Obviously, the described embodiments are part of the embodiments of this application, not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in this application, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field without making creative efforts are within the scope of protection of this application.
[0067] It should be noted that the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and should not be understood to indicate or imply relative importance or implicitly specify the number of the technical features indicated. Therefore, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one of such features. In the description of this application, "plurality" means at least two, for example, two, three, etc., unless otherwise specifically defined.
[0068] In this application, unless otherwise specified or limited, the terms "installed," "connected," "fixed," and the like should be understood broadly. For example, they may refer to fixed connections, detachable connections, or integration; mechanical connections, electrical connections, or communication between them; direct connections or indirect connections through an intermediate medium; and internal communication between two components or interaction between two components, unless otherwise specified. Those skilled in the art will understand the specific meanings of the above terms in this application based on the specific circumstances.
[0069] In this application, unless otherwise expressly specified or limited, when a first feature is "above" or "below" a second feature, it may mean that the first and second features are in direct contact, or the first and second features are in indirect contact through an intermediate medium. Furthermore, when a first feature is "above," "above," or "above" a second feature, it may mean that the first feature is directly above or diagonally above the second feature, or simply means that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. When a first feature is "below," "below," or "below" a second feature, it may mean that the first feature is directly below or diagonally below the second feature, or simply means that the first feature is at a lower level than the second feature.
[0070] In the above description, the description with reference to the terms "one embodiment", "some embodiments", "example", "specific example", or "some examples" means that the specific features, structures, materials or characteristics described in conjunction with the embodiment or example are included in at least one embodiment or example of the present application. Moreover, the specific features, structures, materials or characteristics described can be combined in any one or more embodiments or examples in a suitable manner. In addition, those skilled in the art can combine and combine different embodiments or examples described in this specification and features of different embodiments or examples without contradiction.
[0071] In the related art, the consumable box installation interferes with the machine, jams, and cannot be installed in place, and even causes damage to the guide rib, resulting in a poor user experience. The applicant has discovered that the reason for this problem is that the user does not operate in a standardized manner when installing the consumable box into the printing device, that is, the inner enclosure wall 150a of the consumable box is not accurately aligned with the guide rib 1003 provided on the frame 1120 of the installation unit 1000. This may cause the installation position or posture of the consumable box to shift, or may cause the installation position or posture of the consumable box to change, causing the consumable box to interfere with the machine installation, jam, and cannot be installed in place, and even cause damage to the guide rib, resulting in a poor user experience.
[0072] In order to solve the above problems, an embodiment of the present application provides a consumable box, which can be closer to the front wall relative to the inner enclosure wall in the length direction of the consumable box through the guided portion. When the consumable box is installed, there is no need to align the guide ribs in the printing device with the inner enclosure wall, which can effectively avoid interference, jamming, and inability to install the consumable box in place, and even cause damage to the guide ribs.
[0073] Alternatively, by completely cutting off the inner retaining wall, there is no need to precisely align the guide ribs in the printing device with the inner retaining wall of the spacer when installing the consumable box. This can effectively avoid interference, jamming, and failure to install the consumable box into place, and may even cause damage to the guide ribs.
[0074] The consumables box provided in the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
[0075] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the present application provides a consumables cartridge that can be removably installed in the installation unit 1000 of the printing device. The consumables cartridge stores ink. During printing, the ink is output to the ink supply unit in the installation unit 1100. The ink supply unit supplies the ink to the print head, and the print head sprays the ink onto the print medium to form text or patterns. The installation unit 1000 can reciprocate along the guide rail to achieve printing. As shown in Figure 3, the installation unit 1000 includes a main body 1001 and a frame 1002, and the frame 1002 is installed on the main body 1001. The installation unit 1000 includes a plurality of installation parts 1100, and the consumables cartridges containing different inks are respectively installed in the corresponding installation parts 1100. The frame 1002 is provided with guide ribs 1003 at intervals, and adjacent installation parts 1100 are separated by the guide ribs 1003.
[0076] An interface unit 1120 is provided on the rear wall surface 1101 of each mounting portion 1100. The interface unit 1120 includes an ink supply portion 1121 and an air filling portion 1122. In the first direction (+Z axis direction), the air filling portion 1122 is further away from the bottom wall surface 1102 of the mounting portion 1100 than the ink supply portion 1121. The mounting portion 1100 includes a deformable member 1123, which is arranged around the air filling portion 1122. The mounting portion 1100 also includes a guide portion 1140. The guide portion 1140 and a movable shaft 1141 are arranged on the bottom wall surface 1102 and can swing a certain angle around the movable shaft 1141. A guide protrusion 1142 is provided on the end of the guide portion 1140 away from the movable shaft 1141. The guide protrusion 1142 is constructed as a sheet-like long strip structure. Each mounting portion 1100 is further provided with a first adapting portion 1150 on its bottom wall 1102, and a second adapting portion 1160 is further provided on the frame 1002. One of the mounting portions 1100 is used to accommodate a consumable cartridge for black ink, and a third adapting portion 1170 is further provided on the mounting portion 1100 adjacent to the first adapting portion 1150.
[0077] A stylus assembly 1130 is also provided on the rear wall surface 1101 of each mounting portion 1100. In the height direction of the mounting portion 1100 (i.e., the Z-axis direction), the position of the stylus assembly 1130 is higher than the position of the interface unit 1120. The stylus assembly 1130 includes a plurality of stylus pins 1131, and a guide slope 1132 is provided on the stylus assembly 1130 at a position adjacent to the stylus pins 1131.
[0078] In order to better illustrate the consumable box, a coordinate system is established as shown in Figure 4: wherein the width direction of the consumable box 1 is the X-axis direction, the length direction of the consumable box 1 is the Y-axis direction, and the height direction of the consumable box 1 is the Z-axis direction, wherein the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis are perpendicular to each other. In this example, the first direction is the direction indicated by the -Z axis, the second direction is the direction indicated by the +Y axis, and the third direction is the direction indicated by the +X axis. The angle between the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction can be 90°. In other possible implementations, the angle between the first direction and the second direction can be 80° to 100°, for example, it can be 80°, 85°, 90°, 95°, or 100°.
[0079] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the consumable box 1 includes a body, which is formed by a plurality of walls. Ink is stored in the body. In the first direction, the consumable box has a bottom wall 10 and a top wall 70, in the second direction, the consumable box has a front wall 20 and a rear wall 50, and in the third direction, the consumable box has two side walls 60 arranged opposite to each other. The front wall 20 has a fluid interface portion 30 (see Figure 1), which includes an ink outlet 32 and an air filling hole 31. In the first direction, the ink outlet 32 is closer to the bottom wall 10 than the air filling hole 31. When the consumable box 1 is installed in the corresponding mounting portion 1100, the ink outlet 32 engages with the ink supply portion 1121, the air filling hole 31 engages with the air filling portion 1122, and the deformable member 1123 abuts on the surface of the wall where the air filling hole 31 of the consumable box is located. The consumables cartridge 1 further includes a cartridge mounting portion 80, which is disposed within a recessed portion 21 formed on the consumables cartridge body. In the second direction, the recessed portion 21 is configured to be recessed away from the front wall 20. The electrical interface component 40 is disposed within the cartridge mounting portion 80. The cartridge mounting portion 80 can be fixedly or detachably disposed within the recessed portion 21. The edge of the cartridge mounting portion 80 is provided with a guided bevel 1311. When the consumables cartridge 1 is loaded into a printing device, the guided bevel 1311 of the cartridge mounting portion 80 is guided by the guiding bevel 1132 of the stylus assembly 1130, thereby electrically connecting the electrical interface component 40 to the stylus 1131 of the stylus assembly 1130.
[0080] Example 1:
[0081] As shown in Figure 6, the bottom wall 10 of the consumables box 1 is constructed to include a first area 100. A partition portion 110, a guided portion 120, and a non-partition portion 130 are provided in the first area 100. In the second direction, the non-partition portion 130, the guided portion 120, and the partition portion 110 are arranged in sequence, and the guided portion 120 is located between the non-partition portion 130 and the partition portion 110. Compared with the guided portion 120, the non-partition portion 130 is located in the first area 100 at a position farther away from the ink outlet 32, and the partition portion 110 is located in the first area 100 at a position closer to the ink outlet 32.
[0082] The bottom wall 10 also includes a second region 200. In the third direction, the first region 100 and the second region 200 are adjacent to each other. In the second direction, the first region 100 and the second region 200 have the same length. The bottom wall 10 is also provided with a peripheral retaining wall 160. In the first direction, the peripheral retaining wall 160 protrudes from the bottom wall 10 and is configured to partially surround the first region 100 and the second region 200. In the first direction, the second region 200 is higher than the non-spaced portion 130.
[0083] It should be noted that, in the third direction, the projection of the partition portion 110 and a portion of the second area 200 near the front wall 20 at least partially overlap, that is, in the first direction, the height of at least a portion of the surface of the partition portion 110 is slightly higher than or equal to the height of the surface of a portion of the second area 200 near the front wall 20. This effectively avoids the problem in the prior art where the surface of a portion of the front wall 20 of the consumable box in the second area 200 is higher than the partition portion 110 in the first area 100, thereby effectively avoiding the problem of the consumable box being offset in the installation position due to the second area 200 of the bottom wall of the consumable box being higher than the first area 100 when the consumable box is installed in the printing device, thereby causing interference, jamming, and inability to install the consumable box in the machine.
[0084] It should also be noted that the height in this application refers to the height in the first direction relative to the top wall 70. For example, in the first direction, the height of the second area 200 refers to the height of the second area 200 relative to the top wall 70 in the first direction.
[0085] A first groove 140 is defined between the first region 100 and the second region 200 . Specifically, the first region 100 and the second region 200 are not connected, but are separated by the first groove 140 .
[0086] In the third direction, the first groove 140 is at least partially communicated with the guided portion 120 .
[0087] The inner barrier wall 150 can be formed in the second area 200. Specifically, the inner barrier wall 150 can be formed on a portion of the side wall of the second area 200 facing the first area 100. The inner barrier wall 150 is configured to have a concave-convex portion 210. The concave-convex portion 210 includes a convex portion toward the first area 100 and a concave portion toward the second area 200, and the convex portion and the concave portion are alternately arranged in the second direction. In other embodiments, the inner barrier wall 150 can also be formed on a portion of the side wall of the first area (100) facing the second area (200). Alternatively, the inner barrier wall 150 can also be formed on a portion of the side wall of the first area (100) facing the second area (200) and on a portion of the side wall of the second area 200 facing the first area 100.
[0088] In the third direction, the inner enclosure wall 150 is spaced apart from the guided portion 120 .
[0089] Along the second direction, a distance is provided between the inner enclosure wall 150 and the front wall 20 , and the inner enclosure wall 150 is configured to extend toward the rear wall 50 .
[0090] An opening 141 connected to the first groove 140 is provided between the first area 100 and the second area 200. The opening 141 is closer to the front wall 20 in the second direction than the first groove 140. The opening 141 allows a distance to be created between the inner enclosure wall 150 and the front wall 20.
[0091] The shape of the opening 141 is preferably trumpet-shaped. The end of the opening 141 away from the first groove 140 is the first end, which is connected to the front wall 20. The end of the opening 141 closer to the first groove 140 is the second end, which is connected to the first groove 140. The width of the opening 141 gradually decreases from the first end to the second end. This configuration allows the width of the opening 141 to be greater than the width of the first groove 140. When the consumables box is installed in the printing device, since the width of the opening 141 is greater than the width of the first groove 140, there is no need to align the guide rib 1003 in the printing device with the first groove 140. The guide rib 1003 will not interfere with the consumables box, thereby improving the convenience, operability, adaptability, and user experience of installing the consumables box and the printing device.
[0092] It should be noted that the shape of the opening 141 can also be other shapes such as a quadrilateral or a fan, so that when the consumable box is installed into the installation unit, there is no need to align the guide rib 1003 in the printing device with the first groove 140, so that the guide rib 1003 will not interfere with the consumable box.
[0093] As shown in FIG7 , the sidewall of the first area 100 facing the opening 141 is a first flange wall 1411. The first flange wall 1411 is located on the portion of the sidewall of the first area 100 facing the second area 200 and is connected to the front wall 20. When the consumable cartridge is loaded into the printing device, the first flange wall 1411 can avoid the guide rib 1003, preventing interference between the guide rib 1003 and the consumable cartridge.
[0094] The first flange wall 1411 is in an arc shape.
[0095] As shown in FIG6 , FIG7 and FIG8 , the guided portion 120 at least includes an entrance portion 121 , a locking path 122 , a junction path 125 and an unlocking path 126 . The junction path 125 connects the locking path 122 and the unlocking path 126 .
[0096] The guided portion 120 further includes a guide protrusion. The guide protrusion is used to define the path of the guide protrusion 1142. The guide protrusion can be located at a position in the guided portion 120 facing the locking path 122 and the entrance portion 121. In other embodiments, the guide protrusion can also be located at a position in the guided portion 120 facing the locking path 122. Alternatively, the guide protrusion can also be located at a position in the guided portion 120 facing the entrance portion 121.
[0097] The guide protrusions include a first guide protrusion 1213 and a second guide protrusion 123 .
[0098] In the third direction, one end of the entrance portion 121 has a protrusion 1211, and the other end of the entrance portion 121 has a first guide protrusion 1213. A first notch 1212 is defined between the protrusion 1211 and the first guide protrusion 1213. The first notch 1212 facilitates the entry of the guide protrusion 1142 into the locking path 122. In the third direction, the locking path 122 and the unlocking path 126 are disposed opposite each other. In the direction opposite the second direction, both the locking path 122 and the unlocking path 126 are configured with one end starting from the entrance portion 121 and the other end extending toward the intersection path 125.
[0099] The first guide protrusion 1213 includes a first guide surface 121a intersecting with the second guide surface 121b, the first guide surface 121a being inclined toward the second area 200 in the second direction, and the second guide surface 121b being inclined toward the locking path 122 in the second direction.
[0100] The second guide protrusion 123 is spaced apart from the first guide protrusion 1213. The first guide protrusion 1213 is closer to the front wall 20 than the second guide protrusion 123 in the second direction.
[0101] The second guide protrusion 123 includes a guide protrusion end 123 a facing the second region 200 and a third guide surface 123 b inclined toward the locking path 122 in the second direction.
[0102] In the third direction, the guide protrusion 123 a is closer to the second region 200 than the third guide surface 123 b.
[0103] A locking portion 124 is also provided in the locking path 122. The locking portion 124 is located between the locking path 122 and the unlocking path 126. The locking portion 124 includes a first surface 1241, a locking surface 1242, and a second surface 1243. The first surface 1241, the locking surface 1242, and the second surface 1243 together form the locking portion 124. The surface of the locking portion 124 facing the locking path 122 is the first surface 1241, the surface facing the unlocking path 126 is the second surface 1243, and the surface facing the intersecting path 125 is the locking surface 1242.
[0104] The intersecting path 125 further includes a latching portion 127. In this embodiment, there are two latching portions 127, which are spaced apart and located on one side of the guided portion 120 near the non-spaced portion 130. In the direction opposite to the second direction, the latching portions 127 are further away from the entrance portion 121 than the locking portion 124.
[0105] The guided portion 120 includes a boss 128 located between the two engaging portions 127. In this embodiment, the engaging portions 127 are configured as slots; however, other configurations are possible to accommodate the guided portion 120 and the guide portion 1140 in the printing device. The boss 128 has a first inclined surface 1281, which slopes toward one of the engaging portions 127. A second inclined surface 1271 is also formed on the outer side of the engaging portion 127, located near the second region 200. In this embodiment, a second guide protrusion 123 is provided at a position adjacent to the locking portion 124 in the locking path 122 to limit the movement path of the guide protrusion 1142 in the locking path 122, and to correct the posture of the consumable box during the installation process, so that the guide protrusion 1142 can move along the correct installation path to contact the second inclined surface 1271, and be guided into the corresponding clamping portion 127 through the second inclined surface 1271, thereby improving the operability and accuracy of the consumable box installation process.
[0106] The guided portion 120 includes a locking path 122 and an unlocking path 126 located on both sides of the locking portion 124, and an intersection path 125 located on the front side of the locking portion 124. In the third direction, the locking path 122 is located on the side close to the second area 200, and the unlocking path 126 is located on the side away from the second area 200. The intersection path 125 connects the locking path 122 and the unlocking path 126.
[0107] The standard installation process of the consumable box 1 into the printing device is as follows: the consumable box 1 is applied with an external force in the opposite direction of the second direction, and enters the installation part 1100 along the second direction. The guide protrusion 1142 in the guide part 1140 passes through the space part 110 and reaches the first position of the installation part 1100. The guide protrusion 1142 reaches the entrance part 121 of the guided part 120 and enters the guided part 120 from the first notch 1212 of the entrance part 121. It should be noted that, during the entire process, the guide protrusion 1142 does not contact the partition portion 110, and the guide rib 1003 enters the first groove 140 from the opening 141, and does not contact the first groove 140 and the opening 141. After the guide protrusion 1142 enters the guided portion 120 from the first notch 1212 at the entrance portion 121, the guide portion 1140 swings a certain angle with the movable shaft 1141 as the center, so that the guide protrusion 1142 enters the locking path 122, and the guide protrusion 1142 moves along the locking path 122 to between the second guide protrusion 123 and the locking portion 124. The second guide protrusion 123 drives the guide protrusion 1142 to deviate toward the locking portion 124 and move it along the first surface 1241 of the locking portion 124. When the guide protrusion 1142 moves to the first notch 1212 at the entrance portion 121, the guide portion 1140 swings a certain angle with the movable shaft 1141 as the center, so that the guide protrusion 1142 enters the locking path 122, and the guide protrusion 1142 moves along the locking path 122 to between the second guide protrusion 123 and the locking portion 124. The second guide protrusion 123 drives the guide protrusion 1142 to deviate toward the locking portion 124 and move it along the first surface 1241 of the locking portion 124. When the surface 1241 detaches from and enters the intersection path 125, the consumable box moves to the second position in the mounting portion 1100. At this time, the guided slope 1311 of the box mounting portion 80 of the chip assembly contacts the guiding slope 1132 in the contact pin assembly 1130, and the guiding slope 1132 continues to guide the consumable box toward the third position of the mounting portion 1100. As the consumable box continues to move toward the third position, the electrical interface component 40 is electrically connected to the contact pin 1131 of the contact pin assembly 1130. When the consumable box moves to the third position, the ink outlet 32 and the inflation hole 31 of the consumable box 1 are pre-engaged with the ink supply portion 1121 and the inflation portion 1122 in the mounting portion 1100, respectively, and the deformable member 1123 arranged around the periphery of the inflation portion 1122 contacts the front wall 20 of the consumable box and begins to deform.
[0108] As the consumable box continues to move from the third position toward the target installation position, the guide protrusion 1142 moves to contact the second inclined surface 1271 located in the intersection path 125, and is guided by the second inclined surface 1271 into the clamping portion 127 adjacent to the second area 200. At this time, the deformation of the deformable member 1123 arranged around the periphery of the ink supply portion 1121 is the largest. Then, the external force acting on the consumable box 1 is withdrawn, and the consumable box 1 moves along the second direction under the action of the deformation force of the deformable member 1123. The guide protrusion 1142 disengages from the clamping portion 127 and falls onto the locking surface 1242, slides along the inclined surface on the locking surface 1242, and finally falls into the recess 1244, thereby completing the installation of the consumable box 1. During the entire process, the guide rib 1003 does not contact the first groove 140 or the space portion 151. When the consumable box 1 is completely installed into the mounting portion 1100, the guide rib 1003 is located in the first groove 140, and a portion of the outer retaining wall 160 is supported on the second adapter portion 1160 and the third adapter portion 1170. In the first direction, the partition portion 110 is located on the upper side of the first adapter portion 1150 and does not contact it, the non-partition portion 130 and a portion of the second area 200 are located on the upper side of the second adapter portion 1160 and do not contact it, and the partition portion 110 and another portion of the second area 200 are located on the upper side of the third adapter portion 1170 and do not contact it.
[0109] Case 1 of improper installation of consumable cartridge 1 into a printing device: An external force is applied to consumable cartridge 1 in a direction opposite to the second direction, and consumable cartridge 1 enters mounting portion 1100 along the second direction. Guide protrusion 1142 in guide portion 1140 deviates from entrance portion 121 of guided portion 120, i.e., does not enter guided portion 120 through first notch 1212 of entrance portion 121. Guide protrusion 1142 moves along first guide surface 121a of first guide protrusion 1213 to second guide surface 121b, and re-enters locking path 122 along second guide surface 121b. Guide protrusion 1142 moves along locking path 122 to between second guide protrusion 123 and locking portion 124. Second guide protrusion 123 forces guide protrusion 1142 to deflect toward locking portion 124, causing it to move along first surface 1241 of locking portion 124. The remainder of the installation process for consumable cartridge 1 is identical to the standard installation process for consumable cartridge 1 and is not described in detail here.
[0110] Case 2 of the improper installation of the consumable box 1 into the printing device: the consumable box 1 is subjected to an external force in the opposite direction of the second direction, and enters the installation portion 1100 along the second direction. The guide protrusion 1142 in the guide portion 1140 deviates from the entrance portion 121 of the guided portion 120, that is, it does not enter the guided portion 120 from the first notch 1212 of the entrance portion 121. The guide protrusion 1142 moves along the first guide surface 121a of the first guide protrusion 1213 to the guide protrusion end 123a of the second guide protrusion 123. As the consumable box continues to move, the guide protrusion 1142 moves from the guide protrusion end 123a to the third guide surface 123b, and re-enters the locking path 122 along the third guide surface 123b. The guide protrusion 1142 moves to contact the second inclined surface 1271 located in the intersection path 125, and is guided by the second inclined surface 1271 into the clamping portion 127 adjacent to the second area 200. The rest of the installation process of the consumable box 1 is the same as the standard installation process of the consumable box 1 and will not be described in detail here.
[0111] As the consumable cartridge 1 is used, the ink stored in the consumable cartridge 1 is completely exhausted, and the user needs to remove the consumable cartridge 1 from the mounting portion 1100. Specifically, a force is applied to the consumable cartridge 1 in the second direction, and the guide protrusion 1142 in the guide portion 1140 slides from the recess 1244 along the other inclined surface of the locking surface 1242 to disengage from the locking surface 1242 and enter the intersection path 125. As the consumable cartridge 1 continues to move, the rear guide protrusion 1142 contacts the boss 128 located in the intersection path 125, and moves along the first inclined surface 1281 of the boss 128 and enters the other clamping portion 127 away from the second area 200. At this time, the guide protrusion 1142 surrounds the ink supply portion 1121. The peripherally disposed deformable member 1123 contacts and is compressed by the front wall of the consumables box 1. At this point, the external force is removed and the consumables box 1 is no longer pressed. Under the action of the restoring deforming force of the deformable member 1123, the consumables box displaces in the opposite direction in the second direction, causing the guide protrusion 1142 to disengage from the other engaging portion 127, enter the unlocking path 126, and contact the second surface 1243 of the locking portion 124. The guide protrusion 1142 then moves along the second surface 1243 until it disengages from the unlocking path 126 and enters the entrance portion 121. The electrical interface component 40 is electrically disconnected from the contact pin 1131, and the guide rib 1003 is disengaged from the space 151. The user can then remove the consumables box 1 from the printing device, completing the disassembly of the consumables box 1. During this entire process, the guide rib 1003 does not contact the first groove 140 or the opening 141.
[0112] At the same time, by providing a second guide protrusion 123 at a position adjacent to the locking portion 124 in the locking path 122, the path of movement of the guide protrusion 1142 in the locking path 122 can be limited, and the posture of the consumable box can be corrected during the installation process, so that the guide protrusion 1142 can move along the correct installation path to contact the second inclined surface 1271, and be guided into the corresponding clamping portion 127 through the second inclined surface 1271, thereby improving the operability and accuracy of the consumable box installation process.
[0113] Example 2:
[0114] As shown in FIG9 , the difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment lies in that the length of the consumables box 1 is shorter than that of the consumables box 1 in the first embodiment, and there is no first groove or opening between the first region 100 and the second region 200. Furthermore, in the first region 100, along the second direction, the non-spaced portion 130 is higher than the second region 200, and the second region 200 lacks the outer retaining wall 160.
[0115] The inner barrier wall 150 is formed in the first region 100 . Specifically, the inner barrier wall 150 is formed on a portion of the side wall of the first region 100 facing the second region 200 .
[0116] In the first direction, the height of the inner enclosure wall 150 may be greater than the height of the second region 200. In other embodiments, in the first direction, the height of the inner enclosure wall 150 may be greater than the height of the first region 100.
[0117] In the second direction, the inner enclosure wall 150 is at least partially connected to the guided portion 120 .
[0118] In the third direction, the second region 200 is at least partially communicated with the guided portion 120 .
[0119] In this embodiment, the remaining structural design and the process of loading or removing the consumables box from the printing device are the same as those in the first embodiment and will not be described in detail.
[0120] Example 3
[0121] As shown in Figure 10 , the difference between Example 3 and Example 2 lies in that the consumables box 1 is longer than that in Example 2, the first region 100 is connected to the second region 200, and the first region 100 has a second groove 170. The second groove 170 is configured to be recessed along a second direction toward the housing of the consumables box 1. The second groove 170 is used to provide clearance for screws provided at corresponding mounting positions in the mounting unit 1000 when the consumables box 1 is installed in the mounting unit of the printing device.
[0122] The second groove 170 has a second flange wall 170 a and a third flange wall 170 b in the width direction of the consumables box, and the second flange wall 170 a and the third flange wall 170 b at least partially overlap in the third direction.
[0123] The guided portion 120 in the third embodiment differs from the first or second embodiment in that, in addition to including the entrance portion 121, the locking path 122, the intersecting path 125, and the unlocking path 126, the entrance portion 121 has protrusions 1211 at both ends in the third direction, with a first notch 1212 between the two protrusions 1211. The guided portion 120 in the third embodiment does not have the first guide protrusion 1213 or the second guide protrusion 123.
[0124] In this embodiment, the remaining structural design and the process of installing or removing the consumables box from the printing device are the same as those in the second embodiment and will not be repeated.
[0125] Example 4
[0126] As shown in Figure 11, the fourth embodiment differs from the third embodiment in that the fourth embodiment does not have the second area 200, and at least three sidewalls of the first area 100 are provided with peripheral retaining walls 160. The second groove 170 has a second flange wall 170a in the width direction of the consumable box.
[0127] In this embodiment, the remaining structural design and the process of installing or removing the consumables box from the printing device are the same as those in the third embodiment and will not be repeated.
[0128] Example 5
[0129] As shown in Figure 12, the difference between Example 2 and Example 1 is that the bottom wall 10 includes at least one inner barrier wall 150, and the inner barrier wall 150 is constructed to protrude from the bottom wall 10. In this embodiment, at least one inner barrier wall 150 is set between the first area 100 and the second area 200.
[0130] In some examples, the number of inner enclosure walls 150 is preferably two, and the two inner enclosure walls 150 are spaced and adjacent to each other and are respectively arranged on the outside of at least a portion of the non-partitioned portion 130 in the first area 100 and at least a portion of the second area 200 close to the rear wall 50, that is, in the opposite direction of the second direction, each of the two inner enclosure walls 150 is located on the rear side of the guided portion 120, that is, the guided portion 120 is closer to the front wall 20 relative to the inner enclosure walls 150 in the second direction.
[0131] A first groove 140 is defined between the first region 100 and the second region 200. Two inner retaining walls 150 and a portion of the outer retaining wall 160 together form a semi-enclosed space 151. A portion of the first groove 140 extends into the space 151, while another portion of the first groove 140 is located outside the space 151. It is understood that the inner retaining wall 150 is formed on at least a portion of the first groove 140. The first groove 140 is configured to extend from a position on the bottom wall 10 adjacent to the front wall 20 to a position near the rear wall 50. In the second direction, the first groove 140 has an opening 141 on one side near the front wall 20 that is connected to the first groove 140. When the consumable cartridge 1 is installed into the mounting portion of the printing device, the guide rib 1003 in the printing device enters the first groove 140 from the opening 141. After the consumable cartridge 1 moves past the third position in the mounting portion 1100 of the printing device, that is, after the fluid interface portion 30 in the consumable cartridge 1 engages with the interface unit 1120 in the mounting portion 1100, the guide rib 1003 enters the space 151. When the consumable cartridge is installed in or removed from the mounting portion 1100, the guide rib 1003 does not contact the first groove 140 or the inner enclosure wall 150. When the consumable cartridge 1 is fully installed in the mounting portion 1100, the guide rib 1003 is located in the space 151.
[0132] In the first direction, the inner enclosure wall 150 is higher than the first area 100 , the inner enclosure wall 150 is higher than the second area 200 , and the inner enclosure wall 150 is higher than the first groove 140 .
[0133] It should be noted that each of the two inner retaining walls 150 is constructed to be connected to the outer retaining wall 160 arranged around the bottom wall 10 and connected to the rear wall 50 at one end, and the other end is away from the rear wall 50. In the opposite direction of the second direction, the distance between the end of the two inner retaining walls 150 away from the rear wall 50 and the rear wall 50 is D1, and the range of D1 is 0≤D1≤33mm.
[0134] As shown in FIG13 , the entrance portion 121 of the guided portion 120 has a protrusion 1211 on one side and a second notch 1214 on the other side. In the third direction, the second notch 1214 faces the protrusion 1211 and is close to the second region 200. The second notch 1214 facilitates the entry of the guide protrusion 1142 into the locking path 122.
[0135] As shown in Figures 14A-14E, the process of installing the consumable box 1 into the printing device is as follows: the consumable box 1 is applied with an external force in the opposite direction of the second direction, and enters the installation portion 1100 along the second direction. The guide protrusion 1142 in the guide portion 1140 passes through the space portion 110 and reaches the first position of the installation portion. The guide protrusion 1142 reaches the entrance portion 121 of the guided portion 120 and enters the guided portion 120 from the entrance portion 121. It should be noted that during the entire process, the guide protrusion 1142 does not contact the partition portion 110, and the guide rib 1003 enters the first groove 140 from the opening 141 and does not contact the first groove 140. After the guide protrusion 1142 enters the guided portion 120 from the notch 1212 at the entrance portion 121, the guide portion 1140 swings a certain angle with the movable shaft 1141 as the center, so that the guide protrusion 1142 enters the locking path 122, and the guide protrusion 1142 moves along the locking path 122 to between the second guide protrusion 123 and the locking portion 124. The second guide protrusion 123 drives the guide protrusion 1142 to deviate toward the locking portion 124 and displace it along the first surface 1241 of the locking portion 124. When the guide protrusion 1142 moves to disengage from the surface of the first surface 1241 and enters the intersection path 125, the consumable box moves to the mounting portion 11 00, at this time, the guided inclined surface 1311 of the box mounting portion 80 of the chip assembly contacts the guiding inclined surface 1132 in the contact pin assembly 1130, and the guiding inclined surface 1132 continues to guide the consumable box toward the third position of the mounting portion 1100. As the consumable box continues to move toward the third position, the electrical interface component 40 is electrically connected to the contact pin 1131 of the contact pin assembly 1130. When the consumable box moves to the third position, the ink outlet 32 and the inflation hole 31 of the consumable box 1 are pre-engaged with the ink supply portion 1121 and the inflation portion 1122 in the mounting portion 1100 respectively, and the deformable part 1123 arranged around the periphery of the ink supply portion 1121 contacts the front wall 20 of the consumable box and begins to deform. After the consumable box passes the third position of the mounting portion 1100, the guiding rib 1003 enters the space portion 150, but the guiding rib 1003 does not contact the space portion 151.
[0136] As the consumable box continues to move from the third position toward the target installation position, the guide protrusion 1142 moves to contact the second inclined surface 1271 located in the intersection path 125, and is guided by the second inclined surface 1271 into the clamping portion 127 adjacent to the second area 200. At this time, the deformation of the deformable member 1123 arranged around the periphery of the ink supply portion 1121 is the largest. Then, the external force acting on the consumable box 1 is withdrawn, and the consumable box 1 is displaced in the second direction under the action of the deformation recovery force of the deformable member 1123.
[0137] As shown in Figures 15A-15C, as the consumable cartridge 1 is used, the ink stored in the consumable cartridge 1 is completely exhausted, and the user needs to remove the consumable cartridge 1 from the mounting portion 1100. As the consumable cartridge 1 continues to move, the rear guide protrusion 1142 contacts the boss 128 located in the intersection path 125, and moves along the first inclined surface 1281 of the boss 128 and enters another clamping portion 127 away from the second area 200. At this time, the consumable cartridge 1 is surrounded by the first inclined surface 1281 of the second area 200. The deformable member 1123 disposed on the periphery of the ink section 1121 contacts the front wall of the consumable cartridge 1 and is compressed. At this point, the external force is removed and the consumable cartridge 1 is no longer pressed. Under the action of the restoring deforming force of the deformable member 1123, the consumable cartridge 1 is displaced in the opposite direction in the second direction, causing the guide protrusion 1142 to disengage from the other engaging portion 127, enter the unlocking path 126, and contact the second surface 1243 of the locking portion 124. The guide protrusion 1142 then moves along the second surface 1243 until it disengages from the unlocking path 126 and enters the inlet portion 121. The electrical interface component 40 is electrically disconnected from the contact pin 1131, and the guide rib 1003 is disengaged from the space 151. The user can then remove the consumable cartridge 1 from the printing device, completing the disassembly of the consumable cartridge 1. During this entire process, the guide rib 1003 does not contact the first groove 140 or the space 151. The technical solution provided by this embodiment can effectively solve the problem that in the prior art, when the user is installing the consumables box into the printing device, the user adopts an irregular installation method during the process of installing the consumables box into the printing device, resulting in the guide protrusion 1142 entering the inlet portion 121. Due to the entry angle deviation, the guide protrusion 1142 with a sheet-like long strip structure and the two protrusions 1211 arranged opposite to the inlet portion 121 are blocked, resulting in the consumables box being unable to be correctly installed in the installation portion 1100 of the printing device, and even causing the guide protrusion 1142 to be blocked. In order to solve the problem of damage to the protrusion 1142, a second guide protrusion 123 is provided at a position adjacent to the locking portion 124 in the locking path 122, so that the path of movement of the guide protrusion 1142 in the locking path 122 can be limited, and the posture of the consumable box can be corrected during the installation process, so that the guide protrusion 1142 can move along the correct installation path to contact the second inclined surface 1271, and be guided into the corresponding clamping portion 127 through the second inclined surface 1271, thereby improving the operability and accuracy of the consumable box installation process.
[0138] In addition, by limiting the size and structure of the inner enclosure wall 150 and the first groove 140, the guide rib 1003 is prevented from contacting the inner enclosure wall 150 (including the space 151) and the first groove 140 when the consumables box is installed in or removed from the mounting portion 1100. This avoids the problem in the prior art that the user fails to accurately align the guide rib 1003 with the guide track of the consumables box when installing the consumables box into the printing device, resulting in installation interference, jamming, and even damage to the guide rib 1003. The solution of this application can significantly improve the safety, operability, adaptability, and user experience of installing the consumables box with the printing device.
[0139] In this embodiment, the remaining structural design and the process of loading or removing the consumables box from the printing device are the same as those in the first embodiment and will not be described in detail.
[0140] Example 6:
[0141] As shown in Figures 16 and 17, different from the fifth embodiment, in this embodiment, a side entry portion 129 is provided on the side of the guided portion 120 facing the first groove 140, and the side entry portion 129 is located between the second guide protrusion 123 and the clamping portion 127. For example, when the user is installing the consumable box into the printing device, due to reasons such as the skewed installation posture of the ink cartridge, the swing angle of the guide portion 1140 around the movable axis 1141 is too large, resulting in the guide protrusion 1142 not entering the entrance portion 121 of the guided portion 120 from the partition portion 110, but moving to the first groove 140 between the first area 100 and the second area 200. At this time, the guide protrusion 1142 can also re-enter the locking path 122 through the side entry portion 129, contact the second inclined surface 1271, and be guided by the second inclined surface 1271 to enter the clamping portion 127 adjacent to the second area 200. The side entry portion 129 is provided with a guide surface 1291, which facilitates the guide protrusion 1142 to fall into the locking path 122 more easily along the guide surface 1291 under the action of an external force. The technical solution provided by this embodiment can effectively solve the problem that when the consumable cartridge is installed into the printing device, due to improper installation by the user, the installation posture of the consumable cartridge may be offset, causing the guide protrusion 1142 to mistakenly enter the first groove 140, causing interference with the consumable cartridge installation or causing damage to the guide protrusion 1142.
[0142] In this embodiment, the remaining structural design and the process of installing or removing the consumables box from the printing device are the same as those in the fifth embodiment and will not be repeated here.
[0143] It should be noted that, if the consumable box 1 is installed in a standard manner, this embodiment can also adopt the method of installing the consumable box into the printing device in the fifth embodiment.
[0144] Embodiment seven:
[0145] As shown in Figure 18, different from the fifth embodiment, at least one protrusion 61 is provided on one side wall 60 adjacent to the bottom wall 10 and / or the top wall 70, that is, at least one protrusion 61 can be provided on one side wall 60 adjacent to the bottom wall 10, at least one protrusion 61 can be provided adjacent to the top wall 70, and at least one protrusion 61 can be provided adjacent to the bottom wall 10 and the top wall 70; or, at least one protrusion 61 is provided on one or more side walls 60; or, at least one protrusion 61 is provided on two side walls 60 adjacent to the bottom wall 10 and / or the top wall 70, that is, at least one protrusion 61 can be provided on two side walls 60 adjacent to the bottom wall 10, at least one protrusion 61 can be provided adjacent to the top wall 70, and at least one protrusion 61 can be provided adjacent to the bottom wall 10 and the top wall 70.
[0146] In some examples, when the consumable box is installed into the mounting portion 1100, the two protrusions 61 provided on the two side walls 60 adjacent to the bottom wall 10 respectively abut against the side walls of the frame 1002 and the guide ribs 1003 provided in the adjacent mounting portion 1100, so as to facilitate the correction of the installation posture of the consumable box if the user installs the consumable box in an irregular manner.
[0147] In addition, when the consumable box is installed into the mounting portion 1100, the two protrusions 61 are respectively abutted against the side walls of the frame 1002 and the guide ribs 1003 provided in the adjacent mounting portion 1100 to prevent the consumable box from being accidentally subjected to a force in a third direction during installation, causing shaking and further colliding with the guide ribs 1003, which may cause the risk of damage to the guide ribs.
[0148] In this embodiment, the remaining structural design and the process of installing or removing the consumables box from the printing device are the same as those in the fifth embodiment and will not be repeated here.
[0149] Embodiment 8:
[0150] As shown in FIG19 , unlike the fifth embodiment, in this embodiment, the inner enclosure wall 150 on the outer side of at least a portion of the second region 200 is eliminated, leaving only the inner enclosure wall 150 located on at least a portion of the non-spaced portion 130 adjacent to the first region 100. Simultaneously, the width of the first groove 140 is increased, i.e., the width D3 of the first groove 140 in this embodiment is greater than the width D2 of the first groove 140 in the fifth embodiment.
