Description

[0001] Support device and mobile work machine

[0002] The invention relates to a support device for supporting a mobile work machine, in particular a truck-mounted concrete pump, comprising a support connected to the work machine, a working cylinder mounted on the support with a translationally displaceable piston rod, and a support leg that can be vertically lowered and raised by means of the piston rod of the working cylinder. Furthermore, the invention relates to a mobile work machine with such a support device.

[0003] Such a support device is known, for example, from DE 10 2013 007 869 B4. The disadvantage of the solution described here is that the construction is heavy and expensive, even though the working cylinder and, in particular, the translationally displaceable piston rod are well protected.

[0004] It is therefore an object of the invention to provide an improved support device which enables a mobile work machine to be supported in a light, inexpensive and yet stable manner.

[0005] This object is achieved by a support device having the features of claim 1.

[0006] Because the bearing of the working cylinder on the support is formed by a bolt on which the working cylinder is suspended in a holder of the support, whereby the working cylinder mounted in the holder transfers the support forces transferred to the working cylinder when supporting the support foot in a vertical direction to a stop of the holder, a light, inexpensive and stable support of a mobile work machine, in particular a truck-mounted concrete pump, can be achieved.

[0007] Thus, the support device can be used to securely support a mobile work machine, in particular a truck-mounted concrete pump, against the ground, for example, on a construction site. The support device is connected to the work machine via the support device's support. Preferably, several such support devices are arranged on a work machine in order to support the work machine from the ground at several points spanning a support surface.

[0008] To compensate for uneven ground and adjust the support height of the working machine, a working cylinder is mounted on the support. The working cylinder has a translationally movable piston rod, at the lower end of which is a support leg. The support leg can be raised and lowered vertically using the working cylinder's piston rod.

[0009] By mounting the working cylinder on the support via a bolt, on which the working cylinder is suspended in the mount, a lightweight, cost-effective, and stable connection can be created between the working cylinder and the mount. This connection absorbs the loads transferred to the mount by the dead weight of the working cylinder, the piston rod, and the support foot attached to it, provided the support foot is not resting on the ground. Fastening the working cylinder in the mount via the bolt represents a stable and easily implemented suspension of the working cylinder in the support. The weight forces of the working cylinder, the piston rod, and the support foot attached to it are thus transferred to the support mount as soon as the support foot is lifted from the ground. When the support leg is supported on the ground, the working cylinder mounted in the holder transfers the supporting forces transmitted by the support leg vertically to the stop of the holder. This allows for easy, inexpensive, and stable support of the working cylinder in the holder. Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention arise from the dependent claims. It should be noted that the features listed individually in the claims can also be combined with one another in any technologically expedient manner, thus demonstrating further embodiments of the invention.

[0010] According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the holder is tubular and encloses at least part of a jacket surface of the working cylinder. The enclosure of the working cylinder by the holder enables stable support of horizontally acting transverse forces. The transverse forces are transferred from the working cylinder to the holder over a large area. The length of the holder should be selected such that the working cylinder can be pulled downwards out of the holder with the piston rod retracted for repairs or replacement without having to raise the working machine. To replace the working cylinder, only the fluid connections have to be dismantled and the bolt, which is advantageously installed with some play, has to be removed. This means that neither special tools nor great force are required for the replacement.

[0011] A particularly preferred embodiment is one in which the bolt does not transmit any supporting forces from the working cylinder to the receptacle. Since the bolt does not have to transmit any supporting forces, it can be dimensioned accordingly smaller, which saves considerable weight. The bolt only needs to transmit the weight exerted by the suspended working cylinder, the piston rod and the support foot to the receptacle. The bolt can therefore have a relatively small diameter, which saves weight. With regard to the working fluid that may still be present in the working cylinder when the support foot is raised, a reserve should be planned, but otherwise the bolt can be designed for the weight force to be transmitted, which is orders of magnitude lower than the supporting forces. In the loaded state, the supporting force is transmitted from the support foot via the piston rod and the working cylinder at the stop to the support receptacle.A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention relates to the fact that the working cylinder can be displaced in the holder between a hanging position on the bolt and a support position against the stop. The (particularly axial) displacement of the working cylinder between the hanging position and the support position ensures that the bolt is not overloaded by the working cylinder, since the weight force to be transmitted in the hanging position is significantly lower than the support forces supported on the stop. The change between the hanging position and the support position occurs when the support foot is placed on the ground. If the support foot is lifted from the ground, the working cylinder changes from the support position on the stop to the hanging position on the bolt. The tolerances between the stop, the suspension of the bolt in the holder, the bolt and the working cylinder can be selected so that the displacement is barely noticeable.Due to the precise fit between the bore for the bolt in the upper end of the working cylinder and the top of the working cylinder, any noticeable movement of the working cylinder in the holder is practically non-existent. The diameter of the bolt can be slightly smaller than the through-hole in the working cylinder and / or in the holder through which the bolt is guided. The through-holes in the working cylinder and / or in the holder can also be designed as elongated holes in which the bolt is guided for movement.

[0012] A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the stop is formed by a support ring protruding from the receptacle. The support ring creates a circular bearing surface in the receptacle, e.g., in the form of a shoulder, against which the cylinder base of the working cylinder can rest upwards. The protruding support ring forms a defined circular surface in the receptacle, along which the supporting forces are directed into the receptacle. The supporting force is transferred from the working cylinder via the receptacle into the support via the annular edge of the stop.

[0013] An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the support has two lateral guides for absorbing transverse forces for the working cylinder, which are arranged in the support at a distance from one another in the vertical direction along the longitudinal extent of the working cylinder. The two lateral guides support the working cylinder in the support against lateral displacement. The lateral support of the working cylinder at two spaced-apart locations along the longitudinal extent of the working cylinder leads to a distribution of the loads generated by transverse forces. The distribution of the transverse forces between two lateral guides reduces the point load on the working cylinder caused by transverse forces occurring during support.

[0014] A particularly advantageous embodiment is one in which the working cylinder is supported at the stop by an upper lateral guide and has a reinforced wall in the area of a lower lateral guide. The upper lateral guide in the area of the stop ensures that the transverse forces occurring during support are introduced into the area of the cylinder base of the working cylinder. This cylinder base of the working cylinder is designed to be sturdy. In the area of the lower lateral guide, a reinforced wall of the cylinder jacket is advantageous for absorbing transverse forces and preventing transverse forces from compressing the wall. Both the upper end of the working cylinder and the area in which the working cylinder protrudes from the holder are a precise fit, i.e. designed with fits, so that the hydraulic cylinder is guided precisely in the holder and cannot jam in it.

[0015] An advantageous embodiment provides that the support is connected to the working machine via a foldable or telescopic support beam, wherein the support beam is formed from a hollow welded construction with an upper chord, lower chord, and web plates arranged between them. The foldable or telescopic support beam allows the support to be displaced horizontally relative to the working machine in order to expand the working machine's footprint. With several supports that can be displaced via support beams, a very large footprint can be created for supporting the working machine.

[0016] According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the stop in the support holder is arranged vertically centrally between the connection points of the upper chord and the lower chord with the holder. The central arrangement of the stop between the upper chord and the lower chord leads to an even distribution of the supporting forces introduced into the holder via the stop. From the centrally arranged stop, the supporting forces in the holder are distributed evenly between the upper chord and the lower chord, so that thinner sheet thicknesses can be used compared to when the force is introduced in the immediate vicinity of one of the chords, which saves considerable weight. The connection points of the upper chord and the lower chord with the holder are evenly loaded due to the central arrangement of the stop in the holder between these connection points. The support force is transmitted from the top of the working cylinder at the center of the outer end of the support beam. Therefore, there is no need for extensive reinforcement of the outer end of the support beam, to which the support mount is welded.

[0017] A particularly advantageous embodiment is one in which the upper lateral guide is positioned vertically centrally between the connection points of the upper chord and the lower chord with the holder. The central arrangement of the upper lateral guide between the upper chord and the lower chord leads to an even distribution of the transverse forces introduced into the holder via the lateral guide, which can occur when the supported work machine is on a slope. From the centrally arranged upper lateral guide, the transverse forces in the holder are distributed evenly between the upper chord and the lower chord, so that thinner sheet metal can be used here, which saves considerable weight. The connection points of the upper chord and the lower chord with the holder are evenly loaded due to the central arrangement of the upper lateral guide in the holder between these connection points.

[0018] A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the lower chord is connected to the support support mount in the vertical direction centrally between the two lateral guides. The central fastening of the lower chord in the vertical direction between the lateral guides of the support ensures that the load is relieved on the lower chord, as the transverse forces introduced into the support mount via the lateral guides are better distributed along the support to the upper chord and lower chord.

[0019] A particularly advantageous embodiment provides for lines for supplying the working cylinder with working fluid to be routed in the support beam between the upper chord, the lower chord, and the web plates for receiving the support. The lines for supplying the working cylinder with working fluid are protected in the support beam by the support beam's metal plates forming a cavity.

[0020] According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the working cylinder has a head section with a through-bore for receiving the bolt. The head section allows the working cylinder to be supported against the stop of the holder. The through-bore in the head section provides a simple way to suspend the working cylinder from the bolt in the holder.

[0021] A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention provides for a fluid connection on the head section for supplying the working cylinder with working fluid at the cylinder base. The working cylinder can be easily supplied with working fluid via the fluid connection to move the piston rod and lower or raise the support foot attached to it.

[0022] Furthermore, the subject matter of the invention is a mobile work machine, as described above and in more detail below, in particular a truck-mounted concrete pump, with a support device as described above and in more detail below.

[0023] Further features, details, and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description and from the drawings, which show exemplary embodiments of the invention. Corresponding objects or elements are provided with the same reference numerals in all figures. They show: Figure 1 shows a working machine according to the invention,

[0028] Figure 6 View of fluid lines,

[0029] Figure 7 sectional view of another support device according to the invention, and

[0030] Figure 8 Sectional view of another support device according to the invention.

[0031] A work machine according to the invention is shown in Figure 1, designated by reference numeral 2. The work machine shown is a truck-mounted concrete pump 2. The support device 1 according to the invention can also be used for support in other work machines, such as truck-mounted cranes or work platforms, with the same advantages. The truck-mounted concrete pump 2 has a concrete pumping device for conveying liquid concrete. The truck-mounted concrete pump 2 has a total of four support devices 1, although more or fewer support devices can also be used to support the work machine 2. Designated by reference numeral 26 in Figure 1, an articulated boom of the truck-mounted concrete pump 2 is shown. The articulated boom 26 is mounted on a turntable 27 that can rotate about a vertical axis and that supports the articulated boom 26 relative to the chassis 28 of the truck-mounted concrete pump 2 via an articulated joint 29.The articulated mast 26 has several mast segments 30, each of which can be pivoted about an articulated axes relative to an adjacent mast segment 30 or the turntable 27 in articulated joints. To pivot the mast segments 30, actuating elements in the form of preferably hydraulic cylinders are assigned to the articulated joints 29, which effect the pivoting movement of the mast segments 30 about the articulated axes. This pivoting movement allows the articulated mast 26, shown folded in Figure 1, to be unfolded. When the articulated mast 26 is unfolded, liquid concrete fed via a feed hopper (not shown) can be conveyed by means of the concrete pumping device in the truck-mounted concrete pump 2 through the concrete delivery lines (not shown) arranged on the articulated mast 26 to the point of use on the construction site, within the reach of the articulated mast 26.To ensure that the truck-mounted concrete pump 2 stands securely on the construction site, particularly when the articulated boom 26 is unfolded, the working machine is supported by the support devices 1. The supports 3 of the support devices 1 are connected to the truck-mounted concrete pump 2 via extendable and retractable or extendable and retractable support beams 15, wherein the support beams 15 are formed from a hollow welded construction with an upper chord 16, lower chord 17, and web plates 18, 19 arranged between them. Using the extendable and retractable or extendable and retractable support beams 15, the supports 3 can be displaced horizontally relative to the chassis 28 of the truck-mounted concrete pump 2 in order to expand the footprint of the truck-mounted concrete pump 2, as shown in Figure 1.

[0032] Figure 2 shows one of the support devices 1 shown in Figure 1 as an example for further explanation. The support device 1 serves, as already mentioned, to support a mobile work machine, such as a truck-mounted concrete pump 2 (Fig. 1). A support 3 connected to the work machine is provided on the support device 1. The support device 1 has a hydraulic working cylinder 4 mounted on the support 3, with a piston rod 5 that can be displaced in translation. Via the piston rod 5 of the working cylinder 4, a support foot 6 of the support device 1 can be lowered vertically towards the ground or raised from the ground.

[0033] The working cylinder 4 is accommodated in a receptacle 8 of the support 3. The receptacle 8 is shaped as a tube open at the bottom. The outer surface 10 of the working cylinder 4 is enclosed by the receptacle 8, at least in sections. This creates a connection between the outer surface 10 of the working cylinder 4 and the surrounding tubular shape of the receptacle 8. The working cylinder 4, which extends vertically in the receptacle 8, is thereby supported against horizontal transverse forces Fh acting transversely to the longitudinal extent of the piston rod 5.

[0034] Figure 3 shows a sectional view through the support device 1 according to Figure 2. In this illustration, it can be seen that the working cylinder 4 is mounted on the support 3 via a bolt 7. This bolt 7 is inserted into through holes in the holder 8. The working cylinder 4 is suspended in the holder 8 of the support 3 on the bolt 7. Provided in the holder 8 is a stop 9 in the form of a circular shoulder, to which the working cylinder 4 transmits the supporting forces Fv transmitted to the working cylinder 4 when supporting the support foot 6 in a vertical direction to the holder 8. The stop 9 is arranged in the holder 8 of the support 3 in the vertical direction approximately centrally between the connection points 20, 21 of the upper chord 16 and the lower chord 17 with the holder 8.The central arrangement of the stop 9 between the upper chord 16 and the lower chord 17 leads to an even distribution of the support forces Fv introduced into the holder 8 via the stop 9. The centrally arranged stop 9 distributes the support forces Fv in the holder 8 evenly between the upper chord 16 and the lower chord 17, which can save material and weight. When supporting the support foot 6, the bolt 7 does not transfer any support forces Fv from the working cylinder 4 to the holder 8. Only the stop 9 formed in the holder 8 serves this purpose. The working cylinder 4 can be displaced in the holder 8 between a hanging position on the bolt 7 and a supporting position resting against the stop 9. The tolerances between the stop 9, the suspension of the bolt 7 in the holder 8, the bolt 7 and the working cylinder 4 can be selected such that the displacement is barely perceptible. The diameter of the bolt 7 may be slightly smaller than the through-bore in the working cylinder 4 and / or in the holder 8 through which the bolt 7 is guided. In order to avoid excessive play in the bolt connection, the bores for the bolt 7 in the holder 8 can then be slightly offset from the through-bore 24 in the working cylinder 4, for example. A normal clearance fit may be sufficient to allow the required movement. The through-bore in the working cylinder 4 and / or in the holder 8 can also be designed as an elongated hole in which the bolt 7 is guided so as to be displaceable. In either case, it is advantageous to design the stop 9 as a support ring 11 protruding in the holder 8. The protruding support ring 11 forms a defined circular plane in the holder 8, via which the supporting forces are introduced into the holder 8.The support ring 11 creates a circular or circular segment-shaped contact surface in the holder 8, on which the cylinder base of the working cylinder 4 can be supported.

[0035] The stop 9, which the support ring 11 forms in the holder, is also clearly visible in Figure 4, which shows a further sectional view of the support device shown above. Furthermore, it can be seen that the holder 8 has two lateral guides 12, 13 for absorbing transverse forces Fh for the working cylinder 4. These lateral guides 12, 13 are arranged in the holder 8 at a distance from one another in the vertical direction along the longitudinal extent of the working cylinder 4. The lateral support of the working cylinder 12, 13 at two spaced-apart locations along the longitudinal extent of the working cylinder 4 distributes the loads caused by transverse forces Fh. The working cylinder 4 is thus securely supported against lateral displacement in the holder 8 by the two lateral guides 12, 13.The distribution of the transverse forces Fh across the two axially spaced lateral guides 12, 13 reduces the point load on the working cylinder 4 caused by the transverse forces Fh that also occur during support. The distance between the guides 12, 13 ensures sufficient lever length during support. The tubular holder 8 can have a chamfer at the lower opening to facilitate the insertion of the working cylinder 4. To avoid stress concentrations, all transitions between thicker and thinner wall thicknesses in the holder 8 are smooth.

[0036] Figure 5 is a partial enlargement of the sectional view according to Figure 4. Here it can be seen that the working cylinder 4 is supported at the stop 9 by the upper lateral guide 12. The upper lateral guide 12 in the area of the stop 9 serves to absorb the transverse forces Fh that occur during support in the area of the working cylinder base. In the area of the lower lateral guide 13, the working cylinder 4 has a reinforced wall 14 (Fig. 4) so that the transverse forces do not press in the working cylinder 4. The upper lateral guide 12 is positioned in the vertical direction centrally between the connection points 20, 21 (Fig. 3) of the upper chord 16 (Fig. 3) and the lower chord 17 (Fig. 3) with the holder 8.The central arrangement of the upper lateral guide 12 between the upper chord and lower chord ensures a uniform distribution of the transverse forces Fh introduced into the support 8 via this lateral guide 12, which can occur particularly when the supported work machine 2 is in an inclined position (Fig. 1). The lower chord 17 (Fig. 3), on the other hand, is connected to the support 8 of the support 3 centrally between the two lateral guides 12, 13 (Fig. 4) for optimal force distribution in the vertical direction. The central fastening of the lower chord 17 (Fig. 3) in the vertical direction between the lateral guides 12, 13 (Fig. 4) of the support 8 relieves the load on the lower chord 17 (Fig. 3), since the transverse forces Fh introduced into the support via the lateral guides 12, 13 (Fig. 4) are better distributed along the support 8 to the upper chord 16 (Fig. 3) and lower chord 17 (Fig. 3). "Central" here means a position as central as possible. The completely central arrangement is the ideal case, but a slightly off-center arrangement of the lateral guide 12, for example in the middle third between the connection points 20, 21 with the lower chord 17 and the upper chord 16 also leads to a very good force distribution in the sense of the invention. When loaded, the top side of the working cylinder 4 presses against the support ring 11 in the holder. The distance between the top side of the bolt 7 and the stop 9 is preferably manufactured to fit exactly to the top side of the working cylinder 4. This means that it is not visually visible that the working cylinder 4 is pushed upwards by the load when supported, and accordingly it is not visible when the working cylinder 4 is hanging on the bolt 7 in the unloaded state. In the embodiment shown here, there is a gap of approx.1 mm is provided to ensure that the through-hole 24 in the head part 22 does not press against the bolt 7 from below, even in the loaded state, because the supporting force Fv would destroy the bolt 7. In the unloaded state shown here, the working cylinder 4 hangs via the through-hole 24 in the head part 22 on the top side of the bolt 7. Figure 6 shows a further view of the previously shown support device 1. In this illustration, it can be seen that the lines 22, shown in sections, for supplying the working cylinder 4 with working fluid are guided in the support beam 15 between the upper chord 16, the lower chord 17 and the web plates 17, 18 to the receptacle 8 in the support 3. The tubular receptacle 8 is shown transparent in this embodiment for further explanation. This shows that the working cylinder 4 has a head part 23 which has a through-hole 24 for receiving the bolt 7.A fluid connection 25 is also provided on the head part 22 for supplying the working cylinder 4 with working fluid on the cylinder base side. For supplying the working cylinder 4 with working fluid on the rod side, the line 22 is routed along the outside of the receptacle 8 of the support 3. The working cylinder 4 can be connected via a hydraulically releasable check valve, which prevents working fluid from being forced out of the piston side of the working cylinder 4 when the working machine 2 is supported (Fig. 1). The check valve can be arranged in the head part 22.

[0037] Figure 7 shows a further embodiment of a support device 1 according to the invention. In contrast to the previously shown support device 1, the bolt 7 is arranged above the stop 9 in the receptacle 8. Otherwise, the embodiment according to Figure 7 is designed like the support device 1 previously shown in Figures 1 to 6.

[0038] Figure 8 shows a further embodiment of a support device 1 according to the invention. In contrast to the previously shown support devices 1, the working cylinder 4 is not supported in the region of the cylinder base; instead, the stop 9 is formed at the lower edge of the tubular receptacle 8, which is open at the bottom, and supports the working cylinder 4 via a collar arranged thereon. Otherwise, the embodiment according to Figure 8 is designed like the support devices 1 previously shown in Figures 1 to 7.
