Abstract

The present invention provides a fire extinguishing device used for extinguishing the fire in a cabinet. The fire extinguishing device is configured to detect the fire in the cabinet immediately and connect a universal fire extinguisher to the cabinet to extinguish the fire. The fire extinguishing device comprises the cabinet in which an electrical or electronic part is arranged; a fire detector arranged in the cabinet and can detect the temperature change caused by the fire or the smog; an adapter connector arranged at the side part of the cabinet and comprising a through hole formed from the interior of the cabinet to the exterior; an adapter capable of being inserted in the adapter connector; a connecting soft pipe communicated with the adapter; and a fire extinguisher attaching part communicated with the connecting soft pipe and configured in such a way that the fire extinguisher can be attached to the fire extinguisher attaching part.
