Claims
1. A computer-implemented method for determining whether a user's location is included in a three-dimensional advertising contact area of an outdoor advertisement; determining whether the outdoor advertisement is included in the user's field of view at the location; and determining that the user is in contact with the outdoor advertisement at the location in response to determining that the user's location is included in the advertising contact area and that the outdoor advertisement is included in the field of view.
2. The advertisement contact determination method according to claim 1, further comprising a step of setting the advertisement contact area based on placement information regarding the outdoor advertisement, wherein the step of determining whether the user's position is included in the advertisement contact area comprises: a step of determining whether a first position of the user is included in the advertisement contact area; and a step of determining whether a second position of the user, which is acquired temporally after the first position, is included in the advertisement contact area, wherein the step of determining whether the outdoor advertisement is included in the user's field of view at the position comprises: a step of determining a movement direction of the user based on the first position and the second position; a step of determining the user's field of view at the second position based on the movement direction and the second position; and a step of determining whether the outdoor advertisement is included in the user's field of view at the second position, wherein the step of determining whether the user is in contact with the outdoor advertisement at the position comprises: a step of determining whether the user is in contact with the outdoor advertisement at the second position in response to a determination that the first position and the second position are included in the advertisement contact area and that the outdoor advertisement is included in the user's field of view at the second position.
3. The method for determining whether or not the user is in contact with the outdoor advertisement at the location, as described in claim 1, further comprising a step of determining that the user is not in contact with the outdoor advertisement at the location in response to a determination that the user's location is not included in the advertising contact area or that the outdoor advertisement is not included within the field of view at the location.

The method for determining exposure to an advertisement as described in claim 1, wherein the step of determining whether the outdoor advertisement is included in the field of view includes the steps of: determining whether a certain portion or more of the outdoor advertisement in the horizontal direction is included in the horizontal field of view of the user; and determining whether a certain portion or more of the outdoor advertisement in the vertical direction is included in the vertical field of view of the user.
5. The method for determining advertisement contact according to claim 1, wherein the user's location is a two-dimensional location composed of latitude and longitude.
6. The method for determining advertisement contact according to claim 1, wherein the user's location is a three-dimensional location composed of latitude, longitude, and altitude.
7. The method for determining advertising contact as described in claim 1, further comprising the steps of: acquiring people flow data including multiple location information of multiple users; and acquiring information indicating the locations of the users from the people flow data.
8. The method for determining exposure to an advertisement according to claim 6, further comprising the step of determining or correcting the altitude of the user's location based on the attribute information of the user.
9. The method for determining contact with an advertisement according to claim 1, further comprising the step of determining, when the user is in contact with the outdoor advertisement at the location, a contact time during which the user is in contact with the outdoor advertisement.

The step of determining whether the user's location is included in the advertisement contact area further includes a step of determining whether a third location of the user, which is acquired temporally next to the second location, is included in the advertisement contact area; the step of determining whether the outdoor advertisement is included in the user's field of view at the location further includes a step of determining a second movement direction of the user based on the second location and the third location; a step of determining a second field of view of the user at the third location based on the second movement direction and the third location; and a step of determining whether the outdoor advertisement is included in the second field of view; and the step of determining that the user is in contact with the outdoor advertisement at the location further includes a step of determining that the user is in contact with the outdoor advertisement at the third location in response to a determination that the second location and the third location are included in the advertisement contact area and that the outdoor advertisement is included in the second field of view, 3. The method for determining contact with an advertisement according to claim 2, further comprising a step of determining, when the user is in contact with the outdoor advertisement at the second location and the third location, a contact time during which the user was in contact with the outdoor advertisement based on a time interval between the acquisition time of the second location and the acquisition time of the first location, and a time interval between the acquisition time of the third location and the acquisition time of the second location.
11. The advertisement contact determination method according to claim 1, further comprising a step of generating advertisement contact user management data including information on a plurality of users who have come into contact with the outdoor advertisement.
12. The method for determining advertising contact as described in claim 1, wherein the step of setting the advertising contact area includes a step of setting the distance of the advertising contact area in the depth direction based on the type and / or dimensions of the outdoor advertisement.
13. The method for determining whether or not the user is in contact with the outdoor advertisement as described in claim 1, further comprising the steps of: identifying an obstacle that obstructs the visibility of the outdoor advertisement in the advertisement contact area; setting at least a portion of the area surrounding the obstacle as an obstacle area; and, depending on whether or not the user's position is determined to be included in the obstacle area, determining that the user is not in contact with the outdoor advertisement at the position.
14. A non-transitory computer-readable medium bearing instructions that, when executed, cause a computer to perform the method for determining advertising exposure of any one of claims 1 to 13.
15. An advertisement contact determination device comprising: at least one processor; and a memory that stores computer-readable instructions, wherein, when the computer-readable instructions are executed by the processor, the advertisement contact determination device executes the advertisement contact determination method described in any one of claims 1 to 13.
