Description

Information processing device, recycling management system, information processing method, and program

[0001] The present invention relates to an information processing device, a recycle management system, an information processing method, and a program.

[0002] Conventionally, there has been known a resource recovery system that provides recovered resources to a recycling plant as raw materials for products. For example, a resource recovery system is known in which, at multiple collection centers, recovered resources are sorted by type, such as waste paper, scrap iron, PET bottles, aluminum cans, steel cans, etc., and a server is used to collectively manage the types of resources stored at the multiple collection centers and the quantities packaged by a predetermined weight.

[0003] In the conventional technology described above, resources are sorted by type, but the resources are not sorted by the raw material that will become the resource. Therefore, with the conventional technology described above, there is a possibility that multiple materials may be mixed in the sorted resources, making it difficult to trade each material.

[0004] The disclosed technology has been developed in light of the above circumstances, and aims to support material transactions.

[0005] The disclosed technology is an information processing device that communicates with a terminal device of a waste generating business that generates materials that make up waste and a terminal device of a purchasing business that purchases the generated materials, and has a storage control unit that accepts input of material management information from the terminal device of the waste generating business, including information indicating the material quality of the materials and the weight of the materials, and associates the input material management information with the waste generating business information of the input source and stores it in a material management information storage unit, and an information output unit that outputs the material management information associated with the waste generating business to the terminal device of the purchasing business in response to a request from the terminal device of the purchasing business, causing it to be displayed on the terminal device of the purchasing business.

[0006] It can assist in the trading of materials.

FIG. 19 is a fourth diagram illustrating an example of a display of a discharge-side terminal.

[0008] The recycle management system of this embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, recycling using the recycle management system of this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 1A. Fig. 1A is a diagram for explaining recycling.

[0009] In this embodiment, recycling mainly refers to the establishment of a transaction regarding waste.

[0010] At a waste disposal site, waste is disposed of by a waste disposal business operator and is classified into materials. In FIG. 1, the classified materials will be described as material 1.

[0011] At the waste disposal site, the weight of the raw materials 1 is measured using a weighing scale 3, and the quality is measured using a measuring device 600. These measurements may be performed by the waste disposal business operator that discharged the waste. Data indicating the weight and quality of the raw materials 1 is transmitted from a terminal device of the waste disposal business operator (described later) to a recycle management device 200 (described later), and managed by the recycle management device 200.

[0012] After the weight and quality of the materials 1 are measured at the disposal site, the materials 1 are transported to a collection point where they are stored in collection containers 4. At this time, the waste disposal company associates the materials 1 with the collection containers 4. The recycle management device 200 also associates the collection containers 4 that store the materials 1 with data indicating the weight and quality of the materials 1 and the waste disposal company that disposed of the materials 1.

[0013] Therefore, if there are multiple waste disposal businesses, each waste disposal business can determine the maximum weight of material 1 stored in the collection container 4 at the collection point by referring to the information stored in the recycling management device 200.

[0014] The materials 1 stored in the collection container 4 are collected by a purchasing company that purchases waste and reuses it. In other words, the materials 1 stored at the collection point are purchased by a purchasing company.

[0015] The purchasing company can understand the weight and quality of the material 1 stored in the collection container 4 by referring to the data indicating the weight and quality of the material 1 stored in the recycling management device 200.

[0016] Furthermore, the purchasing company can measure the quality of the materials 1 stored in the collection container 4 using the measuring device 700 and confirm the quality of the materials stored in the collection container 4. In this way, the purchasing company can collect the materials 1 after confirming that the data indicating the quality of the materials 1 stored in the recycle management device 200 by the waste generating company matches the data indicating the quality of the materials 1 stored in the collection container 4.

[0017] In this way, in this embodiment, the waste generating business operator who generates the waste and the purchasing business operator who purchases the materials that make up the waste share data indicating the weight and quality of the materials stored in the collection container 4. This facilitates the transaction of materials between the waste generating business operator and the purchasing business operator.

[0083] In the example of Figure 5, in the disposal request information identified by record ID "11," it can be seen that the disposal business identified by disposal business ID "1" wishes to dispose of 40 kg of material "PE," that collection is possible in response to this request, and that a collection request has been made by the purchasing business identified by purchasing business ID "101."

[0084] Also, in the example of Figure 5, in the disposal request information identified by record ID "12," it can be seen that the disposal business identified by disposal business ID "2" wishes to dispose of 10 kg of material "PE," that collection is possible in response to this request, and that a collection request has been made by the purchasing business identified by purchasing business ID "101."

[0085] Therefore, in Figure 5, it can be seen that the purchasing company identified by the purchasing company ID "101" visits the discharge location of the discharging company identified by the discharging company ID "1" and the discharge location of the discharging company identified by the discharging company ID "2" to collect the material "PE."

[0086] It should be noted that the information items included in the discharge request information are not limited to the example shown in Fig. 5. The discharge request information may include items other than those shown in Fig. 5.

[0087] Next, the transaction history information storage unit 255 of this embodiment will be described. The transaction history information storage unit 255 of this embodiment stores transaction history information indicating the history of transactions between a purchasing business and a waste disposal business. The transaction history information may include, for example, the waste disposal business name, the waste disposal business ID, the purchasing business name, the purchasing business ID, the material name, the weight, the waste disposal location, the collection location, and the collection date. The transaction history information may be input by the purchasing business or the waste disposal business upon completion of a transaction. Furthermore, the transaction history information may be automatically stored when the recycle management system 100 receives a notification from the purchasing side terminal 400 indicating that the collection of the material has been completed.

[0088] Next, the functional configuration of each device included in the recycle management system 100 of this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 6. Fig. 6 is a diagram illustrating the functional configuration of each device included in the recycle management system.

[0089] First, we will explain the functions of the recycle management device 200. The recycle management device 200 of this embodiment includes a user information storage unit 230, a material management information storage unit 240, a discharge request information storage unit 250, a transaction history information storage unit 255, and a recycle management unit 260.

[0090] The user information storage unit 230 stores information about users of the services provided by the recycle management device 200. In other words, the user information storage unit 230 stores information about waste disposal businesses and information about purchasing businesses. The material management information storage unit 240 stores material management information. The disposal request information storage unit 250 stores information indicating materials that waste disposal businesses wish to dispose of. In other words, materials that waste disposal businesses wish to dispose of are materials stored at waste disposal businesses and are desired to be collected by purchasing businesses. The transaction history information storage unit 255 stores information about transactions conducted between waste disposal businesses and purchasing businesses.

[0091] The recycle management unit 260 accepts input of material management information from the discharge-side terminal 300 and stores it in the material management information storage unit 240. In addition, the recycle management unit 260 provides the material management information stored in the material management information storage unit 240 to the purchase-side terminal 400 in response to a request from the purchase-side terminal 400.

[0092] In this way, the recycle management device 200 of this embodiment allows the waste disposal company and the purchasing company to share material management information for materials stored at the waste disposal company. The material management information of this embodiment also includes measurement data obtained by measuring the materials with the measuring device 500.

[0093] Therefore, in this embodiment, the waste generating business can make the purchasing business know that the material has not been mixed with other materials. Also, in this embodiment, the purchasing business can confirm that the material it wishes to collect has not been mixed with other materials. In other words, in this embodiment, the waste generating business can make the purchasing business aware of the quality of the material it stores, and the purchasing business can confirm the quality of the material when selecting the material to collect.

[0094] In addition, in this embodiment, information on materials that the waste generating business operator wishes to discard is shared between the waste generating business operator and the purchasing business operator.

[0095] Therefore, in this embodiment, purchasing businesses can be encouraged to collect materials, thereby promoting trading of materials.

[0096] The recycle management device 200 of this embodiment may be a cloud server provided on the Internet. Also, the recycle management device 200 may be realized by a plurality of information processing devices.

[0097] 1, the recycle management device 200 has a configuration including the user information storage unit 230, the material management information storage unit 240, the discharge request information storage unit 250, and the transaction history information storage unit 255. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The user information storage unit 230, the material management information storage unit 240, the discharge request information storage unit 250, and the transaction history information storage unit 255 may be provided in part or in whole in another device that can communicate with the recycle management device 200.

[0098] In the recycling management system 100, the recycling management unit 260 of the recycling management device 200 has an input reception unit 261, a storage control unit 262, a screen information generation unit 263, a material determination unit 264, an information update unit 265, a discharge standard amount calculation unit 266, a recovery feasibility determination unit 267, a report creation unit 268, and an information output unit 269.

[0099] The input receiving unit 261 receives various inputs to the recycle management device 200. Specifically, the input receiving unit 261 receives inputs of waste disposal business information and purchasing business information. The input receiving unit 261 also receives inputs of material management information. The input receiving unit 261 also receives discharge request information from the discharge-side terminal 300. The input receiving unit 261 also receives inputs in response to operations on the discharge-side terminal 300 and the purchasing-side terminal 400.

[0100] The storage control unit 262 controls the storage of information accepted by the input acceptance unit 261. The storage control unit 262 also stores material management information in the material management information storage unit 240. The storage control unit 262 also stores discharge request information in the discharge request information storage unit 250.

[0101] The screen information generating unit 263 generates screen information for displaying various screens on the discharge side terminal 300 and the buy side terminal 400 .

[0102] The material determination unit 264 determines whether the materials discharged by the discharger are of one type of material from the measurement data when registering the material management information in the discharge terminal 300. In other words, the material determination unit 264 determines whether the materials discharged by the discharger contain a mixture of multiple types of materials. The information update unit 265 updates the material management information storage unit 240 and the discharge request information storage unit 250 in response to operations on the discharge terminal 300 and the purchasing terminal 400.

[0103] The discharge standard amount calculation unit 266 calculates the discharge standard amount. The discharge standard amount indicates the amount of compensation that a waste generating business operator receives for discharging a material per unit weight. The processing of the discharge standard amount calculation unit 266 will be described in detail later.

[0104] The recovery possibility determination unit 267 determines whether or not the recovery of the material desired to be discharged is permitted, based on the discharge standard amount calculated by the discharge standard amount calculation unit 266. More specifically, the recovery possibility determination unit 267 determines that the recovery of this material is permitted when the discharge standard amount of the material is a positive value. In other words, in this embodiment, when the discharge standard amount of the material satisfies a predetermined condition, the recovery of the material desired to be discharged by the waste disposal business operator is permitted.

[0105] The report creation unit 268 creates a report on materials discharged over a certain period of time in response to operations from the discharge terminal 300. The information output unit 269 outputs various types of information to the discharge terminal 300 and the buying terminal 400.

[0106] Next, a description will be given of the functions of the discharge terminal 300. The discharge terminal 300 includes a communication control unit 340, an input receiving unit 350, and a display control unit 360.

[0107] The communication control unit 340 controls communication between the discharge terminal 300 and other devices. Specifically, the communication control unit 340 controls communication between the discharge terminal 300 and the measuring device 500 and communication between the discharge terminal 300 and the recycle management device 200.

[0108] The input receiving unit 350 receives various inputs to the discharge terminal 300. The display control unit 360 controls the display on the display 318 (display device) of the discharge terminal 300. The display control unit 360 may be realized by, for example, a browser included in the discharge terminal 300.

[0109] Next, a description will be given of the functions of the buy-side terminal 400. The buy-side terminal 400 has a communication control unit 440, an input receiving unit 450, and a display control unit 460.

[0110] The communication control unit 440 controls communication between the buying-side terminal 400 and other devices. Specifically, the communication control unit 440 controls communication between the buying-side terminal 400 and the recycle management device 200.

[0111] The input receiving unit 450 receives various inputs to the buy-side terminal 400. The display control unit 460 controls the display on the display (display device) of the buy-side terminal 400. The display control unit 460 may be realized by, for example, a browser included in the buy-side terminal 400.

[0112] Next, the operation of the recycle management system 100 of this embodiment will be described. First, the operation when a waste disposal company or a purchasing company registers user information in the recycle management system 100 will be described.

[0113] 7 is a first sequence diagram illustrating the operation of the recycling management system. In the example of FIG. 7, a case where the waste disposal business information transmitted from the discharge side terminal 300 is stored in the recycling management device 200 is described.

[0114] In the recycle management system 100 of this embodiment, the discharge terminal 300 receives, via the input receiving unit 350, an operation for registering a user of the service provided by the recycle management device 200 (step S701). Subsequently, the discharge terminal 300 transmits, via the communication control unit 340, a request for registering user information to the recycle management device 200 (step S702).

[0115] When the recycling management device 200 receives this registration request through the input receiving unit 261, the screen information generating unit 263 generates screen information for displaying the user information registration screen, and the information output unit 269 transmits the screen information to the discharge side terminal 300 (step S703).

[0116] When the discharge terminal 300 receives the screen information, the display control unit 360 displays a user information registration screen (step S704). Next, when the input receiving unit 350 of the discharge terminal 300 receives input of the discharge business operator information (step S705), the communication control unit 340 transmits the discharge business operator information to the recycle management device 200 (step S706).

[0117] When the input receiving unit 261 of the recycling management device 200 receives the input of the waste disposal business information, the storage control unit 262 stores the waste disposal business information in the user information storage unit 230 (step S707).

[0118] The process of registering purchasing business information from the purchasing terminal 400 to the recycle management device 200 is the same as that shown in Fig. 7, except that the discharging terminal 300 in Fig. 7 is replaced with the purchasing terminal 400, and therefore the explanation will be omitted.

[0119] In this embodiment, the discharge side terminal 300 and the purchase side terminal 400 store user information (discharge business information, purchase business information) in the user information storage unit 230, thereby enabling them to use the services provided by the recycling management device 200.

[0120] Next, an operation when the discharge request information is stored in the material management information in the recycle management system 100 will be described with reference to Fig. 8. Fig. 8 is a second sequence diagram illustrating the operation of the recycle management system.

[0121] In the recycle management system 100 of this embodiment, the discharge side terminal 300 receives, via the input receiving unit 350, an operation to display a home screen of the service provided by the recycle management device 200 (step S801). The home screen in this embodiment may be a screen that displays a list of functions provided by the recycle management device 200. The home screen will be described in detail later.

[0122] Next, the discharge-side terminal 300 transmits a request to display the home screen to the recycling management device 200 via the communication control unit 340 (step S802).

[0123] When the recycling management device 200 receives this display request through the input receiving unit 261, the screen information generating unit 263 generates screen information for displaying the home screen, and the information output unit 269 transmits the screen information to the discharge side terminal 300 (step S803).

[0124] When the discharge terminal 300 receives the screen information, the display control unit 360 displays the home screen (step S804). Next, the discharge terminal 300 accepts an operation to select a function for registering material management information on the home screen (step S805), and transmits a display request for the material management information registration screen to the recycle management device 200 via the communication control unit 340 (step S806).

[0125] The recycling management device 200 receives this display request through the input receiving unit 261, generates screen information for the material management information registration screen through the screen information generating unit 263, and transmits the screen information to the discharge side terminal 300 through the information output unit 269 (step S807).

[0126] When the discharge terminal 300 receives the screen information, the display control unit 360 causes the discharge terminal 300 to display a registration screen for material management information (step S808).

[0127] Next, the discharge side terminal 300 acquires the flexible container number of the flexible container that contains the material for which material management information is to be registered (step S809).

[0128] The processing of step S809 will now be described. In this embodiment, a two-dimensional code with an embedded flexible container number is attached to the flexible container in which the material is stored. In this embodiment, the user of the discharge-side terminal 300 uses the imaging function of the discharge-side terminal 300 to read the two-dimensional code attached to the flexible container, thereby obtaining the flexible container number of the flexible container in which the material is stored.

[0129] When the discharge side terminal 300 acquires the flexible container number, the communication control unit 340 transmits a measurement request for the material to the measuring device 500 (step S810).

[0130] Here, the measurement request will be described. In step S810, the measurement request sent from the discharge side terminal 300 to the measuring device 500 requests measurements at multiple different positions inside the flexible container containing the material. In other words, the measurement request in this embodiment requests measurements to be taken at multiple locations inside the flexible container containing the material.

[0131] The measuring device 500 receives the measurement request and performs measurement (step S811). In this embodiment, the measuring device 500 may, for example, display a message instructing the worker carrying the measuring device 500 to perform measurements at multiple locations in response to the measurement request received in step S810. Also, in this embodiment, the discharge side terminal 300 may display a message instructing the worker to perform measurements at multiple locations.

[0132] Next, the measuring device 500 transmits the measurement data to the output terminal 300 (step S812). The transmitted measurement data corresponds to each of the multiple locations. In other words, the measurement data acquired by the output terminal 300 in step S812 is multiple measurement data.

[0133] 8, the measuring device 500 performs measurements at multiple locations and then transmits the measurement data for the multiple locations together to the output terminal 300. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The measuring device 500 may transmit the measurement data to the output terminal 300 every time it performs a measurement.

[0134] When the discharge side terminal 300 acquires the measurement data from the measuring device 500, it transmits the acquired measurement data to the recycle management device 200 (step S813).

[0135] When the recycle management device 200 acquires the plurality of pieces of measurement data, the material determination unit 264 compares the plurality of pieces of measurement data and determines whether the materials indicated by the pieces of measurement data match (step S814). In other words, the material determination unit 264 determines whether the materials stored in the flexible container whose flexible container number has been acquired contain a plurality of types of materials.

[0136] The following operations from step S815 to step S818 are operations of recycle management system 100 when the materials indicated by the respective measurement data match in step S814.

[0137] In step S814, if the materials indicated by the respective measurement data match, the recycle management device 200 transmits an instruction to the discharge side terminal 300 to input the weight of the material (step S815).

[0138] When the discharge terminal 300 receives the input of the weight of the material (step S816), it transmits material information, including the input weight of the material, to the recycle management device 200 (step S817). The material information includes various pieces of information that were input on the registration screen displayed on the discharge terminal 300 in step S808.

[0139] When the recycling management device 200 acquires the material information, the storage control unit 262 associates the measurement data acquired from the discharge side terminal 300 in step S813 with the material information to create material management information, and stores it in the material management information memory unit 240.

[0140] Here, the recycle management device 200 may include the results of analyzing the measurement data in the material management information. That is, in this embodiment, quality information in which the measurement data and the analysis results of the measurement data are associated with each other may be further associated with material information to form the material management information.

[0141] If the materials indicated by the measurement data do not match in step S814, the recycle management device 200 transmits a notice to the discharge terminal 300 indicating that the materials do not match (step S819). The discharge terminal 300 then causes the display control unit 360 to display a notice indicating that the materials do not match (step S820). Specifically, the discharge terminal 300 may display a message indicating that multiple types of materials may be mixed in the flexible container.

[0142] Furthermore, in the recycle management system 100 of this embodiment, a list of material management information registered during a certain period may be displayed on the discharge-side terminal 300. The operations from step S821 to step S825 in Fig. 8 described below may be performed at a different timing independent of the operations from step S801 to step S820 in Fig. 8.

[0143] When the discharge terminal 300 receives an instruction to display a list of material management information registered during a specified period (step S821), the discharge terminal 300 transmits a request to the recycle management device 200 to acquire the list of material management information (step S822). This request may include the discharge business operator ID of the discharge business operator using the discharge terminal 300. This request may also include the period for which the list of material management information is to be displayed.

[0144] When the recycle management device 200 receives this acquisition request, the screen information generating unit 263 extracts from the material management information storage unit 240 the material management information registered during the specified period from the material management information associated with the waste disposal business ID included in the acquisition request, and generates screen information for displaying a list (step S823). Subsequently, the recycle management device 200 transmits the screen information to the discharge side terminal 300 via the information output unit 269 (step S824).

[0145] When the discharge terminal 300 receives this screen information, the display control unit 360 causes the discharge terminal 300 to display a list of material management information registered by its own company (step S825).

[0146] Next, examples of the display of the discharge terminal 300 will be described with reference to Figures 9 to 11. Figure 9 is a first diagram showing an example of the display of the discharge terminal.

[0147] 9 is an example of a home screen displayed on the discharge terminal 300 in step S804 of FIG. 8. In this embodiment, a common home screen may be displayed on both the discharge terminal 300 and the buy-side terminal 400.

[0148] The screen 91 includes display areas 92, 93, 94, and 95, and in each display area, operation buttons for using various services (functions) provided by the recycle management device 200 are displayed.

[0149] The display area 92 displays operation buttons 921 and 2922 for using services related to material management. The operation button 922 is an operation button for displaying a registration screen for material management information.

[0150] In this embodiment, for example, when the operation button 921 is operated on the buying side terminal 400, a screen including an input field for inputting a material name may be displayed. Then, when the material name is input into the input field on the buying side terminal 400, the recycle management device 200 may refer to the material management information storage unit 240 and cause the buying side terminal 400 to display a list of material management information including the input material name for each waste disposal business.

[0151] In this embodiment, for example, when the operation button 921 on the buying-side terminal 400 is operated, an input field for search conditions for searching for materials may be displayed on the buying-side terminal 400. In this case, when the search conditions are input, the recycle management device 200 may extract material management information that satisfies the search conditions from the material management information stored in the material management information storage unit 240 and display the extraction results on the buying-side terminal 400.

[0152] The display area 93 displays operation buttons 931, 932, and 933 for using services related to material disposal. Operation button 931 is an operation button for displaying a list of material disposal amounts (weight) for each waste discharging business. Operation button 932 is an operation button for creating an end-of-month report for each waste discharging business. Operation button 933 is an operation button for displaying an input screen for waste discharging business information.

[0153] The display area 94 displays operation buttons 941, 942, and 943 for using services related to material collection. The operation button 941 is an operation button for displaying a list of resources discarded by waste generating companies. In other words, the operation button 941 is an operation button for displaying a list of discarded materials by waste generating company.

[0154] Operation button 942 is an operation button for a purchasing company to make a material collection request to recycle management device 200. Operation button 943 is an operation button for a purchasing company to display a confirmation screen when actually collecting a material.

[0155] The display area 95 displays operation buttons 951 and 952 for using services related to billing from waste generating businesses to purchasing businesses. The operation button 952 is an operation button for displaying a list of materials for which an invoice needs to be created. The operation button 952 is an operation button for creating an invoice.

[0156] 9 is an example, and the home screen of the service provided by the recycle management device 200 is not limited to this example. The home screen of the service provided by the recycle management device 200 may have a display format and display items different from those shown in the example of FIG.

[0157] Next, the material management information registration screen will be described with reference to Fig. 10. Fig. 10 is a second diagram showing an example of a display on the output terminal.

[0158] A screen 101 shown in FIG. 10 is an example of a registration screen displayed on the discharge terminal 300 in step S808 of FIG.

[0159] The screen 101 includes input fields 102 and 103 , an operation button 104 , a display field 105 , an input field 106 , an operation button 107 , an input field 108 , and an operation button 109 .

[0160] Input field 102 is an input field for inputting the registration date of the material management information. Input field 103 is an input field for inputting the weight of the material. Operation button 104 is an operation button for activating the imaging function of discharge terminal 300. Display field 105 displays the flexible container number read from the two-dimensional code by the imaging function of discharge terminal 300. Input field 106 is an input field for inputting the type of flexible container.

[0161] The operation button 107 is an operation button for requesting measurement from the measuring device 500. The input field 108 is an input field for inputting a weight. The operation button 109 is an operation button for instructing the registration of material management information.

[0162] In this embodiment, when the user of the discharge side terminal 300 operates the operation button 104 and holds the discharge side terminal 300 over the two-dimensional code attached to the flexible container, the discharge side terminal 300 may display the flexible container number read from the two-dimensional code in the display field 105. Note that editing of the flexible container number displayed in the display field 105 may be prohibited. In the example of Fig. 10, a QR code (registered trademark) is used as an example of a two-dimensional code, but the two-dimensional code is not limited to this.

[0163] Furthermore, in the discharge side terminal 300 of this embodiment, once the FIBC number is read, the FIBC type may be selectable in the input field 106. In this embodiment, a FIBC contains one material, and the FIBC type may be associated with the name of the material. Furthermore, in the discharge side terminal 300 of this embodiment, input into the input field 103 may be prohibited from the time the screen 101 is displayed until an instruction to input the weight is received in step S815 of FIG. 8.

[0164] In this embodiment, when operation button 109 is operated after various pieces of information have been input on screen 101, the information input on screen 101 is transmitted as material information to recycle management device 200. Recycle management device 200 associates the previously received measurement data with the material information to generate material management information, and stores the information in material management information storage unit 240.

[0165] In the above description, the measurement data and the material information are transmitted to the recycle management device 200 at different times, but this is not limiting. The material information may be transmitted to the recycle management device 200 in association with the measurement data. In other words, the discharge side terminal 300 may transmit material management information in which the material information and the measurement data are associated with each other to the recycle management device 200.

[0166] Fig. 11 is a third diagram showing an example of a display on the discharge terminal 300. A screen 111 shown in Fig. 11 is displayed on the discharge terminal 300 in step S825 of Fig. 8. This is an example of a screen listing material management information registered during a specified period.

[0167] 11 includes a display field 112 and a display area 113. The display field 112 displays the period specified on the discharge-side terminal 300. The display area 113 displays a list of material management information that is associated with the discharge business operator ID included in the acquisition request sent to the recycle management device 200 in step S822 and whose registration date falls within the period displayed in the display field 112.

[0168] In this manner, this embodiment allows the waste generating business operator to grasp the material management information registered by the business operator within the specified period.

[0169] In this embodiment, the information displayed on the screen 111 shown in Fig. 11 can be output as a report. Details of the report will be described later.

[0170] Next, the operation of the recycle management system 100 of this embodiment when a waste disposal business operator wishes to dispose of materials will be described with reference to Fig. 12. Fig. 12 is a third sequence diagram illustrating the operation of the recycle management system.

[0171] The processing from step S1201 to step S1204 in FIG. 12 is the same as the processing from step S801 to step S804 in FIG. 8, and therefore a description thereof will be omitted.

[0172] The discharge-side terminal 300 accepts an operation to select a function for which the user wishes to discharge materials on the home screen (step S1205), and transmits a display request for the discharge request screen to the recycling management device 200 via the communication control unit 340 (step S1206). Specifically, the operation button 933 (see FIG. 9 ) on the home screen of the discharge-side terminal 300 may be operated. The display request may also include the discharge business operator ID.

[0173] The recycle management device 200 receives this display request, and the screen information generation unit 263 identifies the material management information corresponding to the waste disposal business ID included in the display request from the material management information storage unit 240, and extracts the material information included in the identified material management information (step S1207).

[0174] Next, the screen information generating unit 263 generates screen information of the discharge request screen including a list of the extracted material information, and transmits it to the discharge terminal 300 (step S1208).

[0175] When the discharge terminal 300 receives the screen information, the display control unit 360 displays a discharge request screen (step S1209). The discharge request screen of this embodiment may display a list of material information included in the screen information. In other words, the discharge request screen may display a list of materials stored by a discharge business operator identified by a discharge business operator ID.

[0176] Next, the discharge terminal 300 accepts the selection of material on the discharge request screen (step S1210) and accepts input of the discharge date and weight of the material (step S1211). Next, the discharge terminal 300 transmits a discharge request including information indicating the selected material, the discharge date, and the weight to the recycle management device 200 via the communication control unit 340 (step S1212). At this time, the discharge terminal 300 may input the registration date on which the material management information was registered, and the information indicating the registration date may also be transmitted to the recycle management device 200.

[0177] When the recycle management device 200 receives the discharge request from the discharge-side terminal 300, the recycle permission determining unit 267 determines whether or not the selected material is permitted to be recycled (step S1213).

[0178] Specifically, the recycling management device 200 calculates the standard discharge amount using the information included in the discharge request received from the discharge terminal 300 in step S1212 using the standard discharge amount calculation unit 266. Next, the recovery possibility determination unit 267 determines that the recovery of the material requested for discharge is permitted if the calculated standard discharge amount satisfies predetermined conditions. Details of the processing of the recovery possibility determination unit 267 in step S1213 will be described later.

[0179] Next, the recycling management device 200 causes the storage control unit 262 to store the discharge desire information in the discharge desire information storage unit 250 (step S1214). Specifically, the storage control unit 262 associates the discharge business operator ID received from the discharge-side terminal 300, the information indicating the material, the information indicating the discharge date, the information indicating the weight, and the determination result by the recovery possibility determination unit 267, assigns a record ID to the information, and stores it as discharge desire information in the discharge desire information storage unit 250.

[0180] The operations from step S1215 to step S1218 below are performed when the emission standard amount satisfies the predetermined condition in step S1213. The operations from step S1219 to step S1220 below are performed when the emission standard amount does not satisfy the predetermined condition in step S1213.

[0181] If it is determined in step S1213 that the discharge standard amount satisfies the specified conditions, the recycling management device 200 sends a notification to the purchasing side terminal 400 indicating that new discharge request information has been stored in the discharge request information storage unit 250 (step S1215).

[0182] When the purchasing side terminal 400 receives the notification, the display control unit 460 displays a notification indicating that new discharge request information has been added (step S1216).

[0183] The recycle management device 200 also notifies the discharge terminal 300 of the discharge standard amount calculated in step S1213 and a notice indicating that the material is permitted to be collected (step S1217) via the information output unit 269. The discharge terminal 300 then displays this notice via the display control unit 360 (step S1218).

[0184] If it is determined in step S1213 that the discharge standard amount does not satisfy the predetermined condition, the recycle management device 200 transmits to the discharge terminal 300 the discharge standard amount calculated in step S1213 and a notice indicating that recovery of the material is not permitted (step S1219). The discharge terminal 300 receives this notice and causes the display control unit 360 to display this notice.

[0185] The processing by the recovery determination unit 267 of this embodiment will be described below with reference to Fig. 13. Fig. 13 is a flowchart illustrating the processing by the recycling management device. Fig. 13 shows details of the processing of step S1213 in Fig. 12. The example in Fig. 13 also shows a case where the recovery standard amount for each material is common to all purchasing businesses.

[0186] The recovery possibility determination unit 267 of this embodiment acquires the recovery standard amount of the material selected in step S1210 of Fig. 12 (step S1301). Next, the recycle management device 200 uses the discharge standard amount calculation unit 266 to calculate the cost of recovering the selected material (step S1302).

[0187] The cost of collecting the materials includes the transportation fee for visiting multiple discharge locations to transport the materials to the collection location, labor costs for the work until the materials are collected, etc. The transportation fee may be calculated according to the route from the discharge location to the collection location.

[0188] Next, the recycle management device 200 calculates the discharge standard amount of the material by the discharge standard amount calculation unit 266 (step S1303). Specifically, the discharge standard amount calculation unit 266 calculates the discharge standard amount of the material based on the following formula 1.

[0189] Discharge standard amount of material × weight = recovery standard amount × weight - cost related to recovery of material (Formula 1) Next, the recovery possibility determination unit 267 determines whether the discharge standard amount calculated in step S1303 is a positive value (step S1304). In other words, the recovery possibility determination unit 267 determines whether the discharge standard amount is positive or not.

[0190] In step S1304, if the discharge standard amount is a positive value, the recovery determination unit 267 determines that the discharge standard amount satisfies the predetermined condition (step S1305).In step S1304, if the discharge standard amount is a negative value, the recovery determination unit 267 determines that the discharge standard amount does not satisfy the predetermined condition (step S1306).

[0191] In this embodiment, whether or not the waste disposal business operator is permitted to collect the material they wish to dispose of is determined based on the standard amount of waste disposal per unit weight of the material to be disposed of. In other words, in this embodiment, if the standard amount of waste disposal per unit weight of the material to be disposed of is a positive value, the purchase business operator is permitted to collect the material.

[0192] In this embodiment, the predetermined condition is that the emission standard amount is a positive value, but it is not limited to this. The predetermined condition may be, for example, that the emission standard amount is equal to or greater than a certain amount. In this way, by setting the predetermined condition in advance, collection by the purchasing company is permitted only when a certain profit is expected for the waste generating company.

[0193] In this embodiment, by setting certain conditions for the standard discharge amount when collecting materials, it is possible to prevent waste generators from suffering disadvantages by disposing of materials, and to promote the trading of materials.

[0194] Furthermore, in this embodiment, each time a waste disposal business operator wishes to dispose of a material, the waste disposal standard price of the material that the waste disposal business operator wishes to dispose of can be ascertained. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the waste disposal business operator can be made to understand the value of the material.

[0195] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the heavier the material to be discarded, the higher the standard discharge fee tends to be. Specifically, for example, suppose the total weight of the material desired to be discarded is approximately 80% of the maximum load weight of the bed of the collection truck. In this case, if the maximum load weight of the truck bed is increased to approach 100% for the same material, more material can be collected without increasing the transportation fee. Therefore, the standard discharge fee will be higher accordingly.

[0196] In this embodiment, by notifying the waste generating business operator of such a change in the discharge standard amount, the waste generating business operator can be encouraged to provide materials, and trading of materials can be promoted.

[0197] Next, the operation of the recycle management system 100 of this embodiment when a purchasing business requests the collection of materials will be described with reference to Fig. 14. Fig. 14 is a fourth sequence diagram illustrating the operation of the recycle management system.

[0198] The processing from step S1401 to step S1404 in FIG. 14 is the same as the processing from step S801 to step S804 in FIG. 8 except that the discharging terminal 300 is the buying terminal 400, and therefore a description thereof will be omitted.

[0199] The buying-side terminal 400 accepts an operation to select a function for requesting collection of materials on the home screen (step S1405), and the communication control unit 440 transmits a display request for a collection request screen to the recycle management device 200 (step S1406). Specifically, on the buying-side terminal 400, an operation button 942 (see FIG. 9 ) on the home screen may be operated. The display request may also include a buying business ID.

[0200] The recycle management device 200 receives the display request and causes the screen information generating unit 263 to acquire the desired discharge information stored in the desired discharge information storage unit 250 (step S1407). Note that the desired discharge information acquired at this time may be the desired discharge information in which the value of the purchasing business operator ID is not stored.

[0201] Next, the screen information generating unit 263 generates screen information for a collection request screen including a list of desired discharge information, and transmits it to the buying-side terminal 400 (step S1408).

[0202] When the buying side terminal 400 receives the screen information, the display control unit 460 displays a collection request screen (step S1409). The collection request screen of this embodiment may display a list of the discharge request information included in the screen information.

[0203] In this case, if there is a desired waste disposal information for which collection requests have been made by multiple purchasing businesses, a notification indicating this may be displayed on the collection request screen. In this way, the purchasing business can offer better conditions to the waste disposal business, thereby increasing the possibility of collecting the desired material. Better conditions may be conditions that result in a higher waste disposal standard price, such as a lower collection standard price or a lower transportation fee.

[0204] Next, the buying terminal 400 accepts the selection of the material on the collection request screen (step S1410) and the input of the collection date (step S1411). Next, the buying terminal 400 transmits information indicating the selected material and information indicating the collection date to the recycle management device 200 via the communication control unit 440 (step S1412).

[0205] When the recycle management device 200 receives the information from the purchasing terminal 400, the information update unit 265 updates the disposal request information corresponding to the selected material (step S1413). Specifically, the information update unit 265 stores the purchasing business ID acquired in step S1406 as the value of the item "purchasing business ID" in the disposal request information of the selected material.

[0206] Next, the recycle management device 200 transmits a notification indicating that a collection request has been made to the discharge terminal 300 associated with the discharge business operator ID included in the discharge request information (step S1414). This notification includes the material for which the collection request has been made and the collection date.

[0207] When the discharge terminal 300 receives this notification, the display control unit 360 displays a notification indicating the material for which the collection request has been made and the collection date (step S1415).

[0208] An example of a collection request screen displayed on the buy-back terminal 400 will now be described with reference to Fig. 15. Fig. 15 is a first diagram showing an example of a display on the buy-back terminal.

[0209] A screen 150 shown in FIG. 15 is an example of a collection request screen displayed on the buy-side terminal 400 in step S1409 of FIG.

[0210] Screen 150 includes display areas 151 and 152, an input field 153, and operation buttons 154. Display area 151 displays a notice indicating that this is a list of desired discharge information, and display area 152 displays a list 152a of desired discharge information and a selection field 152b for selecting materials for which a collection request is to be made, in association with each other.

[0211] Input field 153 is an input field for inputting the collection date of the selected material. Operation button 154 is an operation button for transmitting a collection request for the selected material to recycle management device 200.

[0212] In this embodiment, on screen 150, when a material is selected in selection field 152b and a collection date is entered in input field 153, and then operation button 154 is operated, a collection request including the material and the collection date may be sent to recycle management device 200.

[0213] In this embodiment, a request for collection can be made to a purchasing company after understanding the materials and weights that each of the multiple waste generating companies wishes to discard. Therefore, the purchasing company can collect the desired weight of materials.

[0214] In this embodiment, for example, when discharge request information is selected from the list of discharge request information 152a, material management information identified from the selected discharge request information may be displayed on the purchasing side terminal 400.

[0215] Specifically, for example, when discharge desire information 155 is selected from list of discharge desire information 152a, recycle management device 200 may identify material management information corresponding to discharge desire information 155 from the name of the waste disposal business operator, the material name, etc. included in the selected discharge desire information. Then, recycle management device 200 may cause purchaser terminal 400 to display the identified material management information. In other words, recycle management device 200 may cause purchaser terminal 400 to refer to quality information of the material that purchaser terminal 400 is considering purchasing.

[0216] In other words, the recycle management device 200 of this embodiment outputs material management information associated with the waste disposal business operator to the recycle terminal 400 in response to a request from the recycle terminal 400 .

[0217] In addition, in this embodiment, even if the purchasing company does not make a collection request, if the materials to be collected and the collection date are predetermined, the collection request may be made on the collection date. In this embodiment, by doing so, even if the collection date arrives, it is possible to prevent collection from starting in a state that causes disadvantage to the waste generating company.

[0218] In addition, in this embodiment, when collecting materials, the purchasing company may measure the materials to be collected using measuring equipment 700, and decide whether or not to collect the materials based on the measurement data showing the results of measuring the materials using measuring equipment 700.

[0219] Furthermore, in this embodiment, when a display item included in the list 152a of desired discharge information is selected on the screen 150, the list 152a of desired discharge information may be filtered in accordance with the selected display item, and the filtered results may be displayed. More specifically, for example, the list 152a of desired discharge information may be filtered by the name of the waste discharging business, weight, material name, etc.

[0220] In this embodiment, filtering the list 152a of desired disposal information by material name is particularly useful because it allows the purchasing company to grasp the materials that are desired to be disposed of.

[0221] The operation of the recycle management system 100 when a purchasing company collects materials will be described below with reference to Fig. 16. Fig. 16 is a fifth sequence diagram illustrating the operation of the recycle management system.

[0222] The processing from step S1601 to step S1604 in FIG. 16 is the same as the processing from step S801 to step S804 in FIG. 8 except that the discharging terminal 300 is the buying terminal 400, and therefore a description thereof will be omitted.

[0223] The buying-side terminal 400 accepts an operation to display a confirmation screen for collecting materials on the home screen (step S1605), and the communication control unit 440 transmits a display request for the collection confirmation screen to the recycle management device 200 (step S1606). Specifically, on the buying-side terminal 400, the operation button 943 (see FIG. 9 ) on the home screen may be operated. The display request may also include the buying business ID.

[0224] The recycle management device 200 receives this display request, and the screen information generating unit 263 refers to the discharge request information corresponding to the material selected in step S1410 of Fig. 14 to identify the material to be collected by the purchasing business (step S1607). Next, the screen information generating unit 263 generates screen information for a collection confirmation screen including information identifying the material to be collected, and transmits the screen information to the purchasing side terminal 400 (step S1608). Note that the screen information may also include information indicating the weight of the material to be collected by the purchasing business.

[0225] When the buying side terminal 400 receives the screen information, the display control unit 460 displays a collection confirmation screen (step S1609). The collection confirmation screen of this embodiment may display information specifying the material included in the screen information.

[0226] Next, the purchasing terminal 400 acquires the flexible container number of the flexible container containing the material to be collected by the purchasing company (step S1610).

[0227] When the purchasing side terminal 400 acquires the flexible container number, the communication control unit 440 transmits a measurement request for the material to the measuring device 700 (step S1611).

[0228] The processing from step S1611 to step S1614 in FIG. 16 is the same as the processing from step S810 to step S813 in FIG. 8 except that the discharging terminal 300 is the buying terminal 400, and therefore a description thereof will be omitted.

[0229] When the recycling management device 200 acquires the measurement data from the purchasing terminal 400, the material determination unit 264 determines whether the material stored in the FIBC matches the material that the purchasing company plans to collect (step S1615).

[0230] The processing of step S1615 will be further described below. When the recycle management device 200 of this embodiment receives measurement data from the buying terminal 400, the material determination unit 264 references the material management information storage unit 240 to identify material management information including the FIBC number acquired in step S1610, and acquires quality information included in the identified material management information. The material determination unit 264 then determines whether the acquired quality information matches the quality of the material indicated by the measurement data acquired from the buying terminal 400. In other words, the material determination unit 264 determines whether the information indicating the material quality indicated by the acquired quality information matches the information indicating the material quality indicated by the measurement data acquired from the buying terminal 400. The information indicating the material quality is an example of measurement data.

[0231] The following operations from step S1616 to step S1619 are operations of recycle management system 100 when the materials indicated by the respective measurement data match in step S1615.

[0232] In step S1615, if the quality of the material indicated by the quality information matches the quality of the material indicated by the measurement data acquired from the buying terminal 400, the recycle management device 200 uses the information output unit 269 to send a notification to the buying terminal 400 instructing it to collect the material (step S1616). Specifically, for example, the recycle management device 200 may send a message to the buying terminal 400 indicating that the material and its quality stored in the flexible container match the material and its quality to be collected. The notification sent from the recycle management device 200 to the buying terminal 400 in step S1616 may be displayed on the collection confirmation screen of the buying terminal 400.

[0233] When the purchasing terminal 400 receives input of information on the collection confirmation screen indicating that the purchasing company has completed the material collection work (step S1617), it sends a notification to the recycling management device 200 indicating that the material collection has been completed (step S1618).

[0234] When the recycle management device 200 receives a notification from the purchase-side terminal 400 indicating that the collection of the materials has been completed, the recycle management device 200 transmits this notification to the discharge-side terminal 300 (step S1619).

[0235] In step S1615, if the quality of the material indicated by the quality information does not match the quality of the material indicated by the measurement data acquired from the buying terminal 400, the recycle management device 200 transmits the determination result to the buying terminal 400 via the information output unit 269 (step S1620). The buying terminal 400 may display this determination result on a collection confirmation screen.

[0236] Next, the recycle management device 200 refers to the material management information including the flexible container number acquired in step S1610, and identifies the waste disposal business operator of the material (step S1621).

[0237] Next, the recycling management apparatus 200 notifies the discharge terminal 300 of the identified waste disposal business operator of the determination result via the information output unit 269 (step S1622).

[0238] Next, the information update unit 265 of the recycle management device 200 refers to the user information storage unit 230 and updates the waste disposal business operator identified in step S1621 so as to lower the rank in the waste disposal business operator information 231 (step S1623).

[0239] In this way, in this embodiment, when the purchasing company actually collects the material, it measures the quality of the material using measuring equipment 700, and can check in the recycle management device 200 whether the quality matches that of the material to be collected.

[0240] Therefore, the recycle management system 100 of this embodiment can support smooth transactions between waste generating businesses and purchasing businesses.

[0241] Furthermore, the recycle management device 200 of this embodiment may display on the purchase-side terminal 400 a list of materials stored by the waste disposal company, in addition to the collection request.

[0242] Specifically, when operation button 921 (see Figure 9) is selected on the home screen displayed on the purchasing terminal 400, the recycling management device 200 may cause the purchasing terminal 400 to display a screen containing a list of materials stored by each waste disposal business, for each waste disposal business.

[0243] 17 is a second diagram showing an example of a display on a purchasing terminal. Screen 171 includes a display field 172. Display field 172 displays a list of material information for stored materials for each waste disposal business operator. In this embodiment, when specific material information is selected from the list of material information displayed in display field 172, quality information associated with the selected material information may be displayed on screen 171.

[0244] In this embodiment, by doing this, the purchasing company can understand the quality of the material when considering a request to collect the material.

[0245] In addition, the material information in this embodiment includes the amount of greenhouse gas reduction, allowing purchasing companies and the like to recognize the degree to which the emitting company is contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals.

[0246] Furthermore, in this embodiment, when a display item is selected in the display field 172 on the screen 171, the list of material information displayed in the display field 172 may be filtered in accordance with the selected display item, and the filtered results may be displayed. More specifically, for example, the list of material information may be filtered by the name of the waste generating business, weight, material name, waste generating location, etc.

[0247] In this embodiment, filtering the list of material information by material name is particularly useful as it allows purchasing businesses to view material information on stored materials.

[0248] In this embodiment, after the materials are collected by the purchasing company, an evaluation of the waste generating company that discarded the materials may be input to the purchasing terminal 400. In this embodiment, the standard discharge amount may be changed depending on the evaluation of the waste generating company. For example, for a waste generating company with a high evaluation, a profit corresponding to the evaluation may be added to the standard discharge amount calculated by the standard discharge amount calculation unit 266.

[0249] Furthermore, the screen 171 may be displayed on the discharge terminal 300 when the operation button 921 is selected on the home screen displayed on the discharge terminal 300 .

[0250] Next, the operation of the recycle management system 100 of this embodiment when a report on materials discarded by a waste disposal business operator is created will be described with reference to Fig. 18. Fig. 18 is a sixth sequence diagram illustrating the operation of the recycle management system.

[0251] The processing from step S1801 to step S1804 in FIG. 18 is the same as the processing from step S801 to step S804 in FIG. 8, and therefore description thereof will be omitted.

[0252] The discharge terminal 300 accepts an operation to select a function for creating a report on the home screen (step S1805), and transmits a display request for a report creation screen to the recycling management device 200 via the communication control unit 340 (step S1806). Specifically, on the discharge terminal 300, the operation button 932 (see FIG. 9 ) on the home screen may be operated. The display request may also include the waste disposal business operator ID.

[0253] The recycle management apparatus 200 receives this display request, and causes the screen information generating unit 263 to transmit screen information for displaying the report creation screen to the discharge terminal 300 (step S1807).

[0254] When the discharge terminal 300 receives the screen information, the display control unit 360 displays the report creation screen (step S1808). The report creation screen may include, for example, an input field for inputting the aggregation period.

[0255] When an operation to instruct the creation of a report is performed on the report creation screen (step S1809), the discharge side terminal 300 transmits a report creation request (step S1810) to the recycling management device 200. This creation request may include information indicating the counting period.

[0256] When the recycling management device 200 receives a creation request, the report creation unit 268 references the material management information storage unit 240, extracts the material information registered during the specified period, and creates a report that summarizes the values of each item included in the material information (step S1811).

[0257] Next, the recycling management apparatus 200 transmits the generated report to the discharge terminal 300 via the information output unit 269 (step S1812). Upon receiving the report, the discharge terminal 300 displays a report screen including the report (step S1813).

[0258] An example of a report display will be described below with reference to Fig. 19. Fig. 19 is a fourth diagram showing an example of a display on the output terminal.

[0259] A screen 191 shown in FIG. 19 is an example of a report screen displayed on the discharge terminal 300 in step S1813 of FIG.

[0260] Screen 191 includes display areas 192, 193, and 194. Display area 192 displays the period for which the material information was compiled. Display area 193 displays the results of compiling values for each item included in the material information. Display area 194 displays a list of material information stored in recycle management device 200 during the compilation period.

[0261] In this embodiment, by outputting a report for each specified period, waste generating businesses can be made aware of the type and weight of materials they have emitted, the amount of greenhouse gas reduction, etc., for each specified period.

[0262] In the above-described embodiment, the purchasing company also functions as a collection company, and collects and purchases materials discarded by the waste disposal company, but this is not limited to this. The materials discarded by the waste disposal company may be collected by the collection company and then purchased by the purchasing company.

[0263] A modified example of the system configuration in this embodiment will be described below: Fig. 20 is a diagram showing another example of the system configuration of the recycle management system.

[0264] The recycle management system 100A includes a recycle management device 200, a terminal device 300, a terminal device 400, a measuring instrument 500, and a terminal device 600.

[0265] In the recycle management system 100A of this embodiment, the recycle management device 200, the terminal device 300, the terminal device 400, and the terminal device 600 are connected via a network such as the Internet. In the recycle management system 100A of this embodiment, the terminal device 600 is a terminal device that is mainly used by the collection business operator.

[0266] In cases where a collection business operator exists independently, as in recycle management system 100A, management of quality information on materials discharged by a waste disposal business operator may be performed by terminal device 600. Specifically, in recycle management system 100A, measurement data acquired by discharge terminal 300 may be transmitted to terminal device 600, which may analyze the measurement data and generate quality information including the analysis results. The quality information generated by terminal device 600 may be transmitted from terminal device 600 to recycle management device 200, where it may be used as material management information associated with the material information.
