[0101] Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Although the present disclosure is susceptible to various modifications and alternative forms, specific embodiments thereof are shown by way of example in the accompanying drawings. However, the present disclosure should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, but rather, the present disclosure is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the embodiments.

[0102] Typically, the vehicle frame 1 of the transport vehicle may include a rear leg 100 and a front leg 200 connected to wheels 600 respectively, and a rider 300 connected to the rear leg 100 , wherein the rider 300 can be used by a user to push or pull the transport vehicle to move.

[0103] For the purpose of convenience of description, as shown in Figures 1 to 6, this article takes the vehicle frame 1 having four wheels 600 as an example. However, the present disclosure is also applicable to vehicles having a vehicle frame 1 having two, three or more than four wheels 600.

[0104] In this document, the direction in which the frame 1 is pushed (i.e., the left direction in FIG. 4 ) is defined as the front direction, the direction in which the frame 1 is towed (i.e., the right direction in FIG. 4 ) is defined as the rear direction, and the left-right direction perpendicular to the front and rear directions is defined as the transverse direction. Because the frame 1 is laterally symmetrical, for the sake of clarity, the following description focuses on the structure of one transverse side of the frame 1.

[0105] Frame folding mechanism

[0106] To enable the transport vehicle to be folded for portability, the rider handle 300 can be designed to be pivotally connected to the rear leg 100. When the frame 1 is in the deployed state, the rider handle 300 is locked relative to the rear leg 100 and cannot pivot, allowing the user to push the transport vehicle with the rider handle 300. When the frame 1 is ready to be folded, the rider handle 300 is released relative to the rear leg 100 and can pivot to fold the frame 1. In addition, for greater convenience in use, when the frame 1 is in the deployed state, the user may also need to release the rider handle 300 and pivot relative to the rider fixing rod 400, thereby switching the rider handle 300 from a push mode (as shown in FIG. 20 ) to a trailer mode (as shown in FIG. 21 , which will be described in detail later).

[0107] The folding mechanism of the vehicle frame 1 of the carrier vehicle disclosed in the present invention can well meet the above requirements.

[0108] 1 to 13 show an embodiment of a folding mechanism of a vehicle frame 1 according to the present disclosure.

[0109] The frame 1 may include a rear leg 100 and a rider 300, and the folding mechanism includes a rider fixing rod 400, which is pivotally connected to the rear leg 100. The rider 300 is connected to the rider fixing rod 400 so that when the frame 1 is folded, the rider 300 can pivot synchronously with the rider fixing rod 400.

[0110] In the present disclosure, "synchronous pivoting" of the rider 300 and the rider securing lever 400 means that the rider 300 and the rider securing lever 400 are fixedly arranged side by side relative to each other, and the rider 300 can pivot along with the rider securing lever 400. In the embodiment shown in Figures 20 to 25B, the rider 300 and the rider securing lever 400 can pivot about the same rider pivot axis S11. In other embodiments, the pivot axis of the rider 300 can be disposed on the rider securing lever 400 and staggered relative to the pivot axis of the rider securing lever 400.

[0111] By providing the rider fixing rod 400 and enabling the rider 300 to pivot synchronously or asynchronously with the rider fixing rod 400 , the rider 300 can switch between various working states relative to the rear foot 100 .

[0112] For example, when the rider 300 and the rider fixing bar 400 pivot synchronously, if the rider fixing bar 400 is locked relative to the rear foot 100 and cannot pivot, the rider 300 also follows the rider fixing bar 400 to lock relative to the rear foot 100 and remains in the cart-pushing mode (as shown in FIG1 ), which is convenient for the user to push the carrier with the rider 300; if the rider fixing bar 400 is released relative to the rear foot 100 and can pivot, the rider 300 also follows the rider fixing bar 400 to release relative to the rear foot 100 and pivot to the folded state (as shown in FIG2 and FIG3 ), which is convenient for the user to fold the bicycle frame 1.

[0113] When the rider 300 and the rider fixing bar 400 no longer pivot synchronously, even if the rider fixing bar 400 is locked relative to the rear leg 100 and cannot pivot, the rider 300 can still pivot relative to the rear leg 100 to an angular position suitable for the trailer (as shown in FIG. 21 ), which is convenient for the user to tow the carrier using the rider 300.

[0114] In order to lock or unlock the pivoting of the rider fixing lever 400 relative to the rear foot 100 , as shown in FIG. 11 and FIG. 12 , the rider fixing lever 400 is provided with a fixing lever locking member 410 that is movable between a locking position and an unlocking position.

[0115] 11 , when the fixing rod locking member 410 moves to the locking position, the fixing rod locking member 410 is locked on the rear foot 100 to prevent the rider fixing rod 400 from pivoting relative to the rear foot 100. At this point, the bicycle frame 1 can remain in the unfolded state or other use states.

[0116] In one embodiment, the fixing rod locking member 410 can be configured to move to the locking position to keep the frame 1 in the deployed state only when the rider fixing rod 400 is pivoted relative to the rear foot 100 to an angular position that places the frame 1 in the deployed state.

[0117] In another embodiment, the fixing rod locking member 410 can be configured such that when the rider fixing rod 400 is pivoted relative to the rear foot 100 to another angular position where the frame 1 is not in the deployed state (for example, the frame 1 is in the folded state), the fixing rod locking member 410 can be moved to a locked position to maintain the frame 1 in a different usage state (for example, the folded state).

[0118] As shown in FIG12 , when the fixing rod locking member 410 moves to the unlocking position, the fixing rod locking member 410 is unlocked relative to the rear foot 100 to allow the rider fixing rod 400 to pivot relative to the rear foot 100 , thereby allowing the frame 1 to change its usage state (e.g., to the folded state).

[0119] In the embodiment shown in Figures 11 and 12, a fixing rod locking member 410 located within the rider fixing rod 400 is movable along the rider fixing rod 400 between a locked position and a released position. A rear foot locking hole 110 is provided at the portion of the rear foot 100 to which the rider fixing rod 400 is pivotally connected. When the fixing rod locking member 410 moves to the locked position and is inserted into the rear foot locking hole 110, the fixing rod locking member 410 is locked to the rear foot 100. When the fixing rod locking member 410 moves to the released position and exits the rear foot locking hole 110, the fixing rod locking member 410 is released relative to the rear foot 100.

[0120] In other embodiments, the fixing rod locking member 410 according to the present disclosure may be locked and unlocked relative to the rear foot 100 in other ways. For example, the fixing rod locking member 410 may be configured to extend or retract toward the pivot end of the rider fixing rod 400 in a direction perpendicular to the length of the rider fixing rod 400 (i.e., the direction in which the rider fixing rod 400 extends). When the fixing rod locking member 410 extends from the pivot end of the rider fixing rod 400, it can abut against the outer wall of the rear foot 100, thereby locking the rider fixing rod 400 relative to the rear foot 100 and preventing it from pivoting. When the fixing rod locking member 410 is retracted toward the pivot end of the rider fixing rod 400, the rider fixing rod 400 is unlocked relative to the rear foot 100 and can pivot.

[0121] In order to ensure that the fixed rod locking member 410 will not be accidentally released after being locked to the rear foot 100, as shown in Figures 11 and 12, the folding mechanism according to the present disclosure may also include a locking member resetting device 412, which is configured to tend to move the fixed rod locking member 410 to the locked position.

[0122] The locking member resetting device 412 may be an elastic member such as a spring, a pneumatic rod or a hydraulic rod.

[0123] When the user is ready to fold the bicycle frame 1, it is necessary to release the rider's fixed rod 400 relative to the rear foot 100 so that it can pivot. To facilitate the user's operation, the folding mechanism according to the present disclosure may further include a release operating portion provided on the bicycle frame 1, which can be operated to drive the fixed rod locking member 410 to move to the release position.

[0124] 1 to 13 , the unlocking operation portion is a driver's sliding sleeve 310 that can move along the driver's hand 300. The driver's sliding sleeve 310 is disposed on the driver's hand 300 so that the user can easily perform the unlocking operation without having to bend over.

[0125] The driver sliding sleeve 310 may be a sleeve that is sleeved on the driver 300 , or may be other structures having a groove that engages with the driver 300 .

[0126] Since the driver sleeve 310 disposed on the driver 300 is spaced apart from the fixed rod locking member 410 located at the pivot end of the driver fixed rod 400 , the driver sleeve 310 needs to indirectly drive the fixed rod locking member 410 to move to the unlocking position via the sleeve transmission assembly.

[0127] In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7A to FIG. 10 , the sliding sleeve transmission assembly may include a driver driving component 320 and a driver pulling component 330 .

[0128] The driver driving member 320 is configured to be movable along the driver 300. The driver driving member 320 may be a sleeve mounted on the driver 300, or may be other structures having a groove engaged with the driver 300.

[0129] As shown in Figures 9 and 10, the first end 331 of the driver traction member 330 is connected to the driver sleeve 310, and the second end 332 is connected to the driver driving member 320, so that the movement of the driver sleeve 310 can drive the driver driving member 320 to move from the initial position to the driving position.

[0130] The driver traction member 330 may be a flexible traction line such as a steel wire, or a rigid traction rod.

[0131] As shown in FIG8B and FIG13, the driver driving member 320 is provided with a driving member pushing portion 321, which interacts with the locking member pushing pin 411 provided on the fixed rod locking member 410, so that the driver driving member 320 can drive the fixed rod locking member 410 to move to the unlocking position.

[0132] In one embodiment, the driver pushing portion 321 may be provided on the side of the driver driver 320 facing the rider fixing bar 400 so as to interact with the locking member pushing pin 411. The locking member pushing pin 411 may be formed integrally with the fixing bar locking member 410 or may be formed separately and connected to the fixing bar locking member 410. When the fixing bar locking member 410 is located inside the rider fixing bar 400, the locking member pushing pin 411 provided on the fixing bar locking member 410 may pass through the wall of the rider fixing bar 400 and be exposed to the outside.

[0133] To control the travel of the driver sleeve 310 along the driver 300, as shown in FIG9 , the driver 300 is provided with a sleeve slot 311 extending along its length, and a sleeve fixing pin 312 is disposed so as to pass through the driver sleeve 310 and the sleeve slot 311. Thus, the travel of the sleeve fixing pin 312 within the sleeve slot 311 is the same as the travel of the driver sleeve 310 along the driver 300.

[0134] It should be noted that the entire rider 300 shown in the drawings is U-shaped, and the “length direction of the rider 300 ” mentioned herein refers to the extension direction of the straight portion of the rider 300 perpendicular to the transverse direction.

[0135] As shown in FIG. 9 , the first end 331 of the driver traction member 330 may be connected to the sleeve fixing pin 312 , so that when the driver sleeve 310 drives the sleeve fixing pin 312 to move, the sleeve fixing pin 312 drives the driver traction member 330 to move.

[0136] Similarly, to control the travel of the driver driving member 320 along the driver 300, as shown in FIG10 , the driver 300 is provided with a driver slot 322 extending along its length, and a driver fixing pin 323 is disposed so as to pass through the driver driving member 320 and the driver slot 322. Thus, the travel of the driver fixing pin 323 within the driver slot 322 is the travel of the driver driving member 320 along the driver 300.

[0137] As shown in FIG. 10 , the second end 332 of the driver traction member 330 may be connected to the driver fixing pin 323 , so that when the driver traction member 330 drives the driver fixing pin 323 to move, the driver fixing pin 323 drives the driver driver 320 to move.

[0138] The travel of the sleeve fixing pin 312 in the sleeve long slot 311 (i.e., the length of the sleeve long slot 311 along the length of the rider 300) should be greater than or equal to the travel of the driver fixing pin 323 in the driver long slot 322 (i.e., the length of the driver long slot 322 along the length of the rider 300), so that the movement of the rider sleeve 310 is sufficient to drive the rider driver 320 to the driving position, thereby driving the fixed rod locking member 410 to move to the unlocking position.

[0139] To prevent the driver's driving member 320 from remaining in the driving position and the fixed rod locking member 410 from remaining in the unlocked position due to the driver's driving member pushing portion 321 acting on the locking member pushing pin 411, thereby preventing the fixed rod locking member 410 from being locked to the rear foot 100, the driver's driving member 320 needs to be able to return to the initial position. As shown in Figure 10, the folding mechanism according to the present disclosure may include a driving member reset device 324, which is configured to tend to move the driver's driving member 320 to the initial position, thereby automatically returning the driver's driving member 320 to the initial position without the need for user operation.

[0140] In the embodiment shown in FIG10 , the driver reset device 324 can be a tension spring disposed within the driver's handle 300, with one end connected to the inner wall of the driver's handle 300 and the other end connected to the driver fixing pin 323. Of course, the driver reset device 324 can also be a compression spring, a torsion spring, a gas rod, a hydraulic rod, or other elastic member.

[0141] When the user prepares to fold the bicycle frame 1, they can operate the rider slide 310 on the rider 300 to move it upward along the rider 300. The rider slide 310 then drives the rider drive member 320 from the initial position to the drive position via the rider traction member 330. During this process, the driver push portion 321 of the rider drive member 320 applies a force to the locking member push pin 411 provided on the fixed rod locking member 410, causing the fixed rod locking member 410 to move to the unlocked position. In other words, the fixed rod locking member 410 is unlocked relative to the rear foot 100, allowing the rider fixed rod 400 to pivot relative to the rear foot 100. As a result, the rider 300, which pivots synchronously with the rider fixed rod 400, also follows the unlocking of the rider fixed rod 400 relative to the rear foot 100 and is able to pivot to the folded position.

[0142] Roof device

[0143] When using a transport vehicle, a canopy device 500 such as a sunshade is often used to provide a better transport environment for people or objects carried in the transport vehicle.

[0144] 18 and 19 illustrate an embodiment of a canopy device 500 for a vehicle frame according to the present disclosure.

[0145] As shown in Figure 18, the canopy device 500 according to the present disclosure includes a canopy rod 510, which is used to support a canopy 530. The canopy 530 can be made of a flexible material such as fabric and can have a sun protection effect.

[0146] The canopy rod 510 may include a movable canopy rod 511 and a generally horizontally disposed fixed canopy rod 512. The movable canopy rod 511 is movable, allowing the user to adjust the degree of coverage provided by the canopy device 500 as desired. For example, FIG4 shows the movable canopy rod 511 in a vertical position, in which the canopy device 500 provides a greater degree of coverage. FIG5 shows the movable canopy rod 511 in a horizontal position, in which the canopy device 500 provides a lesser degree of coverage. Of course, the movable canopy rod 511 can be moved to other positions between the vertical and horizontal positions.

[0147] In order to facilitate the detachable fixing of the canopy rod 510 to the vehicle frame 1 , the canopy device 500 according to the present disclosure further includes a canopy mounting seat 520 that can be detachably fixed to the vehicle frame 1 .

[0148] As shown in FIG18 , a rod slot 523 is provided on one side of the canopy mounting base 520. The end of the fixed canopy rod 512 is fixed in the rod slot 523. The end of the movable canopy rod 511 is pivotally connected to the other side of the canopy mounting base 520. Thus, the movable canopy rod 511 and the fixed canopy rod 512 are connected to the canopy mounting base 520.

[0149] As shown in Figures 18 and 19, the canopy mounting seat 520 is provided with a canopy coupling portion 521, and the vehicle frame 1 is provided with a frame coupling portion 11. The canopy coupling portion 521 and the frame coupling portion 11 can be engaged with each other, thereby detachably fixing the canopy mounting seat 520 to the vehicle frame 1.

[0150] Although the frame joint portion 11 is formed on the frame base portion 12 in the embodiments shown in FIG. 17 and FIG. 19 , the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the frame joint portion 11 may also be formed on other portions of the frame 1 .

[0151] 17 to 19 , the roof joint 521 and the frame joint 11 are mutually mating special-shaped grooves. In other embodiments, the roof joint 521 and the frame joint 11 may be joined together using other concave-convex structures.

[0152] In order to ensure a tighter connection between the roof joint portion 521 and the vehicle frame joint portion 11 and prevent the roof device 500 from accidentally falling off the vehicle frame 1, as shown in FIG18 , the roof joint portion 521 may be provided with a roof elastic portion 522 capable of applying a pressing force to the vehicle frame joint portion 11. The roof elastic portion 522 may be an elastic sheet or other elastic structure.

[0153] In one embodiment, one of the roof elastic portion 522 and the vehicle frame engaging portion 11 may be provided with an engaging recess 522A (see FIG. 18 ), and the other may be provided with an engaging protrusion 11A (see FIG. 19 ) that engages with the engaging recess 522A. The engagement between the engaging recess 522A and the engaging protrusion 11A further reduces the risk of the roof device 500 accidentally falling off the vehicle frame 1.

[0154] It should be understood that the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the roof mounting seat 520 can be fixed to the vehicle frame 1 by threaded connection or pin connection.

[0155] Rider mechanism of the frame

[0156] During use of the vehicle, the user often switches the rider 300 between push mode and trailer mode as needed. As previously described, when the vehicle frame 1 is in the deployed state, the user may need to release the rider 300 relative to the rear legs 100 to pivot, thereby switching the rider 300 from push mode to trailer mode. The following describes the structures associated with these switching modes.

[0157] 20 to 27B illustrate an embodiment of a rider mechanism of the vehicle frame 1 according to the present disclosure.

[0158] In the bicycle frame 1 including the rear leg 100 and the rider 300, the rider mechanism according to the present disclosure includes a rider fixing lever 400 pivotally connected to the rear leg 100, and the rider 300 is connected to the rider fixing lever 400 such that the rider 300 can pivot synchronously with the rider fixing lever 400 (see FIG. 20 ) or the rider 300 can pivot relative to the rider fixing lever 400 (see FIG. 21 ).

[0159] As shown in FIG. 22 and FIG. 23 , a rider fixing member 340 may be provided on the rider 300 , and the rider fixing member 340 is movable along the rider 300 between an engaged position and a non-engaged position.

[0160] As shown in FIG22 , when the rider fixing member 340 moves to the engaged position, the rider locking portion 341 of the rider fixing member 340 can engage the free end 420 of the rider fixing rod 400, allowing the rider 300 to pivot synchronously with the rider fixing rod 400. When the vehicle frame 1 is in the deployed state, if the rider fixing rod 400 cannot pivot, the rider 300 cannot pivot either, and the user can use the rider 300 to push the vehicle, which is the push mode shown in FIG20 . Alternatively, when the vehicle frame 1 is ready to be folded, the rider fixing rod 400 is released relative to the rear leg 100 and can pivot. The rider 300 then follows the release of the rider fixing rod 400 relative to the rear leg 100 and pivots to the folded state (as shown in FIG2 and FIG3 ), which facilitates folding the vehicle.

[0161] As shown in Figure 23 , when the rider fixing member 340 moves in the direction of the arrow in the figure to the non-engaged position, the rider locking portion 341 of the rider fixing member 340 disengages from the free end 420 of the rider fixing rod 400, allowing the rider 300 to pivot relative to the rider fixing rod 400. When the vehicle frame 1 is in the deployed state, the rider fixing rod 400 remains locked relative to the rear leg 100 and cannot pivot. However, since the rider 300 can pivot relative to the rider fixing rod 400, the user can pivot the rider 300 to an angle suitable for the trailer, thereby towing the vehicle with the rider 300. This is the trailer mode shown in Figure 21 .

[0162] As shown in FIG. 25A to FIG. 27B , the rider fixing member 340 may be a sleeve that is sleeved on the rider 300 and may be positioned near the free end 420 of the rider fixing rod 400 to facilitate its function.

[0163] Of course, the rider fixing member 340 may also adopt other structures having a groove engaged with the rider 300 .

[0164] In the embodiments shown in FIG. 7B , FIG. 8B , FIG. 25B and FIG. 27B , the rider locking portion 341 on the rider fixing member 340 may be formed by a portion extending from the sleeve-shaped body of the rider fixing member 340 , which has a fixing member receiving portion 341A (see FIG. 8B ). The fixing member receiving portion 341A may be a recess, a sleeve or a collar, and is capable of receiving the free end 420 of the rider fixing rod 400.

[0165] In order to control the travel of the rider's fixing member 340 along the rider's hand 300, as shown in Figures 25B and 26B, the rider's hand 300 is provided with a fixing member slot 342 extending along its length, and a fixing member connecting pin 343 is provided to pass through the rider's fixing member 340 and the fixing member slot 342. Therefore, the travel of the fixing member connecting pin 343 within the fixing member slot 342 is the travel of the rider's fixing member 340 along the rider's hand 300.

[0166] In order to ensure that the rider locking portion 341 of the rider fixing member 340 does not accidentally disengage from the free end 420 of the rider fixing rod 400 after being engaged, as shown in Figures 25B and 26B, the rider mechanism according to the present disclosure may further include a fixing member resetting device 344, which is configured to tend to move the rider hand fixing member 340 to the engaged position.

[0167] The fixing member resetting device 344 can be an elastic member such as a spring, a pneumatic rod or a hydraulic rod.

[0168] In addition, in order to facilitate the user to operate the hand fixing member 340 to disengage the hand locking portion 341 from the free end 420 of the hand fixing rod 400 , as shown in FIG. 25B , a fixing member releasing portion 345 may be provided on the hand fixing member 340 .

[0169] In the embodiment shown in FIG. 25B , the fixing member release portion 345 may be a plurality of annular ribs or annular grooves disposed around the sleeve-shaped body of the rider hand fixing member 340 , which may increase the friction between the user's fingers and the rider hand fixing member 340 .

[0170] In other embodiments, the fastener release portion 345 may also be a pull ring or a hook connected to the rider's hand fastener 340 , so that the user can pull the pull ring or the hook to move the rider's hand fastener 340 to the non-engaged position.

[0171] After the rider locking portion 341 of the rider fixing member 340 is engaged with the free end 420 of the rider fixing rod 400, in order to prevent the rider 300 from pivoting too much (for example, the rider 300 pivots until it touches the ground), as shown in Figures 26B and 27B, the rear foot 100 may be provided with a rear foot connecting seat 120 for pivoting the pivot end 301 of the rider 300 thereto, the rider pivot axis S11 may be provided on the rear foot connecting seat 120, and the rear foot connecting seat 120 may be provided with a rider pivot limiting portion 121 for limiting the pivot angle of the pivot end 301 of the rider 300.

[0172] In the embodiments shown in FIG8B and FIG27B , the rider pivot limiter 121 may be a protrusion or a blocking rib provided on the rear foot connection seat 120. When the pivot end 301 of the rider 300 pivots to a certain angle toward the landing direction (i.e., the direction in which the rider 300 pivots toward the ground), the protrusion or blocking rib 121 can prevent the pivot end 301 of the rider 300 from further pivoting toward the landing direction.

[0173] In other embodiments, the rear foot connection base 120 may be a housing into which the pivot end 301 of the rider 300 is inserted, with a through slot formed in the housing to allow the pivot end 301 of the rider 300 to pivot within the through slot. In this case, the two ends of the through slot serve as the rider's pivot limiters.

[0174] Wheel mechanism of the vehicle frame

[0175] During the folding process of the transport vehicle, after the user folds the frame 1, the orientation of the wheel 600 may sometimes cause the wheel 600 to be away from the main body of the frame 1 (as shown in FIG33 ), resulting in the frame 1 still being relatively large after folding. Therefore, the user needs to manually rotate the wheel 600 and bring it closer to the main body of the frame 1 (as shown in FIG34 and FIG35 ) to reduce the volume of the frame 1 to a minimum. This folding operation method is very inconvenient.

[0176] Therefore, the present disclosure provides a wheel mechanism that can rotate the wheel 600 to a suitable orientation when the frame 1 is folded, thereby reducing the packaging volume and making it easier for users to carry and use. This not only saves storage space when folded, but also reduces packaging costs for manufacturers.

[0177] 28 to 53B illustrate an embodiment of a wheel mechanism of the vehicle frame 1 according to the present disclosure.

[0178] As shown in Figures 28 to 35, in a frame 1 including a front foot 200, a rear foot 100 and a wheel 600, the wheel mechanism according to the present disclosure includes a wheel seat 610, which is steerable connected to the front foot 200 or the rear foot 100, and the wheel 600 is connected to the wheel seat 610 and can steer synchronously with the wheel seat 610.

[0179] Figures 36 and 37 illustrate an embodiment of a wheel seat 600 connected to a front leg 200. A wheel seat mounting shaft 640 (see Figure 36 ) is provided at the bottom of the front foot portion 202 of the front leg 200, and a wheel seat mounting hole 614 (see Figure 37 ) is provided at the top of the wheel seat 610. By inserting the wheel seat mounting shaft 640 into the wheel seat mounting hole 614, the wheel seat 610 is connected to the front leg 200.

[0180] In order to keep the wheel seat mounting shaft 640 in the wheel seat mounting hole 614, as shown in Figures 37, 39, 43 and 44, the wheel mechanism according to the present disclosure may include a wheel seat locking member 660 arranged on the wheel seat 610, which may be a sheet-like structure and have a pressing portion exposed from the wheel seat connecting shell 613 of the wheel seat 610 for the user to press. The sheet structure of the wheel seat locking piece 660 has a large locking piece through hole and a small locking piece through hole arranged side by side and connected to each other (see Figure 39), wherein the radial dimension of the large locking piece through hole is larger than the main radial dimension of the wheel seat mounting shaft 640, and the radial dimension of the small locking piece through hole is smaller than the main radial dimension of the wheel seat mounting shaft 640 but larger than the radial dimension of the recessed portion on the wheel seat mounting shaft 640, so that when the recessed portion on the wheel seat mounting shaft 640 radially coincides with the small locking piece through hole, the wheel seat mounting shaft 640 remains in the wheel seat mounting hole 614; when the pressing portion of the wheel seat locking piece 660 is pressed and the wheel seat locking piece 660 moves radially until the recessed portion on the wheel seat mounting shaft 640 no longer radially coincides with the small locking piece through hole and the wheel seat mounting shaft 640 completely radially coincides with the large locking piece through hole, the wheel seat mounting shaft 640 can exit the wheel seat mounting hole 614.

[0181] In addition, as shown in Figures 39, 43 and 44, the wheel seat 610 can also be provided with a wheel seat resetting device 661, which is configured to tend to move the wheel seat locking member 660 so that the small through hole of the locking member radially coincides with the recessed portion on the wheel seat mounting shaft 640 to ensure that the wheel seat mounting shaft 640 is retained in the wheel seat mounting hole 614.

[0182] In another embodiment, the wheel seat mounting shaft 640 may also be disposed on the wheel seat 610 , and the wheel seat mounting hole 614 may be correspondingly disposed in the front leg 200 .

[0183] Of course, the wheel seat 600 can also be connected to the rear foot 100 in the same manner.

[0184] In other embodiments, the wheel seat 600 may also be connected to the front leg 200 or the rear leg 100 in other ways such as threaded connection.

[0185] It should be noted that the wheel mechanism according to the present disclosure is applicable to each wheel 600 and the front leg 200 or the rear leg 100 connected to the wheel seat 610, so the following description will be made accordingly based on the situation shown in the drawings.

[0186] When the vehicle frame 1 is in the expanded state and the collapsed state, the wheel 600 must be maintained in at least the expanded orientation (i.e., the orientation of the wheel 600 when the vehicle frame 1 is expanded, in which case the wheel 600 is away from the main body of the vehicle frame 1, see FIG32 ) and the collapsed orientation (i.e., the orientation of the wheel 600 when the vehicle frame 1 is collapsed, in which case the wheel 600 is close to the main body of the vehicle frame 1, see FIG35 ). To this end, as shown in FIG36 and FIG37 , the wheel seat 610 is provided with a wheel steering locating member 611, and at least two wheel steering locating holes 620 are provided on the front leg 200 or the rear leg 100 to which the wheel seat 610 is connected. When the wheel steering locating member 611 is inserted into one of the wheel steering locating holes 620, the wheel seat 610 and the wheel 600 connected thereto can be oriented so that the wheel seat 610 and the wheel 600 connected thereto can be maintained in the expanded orientation, the collapsed orientation, or another orientation.

[0187] More specifically, the wheel steering locator 611 can be operated to move between an oriented position and a non-oriented position. As shown in Figures 42 and 44, when the wheel steering locator 611 is moved to the oriented position, the wheel steering locator 611 can be inserted into one of the wheel steering locating holes 620 to orient the wheel seat 610 and the wheel 600 connected thereto. As shown in Figures 41 and 43, when the wheel steering locator 611 is moved to the non-oriented position, the wheel steering locator 611 is withdrawn from the wheel steering locating hole 620 to allow the wheel seat 610 and the wheel 600 connected thereto to steer.

[0188] In order to enable the wheel steering positioning member 611 to move between a directional position and a non-directional position, in the embodiments shown in Figures 37 and 39, the wheel mechanism according to the present disclosure may include a directional member accommodating seat 612, which can be movably arranged on the wheel seat 610, and the wheel steering positioning member 611 is arranged on the directional member accommodating seat 612 and moves with the directional member accommodating seat 612.

[0189] In another embodiment, a receiving channel may be provided in the wheel seat 610 , and the wheel steering positioning member 611 may move up and down in the receiving channel.

[0190] In order to facilitate the user to operate the wheel steering positioning member 611 to move it between the directional position and the non-directional position, the wheel mechanism according to the present disclosure may further include a wheel directional operating member 630 , which is configured to be operable to drive the directional member receiving seat 612 to move.

[0191] In the embodiment shown in Figures 38 and 39, the wheel orientation operating member 630 is an annular wheel operating knob 630 that can be sleeved onto the wheel seat connection housing 613 of the wheel seat 610. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 38, the inner wall of the wheel operating knob 630 is provided with a knob driving oblique rib 631. Correspondingly, as shown in Figure 39, the outer wall of the orientation member receiving seat 612 is provided with a receiving seat driving oblique groove 612A. The knob driving oblique rib 631 is disposed within the receiving seat driving oblique groove 631 and can apply a force to the receiving seat driving oblique groove 631. Thus, when the wheel operating knob 630 is rotated, the force exerted by the knob driving oblique rib 631 on the receiving seat driving oblique groove 631 causes the wheel operating knob 630 to drive the orientation member receiving seat 612 to move, causing the wheel steering positioning member 611 to move between an orientation position and a non-orientation position.

[0192] In the embodiment shown in Figure 38, a rib limit portion 632 can be provided at the end of the knob-driven rib 631, which can control the rotation stroke of the wheel operating knob 630 to prevent the wheel operating knob 630 from rotating too much and causing the knob-driven rib 631 to disengage from the accommodating seat driving rib 631.

[0193] In the embodiment shown in FIG. 38 , the wheel operating knob 630 may further include a knob operating protrusion 633 that protrudes outward from an outer wall surface of the wheel operating knob 630 to facilitate operation of the wheel operating knob 630 by a user.

[0194] Of course, the wheel orientation operating member 630 may also adopt other structures. For example, it may adopt a lever, one end of which is connected to the orientation member receiving seat 612 or the wheel steering positioning member 611, and the other end is exposed to the wheel seat 610. The wheel steering positioning member 611 is moved between the orientation position and the non-orientation position by toggling the lever.

[0195] As shown in Figures 37 and 41, a wheel seat cover 650 may be provided above the wheel operating knob 630 to cover the internal structure of the wheel seat 610 from above to prevent foreign matter from entering the interior of the wheel seat 610. The wheel seat cover 650 may be provided with a first cover hole 651 for the wheel seat mounting shaft to pass through and a second cover hole 652 for the wheel steering positioning member 611 to pass through.

[0196] In order to make it more convenient for users, the wheel mechanism according to the present disclosure can also enable the wheel seat 610 and the wheel 600 connected thereto to be changed from a directional orientation to a steering-allowed orientation during the folding process of the frame 1, and the wheel seat 610 and the wheel 600 connected thereto to be turned to a folded orientation (see Figure 35) without the need for direct operation by the user.

[0197] First, the structure of the wheel seat 610 and the wheel 600 connected thereto, which are changed from directional to steering-enabled in conjunction with each other during the folding of the vehicle frame 1, will be described.

[0198] The frame 1 may include at least one of a front bottom tube 710 and a rear bottom tube 720 , wherein the front bottom tube 710 and / or the rear bottom tube 720 are configured to pivot during the folding process of the frame 1 and can drive the wheel steering positioning member 611 to move to a non-directional position.

[0199] In the embodiment shown in FIG. 45A to FIG. 49B , the first end 711 of the front bottom tube 710 is pivotally connected to the front leg 200 , and the first end 721 of the rear bottom tube 720 is pivotally connected to the rear leg 100 .

[0200] As shown in Figures 46B and 48B, at least one of the first end 711 of the front bottom tube 710 and the first end 721 of the rear bottom tube 720 can be provided with a bottom tube driving portion 701, and the corresponding front foot 200 and / or rear foot 100 can be provided with a bottom tube transmission assembly. Through the pivoting of the front bottom tube 710 and / or the rear bottom tube 720, the bottom tube driving portion 701 thereon can drive the wheel steering positioning member 611 to a non-directional position via the bottom tube transmission assembly.

[0201] Figures 46B, 48B, and 49B through 51 illustrate an embodiment of a bottom tube transmission assembly according to the present disclosure. The bottom tube transmission assembly is disposed within a wheel seat 610 and includes a first transmission member 702 abutting a bottom tube drive unit 701 and a second transmission member 703 abutting a wheel steering locator 611. The abutment between the first transmission member 702 and the second transmission member 703 transmits the force of the bottom tube drive unit 701 to the wheel steering locator 611 via the first and second transmission members 702 and 703.

[0202] To change the direction of force transmission, as shown in Figures 49B to 51 , the contact surface of the first transmission member 702 that abuts the bottom tube driving portion 701 and the contact surface between the first transmission member 702 and the second transmission member 703 can both be configured as transmission inclined surfaces. For example, the first transmission member 702 can have a first driving inclined surface 702A and a first driven inclined surface 702B (see Figure 50 ), and the second transmission member 703 can have a second driven inclined surface 703A (see Figure 51 ).

[0203] As shown in FIG. 46B and FIG. 48B , the bottom tube transmission assembly according to the present disclosure may further include a second transmission member resetting device 703B, which is configured to tend to press the second transmission member 703 against the first transmission member 702 to prevent the two from being out of contact.

[0204] Next, the structure of the wheel seat 610 and the wheel 600 connected thereto, which are driven to turn to the folded orientation during the folding process of the vehicle frame 1, will be described.

[0205] In the embodiment shown in Figures 52A to 53B, at least one of the first end 711 of the front bottom tube 710 and the first end 721 of the rear bottom tube 720 can be provided with a bottom tube pushing portion 704, and the wheel seat 610 is provided with a wheel seat driven portion 653. By pivoting the corresponding front bottom tube 710 and / or rear bottom tube 720 during the process of folding the frame 1, the bottom tube pushing portion 704 can push the wheel seat driven portion 653, thereby driving the wheel seat 610 to turn to the folded orientation.

[0206] The bottom tube pushing portion 704 may be a radially extending portion provided on the first end 711 of the front bottom tube 710 and / or the first end 721 of the rear bottom tube 720 .

[0207] The wheel seat follower 653 may be a radial protrusion provided on the outer periphery of the wheel seat cover 650 (see FIG. 37 ), or may be a radial protrusion provided at other locations of the wheel seat 610 .

[0208] It should be understood that regarding the structure in which the wheel seat 610 and the wheel 600 connected thereto are linked to change from an orientation to a state allowing steering during the folding process of the vehicle frame 1, and the structure in which they are driven to steer to the folded orientation, either one of these structures can be provided on the vehicle frame 1 alone, or both structures can be provided on the vehicle frame 1. If both structures are provided on the vehicle frame 1, the two structures should be arranged so that the wheel seat 610 and the wheel 600 connected thereto are first changed from an orientation to a state allowing steering during the folding process of the vehicle frame 1, and then driven to steer to the folded orientation.

[0209] Carrier frame

[0210] Next, connection members of the vehicle frame of the vehicle according to the present disclosure and their connection and linkage relationships will be described.

[0211] Figures 14 to 17 illustrate an embodiment of a vehicle frame according to the present disclosure. The lines connecting the pivot axes of the various connecting members of the frame 1 form a plurality of interlocking quadrilaterals, with the lines connecting each pair of pivot axes corresponding to a connecting member. Through these interlocking quadrilaterals, movement of any connecting member of the frame 1 drives movement of the other connecting members. This allows the user to expand and contract the frame 1 by simply manipulating one or two connecting members, significantly increasing user convenience when expanding and contracting the frame 1.

[0212] As shown in FIG. 14 to FIG. 16 , the frame 1 may include a frame base 12 , a front leg 200 , a rear leg 100 , a front bottom tube 710 , and a rear bottom tube 720 .

[0213] Among them, the front foot 200 includes a front foot upper part 201 and a front foot lower part 202 pivoted to each other via a front foot pivot axis S1, and the rear foot 100 includes a rear foot upper part 101 and a rear foot lower part 102 pivoted to each other via a rear foot pivot axis S2, and the rear foot upper part and the front foot upper part can be pivotally connected to the frame base 12 of the frame 1 via the first frame pivot axis S3.

[0214] In addition, the front bottom tube 710 is pivotally connected to the front foot lower portion 202 via the front bottom tube pivot axis S4 , and is pivotally connected to the frame base 12 via the second frame pivot axis S5 .

[0215] The rear bottom tube 720 is pivotally connected to the rear foot lower portion 102 via a rear bottom tube pivot axis S6 , and is pivotally connected to the frame base 12 via a third frame pivot axis S7 .

[0216] Thus, the sequential lines connecting the first frame pivot axis S3, the rear foot pivot axis S2, the rear bottom tube pivot axis S6 and the third frame pivot axis S7 can form a first polygon, and the sequential lines connecting the first frame pivot axis S3, the front foot pivot axis S1, the front bottom tube pivot axis S4 and the second frame pivot axis S5 can form a second polygon.

[0217] As shown in FIG. 14 to FIG. 17 , the vehicle frame 1 may further include a vehicle frame slider 13 , a first connecting member 730 and a second connecting member 740 .

[0218] 17 , the frame slider 13 is movably disposed on the frame base 12 in the vertical direction. For example, the frame slider 13 can move in a base slide groove 12A extending in the vertical direction of the frame base 12.

[0219] The first connecting member 730 is pivotally connected to the upper portion of the rear foot 101 via the first connecting member pivot axis S8, the second connecting member 740 is pivotally connected to the upper portion of the front foot 201 via the second connecting member pivot axis S9, and the second connecting member 740 and the first connecting member 730 are pivotally connected to the frame slider 13 via the slider pivot axis S10.

[0220] Thus, a third polygon can be formed by sequentially connecting the first frame pivot axis S3, the first connecting member pivot axis S8, the slider pivot axis S10 and the second connecting member pivot axis S9.

[0221] As shown in FIG. 14 to FIG. 16 , the vehicle frame 1 may further include a support member 750 .

[0222] The rider 300 is pivotally connected to the rear foot upper portion 101 via the rider pivot axis S11 , the support member 750 is pivotally connected to the rider 300 via the support member pivot axis S12 , and is pivotally connected to the frame base 12 via the second frame pivot axis S5 .

[0223] Thus, a fourth polygon can be formed by sequentially connecting the first frame pivot axis S3 , the second frame pivot axis S5 , the support member pivot axis S12 , and the rider pivot axis S11 .

[0224] The edges of the first, second, third, and fourth polygons comprise most of the connecting components of the frame 1. Furthermore, these four polygons are interconnected; when one polygon deforms, the others also deform accordingly, thereby interlocking the connecting components of the frame 1 and ultimately enabling the frame 1 to expand and collapse.

[0225] The following describes in detail how the folding mechanism, the roof device, the rider mechanism and the wheel structure of the frame 1 cooperate and operate with each other during the folding process of the frame 1 and how the four polygons deform in conjunction with each other.

[0226] When the user is ready to fold the vehicle frame 1, for a vehicle frame 1 having a roof device 500, the user can choose to fold the roof device 500 of the vehicle frame 1 first. That is, the user moves the movable roof rod 511 to a horizontal position and overlaps the fixed roof rod 512, as shown in FIG5 .

[0227] Of course, the user may also choose not to fold the roof device 500 of the frame 1 , as shown in FIG. 15 and FIG. 16 .

[0228] Alternatively, if the roof device 500 is not installed on the vehicle frame 1 , as shown in FIG. 20 to FIG. 24 , there is no need to operate the roof device 500 .

[0229] Next, if the rider 300 is in the trailer mode shown in FIG. 21 , in order to fold the frame 1 , the user needs to operate the rider mechanism of the frame 1 to switch the rider 300 to the push mode, so that the rider 300 can pivot synchronously with the rider fixing rod 400 .

[0230] For example, the user can pivot the rider 300 relative to the rear foot 100 in a direction away from the ground (i.e., counterclockwise in FIG. 21 ) until the rider 300 and the rider fixing rod 400 are substantially aligned in the lateral direction, so that the rider locking portion 341 of the rider fixing member 340 provided on the rider 300 engages with the free end 420 of the rider fixing rod 400, thereby enabling the rider 300 to pivot synchronously with the rider fixing rod 400, thereby preparing for the folding of the bicycle frame 1.

[0231] The user will then unlock the frame 1 .

[0232] Specifically, the user can operate the unlocking operation portion of the folding mechanism of the bicycle frame 1, that is, operate the rider sliding sleeve 310 on the rider 300, so that the rider fixing rod 400 is unlocked relative to the rear leg 100 and can pivot. As a result, the rider 300, which has been pivoting synchronously with the rider fixing rod 400, also follows the unlocking of the rider fixing rod 400 relative to the rear leg 100 and can pivot toward the folded position. Thus, the bicycle frame 1 is unlocked.

[0233] Thereafter, the user will fold the frame 1 .

[0234] As shown in Figure 15, after the bicycle frame 1 is unlocked, the user can push the rider 300 forward, thereby lifting the support member 750 upward and pulling the rear foot upper portion 101 upward. As a result, the fourth polygon involving the rider 300, the support member 750, the rear foot upper portion 101, and the bicycle frame base 12 is deformed.

[0235] As the fourth polygon deforms, the rear foot upper portion 101 drives the rear foot lower portion 102 upward, and the rear foot lower portion 102 drives the rear bottom tube 720 upward. Thus, the first polygon involving the rear foot upper portion 101, the rear foot lower portion 102, the rear bottom tube 720 and the frame base 12 also deforms.

[0236] At the same time, the rear foot upper portion 101 also drives the first connecting member 730 upward, the first connecting member 730 drives the second connecting member 740 upward, and the second connecting member 740 pushes the front foot upper portion 201 upward. As a result, the third polygon involving the rear foot upper portion 101, the first connecting member 730, the second connecting member 740 and the front foot upper portion 201 is also deformed.

[0237] At the same time, the front foot upper portion 201 drives the front foot lower portion 202 upwards, and the front foot lower portion 202 drives the front bottom tube 710 upwards. Therefore, the second polygon involving the front foot upper portion 201, the front foot lower portion 202, the front bottom tube 710 and the frame base 12 is also deformed.

[0238] Finally, the four polygons deform simultaneously, causing the related connecting components to move and gather together, thereby folding the frame 1.

[0239] During the folding process of the vehicle frame 1 , the wheel mechanism of the vehicle frame 1 is also driven, so that the wheel seat 610 and the wheel 600 connected thereto are turned to the folded orientation.

[0240] Specifically, during the deformation of the first polygon involving the rear foot lower portion 102 and the rear bottom tube 720 and the second polygon involving the front foot lower portion 202 and the front bottom tube 710, the rear bottom tube 720 pivots relative to the rear foot lower portion 102, and the front bottom tube 710 pivots relative to the front foot lower portion 202, so that the bottom tube driving portion 701 provided on at least one of the rear bottom tube 720 and the front bottom tube 710 drives the wheel steering positioning member 611 in the wheel seat 610 to move to a non-directional position via the bottom tube transmission assembly, thereby causing the wheel seat 610 and the wheel 600 connected thereto to change from directional to allowing steering.

[0241] Subsequently, the rear bottom tube 720 continues to pivot relative to the rear foot lower portion 102, and the front bottom tube 710 continues to pivot relative to the front foot lower portion 202, so that the bottom tube pushing portion 704 provided on at least one of the rear bottom tube 720 and the front bottom tube 710 pushes the wheel seat follower portion 653 on the wheel seat 610, thereby causing the wheel seat 610 and the wheel 600 connected thereto to turn to a retracted orientation.

[0242] Finally, the various components of the frame 1 are compactly folded together.

[0243] The foregoing embodiments and advantages are merely exemplary and are not to be construed as limitations of the present disclosure. The description herein is intended to be illustrative, not limiting, of the scope of the claims. Numerous alternatives, modifications, and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art. The features, structures, methods, and other characteristics of the exemplary embodiments described herein may be combined in various ways to produce additional and / or alternative exemplary embodiments.
