The second surface 1014 is connected between the first surface 1013 and the third surface 1015. The first surface 1013 and the third surface 1015 are both curved surfaces, and the second surface 1014 is a plane. In the height direction of the consumable box 1, the first surface 1013, the second surface 1014 and the third surface 1015 are all higher than the first end 1011.
[0152] Referring to Figures 4, 5 and 6, the consumable box 1 includes a box body 11, a chip 12 and at least one connector 13; the chip 12 is mounted on the box body 11, and the chip 12 includes multiple terminal groups, the multiple terminal groups include a first terminal group, and as shown in Figure 8, the first terminal group includes at least one first terminal 121; referring to Figures 5 and 8, in the height direction of the consumable box 1, the connector 13 is at least partially higher than the second end 1012 of the contact pin 101; the connector 13 has a first part 1301 and a second part 1302.
[0153] Each connecting member 13 corresponds to a contact pin 101 and a first terminal 121 .
[0154] As shown in Figures 8 and 9 , the first portion 1301 of the connector 13 is electrically connected to the first terminal 121. The second portion 1302 of the connector 13 can contact the second end 1012 (see Figure 3 ) of the corresponding stylus 101 in the first stylus group, or can contact the corresponding terminal on the main control circuit board located on the rear side of the stylus assembly in the mounting unit 50 of the image forming device. In this embodiment, the second portion 1302 of the connector 13 contacts the second end 1012 of the corresponding stylus 101 in the first stylus group.
[0155] 3 , 8 and 9 , the connector 13 is made of a conductive material. In some examples, to ensure safety, the connector 13 is coated or provided with an insulating layer on the rest of the connector 13 except for the base end 131 and the arm 133 .
[0156] The number of the connectors 13 is equal to the number of the first terminals 121, that is, each connector 13 corresponds to one first terminal 121. In this embodiment, the number of the connector 13 is one, and the number of the first terminal 121 is also one.
[0157] The connector 13 and the chip 12 can be connected by welding, bonding, abutting or clamping.
[0158] When the consumables box 1 is installed in the installation position of the installation unit 50 , the second portion 1302 of the connector 13 contacts the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group.
[0159] The second portion 1302 of the connector 13 may contact the first surface 1013, the second surface 1014, or the third surface 1015. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG.
[0160] The consumables box provided in the embodiment of the present application is electrically connected to the first terminal 121 through the first part 1301 of the connecting piece 13, and the second part 1302 is in contact with the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin in the first contact pin group. This can prevent the first terminal 121 from contacting the first end of the corresponding contact pin in the first contact pin group, thereby avoiding the problem of the first terminal 121 and the contact pin being unable to be installed and stably electrically connected due to accidental deformation and bending of the contact pin, and the problem of the chip and the image forming device being unable to communicate normally due to wear or oxidation failure of the first terminal, thereby improving the safety and stability of the chip use of the consumables box.
[0161] In one possible embodiment, as shown in Figure 8, the chip 12 also includes a substrate 120 and a storage element 123, multiple terminal groups are electrically connected to the storage element 123, the multiple terminal groups include a second terminal group, and the second terminal group includes at least one second terminal 122 (as shown in Figures 3 and 4); the second terminal 122 contacts the first end 1011 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the second contact pin group.
[0162] The storage element 123 stores information of the chip 12 , for example, the storage element 123 stores information such as manufacturer information, ink volume information, consumable box category information, ink color, and the like.
[0163] With reference to Figures 8 and 9 , the first terminal group and the second terminal group are at least partially overlapped in their projections in the length direction or height direction of the consumable box 1. In some examples, the first terminal group is located on the side of the substrate 120 facing the box body 11, and the second terminal group is located on the side of the substrate 120 facing away from the box body 11, and the first terminal group and the second terminal group are at least partially overlapped in their projections in the length direction of the consumable box 1. In other examples, the first terminal group is located on the side of the substrate 120 facing away from the box body 11 or on the top side of the substrate 120, and the second terminal group is located on the side of the substrate 120 facing the box body 11, and the first terminal group and the second terminal group are at least partially overlapped in their projections in the height direction of the consumable box 1. In other examples, both the first terminal group and the second terminal group are located on the side of the chip facing the box body 11, or both the first terminal group and the second terminal group are located on the side of the chip facing away from the box body 11. The first terminal group and the second terminal group are at least partially overlapped in their projections in the width direction of the consumable box 1.
[0164] Both the first terminal 121 and the second terminal 122 are electrically connected to the storage element 123. The first terminal 121 can be any terminal on the chip 12, and the second terminal 122 is a terminal remaining on the chip 12 after removing the first terminal 121. In other examples, either the first terminal 121 or the second terminal 122 is electrically connected to the storage element 123.
[0165] The first terminals 121 can be located on the side of the substrate 120 facing the housing 11, and the second terminals 122 can be located on the side of the substrate 120 facing away from the housing 11. Specifically, as shown in Figures 4 and 8, the substrate 120 has an inner surface 1201 facing the housing 11 and an outer surface 1202 facing away from the housing 11. The first terminals 121 are located on the inner surface 1201, and the second terminals 122 are located on the outer surface 1202. This arrangement effectively prevents conductive foreign matter from adhering between the first and second terminal groups, causing a short circuit between the first and second terminals 121, 122. This prevents the chip 12 from being burned or becoming unrecognizable, thereby improving the safety of the chip 12 and the image forming device.
[0166] In some examples, when the chip 12 includes a ground terminal, a power terminal, a reset terminal, a clock terminal, and a data terminal, the first terminal group includes a first terminal 121, and the first terminal 121 can be one of the ground terminal, the power terminal, the reset terminal, the clock terminal, and the data terminal. The second terminal group includes the remaining terminals except the first terminal in the first terminal group. It should be noted that the ground terminal is used to receive a ground potential; the power terminal is used to receive a power potential different from the ground potential (such as 3.6V or 3.3V), and this terminal provides power for the operation of the storage element 123; the reset terminal is used to reset the internal data of the storage element 123; the clock terminal is used to receive a clock signal; the data terminal is used to send or receive a data signal, and is also used to detect whether a short circuit occurs between the data terminal and at least one of the clock terminal, the reset terminal, and the power terminal.
[0167] In a possible embodiment, with reference to Figures 5, 7 and 8, the box body 11 is provided with a space portion, the space portion includes a placement portion 111 and a receiving portion 112, the first portion 1301 of the connector 13 includes at least a base end portion 131 and a connecting portion 132, the second portion 1302 includes at least an arm portion 133, the base end portion 131 and the arm portion 133 are connected by a portion of the connecting portion 132 of the connector 13, and in the length direction of the consumable box 1, the arm portion 133 at least partially protrudes from the box body 11; at least a portion of the base end portion 131 is electrically connected to the first terminal 121, and at least a portion of the arm portion 133 contacts the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group.
[0168] It should be noted that, in this embodiment, since the first terminal 121 is arranged on the side of the substrate 120 away from the storage element 123, when at least a portion of the base end portion 131 of the connector 13 is electrically connected to the first terminal 121, the base end portion 131 no longer surrounds or encircles the storage element 123. This structural design can reduce the size of the base end portion 131. At the same time, it can also avoid the problem of structural interference between the storage elements 123 provided on different substrates 120 and the base end portion 131 during installation due to different sizes, thereby avoiding the problem of unstable electrical connection between the electrical contact portion on the base end portion 131 and the internal contact portion on the first terminal 121.
[0169] As shown in Figures 6 and 7 , both the placement portion 111 and the receiving portion 112 can be recessed in the box body 11. In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 5 , 8 , and 9 , the connector 13 includes a base end 131, a connecting portion 132, and an arm portion 133. The connecting portion 132 includes a first connecting portion 1323 and a detour portion 1324. The first connecting portion 1323 connects the base end 131 and the arm portion 133. At least a portion of the base end 131 is arranged in a spiral structure relative to the first connecting portion 1323.
[0170] The part of the first part 1301 that is electrically connected to the first terminal 121 is located on the end face of the base end portion 131 facing the first terminal 121, that is, an electrical contact portion (not shown in the figure) is provided on the end face of the base end portion 131 facing the first terminal 121, and the electrical contact portion is used to be electrically connected to the internal contact portion (not shown in the figure) provided on the first terminal 121, so as to facilitate the electrical connection between the first part 1301 and the first terminal 121.
[0171] The first connecting portion 1323 is set at an angle relative to the arm portion 133, and the first connecting portion 1323 can be straight or broken line-shaped; the detour portion 1324 is connected to the arm portion 133, and the detour portion 1324 can be set in a spiral structure, and the detour portion 1324 can also be a structure combining a spiral structure and a straight line structure, for example, the end of the detour portion 1324 connected to the arm portion 133 is straight or broken line-shaped, and the end of the detour portion 1324 away from the arm portion 133 is spiral.
[0172] The placement portion 111 includes a first placement portion 111a and a second placement portion 111b that are connected to each other. In the height direction of the consumable box 1, that is, the Z-axis direction, the first placement portion 111a is located on the lower side of the second placement portion 111b, wherein a protrusion 1113 is provided in the first placement portion 111a. In this example, the protrusion 1113 can be a convex column protruding from the first placement portion 111a in the length direction of the consumable box 1, and the spiral structure of the detour portion 1324 can be wound around the protrusion 1113.
[0173] In this example, as shown in Figures 5, 7, and 8, the second seating portion 111b is provided with a stopper 1116. A groove 1114 is defined in the stopper 1116, and the base end portion 131 is positioned within the groove 1114. To facilitate installation of the base end portion 131 within the groove 1114, a mounting opening 1115 is defined on one side of the stopper 1116. The mounting opening 1115 communicates between the groove 1114 and the outer side of the stopper 1116, facilitating installation of the base end portion 131 within the groove 1114 through the mounting opening 1115.
[0174] The first connecting portion 1323 and at least a portion of the arm 133 are located within the receiving portion 112. The arm 133 extends beyond the housing 11 in the lengthwise direction of the consumables cartridge 1. At least a portion of the base end 131 is electrically connected to the first terminal 121, and at least a portion of the arm 133 contacts the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group. At least a portion of the arm 133 is clamped within the receiving portion 112, thereby limiting the position of the arm 133 in the widthwise direction of the consumables cartridge 1.
[0175] In this embodiment, the arm portion 133 is constructed by bending a flexible conductive wire, and the part where the arm portion 133 is connected to the detour portion 1324 forms a fulcrum portion 134. When the consumable box 1 is loaded into the mounting unit 50, the connecting member 13 abuts against the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101, and the arm portion 133 rotates in a plane perpendicular to the width direction of the consumable box 1 with the fulcrum portion 134 as the center.
[0176] Referring to Figures 4 and 5, in the length direction of the consumable box 1, at least part of the first part 1301 is shielded by the chip 12. In this example, at least part of the base end 131 and the first connecting part 1323 are shielded by the chip 12, which can avoid the base end 131 from being exposed to the outside of the consumable box 1, preventing the base end 131 from being scratched or damaged during the installation process or use of the consumable box 1, and playing a certain protective role for the connecting part 13.
[0177] The connector 13 is made of a flexible conductive material and can be an integral structure. For example, the connector 13 can be formed by bending at least one metal wire, such as a copper wire, which not only meets the conductivity requirements but also has sufficient elastic deformation ability.
[0178] The connecting member 13 can be a separate structure from the box body 11 of the consumable box. When the connecting member 13 or the box body 11 is damaged, the connecting member 13 can be easily disassembled and repaired without having to replace the entire box.
[0179] 2 , 3 , and 4 , when the consumable cartridge 1 is loaded into the mounting unit 50 , the arm portion 133 is at least partially intersected with the second surface 1014 of the second end 1012 of the stylus 101 . That is, the arm portion 133 at least partially extends toward the second end 1012 of the stylus 101 , so that the arm portion 133 at least partially intersects with the second surface 1014 of the second end 1012 of the stylus 101 .
[0180] In a possible implementation manner, the consumables box 1 has a first state in which it is not installed in the installation unit 50 and a second state in which it is installed in the installation unit 50 .
[0181] With reference to Figures 2, 3 and 4, when the consumable box 1 is loaded into the mounting unit 50, the second part 1302 of the connector 13 abuts against the second end 1012 of the contact pin 101 of the first contact pin group, and the second end 1012 of the contact pin 101 applies a force toward the second part 1302, and the second part 1302 receives the abutting force, so that the connector 13 can be displaced in a plane perpendicular to the width direction of the consumable box under the action of the abutting force. Specifically, the second end 1012 of the contact pin 101 applies a force toward the arm 133 of the second part 1302 in the width direction or the height direction of the consumable box, which can increase the abutting force of the second part 1302 in contact with the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group, thereby ensuring a stable electrical connection between the connector 13 and the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group.
[0182] In this embodiment, by providing a connector 13, the first terminal 121 is prevented from directly contacting the first end 1011 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group, thereby avoiding the problem of unstable contact or communication interruption between the first terminal 121 and the contact pin 101 due to wear or oxidation failure or bending or accidental damage of the contact pin 101. As a result, the chip 12 of the consumable box 1 can communicate normally with the image forming device 50, thereby ensuring the normal use of the image forming device.
[0183] In a possible embodiment, referring to Figure 4, the box body 11 has an ink outlet 115. When the consumable box 1 is in the second state, the distance between the second part 1302 of the connecting member 13 and the ink outlet 115 in the height direction of the consumable box 1 is a first distance. When the consumable box 1 is in the first state, the distance between the second part 1302 of the connecting member 13 and the ink outlet 115 in the height direction of the consumable box 1 is a second distance.
[0184] The first distance is greater than the second distance.
[0185] This is because when the consumable cartridge 1 is in the second state, the second portion 1302 of the connector 130 abuts the second end 1012 of the corresponding stylus 101 in the first stylus group. This second end 1012 applies abutting force to the second portion 1302 of the connector 130, causing the second portion 1302 of the connector 130 to partially deform in the height direction of the consumable cartridge 1. In this direction, the second portion 1302 of the connector 130 is deformed away from the ink outlet 115. When the consumable cartridge 1 is in the first state, since the consumable cartridge 1 is not installed in the image forming apparatus, the second portion 1302 of the connector 130 recovers its deformation. Therefore, the second portion 1302 of the connector 130 does not deform, and the first distance is greater than the second distance.
[0186] It should be noted that the multiple terminal groups are all located on the same side of the centerline of the ink outlet 115, that is, in the width direction of the consumable cartridge 1, the multiple terminal groups are respectively located on the same side of the width centerline of the consumable cartridge 1. In other examples, the first terminal group and the second terminal group are respectively located on either side of the centerline of the ink outlet 115, that is, in the width direction of the consumable cartridge 1, the multiple terminal groups are respectively located on either side of the width centerline of the consumable cartridge 1.
[0187] In this embodiment, referring to Figures 5, 7 and 8, the placement portion 111 is further provided with a connecting portion 1119 and a first support wall 1117. The connecting portion 1119 and the first support wall 1117 may be located in the second placement portion 111b, one end of the connecting portion 1119 extends into the groove 1114, at least a portion of the first connecting portion 1323 of the connecting member 130 is located in the connecting portion 1119, and the first support wall 1117 is constructed as a partial side wall of the connecting portion 1119. The first support wall 1117 is used to provide support for at least a portion of the first connecting portion 1323 to prevent at least a portion of the first connecting portion 1323 from being deformed in the height direction of the consumable box 1.
[0188] The receiving portion 112 and the protruding portion 1113 are located in the second seating portion 111b. The second seating portion 111b further includes a second support wall 1118. Along the width direction of the consumables box 1, the receiving portion 112 is located between the protruding portion 1113 and the second support wall 1118. When at least a portion of the first connecting portion 1323 of the connecting member 130 is located in the receiving portion 112 and the second seating portion 111b, the second support wall 1118 abuts against at least a portion of the first connecting portion 1323 to provide support for the first connecting portion 1323 in the width direction of the consumables box 1.
[0189] 1 and 2 , an embodiment of the present application further provides a consumables box set, comprising a plurality of consumables boxes 1 , which are detachably mounted in a mounting unit 50 of an image forming apparatus.

[0193] 20 , a rectangular coordinate system is established for the consumable box 1. The X-axis direction is the length direction of the consumable box 1, the Y-axis direction is the width direction of the consumable box 1, and the Z-axis direction is the height direction of the consumable box 1.
[0194] As shown in Figures 3, 8, and 9, the first portion 1301 of the connector 13 is electrically connected to the first terminal 121. The second portion 1302 of the connector 13 can contact the second end 1012 of the corresponding stylus 101 in the first stylus group, or can contact the corresponding terminal on the main control circuit board located on the rear side of the stylus assembly in the mounting unit 50 of the image forming device. In this embodiment, the second portion 1302 of the connector 13 contacts the second end 1012 of the corresponding stylus 101 in the first stylus group.
[0195] The connector 13 is made of a conductive material. In some examples, to ensure safety in use, the connector 13 is coated or provided with an insulating layer on all parts except the base end 131 and the arm 133 .
[0196] The number of the connecting members 13 is equal to the number of the first terminals 121 , that is, each connecting member 13 corresponds to one first terminal 121 .
[0197] The connector 13 and the chip 12 can be connected by welding, bonding, abutting, or clamping.
[0198] When the consumables box 1 is installed in the installation position of the installation unit 50 , the second portion 1302 of the connector 13 contacts the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group.
[0199] The second portion 1302 of the connector 13 may contact the first surface 1013 of the stylus 101, the second surface 1014 of the stylus 101, or the third surface 1015 of the stylus 101. In this embodiment, preferably, the second portion 1302 of the connector 13 contacts the first surface 1013.
[0200] The consumables box provided in the embodiment of the present application is electrically connected to the first terminal 121 through the first part 1301 of the connector 13, and the second part 1302 contacts the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group, so that the first terminal 121 does not contact the first end 1011 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group, thereby avoiding the problem of unstable contact or communication interruption between the first terminal 121 and the contact pin 101 due to wear or oxidation failure or bending or accidental damage of the contact pin 101. Therefore, the chip 12 of the consumables box 1 can communicate normally with the image forming device 50, thereby ensuring the normal use of the image forming device.
[0201] In one possible embodiment, as shown in FIG10 , the cartridge body 11 includes a tray 117 and an inner liner. The inner liner includes a liquid container 118 and a connecting member 119. The connecting member 119 is connected to the liquid container 118, and the liquid container 118 is used to store ink. The liquid container 118 and the connecting member 119 are mounted in the tray 117.
[0202] 11 and 13 , a recess 1191 is provided on the connecting component 119 , and the chip 12 is mounted in the recess 1191 .
[0203] As shown in Figures 13, 14, and 15, the box body 11 includes a connecting component 119 and a chip rack 60. The chip rack 60 is detachably mounted on the connecting component 119. The locked portion 61 and the locking portion 1194 are interlocked and connected. The connecting member 13 is mounted on the chip rack 60, and at least a portion of the connecting member 13 and the chip 12 are mounted on a side of the chip rack 60 facing away from the locking portion 61.
[0204] In one possible embodiment, the locking portion 61 may be a locking protrusion, and the locked portion 61 may be a locking groove that matches the shape of the locking protrusion. Of course, in other possible embodiments, the locked portion 61 may be a locking protrusion, and the locking portion 61 may be a locking groove that matches the shape of the locking protrusion. For example. The locking protrusion is a cross-shaped protrusion, and the locking groove is a cross-shaped groove. By inserting the locking protrusion into the locking groove, the locked portion 61 and the locking portion 1194 are locked and connected to each other, thereby achieving a detachable connection between the chip rack 60 and the connecting component 119, and the connection is stable, which facilitates the installation and removal of the chip rack 60. In this example, the placement portion 111 is located on the side of the chip rack 60 that is opposite to the locking portion 61.
[0205] 8 , 9 , and 14 , connector 13 includes a base end 131, a connecting portion 132, and an arm portion 133. Connecting portion 132 includes a first connecting portion 1323 and a circuitous portion 1324. First connecting portion 1323 connects base end 131 and arm portion 133, with at least a portion of base end 131 being disposed in a spiral configuration relative to first connecting portion 1323.
[0206] The part of the first part 1301 electrically connected to the first terminal 121 is located on the end face of the base end portion 131 facing the first terminal 121, that is, the base end portion 131 has an electrical contact portion on the end face facing the first terminal 121, and the electrical contact portion is used to electrically connect with the internal contact portion provided on the first terminal 121, so as to facilitate the electrical connection between the first part 1301 and the first terminal 121.
[0207] The first connecting portion 1323 is set at an angle relative to the arm portion 133, and the first connecting portion 1323 can be straight or broken line-shaped; the detour portion 1324 is connected to the arm portion 133, and the detour portion 1324 can be set in a spiral structure, and the detour portion 1324 can also be a structure combining a spiral structure and a straight line structure, for example, the end of the detour portion 1324 connected to the arm portion 133 is straight or broken line-shaped, and the end of the detour portion 1324 away from the arm portion 133 is spiral.
[0208] The placement portion 111 includes a first placement portion 111a and a second placement portion 111b that are connected to each other. In the height direction of the consumable box 1, that is, the Z-axis direction, the first placement portion 111a is located on the lower side of the second placement portion 111b, wherein the first placement portion 111a is provided with a protrusion 1113. In this example, the protrusion 1113 can be a convex column protruding from the first placement portion 111a in the length direction of the consumable box 1, and the spiral structure of the detour portion 1324 can be wound around the protrusion 1113.
[0209] In this example, the seating portion 111 is provided with a stopper 1116, which is spaced apart from the protrusion 1113. Specifically, the protrusion 1113 and the receiving portion 112 are both located in the first seating portion 111a, and the stopper 1116 is located in the second seating portion 111b. A groove 1114 is defined in the stopper 1116, and the base end portion 131 is located in the groove 1114. To facilitate installation of the base end portion 131 in the groove 1114, a mounting opening 1115 is defined on one side of the stopper 1116. The mounting opening 1115 communicates between the groove 1114 and the outer side of the stopper 1116, facilitating installation of the base end portion 131 into the groove 1114 through the mounting opening 1115.
[0210] At least a portion of the first connecting portion 1323 and the arm 133 are located within the receiving portion 112 and the second seating portion 111b.
[0211] In this embodiment, the arm 133 is constructed by bending a flexible conductive wire, and the part where the arm 133 is connected to the detour part 1324 forms a fulcrum part. When the consumable box 1 is loaded into the installation unit 50, the connecting member 13 abuts against the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101, and the arm 133 rotates in a plane perpendicular to the width direction of the consumable box 1 with the fulcrum part as the center.
[0212] Referring to Figures 14 and 15, in the length direction of the consumable box 1, at least part of the first part 1301 is shielded by the chip 12. In this example, at least part of the base end 131 and the first connecting part 1323 are shielded by the chip 12, which can avoid the base end 131 from being exposed to the outside of the consumable box 1, prevent the base end 131 from being scratched or damaged during the installation process or use of the consumable box 1, and play a certain protective role for the connecting part 13.
[0213] The connector 13 is made of a flexible conductive material and can be an integral structure. For example, the connector 13 can be formed by bending at least one metal wire, such as a copper wire, which not only meets the conductivity requirements but also has sufficient elastic deformation ability.
[0214] The connecting member 13 can be a separate structure from the box body 11 of the consumable box 1. When the connecting member 13 or the box body 11 is damaged, the connecting member 13 can be easily disassembled and repaired without having to replace the entire box.
[0215] In a possible embodiment, referring to Figures 11 and 12, an alignment portion 103 is provided on the mounting position of the mounting unit 50, and an aligned portion 116 is provided on the connecting component 119. When the consumable box 1 is loaded into the mounting position of the mounting unit 50, the aligned portion 116 engages with the alignment portion 103, thereby limiting the width direction of the consumable box 1.
[0216] The installation direction of the consumable box 1 is the +L direction, and the +L direction is parallel to the length direction of the consumable box 1 .
[0217] The consumable material cartridge 1 has a first state in which it is not loaded into the mounting unit 50 and a second state in which it is loaded into the mounting unit 50 .
[0218] 3, 11 and 12, a support frame 104 is provided on the mounting unit 50, and the stylus frame 100 and the stylus assembly are installed in the support frame 104. The alignment portion 103 is located on the support frame 104, and the alignment portion 103 is an alignment surface. The support frame 104 is provided with two sets of alignment surfaces; the aligned portion 116 is a protrusion formed on the side of the recessed portion 1191 in the width direction of the consumable box 1, and the recessed portion 1191 has two sets of aligned protrusions in the width direction of the consumable box 1, and the two sets of aligned protrusions are respectively aligned with the support frame The two sets of alignment surfaces on 104 are engaged, and the recessed portion 1191 is precisely positioned with the contact pin holder 100, ensuring that at least one second terminal 122 in the second terminal group on the chip 12 is electrically connected to the corresponding contact pin 101 in the second contact pin group in the contact pin holder 100, and that the second portion 1302 of the connector 13 is in contact with the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group, thereby preventing the first contact pin group or the second contact pin group from contacting and misaligning with the second terminal group on the chip 12 or the second portion 1302 of the connector 13.
[0219] In this example, the placement portion 111 is also provided with a connecting portion 1119 and a first support wall 1117. The connecting portion 1119 and the first support wall 1117 can be located in the first placement portion 111a. One end of the connecting portion 1119 extends into the groove 1114 through the mounting opening 1115. At least a portion of the first connecting portion 1323 of the connecting member 130 is located in the connecting portion 1119. The first support wall 1117 is constructed as a partial side wall of the connecting portion 1119. The first support wall 1117 is used to provide support for at least a portion of the first connecting portion 1323 to prevent at least a portion of the first connecting portion 1323 from being deformed in the height direction of the consumable box 1.
[0220] Among them, the consumable box in this embodiment has the same remaining structure as the consumable box provided in the above embodiment, and can bring the same or similar technical effects, which will not be described here one by one. For details, please refer to the description of the above embodiment.
[0221] Example 3
[0222] The third embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the structure of the box body 11 , the structure of the chip 12 , and the structure of the connector 13 are different.
[0223] Referring to Figures 17 and 18, the space portion of the box body 11 includes a placement portion 111 and a receiving portion 112. The placement portion 111 is located on the rear side of the chip 12 in the length direction of the consumable box. A fixing portion 1111 is provided in the placement portion 111. The fixing portion 1111 protrudes from the inner wall surface of the placement portion 111. An avoidance portion 1112 is provided on the fixing portion 1111. The avoidance portion 1112 is used to accommodate at least part of the storage element 123 when the chip 12 and the box body 11 of the consumable box 1 are in the installed state.
[0224] 17 , 18 , 19 and 20 , the connector 13 is made of a flexible conductive material. The connector 13 includes a base end 131 , a connecting portion 132 and an arm 133 . The connecting portion 132 includes a first connecting portion 1323 and a detour portion 1324 . The first connecting portion 1323 connects the base end portion 131 and the arm portion 133, and at least a portion of the base end portion 131 is arranged in a spiral structure relative to the first connecting portion 1323. The portion of the first portion 1301 electrically connected to the first terminal 121 is located on the outermost curved surface 1311 of the base end portion 131, that is, an electrical contact portion (not shown in the figure) is provided on the curved surface 1311. The electrical contact portion is used to electrically connect to the inner contact portion (not shown in the figure) provided on the first terminal 121. The first connecting portion 1323 is arranged at an angle relative to the arm portion 133. The detour portion 1324 connects to the arm portion 133 and is arranged in a detour structure relative to the arm portion 133. The detour structure can be understood as consisting of multiple bent segments. A protrusion 1113 is provided on the box body of the consumable box, and one end of the detour portion 1324 is wrapped around the protrusion 1113. The base end portion 131 is wrapped around the fixed portion 1111. The first connecting portion 1323 and at least a portion of the arm 133 are located within the receiving portion 112. Along the length of the consumables cartridge 1, at least a portion of the arm 133 protrudes from the cartridge body 11. At least a portion of the base end 131 is electrically connected to the first terminal 121, and at least a portion of the arm 133 contacts the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group. The arm 133 is at least partially clamped within the receiving portion 112, thereby limiting its position along the width of the consumables cartridge 1.
[0225] Referring to Figures 3, 17 and 19, the arm 133 is constructed by bending a flexible conductive wire, and the part where the arm 133 and the detour part 1324 are connected forms a fulcrum. When the consumable box 1 is loaded into the mounting unit 50, the connector 13 abuts against the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101, and the arm 133 rotates in a plane perpendicular to the width direction of the consumable box 1 with the fulcrum as the center.
[0226] As shown in Figures 17, 20, and 21, the chip 12 includes a substrate 120 and a storage element 123. A first terminal 121 is located on the side of the substrate 120 facing the housing 11. The first terminal 121 is positioned adjacent to the storage element 123 and is configured as an arc. In this embodiment, there may be two first terminals 121, each located on opposite sides of the storage element 123. When the chip 12 is installed in the housing 11 of the consumables cartridge 1, the base end 131 abuts the side of the substrate 120 facing the housing 11, and the arcuate surface 1311 is electrically connected to the first terminal 121. This structure ensures that if one of the two first terminals 121 is damaged, the other first terminal 121 can remain electrically connected to the inner end surface of the base end 131 of the connector 13, ensuring a secure electrical connection. Compared to a structure with only one first terminal 121, this effectively avoids the problem of a failure of one first terminal 121 causing an interruption in the electrical signal, thereby improving the stability of communication.
[0227] The substrate 120 has a notch 124 . When the consumables box 1 is loaded into the image forming apparatus, the first end 1011 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group enters the placement portion 111 through the notch 124 .
[0228] 3 and 17 , the plurality of terminal groups further include a second terminal group, which includes at least one second terminal 122. The second terminal 122 contacts the first end 1011 of a corresponding contact pin 101 in the second contact pin group. Along the length of the consumable cartridge 1, the projections of the first terminal 121 and the second terminal 122 at least partially overlap.
[0229] Example 4
[0230] The present embodiment differs from the above-mentioned embodiments in that the structure of the box body 11 , the structure of the chip 12 , and the structure of the connector 13 are different.
[0231] 22 , 23 and 24 , the base portion 131 is at least partially located in the seating portion 111 , the connecting portion 132 is installed in the seating portion 111 , and the arm portion 133 is partially located in the receiving portion 112 .
[0232] At least a portion of the arm portion 133 intersects with the connecting portion 132 .
[0233] 23 , 24 and 25 , a snap-fit hole 1321 is provided on the connecting portion 132 , and a snap-fit protrusion 113 is provided at a corresponding position in the seating portion 111 . The connecting portion 132 is snapped onto the snap-fit protrusion 113 through the snap-fit hole 1321 , so that the connecting portion 132 is installed in the seating portion 111 .
[0234] The box body 11 is provided with at least two clamping protrusions 114, and at least two clamping protrusions 114 are provided with clamping spaces 1141 in the width direction of the consumable box 1. The arm 133 is at least partially clamped in the clamping space 1141, so that the arm 133 can be limited in the width direction of the consumable box 1.
[0235] An escape opening 1322 is defined between the connecting portion 132 and the arm portion 133 . When the connecting member 13 is mounted on the box body 11 , a portion of the clamping protrusion 114 can be avoided through the escape opening 1322 .
[0236] The first portion 1301 is provided on the base end portion 131 , and the second portion 1302 is provided on the arm portion 133 .
[0237] In one possible implementation, as shown in Figures 24 and 26 , in this embodiment, first terminal 121 of chip 12 is located on the side of substrate 120 facing box body 11. The plurality of terminal groups include a second terminal group, which includes at least one second terminal 122. Second terminal 122 contacts first end 1011 of corresponding contact pin 101 in the second contact pin group. First terminal 121 is positioned adjacent to storage element 123 and is configured in a rectangular or circular structure.
[0238] In a possible embodiment, as shown in reference Figure 24, the consumable box 1 also includes a second deformable member 14, which is located in the placement portion 111. At least part of the connecting portion 132 and the arm portion 133 of the connecting member 13 are in contact with the second deformable member 14, and there is a gap between the connecting member 13 and the inner wall of the placement portion 111 in the height direction of the consumable box.
[0239] The second deformable member 14 is made of a deformable material. In some embodiments, the second deformable member 14 may be a spring or rubber.
[0240] The connecting member 13 has a fulcrum portion on the part that contacts the auxiliary component of the consumable box 1. When the consumable box 1 is installed into the mounting unit 50, the connecting member 13 abuts against the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101, and the connecting member 13 rotates in a plane perpendicular to the width direction of the consumable box 1 with the fulcrum portion as the center.
[0241] The auxiliary component may be the second deformable member 14. The contact portion between the connecting portion 132 and the arm portion 133 and the second deformable member 14 forms a fulcrum portion, and the arm portion 133 and the connecting portion 132 are displaced around the fulcrum portion under the action of an external force.
[0242] As shown in FIG23 , when the consumables box 1 is loaded into the mounting unit 50, the second portion 1302 of the connector 13 abuts against the second end 1012 of the stylus 101 of the first stylus group, and the second end 1012 of the stylus 101 applies a force toward the second portion 1302. The second portion 1302 receives the abutting force, so that the connector 13 can be displaced in a plane perpendicular to the width direction of the consumables box under the action of the abutting force. Specifically, the arm portion 133 of the connector 13 rotates around the fulcrum portion in the +W direction, and the connector 13 is rotated. 3 is displaced in the +Z direction. At this time, the second deformable member 14 is deformed due to the force applied by the connecting member 13. When the consumable box 1 is completely installed in the installation unit 50, the second deformable member 14 needs to recover its deformation, so it applies a force toward the arm 133 of the connecting member 13, which can increase the contact force between the second portion 1302 and the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group, thereby ensuring a stable electrical connection between the connecting member 13 and the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group.
[0243] When the consumable box 1 is removed from the mounting unit 50, the connecting member 13 rotates along the -W direction (as shown in reference Figure 23) under the action of the deformation force of the second deformable member 14, so that the connecting member 13 and the second deformable member 14 can be restored to the state when the consumable box 1 is in the first state.
[0244] Both the +W direction and the −W direction are located in a plane perpendicular to the width direction of the consumables box 1 .
[0245] There is a gap between the portion of the connecting member 13 located in the placement portion 111 and the inner wall of the placement portion 111, so that when the connecting member 13 rotates around the fulcrum in the +W direction, the portion of the connecting member 13 located in the placement portion 111 can move toward the gap in the height direction of the consumable box 1.
[0246] It should be noted that, in this embodiment, regardless of whether the connector 13 is made of a rigid material or a deformable material, by providing a deformable second deformable member 14 on the consumable box, the deformation resistance of the connector 13 can be enhanced, thereby avoiding the arm 133 of the connector 13 from contacting and abutting with the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group for a long time, causing non-elastic deformation, and thus leading to the hidden danger of unstable electrical connection, thereby improving the stability of chip use.
[0247] Example 5
[0248] The difference between the fifth embodiment and the third embodiment lies in the structure of the chip 12 , while the structures of the remaining parts are the same as those of the third embodiment.
[0249] As shown in Figures 17 and 27 , chip 12 includes a substrate 120 and a storage element 123. A first terminal 121 is located on the side of substrate 120 facing housing 11. The plurality of terminal groups includes a second terminal group, which includes at least one second terminal 122. Second terminal 122 contacts first end 1011 of a corresponding contact pin 101 in the second contact pin group. First terminal 121 is positioned adjacent to storage element 123 and is configured as an arc.
[0250] In this embodiment, there is one first terminal 121 , and the first terminal 121 is located at one side of the storage element 123 .
[0251] The projections of the first terminal 121 and the second terminal 122 at least partially overlap along the length of the consumables box 1. When the chip 12 is installed in the box body 11 of the consumables box 1, the base end 131 abuts against the side of the substrate 120 facing the box body 11, and the curved surface 1311 is electrically connected to the first terminal 121.
[0252] Example 6
[0253] The consumables box 1 in the sixth embodiment differs from the consumables box 1 in the fourth embodiment in that the structure of the connecting member 13 is different and the sixth embodiment does not have the second deformable member 14. The rest of the structure is the same as that in the fourth embodiment.
[0254] In a possible embodiment, as shown in reference Figure 31, the arm portion 133 includes a first arm plate 1331, a second arm plate 1332 and a connecting arm plate 1333. The first arm plate 1331 and the second arm plate 1332 are respectively connected to the connecting arm plate 1333. In the height direction of the consumable box 1, the first arm plate 1331 is located above the second arm plate 1332, and there is a space opening 1334 between the first arm plate 1331 and the second arm plate 1332.
[0255] Referring to Figures 28, 29, 30 and 31, at least one group of clamping protrusions 114 is provided on the box body 11, and a clamping space 1141 is provided between the clamping protrusions 114 in the width direction of the consumable box 1 (as shown in Figure 24), and the connecting arm plate 1333 is restricted in the clamping space 1141, so that the arm 133 can be limited in the width direction of the consumable box 1, thereby preventing the arm 133 from moving in the width direction of the consumable box 1, and ensuring that the arm 133 is in contact with the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group.
[0256] As shown in Figures 28, 29, 30, and 31, the first arm plate 1331 is not in contact with the second arm plate 1332. The second arm plate 1332 includes a support body 133a, a rotating portion 133b, and a contact portion 133c. The support body 133a is connected to the connecting arm plate 1333. The rotating portion 133b and the contact portion 133c are disposed on the support body 133a. The rotating portion 133b is located on the side of the support body 133a facing the connecting arm plate 1333, and the contact portion 133c is located on the side of the support body 133a away from the connecting arm plate 1333. The contact portion 133c contacts the second end 1012 of the corresponding stylus 101 in the first stylus group. The side of the support body 133a away from the connecting arm plate 1333 can be displaced toward the space opening 1334 under the action of an external force.
[0257] In the height direction of the consumables cartridge 1 , the rotating portion 133 b and the contact portion 133 c are located on the lower side of the supporting body 133 a .
[0258] The structures of the base end portion 131 and the connecting portion 132 of the connecting member 13 in the sixth embodiment are respectively the same as the structures of the base end portion 131 and the connecting portion 132 of the connecting member 13 in the fourth embodiment.
[0259] The first portion 1301 is provided on the base end portion 131 , and the second portion 1302 is provided on the contact portion 133 c .
[0260] The rotating portion 133b may be a notch, and the contact portion 133c may be a protrusion.
[0261] The rotating portion 133b can serve as a fulcrum. When the side of the support body 133a away from the connecting arm plate 1333 is subjected to external force, it can be deformed around the fulcrum, so that the side of the support body 133a away from the connecting arm plate 1333 can be displaced toward the space opening 1334.
[0262] During the process of the consumable box 1 being loaded into the installation unit 50, the second part 1302 of the connecting member 13 abuts against the second end 1012 of the contact pin 101 of the first contact pin group, and the second end 1012 of the contact pin 101 applies a force toward the second part 1302, causing the second arm plate 1332 to rotate in the +W direction (see Figure 5) around the fulcrum, and the second arm plate 1332 is deformed toward the direction close to the space opening 1334 under the action of the external force; when the consumable box 1 is completely loaded into the installation unit 50, the second arm plate 1332 applies a force toward the second end 1012 of the contact pin 101, which can increase the abutment force between the second part 1302 and the second end of the corresponding contact pin in the first contact pin group, thereby enabling the connecting member 13 to be stably electrically connected to the second end of the corresponding contact pin in the first contact pin group.
[0263] When the consumable box 1 is removed from the mounting unit 50 , the second arm plate 1332 rotates along the −W direction under the action of its own deformation force, so that the connecting member 13 can be restored to the state when the consumable box 1 is in the first state.
[0264] Both the +W direction and the −W direction are located in a plane perpendicular to the width direction of the consumables box 1 .
[0265] It should be noted that, in this embodiment, by making at least a portion of the connector 13 of a deformable material, the deformation resistance of the connector 13 can be enhanced, thereby avoiding the arm of the connector 13 from contacting and abutting with the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group for a long time, causing non-elastic deformation, and thus leading to the hidden danger of unstable electrical connection, thereby improving the stability of chip use.
[0266] Example 7
[0267] The consumables box 1 in the seventh embodiment is different from the consumables box 1 in the sixth embodiment in that a stabilizing component is added. As for the rest of the structure, the seventh embodiment is the same as the sixth embodiment.
[0268] In a possible implementation, the consumable box 1 further includes a stabilizing component; the stabilizing component is configured to limit displacement of the connecting member 13 along the height direction and / or width direction of the consumable box 1 .
[0269] The connector 13 may be at least partially covered by the stabilization component. In other embodiments, the connector 13 may be at least partially in contact with the stabilization component.
[0270] The stabilization component can limit the displacement of the connecting member 13 along the height and width directions of the consumable box 1; the stabilization component can also limit the displacement of the connecting member 13 along the height direction of the consumable box 1; the stabilization component can also limit the displacement of the connecting member 13 along the width direction of the consumable box 1.
[0271] In a possible embodiment, referring to Figures 32 and 33, the stabilization component includes a first covering member 15 and a first deformable member 16, and the first deformable member 16 is connected between the box body 11 and the first covering member 15. When the consumable box 1 is not installed in the installation unit 50, a portion of the connecting member 13 is accommodated in the first covering member 15, and at least a portion of the second portion 1302 of the connecting member 13 is exposed outside the first covering member 15.
[0272] Among them, as shown in reference figure 33, two sliding grooves 1121 are provided on the side wall of the accommodating portion 112 of the box body 11, and the sliding grooves 1121 extend along the height direction of the consumable box 1. The first covering member 15 has two sliding protrusions 151 (as shown in reference figure 34). The two sliding protrusions 151 are respectively located on both sides of the first covering member 15 in the width direction of the consumable box 1. The two sliding protrusions 151 are respectively slidably set in the two sliding grooves 1121. The first covering member 15 can slide in the height direction of the consumable box 1 under the action of external force.
[0273] The first deformable member 16 can be a spring and is located in the receiving portion 112. A first positioning protrusion (not shown) is provided on the top wall of the receiving portion 112, and a second positioning protrusion 152 (see FIG34 ) is provided on the first covering member 15. The second positioning protrusion 152 is located on the top side of the first covering member 15 in the height direction of the consumables box 1. The first deformable member 16 is connected to the first positioning protrusion and the second positioning protrusion 152, respectively.
[0274] As shown in FIG34 , the first cover member 15 has a first receiving groove 153 extending through the first cover member 15 in the longitudinal direction of the consumables cartridge 1. When the consumables cartridge 1 is not installed in the mounting unit 50, the arm portion 133 of the connector 13 is at least partially received in the first receiving groove 153, with the second portion 1302 of the arm portion 133 exposed from the first receiving groove 153. When the consumables cartridge 1 is not installed in the mounting unit 50, the first receiving groove 153 limits displacement of the connector 13 in the height and width directions of the consumables cartridge 1. Furthermore, since the arm portion 133 of the connector 13 is at least partially received in the first receiving groove 153, the stabilization assembly protects the connector 13, preventing significant bending or damage to the connector 13 when the consumables cartridge 1 is violently installed or accidentally dropped from a height. This ensures a stable electrical connection between the connector 13 and the corresponding contact pin 101, thereby improving the stability of the electrical connection between the chip 12 and the contact pin assembly.
[0275] In one possible embodiment, the mounting position of the mounting unit 50 is provided with an alignment portion 103 (as shown in reference Figure 2), and the box body 11 of the consumable box 1 is provided with an aligned portion 116 (as shown in reference Figure 33). When the consumable box 1 is installed into the mounting position of the mounting unit 50, the aligned portion 116 engages with the alignment portion 103, which can limit the width direction of the consumable box 1.
[0276] The installation direction of the consumable box 1 is the +H direction (see FIG1 ), and the +H direction is parallel to the height direction of the consumable box 1 .
[0277] The aligned portion 116 is an aligned surface, and the box body 11 has two aligned surfaces in the width direction of the consumable box 1; the alignment portion 103 is located on the shell of the mounting unit 50, and the alignment portion 103 is an alignment protrusion. A plurality of alignment protrusions are provided on the mounting position of the mounting unit 50, and the two aligned surfaces are respectively engaged with the plurality of alignment protrusions.
[0278] Referring to Figures 35 and 36 , when the consumable box 1 is loaded into the mounting unit 50, the first covering member 15 abuts against the stylus holder 100 and is movable in the height direction of the consumable box 1. Specifically, the aligned portion 116 of the consumable box 1 engages with the alignment portion 103 of the mounting position of the mounting unit 50 and enters the mounting position of the mounting unit 50 along the mounting direction of the consumable box 1; thereafter, the consumable box moves until the first covering member 15 of the stabilizing assembly abuts against the stylus holder 100; thereafter, the first covering member 15 moves in the -H direction and compresses the first deformable member 16, causing the connector 13 to move in the +H direction; thereafter, the connector 13 is partially exposed from the first receiving groove 153, and the second portion 1302 of the connector 13 is released. The second portion 1302 abuts against the second end 1012 of the stylus 101 of the first stylus group, and is squeezed by the second end 1012 of the stylus 101. The second arm plate 1332 rotates around the fulcrum in the +W direction (see FIG5 ), and the second arm plate 1332 is deformed. When the consumable box 1 is completely loaded into the mounting unit 50, the second arm plate 1332 applies a force toward the second end 1012 of the stylus 101, thereby increasing the abutment force between the second portion 1302 and the second end of the corresponding stylus in the first stylus group, thereby enabling the connector 13 to be stably electrically connected to the second end of the corresponding stylus in the first stylus group.
[0279] It should be noted that during the installation of the consumable box 1, the consumable box 1 is moved until the first cover member 15 of the stabilization assembly is in contact with the contact pin holder 100, which can prevent the consumable box from being installed incorrectly. That is, if the consumable box is mistakenly installed in the installation unit 50 of a non-designated image forming device, it will cause installation interference, thereby reminding the user that the consumable box 1 is mistakenly installed, so that the user can adjust the consumable box 1 to the correct installation unit 50 of the image forming device in time; during the installation of the consumable box 1, the first accommodating groove 153 of the first cover member 15 limits the displacement of the connecting member 13 along the width direction of the consumable box 1, which can guide the connecting member 13 to be correctly electrically connected to the corresponding contact pin, so that the chip 12 of the consumable box 1 can communicate normally with the installation unit 50 of the image forming device, thereby ensuring the normal use of the image forming device.
[0280] During the removal of the consumables box 1 from the mounting unit 50, the first deformable member 16 can restore the first covering member 15. Specifically, when the consumables box 1 is removed along the -H direction, the second arm plate 1332 rotates along the -W direction under the action of its own deforming force, thereby restoring the connecting member 13 to the state when the consumables box 1 is in the first state. The first covering member 15 moves along the +H direction under the action of the first deformable member 16, restoring the first covering member 15 and the first deformable member 16 to the state when the consumables box 1 is in the first state.
[0281] It should be noted that, in this embodiment, referring to FIG. 36 , the second portion 1302 of the connector 13 contacts the first surface 1013 of the second end 1012 of the contact pin 101 of the first contact pin group.
[0282] The embodiment of the present application further provides a consumables box set, comprising a plurality of consumables boxes 1 , which are detachably mounted in a mounting unit 50 of an image forming apparatus.
[0283] Among them, the consumable box 1 in this embodiment has the same structure as the consumable box provided in the above embodiment and can bring the same or similar technical effects, which will not be described one by one here. For details, please refer to the description of the above embodiment.
[0284] Each consumable box 1 of the consumable box group is equipped with a connecting piece 13 and a stabilizing component.
[0285] Example 8
[0286] As shown in Figure 37, the difference between the consumable box 1 in Example 8 and the consumable box 1 in Example 7 is that the second part 1302 of the connecting piece 13 of the consumable box 1 in Example 7 contacts the third surface 1015 (as shown in Figure 3) of the second end 1012 of the contact pin 101 of the first contact pin group.
[0287] Example 9
[0288] Referring to Figures 38 and 24, an embodiment of the present application provides a consumables box 1, which is detachably mounted in a mounting unit 50 of an image forming device. The mounting unit 50 is provided with a stylus holder 100 and a stylus assembly. The stylus assembly includes a first stylus group and a second stylus group. The first stylus group and the second stylus group each include at least one stylus 101 (see Figure 3 in Example 1). Each stylus 101 includes a first end 1011 and a second end 1012. In the height direction of the consumables box 1, the second end 1012 is higher than the first end 1011.
[0289] The consumable box 1 includes a box body 11, a chip 12 and at least one connector 13; the chip 12 is installed on the box body 11, and the chip 12 (refer to Figure 8 in Example 1) includes multiple terminal groups, the multiple terminal groups include a first terminal group, and the first terminal group includes at least one first terminal 121; each connector 13 corresponds to a contact pin 101 and a first terminal 121, and in the height direction of the consumable box 1, the connector 13 is at least partially higher than the second end 1012 of the contact pin 101; as shown in Figure 39, the connector 13 has a first part 1301 and a second part 1302.
[0290] A rectangular coordinate system is established for the consumable box 1. The X-axis direction is the length direction of the consumable box 1, the Y-axis direction is the width direction of the consumable box 1, and the Z-axis direction is the height direction of the consumable box 1.
[0291] The first portion 1301 of the connector 13 is electrically connected to the first terminal 121.
[0292] The connector 13 is made of a conductive material. In some examples, to ensure safety in use, the connector 13 is coated or provided with an insulating layer on all parts except the base end 131 and the arm 133 .
[0293] The number of the connecting members 13 is equal to the number of the first terminals 121 , that is, each connecting member 13 corresponds to one first terminal 121 .
[0294] The connector 13 and the chip 12 can be connected by welding, bonding or clamping.
[0295] When the consumables box 1 is installed in the installation position of the installation unit 50 , the second portion 1302 of the connector 13 contacts the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group.
[0296] The second portion 1302 of the connector 13 may contact the first surface 1013, the second surface 1014, or the third surface 1015 of the stylus 101. In this embodiment, the second portion 1302 of the connector 13 contacts the first surface 1013.
[0297] The consumables box provided in the embodiment of the present application is electrically connected to the first terminal 121 through the first part 1301 of the connecting member 13, and the second part 1302 contacts the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group, so that the first terminal 121 does not contact the first end 1011 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group, thereby avoiding the problem of unstable contact or communication interruption between the first terminal 121 and the contact pin 101 due to wear or oxidation failure or bending or accidental damage of the contact pin 101. Therefore, the chip 12 of the consumables box 1 can communicate normally with the mounting unit 50 of the image forming device, thereby ensuring the normal use of the image forming device.
[0298] In a possible embodiment, as shown in reference figure 38, the box body 11 includes a tray 117 and an inner liner, the inner liner includes a liquid holding portion 118 and a connecting component 119, the connecting component 119 is connected to the liquid holding portion 118, the liquid holding portion 118 contains ink, and the liquid holding portion 118 and the connecting component 119 are installed in the tray 117.
[0299] 40 , a recess 1191 is provided on the connecting component 119 , the chip 12 is mounted in the recess 1191 via a chip frame (not shown), and at least a portion of the first portion 1301 of the connecting member 13 is located in the chip frame.
[0300] In a possible implementation, the consumable box 1 further includes a stabilizing component; the stabilizing component is configured to limit displacement of the connecting member 13 along the height direction and / or width direction of the consumable box 1 .
[0301] The stabilization component is located outside the recessed portion 1191. The connector 13 may be at least partially covered by the stabilization component. In other embodiments, the connector 13 may be at least partially in contact with the stabilization component.
[0302] The stabilization component can limit the displacement of the connecting member 13 along the height and width directions of the consumable box 1; the stabilization component can also limit the displacement of the connecting member 13 along the height direction of the consumable box 1; the stabilization component can also limit the displacement of the connecting member 13 along the width direction of the consumable box 1.
[0303] In a possible embodiment, referring to Figures 40 and 41, the stabilization component includes a support member 17, a second cover member 18 and a third deformable member (not shown in the figures), the support member 17 is fixedly connected to the connecting member 119, the second cover member 18 is rotatably connected to the support member 17, and the third deformable member is connected between the support member 17 and the second cover member 18. When the consumable box 1 is not installed in the installation unit 50, a portion of the connecting member 13 is accommodated in the second cover member 18, and the second portion 1302 of the connecting member 13 is exposed outside the second cover member 18.
[0304] As shown in reference figure 40, a first card slot 1192 is provided on the connecting part 119, a second card slot 171 is provided on the supporting part 17, and a second receiving slot 181 is provided on the second covering part 18. The first card slot 1192 is connected to the second card slot 171, and the second card slot 171 is connected to the second receiving slot 181.
[0305] When the consumable box 1 is not installed in the installation unit 50, the second accommodating groove 181 can limit the displacement of the connector 13 along the height and width directions of the consumable box 1, and the arm 133 of the connector 13 is at least partially accommodated in the second accommodating groove 181, so that the stabilization component can protect the connector 13 to prevent the connector 13 from being significantly bent or damaged when the consumable box 1 is violently installed or accidentally falls from a high altitude, thereby making the connector 13 stably electrically connected to the corresponding contact pin 101, thereby improving the stability of the electrical connection between the chip 12 and the contact pin assembly.
[0306] Referring to Figures 39 and 40, the connecting member 13 includes a base end portion 131, a connecting portion 132 and an arm portion 133. The connecting portion 132 connects the base end portion 131 and the arm portion 133. At least a portion of the connecting portion 132 is located in the first card slot 1192 and the second card slot 171, and at least a portion of the arm portion 133 is located in the second accommodating slot 181.
[0307] The first portion 1301 is provided on the base end portion 131 , and the second portion 1302 is provided on the arm portion 133 .
[0308] The third deformation member may be a torsion spring.
[0309] 41 , when the consumables box 1 is loaded into the mounting unit 50 , the second cover member 18 abuts against the stylus holder 100 and can rotate in a plane perpendicular to the width direction of the consumables box 1 , ie, in the +R direction.
[0310] In a possible embodiment, referring to Figures 24 and 41, the mounting position of the mounting unit 50 is provided with an alignment portion 103, and the box body 11 of the consumable box 1 is provided with an aligned portion 116. When the consumable box 1 is loaded into the mounting position of the mounting unit 50, the aligned portion 116 engages with the alignment portion 103, so as to limit the width direction of the consumable box 1.
[0311] The installation direction of the consumable box 1 is the +L direction, and the +L direction is parallel to the length direction of the consumable box 1 .
[0312] The consumable material cartridge 1 has a first state in which it is not loaded into the mounting unit 50 and a second state in which it is loaded into the mounting unit 50 .
[0313] A support frame 104 is provided on the mounting unit 50, and the stylus frame 100 and the stylus assembly are installed in the support frame 104. The alignment portion 103 is located on the support frame 104, and the alignment portion 103 is an alignment surface. The support frame 104 is provided with two sets of alignment surfaces; the aligned portion 116 is a protrusion provided on the side of the recessed portion 1191 in the width direction of the consumable box 1, and the recessed portion 1191 has two groups of aligned protrusions in the width direction of the consumable box 1, and the two groups of aligned protrusions are respectively engaged with the two groups of alignment surfaces on the support frame 104.
[0314] 24 and 41 , when the consumables box 1 is loaded into the mounting unit 50, the second cover 18 abuts against the stylus holder 100 and is rotatable in a plane perpendicular to the width of the consumables box 1. Specifically, the aligned portion 116 of the consumables box 1 engages with the alignment portion 103 of the mounting position of the mounting unit, and the consumables box 1 enters the mounting position of the mounting unit 50 along the mounting direction of the consumables box 1. Thereafter, the consumables box 1 moves until the second cover 18 of the stabilization assembly abuts against the stylus holder 100. Thereafter, the second cover 18 rotates in the +R direction, compressing the third deformable member, and the connector 13 moves in the +L direction. Thereafter, when the consumables box 1 is fully loaded into the mounting unit 50, the arm 133 of the connector 13 partially emerges from the second receiving groove 181, and the second portion 1302 of the connector 13 abuts against the second end 1012 of the stylus 101 of the first stylus group.
[0315] It should be noted that during the installation of the consumable box 1, the consumable box 1 moves until the second cover member 18 of the stabilizing assembly abuts against the contact pin holder 100, which can prevent the consumable box from being installed incorrectly. That is, if the consumable box is mistakenly installed in the installation unit 50 of a non-designated image forming device, it will cause installation interference, thereby reminding the user that the consumable box 1 is mistakenly installed, so that the user can adjust the consumable box 1 to the correct installation unit 50 of the image forming device in time; during the installation of the consumable box 1, the second accommodating groove 181 of the second cover member 18 limits the displacement of the connecting member 13 along the width direction of the consumable box 1, which can guide the connecting member 13 to be correctly electrically connected to the corresponding contact pin, so that the chip 12 of the consumable box 1 can communicate normally with the installation unit 50 of the image forming device, thereby ensuring the normal use of the image forming device.
[0316] During the removal of the consumables box 1 from the mounting unit 50, the third deformable member can reset the second covering member 18. Specifically, when the consumables box 1 is removed along the -L direction, the second covering member 18 rotates along the -R direction under the action of the third deformable member, restoring the second covering member 18 to the state when the consumables box 1 is in the first state.
[0317] In one possible embodiment, as shown in FIG40 , an auxiliary protrusion 1193 is provided on the connecting member 119. In the height direction of the consumables box, the auxiliary protrusion 1193 is located on the upper outer side of the recessed portion 1191. In the height direction of the consumables box 1, the auxiliary protrusion 1193 is higher than the stabilization component. With this arrangement, when the inner container detaches from the tray 117 and falls from a height, the auxiliary protrusion 1193 can be used to help protect the stabilization component and the connecting member 119 in the height direction of the consumables box 1, preventing damage.
[0318] Example 10
[0319] Referring to Figure 42, an embodiment of the present application provides a consumables box 1, which is detachably mounted in a mounting unit 50 of an image forming device. The mounting unit 50 is provided with a stylus holder 100 (as shown in Figure 2 of the first embodiment), a stylus assembly and a conductive unit 102. The stylus assembly includes a first stylus group and a second stylus group. The first stylus group and the second stylus group each include at least one stylus 101 (as shown in Figure 3 of the first embodiment). Each stylus 101 includes a first end 1011 and a second end 1012. In the height direction of the consumables box 1, the second end 1012 is higher than the first end 1011.
[0320] As shown in Figures 43 and 45 , the consumables cartridge 1 includes a cartridge body 11, a chip 12, and at least one connector 13. The chip 12 is mounted on the cartridge body 11 and includes multiple terminal groups, including a first terminal group, which includes at least one first terminal 121. Each connector 13 corresponds to one contact pin 101 and one first terminal 121. As shown in Figures 44 and 3 , at least a portion of the connector 13 is higher than the second end 1012 of the contact pin 101 in the height direction of the consumables cartridge 1. As shown in Figure 46 , the connector 13 includes a first portion 1301 and a second portion 1302.
[0321] A rectangular coordinate system is established for the consumable box 1. The X-axis direction is the length direction of the consumable box 1, the Y-axis direction is the width direction of the consumable box 1, and the Z-axis direction is the height direction of the consumable box 1.
[0322] At least one mounting position is provided in the mounting unit 50 , and each mounting position is used to mount a consumable box 1 , and each mounting position corresponds to a contact pin assembly.
[0323] As shown in Figure 46 , the first portion 1301 of the connector 13 is electrically connected to the first terminal 121.
[0324] The connector 13 is made of a conductive material. In some examples, to ensure safety in use, the connector 13 is coated or provided with an insulating layer on all parts except the base end 131 and the arm 133 .
[0325] The number of the connectors 13 is equal to the number of the first terminals 121, that is, each connector 13 corresponds to one first terminal 121. In this embodiment, there are multiple connectors 13 and multiple first terminals 121.
[0326] The connector 13 and the chip 12 can be connected by welding, bonding or clamping.
[0327] When the consumables box 1 is installed in the installation position of the installation unit 50 , the second portion 1302 of the connector 13 contacts the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group.
[0328] The second portion 1302 of the connector 13 may contact the first surface 1013, the second surface 1014, or the third surface 1015 of the stylus 101. In this embodiment, the second portion 1302 of the connector 13 contacts the second surface 1014.
[0329] The consumables box provided in the embodiment of the present application is electrically connected to the first terminal 121 through the first part 1301 of the connecting member 13, and the second part 1302 is in contact with the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group. This can prevent the first terminal 121 from failing due to wear or oxidation, or the contact pin 101 from bending or accidental damage, which may lead to the first terminal 121 being unable to stably contact with the contact pin 101 or communication being interrupted. This can enable the chip 12 of the consumables box 1 to communicate normally with the mounting unit 50 of the image forming device, thereby ensuring the normal use of the image forming device.
[0330] In a possible embodiment, as shown in reference figure 45, the chip also includes a substrate 120 and a storage element 123, multiple terminal groups are electrically connected to the storage element 123, the first terminal 121 is located on the side of the substrate 120 facing the box body 11, the multiple terminal groups include a second terminal group, the second terminal group includes at least one second terminal 122; the second terminal 122 is electrically connected to the conductive unit 102.
[0331] The storage element 123 stores information of the chip 12 , for example, the storage element 123 stores information such as manufacturer information, ink volume information, consumable box category information, ink color, and the like.
[0332] The first terminal group and the second terminal group are at least partially overlapped in their projections in the width direction of the consumable material box 1 .
[0333] In this embodiment, the number of the connecting members 13 is four, the number of the first terminals 121 is also four, and the number of the second terminal 122 is one.
[0334] The first terminal 121 may be any terminal on the chip 12 . The second terminal 122 is a terminal remaining on the chip 12 after the first terminal 121 is removed.
[0335] The first terminal 121 and the second terminal 122 are both located on the side of the substrate 120 facing the box body 11. Specifically, the substrate 120 has an inner surface 1201 facing the box body 11 and an outer surface 1202 facing away from the box body 11. The first terminal 121 and the second terminal 122 are both located on the inner surface 1201.
[0336] In some examples, when the chip 12 includes a ground terminal, a power terminal, a reset terminal, a clock terminal, and a data terminal, the first terminal 121 can be two or more of the ground terminal, the power terminal, the reset terminal, the clock terminal, and the data terminal. The second terminal group includes the remaining terminals other than the first terminal in the first terminal group. It should be noted that the ground terminal is used to receive a ground potential; the power terminal is used to receive a power potential different from the ground potential (such as 3.6V or 3.3V), and this terminal provides power for the operation of the storage element 123; the reset terminal is used to reset the internal data of the storage element 123; the clock terminal is used to receive a clock signal; the data terminal is used to send or receive a data signal, and is also used to detect a short circuit between the data terminal and at least one of the clock terminal, the reset terminal, and the power terminal.
[0337] In other examples, when the chip 12 includes a ground terminal, a power terminal, a reset terminal, a clock terminal, a data terminal, a high-voltage terminal, and a detection terminal, the first terminal 121 can be two or more of the ground terminal, the power terminal, the reset terminal, the clock terminal, the data terminal, the high-voltage terminal, and the detection terminal, and the second terminal group includes the remaining terminals other than the first terminal in the first terminal group. It should be noted that the high-voltage terminal is used to detect whether the consumable box is correctly loaded into the image forming device. The detection terminal is used to detect whether a short circuit occurs between the high-voltage terminal of the chip and at least one of the remaining terminals (i.e., the low-voltage terminal).
[0338] The conductive unit 102 is arranged on the outside of the mounting unit 50, and the conductive unit 102 is used to transmit a ground signal; alternatively, the conductive unit 102 can also be used to transmit a power signal; the conductive unit 102 can also be a main control circuit board located on the rear side of the stylus assembly in the mounting unit of the image forming device, and the main control circuit board has a terminal electrically connected to the stylus assembly.
[0339] In one possible embodiment, the box body 11 is provided with a seating portion 111 and a receiving portion 112 (see Figure 7 of Example 1). Referring to Figure 46, the first part 1301 of the connector 13 includes at least a base end portion 131 and a connecting portion 132, and the second part 1302 includes at least an arm portion 133. The base end portion 131 is connected to the arm portion 133, the base end portion 131 is at least partially located in the seating portion 111, and the arm portion 133 is partially located in the seating portion 111. In the length direction of the consumable box 1, the arm portion 133 at least partially protrudes from the box body 11; the base end portion 131 is electrically connected to the first terminal 121, and the arm portion 133 contacts the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group.
[0340] The placement portion 111 and the receiving portion 112 may both be recessed on the box body 11 .
[0341] The arm portion 133 and the base end portion 131 are intersecting with each other.
[0342] In one possible embodiment, the consumables box 1 further includes a stabilization assembly; the connector 13 is at least partially covered by the stabilization assembly. This configuration allows the stabilization assembly to protect the connector 13, preventing it from being significantly bent or damaged when the consumables box 1 is violently installed or accidentally dropped from a high altitude. This ensures a stable electrical connection between the connector 13 and the corresponding contact pin 101, thereby improving the stability of the electrical connection between the chip 12 and the contact pin assembly.
[0343] As shown in reference Figure 43, the stabilization component includes a first covering member 15 and a first deformable member 16. The first deformable member 16 is connected between the box body 11 and the first covering member 15. When the consumable box 1 is not installed in the installation unit, a portion of the connecting member 13 is accommodated in the first covering member 15, and the second portion 1302 of the connecting member 13 is exposed outside the first covering member 15.
[0344] A sliding groove 1121 is provided on the side wall of the accommodating portion 112 of the box body 11, and the sliding groove 1121 extends along the height direction of the consumable box 1. As shown in Figure 47, the first covering member 15 has a sliding protrusion 151, and a sliding protrusion 151 is slidably set in the sliding groove 1121. The first covering member 15 can slide in the height direction of the consumable box 1 under the action of external force.
[0345] The first deformable member 16 can be a spring and is located in the receiving portion 112. A first positioning protrusion (not shown) is provided on the top wall of the receiving portion 112. A second positioning protrusion 152 is provided on the first covering member 15. The second positioning protrusion 152 is located on the rear side of the first covering member 15 in the longitudinal direction of the consumables box 1. The sliding protrusion 151 is fixed to the second positioning protrusion 152. The first deformable member 16 is respectively connected to the first positioning protrusion and the second positioning protrusion 152.
[0346] Referring to Figures 43 and 47, the first covering member 15 has a first accommodating groove 153, which passes through the first covering member 15 in the length direction of the consumable box 1. When the consumable box 1 is not installed in the installation unit, the arms 133 of the four connecting members 13 are at least partially accommodated in the first accommodating groove 153, and the second portions 1302 of the arms 133 of the four connecting members 13 are exposed from the first accommodating groove 153.
[0347] In a possible embodiment, as shown in FIG. 43 , the consumable box 1 further includes a handle 20 , which is disposed on the box body 11 . The handle 20 is located on the front side of the box body 11 at the consumable box 1 , and an extension portion 140 is provided on the handle 20 .
[0348] As shown in FIG. 48 , the consumables box 1 further includes a coupling member 19 , one end of the coupling member 19 is electrically connected to the second terminal 122 , and the other end of the coupling member 19 is electrically connected to the conductive unit 102 .
[0349] The coupling member 19 is made of a conductive material. In this embodiment, the coupling member 19 is made of a metal material.
[0350] In one possible embodiment, the consumables box 1 further includes at least one coupling member 19, which includes at least a first connecting segment 191 and a third connecting segment 193. The first connecting segment 191 is electrically connected to the second terminal 122, and the third connecting segment 193 is in contact with the conductive unit 102. The coupling member 19 can be a conductive metal sheet.
[0351] In one possible embodiment, the coupling member 19 includes a first connecting segment 191, a second connecting segment 192 and a third connecting segment 193, the second connecting segment 192 connects the first connecting segment 191 and the third connecting segment 193, the first connecting segment 191 is arranged on the box body 11, and the second connecting segment 192 and the third connecting segment 193 are arranged on the handle 20.
[0352] The first connecting section 191 may be embedded in the box body 11 or exposed outside the box body 11 , and no specific setting is made here.
[0353] The second connecting section 192 is embedded in the extension portion 140 of the handle 20. Specifically, as shown in FIG43 , an embedding groove 141 is provided on the extension portion 140, and the second connecting section 192 is embedded in the embedding groove 141.
[0354] The third connecting section 193 is exposed outside the extending portion 140 , and the third connecting section 193 is electrically connected to the conductive unit 102 .
[0355] In one possible embodiment, the mounting position of the mounting unit is provided with an alignment portion 103 (as shown in Figure 2 of the first embodiment), and the box body 11 of the consumable box 1 is provided with an aligned portion 116. When the consumable box 1 is installed in the mounting position of the mounting unit, the aligned portion 116 engages with the alignment portion 103, so as to limit the width direction of the consumable box 1.
[0356] The installation direction of the consumables box 1 is the +H direction (refer to FIG. 1 in the first embodiment), and the +H direction is parallel to the height direction of the consumables box 1 .
[0357] The aligned portion 116 is an aligned surface, and the box body 11 has two aligned surfaces in the width direction of the consumable box 1; the alignment portion 103 is located on the shell of the mounting unit, and the alignment portion 103 is an alignment protrusion. Two alignment protrusions are provided on the mounting position of the mounting unit, and the two aligned surfaces are respectively engaged with the two alignment protrusions.
[0358] During the process of loading the consumable box 1 into the mounting unit, the first covering member 15 abuts against the stylus holder 100 and is movable in the height direction of the consumable box 1. Specifically, the aligned portion 116 of the consumable box 1 engages with the alignment portion 103 of the mounting position of the mounting unit and enters the mounting position of the mounting unit along the installation direction of the consumable box 1; then, the consumable box moves until the first covering member 15 of the stabilization assembly abuts against the stylus holder 100; then, the first covering member 15 moves along the -H direction, compressing the first deformable member 16, and the connector 13 moves along the +H direction; when the consumable box 1 is fully loaded into the mounting unit, the second portion 1302 of the connector 13 abuts against the second end 1012 of the stylus 101 of the first stylus group, and the third connecting segment 193 of the coupling member 19 is electrically connected to the conductive unit 102.
[0359] When the consumables box 1 is removed from the mounting unit, the first deformable member 16 can reset the first covering member 15. Specifically, when the consumables box 1 is removed along the -H direction, the first covering member 15 moves along the +H direction under the action of the first deformable member 16, so that the first covering member 15 and the first deformable member 16 can be restored to the state when the consumables box 1 is in the first state.

The first stylus group and the second stylus group each include at least one stylus 101 (as shown in Figure 3 of the first embodiment). Each stylus 101 includes a first end 1011 and a second end 1012. In the height direction of the consumables box group, the second end 1012 is higher than the first end 1011.
[0362] As shown in Reference Figure 51, the consumable box group includes a main body and at least one connector 13; the main body includes multiple box bodies 11 and multiple chips 12, each chip 12 is mounted on a box body 11, the chip 12 includes multiple terminal groups, the multiple terminal groups include a first terminal group, the first terminal group includes at least one first terminal 121; each connector 13 corresponds to a contact pin 101 and multiple first terminals 121, in the height direction of the consumable box group, the connector 13 is at least partially higher than the second end 1012 of the contact pin 101; the connector 13 has multiple first parts 1301 and a second part 1302, the multiple first parts 1301 are respectively arranged on each box body 11 of the main body, and the second part 1302 is arranged on a box body 11 of the main body.
[0363] The first portion 1301 is used to electrically connect to one first terminal 121 of each chip 12 , and the second portion 1302 is used to contact the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group.
[0364] A rectangular coordinate system is established for the consumable box group, wherein the X-axis direction is the length direction of the consumable box group, the Y-axis direction is the width direction of the consumable box group, and the Z-axis direction is the height direction of the consumable box group.
[0365] The mounting unit is provided with a plurality of mounting positions, each of which is provided with a box body 11 , and each of which corresponds to a contact pin assembly and a chip 12 .
[0366] The structure of the stylus 101 is the same as that of the stylus 101 in the first embodiment, and the details may refer to the stylus 101 in the first embodiment.
[0367] In this embodiment, the main body of the consumables box set includes two or more box bodies 11 and two or more chips 12 , and each chip 12 corresponds to one box body 11 .
[0368] The connector 13 is made of a conductive material. In some examples, to ensure safety in use, the connector 13 is coated or provided with an insulating layer on all parts except the base end 131 and the arm 133 .
[0369] The number of connectors 13 is equal to the number of first terminals 121 of each chip 12, that is, each connector 13 corresponds to one first terminal 121 of each chip 12. In this embodiment, the number of connectors 13 is one, and the number of first terminals 121 of each chip 12 is also one.
[0370] The connector 13 and the chip 12 can be connected by welding, bonding or clamping.
[0371] When the consumables box assembly is installed in the installation position of the installation unit, the second portion 1302 of the connector 13 contacts the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group.
[0372] The second portion 1302 of the connector 13 may contact the first surface 1013 of the stylus 101 , the second surface 1014 of the stylus 101 , or the third surface 1015 of the stylus 101 .
[0373] The consumables box set provided in the embodiment of the present application is electrically connected to the first terminal 121 of each chip 12 through the first part 1301 of the connector 13, and the second part 1302 contacts the second end 1012 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group, so that the first terminal 121 does not contact the first end 1011 of the corresponding contact pin 101 in the first contact pin group, thereby avoiding the problem of the first terminal 121 being unable to stably contact or communication interruption between the first terminal 121 and the contact pin 101 due to wear or oxidation failure or bending or accidental damage of the contact pin 101. In this way, the chip 12 of the consumable box 1 can communicate normally with the installation unit of the image forming device, thereby ensuring the normal use of the image forming device.
[0374] In this embodiment, the structures of the box body 11 and the chip 12 are respectively the same as those of the box body 11 and the chip 12 in the first embodiment.
[0375] In a possible embodiment, as shown in reference Figure 52, the connecting member 13 includes a plurality of base end portions 131, a plurality of connecting portions 132 and an arm portion 133, each box body 11 corresponds to a base end portion 131 and a connecting portion 132, and the plurality of connecting portions 132 are connected in sequence in the width direction of the consumable box group, each base end portion 131 is connected to a connecting portion 132, and the arm portion 133 is connected to one connecting portion 132 among the plurality of connecting portions 132.
[0376] Among them, the structure of the base end portion 131 of the connecting member 13 in this embodiment is the same as the structure of the base end portion 131 in the fourth embodiment; the structure of the connecting portion 132 of the connecting member 13 in this embodiment is the same as the structure of the connecting portion 132 in the fourth embodiment; the installation method of the connecting portion 132 of the connecting member 13 in this embodiment is the same as the installation method of the connecting portion 132 in the fourth embodiment.
[0377] The structure of the arm portion 133 of the connecting member 13 in this embodiment is the same as that of the arm portion 133 in the fourth embodiment; the installation method of the arm portion 133 of the connecting member 13 in this embodiment is the same as that of the arm portion 133 in the fourth embodiment.
[0378] In one possible implementation, the consumables box 1 further includes a stabilization component. The stabilization component in this embodiment has the same structure as that in the third embodiment; and the installation method of the stabilization component in this embodiment is the same as that in the fourth embodiment.
[0379] Among the multiple box bodies 11 of the main body of the consumable box set, one box body 11 is configured with an arm 133 and a stabilizing component, while the remaining box bodies 11 are not provided with the arm 133 and the stabilizing component.
[0380] In this embodiment, during the process of the consumables box group being loaded into the installation unit, the movement process of the stabilization component can refer to the movement process in Example 6, and will not be described in detail here.
[0381] Example 12
[0382] To prevent damage to the connector during long-distance transport of consumables, conventional techniques involve directly covering the connector with a protective member. However, during transport, the protective member can easily fall off the connector due to external environmental factors such as bumps or vibrations. This can cause the second end of the connector to be damaged by accidental impacts due to lack of protection, potentially affecting certain chip functions. For example, a deformed or damaged second end of the connector may be unable to electrically connect to the target contact pin of the printing device, thus affecting signal transmission.
[0383] In addition, during the transportation of the consumable box, due to external environmental factors such as bumps or vibrations, the protective part covering the connector is squeezed by external force and deformed toward the connector, and an extrusion force is applied to the connector, causing the second end of the connector to deform in the height direction and / or the width direction of the consumable box. As a result, after the consumable box is installed in the printing device, the second end of the connector cannot be stably electrically connected or cannot be electrically connected normally to the target contact pin of the printing device, affecting the normal use of the consumable box.
[0384] In view of this, the present application provides a consumable box group, which improves the structure of the protective part 40 and clamps part of the protective part 40 between the handle 20 and the box body 11. Under the blocking effect of the handle 20 and the box body 11, the problem of the protective part 40 easily falling off from the consumable box 1 due to environmental factors such as vibration is solved, and the stability of the protective part 40 fixed to the outer wall of the consumable box 1 is improved, so that the protective part 40 can stably protect the connecting part 30, thereby effectively reducing the problem of deformation of the connecting part 30 and ensuring the stability of signal transmission between the chip 12 and the printing device.
[0385] In order to better illustrate the consumable box group, a coordinate system is established with reference to Figures 54 and 55: the width direction of the consumable box 1 is the Y-axis direction, the length direction of the consumable box 1 is the X-axis direction, and the height direction of the consumable box 1 is the Z-axis direction, wherein the X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis are perpendicular to each other.
[0386] In this example, the first direction is the length of the consumable box, as indicated by the +X axis in the figure; the second direction is the width of the consumable box, as indicated by the +Y axis; and the third direction is the height of the consumable box, as indicated by the +Z axis. The angles between the first, second, and third directions may be 90°. In other possible implementations, the angle between the first and second directions may be between 80° and 100°, for example, 80°, 85°, 90°, 95°, or 100°.
[0387] Referring to Figure 53 , the present application provides a consumable cartridge that can be removably mounted on a mounting unit 50 of a printing device. Mounting unit 50 is capable of reciprocating along a guide rail to achieve printing. The consumable cartridge 1 stores ink. During printing, the ink is delivered to an ink supply unit in the mounting unit. The ink supply unit then supplies the ink to a printhead, which sprays the ink onto a print medium, such as paper, to form text or patterns.
[0388] Referring to Figures 54 and 55, the present application provides a consumable box set, including: a consumable box 1 and a protective member 40, the consumable box 1 can be detachably installed in a printing device, the consumable box 1 includes a box body 11, a handle 20, a chip 12 and a connector 30, the handle 20 and the chip 12 are both arranged on the outer wall of the box body 11, the connector 30 is arranged on the box body 11, the first end of the connector 30 is electrically connected to the chip 12, and the second end of the connector 30 is configured to be electrically connected to the contact pin assembly of the printing device.
[0389] The protective member 40 and the consumable box 1 are detachably mounted. A hollow portion 41 is provided on the protective member 40. The second end of the connecting member 30 is exposed outward from the hollow portion 41. Part of the handle 20 passes through the hollow portion 41, so that part of the protective member 40 is clamped between the handle 20 and the box body 11.
[0390] The present application provides a consumable box set, in which part of the protective member 40 is clamped between the handle 20 and the box body 11. Under the blocking effect of the handle 20 and the box body 11, the stability of the protective member 40 fixed to the outer wall of the consumable box 1 is improved, and the problem of the protective member 40 easily falling off from the consumable box 1 due to environmental factors such as vibration is solved, so that the protective member 40 can stably protect the connecting member 30, thereby effectively preventing the connecting member 30 from being deformed by accidental impact, thereby ensuring the communication quality between the chip 12 and the printing device.
[0391] As shown in Figures 53 and 56 , the cartridge body 11 is formed by a plurality of panels. Ink is stored in the cartridge body 11, which is roughly cubic in shape. In a first direction, the cartridge body 11 has a front panel 1102 and a rear panel 1103 at opposite ends, respectively. The rear panel 1103 faces the stylus assembly mounted on the mounting unit 50 of the printing device. In a second direction, the cartridge body 11 has side panels 1101 at opposite ends. In a third direction, the cartridge body 11 has a bottom panel 1104 and a top panel 1105 at opposite ends, respectively.
[0392] 54 and 56 , in this example, the handle 20, chip 12, and connector 30 are all disposed on the rear panel 1103 of the cartridge body 11. In the third direction, i.e., the height direction of the consumable cartridge, the handle 20 is located above the connector 30. The rear panel 1103 has a seating portion 111, in which the chip 12 and at least a portion of the connector 30 are located. The handle 20 is located above the seating portion 111.
[0393] Referring to Figures 55 and 57, the placement portion 111 has a fixing portion 1111, and the first end of the connecting member 30 has a base end portion 131. The base end portion 131 can be a spiral column. The base end portion 131 is sleeved on the fixing portion 1111, and the connecting member 30 also includes a connecting portion 132 connected between the base end portion 131 and the arm portion 133.
[0394] In one possible implementation, the protective member 40 can be made of foam or sponge material. The material of the protective member 40 is relatively soft. During the transportation of the consumable box 1, the protective member 40 can not only play a role in buffering and vibration reduction, but also support and protect the connecting member 30, thereby reducing the problem of deformation of the connecting member 30 due to accidental collision.
[0395] In one possible implementation, as shown in FIG. 57 , the connector 30 may be constructed to be separately or integrally provided with the chip 12 . The connector 30 may be made of, for example, a metal material having conductive properties.
[0396] In one possible implementation, referring to Figures 55 and 57 , the second end of the connector 30 is constructed to include an arm 133, which extends from the outer wall of the box body 11 along a first direction, and the arm 133 abuts against the inner wall of the hollow portion 41, and the arm 133 is configured to be electrically connected to the contact pin assembly of the printing device, and the arm 133 is exposed through the hollow portion 41.
[0397] The arm portion 133 extends from the outer wall of the box body 11 along the first direction, that is, the arm portion 133 extends from the outer wall of the box body 11 along the length direction of the consumables box 1, and the arm portion 133 abuts the inner wall of the hollow portion 41. This structure allows the inner wall of the hollow portion 41 to support the arm portion 133, thereby reducing deformation of the arm portion 133 when it is impacted and protecting the arm portion 133.
[0398] In other possible implementations, the arm 133 may be close to the inner wall of the hollow portion 41 and not abut against the inner wall of the hollow portion 41. For example, there is a distance between the arm 133 and the inner wall of the hollow portion 41, and the distance may be 0.2 mm, 0.5 mm, 1 mm or 2 mm, etc.
[0399] The arm portion 133 extends from the outer wall of the box body 11 along the first direction to facilitate the arm portion 133 to contact the second end of the target contact pin provided on the contact pin holder, thereby achieving electrical conduction between the connector 30 and the target contact pin.
[0400] In one possible implementation, as shown in Figures 54 and 57 , along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, i.e., along the width of the consumables box 1, the projection of the arm portion 133 is located within the projection of the inner wall of the hollow portion 41. It is readily understood that the end of the arm portion 133 extending from the box body 11 does not extend beyond the end surface of the hollow portion 41 away from the box body 11, thereby enhancing the protective effect of the protective member 40 on the arm portion 133.
[0401] Along the first direction, the arm 133 can be exposed outward from the hollow portion 41, that is, the arm 133 is not covered by the protective member 40, which can effectively avoid the situation in the prior art where the arm 133 is deformed due to the squeezing force of the protective member 40, and can ensure the stability of the electrical connection between the arm 133 and the target contact pin of the printing device, thereby improving the communication quality between the chip 12 and the printing device.
[0402] In one possible implementation, referring to Figures 54 and 55, the handle 20 includes a first deformation section 21 and a second deformation section 22, and the two ends of the first deformation section 21 are respectively connected to the box body 11 and the second deformation section 22, and the first deformation section 21 is located in the hollow portion 41, and the second deformation section 22 abuts against the side of the protective member 40 facing away from the box body 11.
[0403] Referring to Figures 54 and 58, the end of the second deformation section 22 away from the first deformation section 21 is a free end, and the second deformation section 22 can be extended along a third direction, so that there is a certain deformation space 110 between the second deformation section 22 and the box body 11. The existence of the deformation space 110 allows the second deformation section 22 to elastically deform in a direction close to the box body 11, thereby having a certain clamping effect on the protective member 40, thereby improving the stability of the protective member 40 installed on the consumable box 1.
[0404] The handle 20 and the protective member 40 can be made of deformable materials. In the first direction, the protective member 40 can undergo compression deformation when squeezed, and a part of the protective member 40 is clamped by the handle 20, so that under the elastic force of the handle 20 and the protective member 40, the stability of the installation of the protective member 40 is improved.
[0405] Since both the protective member 40 and the handle 20 are elastic, and the first deformation section 21 is located in the hollow portion 41, at least a portion of the protective member 40 is clamped by the handle 20 in the first direction due to the restoring deformation force of the handle 20. This can prevent the protective member 40 from being detached due to external factors such as bumps or vibrations during the transportation of the consumable box, thereby providing better protection for the connecting member 30, ensuring that the second end of the connecting member 30 will not be damaged by impact, and ensuring that certain functions of the chip 12 can be used normally.
[0406] Since the hollow portion 41 can provide support for the handle 20 in the first direction, that is, the length direction of the consumable box, it can also avoid the problem in the prior art that the handle 20 is deformed or damaged due to long-term pressure due to accidental impact or being restricted by the size of the packaging space, which in turn causes the handle 20 to fail to engage normally with the mounting portion of the printing device or the consumable box cannot be used normally when the consumable box is installed in the printing device.
[0407] In one possible implementation, referring to Figures 54 and 58, the handle 20 also includes a latching protrusion 23, which is arranged at the connection position of the first deformation segment 21 and the second deformation segment 22, and protrudes along the first direction toward the side away from the box body 11. When the consumable box 1 is loaded into the installation unit 50, the latching protrusion 23 is used to engage with a part of the installation unit 50 to prevent the consumable box 1 from popping out of the installation unit 50.
[0408] In one possible implementation, as shown in FIG. 55 and FIG. 5 , the protective member 40 includes a first protective portion 42, a hollow portion 41 disposed within the first protective portion 42, and the hollow portion 41 includes a window 411. Part of the handle 20 is positioned within the window 411. Specifically, the first deformable section 21 is positioned within the window 411, which extends through the first protective portion 42, allowing the first deformable section 21 to extend through the window 411.
[0409] In a possible implementation, the edge of the window 411 is closed, and the arm portion 133 extends into the window 411 and abuts against the inner wall of the window 411 .
[0410] In one possible implementation, the first protection portion 42 is rectangular and the window 411 is rectangular. Of course, in other possible implementations, the first protection portion 42 can also be trapezoidal, and the window 411 can also be trapezoidal, diamond-shaped, or other shapes.
[0411] In one possible implementation, as shown in Figures 54 and 55 , the first protective portion 42 covers at least a portion of the rear panel 1103 of the box body 11. The first protective portion 42 may not cover the surface of the chip 12, thereby exposing the chip 12. Alternatively, as shown in Figure 68 , the first protective portion 42 may cover the surface of the chip 12 to protect the chip 12 during transportation.
[0412] Referring to Figures 54 and 55, the installation method of the protective member 40 and the consumable box 1 is: first, one end of the window 411 is put on the handle 20, and then the arm 133 of the connecting member 30 is inserted into the window 411, so that the other end of the window 411 provides support for the arm 133. At this time, a part of the protective member 40 is clamped by the handle 20.
[0413] Example 13
[0414] The difference between the thirteenth embodiment and the twelfth embodiment is that, as shown in Figures 59 and 60 , the hollow portion 41 further includes a notch groove 421 , and the notch groove 421 communicates between the inner wall of the window 411 and the edge of the first protective portion 42 .
[0415] In one possible implementation, the arm 133 enters the window 411 through the notch 421 and abuts against the inner wall of the window 411 , so that the inner wall of the window 411 shields and supports the arm 133 , thereby protecting the arm 133 .
[0416] In another possible implementation, the arm 133 extends into the notch 421 and abuts against the inner wall of the notch 421 , so that the inner wall of the notch 421 shields and supports the arm 133 and protects the arm 133 .
[0417] In one possible implementation, the notch 421 is located on one side of the window 411 , and at least a portion of the handle 20 and the arm 133 enters the window 411 through the notch 421 and abuts against the inner wall of the window 411 .
[0418] In one possible implementation, referring to Figures 59 and 61, the notch groove 421 may extend along the second direction or in a direction opposite to the second direction, and the notch groove 421 is constructed to be an opening formed at one end of the window 411 in the second direction, or the notch groove 421 is constructed to be an opening formed at one end opposite to the second direction.
[0419] The height of the notch 421 may be less than or equal to the height of the window 411 .
[0420] In one possible implementation, as shown in Figures 62, 63, and 65, the notch 421 may extend in a direction opposite to the third direction toward the bottom of the box body 11. One end of the notch 421 is configured to be an opening at one end of the window 411 in the third direction or the direction opposite to the third direction, and the other end of the notch 421 extends in the third direction away from the window 411 and forms an opening at one end of the first protective portion 42. As shown in Figure 65, the notch 421 is configured to be an opening formed at one end of the first protective portion 42 in the direction opposite to the third direction. The width of the notch 421 may be the same as the width of the window 411, or may be smaller than the width of the window 411.
[0421] In one possible implementation, as shown in FIG. 64 , the inner wall of the window 411 has an escape portion 412 , and a portion of the handle 20 abuts against the escape portion 412 .
[0422] The shape of the relief portion 412 matches that of a portion of the handle 20, ensuring a stable grip of the protective member 40 by the handle 20 and preventing the protective member 40 from separating from the handle 20. In the first direction, a portion of the protective member 40 also supports the handle 20, preventing the handle 20 from separating from the protective member 40. In the second direction, i.e., the width of the consumables cartridge 1, as well as in the first direction, the second end of the connector 30 is supported and protected by the protective member 40.
