[0027] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0028] All illustrations of the drawings are for the purpose of describing selected versions of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. The present invention discloses a portable interlocking modular oven designed to be easily assembled and disassembled for ease of transportation and storage. The present invention incorporates a modular design that can be assembled and / or disassembled without the use of fasteners or external tools. As can be seen in FIGS. 1 through 20, the present invention comprises an oven base 1, a cooking system 9, a removable ceiling panel 13, and a plurality of removable lateral panels 14. The oven base 1 corresponds to the lower structure of the present invention that houses the cooking system 9 to isolate the cooking system 9 from the surroundings of the oven base 1. The cooking system 9 is designed to generate the heat necessary to facilitate the cooking of the desired foods. The removable ceiling panel 13 and the plurality of removable lateral panels 14 correspond to several modular panels that can be attached in a specific manner to the oven base 1 to form an insulated rectangular structure above the oven base 1 that retains the desired foods during the cooking process.

[0029] The general configuration of the aforementioned components enables the easy transportation and storage of a portable interlocking modular oven that can be used in different locations to cook different foods. In general, the present invention has an overall rectangular design, which requires the plurality of removable lateral panels 14 to form a rectangular structure with the removable ceiling panel 13 and the oven base 1. In addition, each of the plurality of removable lateral panels 14 is a thermally insulated panel that helps retain heat within the oven during the cooking process. As can be seen in FIGS. 1 through 6, the plurality of removable lateral panels 14 comprises a front removable lateral panel 15, a rear removable lateral panel 18, a left removable lateral panel 19, and a right removable lateral panel 20. The front removable lateral panel 15 and the rear removable lateral panel 18 are rectangular panels of equal size that form the front and rear sides of the rectangular structure above the oven base 1, respectively. Similarly, the left removable lateral panel 19 and the right removable lateral panel 20 are also rectangular panels of equal size that form the left and right sides of the rectangular structure above the oven base 1, respectively.

[0030] Further, to complete the overall rectangular design of the present invention, the oven base 1 also has an overall rectangular design that complements the rectangular structure formed with the plurality of removable lateral panels 14, the removable ceiling panel 13, and the oven base 1. As can be seen in FIGS. 1 through 6, the oven base 1 comprises a left base side 2, a right base side 3, a front base side 4, and a rear base side 5, each corresponding to a lateral side of the oven base 1. When the present invention is assembled, the removable ceiling panel 13 and each of the plurality of removable lateral panels 14 are supported by the oven base 1. Further, to form the overall rectangular design of the present invention, the front removable lateral panel 15 and the rear removable lateral panel 18 have an overall length matching the length of the removable ceiling panel 13 and the oven base 1. The left removable lateral panel 19 and the right removable lateral panel 20 have an overall width matching the width of the removable ceiling panel 13 and the oven base 1. Moreover, the height of each of the plurality of removable lateral panels 14 is equal to complete the overall rectangular design of the present invention. The overall height of each of the plurality of removable lateral panels 14 can be determined according to the maximum capacity of foods being able to be retained by the present invention during the cooking process. In other embodiments, different shapes and sizes can be implemented if the overall assembly can be assembled and disassembled with no fasteners or external tools.

[0031] In the preferred embodiment, the present invention can be arranged as follows: each of the plurality of removable lateral panels 14 is positioned perpendicular to the removable ceiling panel 13 to form the overall design of the present invention, as can be seen in FIGS. 1 through 6. The front removable lateral panel 15 is attached in between the removable ceiling panel 13 and the front base side 4. Similarly, the rear removable lateral panel 18 is attached in between the removable ceiling panel 13 and the rear base side 5. This way, the front removable lateral panel 15 and the rear removable lateral panel 18 are secured to the oven base 1, and the removable ceiling panel 13 is secured to both the front removable lateral panel 15 and the rear removable lateral panel 18. Further, the left removable lateral panel 19 is attached in between the removable ceiling panel 13 and the left base side 2, while the right removable lateral panel 20 is attached in between the removable ceiling panel 13 and the right base side 3. This way, both the left removable lateral panel 19 and the right removable lateral panel 20 are secured to the front removable lateral panel 15 and the rear removable lateral panel 18. Moreover, as can be seen in FIGS. 1 through 6, the removable ceiling panel 13, the plurality of removable lateral panels 14, and the oven base 1 are configured to thermally insulate an internal oven space 21 enclosed by the removable ceiling panel 13, the plurality of removable lateral panels 14, and the oven base 1. In other words, when the present invention is assembled, an internal oven space 21 within the rectangular structure above the oven base 1 is formed that enables the desired foods to be safely cooked. The connection between each of the modular components of the present invention is hermetically secured to thermally insulate the internal oven space 21 of the present invention. Sealing elements can be included, such as gaskets, to help hermetically seal the assembled rectangular structure above the oven base 1. Furthermore, the cooking system 9 is operatively integrated into the oven base 1, wherein the cooking system 9 is used to generate a preset amount of cooking heat to cook the desired foods. For example, the cooking system 9 can be a gas-powered system that utilizes natural gas to generate heat by burning the natural gas in a controlled manner. Alternatively, the cooking system 9 can be an electrical system that utilizes heating elements to radiate heat in a controlled manner. In other embodiments, different heating mechanisms can be implemented for the cooking system 9.

This way, the left removable rack 46 and the right removable rack 47 are positioned offset to each other at a distance large enough to receive the appropriate cookware. Further, the left removable rack 46 is attached in between the front removable lateral panel 15 and the rear removable lateral panel 18 to secure the left removable rack 46 within the internal oven space 21. Similarly, the right removable rack 47 is attached in between the front removable lateral panel 15 and the rear removable lateral panel 18 to secure the right removable rack 47 within the internal oven space 21. This way, several units of cookware can be positioned on the rack guides of the left removable rack 46 and the right removable rack 47.

[0053] Similar to the removable lateral panels, the removable racks can utilize attachment mechanisms that enable the removable attachment of the first removable rack and the second removable rack. As can be seen in FIGS. 15 through 17, in some embodiments, the present invention may further comprise at least one front-left rack attachment mechanism 48. The at least one front-left rack attachment mechanism 48 is preferably a sliding interlocking mechanism that enables the attachment of the left removable rack 46 to the front removable lateral panel 15. To do so, the at least one front-left rack attachment mechanism 48 comprises a first front-left rack interlocking piece 49 and a second front-left rack interlocking piece 50. The first front-left rack interlocking piece 49 is preferably a key-type interlocking piece that matches the shape and size of the second front-left rack interlocking piece 50. The second front-left rack interlocking piece 50 is preferably a slot-type interlocking piece that receives the first front-left rack interlocking piece 49. For example, the first front-left rack interlocking piece 49 can be a T-shaped key, and the second front-left rack interlocking piece 50 is a T-shaped slot that the T-shape key fits into.

[0054] In the preferred embodiment, the at least one front-left rack attachment mechanism 48 can be implemented as follows: the first front-left rack interlocking piece 49 is integrated into the left removable rack 46, adjacent to the front removable lateral panel 15, as can be seen in FIGS. 15 through 17. To do so, the at least one rear-left rack attachment mechanism 51 comprises a first rear-left rack interlocking piece 52 and a second rear-left rack interlocking piece 53. The first rear-left rack interlocking piece 52 is preferably a key-type interlocking piece that matches the shape and size of the second rear-left rack interlocking piece 53. The second rear-left rack interlocking piece 53 is preferably a slottype interlocking piece that receives the first rear-left rack interlocking piece 52. For example, the first rear-left rack interlocking piece 52 can be a T-shaped key, and the second rear-left rack interlocking piece 53 is a T-shaped slot that the T-shape key fits into when locked.

[0056] In the preferred embodiment, the at least one rear-left rack attachment mechanism 51 can be implemented as follows: the first rear-left rack interlocking piece 52 is integrated into the left removable rack 46, adjacent to the rear removable lateral panel 18, as can be seen in FIGS. 15 through 17. Different units of the first rear-left rack interlocking piece 52 can be implemented. If a single unit of the at least one rear-left rack attachment mechanism 51 is implemented, the first rear-left rack interlocking piece 52 is centered along the rear edge of the left removable rack 46. If multiple units of the at least one rear-left rack attachment mechanism 51 are implemented, multiple units of the first rear-left rack interlocking piece 52 are distributed along the rear edge of the left removable rack 46. On the other hand, the second rear-left rack interlocking piece 53 is integrated into the rear removable lateral panel 18, adjacent to the left removable rack 46. The second rear-left rack interlocking piece 53 is preferably integrated into the inner surface of the rear removable lateral panel 18. Similarly, if a single unit of the at least one rear-left rack attachment mechanism 51 is implemented, the second rear-left rack interlocking piece 53 is centered on the inner surface of the rear removable lateral panel 18 adjacent to the left removable rack 46. If multiple units of the at least one rear-left rack attachment mechanism 51 are implemented, multiple units of the second rear-left rack interlocking piece 53 are distributed on the inner surface of the rear removable lateral panel 18 adjacent to the left removable rack 46. Then, to secure the left removable rack 46 to the rear removable lateral panel 18, the first rear-left rack interlocking piece 52 and the second rear-left rack interlocking piece 53 are detachably engaged to each other. In other embodiments, different interlocking mechanisms can be implemented for the at least one rear-left rack attachment mechanism 51.

[0057] In some embodiments, the present invention may further comprise at least one front-right rack attachment mechanism 54, as can be seen in FIGS. 15 through 17. Like the at least one front-left rack attachment mechanism 48, the at least one front-right rack attachment mechanism 54 is preferably a sliding interlocking mechanism that enables the attachment of the right removable rack 47 to the front removable lateral panel 15. To do so, the at least one front-right rack attachment mechanism 54 comprises a first front-right rack interlocking piece 55 and a second front-right rack interlocking piece 56. The first front-right rack interlocking piece 55 is preferably a key-type interlocking piece that matches the shape and size of the second front-right rack interlocking piece 56. The second front-right rack interlocking piece 56 is preferably a slot-type interlocking piece that receives the first front-right rack interlocking piece 55. For example, the first frontright rack interlocking piece 55 can be a T-shaped key, and the second front-right rack interlocking piece 56 is a T-shaped slot that the T-shape key fits into.

[0058] In the preferred embodiment, the at least one front-right rack attachment mechanism 54 can be implemented as follows: the first front-right rack interlocking piece 55 is integrated into the right removable rack 47, adjacent to the front removable lateral panel 15, as can be seen in FIGS. 15 through 17. Different units of the first front-right rack interlocking piece 55 can be implemented. If a single unit of the at least one frontright rack attachment mechanism 54 is implemented, the first front-right rack interlocking piece 55 is centered along the front edge of the right removable rack 47. If multiple units of the at least one front-right rack attachment mechanism 54 are implemented, multiple units of the first front-right rack interlocking piece 55 are distributed along the front edge of the right removable rack 47. On the other hand, the second front-right rack interlocking piece 56 is integrated into the front removable lateral panel 15, adjacent to the right removable rack 47. The second front-right rack interlocking piece 56 is preferably integrated into the inner surface of the front removable lateral panel 15. Similarly, if a single unit of the at least one front-right rack attachment mechanism 54 is implemented, the second front-right rack interlocking piece 56 is centered on the inner surface of the front removable lateral panel 15 adjacent to the right removable rack 47. If multiple units of the at least one front-right rack attachment mechanism 54 are implemented, multiple units of the second front-right rack interlocking piece 56 are distributed on the inner surface of the front removable lateral panel 15 adjacent to the right removable rack 47. Then, to secure the right removable rack 47 to the front removable lateral panel 15, the first front-right rack interlocking piece 55 and the second front-right rack interlocking piece 56 are detachably engaged to each other. In other embodiments, different interlocking mechanisms can be implemented for the at least one front-right rack attachment mechanism 54.

[0059] Further, in some embodiments, the present invention may further comprise at least one rear-right rack attachment mechanism 57, as can be seen in FIGS. 15 through 17. The at least one rear-right rack attachment mechanism 57 is preferably a sliding interlocking mechanism that enables the attachment of the right removable rack 47 to the rear removable lateral panel 18. To do so, the at least one rear-right rack attachment mechanism 57 comprises a first rear-right rack interlocking piece 58 and a second rearright rack interlocking piece 59. The first rear-right rack interlocking piece 58 is preferably a key -type interlocking piece that matches the shape and size of the second rear-right rack interlocking piece 59. The second rear-right rack interlocking piece 59 is preferably a slot-type interlocking piece that receives the first rear-right rack interlocking piece 58. For example, the first rear-right rack interlocking piece 58 can be a T-shaped key, and the second rear-right rack interlocking piece 59 is a T-shaped slot that the T- shape key fits into.

[0060] In the preferred embodiment, the at least one rear-right rack attachment mechanism 57 can be implemented as follows: the first rear-right rack interlocking piece 58 is integrated into the right removable rack 47, adjacent to the rear removable lateral panel 18, as can be seen in FIGS. 15 through 17. Different units of the first rear-right rack interlocking piece 58 can be implemented. If a single unit of the at least one rear-right rack attachment mechanism 57 is implemented, the first rear-right rack interlocking piece

[0061] 58 is centered along the rear edge of the right removable rack 47. If multiple units of the at least one rear-right rack attachment mechanism 57 are implemented, multiple units of the first rear-right rack interlocking piece 58 are distributed along the rear edge of the right removable rack 47. On the other hand, the second rear-right rack interlocking piece

[0062] 59 is integrated into the rear removable lateral panel 18, adjacent to the right removable rack 47. The second rear-right rack interlocking piece 59 is preferably integrated into the inner surface of the rear removable lateral panel 18. Similarly, if a single unit of the at least one rear-right rack attachment mechanism 57 is implemented, the second rear-right rack interlocking piece 59 is centered on the inner surface of the rear removable lateral panel 18 adjacent to the right removable rack 47. If multiple units of the at least one rearright rack attachment mechanism 57 are implemented, multiple units of the second rearright rack interlocking piece 59 are distributed on the inner surface of the rear removable lateral panel 18 adjacent to the right removable rack 47. Then, to secure the right removable rack 47 to the rear removable lateral panel 18, the first rear-right rack interlocking piece 58 and the second rear-right rack interlocking piece 59 are detachably engaged to each other. In other embodiments, different interlocking mechanisms can be implemented for the at least one rear-right rack attachment mechanism 57.

[0063] When only the left removable rack 46 and the right removable rack 47 are implemented, large cookware, such as large trays or baking pizza stones, can be placed within the internal oven space 21. However, using large cookware limits the amount of food that can be cooked simultaneously while keeping the food separate from each other. So, in some embodiments, the present invention may further comprise a central removable rack 60, as can be seen in FIGS. 15 through 17. The central removable rack 60 is a rack frame with rack guides on both sides that match the rack guides on the left removable rack 46 and the right removable rack 47. When the central removable rack 60 is installed, several smaller cookware can be placed within the internal oven space 21 to hold more food separate from each other.

[0064] In the preferred embodiment, the central removable rack 60 can be implemented as follows: the central removable rack 60 is positioned within the internal oven space 21 to receive the smaller cookware, as can be seen in FIGS. 15 through 17. In addition, the central removable rack 60 is positioned equidistant between the left removable lateral panel 19 and the right removable lateral panel 20. This allows smaller cookware of the same size to be held by the three removable racks. Further, the central removable rack 60 is attached in between the front removable lateral panel 15 and the rear removable lateral panel 18. Thus, two vertical columns of rack guides are formed that can hold several smaller cookware in two vertical stacks within the internal oven space 21.

[0065] Similar to the left removable rack 46 and the right removable rack 47, the appropriate rack attachment mechanisms can be implemented to help the central removable rack 60 be removably attached within the internal oven space 21. In some embodiments, the present invention may further comprise at least one front-center rack attachment mechanism 61, as can be seen in FIGS. 15 through 17. The at least one frontcenter rack attachment mechanism 61 is preferably a sliding interlocking mechanism that enables the attachment of the central removable rack 60 to the front removable lateral panel 15. To do so, the at least one front-center rack attachment mechanism 61 comprises a first front-center rack interlocking piece 62 and a second front-center rack interlocking piece 63. The first front-center rack interlocking piece 62 is preferably a key-type interlocking piece that matches the shape and size of the second front-center rack interlocking piece 63. The second front-center rack interlocking piece 63 is preferably a slot-type interlocking piece that receives the first front-center rack interlocking piece 62. For example, the first front-center rack interlocking piece 62 can be a T-shaped key, and the second front-center rack interlocking piece 63 is a T-shaped slot that the T-shape key fits into when locked. In the preferred embodiment, the at least one front-center rack attachment mechanism 61 can be implemented as follows: the first front-center rack interlocking piece 62 is integrated into the central removable rack 60, adjacent to the front removable lateral panel 15, as can be seen in FIGS. 15 through 17. Different units of the first frontcenter rack interlocking piece 62 can be implemented. If a single unit of the at least one front-center rack attachment mechanism 61 is implemented, the first front-center rack interlocking piece 62 is centered along the front edge of the central removable rack 60. If multiple units of the at least one front-center rack attachment mechanism 61 are implemented, multiple units of the first front-center rack interlocking piece 62 are distributed along the front edge of the central removable rack 60. On the other hand, the second front-center rack interlocking piece 63 is integrated into the front removable lateral panel 15, adjacent to the central removable rack 60. The second front-center rack interlocking piece 63 is preferably integrated into the inner surface of the front removable lateral panel 15. Similarly, if a single unit of the at least one front-center rack attachment mechanism 61 is implemented, the second front-center rack interlocking piece 63 is centered on the inner surface of the front removable lateral panel 15 adjacent to the central removable rack 60. If multiple units of the at least one front-center rack attachment mechanism 61 are implemented, multiple units of the second front-center rack interlocking piece 63 are distributed on the inner surface of the front removable lateral panel 15 adjacent to the central removable rack 60. Then, to secure the central removable rack 60 to the front removable lateral panel 15, the first front-center rack interlocking piece 62 and the second front-center rack interlocking piece 63 are detachably engaged to each other. In other embodiments, different interlocking mechanisms can be implemented for the at least one front-center rack attachment mechanism 61.

[0066] In some embodiments, the present invention may further comprise at least one rear-center rack attachment mechanism 64, as can be seen in FIGS. 15 through 17. Like the at least one front-center rack attachment mechanism 61, the at least one rear-center rack attachment mechanism 64 is preferably a sliding interlocking mechanism that enables the attachment of the central removable rack 60 to the rear removable lateral panel 18. To do so, the at least one rear-center rack attachment mechanism 64 comprises a first rear-center rack interlocking piece 65 and a second rear-center rack interlocking piece 66 The first rear-center rack interlocking piece 65 is preferably a key-type interlocking piece that matches the shape and size of the second rear-center rack interlocking piece 66. The second rear-center rack interlocking piece 66 is preferably a slot-type interlocking piece that receives the first rear-center rack interlocking piece 65. For example, the first rear-center rack interlocking piece 65 can be a T-shaped key, and the second rear-center rack interlocking piece 66 is a T-shaped slot that the T-shape key fits into.

[0067] In the preferred embodiment, the at least one rear-center rack attachment mechanism 64 can be implemented as follows: the first rear-center rack interlocking piece 65 is integrated into the central removable rack 60, adjacent to the rear removable lateral panel 18, as can be seen in FIGS. 15 through 17. Different units of the first rearcenter rack interlocking piece 65 can be implemented. If a single unit of the at least one rear-center rack attachment mechanism 64 is implemented, the first rear-center rack interlocking piece 65 is centered along the rear edge of the central removable rack 60. If multiple units of the at least one rear-center rack attachment mechanism 64 are implemented, multiple units of the first rear-center rack interlocking piece 65 are distributed along the rear edge of the central removable rack 60. On the other hand, the second rear-center rack interlocking piece 66 is integrated into the rear removable lateral panel 18, adjacent to the central removable rack 60. The second rear-center rack interlocking piece 66 is preferably integrated into the inner surface of the rear removable lateral panel 18. Similarly, if a single unit of the at least one rear-center rack attachment mechanism 64 is implemented, the second rear-center rack interlocking piece 66 is centered on the inner surface of the rear removable lateral panel 18 adjacent to the central removable rack 60. If multiple units of the at least one rear-center rack attachment mechanism 64 are implemented, multiple units of the second rear-center rack interlocking piece 66 are distributed on the inner surface of the rear removable lateral panel 18 adjacent to the central removable rack 60. Then, to secure the central removable rack 60 to the rear removable lateral panel 18, the first rear-center rack interlocking piece 65 and the second rear-center rack interlocking piece 66 are detachably engaged to each other. In other embodiments, different interlocking mechanisms can be implemented for the at least one rear-center rack attachment mechanism 64. Like traditional ovens, the present invention may further comprise at least one access door 67 that enables the insertion and removal of the cookware holding the desired foods into / out of the internal oven space 21, as can be seen in FIGS. 1 through 6. The at least one access door 67, like the removable lateral panels, is a thermally insulated panel that can be selectively opened when desired. When closed, the at least one access door 67 keeps the internal oven space 21 sealed so that the inserted food on the cookware can be properly cooked. To accommodate the at least one access door 67, the front removable lateral panel 15 comprises a panel body 16 and at least one door opening 17. The panel body 16 corresponds to the main structure of the front removable lateral panel 15, while the at least one door opening 17 correspond to the space on the front removable lateral panel 15 that accommodates the at least one access door 67.

[0068] In the preferred embodiment, the at least one access door 67 can be implemented as follows: the at least one door opening 17 traverses normal through the panel body 16 to form an opening on the front removable lateral panel 15 with the same shape and size as the at least one access door 67, as can be seen in FIGS. 1 through 6. In addition, the at least one access door 67 is positioned adjacent and across the at least door opening so that the at least one access door 67 can be connected to the front removable lateral panel 15. Further, the at least one access door 67 is positioned external to the internal oven space 21 so that the at least one access door 67 can be accessed from the exterior of the internal oven space 21. This prevents from injuries to the user during the cooking process. Furthermore, the at least one access door 67 is hingedly connected to the panel body 16 so that the at least one access door 67 can be swung open. In some embodiments, two access doors can be implemented so that the internal oven space 21 can be more easily accessed. Two smaller access doors also make the present invention more practical so that the present invention does not require a large operational space.

[0069] As previously discussed, the cooking system 9 enables the safe and efficient cooking of the food placed within the internal oven space 21. Since the present invention is preferably made for outdoor use, the cooking system 9 must be able to accommodate different heat sources. As can be seen in FIGS. 9 and 10, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cooking system 9 may be a gas-powered cooking system 9. To accommodate the cooking system 9, the oven base 1 may further comprise an upper base side 6 corresponding to an open side that enables the heat generated by the cooking system 9 to flow into the internal oven space 21. In addition, the cooking system 9 comprises a plurality of valved gas burners 10, at least one gas inlet 11, and a plurality of control knobs 12. The plurality of valved gas burners 10 enables the outflow of natural gas from the at least one gas inlet 11 through the upper base side 6. The at least one gas inlet 11 enable the coupling of a gas container to the cooking system 9. [0070] In the preferred embodiment, the cooking system 9 can be implemented as follows: the plurality of valved gas burners 10 is distributed across the upper base side 6 so that the heat generated is evenly distributed within the internal oven space 21, as can be seen in FIGS. 9 and 10. The plurality of valved gas burners 10 is mounted onto the upper base side 6 to secure the plurality of valved gas burners 10 within the oven base 1. Further, the at least one gas inlet 11 is integrated into the rear base side 5 to secure the at least one gas inlet 11 to the oven base 1. The at least one gas inlet 11 is also in fluid communication with each of the plurality of valved gas burners 10 so that the gas inflow from the gas container can flow to each of the plurality of valved gas burners 10. Further, the plurality of control knobs 12 is distributed along the front base side 4, and each of the plurality of control knobs 12 is rotatably mounted onto the front base side 4. This way, the plurality of control knobs 12 is secured to the exterior of the oven base 1, which ensures the safety of the user during the cooking process. Furthermore, each of the plurality of control knobs 12 is operatively coupled to a corresponding valved gas burner from the plurality of the valved gas burners. Each of the plurality of control knobs 12 is used to open and close the corresponding valved gas burner. For example, each control knob can be torsionally connected to the valve portion of the corresponding valved gas burner. When the user rotates the control knob, the valve portion of the corresponding valve gas burner is opened or closed to control the flow of natural gas through the corresponding valve gas burner. Furthermore, the gas-powered cooking system 9 may include an ignition mechanism that allows for the indirect ignition of each of the plurality of valved gas burners 10. In other embodiments, different heat sources can be implemented for the cooking system 9, such as electrical heating elements that are powered by electrical power.

[0071] In some embodiments, the present invention may further comprise a plurality of removable legs 68 that elevate the oven base 1 from the ground, as can be seen in FIGS. 7 and 8. Like the rest of the components of the present invention, the plurality of removable legs 68 can be selectively removed to help transport / store the present invention. To accommodate the plurality of removable legs 68, the oven base 1 may further comprise a lower base side 7 and a plurality of leg slots 8. The lower base side 7 is a closed side of the oven base 1 that keeps the internal oven space 21 sealed when the present invention is assembled. Further, the plurality of leg slots 8 corresponds to several leg slots with shape and size that receive a portion of the removable legs.

[0072] In the preferred embodiment, the plurality of removable legs 68 can be implemented as follows: the plurality of leg slots 8 is peripherally distributed around the lower base side 7 so that the plurality of leg slots 8 is evenly distributed across the lower base side 7, as can be seen in FIGS. 7 and 8. In addition, each of the plurality of leg slots 8 traverse into the oven base 1 through the lower base side 7 to form an appropriate space to accommodate the portion of the corresponding removable leg. Further, each of the plurality of removable legs 68 is mounted into a corresponding leg slot of the plurality of leg slots 8 to secure the plurality of removable legs 68 to the oven base 1. Each of the plurality of removable legs 68 can be designed with different features that enhance the overall structural strength of the present invention, such as rubber pads that minimize damage to the plurality of removable legs 68 or the ground on which the present invention is assembled. In some embodiments, a locking mechanism can be implemented to help secure the plurality of removable legs 68 to the oven base 1. In other embodiments, different functional features or structural features can be implemented on the oven base 1.

[0073] Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
