[0021] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field without making creative efforts are within the scope of protection of the present invention.

[0022] FIG1 is a schematic structural diagram of a liquid cooling system for a charging pile according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0023] As shown in FIG1 , the liquid cooling system of the charging pile according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a water pump 100 , a water tank 200 , a heat exchanger 300 , a liquid outlet temperature sensor 400 , and N parallel liquid cooling circuits 500 (only two are shown in the figure).

[0024] Among them, the water outlet of the water tank 200 is connected to the water inlet of the water pump 100, and the coolant is stored in the water tank 200; the coolant inlet of the heat exchanger 300 is connected to the water outlet of the liquid-cooled power module, and the coolant outlet of the heat exchanger 300 is connected to the water inlet of the water tank 200; the outlet liquid temperature sensor 400 is arranged at the outlet of the water pump 100, for collecting the outlet liquid temperature; N liquid cooling circuits 500 share a heat exchanger 300 and a condenser 510, wherein the N liquid cooling circuits 500 are turned on in sequence according to the outlet liquid temperature, for cooling the coolant flowing into the heat exchanger 300, and N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2.

[0025] Specifically, when cooling the target charging pile, the water pump 100 can be driven to start operation to flow the coolant in the water tank 200 into the liquid cooling power module, thereby cooling the target charging pile through the liquid cooling power module. When the outlet liquid temperature detected by the outlet liquid temperature sensor 400 is too high, that is, the outlet liquid temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature, it indicates that the temperature of the coolant flowing out of the water outlet of the water tank 200 is too high to meet the cooling requirements of the target charging pile. In this case, the coolant flowing through the heat exchanger 300 can be cooled by the liquid cooling circuit 500.

[0026] Specifically, N liquid cooling circuits can be controlled to be turned on in sequence according to the outlet liquid temperature, so as to cool the coolant flowing into the heat exchanger until the outlet liquid temperature is lower than the second preset temperature.

[0027] In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG1 , the liquid cooling system of the charging pile further includes: a liquid level sensor 600 , a water tank temperature sensor 700 and a liquid inlet temperature sensor 800 .

[0028] Among them, the liquid level sensor 600 is set in the water tank 200 for collecting the water tank liquid level; the water tank temperature sensor 700 is set in the water tank 200 for collecting the water tank temperature; the inlet liquid temperature sensor 800 is set at the coolant inlet of the heat exchanger 300 for collecting the inlet liquid temperature.

[0029] Specifically, when the liquid cooling power module starts working, it can first determine whether the water tank liquid level is higher than the preset liquid level, and whether the water tank temperature is lower than the first preset temperature. If the water tank liquid level is higher than the preset liquid level and the water tank temperature is lower than the first preset temperature, the water pump 100 is driven to start working. If the water tank liquid level is not higher than the preset liquid level and the water tank temperature is not lower than the first preset temperature, wait for reset.

[0030] In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1 , the liquid cooling circuit 500 may include: a gas-liquid separator 520 , a compressor 530 , and an electronic expansion valve 540 .

[0031] Among them, the inlet of the gas-liquid separator 520 is connected to the refrigerant outlet of the heat exchanger 300; the inlet of the compressor 530 is connected to the outlet of the gas-liquid separator 520, and the outlet of the compressor 530 is connected to the refrigerant inlet of the condenser 510; the inlet of the electronic expansion valve 540 is connected to the refrigerant outlet of the condenser 510, and the outlet of the electronic expansion valve 540 is connected to the refrigerant inlet of the heat exchanger 300.

[0032] Specifically, the gas-liquid separator 520, the compressor 530 and the electronic expansion valve 540 form a liquid cooling circuit 500, wherein the refrigerant circulates in the liquid cooling circuit 500 and cools the coolant flowing into the heat exchanger 300, thereby reducing the temperature of the coolant flowing back to the water tank 200, so that the temperature of the coolant flowing out of the water outlet of the water tank 200 meets the heat dissipation requirements of the target charging pile, that is, the liquid outlet temperature is lower than the second preset temperature.

[0033] In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG1 , the refrigerant pipe between the inlet of the gas-liquid separator 520 and the refrigerant outlet of the heat exchanger 300 is configured as a heat dissipation coil. The liquid cooling circuit 500 further includes a compressor driver 550. The compressor driver 550 is disposed on the heat dissipation coil and communicates with the compressor 530 via a communication protocol.

[0034] Specifically, a compressor driver 550 for controlling the operation of compressor 530, such as for variable frequency operation, is disposed on a heat dissipation coil, effectively dissipating heat from compressor driver 550. The operating frequency of compressor 530 can be adjusted based on the outlet liquid temperature detected by outlet liquid temperature sensor 400. Communication protocols may include RS485, RS232, and CAN.

[0035] Specifically, when compressor 530 begins operation, it first determines whether compressor 530 is in an operating state. If not, the speed control logic for compressor 530 is exited. If so, it further determines whether the outlet liquid temperature is greater than a third preset temperature. If so, the compressor driver 550 communicates with compressor 530 via RS485 and rapidly increases the frequency. If less than or equal to the third preset temperature, it further determines whether the outlet liquid temperature is greater than a fourth preset temperature. If greater than the fourth preset temperature, the compressor driver 550 communicates with compressor 530 via RS485 and slowly increases the frequency. If less than or equal to the fourth preset temperature, it further determines whether the outlet liquid temperature is within a first temperature range corresponding to a fifth preset temperature (a temperature range of plus or minus 1 degree Celsius around the fifth preset temperature). If within the first temperature range, the compressor driver 550 communicates with compressor 530 via RS485 and the frequency remains unchanged. If not within the first temperature range, it further determines whether the outlet liquid temperature is greater than a sixth preset temperature. If the temperature is greater than the sixth preset temperature, compressor driver 550 interacts with compressor 530 via RS485 to slowly reduce the frequency. If the temperature is less than or equal to the sixth preset temperature, compressor driver 550 interacts with compressor 530 via RS485 to quickly reduce the frequency. The second preset temperature is less than the third preset temperature, the fourth preset temperature is greater than the second preset temperature and less than the third preset temperature, the sixth preset temperature is less than the second preset temperature, and the difference between the fifth preset temperature and the second preset temperature is ±1 degree. For example, the second preset temperature is 35°C, the third preset temperature is 38°C, the fourth preset temperature is 36°C, the fifth preset temperature is 34°C or 36°C, and the sixth preset temperature is 32°C.

[0036] In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1 , the liquid cooling circuit 500 further includes: a first temperature sensor 560 , a first pressure sensor 570 , a second pressure sensor 580 , a second temperature sensor 590 , an ambient temperature sensor 5100 and a fan 5110 .

[0037] Among them, the first temperature sensor 560 is arranged at the inlet of the gas-liquid separator 520; the first pressure sensor 570 is arranged at the inlet of the gas-liquid separator 520; the second pressure sensor 580 is arranged at the inlet of the electronic expansion valve 540; the second temperature sensor 590 is arranged at the outlet of the compressor 530; the ambient temperature sensor 5100 is arranged corresponding to the condenser 510, for collecting the ambient temperature of the environment in which the condenser 510 is located; the fan 5110 is arranged corresponding to the condenser 510, wherein the speed regulation temperature of the fan 5110 is the difference between the refrigerant temperature collected by the second temperature sensor 590 and the ambient temperature.

[0038] Specifically, when fan 5110 starts running, it is first determined whether fan 5110 is in an operating state. If not, the speed control logic of fan 5110 is exited. If so, it is further determined whether the speed control temperature of fan 5110 is greater than the first speed control temperature. If the speed control temperature is greater than the first speed control temperature, fan 5110 is controlled to increase its speed rapidly. If the speed control temperature is less than or equal to the first speed control temperature, it is further determined whether the speed control temperature is greater than the second speed control temperature. If the speed control temperature is greater than the second speed control temperature, fan 5110 is controlled to increase its speed slowly. If the speed control temperature is less than or equal to the second speed control temperature, it is further determined whether the speed control temperature of fan 5110 is greater than the third speed control temperature. If the speed control temperature is greater than the third speed control temperature, the speed of fan 5110 is controlled to remain unchanged. If it is less than or equal to the third speed control temperature, it is further determined whether the speed control temperature of fan 5110 is greater than the fourth speed control temperature. If the speed control temperature is greater than the fourth speed control temperature, fan 5110 is controlled to decrease its speed slowly. The first speed regulation temperature is greater than the second speed regulation temperature, the second speed regulation temperature is greater than the third speed regulation temperature, and the third speed regulation temperature is greater than the fourth speed regulation temperature.

[0039] The pressure value collected by the first pressure sensor 570 is converted into the corresponding evaporation temperature, and the difference between the temperature value collected by the first temperature sensor 560 and the evaporation temperature is calculated to obtain the superheat of the liquid cooling circuit 500. When the electronic expansion valve 540 begins operation, it is first determined whether the electronic expansion valve 540 is in an operating state. If not, the speed control logic of the electronic expansion valve 540 is exited, and the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve 540 is maintained. If so, it is further determined whether the superheat of the liquid cooling circuit 500 is greater than a first superheat. If the superheat of the liquid cooling circuit 500 is greater than the first superheat, the electronic expansion valve 540 is driven to rapidly increase its opening. If the superheat of the liquid cooling circuit 500 is less than or equal to the first superheat, it is further determined whether the superheat of the liquid cooling circuit 500 is greater than a second superheat. If the superheat of the liquid cooling circuit 500 is greater than the second superheat, the electronic expansion valve 540 is driven to slowly increase its opening. If the superheat of the liquid cooling circuit 500 is less than or equal to the second superheat, it is further determined whether the superheat of the liquid cooling circuit 500 is greater than a third superheat. If the superheat of the liquid cooling circuit 500 is greater than the third superheat, the electronic expansion valve 540 is driven to maintain its opening. If the superheat of the liquid cooling circuit 500 is less than or equal to the third superheat, it is further determined whether the superheat of the liquid cooling circuit 500 is greater than a fourth superheat. If the superheat of the liquid cooling circuit 500 is greater than the fourth superheat, the electronic expansion valve 540 is driven to slowly decrease its opening. If the superheat of the liquid cooling circuit 500 is less than or equal to the fourth superheat, the electronic expansion valve 540 is driven to quickly decrease its opening. The first superheat is greater than the second superheat, the second superheat is greater than the third superheat, and the third superheat is greater than the fourth superheat.

[0040] In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG1 , the liquid cooling circuit 500 further includes a low-pressure switch 5120 and a high-pressure switch 5130 . The low-pressure switch 5120 is disposed at the inlet of the compressor 530 , and the high-pressure switch 5130 is disposed at the outlet of the compressor 530 .

[0041] Specifically, before the liquid cooling circuit 500 is operated, it can be determined whether the liquid cooling circuit 500 has a fault. Specifically, it can be determined whether the first temperature sensor 560, the second temperature sensor 590, the first pressure sensor 570, the second pressure sensor 580, the compressor 530, the fan 5110, and the electronic expansion valve 540 have a fault, and whether the low-pressure switch 5120 and the high-pressure switch 5130 have been triggered. If the first temperature sensor 560, the second temperature sensor 590, the first pressure sensor 570, the second pressure sensor 580, the compressor 530, the fan 5110, and the electronic expansion valve 540 are all normal, and the low-pressure switch 5120 and the high-pressure switch 5130 are not triggered, it is determined that the liquid cooling circuit 500 has not a fault.

[0042] Therefore, the liquid cooling system of the present invention can infinitely adjust the refrigerant flow of the liquid cooling system according to the temperature change of the detection temperature point of the liquid cooling power module of the high-power charging pile. Compared with the single-compressor liquid cooling system, it has higher reliability. When a compressor fails, other compressors can still work normally, and its operating efficiency is high. Most refrigeration systems select compressors according to the worst working conditions, but in fact the refrigeration system operates at half-load conditions most of the time. Under the same working conditions, the COP value of the 1+N liquid cooling system can be exactly the same as that of the full-load state, while the COP value of the single-compressor liquid cooling system is reduced by half under this working condition. In addition, compared with the single-compressor liquid cooling system, it is more efficient and energy-saving. The compressor power can be selected according to the required cooling capacity. The combination of multiple compressors can provide multi-level energy regulation. Multiple compressors can dynamically match the actual load more smoothly, thereby achieving optimal energy regulation of load changes, and its regulation linearity is higher. In addition, the liquid cooling system and the high-power charging pile liquid cooling power module only need to be connected through pipe joints, which is convenient for production installation and later maintenance. At the same time, it ensures the high protection of the charging pile, and there will be no external dirty air contaminating the power module, thereby extending the life of the power module.

[0043] In summary, according to the liquid cooling system of the charging pile of the embodiment of the present invention, the water outlet of the water pump is connected to the water inlet of the liquid cooling power module of the charging pile, the water outlet of the water tank is connected to the water inlet of the water pump, the coolant is stored in the water tank, the coolant inlet of the heat exchanger is connected to the water outlet of the liquid cooling power module, the coolant outlet of the heat exchanger is connected to the water inlet of the water tank, and the outlet temperature sensor is provided at the outlet of the water pump for collecting the outlet temperature. N liquid cooling circuits share a heat exchanger and a condenser, wherein the N liquid cooling circuits are turned on in sequence according to the outlet temperature, for cooling the coolant flowing into the heat exchanger, and N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2. Thus, a liquid cooling system is formed by using multiple parallel liquid cooling circuits, which has a high cooling and heat dissipation effect and a high system reliability.

[0044] Corresponding to the liquid cooling system of the above embodiment, the present invention further proposes a control method for the liquid cooling system.

[0045] As shown in FIG2 , the control method of the liquid cooling system according to the embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:

[0046] S1, after the liquid cooling power module starts working, it is determined whether the liquid level of the water tank is higher than a preset liquid level, and whether the temperature of the water tank is lower than a first preset temperature.

[0047] S2: If the liquid level in the water tank is higher than the preset liquid level and the temperature in the water tank is lower than the first preset temperature, the water pump is driven to start working.

[0048] Specifically, after the liquid-cooled power module starts working, it first determines whether the water tank liquid level is higher than the preset liquid level, and whether the water tank temperature is lower than the first preset temperature. If the water tank liquid level is lower than the preset liquid level, or the water tank temperature is higher than the first preset temperature, it means that there is insufficient coolant in the water tank, or the water tank temperature is abnormal. At this time, it is necessary to wait for reset; if the water tank liquid level is higher than the preset liquid level, and the water tank temperature is lower than the first preset temperature, the water pump is driven to start working.

[0049] S3, after the water pump continuously operates for a first preset time, determining whether the liquid temperature is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature.

[0050] S4, if the outlet liquid temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature, control each liquid cooling circuit to start flexibly in sequence to an operating state until the outlet liquid temperature is lower than the second preset temperature.

[0051] After the water pump continues operating for a first preset time, a determination is made as to whether the outlet liquid temperature is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature. If the outlet liquid temperature is less than the second preset temperature, the temperature of the coolant flowing out of the water outlet of water tank 200 can meet the heat dissipation requirements of the target charging pile. If the outlet liquid temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature, the temperature of the coolant flowing out of the water outlet of water tank 200 is too high to meet the heat dissipation requirements of the target charging pile. In this case, each liquid cooling circuit is controlled to flexibly start up in sequence to an operational state until the outlet liquid temperature falls below the second preset temperature.

[0052] It should be noted that, in one embodiment of the present invention, before controlling the flexibly started i-th liquid cooling circuit to the operating state, it also includes: judging whether the i-th liquid cooling circuit has a fault, where i is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N; if the i-th liquid cooling circuit has no fault, then controlling the flexibly started i-th liquid cooling circuit to the operating state.

[0053] Among them, judging whether the i-th liquid cooling circuit has a fault includes: respectively judging whether the first temperature sensor, the second temperature sensor, the first pressure sensor, the second pressure sensor, the compressor, the fan and the electronic expansion valve in the i-th liquid cooling circuit have a fault, and whether the low-pressure switch and the high-pressure switch are triggered; if the first temperature sensor, the second temperature sensor, the first pressure sensor, the second pressure sensor, the compressor, the fan and the electronic expansion valve are not faulty, and the low-pressure switch and the high-pressure switch are not triggered, then it is judged that the i-th liquid cooling circuit has no fault; otherwise, it is judged that the i-th liquid cooling circuit has a fault.

[0054] Specifically, it is first determined whether the first liquid cooling circuit has a fault. If the first liquid cooling circuit has not a fault, the electronic expansion valve in the first liquid cooling circuit is driven to initialize and open to the initial opening. After the electronic expansion valve in the first liquid cooling circuit is initialized, the fan in the first liquid cooling circuit is driven to run for a second preset time. After the fan in the first liquid cooling circuit has run for the second preset time, the compressor in the first liquid cooling circuit is driven to run at the minimum speed. After the compressor in the first liquid cooling circuit has run at the minimum speed for a third preset time, it enters the operating state. At this time, the electronic expansion valve enters the operating state, and the fan enters the operating state synchronously. Thus, flexible startup of the first liquid cooling circuit is achieved, and the system enters the single compressor operating state. When the system is operating in a single-compressor working state, it is determined whether the speed of the compressor in the first liquid cooling circuit is greater than or equal to the first speed (the first speed is the optimal operating speed of the compressor, that is, the operating speed corresponding to the optimal energy efficiency ratio. The energy efficiency ratio is the ratio of the output cooling capacity to the input power. The optimal energy efficiency ratio is the compressor tested at different ambient temperatures and the machine target temperature during actual operation). If not, the compressor is controlled to continue running until it reaches the first speed; if so, it is determined that the liquid outlet temperature is less than the second preset temperature, and when the liquid outlet temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature, it is determined whether the second liquid cooling circuit has a fault. If the second liquid cooling circuit has not a fault, the electronic expansion valve in the second liquid cooling circuit is driven to initialize and open to the initial opening. After the electronic expansion valve in the second liquid cooling circuit is initialized, the fan in the second liquid cooling circuit is driven to operate for the second preset time. After the fan in the second liquid cooling circuit has operated for the second preset time, the compressor in the second liquid cooling circuit is driven to operate at the minimum speed. After the compressor in the second liquid cooling circuit has operated at the minimum speed for a third preset time, it enters the operating state. At this time, the electronic expansion valve enters the operating state, and the fan enters the operating state synchronously, thereby achieving flexible start-up of the second liquid cooling circuit. At this time, the system enters the dual-compressor operating state. When the system is operating in the dual-compressor operating state, it is determined that the outlet liquid temperature is less than the second preset temperature. If the outlet liquid temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature, the third liquid cooling circuit continues to be controlled to flexibly start, and so on, until the outlet liquid temperature is less than the second preset temperature.

[0055] In summary, according to the control method of the liquid cooling system of an embodiment of the present invention, after the liquid cooling power module starts working, it is determined whether the water tank liquid level is higher than the preset liquid level and whether the water tank temperature is lower than the first preset temperature. If the water tank liquid level is higher than the preset liquid level and the water tank temperature is lower than the first preset temperature, the water pump is driven to start working. After the water pump continues to work for the first preset time, it is determined whether the liquid outlet temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature. If the liquid outlet temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature, each liquid cooling circuit is controlled to flexibly start in sequence to an operating state until the liquid outlet temperature is lower than the second preset temperature. Thus, a liquid cooling system is formed by using multiple parallel liquid cooling circuits, which has a high cooling and heat dissipation effect and high system reliability.

[0056] Corresponding to the control method of the liquid cooling system in the above embodiment, the present invention further proposes a control device for the liquid cooling system.

[0057] As shown in FIG3 , the control device of the liquid cooling system according to the embodiment of the present invention may include: a first judgment module 1000 , a driving module 2000 , a second judgment module 3000 and a control module 4000 .

[0058] Among them, the first judgment module 1000 is used to judge whether the water tank liquid level is higher than the preset liquid level and whether the water tank temperature is lower than the first preset temperature after the liquid cooling power module starts working; the driving module 2000 is used to drive the water pump to start working when the water tank liquid level is higher than the preset liquid level and the water tank temperature is lower than the first preset temperature; the second judgment module 3000 is used to judge whether the liquid outlet temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature after the water pump has been working continuously for a first preset time; the control module 4000 is used to control each liquid cooling circuit to flexibly start in sequence to the operating state when the liquid outlet temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature, until the liquid outlet temperature is lower than the second preset temperature.

[0059] In one embodiment of the present invention, before controlling the flexible start-up of the i-th liquid cooling circuit to the operating state, the control module 4000 is also used to: determine whether the i-th liquid cooling circuit has a fault, where i is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N; if the i-th liquid cooling circuit has no fault, then control the i-th liquid cooling circuit to be flexible started to the operating state.

[0060] In one embodiment of the present invention, the control module 4000 is further specifically used to: determine whether the first temperature sensor, the second temperature sensor, the first pressure sensor, the second pressure sensor, the compressor, the fan and the electronic expansion valve in the i-th liquid cooling circuit are faulty, and whether the low-pressure switch and the high-pressure switch are triggered; if the first temperature sensor, the second temperature sensor, the first pressure sensor, the second pressure sensor, the compressor, the fan and the electronic expansion valve are not faulty, and the low-pressure switch and the high-pressure switch are not triggered, it is determined that the i-th liquid cooling circuit is not faulty; otherwise, it is determined that the i-th liquid cooling circuit is faulty.

[0061] It should be noted that the specific embodiments of the control device for the liquid cooling system of the present invention may refer to the embodiments of the control method for the liquid cooling system described above, and will not be described in detail here to avoid redundancy.

[0062] According to the control device of the liquid cooling system of an embodiment of the present invention, after the liquid cooling power module starts operating, the first judgment module determines whether the water tank liquid level is higher than a preset liquid level and whether the water tank temperature is lower than a first preset temperature. The driving module drives the water pump to start operating when the water tank liquid level is higher than the preset liquid level and the water tank temperature is lower than the first preset temperature. The second judgment module determines whether the liquid outlet temperature is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature after the water pump has been operating for a first preset time. The control module controls each liquid cooling circuit to flexibly start up to an operating state in sequence when the liquid outlet temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature until the liquid outlet temperature is lower than the second preset temperature. Thus, a liquid cooling system is formed by using multiple parallel liquid cooling circuits, which has a high cooling and heat dissipation effect and high system reliability.
