The invention discloses a light attenuated photoelectric mixed adaptor connector, comprising a shell and an insulator which is fixed in the shell. The invention provides an adaptor connector. A semiconductor die adapter assembly includes a semiconductor die cut from a wafer, the die having an active surface including bond pads.
