Abstract
Description
[0001] GUILLOTINE-LOCKED TAP STRUCTURE ESPECIALLY FOR HONEY
[0002] DISCHARGING CONTAINERS
[0003] The present utility model relates to a guillotine-locked tap structure, especially for honey discharging containers, which includes a tap body, a closing element, a closing axle, a threaded fixing member, the curved part of the tap body is attached to the mantle of the container, one end of the closing element is rotatably attached to the closing axle, and at the other end thereof a shaped arm with a cut-out is placed, the shaped arm is releasably connected to the fixing member.
[0004] One of the sectors of Hungarian agriculture that produces high-quality products is bee-keeping (apiary). Its primary task is the production of honey and other beekeeping products, pollination, which is essential for agriculture, as well as contributing to the maintenance of ecological balance. High-quality honey generates significant export revenue, so it is important that its quality should be excellent and that it should be processed and packaged using modem, hygienic equipment. During packaging from a larger container, we transfer the honey from a so-called honey discharging container to smaller containers and bottles using a tap. A stub is usually welded above the bottom of the container mantle, to which the tap is threaded. The taps are usually simple guillotine-lock or arm solutions. The tap opening of the honey discharging containers is located slightly above the bottom, so that there is enough space for the internally threaded pipe flange of the tap to be wound over it. However, this results in a significant amount of honey remaining at the bottom of the container, which is then tried to be poured out with difficult tilting.
[0005] The utility model patent document DE 20120847 describes a solution that separates the honey container from a float on top with a tap. Here, too, the honey discharging tap is 100 mm from the rim and so it does not meet our goals. The utility model document DE202014001104 describes a solution in which different types of honey are poured into a common glass. It does not meet our goals and does not contain any teaching related to the problem that has arisen.
[0006] Publication document CN 105526416 discloses a food grade self-cleaning valve. This solution is designed for water and not a viscous liquid, furthermore it does not solve our problem.
[0007] Patent document RU 2636156 offers a solution for filling viscous materials into movable chambers. A disk is located under the container, which is rotated by an electric motor, and from which the material is transferred by a lifting pump. The solution is complicated, requires a network connection, and is not suitable for food industrial purposes.
[0008] The purpose of the utility model is to eliminate the drawbacks of the previous solutions and to create a tap structure that allows more honey to be released from the honey discharging containers than before, without tilting them. The aim is also to ensure that the tap and the honey discharging container can be easily cleaned, and that the honey does not get stuck inside the container when the tap is attached.
[0009] The inventive step is based on the realization that if we implement the measures of claim 1, we can get a more favorable solution than before.
[0010] In accordance with the set goal, the most general implementation of the solution according to the utility model can be realized according to claim 1. The individual embodiments are described in the dependent claims. Guillotine-locked tap structure, especially for honey discharging containers, which includes a tap body (1), a closing element (2), a closing axle (5) and a threaded fixing member (3), the tap body (1) is attached to the mantle of the container (T) with a curved part (la) thereof, one end of the closing element (2) is rotatably attached to the closing axle, at the other end thereof a shaped arm with a cut-out is arranged, the shaped arm (2c) is releasably connected to the fixing member (3), characterized in that the container (T) is releasably attached to the mantle of the container (T) with a screw (8), a curved sealing ring (7) is inserted between the mantle and the curved part (la), and the tap body (1) and the lower part of the curved sealing ring (7) are provided with a cut (6a, 6b).
[0011] In a preferred embodiment, the side of the closing element (2) towards the container (T) and honey space (9) is made of plastic plate (2b), while the side opposite to the container (T) is made of stainless steel plate (2a), the plastic plate (2b) and the steel plate ( 2a) is attached to each other, a sealing ring (4) made of silicone is inserted into the side of the tap body (1) towards the closing element (2). the tap body (1) has an extension neck (lb) surrounding the honey space (9). a self-locking nut (10) is screwed onto the end of the closing axle (5) facing the container (T).
[0012] The utility model will be presented in more detail below in connection with an embodiment, based on a drawing. In the attached drawing Figure 1 is a spatial view of the tap structure, a
[0013] Figure 2 is a three-dimensional view of the tap structure viewed from the side of the tank.
[0014] In Figure 1, we can observe an exemplary design of the tap structure according to the utility model. The tap body 1, the curved part la, the closing element 2, the steel plate 2a, the shaped arm 2c, the fixing member 3, the sealing ring 4, the closing axle 5, the cut 6a, the curved sealing ring 7 and the honey space 9 can be seen. The container T is not directly part of the model, but it is connected to it, so we indicated its location with a dashed line.
[0015] In Figure 2, we can see the tap body 1, the curved part la, the neck lb, the closing element 2, the plastic plate 2b, the cut 6a, 6b, the curved sealing ring 7, the container screws 8 and the axle nut 10.
[0016] The tap structure can be mounted on the mantle of the container T in a releasable maimer with the countersunk container screws 8, the container screws 8 are placed flush in the inner surface of the mantle. The container screws 8 are preferably M 6x10 screws with a straight groove. The tap structure is fitted to the outer side of the mantle with the curved sealing ring 7 made of silicone. In Figures 1 and 2, the curved sealing ring 7 is loosely positioned in front of the curved part la of the tap body 1 in the state before fixing. The tap body 1 is extended with a neck lb so that the shaped arm 2c of the closing element 2 can be easily handled by hand. The closing is done by folding down the closing element 2 like a guillotine, the shaped part of the shaped arm 2c is closed on the threaded axle of the fixing member 3. The fixing member 3 is formed as a wing nut, with which the fastening member 3 can be fixed manually. At the end of the closing element 2 opposite to the shaped arm 2c, the closing axle 5 is arranged that allows rotation, at the end of which the fixed, self-locking axle nut 10 is placed. The closing axle 5 is preferably formed as an M 6x20 screw with a cross groove. The outer side of the closing element 2 is a stainless steel plate 2a, while the inner side is a plastic plate 2b, they are preferably attached to each other by gluing. When closing, the plastic plate 2b fits tightly to the silicone 4 sealing ring sunk into the rim of the tap body 1.
[0017] The cut 6a formed in the lower part of the tap body 1 enables the tap structure to be placed deeper, on the lowest part of the mantle of the container T. The cut 6a is naturally followed by the similarly formed cut 6b in the curved sealing ring 7 that ensures the seal. The curved part la ideally follows the bow of the container T. An embodiment is also possible in which the curved part la also includes a downward slope, so that the honey space 9 becomes slightly outwardly sloping.
[0018] The presented utility model has several advantages. The tap structure according to the model is connected to the honey discharging container with a releasable connection, following the shape of the container without protruding parts inside it, which would cause the honey or other viscous food to stick. In contrast to the state- of-the-art solutions, we have implemented a solution that is installed by a detachable connection, so no welding is needed, and the discharge point can be placed at the bottom of the tank without obstacles, flush with the bottom, so the tank can be emptied practically 100% without tilting. The curved tap body also enables other commercially available taps, which are already known by themselves, to be connected to the honey filling containers with this solution. In addition to the above examples, the utility model can be implemented in other embodiments within the scope of protection. The primary use of the sample is the food industry, primarily bee-keeping, but the tap structure can also be used for other viscous, non-Newtonian liquid-forming foods and medicines.
