Abstract
Description
[0001] CLAMPING SOCKET ALIGNMENT APPARATUS
[0002] Technical Field:
[0003] The invention relates to the alignment of sockets placed in walls in the electrical and construction industry.
[0004] The invention relates to an alignment apparatus for easy and practical alignment of sockets on the wall of a newly constructed building or an area in which painting, maintenance or renovation is carried out.
[0005] State of the Art:
[0006] Electronic products require electrical energy. The plug, one of the most important parts of electrical equipment, is produced in a variety of types that fit perfectly into the holes of the electrical socket. A plug is a small plastic object with metal inlets at the end, which connects electricity to the main source. When the plugs are connected to the sockets, the connection with electricity is ensured.
[0007] In order to ensure a proper fit between plug and socket, the sockets must be properly aligned in their housings in the wall. In the state of the art, electronic equipment and spirit levels are used for this. A spirit level, level, or simply a balance is an instrument for determining the horizontality of planes or lines, consisting of a glass cylinder filled with water with air bubbles and a wooden bearing. However, even in this way the sockets can be incorrectly positioned. This is because there is no fit between the spirit level and the socket.
[0008] In the state of the art, the electronic equipment used as alignment elements are costly products. It is therefore not accessible to everyone.
[0009] As a result, there is a need for a new socket alignment apparatus that overcomes the state of the art and eliminates its disadvantages. Summary of the Invention:
[0010] The invention is a socket alignment apparatus which exceeds the state of the art, overcomes its disadvantages and has additional advantages.
[0011] The object of the invention is to provide an apparatus for mounting sockets in alignment by clamping them.
[0012] Another object of the invention is to provide an apparatus for properly aligning a socket on the wall, which is removed and inserted during renovation or which is newly inserted in the wall.
[0013] Another object of the invention is to provide a socket alignment apparatus for aligning sockets, which is easy to use, low cost and accessible to everyone.
[0014] Another object of the invention is to provide a new apparatus for high-precision alignment with vertical and horizontal balances it contains.
[0015] Another object of the invention is to provide an apparatus for positioning all sockets in a room at the same height above the ground by means of a laser measuring equipment it contains.
[0016] The invention is a socket alignment apparatus for aligning the sockets. It comprises at least one body, a clamping apparatus that grips and clamps the sockets in said body, vertical and horizontal balances, and a laser that measures the distance to the ground.
[0017] Description of the Drawings:
[0018] The invention will be described with reference to the accompanying figures, so that the features of the invention will be more clearly understood. However, this is not intended to limit the invention to these specific embodiments. On the contrary, it is also intended to cover all alternatives, modifications and equivalents that may be included within the field of the invention defined by the appended claims. It is to be understood that the details shown are shown solely for the purpose of describing the preferred embodiments of the present invention and are presented for the purpose of providing the most useful and easily understood description of both the embodiment of the methods and the rules and conceptual features of the invention. In the drawings,

[0033] Description of the Invention:
[0034] In this detailed description, the alignment apparatus (1 ) according to the invention is only described with the examples without any limiting effect for a better understanding of the subject.
[0035] Fig. 1 shows the perspective view of the alignment apparatus (1 ) according to the invention. Accordingly, the invention has a body (10) which can be attached to the case of the sockets. Said body (10) is connected to the clamping part (13) by means of a shaft (15) and a spring. The clamping part (13) and the body (10) approach and move away from each other on the axis of the shaft (15) and can grip the socket case with their tabs (14). The shaft (13) between the body (10) and the clamping part (13) allows the clamping part (13) to move linearly on the axis of the shaft (13), thus ensuring compatibility with different socket case dimensions. Since the shaft (15) also contains a spring, the body (10) is attached with the clamping part (13) to the socket case. In the invention, this operation can be performed manually or by means of a button on the body
[0036] (10). Said button can be used to move the clamping part (13) and the body (10) closer and further apart.
[0037] In the invention, the alignment function is provided by the vertical balance housing (11 ) and the horizontal balance housing (12) on the body (10). Said vertical balance housing
[0038] (11 ) comprises a spirit level or electronic balance for aligning the socket case in the vertical direction, while said horizontal balance housing (12) comprises a spirit level or electronic balance for aligning the socket case in the horizontal direction.
[0039] In the invention, the body (10) comprises a laser (16) measuring equipment for measuring the distance between the ground and the socket in order to place the sockets in an enclosed space at a height at the same distance from the ground. In this way, all sockets in the room can be placed at an equal height, the first screw in the installation of the socket can be inserted properly, and the other screws can be aligned properly.
[0040] Alternative designs are possible in the invention. For example, the body (10) may have a center opening, as shown in fig 2, that aligns with a socket, and may have a design with screw openings (17) on the edges of the center opening for fixing the socket to the wall. The screw openings (17) provide space for tightening the bolts of the sockets when installing double or triple sockets side by side. As can be seen in the figure, the same design can comprise a horizontal balance housing (12) and a vertical balance housing (11 )-
