel (210) is positioned above the emergency button (220) and the emergency button housing (230) surrounding it.

[0160] The control panel (210) may be configured in any form capable of receiving control signals from an external source and outputting information regarding the operating status of a gas separation system (not shown). In the illustrated embodiment, the control panel (210) is provided in the form of a touch screen. In the above embodiment, the control panel (210) includes a control panel cover (211) and a control panel screen (212).

[0161] The control panel cover (211) constitutes a portion of the control panel (210). The control panel cover (211) is provided to be movable, so as to open or close the control panel screen (212). In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 7, the control panel cover (211) is configured to move up and down to open or close the control panel screen (212). Alternatively, the control panel cover (211) may be configured to rotate to open or close the control panel screen (212).

[0162] In the illustrated embodiment, the control panel cover (211) is depicted as being completely separated from the first outer frame (110). Alternatively, the control panel cover (211) may be configured to open the control panel screen (212), but remain coupled to the first outer frame (110).

[0163] The control panel cover (211) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the control panel screen (212). In the illustrated embodiment, the control panel cover (211) is formed in a plate shape with a rectangular cross-section.

[0164] Alternatively, the control panel cover (211) may be maintained in a state of constantly covering the control panel screen (212). In the above embodiment, the control panel cover (211) may be formed of at least a semi-transparent material so that the operator can recognize the information output on the control panel screen (212). In addition, in the above embodiment, the control panel cover (211) may be configured to transmit a control signal input by pressing or touching to the control panel screen (212).

[0165] The control panel screen (212) receives control signals from the outside. In addition, the control panel screen (212) can output information on the operating status of a gas separation system (not shown) that operates according to the received control signals to the outside.

[0166] The control panel screen (212) may be provided in any form capable of receiving control signals, controlling the gas separation system (not shown), and outputting information regarding the control results. In the above-described embodiment, the control panel screen (212) is provided in the form of a touch screen.

[0167] An emergency button (220) and an emergency button housing (230) are positioned adjacent to the control panel (210).

[0168] The emergency button (220) receives a control signal for emergency stopping of the gas separation system (not shown) in an emergency situation. The emergency button (220) is positioned adjacent to the first outer frame (110) and is located on the front side of the gas separation system enclosure (10).

[0169] The emergency button (220) is positioned adjacent to the control panel (210). In the illustrated embodiment, the emergency button (220) is positioned below and spaced apart from the control panel (210). Therefore, the operator can input a control signal through the control panel (210) and input a control signal for stopping through the emergency button (220) without excessive movement.

[0170] The emergency button (220) may be provided in any form capable of receiving a control signal for emergency stopping of the gas separation system (not shown). In the illustrated embodiment, the emergency button (220) is provided in the form of a button that is operated by pressing and receives the control signal.

[0171] In the above embodiment, the emergency button (220) may be formed to protrude further forward than the first external frame (110). Accordingly, the operator can easily identify the location of the emergency button (220) and quickly apply a control signal for emergency stop through the emergency button (220).

[0172] In the above embodiment, there is a risk of misoperation as the emergency button (220) protrudes compared to the first external frame (110). To prevent this, an emergency button housing (230) may be provided.

[0173] The emergency button housing (230) surrounds the emergency button (220) radially outward. The emergency button housing (230) may be formed to protrude further forward than the first external frame (110). In this case, the protruding length of the emergency button housing (230) may be formed to be greater than the protruding length of the emergency button (220).

[0174] In the above embodiment, the emergency button (220) is surrounded in its radial direction by the emergency button housing (230), so that the risk of misoperation can be reduced.

[0175] The emergency button housing (230) may be of any shape that can prevent misoperation by surrounding the emergency button (220) in a radial direction. In the illustrated embodiment, the emergency button housing (230) has a three-dimensional shape with an annular cross-section and a thickness in the front-back direction. The emergency button (220) may be positioned in a space formed inside the emergency button housing (230).

[0176] The weight sensing unit (300) supports a container (not shown) that accommodates a mixed gas supplied to a gas separation system (not shown). The weight sensing unit (300) can detect the weight of the installed container (not shown) and the mixed gas accommodated in the container (not shown) in real time. The detected weight can be output to the outside through the control information input unit (200). In addition, the gas separation system (not shown) can be controlled in accordance with the detected weight.

[0177] The mixed gas contained in the above container (not shown) is separated into the gas to be recovered and the remaining gas as the gas separation system (not shown) operates, and the amount thereof gradually decreases. When the amount of the mixed gas contained in the above container (not shown) decreases, the above container (not shown) must be separated and replaced with another above container (not shown).

[0178] According to the gas separation system housing (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention, information regarding changes in the weight of the mixed gas contained in the container (not shown) can be provided in real time to the control information input unit (200) or an operator. Accordingly, the amount of the mixed gas remaining in the container (not shown) can also be determined in real time, so that the timing of separation and replacement of the container (not shown) can be accurately and quickly determined.

[0179] The weight sensing unit (300) is coupled to the external frame (100). A portion of the weight sensing unit (300) is detachably accommodated in the external frame (100). In the illustrated embodiment, the weight sensing unit (300) is detachably accommodated in the left portion of the portion of the sixth external frame (160) constituting the lower portion. In the illustrated embodiment, the weight sensing unit (300) is provided in the form of a drawer.

[0180] The weight detection unit (300) is electrically connected to the control information input unit (200). The power required for the operation of the weight detection unit (300) can be supplied from the control information input unit (200). Information on the weight of a container (not shown) or a mixed gas contained therein detected by the weight detection unit (300) can be transmitted to the control information input unit (200).

[0181] In an embodiment not shown, the weight sensing unit (300) may be accommodated inside the outer frame (100). In the embodiment, the weight sensing unit (300) may be configured such that any one of the first to fourth outer frames (110, 120, 130, 140) constituting the horizontal outer shape of the outer frame (100) is opened and withdrawn.

[0182] In the above embodiment, the weight sensing unit (300) can be hinge-coupled to the external frame (100). Accordingly, the weight sensing unit (300) is positioned inside the external frame (100) while being coupled to the external frame (100), but can be pulled outward from the external frame (100) while being coupled to the external frame (100) when necessary.

[0183] Specifically, in the above embodiment, the weight sensing unit (300) may be hinge-coupled to the inner surface of a third external frame (130) that is movably provided. When the third external frame (130) is moved so that the inner surface of the third external frame (130) is exposed to the outside, the weight sensing unit (300) may be moved relative to the third external frame (130) and converted to a state in which it can support the container (not shown).

[0184] In the above embodiment, the weight sensing unit (300) can be movably coupled to the external frame (100) between a first position adjacent to the external frame (100) and a second position further away from the external frame (100) than the first position.

[0185] Meanwhile, referring further to FIG. 20, the gas separation system housing (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention may be equipped with a collection weight detection unit (300') for detecting the weight of a collection tank (T) to be described later. The collection weight detection unit (300') is disposed on a surface surrounding the first frame space (530) in which the collection tank (T) is disposed from the lower side, and can detect the weight of the collection tank (T) and the gas collected in the collection tank (T) in real time.

[0186] Information on changes in the weight of gas collected in the collection tank (T) detected by the collection weight detection unit (300') can be provided in real time to the control information input unit (200) or the operator. Accordingly, the amount of gas collected in the collection tank (T) can also be detected in real time, so that the timing of separation and replacement of the collection tank (T) can be accurately and quickly determined.

[0187] In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 20, the collection weight sensing unit (300') is placed in the sixth outer frame (160). In one embodiment, the collection weight sensing unit (300') may be accommodated inside the sixth outer frame (160) so that its upper surface may be positioned on the same plane as the upper surface of the sixth outer frame (160).

[0188] A guide (not given a drawing symbol) for supporting the collection tank (T) in a horizontal direction may be provided on the upper side of the collection weight detection unit (300'). The guide (not given a drawing symbol) may be configured to support the collection tank (T) in a horizontal direction and cool the collection tank (T) at the same time.

[0189] Although not shown, a cap member (not shown) for supporting the collection tank (T) in a horizontal direction may be provided. The cap member (not shown) is positioned above the guide (not given a drawing symbol), surrounds the upper side of the collection tank (T), and can be detachably coupled to the collection tank (T). At this time, the cap member (not shown) may also be configured to support the collection tank (T) in a horizontal direction and cool the collection tank (T).

[0190] In the above embodiment, the lower side in the height direction of the collection tank (T) may be surrounded by the guide (not given a drawing symbol), and the upper side in the height direction of the collection tank (T) may be surrounded by the cap member (not shown). In the above embodiment, since the collection tank (T) is supported and cooled along the height direction, the mounting state of the collection tank (T) is stably maintained, and any phase change of the liquid (i.e., gas phase-changed) contained in the collection tank (T) can be prevented.

[0191] In the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 12 to 14, the weight sensing unit (300) includes a scale member (310), a scale support frame (320), and a support member (330).

[0192] The scale member (310) supports a container (not shown) and detects the weight of the container (not shown) or the mixed gas contained therein. In addition, the scale member (310) transmits the detected weight to the control information input unit (200).

[0193] The scale member (310) may be provided in any form capable of detecting the weight of a container (not shown) and transmitting the detected weight to the control information input unit (200). In one embodiment, the scale member (310) may be provided in the form of an electronic scale.

[0194] The scale member (310) can be retractably accommodated in the sixth outer frame (160). That is, when the gas separation system (not shown) is not in operation, the scale member (310) can be accommodated in the sixth outer frame (160) through the scale accommodation opening (161). At this time, the outer surface of the scale member (310), the left side in the illustrated embodiment, can be exposed to the outside while closing the scale accommodation opening (161).

[0195] The scale member (310) can be withdrawn from the sixth outer frame (160) in any shape. In one embodiment, the scale member (310) can be withdrawn from the sixth outer frame (160) by a pressing operation, and then received in the sixth outer frame (160) by a pressing operation again. In the above embodiment, the scale member (310) and the sixth outer frame (160) can be combined in the shape of a toggle switch.

[0196] The scale member (310) may have any shape that can be retractably accommodated in the sixth external frame (160). In the illustrated embodiment, the scale member (310) is a three-dimensional shape having a rectangular cross-section and a length in the left-right direction.

[0197] The scale member (310) is coupled to the scale support frame (320). The scale member (310) can be movably supported by the scale support frame (320).

[0198] In one embodiment, the scale member (310) is coupled to the support member (330). The scale member (310) may be supported by the support member (330) at a free end portion opposite to the sixth outer frame (160), i.e., the extended portion.

[0199] In the illustrated embodiment, the scale member (310) includes a settling space (311) and a moving slide member (312).

[0200] The settling space (311) is a space formed inside the scale member (310). A container (not shown) can be at least partially accommodated in the settling space (311) and be accommodated on the scale member (310). The settling space (311) is at least partially surrounded by the surface of the scale member (310). In the illustrated embodiment, the left side, the front side, the rear side, and the lower side of the settling space (311) are surrounded by the surface of the scale member (310). Accordingly, the container (not shown) accommodated in the settling space (311) can also be surrounded on its left side, front side, rear side, and lower side, respectively.

[0201] The movable slide member (312) is a portion in which the scale member (310) is movably coupled to the scale support frame (320). The movable slide member (312) extends in the direction in which the scale member (310) is introduced or withdrawn, i.e., in the left-right direction in the illustrated embodiment. The movable slide member (312) is slidably coupled to the support slide member (321).

[0202] A plurality of movable slide members (312) may be provided. The plurality of movable slide members (312) may be movably coupled to the support slide members (321) at different locations, respectively. In the illustrated embodiment, a pair of movable slide members (312) are provided, and are respectively positioned on the front and rear outer surfaces of the scale member (310). A pair of movable slide members (312) are movably coupled to and supported by a pair of support slide members (321), respectively.

[0203] The scale support frame (320) movably supports the scale member (310). The scale support frame (320) is located inside the sixth outer frame (160) and is not arbitrarily exposed to the outside.

[0204] The scale support frame (320) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the scale receiving opening (161) and the scale member (310). In the illustrated embodiment, the scale support frame (320) has a rectangular cross-section and a three-dimensional shape having a length in the left-right direction. At this time, one side of the scale support frame (320) in the length direction, i.e., the left side, is formed open, and a space for accommodating the scale member (310) is formed inside it.

[0205] In the illustrated embodiment, the scale support frame (320) includes a support slide member (321).

[0206] The support slide member (321) is coupled to the movable slide member (312). The support slide member (321) movably supports the movable slide member (312). The scale member (310) can be moved in the longitudinal direction, i.e., in the left-right direction, along the support slide member (321).

[0207] A plurality of support slide members (321) may be provided. The plurality of support slide members (321) are spaced apart from each other in the width direction of the scale support frame (320), and in the front-back direction in the illustrated embodiment, so as to support the plurality of movable slide members (312) so as to be movable, respectively.

[0208] In the illustrated embodiment, a pair of support slide members (321) are provided and positioned on the inner surface in the width direction of the scale support frame (320), respectively on the inner surface of the front side and the inner surface of the rear side in the illustrated embodiment.

[0209] The support slide member (321) may have any shape that can movably support the movable slide member (312). In the illustrated embodiment, the support slide member (321) extends in the extension direction of the movable slide member (312), i.e., in the left-right direction, and is formed to surround the movable slide member (312) from the outside.

[0210] The support member (330) supports one longitudinal side of the scale member (310), the left side in the illustrated embodiment. The support member (330) is configured to support the free end of the scale member (310) and prevent sagging of the scale member (310).

[0211] The support member (330) may be coupled with the scale member (310). At this time, the support member (330) may be foldably coupled to the scale member (310). For example, the support member (330) may be foldably coupled to the lower surface of the scale member (310) and may be maintained in a state accommodated in the sixth external frame (160) together with the scale member (310). When the scale member (310) is pulled out, the support member (330) may be configured to be pulled out and unfolded together to support the free end of the scale member (310).

[0212] Therefore, the scale member (310) can be stably placed without a separate structure for accommodating the support member (330).

[0213] The nozzle coupling unit (400) is a configuration that fluidly connects a gas separation system (not shown) housed in a gas separation system housing (10) to the outside. The nozzle coupling unit (400) is fluidly connected to a container (not shown) containing a mixed gas (i.e., mounted on a scale member (310)) and the gas separation system (not shown), respectively.

[0214] The nozzle coupling portion (400) is positioned on the outer frame (100). A portion of the nozzle coupling portion (400) is exposed to the outside of the outer frame (100). The remaining portion of the nozzle coupling portion (400) is positioned on the inside of the outer frame (100). In the illustrated embodiment, the nozzle coupling portion (400) is positioned on the left side of the outer frame (100) and is at least partially surrounded by the third outer frame (130).

[0215] The nozzle coupling member (400) is positioned adjacent to the handle member (180). In the illustrated embodiment, the nozzle coupling member (400) is positioned above the first handle member (181) located on the left side. Accordingly, as described above, the first handle member (181) is extended shorter than the second handle member (182).

[0216] In an embodiment in which the nozzle coupling portion (400) is at least partially exposed to the outside of the outer frame (100), a configuration for fluidly connecting the outside with a gas separation system (not shown) can be easily coupled to the nozzle coupling portion (400). That is, in the embodiment, the nozzle coupling portion (400) is always fluidly connected with the gas separation system (not shown) housed inside the outer frame (100), but can be selectively fluidly connected with the outside.

[0217] Therefore, the gas separation system housing (10) and the gas separation system (not shown) housed therein can be easily moved simply by disconnecting the fluid connection between the nozzle coupling portion (400) and the outside. In addition, when the gas separation system housing (10) and the gas separation system (not shown) housed therein are placed at a desired location, the outside and the gas separation system (not shown) can be easily fluidly connected simply by fluidly connecting the nozzle coupling portion (400) and the outside.

[0218] Alternatively, the nozzle coupling portion (400) may be positioned inside the outer frame (100) so as not to be exposed to the outside. In the above embodiment, the nozzle coupling portion (400) may be fluidly connected to the outside by a configuration that extends to the inside of the outer frame (100). In the above embodiment, the nozzle coupling portion (400) may be protected by the outer frame (100), thereby preventing damage to the nozzle coupling portion (400) due to external force or the external environment.

[0219] A plurality of nozzle coupling units (400) may be provided. The plurality of nozzle coupling units (400) are positioned at different locations, and can fluidly connect the external and gas separation systems (not shown), respectively. In the illustrated embodiment, the nozzle coupling unit (400) includes a first nozzle coupling unit (400a) positioned on the front side and a second nozzle coupling unit (400b) positioned on the rear side.

[0220] In one embodiment, either the first nozzle coupling portion (400a) or the second nozzle coupling portion (400b) may be coupled with components for fluidly connecting the gas separation system (not shown) to the outside when the gas separation system (not shown) is operated in test mode.

[0221] Additionally, the other one of the first nozzle coupling portion (400a) and the second nozzle coupling portion (400b) can be coupled with components for fluidly connecting the gas separation system (not shown) and the outside when the gas separation system (not shown) is operated in the driving mode.

[0222] In another embodiment, the first nozzle coupling portion (400a) and the second nozzle coupling portion (400b) may be coupled with components for fluidly connecting the gas separation system (not shown) operating in a test mode or an operation mode to the outside, respectively.

[0223] In other words, the first nozzle coupling portion (400a) and the second nozzle coupling portion (400b) can be combined with configurations for fluidly connecting the outside and the gas separation system (not shown) regardless of the mode in which the gas separation system (not shown) operates.

[0224] The first nozzle coupling part (400a) and the second nozzle coupling part (400b) differ in their arrangement positions, but their structures and functions are similar. Therefore, in the following description of the same configuration, the first nozzle coupling part (400a) and the second nozzle coupling part (400b) are collectively referred to as the nozzle coupling part (400).

[0225] In the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 9 to 11, 17 and 18, the nozzle coupling portion (400) includes a nozzle coupling cover (410), a nozzle coupling space (420), a nozzle member (430) and a nozzle support member (440).

[0226] The nozzle coupling cover (410) is configured to cover the nozzle member (430) provided in the nozzle coupling portion (400) and the nozzle coupling space (420) that accommodates the nozzle member (430). The nozzle coupling cover (410) is detachably coupled to the external frame (100). When the nozzle coupling cover (410) is coupled to the external frame (100), the nozzle coupling space (420) and the nozzle member (430) accommodated therein are not exposed to the outside.

[0227] Accordingly, damage to the nozzle member (430) can be prevented when the gas separation system (not shown) is not in use.

[0228] The nozzle coupling cover (410) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the nozzle coupling space (420). In the illustrated embodiment, the nozzle coupling cover (410) is formed in a plate shape with a rectangular cross-section and a thickness in the left-right direction, and is configured to include a handle portion that is formed to protrude so as to be gripped.

[0229] The nozzle coupling cover (410) can be detachably coupled to the external frame (100) in any shape. In one embodiment, the nozzle coupling cover (410) includes a magnetic member and can be detachably coupled to the external frame (100) by magnetic force.

[0230] The nozzle coupling space (420) is a space that accommodates the nozzle member (430). The nozzle coupling space (420) is formed by being recessed into the outer surface of the outer frame (100). In other words, the nozzle coupling space (420) is defined by being surrounded by the first outer frame (110) and the third outer frame (130), but is formed to be recessed compared to the first and third outer frames (110, 130).

[0231] The nozzle coupling space (420) can accommodate a plurality of nozzle members (430). At this time, the plurality of nozzle members (430) can be arranged in the nozzle coupling space (420) so as to be spaced apart from each other.

[0232] The nozzle coupling space (420) can be covered or opened by the nozzle coupling cover (410). As described above, when the gas separation system (not shown) is not in operation, the nozzle coupling space (420) can be covered and closed by the nozzle coupling cover (410). When the gas separation system (not shown) is in operation, the nozzle coupling space (420) can be opened by removing the nozzle coupling cover (410).

[0233] The nozzle coupling space (420) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the nozzle coupling cover (410). In the illustrated embodiment, the nozzle coupling space (420) is formed as a polygonal prism-shaped space having a rectangular cross-section and a depth in the left-right direction.

[0234] The nozzle member (430) is fluidly connected to the exterior and the gas separation system (not shown), respectively. In other words, the nozzle member (430) fluidly connects the exterior and the gas separation system (not shown). With the nozzle member (430), the fluid connection structure between the exterior and the gas separation system (not shown) can be simplified.

[0235] A portion of the nozzle member (430) is exposed to the outside of the outer frame (100). In addition, another portion of the nozzle member (430) is positioned on the inside of the outer frame (100). Said portion of the nozzle member (430) may be fluidly connected to another external component, for example, a container (not shown) for receiving a mixed gas. Said other portion of the nozzle member (430) may be fluidly connected to a gas separation system (not shown).

[0236] The nozzle member (430) is positioned in the nozzle coupling space (420). The nozzle member (430) may be exposed to the outside or may be blocked from exposure by the nozzle coupling cover (410).

[0237] The nozzle member (430) is coupled to the nozzle support member (440). The nozzle member (430) can be supported by the nozzle support member (440).

[0238] The nozzle member (430) may have any shape that can fluidly connect the exterior of the outer frame (100) and the gas separation system (not shown). In the illustrated embodiment, the nozzle member (430) is shaped like a pipe with a hollow space formed therein and a length in the left-right direction.

[0239] A plurality of nozzle members (430) may be provided. The plurality of nozzle members (430) may be positioned in the nozzle coupling space (420) spaced apart from each other. The plurality of nozzle members (430) may be fluidly connected to the components of the external and gas separation systems (not shown).

[0240] In the illustrated embodiment, four nozzle members (430) are provided in each of the first nozzle coupling portion (400a) and the second nozzle coupling portion (400b) and are spaced apart in the front-back and up-down directions.

[0241] The nozzle support member (440) supports the nozzle member (430). The nozzle support member (440) is positioned inside the outer frame (100) and is not exposed to the outside. Since the nozzle support member (440) is positioned inside the outer frame (100), the nozzle member (430) can be stably supported while the exterior of the gas separation system enclosure (10) can be formed to be attractive.

[0242] The nozzle support member (440) may be positioned on the inner surface of the third outer frame (130). In the illustrated embodiment, the nozzle support member (440) is positioned on the upper side of the inner surface of the third outer frame (130). The position of the nozzle support member (440) may be changed to correspond to the position of the nozzle member (430).

[0243] The inner end of the nozzle member (430) supported by the nozzle support member (440), i.e., the right end in the illustrated embodiment, may be exposed to the interior of the outer frame (100). A gas separation system (not shown) may be fluidly connected to the inner end of the nozzle member (430).

[0244] The inner frame (500) defines a space formed within the outer frame (100). In addition, the inner frame (500) may be defined as a part of the defined space. The inner frame (500) accommodates the configuration of a gas separation system (not shown).

[0245] The inner frame (500) is coupled to the outer frame (100). The inner frame (500) is located inside the outer frame (100).

[0246] In the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 17 to 20, the inner frame (500) includes a first inner frame bulkhead (510), a second inner frame bulkhead (520), a first frame space (530), a second frame space (540), and a third frame space (550).

[0247] The first inner frame bulkhead (510) at least partially partitions the space formed inside the outer frame (100). The first inner frame bulkhead (510) is configured to physically partition the first nozzle coupling portion (400a) from other components.

[0248] In the illustrated embodiment, the first inner frame bulkhead (510) divides the first frame space (530) and the second frame space (540). The first inner frame bulkhead (510) surrounds the first frame space (530) together with the first outer frame (110), the third outer frame (130), the fifth outer frame (150), and the sixth outer frame (160). In the illustrated embodiment, the first inner frame bulkhead (510) surrounds the rear side and the right side of the first frame space (530).

[0249] The first inner frame bulkhead (510) surrounds the first nozzle coupling portion (400a) located in the first frame space (530). Accordingly, the first nozzle coupling portion (400a) can be physically partitioned from the second frame space (540) and the third frame space (550) in which other components of the gas separation system (not shown) are arranged. Consequently, the first nozzle coupling portion (400a) is not affected by moisture or heat generated in the second frame space (540) or the third frame space (550).

[0250] The first inner frame bulkhead (510) can be divided into a plurality of parts along its extension direction. In the illustrated embodiment, the first inner frame bulkhead (510) is configured to include a width-wise bulkhead (511) that is continuous with the inner surface of the first outer frame (110) and extends in the front-rear direction, and a length-wise bulkhead (512) that is continuous with the inner surface and the width-wise bulkhead (511) of the third outer frame (130), respectively.

[0251] At this time, a through hole (not shown) through which a pipe fluidly connecting the collection tank (T) and the collection cylinder (C) passes may be formed in either of the width-direction bulkhead (511) and the length-direction bulkhead (512).

[0252] As the first inner frame bulkhead (510) is formed, even if the third outer frame (130) is moved, only the first frame space (530) may be exposed to the outside, and the second frame space (540) and the third frame space (550) may not be exposed to the outside.

[0253] Accordingly, only the collection tank (T) can be introduced and withdrawn while other components of the gas separation system (not shown) are not exposed to the outside. Furthermore, the temperature of the second frame space (540) that is not exposed to the outside can be maintained at a constant level.

[0254] A second inner frame bulkhead (520) is positioned spaced apart from the first inner frame bulkhead (510).

[0255] The second inner frame bulkhead (520) at least partially partitions the space formed inside the outer frame (100). The second inner frame bulkhead (520) is configured to physically partition the second nozzle coupling portion (400b) from other components.

[0256] In the illustrated embodiment, the second inner frame bulkhead (520) divides the second frame space (540) and the third frame space (550). The second inner frame bulkhead (520) surrounds the second frame space (540) together with the first to third outer frames (110, 120, 130), the fifth outer frame (150), and the sixth outer frame (160). In the illustrated embodiment, the second inner frame bulkhead (520) surrounds the right side of the second frame space (540).

[0257] Additionally, the second inner frame bulkhead (520) surrounds a third frame space (550) together with the first outer frame (110), the second outer frame (120), and the fourth to sixth outer frames (140, 150, 160). In the illustrated embodiment, the second inner frame bulkhead (520) surrounds the left side of the third frame space (550).

[0258] Accordingly, it can be said that the second inner frame bulkhead (520) divides the second frame space (540) and the third frame space (550).

[0259] The second inner frame bulkhead (520) surrounds the second nozzle coupling portion (400b) located in the second frame space (540). In addition, the second inner frame bulkhead (520) surrounds the compressor (Comp), the membrane member (M), and the collection cylinder (C) located in the second frame space (540) (see FIGS. 19 to 20).

[0260] Accordingly, the compressor (Comp), membrane member (M) and capture cylinder (C) are physically and thermally isolated from other components accommodated in the first frame space (530) and the third frame space (550), so that they are not affected by moisture or heat generated in the other components.

[0261] To this end, the first inner frame bulkhead (510) and the second inner frame bulkhead (520) may be formed of insulating and non-conductive materials, respectively.

[0262] Meanwhile, an opening may be formed in the second internal frame bulkhead (520) to at least partially connect the second frame space (540) and the third frame space (550). The opening may be formed through the second internal frame bulkhead (520) to form a passage through which heat generated in the second frame space (540) flows out to the third frame space (550).

[0263] The first frame space (530) constitutes a portion of the interior space of the outer frame (100) partitioned by the inner frame (500). The first frame space (530) is positioned adjacent to the third outer frame (130). In the illustrated embodiment, the first frame space (530) is positioned at the far left.

[0264] The first frame space (530) is defined by being surrounded by the first, third, fifth, and sixth outer frames (11, 130, 150, 160) and the first inner frame bulkhead (510). The first frame space (530) accommodates the first nozzle coupling portion (400a). In addition, the first frame space (530) accommodates a collection tank (T) that stores the fluid collected in the collection cylinder (C) (see FIGS. 19 and 20). As described above, the first frame space (530) may further be provided with a weight detection portion (not shown) for detecting the weight of the collection tank (T) and the gas collected therein.

[0265] The first frame space (530) can be physically and thermally separated from the second frame space (540) by the first internal frame bulkhead (510). Accordingly, the first nozzle coupling portion (400a) and the collection tank (T) accommodated in the first frame space (530) can be physically and thermally separated from other components.

[0266] The second frame space (540) constitutes another portion of the interior space of the outer frame (100) partitioned by the inner frame (500). The second frame space (540) is located between the first frame space (530) and the third frame space (550). In the illustrated embodiment, the second frame space (540) is located in the middle portion of the first frame space (530) and the third frame space (550).

[0267] The second frame space (540) is defined by being surrounded by the first to third outer frames (110, 120, 130), the fifth and sixth outer frames (150, 160), and the first to second inner frame bulkheads (510, 520). The second frame space (540) accommodates a compressor (Comp), a membrane member (M), and a capture cylinder (C) (see FIGS. 19 to 20).

[0268] At this time, the compressor (Comp) may be positioned lower than the other components. This is because the compressor (Comp) generates greater vibration during operation than the other components. A component, such as a rubber pad, may be provided on the surface surrounding the second frame space (540) from the lower side, i.e., the upper surface of the sixth outer frame (160), to reduce vibration generated from the compressor (Comp).

[0269] The second frame space (540) can be physically and thermally partitioned from the first frame space (530) by the first internal frame bulkhead (510). In addition, the second frame space (540) can be physically and thermally partitioned from the third frame space (550) by the second internal frame bulkhead (520). Accordingly, the compressor (Comp), the membrane member (M), and the capture cylinder (C) accommodated in the second frame space (540) can be physically and thermally separated from other components.

[0270] A configuration for temperature control, such as a cooling or heating device, can be positioned in the second frame space (540).

[0271] Additionally, a portion of the heat generated in the second frame space (540) can be discharged to the third frame space (550) through an opening formed in the second inner frame bulkhead (520). Another portion of the heat generated in the second frame space (540) can be discharged to the outside through an exhaust ventilation hole (121a, 122a) formed in the second outer frame (120).

[0272] Accordingly, the second frame space (540) can be maintained at a constant temperature by the configuration for temperature control described above, and the generated heat can be discharged through various paths. Accordingly, the second frame space (540) can be maintained at a temperature appropriate for the operation of the compressor (Comp), membrane member (M), and capture cylinder (C) arranged therein.

[0273] The third frame space (550) constitutes the remaining portion of the internal space of the outer frame (100) partitioned into the inner frame (500). The third frame space (550) is located on the far right, adjacent to the fourth outer frame (140).

[0274] The third frame space (550) is defined by being surrounded by the first to second outer frames (110, 120), the fourth to sixth outer frames (140, 150, 160), and the second inner frame bulkhead (520). The third frame space (550) accommodates a first chiller (Chiller 1) and a second chiller (Chiller 2) (see FIGS. 19 and 20). The first chiller (Chiller 1) may be configured to cool the membrane member (M) in an air-cooled manner. The second chiller (Chiller 2) may be configured to cool the collection tank (T) in a water-cooled manner.

[0275] The third frame space (550) can be physically and thermally separated from the second frame space (540) by the second internal frame bulkhead (520). Accordingly, the compressor (Comp) and chiller (Chiller) accommodated in the third frame space (550) can be physically and thermally separated from other components.

[0276] Additionally, the third frame space (550) can accommodate a configuration for operation and control of a gas separation system (not shown), such as a PLC and a power supply.

[0277] As described above, heat generated in the second frame space (540) can be introduced into the third frame space (550). The heat introduced into the third frame space (550) can be discharged to the outside through the exhaust ventilation holes (121a, 122a) formed in the second external frame (120).

[0278] In an embodiment not shown, only the second inner frame bulkhead (520) may be provided without the first inner frame bulkhead (510). In the embodiment, the first frame space (530) and the second frame space (540) may be maintained in a state of being connected to each other, and the third frame space (550) may be partitioned from the first and second frame spaces (530, 540) by the second inner frame bulkhead (520).

[0279] Accordingly, the gas separation system enclosure (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention can accommodate a gas separation system (not shown) in a fluidic connection with the outside. The gas separation system enclosure (10) is provided to be movable, so that it can be easily moved to any location where gas separation work is required. Furthermore, the gas separation system enclosure (10) accommodates each component of the gas separation system (not shown) in a physically and thermally separate manner, so that gas separation efficiency can be maximized.

[0280] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described, the spirit of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments presented in this specification, and those skilled in the art who understand the spirit of the present invention will be able to easily propose other embodiments by adding, changing, deleting, or adding components within the scope of the same spirit, but this will also be considered to fall within the spirit of the present invention.
