The nursing bra according to claim 1, wherein the nursing bra can be used independently as a regular bra without the need for the replaceable leak-proof self- adhesive pad (7), thanks to the gusset (41) on the inner side facing the wearer’s skin of the two bra cups (4) being made of self-adhesive fabric that is very soft and comfortable when in contact with the skin, without causing rubbing or itching.
