Description

[0001] DECORATIVE ELEMENT

[0002] DESCRIPTION

[0003] The invention relates to the field of building equipment, namely to the design of decorative suspended elements [E04C2 / 10, E04B9 / 18, B27M3 / 18, B27M1 / 00, A47G5 / 00],

[0004] The prior art discloses technical solutions [CN104563826 (A), Published 29.04.2015, WO2015167362 (A1), Published 05.11.2015], which are lattices or panels made of wood for forming a flat ceiling structure or vertical decorative elements.

[0005] The disadvantage of these technical solutions is that the structures have a large sag of the lattice under their own weight, and they are also designed only to form a flat structure and do not have the ability to increase or decrease the size of the structure for any design project.

[0006] The closest in technical essence is the DECORATIVE ELEMENT [RU2804314C1, PUBLISHED 09 / 27 / 2023], consisting of a first set of wooden slats with central longitudinal holes, a second set of wooden slats with central longitudinal holes, wherein a tension system in the form of a metal cable or metal chain is threaded into each wooden slat of the set, and mounting elements, wherein the first set of wooden slats with the tension system lie in the same plane, and the second set of wooden slats with the tension system intersects and connects the first set of wooden slats at the intersections of the tension systems with a connector.

[0007] The main technical problem of the prototype, which contains a first set of rails, a second set of rails, a longitudinal hole in the rail, wherein the first set of rails lies in a plane, and the second set of rails intersects and connects the first set of rails at the intersection points, is the significant sagging of the structure due to the tension system in the form of cables, as well as the fixed size of the structure without the possibility of increasing the number of cells.

[0008] The objective of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the prototype. The technical result of the invention consists in reducing the sagging of the decorative element structure, as well as in the possibility of increasing the size and number of cells of the decorative element structure.

[0009] The specified technical result is achieved due to the fact that the decorative element consists of a first set of slats with opposite blind longitudinal holes, a second set of slats with opposite blind longitudinal holes and a fastening system in the form of a pin and a tube with a transverse hole, wherein the diameter of the blind hole on the first end of the slat corresponds to the diameter of the pin, and the diameter of the blind hole on the second end of the slat corresponds to the diameter of the tube, and at the same time the first set of slats with the fastening system lie in the same plane, and the second set of slats with the fastening system intersects and connects the first set of slats at the intersections of the fastening systems by threading the pin into the transverse hole of the tube.

[0010] In particular, the slats have a round or rectangular cross-section.

[0011] In particular, the slats are made of birch, willow, bamboo, beech, polymer vine or artificial rattan.

[0012] In particular, the tube is metal, plastic or composite.

[0013] In particular, the pin is made of aluminum, copper, brass or steel.

[0014] Brief description of the drawings.

[0015] Fig. 1 shows a general view of the decorative element.

[0016] Fig. 2 shows a cell of a decorative element with a fastening system.

[0017] Fig. 3 shows a rail with a fastening system.

[0018] Fig. 4 shows the fastening system.

[0019] The figures indicate: 1 - frame, 2 - rail, 3 - pin, 4 - tube, 5 - hole.

[0020] Implementation of the invention.

[0021] The decorative element consists of slats 2 of round cross-section and a slat fastening system. Each slat 2 has two opposite blind longitudinal holes at the first and second ends of the slat 2. At the same time, at the first end of the slat 2, the diameter of the blind hole corresponds to the diameter of the pin, and the diameter of the blind hole at the second end of the slat 2 corresponds to the diameter of the tube 4.

[0022] In alternative embodiments, the slats have a rectangular cross-section. The presented embodiments of the claimed technical solution with different variants of the slat cross-section shape allow achieving the claimed technical result of the invention, since the sagging of the decorative element structure is reduced, and the possibility of increasing the size and number of cells of the decorative element structure is also provided.

[0023] The rail fastening system consists of a pin 3 inserted from the first end of rail 2 and a tube 4 inserted from the second end of rail 2. At the intersection points of the fastening system, the aluminum pin 3 is threaded into the transverse holes 5 of the metal tube 4, forming a cross-shaped connection.

[0024] In other versions, the pin is made of copper, brass or steel, and the tube is plastic or composite.

[0025] The presented embodiments of the claimed technical solution with different versions of the pin and tube make it possible to achieve the claimed technical result of the invention, since a reduction in the sagging of the decorative element structure is ensured, and the possibility of increasing the size and number of cells of the decorative element structure is also ensured.

[0026] The decorative element is used as follows.

[0027] Before installing the decorative element, it is necessary to carry out preparatory work according to the dimensions and design project of the room. At the first stage, opposite holes are drilled from two ends of the slats 2. Birch slats 2 can have different widths, heights and lengths.

[0028] The slats are also made of willow, bamboo, beech, polymer vine or artificial rattan. The presented variants of implementing the claimed technical solution with different slat materials allow achieving the claimed technical result of the invention, since the sagging of the decorative element structure is reduced, and the possibility of increasing the size and number of cells of the decorative element structure is also provided.

[0029] Next, the fastening system in the form of a metal pin 3 and a tube 4 is threaded into blind holes of the corresponding diameter in each slat. The first set of wooden slats 2 with the fastening system 2 is connected to the second set of slats 2 with the fastening system. At the intersection nodes, the fastening system is fixed by threading the pin 3 into the transverse hole 5 of the tube 4 to give strength to the structure of the decorative element. The assembled decorative element is a lattice structure of a rectangular or square shape with final fixation and framing of the structure of the decorative element with frame 1.

[0030] An example of the use of the claimed invention.

[0031] The decorative element is used in vertical and horizontal planes for decorative purposes as partitions or false ceilings. One of the options for using the decorative element is to stretch the tension system with slats made of artificial rattan vertically from the ceiling to the floor at a distance from the wall. Oppositely, on the ceiling and floor, an assembled finished structure of the decorative element measuring 2.5X1 m with a slat size of 10 cm is mounted. The vertical option for fastening the decorative element allows zoning the space of the room or using it as a sports equipment like a ladder for developing the muscles of the legs and buttocks.

[0032] Another option for using a decorative element is to mount the decorative element under the ceiling, with the mounting elements installed on opposite walls. Due to the increased reliability of the decorative element design, this mounting option can be used to hang any objects, for example, it is possible to hang chandeliers of any shape and size.

[0033] Also, the decorative element can be adapted to the dimensions of the Armstrong ceiling type 60X60 cm or 120X60 cm.

[0034] Another option for using the claimed invention as volumetric decorative elements (cubes) due to the collapsible design of the slats and the fastening system in the form of a pin and tube, which allow you to reduce or increase the number of cells like a construction set.

[0035] The technical result of the invention consists in reducing the sagging of the decorative element structure, as well as in the possibility of increasing the size and number of cells of the decorative element structure. The said technical result is achieved due to the fact that the decorative element consists of a first set of slats with opposite blind longitudinal holes, a second set of slats with opposite blind longitudinal holes and a fastening system in the form of a pin and a tube with a transverse hole, wherein the diameter of the blind hole on the first end of the slat corresponds to the diameter of the pin, and the diameter of the blind hole on the second end of the slat corresponds to the diameter of the tube, and at the same time the first set of slats with the fastening system lie in the same plane, and the second set of slats with the fastening system intersects and connects the first set of slats at the intersections of the fastening systems by threading the pin into the transverse hole of the tube.

[0036] A comparative analysis of the claimed decorative element with the prototype was conducted, aimed at determining the level of sagging of the structures under the same conditions. For this purpose, a series of measurements of the height from the structure of the decorative element to the floor were made by measuring the heights at different points of the invention and the prototype using an optical level. To ensure the reliability of the results and the clarity of the sagging level, a punching bag weighing 10 kg, 25 kg, 35 kg, 40 kg, 55 kg and 70 kg was suspended from each structure of the decorative element. Then, the sagging level of the structures was calculated. The results obtained are presented in Table 1.

[0037] Table 1.

[0038] The level of sagging of the claimed invention and prototype

[0039] The obtained results show that the claimed decorative element can sag only by 4-5 cm, unlike the prototype, which sagged by as much as 19.5 cm under maximum load due to stretching and weakening of the tension system in the form of a cable. Thus, the claimed invention allows to reduce the sagging of the decorative element structure by 11.5%, and also provides the possibility of increasing the size and number of cells of the decorative element structure to suit any consumer needs.
