Abstract
Description
Frame and cable bearing including it
[0001] The present invention relates to a frame and a cable bearing having the same.
[0002] Cableveyors are generally installed in semiconductor equipment, machine tool robots, and various industrial machines, and protect objects (such as cables or hoses) connected to moving mechanical devices from external physical impact and contamination, and prevent them from being easily damaged.
[0003] Additionally, the cable bearing supports the object to maintain stability so that the object can move smoothly along with the movement of the mechanical device.
[0004] Cable bearings typically have a frame (p) (see Fig. 1). For reference, in Fig. 1, reference numeral p denotes a conventional frame, and reference numerals 100 and 200 denote frames presented in this specification.
[0005] Conventional cable bearings have the problem of breaking or tangling due to wear and tear during operation of the target object.
[0006] Referring to Fig. 2, to prevent wear or twisting of the object, a form (3) is attached to the frame (p), and the frame (p) and the form (3) are wrapped with tape (Teflon Tape) (4) to prevent the form (3) from being separated.
[0007] In this way, the conventional cable bearer prevents the object from being worn or twisted by placing a frame (p) with foam (3) attached between frames without foam.
[0008] The aforementioned problem-solving method has the problem of requiring manual labor by workers, which increases production time, reduces frame durability, and increases production costs.
[0009] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a frame and a cable bearing including the same, which prevents wear and tangling of wire cables or various hoses, improves durability, and reduces manufacturing time and manufacturing cost.

[0054] Singular expressions include plural expressions unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
[0055] Additionally, terms including ordinal numbers, such as "first" and "second," used herein may be used to describe various components, but these components should not be limited by these terms. These terms are used solely to distinguish one component from another. For example, without departing from the scope of the present invention, a first component could be referred to as a "second component," and similarly, a second component could also be referred to as a "first component."
[0056] Below, a frame and a cableveyor including the frame according to an embodiment of the present invention are described.
[0057] As discussed in the background, cable bearings protect and support objects such as cables or hoses.
[0058] Referring to FIG. 1, the cable bearer (1000) includes a support (1, 2) and a frame (100, 200).
[0059] The support (1, 2) has a plurality of connecting members (1a, 2a).
[0060] A plurality of connecting members (1a, 2a) are arranged in a row and connected to each other so as to be able to rotate relative to each other. Accordingly, when an external force is applied, the plurality of connecting members (1a, 2a) can bend while being connected to each other.
[0061] The cable bear (1000) has two supports (1, 2).
[0062] One of the two supports (1, 2) (the first support (1)) is placed on one side (e.g., the left side), and the other (the second support (2)) is placed on the other side (e.g., the right side).
[0063] The frame (100, 200) supports an object (C). The object (C) represents, for example, a wire cable or various hoses.
[0064] The frame (100, 200) connects the first support (1) and the second support (2). That is, the first support (1) and the second support (2) are connected by the frame (100, 200).
[0065] One side of the frame (100, 200) is connected to the first support (1), and the other side of the frame (100, 200) is connected to the second support (2).
[0066] Specifically, one side of the frame (100, 200) is connected to a connecting member (1a) (first connecting member (1a)) of the first support (1), and the other side of the frame (100, 200) is connected to a connecting member (2a) (second connecting member (2a)) of the second support (2). At this time, the first connecting member (1a) and the second connecting member (2a) face each other.
[0067] In the cable bear (1000), multiple frames (100, 200) are provided.
[0068] Each of the plurality of frames (100, 200) is connected to a respective connecting member (1a) of the first support (1) and a respective connecting member (2a) of the second support (2).
[0069] Referring to the cable bearer (1000) illustrated in Fig. 1, the frame (100, 200) includes an upper frame (100a, 200a) and a lower frame (100b, 200b).
[0070] The upper frame (100a, 200a) and the lower frame (100b, 200b) are arranged to face each other. For example, the upper frame (100a, 200a) is connected to the upper portion of one connecting member (1a, 2a), and the lower frame (100b, 200b) is connected to the lower portion of the one connecting member (1a, 2a) (see FIGS. 6 and 10).
[0071] One side of the upper frame (100a, 200a) is connected to the upper part of one connecting member (1a) (first connecting member (1a)) of the first support (1), and the other side of the upper frame (100a, 200a) is connected to the upper part of one connecting member (2a) (second connecting member (2a)) of the second support (2).
[0072] And, one side of the lower frame (100b, 200b) is connected to the lower part of the first connecting member (1a), and the other side of the lower frame (100b, 200b) is connected to the lower part of the second connecting member (2a).
[0073] The upper frame (100a, 200a) and the lower frame (100b, 200b) are connected to a plurality of connecting members (1a, 2a) provided on the first support (1) and the second support (2), respectively. Then, an object (C) is placed between the upper frame (100a, 200a) and the lower frame (100b, 200b) (see FIGS. 6 and 10).
[0074] The cable bearer (1000) of the present invention may include the frame (100, 200) of the present invention described below.
[0075] The frame (100, 200) of the present invention includes an upper frame (100a, 200a) and a lower frame (100b, 200b). That is, the frame (100, 200) of the present invention is applied as an upper frame (100a, 200a) and a lower frame (100b, 200b).
[0076] In detail, the frame (100, 200) of the present invention described below can be applied (or placed) to all of the plurality of connecting members (1a, 2a) provided on the first support (1) and the second support (2).
[0077] In addition, the frame (100, 200) of the present invention described below can be applied (or placed) to some of the plurality of connecting members (1a, 2a) provided on the first support (1) and the second support (2).
[0078] Specifically, among the plurality of connecting members (1a, 2a), some of the conventionally known frames (p) are applied (or arranged), and the remaining some of the frames (100, 200) of the present invention are applied (or arranged) (see Fig. 1). At this time, the frames (100, 200) of the present invention can be arranged between the known frames (p) and the frames (p).
[0079] Below, the frame (100, 200) of the present invention provided in the cable bear (1000) will be described.
[0080] The frame (100, 200) can be made by injection molding.
[0081] The frame (100, 200) is made of a material that can be injection-molded and is elastic. Specifically, the support member (10, 20), which will be described later, is made of an elastic body and undergoes elastic deformation. For example, the support member (10, 20) may be made of a plastic material, a POM (Polyoxymethylene) material, or a silicone-based material.
[0082] <Frame (100) according to the first embodiment>
[0083] Figures 3 to 6 illustrate a frame (first frame (100)) according to the first embodiment.
[0084] Figure 4 (a) is a front view of the first frame (100), and (b) is a top view. Figure 5 (a) is a front view of the support member (10) of the first frame (100), and (b) is a side view.
[0085] The first frame (100) becomes an upper frame (100a) when connected to the upper portion of the connecting members (1a, 2a) of the first support (1) and the second support (2), and becomes a lower frame (100b) when connected to the lower portion of the connecting members (1a, 2a) (see FIGS. 1 and 6). An object (C) is placed between the upper frame (100a) and the lower frame (100b).
[0086] Referring to FIGS. 3 to 6, the first frame (100) of the present invention includes a base (101) and a plurality of support parts (10). The plurality of support parts (10) are formed (or arranged) on one surface of the base (101).
[0087] The base (101) of the first frame (100) connects the first support (1) and the second support (2). That is, the first support (1) and the second support (2) are connected by the base (101).
[0088] One side of the base (101) is connected to the first support (1), and the other side of the base (101) is connected to the second support (2).
[0089] The base (101) is connected to the connecting members (1a, 2a) provided on the first support (1) and the second support (2).
[0090] Specifically, one side of the base (101) is connected to a connecting member (1a) (first connecting member (1a)) of the first support (1), and the other side of the base (101) is connected to a connecting member (2a) (second connecting member (2a)) of the second support (2). At this time, the first connecting member (1a) and the second connecting member (2a) face each other.
[0091] In the cable bear (1000), a plurality of bases (101) are provided.
[0092] Each of the plurality of bases (101) is connected to each connecting member (1a) of the first support (1) and each connecting member (2a) of the second support (2).
[0093] The base (101) is formed in a rod shape with a preset length in one direction. The one direction represents, for example, the x direction in FIG. 3.
[0094] In addition, the base (101) has a preset width in one direction and a preset thickness in another direction. The other direction is, for example, the y direction in FIG. 3 and represents a direction horizontally orthogonal to the one direction. And, the other direction is, for example, the z direction in FIG. 3 and represents a direction vertically orthogonal to the one direction.
[0095] The above one direction (x direction) of the base (101) represents the length direction of the base (101), the above another direction (y direction) of the base (101) represents the width direction of the base (101), and the above another direction (z direction) of the base (101) represents the thickness direction of the base (101).
[0096] In the drawings (Figs. 3 to 10), the x-direction, y-direction, and z-direction all point in the same direction.
[0097] The width direction length of the base portion (101) may be longer than the thickness direction length of the base portion (101). Accordingly, the base portion (101) may be formed into a plate shape having a preset length in the length direction of the base portion (101).
[0098] The base (101) supports a plurality of supports (10).
[0099] A plurality of supports (10) are formed on one surface (e.g., the upper surface) of the base (101).
[0100] By injection molding, the base (101) and the plurality of support parts (10) are formed integrally. Formed integrally does not mean that they are manufactured separately and connected to each other.
[0101] In the first frame (100), one support member (10) includes a lower part (11), a middle bottom part (12), a middle part (13), and an upper part (14).
[0102] The lower part (11), the middle bottom part (12), the middle part (13) and the upper part (14) are connected to each other.
[0103] By injection molding, the lower part (11), the middle bottom part (12), the middle part (13) and the upper part (14) are formed as one piece and connected to each other.
[0104] The lower part (11), the middle bottom part (12), the middle part (13), and the upper part (14) are formed into a plate shape of a preset size.
[0105] The above plate shape has one side (e.g., an upper side) and another side (e.g., a lower side), and has a side surface between the one side and the other side. The one side and the other side face opposite sides.
[0106] One side and the other side of the above plate shape may be flat surfaces. However, depending on the embodiment, holes, grooves, and steps may be formed on the one side and the other side.
[0107] The above plate shape has a length (first length) preset in one direction (x direction in the drawing), a length (second length) preset in a direction horizontally orthogonal to the one direction (y direction in the drawing), and a length (thickness) preset in a direction vertically orthogonal to the one direction (z direction in the drawing).
[0108] That is, one side and the other side of the plate shape have a first length and a second length, and the side surface has a thickness.
[0109] In the above plate shape, the first length can be formed to be longer than the second length.
[0110] In one embodiment, the size of one or more of the lower portion (11), the middle bottom portion (12), the middle portion (13) and the upper portion (14) may be the same as or different from the size of one or more of the other two or more.
[0111] For example, the middle bottom portion (12) and the upper portion (14) may have the same first length and second length, but different thicknesses. In addition, the middle portion (13) and the upper portion (14) may have different first lengths, but the same second length and thickness. In addition, the lower portion (11) and the middle bottom portion (12) may have the same first length, but different second length and thickness.
[0112] Alternatively, according to another embodiment, the lower portion (11), the middle bottom portion (12), the middle portion (13), and the upper portion (14) may be formed to have the same size.
[0113] The lower part (11) of the first frame (100) is arranged vertically. In other words, one side and the other side of the lower part (11) are arranged vertically.
[0114] The lower part (11) is placed between the base part (101) and the middle bottom part (12) and is connected to them.
[0115] Specifically, one side (e.g., the lower side) of the lower part (11) is connected to one side (e.g., the upper side) of the base part (101), and the other side (e.g., the upper side) of the lower part (11) is connected to one side (e.g., the lower side) of the middle bottom part (12). One side and the other side of the lower part (11) face opposite sides.
[0116] The first length (a length preset in one direction) of one side and the other side of the lower portion (11) are the same. The direction of the first length of the lower portion (11) points, for example, in the x direction in the drawing.
[0117] The middle bottom portion (12) of the first frame (100) is arranged horizontally. In other words, one side and the other side of the middle bottom portion (12) are arranged horizontally.
[0118] The middle bottom part (12) is placed between the lower part (11) and the middle part (13) and is connected to them.
[0119] Specifically, one side (e.g., the lower side) of the middle bottom portion (12) is connected to the other side (e.g., the upper side) of the lower portion (11).
[0120] In detail, the other side of the lower portion (11) is connected to the center of one side of the middle bottom portion (12). The direction of the first length of the other side of the lower portion (11) and the direction of the first length (a length preset in one direction) of one side of the middle bottom portion (12) are the same.
[0121] And, the other side (e.g., the upper side) of the middle bottom part (12) is connected to one side (e.g., the lower side) of the middle part (13).
[0122] To elaborate, one edge of the other side of the middle bottom portion (12) in one direction (x direction in the drawing) may be connected to one edge of one side of the middle portion (13). However, depending on the direction in which the support portion (10) is viewed, one edge of the other side of the other side of the middle bottom portion (12) in one direction (x direction in the drawing) may be seen as being connected to the other edge of one side of the middle portion (13). The one side and the other side refer to opposite sides.
[0123] The first length (a length preset in one direction) of one side and the other side of the middle bottom portion (12) may be the same as the first length of one side and the other side of the lower portion (11) described above.
[0124] The second length (a length preset in a direction horizontally perpendicular to one direction) of one side and the other side of the middle bottom portion (12) may be the same as the second length (a length preset in a direction horizontally perpendicular to one direction) of one side and the other side of the middle portion (13).
[0125] The middle part (13) of the first frame (100) is arranged obliquely. In other words, one side and the other side of the middle part (13) are arranged obliquely.
[0126] When one side of the middle part (13) and one side of the other side are positioned below, one side of the middle part (13) and the other side of the other side are positioned above. However, depending on the direction in which the support part (10) is viewed, one side of the middle part (13) and one side of the other side may appear to be positioned above, and one side of the middle part (13) and the other side of the other side may appear to be positioned below. The one side and the other side refer to opposite sides.
[0127] The middle part (13) is placed between the middle bottom part (12) and the upper part (14) and is connected to them.
[0128] Specifically, one side (e.g., the lower side) of the middle part (13) is connected to the other side (e.g., the upper side) of the middle bottom part (12).
[0129] To elaborate, one edge of one side of one surface of the middle portion (13) may be connected to one edge of the other side of the middle bottom portion (12) in one direction (x direction in the drawing). However, depending on the direction in which the support portion (10) is viewed, the other edge of one side of the middle portion (13) may be seen as being connected to the other edge of the other side of the other surface of the middle bottom portion (12) in one direction (x direction in the drawing).
[0130] And, the other side (e.g., the upper side) of the middle part (13) is connected to one side (e.g., the lower side) of the upper part (14).
[0131] In detail, among the other surfaces of the middle portion (13), the edge on the other side may be connected to the edge on one side of one surface of the upper portion (14) in one direction (x direction in the drawing). However, depending on the direction in which the support portion (10) is viewed, it may appear that among the other surfaces of the middle portion (13), the edge on one side is connected to the edge on the other side of one surface of the upper portion (14) in one direction (x direction in the drawing).
[0132] Meanwhile, depending on the embodiment, a groove (13a) may be formed at a portion where one surface (e.g., the lower surface) of the middle portion (13) and the other surface (e.g., the upper surface) of the middle bottom portion (12) are connected. The groove (13a) may be named a 'connecting groove (13a)' or a 'first connecting groove (13a)'.
[0133] The first connecting groove (13a) increases elasticity. Specifically, it increases the elastic deformation of the middle portion (13).
[0134] The first connecting groove (13a) is formed in a direction (y direction or second length direction in the drawing) horizontally perpendicular to one direction (x direction in the drawing) on one surface of the middle portion (13) and the other surface of the middle bottom portion (12).
[0135] The first connecting groove (13a) is formed as long as the second length of one side of the middle portion (13) and as long as the second length of the other side of the middle bottom portion (12). Accordingly, the first connecting groove (13a) penetrates one side of the middle portion (13) and the other side of the middle bottom portion (12) in the y direction in the drawing.
[0136] The opening of the first connecting groove (13a) faces the space surrounded by one side of the middle part (13) and the other side of the middle bottom part (12).
[0137] The first lengths (lengths preset in one direction) of one side and the other side of the middle portion (13) may be different from the first lengths of one side and the other side of the middle bottom portion (12). For example, the first length of the middle portion (13) may be longer than the first length of the middle bottom portion (12).
[0138] The upper part (14) of the first frame (100) is arranged horizontally. In other words, one side and the other side of the upper part (14) are arranged horizontally.
[0139] The upper part (14) is connected to the middle part (13) and is a type of cantilever.
[0140] Specifically, in the upper part (14), one side in one direction (x direction in the drawing) is connected to the other side of the middle part (13), and the other side in one direction is not connected to any component.
[0141] Specifically, one side (e.g., the lower side) of the upper part (14) is connected to the other side (e.g., the upper side) of the middle part (13).
[0142] To elaborate, one edge of one side of one surface of the upper portion (14) in one direction (x direction in the drawing) may be connected to the other edge of the other side of the other surface of the middle portion (13). However, depending on the direction in which the support portion (10) is viewed, one edge of one side of the upper portion (14) in the other direction (x direction in the drawing) may appear to be connected to one edge of the other side of the other surface of the middle portion (13).
[0143] And, in the upper part (14), the edge on the other side is free and not connected to any component.
[0144] Meanwhile, depending on the embodiment, a groove (13b) may be formed at a portion where one surface (e.g., the lower surface) of the upper portion (14) and the other surface (e.g., the upper surface) of the middle portion (13) are connected. The groove (13b) may be named a 'connecting groove (13b)' or a 'second connecting groove (13b)'.
[0145] The second connecting groove (13b) increases elasticity. Specifically, it increases the elastic deformation of the upper portion (14) and / or the middle portion (13).
[0146] The second connecting groove (13b) is formed in a direction (y direction or second length direction in the drawing) horizontally perpendicular to one direction (x direction in the drawing) on one surface of the upper portion (14) and the other surface of the middle portion (13).
[0147] The second connecting groove (13b) is formed as long as the second length of one side of the upper portion (14) and as long as the second length of the other side of the middle portion (13). Accordingly, the second connecting groove (13b) penetrates one side of the upper portion (14) and the other side of the middle portion (13) in the y direction in the drawing.
[0148] The opening of the second connecting groove (13b) faces the space surrounded by one side of the upper part (14) and the other side of the middle part (13).
[0149] The first lengths (lengths preset in one direction) of one side and the other side of the upper portion (14) may be different from the first lengths of one side and the other side of the middle portion (13). For example, the first length of the upper portion (14) may be shorter than the first length of the middle portion (13).
[0150] And, the first length of the upper part (14) may be the same as the first length of the middle bottom part (12).
[0151] The second length (a length preset in a direction perpendicular to one direction) of one side and the other side of the upper part (14) may be the same as the second length of the middle part (13) and the middle bottom part (12).
[0152] Table 1 below shows the elastically optimized dimensions (mm) of the support member (10) of the first frame (100) (see Fig. 5). The unit is mm.
[0153] Classification T1T2L1H1Dimensions Max0.60.6146Min0.50.5
[0154] T1 represents the thickness of the upper part (14), L1 represents the first length of the upper part (14), T2 represents the thickness of the middle part (13), and H1 represents the height of the middle part (13) in the z direction.
[0155] Referring to Fig. 11, when the thickness of T1 and T2 was 0.5-0.6 mm, the formability and displacement were the highest.
[0156] <Frame (200) according to the second embodiment>
[0157] Figures 7 to 10 illustrate a frame (second frame (200)) according to the second embodiment.
[0158] Figure 8 (a) is a front view of the second frame (200), and (b) is a top view. Figure 9 (a) is a front view of the support member (20) of the second frame (200), and (b) is a side view.
[0159] The second frame (200) becomes an upper frame (200a) when connected to the upper portion of the connecting members (1a, 2a) of the first support (1) and the second support (2), and becomes a lower frame (200b) when connected to the lower portion of the connecting members (1a, 2a) (see FIGS. 1 and 10). An object (C) is placed between the upper frame (200a) and the lower frame (200b).
[0160] Referring to FIGS. 7 to 10, the second frame (200) of the present invention includes a base (101) and a plurality of support parts (20). The plurality of support parts (20) are formed (or arranged) on one surface of the base (101).
[0161] The base (101) of the second frame (200) is identical to or similar to the base (101) of the first frame described above. Accordingly, the description of the base (101) of the second frame (200) is replaced with the description of the base (101) of the first frame described above. The drawing reference numerals of the base (101) of the second frame (200) are identical to the drawing reference numerals of the base (101) of the first frame (100).
[0162] In the second frame (200), one support member (20) includes a lower part (21), a middle bottom part (22), a middle part (23), and an upper part (24).
[0163] The lower part (21), the middle bottom part (22), and the upper part (24) of the second frame (200) are identical to or similar to the lower part (21), the middle bottom part (22), and the upper part (24) of the first frame described above.
[0164] Accordingly, in describing the lower part (21), the middle bottom part (22), and the upper part (24) of the second frame (200), the configurations or parts that are distinct from the lower part (21), the middle bottom part (22), and the upper part (24) of the first frame are specifically described, and the same or similar configurations or parts are replaced with the description of the lower part (21), the middle bottom part (22), and the upper part (24) of the first frame.
[0165] And, since the middle part (23) of the second frame (200) has a different shape compared to the middle part (23) of the first frame, the middle part (23) of the second frame (200) will be described in detail below.
[0166] By injection molding, the lower part (21), the middle bottom part (22), the middle part (23) and the upper part (24) of the support part (20) provided in the second frame (200) are formed as one piece and connected to each other.
[0167] The lower part (21), the middle bottom part (22), and the upper part (24) of the second frame (200) are formed into a plate shape of a preset size. Since the plate shape is identical or similar to the plate shape described in the first frame (100) described above, the description of the plate shape is replaced with the description of the first frame (100).
[0168] According to one embodiment, the size of one or more of the lower portion (21), the middle bottom portion (22) and the upper portion (24) of the second frame (200) may be the same as or different from the size of one or more of the other two or more.
[0169] For example, the middle bottom portion (22) and the upper portion (24) may have the same or different first and second lengths, and may have different thicknesses. In addition, the lower portion (21) and the middle bottom portion (22) may have the same first length, and different second lengths and thicknesses.
[0170] Alternatively, according to another embodiment, the lower portion (21), the middle bottom portion (22), and the upper portion (24) may be formed to have the same size.
[0171] The lower part (21) of the second frame (200) is arranged vertically in the same manner as the lower part (11) of the first frame (100) described above. The size of the lower part (21) of the second frame (200) may be the same as or different from the size of the lower part (11) of the first frame (100).
[0172] The lower part (21) includes an extension part (211).
[0173] The extension part (211) is formed in a plate shape identical to or similar to the lower part (21).
[0174] The extension (211) intersects the lower part (21).
[0175] Specifically, the extension (211) extends in a direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction from the center of one side and the other side of the lower part (21).
[0176] Specifically, one side (e.g., lower side) of the extension (211) is connected to one side (e.g., upper side) of the base (101), and the other side (e.g., upper side) of the extension (211) is connected to one side (e.g., lower side) of the intermediate bottom (12). One side and the other side of the extension (211) face opposite sides.
[0177] The length of the extension (211) (length in the y direction in the drawing) is equal to the second length of the middle bottom (22) (length in the y direction in the drawing) (see (b) of FIG. 9).
[0178] The extension (211) supports the middle bottom (22) together with the lower part (21).
[0179] The middle bottom part (22) of the second frame (200) is arranged horizontally in the same manner as the middle bottom part (12) of the first frame (100) described above. The size of the middle bottom part (22) of the second frame (200) may be the same as or different from the size of the middle bottom part (12) of the first frame (100).
[0180] The middle bottom part (22) is placed between the lower part (21) and the middle part (23) and is connected to them.
[0181] Specifically, one side (e.g., the lower side) of the middle bottom portion (22) is connected to another side (e.g., the upper side) of the lower portion (21).
[0182] And, the surface (e.g., the upper surface) of the middle bottom part (22) is connected to the middle part (23).
[0183] The middle part (23) of the second frame (200) is placed between the middle bottom part (22) and the upper part (24) and is connected thereto.
[0184] The middle part (23) of the second frame (200) has a first middle part (231) and a second middle part (232).
[0185] The first intermediate portion (231) and the second intermediate portion (232) are formed with the same shape and size.
[0186] Since the shape and size of the first intermediate portion (231) and the second intermediate portion (232) are the same, only the shape and size of the first intermediate portion (231) will be described.
[0187] The first intermediate portion (231) is formed in a plate shape like the lower portion (21), the intermediate bottom portion (22), and the upper portion (24) of the second frame (200). However, unlike the lower portion (21), the intermediate bottom portion (22), and the upper portion (24) of the second frame (200), the first intermediate portion (231) has a folded portion (231b) in the middle.
[0188] The bending portion (231b) is formed in the middle in the longitudinal direction of the first intermediate portion (231) and along the width direction of the first intermediate portion (231). Accordingly, when the support portion (20) of the second frame (200) is viewed from the front, the first intermediate portion (231) is formed in a '〈 ' shape (see (a) of FIG. 8 and (a) of FIG. 9).
[0189] The first intermediate part (231) and the second intermediate part (232) are arranged oppositely.
[0190] For example, in one direction (x direction in the drawing), the first intermediate portion (231) is placed on the left, and the second intermediate portion (232) is placed on the right. The first intermediate portion (231) and the second intermediate portion (232) are spaced apart from each other and face each other.
[0191] When looking at the support part (20) of the second frame (200) from the front, the first intermediate part (231) is arranged in a '〈' shape, and the second intermediate part (232) is arranged in a '〉' shape.
[0192] The first intermediate portion (231) and the second intermediate portion (232) are arranged spaced apart from each other by a preset distance in one direction.
[0193] One end (the end toward the middle bottom part (22)) of the first middle part (231) and the second middle part (232) is connected to the other side (e.g., the upper side) of the middle bottom part (22), and the other end (the end toward the upper side (24)) of the first middle part (231) and the second middle part (232) is connected to one side (e.g., the lower side) of the upper side (24).
[0194] The distance between one end of the first intermediate portion (231) and one end of the second intermediate portion (232) is equal to the distance between the other end of the first intermediate portion (231) and the other end of the second intermediate portion (232).
[0195] And, the distance between one end of the first intermediate portion (231) and one end of the second intermediate portion (232) is closer than the distance between the folded portion (231b) of the first intermediate portion (231) and the folded portion (232b) of the second intermediate portion (232).
[0196] And, the distance between the other end of the first intermediate portion (231) and the other end of the second intermediate portion (232) is closer than the distance between the folded portion (231b) of the first intermediate portion (231) and the folded portion (232b) of the second intermediate portion (232).
[0197] Meanwhile, according to an embodiment, a groove (2311a, 2321a) may be formed at a portion where one end of the intermediate portion (23) (the first intermediate portion (231) and the second intermediate portion (232)) and the other surface (e.g., the upper surface) of the intermediate bottom portion (22) are connected. The groove (2311a, 2321a) may be named a 'connecting groove (2311a, 2321a)' or a 'third connecting groove (2311a, 2321a)'.
[0198] The third connecting groove (2311a, 2321a) increases elasticity. Specifically, it increases the elastic deformation of the middle portion (23).
[0199] The third connecting groove (2311a, 2321a) is formed in a direction (y direction or second length direction in the drawing) horizontally perpendicular to one direction (x direction in the drawing) on one surface of the middle part (23) (the first middle part (231) and the second middle part (232)) and the other surface of the middle bottom part (22).
[0200] The third connecting groove (2311a, 2321a) is formed as long as the second length of one side of the middle portion (23) and as long as the second length of the other side of the middle bottom portion (22). Accordingly, the third connecting groove (2311a, 2321a) penetrates one side of the middle portion (23) and the other side of the middle bottom portion (22) in the y direction in the drawing.
[0201] The opening of the third connecting groove (2311a, 2321a) faces a space surrounded by one surface of the middle part (23) (the first middle part (231) and the second middle part (232)) and the other surface of the middle bottom part (22).
[0202] In addition, according to an embodiment, grooves (231a, 232a) may be formed in the bent portions (231b, 232b) of the intermediate portion (23) (the first intermediate portion (231) and the second intermediate portion (232)). The grooves (231a, 232a) may be named 'bent portion grooves (231a, 232a)'.
[0203] The bending groove (231a, 232a) increases elasticity. Specifically, it increases the elastic deformation amount of the middle portion (23).
[0204] The bend grooves (231a, 232a) are formed on the bend surfaces on the other side of the intermediate portion (23) (the first intermediate portion (231) and the second intermediate portion (232)), and are formed in a direction (the y direction or the second length direction in the drawing) that is horizontally perpendicular to one direction (the x direction in the drawing). The bend groove (231a) formed in the first intermediate portion (231) and the bend groove (232a) formed in the second intermediate portion (232) face each other.
[0205] The bending groove (231a, 232a) is formed as long as the second length of the other side of the middle part (23). Accordingly, the bending groove (231a, 232a) penetrates the bending surface on the other side of the middle part (23) in the y direction in the drawing.
[0206] The opening of the folded groove (231a) formed in the first intermediate portion (231) faces the space between the other surfaces of the first intermediate portions (2311 and 2312) facing each other in a direction perpendicular to one direction (z direction in the drawing).
[0207] And, the opening of the folded groove (232a) formed in the second intermediate portion (232) faces the space between the other surfaces of the second intermediate portions (2321 and 2322) facing each other in a direction perpendicular to one direction (z direction in the drawing).
[0208] The length in the width direction of the middle part (23) (second length) may be the same as the second length (length preset in a direction horizontally perpendicular to one direction) of one side and the other side of the middle bottom part (22).
[0209] The upper part (24) of the second frame (200) is arranged horizontally in the same manner as the upper part (14) of the first frame (100) described above. The size of the upper part (24) of the second frame (200) may be the same as or different from the size of the upper part (14) of the first frame (100).
[0210] The upper part (24) is connected to the middle part (23) (the first middle part (231) and the second middle part (232)).
[0211] Specifically, one side (e.g., the lower side) of the upper part (24) is connected to the other end (the end toward the upper part (24)) of the first intermediate part (231) and the second intermediate part (232).
[0212] Meanwhile, according to an embodiment, a groove (2312a, 2322a) may be formed at a portion where one side (e.g., the lower side) of the upper portion (24) and the other end of the middle portion (23) (the first middle portion (231) and the second middle portion (232)) are connected. The groove (2312a, 2322a) may be named a 'connecting groove (2312a, 2322a)' or a 'fourth connecting groove (2312a, 2322a)'.
[0213] The fourth connecting groove (2312a, 2322a) increases elasticity. Specifically, it increases the elastic deformation of the upper portion (24) and / or the middle portion (23).
[0214] The fourth connecting groove (2312a, 2322a) is formed in a direction (y direction or second length direction in the drawing) horizontally perpendicular to one direction (x direction in the drawing) on one surface of the upper portion (24) and one surface of the middle portion (23) (first middle portion (231) and second middle portion (232)).
[0215] The fourth connecting groove (2312a, 2322a) is formed as long as the second length of one side of the upper portion (24) and as long as the second length of one side of the middle portion (23). Accordingly, the fourth connecting groove (2312a, 2322a) penetrates one side of the upper portion (24) and one side of the middle portion (23) in the y direction in the drawing.
[0216] The opening of the fourth connecting groove (2312a, 2322a) faces a space surrounded by one side of the upper part (24) and one side of the middle part (23) (the first middle part (231) and the second middle part (232)).
[0217] The first length (a length preset in one direction) of one side and the other side of the upper part (24) may be the same as or different from the first length (a length preset in one direction) of one side and the other side of the middle bottom part (22).
[0218] The second length (a length preset in a direction perpendicular to one direction) of one side and the other side of the upper part (24) may be the same as the second length of the middle part (23) and the middle bottom part (22).
[0219] Table 2 below shows the elastically optimized dimensions (mm) of the support (20) of the second frame (200) (see Fig. 9). The unit is mm (excluding the angle).
[0220] Classification T3T4WL2H2H21A o Dimensions Max0.50.551863.324 o Min0.40.43
[0221] T3 represents the thickness of the upper part (24), L2 represents the first length of the upper part (24), T4 represents the thickness of the middle part (23), W represents the second length (width) of the middle part (23), H2 represents the height of the middle part (23) in the z direction, H21 represents the height of the middle part (23) in the z direction from the folded part (231b, 232b) of the middle part (23) to the upper part (24), and A° represents the angle between the middle part (23) and the upper part (24) or the middle part (23) and the middle bottom part (22).
[0222] Referring to Fig. 12, when the thickness of T3 and T4 was 0.4-0.5 mm, the formability and displacement were the highest.
[0223] Figure 13 shows a photograph and data of a compression test performed on an object (C) placed on a cable bearer (1000) of the present invention to calculate the starting point of deformation of the object (hose) (C).
[0224] In order to optimize the amount of compression and shape of the support (10, 20) through prior structural analysis verification, the force (load) at the point where deformation of the object (C) begins was set as the load of the structural analysis.
[0225] When the object (C) was compressed with a load of 80 N, 1 mm of deformation began. Accordingly, the reference load for structural analysis was set to 64 N.
[0226] Figure 14 shows the amount of deformation according to the thickness of the support (10).
[0227] The reference load for structural analysis is 64 N, and the object (C) is not worn when the displacement is 4 mm or more.
[0228] Figure 15 shows a structural analysis image of the first frame (100), and Figure 16 shows a structural analysis image of the second frame (200).
[0229] Through a wear resistance test of the support (10, 20), it was confirmed that the degree of elasticity rather than the slipperiness of the material was a factor affecting the wear of the object (C).
[0230] Since the object (C) was not worn when the displacement was 4 mm or more, the size of the support (20) was determined based on the value when the displacement was 4 mm or more.
[0231] In the support (10) of the first frame (100) of the present invention and the support (20) of the second frame (200) described above, the size (e.g., height (length in the z direction in the drawing)) of the base (101) and the lower part (11, 21) of the present invention may vary depending on the size of the object (C), but the sizes of the middle bottom part (12, 22), the middle part (13, 23), and the upper part (14, 24) may be fixed to the same standard even if the size of the object (C) varies.
[0232] Even if the size of the object (C) changes, deformation of the support member (10, 20) is minimized. As a result, the manufacturing time and manufacturing cost of the frame (100, 200) can be reduced.
[0233] Figure 17 shows the shape of a frame manufactured for testing before the shapes of the first frame (100) and second frame (200) of the present invention described above were determined.
[0234] In Fig. 17, drawing reference numeral 301 indicates a base.
[0235] In (a) and (b) of Fig. 17, the drawing symbol 30 represents a plate shape and an outer rib, and the drawing symbol 31 represents an inner rib.
[0236] In Fig. 17 (a), the displacement was excessive, and in (b), the displacement was minimal.
[0237] In (c) and (d) of Fig. 17, reference numeral 40 indicates an upper rib and a lower rib. The upper rib comes into contact with the object (C).
[0238] In (c) and (d) of Fig. 17, reference numerals 41 and 42, 41' and 42' represent intersecting internal ribs. The embodiment of (c) of Fig. 17 has more internal ribs than the embodiment of (d).
[0239] In Fig. 17 (c), the displacement was minimal, and in (d), the displacement was 4.87 mm, reaching the target displacement of 5 mm.
[0240] The frame (100, 200) of the present invention described above has excellent support power for supporting the object (C) and elasticity against external force, thereby preventing wear and twisting of the object (C).
[0241] In addition, the frame (100, 200) of the present invention has high durability because it is manufactured as an integral part by injection molding.
[0242] In addition, since the frame (100, 200) of the present invention is manufactured by injection molding, the manufacturing time and manufacturing cost of the frame are reduced.
[0243] Since the frame (100, 200) of the present invention described above is applied to the cable bear (1000), the cable bear (1000) of the present invention has the above-described effect.
