[0022] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described clearly and completely below with reference to the figure in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some embodiments, rather than all embodiments, of the present disclosure. All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments in the present disclosure without inventive efforts are to be encompassed by the scope of the present disclosure.

[0023] It is to be noted that the terms "first" and "second" in the description and claims of the present disclosure and the above-mentioned figures are used to distinguish similar objects from each other, and are not necessarily used to describe a specific sequence or order. It should be understood that the data used in this way can be interchanged as appropriate such that the embodiments of the present disclosure can be implemented in orders other than those shown or described herein. In addition, the terms "comprising" and "having" and any variants thereof are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, a process, method, system, product, or device that includes a series of steps or units is not necessarily limited to those  steps or units that are explicitly listed, and may include other steps or units that are not explicitly listed or are inherent to the process, method, product, or device.

[0024] As described above, a microwave heating process in the related art typically has a problem of uneven heating of food, which affects the food taste and cooking effect.

[0025] In order to solve the above technical problems, the present disclosure can directionally heat a cold spot area (which is a first area with a lowest temperature among at least one first area corresponding to food to be heated) according to a temperature increasing rate of the cold spot area, thereby not only controlling the microwave heating process more accurately, but also allowing the food to be heated to reach a target heating temperature more quickly. In addition, the present disclosure can also analyzea second temperature distribution data of the food to be heated to ensure that each area of the food to be heated can reach the target heating temperature, so as to achieve even heating of the food, and ensure the food taste and cooking effect.

[0026] It should be understood that the technical solutions of the present disclosure can be, but not limited to being, applied to the following scenarios.

[0027] In some implementations, the technical solutions of the present disclosure can be applied in a food heating and cooking scenario, e.g., in a microwave heating scenario and particularly a scenario in which food is heated using a microwave oven.

[0028] Application Scenario 1 is shown in FIG. 1, which is a schematic diagram showing an application scenario according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The application scenario may include an electronic device 110 and a microwave heating device 120. The electronic device 110 can establish a connection with the microwave heating device 120 through a wired network or a wireless network.

[0030] For example, the electronic device 110 can send a data obtaining instruction to the microwave heating device 120 to obtain temperature distribution data of food to be heated from the microwave heating device 120, and can determine a temperature increasing rate, etc., based on the temperature distribution data, and can also send a control instruction including a microwave heating parameter to the microwave heating device 120 to control the microwave heating device 120 to heat the food to be heated based on the microwave heating parameter. In addition, the electronic device 110 can also control a stirrer of the microwave heating device to stir. For example, a microwave heating control application (App) can be installed on the electronic device 110. The electronic device can obtain a user's selection operation of a button in the microwave heating control APP, and send a data obtaining instruction to the microwave heating device 120. Then, the microwave heating device 120 may return the temperature distribution data to the electronic device 110 in response to the data obtaining instruction, and heat the food to be heated according to the control instruction sent by the electronic device 110.

[0031] In addition, FIG. 1 exemplarily shows one electronic device and one microwave heating device. Actually other numbers of electronic devices and microwave heating devices may be included, and the present disclosure is not limited to this.

[0032] Application Scenario 2 is shown in FIG. 2, which is a schematic diagram showing another  application scenario according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The application scenario may include an electronic device 210, which is the same device as the microwave heating device in the technical solution of the present disclosure.

[0033] Exemplarily, the electronic device 210 may include a microwave generator, an infrared array temperature sensor, and an intelligent control unit. The electronic device 210 may generate microwave radiation energy based on the microwave generator to heat food to be heated. Temperature distribution data of the food to be heated can be obtained based on the infrared array temperature sensor. A temperature increasing rate of a cold spot area and a microwave heating parameter can be determined based on the intelligent control unit.

[0034] For example, the electronic device 210 may be a microwave oven, and the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0035] After introducing the application scenarios of the technical solutions of the present disclosure, the technical solutions of the present disclosure will be elaborated below:

[0036] FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a microwave heating control method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method can be performed by the electronic device 110 and the microwave heating device 120 shown in FIG. 1, or by the electronic device 210 shown in FIG. 2, and the present disclosure is not limited to this. As shown in FIG. 3, the method may include the following steps:

[0037] at S310, obtaining first temperature distribution data of food to be heated in a microwave heating device;

[0038] at S320, determining a target temperature increasing rate of a cold spot area based on the first temperature distribution data, the cold spot area being a first area with a lowest temperature among at least one first area corresponding to the food to be heated;

[0039] at S330, determining a microwave heating parameter according to the target temperature increasing rate;

[0040] at S340, controlling the microwave heating device to heat the cold spot area according to the microwave heating parameter;

[0041] at S350, obtaining second temperature distribution data of the food to be heated;

[0042] at S360, determining whether temperature values in the second temperature distribution data are all equal to a target heating temperature, performing S370when the temperature values in the second temperature distribution data are all equal to the target heating temperature, and performing S380 when not all the temperature values in the second temperature distribution data are equal to the target heating temperature;

[0043] at S370, controlling the microwave heating device to stop heating; and

[0044] at S380, continuing with obtaining the first temperature distribution data of the food to be heated, until the temperature values in the second temperature distribution data are all equal to the target heating temperature.

[0045] It should be noted that in the following embodiments, the present disclosure will take the electronic device as a microwave heating device as an example, that is, take the above Application Scenario 2 as an example to introduce the technical solutions of the present disclosure. The embodiments where the electronic device is a different device or the embodiments corresponding to Application Scenario 2 will be similar, and details thereof will be omitted here.

[0046] In some implementations, the microwave heating device may include an infrared array temperature sensor, and the microwave heating device may obtain the first temperature distribution data of the food to be heated in the microwave heating device based on the infrared array temperature sensor.

[0047] It can be understood that the infrared array temperature sensor has the advantages of fast response, high accuracy, and non-contact measurement, and can be used to measure food temperature and provide real-time information on temperature distribution on the food surface. The infrared array temperature sensor measures in the form of a plurality of pixels. The plurality of pixels are in one-to-one correspondence to temperature measurement values of a plurality of areas on the food surface. The infrared array temperature sensor can combine the temperature measurement values of the plurality of areas to obtain a two-dimensional matrix that can be used to represent the temperature distribution across the entire food surface. The microwave heating device may determine the two-dimensional matrix as the first temperature distribution data of the food to be heated.

[0048] Here, the infrared array temperature sensor can first measure respective voltage values or Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) values corresponding to the plurality of areas on the food surface, and then convert the voltage values or ADC values into actual temperature values.

[0049] In addition, since the sensor will have errors and drifts, the microwave heating device can perform data calibration on the temperature values measured by the infrared array temperature sensor to eliminate measurement errors and make the temperature data more accurate. For example, the two-dimensional matrix measured by the infrared array temperature sensor can be calibrated based on a calibration curve or a lookup table.

[0050] For example, assuming that the pixel range of the infrared array temperature sensor is 5×5, that is, the infrared array temperature sensor measures temperatures in the form of 5×5=25 pixels, as shown in FIG. 4, the 25 pixels may be in one-to-one correspondence to 25 areas of the food to be heated. Each pixel can be used to measure the temperature value of the corresponding area in the food to be heated. The temperature values measured by the 25 pixels are a two-dimensional matrix as shown in FIG. 4. For example, the value "23" in the first row and first column of the two-dimensional matrix is the temperature value of the area in the first row and first column of the 25 areas of the food to be heated.

[0051] In some implementations, before the step S320, the microwave heating device may preprocess the first temperature distribution data using a preprocessing method. For example, the preprocessing can include: removing outliers, noise filtering, and smoothing. The preprocessing methods can include: moving average, median filtering, and Gaussian filtering.

[0052] In some implementations, before the step S320, the microwave heating device can normalize the first temperature distribution data and scale it to an appropriate range. For example, the temperature values in the first temperature distribution data may be scaled to [0, 1] .

[0053] In some implementations, the microwave heating device can determine the target temperature increasing rate of the cold spot area based on the first temperature distribution data in any of the following schemes, and the present disclosure is not limited to any of these examples.

[0054] Scheme 1: The microwave heating device can input the first temperature distribution data to a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to perform feature extraction on the first temperature distribution data using the CNN to obtain a spatial distribution feature, performing feature dimensionality reduction processing on the spatial distribution feature to obtain a low-dimensional feature, and mapping the low-dimensional feature to a predetermined temperature increasing rate. Then, the microwave heating device can determine the predetermined temperature increasing rate as the target temperature increasing rate. The low-dimensional feature represents a difference between temperatures of at least one first area in the first temperature distribution data, and the CNN is trained based on historical temperature distribution data and historical temperature increasing rates of cold spot areas.

[0055] For example, the CNN may include a plurality of convolution kernels configured to perform  feature extraction on the first temperature distribution data. The plurality of convolution kernels have different sizes.

[0056] For example, the above CNN processing of the first temperature distribution data may be based on a process of forward propagation algorithm.

[0057] For example, the CNN may include a convolutional layer, a pooling layer, and a fully connected layer. Here, the convolution layer is used to extract features of the first temperature distribution data and obtain the spatial distribution features. Specifically, the convolution layer may include a plurality of convolution kernels (also called filters) of different sizes. The plurality of convolution kernels perform convolution operations on the first temperature distribution data using sliding windows. Convolution kernels of different sizes can extract features of different sizes. For example, a 3×3 convolution kernel can capture small local features, while a 5×5 convolution kernel can capture a wider range of local features. The pooling layer is used to reduce the dimension of the spatial distribution features through pooling operations to obtain the low-dimensional feature. The pooling operation can be maximum pooling or average pooling. The maximum pooling selects the maximum value within the input window as the pooling result, and the average pooling selects the average value within the input window as the pooling result. The fully connected layer can be used for classification or regression. For example, the fully connected layer can map the low-dimensional feature to a predetermined temperature increasing rate. The fully connected layer can include an activation function, which for example can be a ReLU function. The activation function can map the low-dimensional feature to a predetermined temperature increasing rate. It can also increase the nonlinearity of the CNN and enhance the expression capability of the CNN.

[0058] It can be understood that the low-dimensional feature can represent the temperature difference between different temperature values in the first temperature distribution data. For example, it can reflect a difference between the temperature of the cold spot area and the temperature of another first area, such that it can reflect the temperature value that needs to be increased when the temperature of the cold spot area is increased to the temperature of the other first area, and the target temperature increasing rate can be determined based on the temperature value that needs to be increased. For example, the microwave heating device can predetermine a correspondence between the temperature value that needs to be increased and the temperature increasing rate, that is, determine the correspondence between the difference between the temperature of the cold spot area and the temperature of the other first area and the temperature increasing rate, so as to quickly map the low-dimensional feature to the predetermined temperature increasing rate.

[0059] For example, the microwave heating device can obtain historical temperature distribution data at a plurality of time instances during a historical heating process of food, and determine respective true temperature increasing rates for the historical temperature distribution data at the plurality of time instances. After that, the microwave heating device can train the CNN based on the historical temperature distribution data at the plurality of time instances and a plurality of true temperature increasing rates. Specifically, the microwave heating device can divide the historical temperature distribution data at the plurality of time instances and the plurality of true temperature increasing rates into a training set and a verification set, which are used for model training and evaluation, respectively. The microwave heating device can input the historical temperature distribution data in the training set to the CNN to obtain a predicted temperature increasing rate. Then, a difference between the predicted temperature increasing rate and the true temperature increasing rate can be measured using a loss function, which can be Mean Square Error (MSE) . Then, the weights and biases of the CNN can be adjusted based on the difference between the predicted temperature increasing rate and the true temperature increasing rate and a back propagation algorithm. When the difference between the predicted temperature increasing rate and the true temperature increasing  rate measured by the loss function is smaller than a predetermined difference, it can be determined that the CNN training is completed. Then, the trained CNN can be verified using the historical temperature distribution data and the true temperature increasing rates in the training set.

[0060] For example, an optimization algorithm can be used to optimize the training process of the CNN. The optimization algorithm can adaptively adjust model parameters based on gradient information of the loss function, to speed up model convergence and improve training effects. Here, the optimization algorithm can be Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD) or Adam algorithm.

[0061] For example, in order to improve training efficiency, batch training can be used. That is, the data in the training set can be divided into small batches, and each time the model parameters are updated, a batch of data is used for calculation and gradient update.

[0062] For example, in order to avoid overfitting, regularization techniques such as L1 regularization and L2 regularization or Dropout can be used to reduce the complexity of the model and improve the generalization ability.

[0063] Scheme 2: The microwave heating device can first generate a temperature distribution image according to the first temperature distribution data, and then determine the cold spot area of the food to be heated according to the temperature distribution image, determine a temperature value of the cold spot area, and finally determine the target temperature increasing rate of the cold spot area based on the temperature value of the cold spot area and the target heating temperature.

[0064] Exemplarily, the first temperature distribution data may include respective temperature values of a plurality of second areas corresponding to the food to be heated. The above operation of generating the temperature distribution image according to the first temperature distribution data may include: generating the temperature distribution image according to the respective temperature values of the plurality of second areas. The plurality of second areas are in one-to-one correspondence to a plurality of pixels in the temperature distribution image, and the temperature values of the plurality of second areas are in one-to-one correspondence to pixel values of the plurality of pixels in the temperature distribution image.

[0065] For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the food to be heated includes 25 second areas, the first temperature distribution data is a 5×5 two-dimensional matrix, and the 25 elements in the 5×5 two-dimensional matrix represent the temperature values of the 25 second areas in the food to be heated, respectively. For example, the element "23" in the first row and first column of the first temperature distribution data represents the temperature value of the Second Area 1 of the food to be heated.

[0066] The microwave heating device can convert the temperature values in the first temperature distribution data into brightness values, then the pixel values of the pixels in the temperature distribution image can be brightness values of the pixels, and the brightness value of a pixel can be the brightness value obtained by converting the temperature value of the second area corresponding to the pixel. For example, the temperature distribution image generated based on the first temperature distribution data may be the temperature distribution image in FIG. 5. The temperature distribution image includes 25 pixels, and the brightness value of each pixel is a brightness value obtained by converting the temperature value of the second area corresponding to the pixel. For example, the microwave heating device can convert the element "23" in the first row and first column of the first temperature distribution data into a brightness value of 1, then the brightness value of the pixel in the temperature distribution image is the brightness value of 1.

[0067] Exemplarily, the above operation of determining the cold spot area of the food to be heated according to the temperature distribution image may include: processing the temperature distribution image based on image processing technology to obtain the cold spot area. Here, the image processing technology may include any one of: edge detection technology and texture feature extraction technology.

[0068] It can be understood that image processing technologies such as edge detection technology and texture feature extraction technology can identify pixels with significant changes in pixel values in the image. The temperature values in the first temperature distribution data are the temperatures of different areas in the food to be heated. The pixel values of the plurality of pixels in the temperature distribution image are in one-to-one correspondence to the temperature values in the first temperature distribution data. Therefore, the image processing technology can identify first areas with different temperature values in the temperature distribution image. The microwave heating device can determine the temperature value of each identified first area according to the temperature value corresponding to each pixel in the temperature distribution image. The first area includes at least one pixel, and the first area with the lowest temperature value is determined as the cold spot area.

[0069] For example, as shown in FIG. 6, assuming that the first temperature distribution data is (a) in FIG. 6, then according to the above embodiment, the microwave heating device can generate a temperature distribution image as shown in (b) in FIG. 6, and process the temperature distribution image shown in (b) in FIG. 6 according to the image processing technology to obtain a plurality of first areas as shown in (c) in FIG. 6. For example, First Area 1 shown in (c) of FIG. 6 is a "black area" in the temperature distribution image shown in (b) of FIG. 6. Here, First Area 1 includes 9 pixels each corresponding to a temperature value of 20, that is, the temperature value of First Area 1 is 20. First Area 2 includes 10 pixels each corresponding to a temperature value of 23, that is, the temperature value of First Area 2 is 23. First Area 3 includes 6 pixels each corresponding to a temperature value of 25, that is, the temperature value of First Area 3 is 25. Since 20<23<25, First Area 1 is the cold spot region.

[0070] Exemplarily, the method may further include, before determining the target temperature increasing rate of the cold spot area based on the temperature value of the cold spot area and the target heating temperature: obtaining time required for heating the food to be heated to the target heating temperature as inputted by a user, to obtain target heating time. The above operation of determining the target temperature increasing rate of the cold spot area based on the temperature value of the cold spot area and the target heating temperature may include: determining the target temperature increasing rate based on the temperature value of the cold spot area, the target heating temperature, and the target heating time. In this way, different heating time can be easily set according to different foods, thereby improving the cooking effect.

[0071] For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the microwave heating device can display a heating temperature input interface. The heating temperature input interface can display two temperature selection schemes: heating temperature selection scheme 1 and heating temperature selection scheme 2. The user can select the heating temperature in any of the two temperature selection schemes, and the microwave heating device can determine the target heating temperature according to the heating temperature selected by the user. For example, if the user selects the heating temperature to be "medium heat" in the heating temperature selection scheme 1, the microwave heating device can determine the target heating temperature to be "60 degrees Celsius" . If the user selects the heating temperature based on the heating temperature selection scheme 1, the user can input "85 degrees Celsius" , then the microwave heating device can determine that the target heating temperature is "85 degrees Celsius" . In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the microwave heating device can also display a heating time input interface. The user can input the time for heating the food to be heated to the target heating temperature on the heating time input interface. For example, if the time the user inputs is "3 Minutes" , the microwave heating device can determine the target heating time to be "3 minutes" .

[0072] The microwave heating device can determine the target temperature increasing rate based on  the temperature value of the cold spot area, the target heating temperature, and the target heating time according to any of the following implementations, and the present disclosure is not limited to any of these examples.

[0073] Implementation 1: The microwave heating device can first calculate a difference between the target heating temperature and the temperature value of the cold spot area to obtain a temperature increase value, and then determine a ratio of the temperature increase value to the target heating time as the target temperature increasing rate. For example, assuming that the temperature value of the cold spot area, the target heating temperature and the target heating time are: 20 degrees Celsius, 60 degrees Celsius, and 2 minutes, respectively, the microwave heating device can determine the target temperature increasing rate as (60-20)  / 2=20 degrees Celsius per minute.

[0074] Implementation 2: The microwave heating device can calculate a product of the target heating time and a predetermined value, which is in a range of (0, 1) , to obtain predetermined heating time, and then determine a ratio of the temperature increase value to the predetermined heating time as the target temperature increasing rate. For example, assuming that the temperature value of the cold spot area, the target heating temperature, the predetermined value, and the target heating time are: 20 degrees Celsius, 60 degrees Celsius, 0.5, and 2 minutes, respectively, then the microwave heating device can determine the target temperature increasing rate to be (60-20)  /  (0.5×2) =40 degrees Celsius per minute.

[0075] Scheme 3: The microwave heating device can set a first temperature threshold and a second temperature threshold. The first temperature threshold is greater than the second temperature threshold. The microwave heating device can determine the temperature value in the first temperature distribution data that is greater than the first temperature threshold as a high temperature value, and determine the area having the high temperature value in the food to be heated as a hot area. The microwave heating device can determine the temperature value in the first temperature distribution data that is smaller than or equal to the first temperature threshold and greater than or equal to the second temperature threshold as a medium temperature value, and determine the area having the medium temperature value in the food to be heated as a medium temperature area. The microwave heating device can determine the temperature value in the first temperature distribution data that is smaller than the second temperature threshold as a low temperature value, and determine the area having the low temperature value in the food to be heated as a cold area, and determine the cold area as the cold spot area.

[0076] For example, the temperature of the cold spot area can be the maximum value, minimum value, or average value of a plurality of low temperature values corresponding to the cold spot area, and the temperature of the hot area can be the maximum value, minimum value, or average value of a plurality of high temperature values corresponding to the hot area. The microwave heating device can calculate the difference between the temperature of the hot area and the temperature of the cold spot area to obtain the temperature increase value, and then determine the ratio of the temperature increase value to expected heating time as the target temperature increasing rate of the cold spot area. Here, the expected heating time is the time for heating the cold spot area to the temperature of the hot area.

[0077] In some implementations, the microwave heating device can predetermine a correspondence between temperature increasing rates and microwave heating parameters, and then determine the microwave heating parameters based on the correspondence and the target temperature increasing rate. For example, the microwave heating parameters may include microwave power and microwave heating time. Assuming that the correspondence between the temperature increasing rates and the microwave heating parameters is: 20 degrees Celsius per minute corresponding to 10 watts and 2 minutes, and 30 degrees Celsius per minute corresponding to 10 watts and 3 minutes, if the target temperature increasing rate is 20  degrees Celsius per minute, the microwave heating device can determine the microwave heating parameters as follows: the microwave power is 10 watts and the microwave heating time is 2 minutes.

[0078] In some implementations, the microwave heating device may include a microwave generator, which can generate microwave radiation energy for heating food. The microwave generator converts electrical energy into microwave energy and radiating it into the food, causing the food molecules to vibrate and friction to generate heat. The microwave generator typically adopts a structure of standing wave cavity or resonant cavity. By adjusting the frequency and power of the power supply, the intensity and heating effect of the microwave can be controlled. The microwave heating device can control the microwave generator to generate microwave radiation energy using the microwave heating parameters, such that the temperature increasing rate of the cold spot area is close to or equal to the target temperature increasing rate, thereby achieving precise heating control.

[0079] In some implementations, in order to ensure that the food to be heated can be heated evenly, that is, to ensure that the temperature of each area of the food to be heated can be the target heating temperature, the microwave heating device can obtain second temperature distribution data after the step S340. The second temperature distribution data is similar to the first temperature distribution data, and details thereof will be omitted here. If the temperature values in the second temperature distribution data are all equal to the target heating temperature, it can be determined that each area of the food to be heated is heated to the target heating temperature, then the microwave heating device can be controlled to stop heating. If the temperature values in the second temperature distribution data are not all equal to the target heating temperature, the microwave heating device can continue with obtaining the first temperature distribution data of the food to be heated until the temperature values in the second temperature distribution data are all equal to the target heating temperature, thereby ensuring that the temperature of each area of the food to be heated can be the target heating temperature and thus ensuring that the food to be heated can be heated evenly.

[0080] In the above embodiment, the electronic device can use the deep learning algorithm and the feedback control algorithm to determine the cold spot area of the food to be heated and directionally heat the cold spot area according to the temperature increasing rate of the cold spot area, thereby not only controlling the microwave heating process more accurately, but also allowing the food to be heated to reach the target heating temperature more quickly and improving the heating efficiency. In addition, the electronic device can also analyze the second temperature distribution data of the food to be heated to ensure that each area of the food to be heated can reach the target heating temperature, so as to achieve even heating of the food, avoiding quality loss of the food, and ensure the food taste and cooking effect.

[0081] In some implementations, the microwave heating device may include a stirrer. Before the step S350, the method may further include: calculating a current temperature increasing rate of the cold spot area; calculating a difference between the target temperature increasing rate and the current temperature increasing rate to obtain a temperature increasing rate difference; determining a rotation speed adjustment value of the stirrer according to the temperature increasing rate difference; obtaining a current rotation speed of the stirrer; calculating a sum of the current rotation speed and the rotation speed adjustment value to obtain a target rotation speed; and controlling the stirrer to stir the food to be heated based on the target rotation speed.

[0082] Exemplarily, the above step of determining the rotation speed adjustment value according to the temperature increasing rate difference may include: determining the rotation speed adjustment value according to the temperature increasing rate difference and a change rate of the temperature increasing rate difference. Specifically, the microwave heating device can perform integral processing on the temperature  increasing rate difference to obtain an integral value, perform differential processing on the temperature increasing rate difference to obtain the change rate, and then determine the rotation speed adjustment value according to the temperature increasing rate difference, the integral value, and the change rate.

[0083] For example, the above operation of determining the rotation speed adjustment value according to the temperature increasing rate difference, the integral value, and the change rate may include: determining a proportional gain, an integral gain, and a differential gain; calculating a product of the temperature increasing rate difference and the proportional gain to obtain a first value; calculating a product of the integral value and the integral gain to obtain a second value; calculating a product of the change rate and the differential gain to obtain a third value; and calculating a sum of the first value, the second value, and the third value to obtain the rotation speed adjustment value.

[0084] It can be understood that the stirrer can be used to stir food. The rotation speed of the stirrer, that is, the stirring rate of the stirrer, can be adjusted according to the current temperature increasing rate and the target temperature increasing rate. This can not only achieve even heating of the food, but also achieve precise control of the rotation speed of the stirrer. This allows the temperature increasing rate of the cold spot area to be closer to the target temperature increasing rate, thereby reaching the target heating temperature more quickly.

[0085] For example, the microwave heating device can obtain a current temperature and a temperature at previous time of the cold spot area, and then calculate the current temperature increasing rate according to Equation (1) : R_current = (T_current -T_previous)  /  (t_current -t_previous)   Equation (1)

[0086] where R_current represents the current temperature increasing rate, T_current represents the current temperature, T_previous represents the temperature at the previous time, t_current represents the current time, and t_previous represents the previous time.

[0087] Then, the microwave heating device can calculate the temperature increasing rate difference according to Equation (2) : R_error = R_target -R_current         Equation (2)

[0088] where R_error represents the temperature increasing rate difference, and R_target represents the target temperature increasing rate.

[0089] Then, the microwave heating device can adjust the rotation speed of the stirrer using a feedback control algorithm based on the temperature increasing rate difference. For example, a PID control algorithm can be used for rotation speed adjustment. The PID controller can calculate the adjustment amount of the rotation speed of the stirrer based on the value and change rate of the temperature increasing rate difference. The mathematical model of the PID control algorithm can be Equation (3) , and the microwave heating device can determine the rotation speed adjustment value according to Equation (3) : RPM_adjust = Kp *R_error + Ki *∫R_errordt + Kd *dR_error  / dt    Equation (3)

[0090] whereRPM_adjust represents the rotation speed adjustment value, Kp, Ki and Kd are the proportional gain, integral gain and differential gain, respectively, ∫R_errordt represents the integral term of the temperature increasing rate difference, dR_error  / dt represents the differential term of the temperature increasing rate difference.

[0091] Finally, the microwave heating device can determine the target rotation speed according to Equation (4) : RPM_new = RPM_current + RPM_adjust      Equation (4)

[0092] where RPM_new represents the target rotation speed, and RPM_current represents the current rotation speed.

[0093] In the above embodiment, the microwave heating device can adjust the rotation speed of the stirrer according to the PID control algorithm in combination with the temperature increasing rate difference and the integral and differential of the temperature increasing rate difference to achieve a more even heating effect.

[0094] In some implementations, the microwave heating device may include an intelligent control unit. The intelligent control unit can use a deep learning algorithm and a feedback control algorithm to analyze and process information such as sensor data and images, so as to optimize the microwave heating process and guide the rotation of the stirrer. Specifically, the intelligent control unit can receive the temperature data transmitted by the infrared array temperature sensor, perform data processing and feature extraction on the temperature data, so as to determine the cold spot area and the temperature increasing rate of the cold spot area, and adjust the microwave heating parameters, such as microwave power and microwave heating time, according to the target temperature increasing rate, such that the temperature increasing rate of the cold spot area is close to or equal to the target temperature increasing rate, thereby achieving precise heating control. The rotation speed of the stirrer can also be controlled according to the target temperature increasing rate and the feedback control algorithm to maintain a stable and even heating effect.

[0095] It should be noted that all the above technical solutions can be combined in any way to form optional embodiments of the present disclosure, and description thereof will be omitted here.
