Description

[0001]DESCRIPTION Sash centering mechanism Technical Field The invention relates to a sash centering mechanism used in the frame sash structure of door and window sliding systems. In particular, the invention relates to a sash centering mechanism for centering a door or window sash on a frame and allowing it to move without wobbling. Background Art Sliding door and window systems with sashes that can slide on the horizontal axis are preferred in narrow spaces where it is not possible to open the sash by rotating around the vertical axis, such as standard hinged doors and windows. Sliding door and window systems, which are widely used today, are applied in double, triple or quadruple sash combinations depending on the openness of the usage area. In the present technique, bearing mechanisms are used to prevent the window or sash thereof from wobbling when sliding on the horizontal axis on the fixed frame of the window or door. These mechanisms are basically attached to the edge surface of the window or door sash and prevent the sash from wobbling during movement by means of the rotational movement of the bearing in the frame. However, due to the number of parts used in these mechanisms and assembly operations, time is lost in the production process and costs increase. On the other hand, due to the bearing operation of these mechanisms, it is not possible to reduce the friction on the sash to the desired level. Therefore, there was a need to eliminate the problems experienced in the known state of the art. An example of the known state of the art from the literature search is document no. EP3555397. The present document relates to a displacement arrangement for moving a window sash or a door sash transversely relative to the fixed frame of the window or door. Said displacement arrangement mainly comprises a cylinder arrangement and a support arrangement. Said support arrangement can take the form of a support roller bearing, a ball bearing or a roller bearing with more than one needle bearing. Therefore, due to the ball-bearing nature of this support arrangement, problems arise in current practice. As a result, the existence of the above-mentioned problems and the inadequacy of the existing solutions made it necessary to make development in the related technical field. Aim of the invention The present disclosure relates to a sash centering mechanism developed for eliminating the aforementioned disadvantages and providing new advantages to the respective technical field. Main purpose of the invention is to provide a sash centering mechanism for centering a door or window sash on a frame and allowing it to move without wobbling. The aim of the invention is to provide a sash centering mechanism that allows the door or window sash to move by centering on the frame by means of plastic balls and reduces the friction during the movement of the sash. Another aim of the invention is to provide a sash centering mechanism that eliminates the use of extra parts in production process and simplifies assembly operations by means of its structure with plastic balls. Another aim of the invention is to provide a sash centering mechanism that allows the door or window sashes to move on the frame with very low friction by means of the lubrication of plastic balls. In order to fulfill all the aforementioned aims and any other aims that may arise from the detailed description, the invention relates to a sash centering mechanism used in door and window sliding systems, which allows the door or window sash profile to be centered on the frame profile and to move without wobbling comprising: - fixing body connected to the sash profile, - the carrier body that moves back and forth on the fixing body and provides sealing by compressing the sash profile to the frame profile when the sash profile is in the closed position, - at least one ball bearing on the carrier body, - at least one ball in free rotation on the ball bearing, which reduces the friction generated during the movement of the sash profile on the frame profile, - the ball cover, which is connected to the ball bearing and allows the balls to be fixed on the ball bearing so that they can make free rotational movements. The structural and characteristic features of the invention and all its advantages will be understood more clearly by the figures given below and the detailed description written with reference to these figures. Therefore and thus, the evaluation should be made with reference to these figures and detailed description. Ball cover Detailed Description of the Invention The preferred alternatives of the sash centering mechanism (30) of invention, which are mentioned in this detailed description, are only intended for providing a better understanding of the subject-matter, and should not be construed in any restrictive sense. Figure 1 shows a disassembled view of the sash centering mechanism (30) of the invention. Accordingly, the sash centering mechanism (30), in its most basic form, consists of a fixing body (31) connected to the sash profile (20), a carrier body (32) that moves back and forth on the fixing body (31), a fuse pin (33) located between the fixing body (31) and the carrier body (32), a ball (34) that makes a free rotational movement on the carrier body (32) and reduces the friction during the movement of the sash profile (20) on the frame profile (10), and a ball cover (35) closed on the balls (34). The fixing body (31) forming the main structure of the sash centering mechanism (30) of the invention enables the sash centering mechanism (30) to be connected to the sash profile (20). A slide (311) is provided on the fixing body (31) in a reciprocally recessed structure. A carrier body (32) is mounted on said fixing body (31). The carrier body (32) has protrusions (321) on both side surfaces, extending outwards in opposite directions. The carrier body (32) is inserted into the fixing body (31) by means of the aforementioned protrusions (321) engaging with the slides (311) on the fixing body (31) and moves back and forth on the fixing body (31). The carrier body (32) moves back and forth on the fixing body (31) and provides sealing by compressing the sash profile to the frame profile (10) when the sash profile (20) is in the closed position. At least one fuse pin (33) is placed between the fixing body (31) and the carrier body (32). The said fuse pin (33) ensures that the position of the carrier body (32) on the fixing body (31) remains fixed before the sash centering mechanism (30) is mounted on the sash profile (20) and becomes inactive by breaking during the use of the sash centering mechanism (30). In order to reduce the frictional force generated during the movement of the sash profile (20) on the frame profile (10), at least one ball bearing (322) is formed on the carrier body (32) and a free rotating ball (34) is placed in this ball bearing (322). The ball (34) is made of plastic and reduces the friction during the movement of the sash profile (20) on the frame profile (10). In order to fix the balls (34) on the ball bearing (322) so as to be capable of free rotational movement, a ball cover (35) is closed on the balls (34) and the said ball cover (35) is connected to the ball bearing (322). In an alternative embodiment of the invention, at least one lubrication channel may be provided on the ball (34) and the ball (34) may be lubricated through said lubrication channel, thereby further reducing the frictional effect during the movement of the sash profile (20). The working principle of the sash centering mechanism (30) of the invention is as follows: The sash centering mechanism (30) becomes ready for use when the fixing body (31) is connected to the sash profile (20) as shown in Figure 2. By moving the sash profile (20) on the frame profile (10), the balls (34) make a rotational movement and the friction generated during the movement of the sash profile (20) on the frame profile (10) is reduced.
