Abstract
Description
[0001] Cooking Appliance
[0002] Technical Field
[0003] The present invention relates to the technical field of small home appliances, and in particular to a cooking appliance.
[0004] Background of the Invention
[0005] With the improvement of living standards, automated cooking appliances have gradually entered the public’s field of vision, and are popular with a lot of users due to their fool-proof operations. A stir-frying machine is one of them. A stir-frying machine uses a motor to drive a stirring blade to rotate, thereby realizing a function of stir-frying a food material.
[0006] In order to facilitate use by a user, the pot body of a cooking appliance is generally arranged in a base body and detachable along a vertical direction. The direction in which the user takes the pot out or places it in the base body is perpendicular to an extension direction of the rotation axis of a stirring assembly. Therefore, when the user takes the pot out or places it in, it is generally necessary to disengage the stirring assembly from a corresponding driving structure.
[0007] At present, a cooking appliance in the prior art can use a button structure to disengage the driving structure from the stirring assembly. When the user needs to take out the pot, the user only needs to press a button to be able to take the pot out of the base body. However, such cooking appliance also has disadvantages that the user needs to keep pressing the button to be able to keep the driving structure and the stirring assembly in a disengaged state, that is, the user only has one hand left to take out the pot, which is inconvenient to operate, especially in a scenario where there is a lot of food in the pot, making it very difficult for the user to operate.

The insertion groove 51 is arranged in one of the upper lid 20 and the outer shell 12, and the insertion connection protrusion 52 is arranged on the other of the upper lid 20 and the outer shell 12. During placing the upper lid 20 to coverthe outer shell 12, the insertion connection protrusion 52 is inserted in the insertion groove 51 , and the upper lid 20 is fitted on the outer shell 12 in a manner movable in the vertical direction. During placing the upper lid 20 to cover the outer shell 12, the insertion connection structure 50 can be used to position the upper lid 20 so that the upper lid 20 will not tilt relative to the outer shell 12, and it is ensured that the first magnetic part 41 and the second magnetic part 42 can be aligned so that the second magnetic part 42 is attracted to move by means of magnetic attraction.
[0079] In another embodiment, the upper lid 20 can also be arranged to be articulated on the outer shell 12, so long as it can be ensured that the first magnetic part 41 and the second magnetic part 42 are aligned.
[0080] As shown in Figures 13 and 15, the insertion groove 51 is arranged on the outer shell 12. The opening of the insertion groove 51 is arranged toward the inner pot 13. The insertion groove 51 has a guide slope 511 which is sloping upwardly. The guide slope 511 can be used to facilitate operations by a user when the insertion connection protrusion 52 is inserted into the insertion groove 51 .
[0081] In another embodiment, the opening of the insertion groove 51 can be arranged to be upward, thus permitting the insertion connection protrusion 52 to be easily inserted in the insertion groove 51 without the need to provide any guide slop.
[0082] In the embodiment, after the upper lid 20 is placed to cover the outer shell 12, the first magnetic part 41 and the second magnetic part 42 are arranged to be spaced apart transversely. When the upper lid 20 is opened from the outer shell 12, the upper lid 20 moves away from the outer shell 12 in the vertical direction. By adopting this way of movement, the first magnetic part 41 moves vertically relative to the second magnetic part 42, thereby permitting the magnetic attraction between the first magnetic part 41 and the second magnetic part 42 to be reduced when the upper lid 20 moves, making it easy for the upper lid 20 to be opened from the outer shell 12.
[0083] As shown in Figures 11 and 13, the cooking appliance is provided with a snap-fit structure 60. The insertion connection structure 50 and the snap-fit structure 60 are located respectively on opposite sides of the cooking appliance. The snap-fit structure 60 comprises a snap-fit groove 61 and a snap-fit head 62 that snap-fit with each other. The snap-fit groove 61 is arranged on one of the upper lid 20 and the outer shell 12, and the snap-fit head 62 is arranged on the other of the upper lid 20 and the outer shell 12. By means of the cooperation between the insertion connection structure 50 and the snap-fit structure 60, the upper lid 20 can be fastened with the outer shell 12 to prevent the upper lid 20 from moving transversally.
[0084] In the embodiment, the cooking appliance comprises a stir frying machine.
[0085] Below is an introduction in conjunction with the specific operating process of the cooking appliance:
[0086] When the upper lid 20 is arranged on the outer shell 12 to cover it, the first magnetic part 41 attracts the second magnetic part 42 through magnetic attraction to make it move toward the first magnetic part 41 . The second magnetic part 42 thus drives the shift fork to move transversally, and the shift fork drives the connecting member 33 to move along the axial direction of the driving shaft 321 , so that the connecting member 33 moves from the separation position to the driving position. Thus the driving member 32 is connected to the stirring blade 31 through the connecting member 33, so as to drive the stirring blade 31 to rotate, achieving stirring of the food materials in the stir frying machine. In addition, when the second magnetic part 42 drives the shift fork to move, the shift fork drives the sliding rod 45 to move transversally and compress the reset member 43. When the upper lid 20 is separated from the outer shell 12, due to the elastic force provided by the reset member 43 and making the sliding rod 45 move transversally, the sliding rod 45 drives the shift fork to move, and the shift fork drives the connecting member 33 to move from the driving position to the separation position, achieving the separation of the connecting member 33 from the stirring blade 31 . At this time, the inner pot 13 can be taken out of the outer shell 12.
