[0003] JP 2014-237973 A
[0004] However, the conventional slab form panels have the following problems: The assembly requires welding work, which is time-consuming and costly, and the CO 2 This creates problems such as the generation of heat and heat. Furthermore, with welded joints, if one part is damaged, the entire structure must be replaced. Furthermore, in order to increase the strength of the top plate, which is made of aluminum or other materials, it is necessary to increase its thickness, which results in increased weight and makes it difficult to handle. Furthermore, while baked paint was used as a surface treatment for conventional slab formwork panels, it was necessary to apply an additional release agent to the surface to improve peelability, which resulted in problems of increased effort and cost.
[0005] The problem to be solved by the present invention is to 2 To provide a slab form panel which can eliminate the occurrence of defects, and can reduce the weight and manufacturing costs.
[0006] In order to solve the above problems, [1] the present invention provides a slab form panel comprising a main frame having side panels on both longitudinal edge portions of a top panel, end closures attached to openings at both ends of the main frame, and at least one handle frame between the side panels, wherein the main frame has a reinforcing rib on the inside surface of the top panel between the side panels, the reinforcing rib having a tapping hole that penetrates to both longitudinal end faces, and both end edges of the side panels have tapping screw holes for fixing the end closures with tapping screws, the end closures have tapping holes that penetrate to both longitudinal end faces at positions opposite the tapping screw holes in the side panels, the end closures have tapping screw holes in the end closures at positions opposite the tapping holes in the reinforcing ribs, and the handle frame has tapping holes that penetrate to both longitudinal end faces, and the side panels opposite the tapping holes have tapping screw holes. Note that the longitudinal edge portions of the top panel refer to both longitudinal edge portions of the rectangular top panel. The openings at both ends of the main frame are the openings formed between the end faces of the side panels and the end face of the top panel, respectively. The inner surface of the top panel is the surface of the top panel opposite the surface that abuts against the concrete.
[0007] Preferably, [2] in the slab formwork panel described in [1] above, an intermediate reinforcing rib is provided on the inner surface of the top plate between the two side panels, and this intermediate reinforcing rib is provided with a tapping screw hole at a position opposite the tapping hole of the handle frame.
[0008] Preferably, [3] in the slab formwork panel described in [1] or [2] above, an electrolytic coloring coating is applied to at least the concrete contact surface of the top plate.
[0009] Preferably, [4] in the slab form panel according to the above [3], the electrolytic coloring film is an anodized coating composite film.
[0010] Preferably, [5] in the slab formwork panel according to any one of [1] to [4] above, at least one of the side panels and at least one of the end closures is provided with a joint pin insertion hole.
[0011] In the slab form panel of the present invention described in [1] above, as described above, the main frame of the slab form panel has a plurality of reinforcing ribs with tapping holes that penetrate to both end faces on the inside surfaces of the side panels at both longitudinal edges and the top panel between both side panels, the end stoppers have tapping holes that penetrate to both end faces at positions opposite the tapping screw holes in the both side panels, and the handle frame has a plurality of tapping holes that penetrate to both end faces, all of which can be easily molded, for example, by extrusion molding, thereby making it possible to reduce manufacturing costs.
[0012] In addition, since welding is no longer required, CO2 emissions during manufacturing are reduced. 2 This not only eliminates the occurrence of defects, but also reduces the labor required and manufacturing costs. In addition, because parts can be easily removed using tapping screws, repairs can be easily made in the event of partial damage.
[0013] Furthermore, by providing multiple reinforcing ribs, the strength of the top plate is increased, which allows the thickness of the top plate to be made thinner and lighter, making the slab formwork panel easier to handle.

This allows the assembly of the slab formwork panels to be completed simply by connecting and fastening the end closures to the side panels and the end faces of the handle frames to the side panels with tapping screws. Furthermore, by loosening the tapping screws, each part can be easily replaced and repaired.
[0015] In the slab form panel described in [2] above, the strength of the top panel can be increased by providing both side panels and an intermediate reinforcing rib as described above. Furthermore, by providing tapping screw holes in the intermediate reinforcing rib at positions opposite the tapping holes of the handle frames, each handle frame and the intermediate reinforcing rib can be easily connected and fixed using tapping screws.
[0016] In the slab formwork panel described in [3] above, as described above, an electrolytic coloring coating is applied to at least the concrete contact surface of the top plate, which improves the releasability of the concrete and makes it possible to omit the application of a stripping agent, thereby reducing the effort and cost.
[0017] In the slab form panel described in [4] above, by using an anodized coating composite film as the electrolytic coloring film, it is possible to improve the releasability of the concrete.
[0018] In the slab form panel described in [5] above, as described above, by providing a joint pin insertion hole in at least one of the side panels and at least one of the end closures, the slab form panels can be easily and quickly connected and fixed together with a joint pin.

FIG. 10 is an explanatory diagram showing the connection state of end closures of slab formwork using joint pins.
[0020] The following describes an embodiment of the present invention. First, the slab form panel of this embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in Figures 1 to 11, this slab form panel is composed of a main frame 1 having side panels 12 on both longitudinal edges of a top panel 11, end covers 2, 2 that close openings at both ends of the main frame 1, and multiple handle frames 3 provided between the side panels 12, 12.
[0021] More specifically, the main frame 1 is formed by extrusion molding with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 13 each having tapping holes 13a extending to both end faces on the inner surface of the top plate 11 between the side plates 12, 12, and with tapping screw holes 12a at both end edges of the side plates 12, 12 for fastening the end closures 2, 2 with tapping screws 4. The side plates 12, 12 are also provided with a plurality of joint pin insertion holes 12b for connecting the side plates 12 of the slab formwork panel with joint pins 5, as shown in Figures 14, 15, and 17. An intermediate reinforcing rib 14 of the same height as the side plates 12, 12 is formed by extrusion molding in the middle of the inner surface of the central top plate 11 between the side plates 12, 12. The same height allows the intermediate reinforcing rib 14, together with the side plates 12, 12, to abut against the sleepers, preventing the top plate 11 from warping. The intermediate reinforcing rib 14 may be lower than the side plates 12, 12.
[0022] As shown in Figures 6 to 8, the end closures 2, 2 are extrusion-molded to have tapping holes 21 that penetrate to both end faces at positions opposite the tapping screw holes 12a in the side panels 12, 12, and tapping screw holes 22 at positions opposite the tapping holes 13a in each of the reinforcing ribs 13. Also, as shown in Figure 18, the end closures 2 are provided with a plurality of joint pin insertion holes 23 for connecting the end closures 2 of the slab formwork panels with joint pins 5. The length of the end closures 2 is formed to be the same as the width of the top plate 11. Both ends of the reinforcing ribs 13 are cut by the thickness of the end closures 2. The joint pins 5 are provided with press-fit holes 51 for press-fitting wedges 6, as shown in Figure 14.
[0023] As shown in Figures 9-11, the handle frame 3 is extruded to form multiple tapping holes 31 that penetrate both ends of the frame. The side panels 12, 12 facing the tapping holes 31 are provided with tapping screw holes 12c, and the intermediate reinforcing rib 14 is provided with tapping screw holes 14a. The gripping portion of the handle frame 3 is located outside the tapping holes, which is less prone to burrs and has a rounded shape for easy gripping. The upper side of the handle frame 3 (the lower side in Figure 10) abuts against the top plate 11, thereby supporting it and contributing to improving the strength of the top plate. The handle frame 3 and the intermediate reinforcing rib 14 each have a notch 32 at their longitudinal ends to prevent interference with the joint pin 5. The handle frame 3 is attached alternately along the longitudinal direction of the top plate 11 via the intermediate reinforcing rib 14. This further improves the strength of the slab formwork panel.
[0024] Furthermore, an electrolytic coloring coating is applied to at least the concrete contact surface E of the top plate 11. In this embodiment, an anodized composite coating is used as the electrolytic coloring coating.
[0025] Next, the operation of Example 1 will be described. Since the slab form panel of Example 1 is constructed as described above, as shown in Figures 12 and 13, end blockers 2 are attached to and closed at both end openings of the extruded main frame 1, and then the end blockers 2 are connected and fixed to the respective reinforcing ribs 14 and to the side panels 12 using self-tapping screws 4, and the handle frames 3 are connected and fixed to the respective side panels 12 using self-tapping screws 4. In other words, the assembly of the slab form panel is completed by using self-tapping screws 4 to assemble the various components, which simplifies the connections and makes the assembly process easier than welding.
[0026] Next, the effects of Example 1 will be described. As described above, in the slab form panel of Example 1, the main frame 1 of the slab form panel, which has the side panels 12, 12 at both longitudinal edges and the plurality of reinforcing ribs 13 with tapping holes 13a that penetrate to both end faces on the inner surface of the top panel 11 between the side panels 12, 12, the end blockers 2, 2 with tapping holes 21 that penetrate to both end faces at positions opposite the tapping screw holes 12a in the side panels 12, 12, and the handle frame 3 with the plurality of tapping holes 31 that penetrate to both end faces, can each be easily formed by extrusion molding, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.
[0027] In addition, since welding is no longer required, CO2 emissions during manufacturing are reduced. 2 This not only eliminates the occurrence of problems, but also reduces the labor and manufacturing costs. Furthermore, since the parts can be easily removed using the tapping screws 4, repairs can be easily made in the event of partial damage.
[0028] Furthermore, by providing a plurality of reinforcing ribs 13, the strength of the top plate 11 is increased, so that the thickness of the top plate 11 can be reduced to make it lighter, and the handling of the slab formwork panel becomes easier.
[0029] Furthermore, by providing an intermediate reinforcing rib 14 having the same height as both side plates 12, 12, the strength of the top plate 11 can be increased even if the width of the top plate 11 is wide.
[0030] Further, the plurality of reinforcing ribs 13 are provided with tapping holes 13a penetrating the inner surface of the top plate 11 to both end faces, and tapping screw holes 22 are provided in the end blockers 2, 2 at positions opposite the tapping holes 13a of the reinforcing ribs 13, and tapping screw holes 12a are provided in the end edges of the side plates 12, 12 for fixing the end blockers 2, 2 with tapping screws 4, and the end blockers 2, 2 are provided with tapping holes 21 penetrating the end faces of the side plates 12, 12 at positions opposite the tapping screw holes 12a. The handle frame 3 is provided with a plurality of tapping holes 31 extruded to penetrate to both end faces, and the side plates 12, 12 and the intermediate reinforcing rib 14 at positions opposite these tapping holes 31 are provided with tapping screw holes 12c, 14a, so that the assembly of the slab formwork panels can be completed simply by connecting and fixing the end blockers 2, 2 to each reinforcing rib 13, between the end blockers 2, 2 and both side plates 12, 12, and between both end faces of each handle frame 3 and both side plates 12, 12 and the intermediate reinforcing rib 14 using tapping screws 4. Furthermore, by loosening the tapping screws 4, each part can be easily replaced and repaired.
[0031] Furthermore, by applying an electrolytic coloring coating to at least the concrete contact surface E of the top plate 11, the removability of the concrete is improved, making it possible to omit the application of a stripping agent, thereby reducing the effort and cost.
[0032] Furthermore, by forming the electrolytic coloring film into an anodized coating composite film, the peelability of the concrete can be improved.
[0033] Although the present embodiment has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and any design changes that do not deviate from the gist of the present invention are also included in the present invention.
[0034] For example, although the embodiment uses an example made of aluminum alloy, other materials can be used.
[0035] In addition, although the embodiment shows an example in which the intermediate reinforcing rib 14 is provided, it may be omitted when the width of the top plate 11 is narrow.
