[0026] Similarly, each of the sewing machine controller 8 and the information terminal 11 includes a computer system having a processor, a main memory, a storage, and an interface.

[0027] 3 is a functional block diagram showing the management device 3 and the sewing machine 2 according to an embodiment. As shown in FIG. 3, the management controller 6 has a normal operation time calculation unit 61, a corrected operation time calculation unit 62, an operation data acquisition unit 63, and an output unit 64.

[0028] The normal work time calculation unit 61 calculates normal work time, which indicates the time required for a worker to perform normal work of sewing the sewing object 100 using the sewing machine 2. The normal work time calculation unit 61 calculates the normal work time for each of the multiple sewing machines 2. The normal work time corresponds to what is called standard time. Normal work time (standard time) refers to the time required when working using optimal methods and conditions. Standard time includes work time and slack time. Work time refers to the time required when a worker with standard proficiency works using standard work procedures, methods, and conditions. Slack time refers to additional time that appears irregularly or accidentally when performing work, and time that compensates for production declines due to other factors. The normal work time may be the cumulative value of normal work time for one sewing machine 2.

[0029] The correction work time calculation unit 62 calculates a correction work time indicating the time required for a worker to perform correction work using the sewing machine 2 to correct the sewing object 100 after normal work has been performed. If there are multiple sewing machines 2 performing correction work, the correction work time calculation unit 62 calculates the correction work time for each of the multiple sewing machines 2. The correction work time corresponds to the standard time required for correction. The correction work time may be a cumulative value of the correction work time for one sewing machine 2.

[0030] The operation data acquisition unit 63 acquires operation data transmitted from the sewing machine controller 8 of the sewing machine 2. The operation data acquisition unit 63 acquires operation data of each of the plurality of sewing machines 2.

[0031] The output unit 64 outputs the normal work time calculated by the normal work time calculation unit 61 and the corrected work time calculated by the corrected work time calculation unit 62. In the embodiment, the output unit 64 outputs the normal work time and the corrected work time to the display device 4.

[0032] [Calculation of normal work time] When normal work is performed on the sewing object 100, an identification tag 101 is attached to the sewing object 100. The identification tag 101 is attached to the sewing object 100 to identify the sewing object 100 on which normal work is performed. In the following description, the identification tag 101 attached to the sewing object 100 to identify the sewing object 100 on which normal work is performed will be referred to as the normal tag 101 as appropriate.

[0033] When normal work is started on the sewing object 100, the normal tag 101 is identified by the identification device 9. When starting normal work on the sewing object 100, the worker operates the start button provided on the operation panel 7 and causes the identification device 9 to read the normal tag 101 attached to the sewing object 100. After the identification device 9 reads the normal tag 101, the worker starts normal work. The worker carries out setup for sewing the sewing object 100 and sews the sewing object 100 using the sewing machine 2. After the normal work is completed, the worker operates the end button provided on the operation panel 7 and causes the identification device 9 to read the normal tag 101 attached to the sewing object 100 again.

[0034] The sewing machine controller 8 transmits to the management controller 6 operation data generated by operating the operation panel 7 and first identification data indicating the identification data of the regular tag 101 by the identification device 9. The management controller 6 receives the operation data generated by operating the start button on the operation panel 7, the first identification data of the regular tag 101 read into the identification device 9 at the start of regular work, the operation data generated by operating the end button on the operation panel 7, and the first identification data of the regular tag 101 read into the identification device 9 at the end of regular work.

[0035] The normal work time calculation unit 61 calculates the normal work time based on the first identification data when the identification device 9 identifies the normal tag 101. The normal work time calculation unit 61 can calculate the normal work time based on the first identification data of the normal tag 101 read into the identification device 9 at the start of the normal work and the first identification data of the normal tag 101 read into the identification device 9 at the end of the normal work. In other words, the normal work time calculation unit 61 can calculate the normal work time based on the difference between the time when the normal tag 101 is read into the identification device 9 together with the operation of the start button on the operation panel 7 and the time when the normal tag 101 is read into the identification device 9 together with the operation of the end button on the operation panel 7.

[0036] The normal work time is calculated for each of the first process (first sewing machine 2A), the second process (second sewing machine 2B), and the third process (third sewing machine 2C).

[0037] The normal work time calculation unit 61 may calculate the normal work time based on the operation data acquired by the operation data acquisition unit 63. As described above, the operation data of the sewing machine 2 includes the operating conditions of the sewing machine 2. The operating conditions of the sewing machine 2 include the drive time of the sewing machine motor. The normal work time calculation unit 61 may calculate the drive time of the sewing machine motor during normal work as the normal work time.

[0038] [Calculation of correction work time] After normal work has been performed, the sewing object 100 is inspected by an inspector in the inspection process. If a defect is found in the sewing object 100 in the inspection process, it is returned to the sewing process and correction work is carried out. When correction work is carried out on the sewing object 100, an identification tag 102 is attached to the sewing object 100. The sewing object 100 with the identification tag 102 attached is returned to the sewing process. The identification tag 102 is attached to the sewing object 100 in order to identify the sewing object 100 that will be corrected. In the following description, the identification tag 102 attached to the sewing object 100 in order to identify the sewing object 100 that will be corrected will be referred to as the correction tag 102 as appropriate.

[0039] For example, if a defect caused by work in the first process is found, the sewing object 100 with the correction tag 102 attached is returned to the first process (first sewing machine 2A). If a defect caused by work in the second or third process is found, the sewing object 100 with the correction tag 102 attached is returned to the second process (second sewing machine 2B) or the third process (third sewing machine 2C). Figure 1 shows an example in which the sewing object 100 with the correction tag 102 attached is returned to the second process (second sewing machine 2B).

[0040] When correction work is started on the sewing object 100, the correction tag 102 is identified by the identification device 9. When starting correction work on the sewing object 100, the worker operates a start button provided on the operation panel 7 and causes the identification device 9 to read the correction tag 102 attached to the sewing object 100. After the correction tag 102 is read into the identification device 9, the worker starts the correction work. The worker carries out setup for correcting the sewing object 100, or corrects the sewing object 100 using the sewing machine 2. After the correction work is completed, the worker operates an end button provided on the operation panel 7 and causes the identification device 9 to read again the correction tag 102 attached to the sewing object 100.

[0041] The sewing machine controller 8 transmits to the management controller 6 the operation data generated by operating the operation panel 7 and second identification data indicating the identification data of the correction tag 102 by the identification device 9. The management controller 6 receives the operation data generated by operating the start button on the operation panel 7, the second identification data of the correction tag 102 read into the identification device 9 at the start of the correction work, the operation data generated by operating the end button on the operation panel 7, and the second identification data of the correction tag 102 read into the identification device 9 at the end of the correction work.

[0042] The correction work time calculation unit 62 calculates the correction work time based on the second identification data when the identification device 9 identifies the corrected tag 102. The correction work time calculation unit 62 can calculate the correction work time based on the second identification data of the corrected tag 102 read into the identification device 9 at the start of the correction work and the second identification data of the corrected tag 102 read into the identification device 9 at the end of the correction work. In other words, the correction work time calculation unit 62 can calculate the correction work time based on the difference between the time when the corrected tag 102 is read into the identification device 9 together with the operation of the start button on the operation panel 7 and the time when the corrected tag 102 is read into the identification device 9 together with the operation of the end button on the operation panel 7.

[0043] When there are a plurality of sewing processes (sewing machines 2) in which correction work is performed, the correction work time is calculated for each of the plurality of sewing processes (sewing machines 2).

[0044] The correction work time calculation unit 62 may calculate the correction work time based on the operation data acquired by the operation data acquisition unit 63. As described above, the operation data of the sewing machine 2 includes the operating conditions of the sewing machine 2. The operating conditions of the sewing machine 2 include the drive time of the sewing machine motor. The correction work time calculation unit 62 may calculate the drive time of the sewing machine motor during the correction work as the correction work time.

[0045] [Sewing Management Method] Figure 4 is a flowchart showing a sewing management method according to an embodiment. The normal work time calculation unit 61 determines whether or not it has received the first identification data from the normal tag 101 (step S1). If it is determined in step S1 that it has received the first identification data (step S1: Yes), the normal work time calculation unit 61 calculates the normal work time based on the first identification data (step S2). The first identification data is transmitted from the sewing machine controller 8 to the management controller 6 at the start and end of the normal work. The normal work time calculation unit 61 can calculate the normal work time based on the first identification data received at the start and end of the normal work.

[0046] The correction work time calculation unit 62 determines whether or not it has received the second identification data of the correction tag 102 (Step S3). If it is determined in Step S3 that it has received the second identification data (Step S3: Yes), the correction work time calculation unit 62 calculates the correction work time based on the second identification data (Step S4). The second identification data is transmitted from the sewing machine controller 8 to the management controller 6 at the start and end of the correction work. The correction work time calculation unit 62 can calculate the correction work time based on the second identification data received at the start of the correction work and the second identification data received at the end of the correction work.

[0047] The output unit 64 generates output data based on the normal work time calculated in step S2 and the corrected work time calculated in step S4 (step S5). The output unit 64 outputs the output data to the display device 4 (step S6). In this embodiment, the output data includes display data to be displayed on the display device 4.

[0048] If it is determined in step S1 that the first identification data has not been received (step S1: No), the output data is generated without calculating the normal operation time.If it is determined in step S3 that the second identification data has not been received (step S3: No), the output data is generated without calculating the correction operation time.

[0049] 5 is a diagram showing an example of display data displayed on the display device 4 according to the embodiment. As shown in FIG. 5, the output unit 64 causes the display device 4 to display the normal work time and the correction work time. In the example shown in FIG. 5, the output unit 64 causes the display device 4 to display a bar graph showing the relationship between the normal work time and the correction work time. The manager can recognize the relationship between the normal work time and the correction work time based on the display data displayed on the display device 4.

[0050] The output unit 64 causes the display device 4 to display the normal work time and the correction work time for each of the multiple sewing machines 2. Based on the display data displayed on the display device 4, the manager can recognize the relationship between the normal work time and the correction work time for each of the multiple sewing machines 2.

[0051] The output unit 64 may display the normal work time and the correction work time on the display device 4 for each of a plurality of workers.

[0052] [Effects] As described above, according to the embodiment, the sewing management system 1 includes a normal work time calculation unit 61 that calculates a normal work time indicating the time required for the normal work of an operator sewing the sewing object 100 using the sewing machine 2, a correction work time calculation unit 62 that calculates a correction work time indicating the time required for the operator to perform correction work using the sewing machine 2 to correct the sewing object 100 after the normal work has been performed, and an output unit 64 that outputs the normal work time and the correction work time. Since not only the time required for the normal work but also the time required for the correction work is calculated, the manager can recognize the total work time including the normal work time and the correction work time. The manager can recognize the proportion of the correction work time in the total work time. This allows the manager to appropriately plan the production of sewn products.

[0053] A normal tag 101 for identifying the sewing object 100 on which normal work is performed is attached to the sewing object 100. A correction tag 102 for identifying the sewing object 100 on which correction work is performed is attached to the sewing object 100. The sewing machine 2 has an identification device 9 that identifies the normal tag 101 and the correction tag 102. The normal work time calculation unit 61 can calculate the normal work time based on first identification data obtained when the identification device 9 identifies the normal tag 101. The correction work time calculation unit 62 can calculate the correction work time based on second identification data obtained when the identification device 9 identifies the correction tag 102. Furthermore, the normal tag 101 and the correction tag 102 each include product number data of the sewing object 100, and display data showing the relationship between the product number, the normal work time, and the correction work time is displayed on the display device 4, allowing the administrator to manage the normal work time and the correction work time for each product number.

[0054] A plurality of sewing machines 2 are provided. The output unit 64 displays the relationship between normal work time and correction work time on the display device 4 for each of the plurality of sewing machines 2. The manager can manage the normal work time and correction work time for each sewing machine 2. Furthermore, by displaying the relationship between normal work time and correction work time for each of the plurality of workers on the display device 4, the manager can manage the normal work time and correction work time for each worker. The manager can judge the ability of each worker and determine the worker's remuneration based on the relationship between the worker's normal work time and correction work time. The manager may determine that the shorter the correction work time, the higher the worker's ability. The manager may also increase the worker's remuneration for each of the workers with shorter correction work time.

[0055] In the above-described embodiment, the correction work time calculation unit 62 may calculate the frequency of correction work in a predetermined period (for example, one day or one week). The correction work time calculation unit 62 may calculate the frequency of correction work for each sewing machine 2 or for each worker.

[0056] In the above-described embodiment, at the start of normal work and correction work, the start button on the operation panel 7 is operated and the identification tag (101, 102) is read by the identification device 9, and at the end of normal work and correction work, the end button on the operation panel 7 is operated and the identification tag (101, 102) is read by the identification device 9. It is only necessary for the management controller 6 to recognize the start and end of normal work and correction work, and the operation panel 7 does not need to be operated.

[0057] The present disclosure includes the following aspects: (1) A sewing management system comprising: a normal work time calculation unit that calculates a normal work time indicating a time required for normal work of an operator sewing a sewing object using a sewing machine; a correction work time calculation unit that calculates a correction work time indicating a time required for correction work of the operator using the sewing machine to correct the sewing object after the normal work has been performed; and an output unit that outputs the normal work time and the correction work time. (2) The sewing management system described in (1), wherein a normal tag for identifying the sewing object for which the normal work is performed is affixed to the sewing object, and a correction tag for identifying the sewing object for which the correction work is performed is affixed to the sewing object, the sewing machine has an identification device that identifies the normal tag and the correction tag, the normal work time calculation unit calculates the normal work time based on first identification data when the identification device identifies the normal tag, and the correction work time calculation unit calculates the correction work time based on second identification data when the identification device identifies the correction tag.
