[0024] In the description of the present application, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified and limited, the terms "mounting", "connection" and "connection" should be understood in a broad sense, for example, it can be fixedly connected, or it can be detachably connected, or integrally connected; it can be mechanically connected, or it can be electrically connected; it can be directly connected, or it can be indirectly connected through an intermediate medium. For those skilled in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in the present application can be understood according to the specific circumstances.
[0025] Please refer to FIGS. 1-11, the present application discloses a circuit board assembly, the disclosed circuit board assembly includes a circuit board 100, a shielding cover 200, a first electronic device and a second electronic device 300.
[0026] The circuit board 100 is used to provide a mounting base for other components of the circuit board assembly, and plays a circuit system function. Among them, the circuit board 100 has a first board surface 110, the first electronic device, the second electronic device 300 and the shielding cover 200 are all arranged on the first board surface 110, specifically, the circuit board 100 can be a printed circuit board.
[0027] The shielding cover 200 is a core component for limiting the second electronic device 300 in the circuit board assembly. The shielding cover 200 is fixedly installed on the first board surface 110 and covers the first electronic device to avoid the first electronic device from being interfered by electromagnetic waves. The shielding cover 200 is located on one side of the second electronic device 300 and contacts the second electronic device 300 in the first direction, so that the shielding cover 200 can be used to limit the second electronic device 300 in the first direction. That is, the shielding cover 200 can play a dual role in the circuit board assembly, so that the shielding cover 200 can be more fully utilized.
[0028] In addition, it should be noted that the first direction is the arrangement direction of the second electronic device 300 and the shielding cover 200 on the first board surface 110.
[0029] The circuit board assembly disclosed in the embodiments of the present application improves the structure of the circuit board assembly related to the prior art, contacts the shielding cover 200 with the second electronic device 300, and makes the shielding cover 200 contact the second electronic device 300 in the first direction, so that the second electronic device 300 can be limited in the first direction by the shielding cover 200, so as to fully utilize the shielding cover 200, avoid additional positioning members that need to be fixed on the circuit board 100 to limit the second electronic device 300, and make the structure avoid additional occupation of the layout area of the circuit board 100 while limiting the second electronic device 300, thereby avoiding waste of the layout area of the circuit board 100 and being beneficial to improving the utilization rate of the layout area of the circuit board 100.
[0030] In further technical solutions, the shielding cover 200 can include a cover body 210 and a limiting part 220. The cover body 210 can be fixedly installed on the first board surface 110 and can cover the first electronic device to realize electromagnetic shielding of the first electronic device. The limiting part 220 can be connected with the cover body 210, and the limiting part 220 can be at least partially higher than the surface of the cover body 210 away from the first board surface 110, that is, the limiting part 220 protrudes from the surface of the cover body 210 away from the first board surface 110, and the limiting part 220 can be used to limit the second electronic device 300 in the first direction.
[0031] In this structure, since the limiting part 220 can be at least partially higher than the surface of the cover body 210 away from the first board surface 110, the limiting part 220 can contact a higher part of the second electronic device 300, so as to better limit the second electronic device 300.
[0032] Of course, the cover body 210 can also be in contact with the second electronic device 300, so that the second electronic device 300 can be positioned in the first direction by the cover body 210, thereby avoiding the increase of manufacturing cost caused by the additional positioning part 220, and thereby facilitating the saving of manufacturing cost.
[0033] Referring to FIGS. 1-2, the cover body 210 and the positioning part 220 can be in a split structure, the positioning part 220 can include a connecting part 221 and a first bending part 222 connected to each other, the connecting part 221 can be fixed to the surface of the cover body 210 facing away from the first plate surface 110, the first bending part 222 can be bent towards the direction away from the first plate surface 110, and can be used to position the second electronic device 300 in the first direction. Of course, the end of the first bending part 222 facing away from the first plate surface 110 can be higher than the surface of the cover body 210 facing away from the first plate surface 110, so as to better position the second electronic device 300.
[0034] In order to improve the reliability of the positioning cooperation between the positioning part 220 and the second electronic device 300, the extension direction of the first bending part 222 can be perpendicular to the extension direction of the connecting part 221, thereby facilitating the first bending part 222 to fit the second electronic device 300, so that the first bending part 222 and the second electronic device 300 can have a larger contact area, thereby facilitating the improvement of the reliability of the contact between the first bending part 222 and the second electronic device 300, and thereby making the positioning cooperation between the positioning part 220 and the second electronic device 300 more reliable.
[0035] In addition, the connecting part 221 can be fixedly connected to the cover body 210 by welding, specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the connecting part 221 can have a plurality of welding points, so as to be fixed on the surface of the cover body 210 facing away from the first plate surface 110 by spot welding, and such connection mode is simple to operate and easy to implement. Of course, the connecting part 221 can also be fixedly connected to the cover body 210 by adhesion, which is not limited in the present application.
[0036] Referring to FIGS. 4-7, the cover body 210 and the positioning part 220 can be in an integrated structure, and the positioning part 220 can be connected to the first side wall 212 of the cover body 210, and the first side wall 212 can be adjacent to the positioning part 220, so as to facilitate the connection of the positioning part 220 to the first side wall 212 of the cover body 210, and such structure does not need to install the positioning part 220 on the cover body 210, thereby being capable of simplifying the installation steps, and thereby facilitating the improvement of the installation efficiency.
[0037] In one embodiment, the first end of the limiting portion 220 can be bent from the end of the first side wall 212 adjacent to the first plate surface 110 and can extend away from the first plate surface 110, and the second end of the limiting portion 220 can be higher than the surface of the cover body 210 facing away from the first plate surface 110, so that the limiting portion 220 can contact the higher part of the second electronic device 300, thereby better limiting the second electronic device 300.
[0038] Alternatively, the cover body 210 and the limiting portion 220 connected thereto can be formed by a bending process, which has higher processing efficiency and lower cost. Referring to FIGS. 4-7, the cover body 210 can have four side walls, and the side wall of the cover body 210 opposite to the second electronic device 300 can be the first side wall 212, and the four side walls of the cover body 210 can be formed by first bending respectively, wherein the first side wall 212 is connected to the limiting portion 220, and the limiting portion 220 can be at least partially higher than the surface of the cover body 210 facing away from the first plate surface 110 by second bending, thereby better limiting the second electronic device 300 in the first direction by the limiting portion 220. In addition, the second bending portion 223 described later can be formed by third bending to avoid scratching the second electronic device 300 during installation. Of course, the cover body 210 and the limiting portion 220 connected thereto can also be formed by an integral casting process, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
[0039] Specifically, still referring to FIGS. 4-7, the four side walls can be connected to the bottom wall of the cover body 210 respectively, and the four side walls can be independent of each other, and each side wall can be formed by bending relative to the bottom wall of the cover body 210, which has the advantage of easy forming. This way also facilitates the forming of the cover body 210. It should be noted that the number of side walls included in the cover body 210 is not limited in the embodiments of the present application, and specifically, the side walls can be three, five, or other numbers.
[0040] In the optional technical solutions, as shown in FIGS. 2, 4, 6 and 7, the limiting portion 220 can have a second bending portion 223 at the edge away from the cover body 210, and the second bending portion 223 can be bent towards the side away from the second electronic device 300, i.e. the second bending portion 223 can be formed by bending the limiting portion 220 towards the side away from the second electronic device 300, thereby avoiding scratching the second electronic device 300 during installation and causing damage to the second electronic device 300. In addition, the edge of the limiting portion 220 away from the cover body 210 can be pasted with an edge covering or polished to avoid the edge of the limiting portion 220 away from the cover body 210 being too sharp and easily scratching the second electronic device 300 during installation.
[0041] In order to further improve the safety, the free end of the second bending part 223 can be arranged opposite to the cover body 210, so as to minimize the space occupied by the second bending part 223, and to reduce the risk of scratching the engineering technician by the free end of the second bending part 223.
[0042] In order to improve the sealing performance of the cover body 210, please refer to FIGS. 1-2 again, the cover body 210 can include a sealing flange 211 around the cover opening of the cover body 210, the sealing flange 211 can be sealingly connected with the first plate surface 110, specifically, the sealing flange 211 can be sealingly connected with the first plate surface 110 by welding or bonding, and the specific connection mode between the sealing flange 211 and the first plate surface 110 is not limited in the present application. In addition, such a structure can prevent water vapor, dust and the like from entering the first electronic device, and is beneficial to improve the dustproof and waterproof ability of the circuit board assembly.
[0043] In a further technical solution, the sealing flange 211 can be arranged on the inner side of the cover opening of the cover body 210, so as to avoid the interference of the sealing flange 211 with the limiting cooperation between the limiting part 220 and the second electronic device 300.
[0044] Of course, the sealing flange 211 can also be arranged on the outer side of the cover opening of the cover body 210 to facilitate the connection between the sealing flange 211 and the first plate surface 110. At the same time, in this case, the sealing flange 211 can avoid the second electronic device 300, and the part of the limiting part 220 (such as the first bending part 222) for limiting the second electronic device 300 can be more protruding from the side of the cover body 210 toward the second electronic device 300 relative to the sealing flange 211, so as to avoid the contact between the sealing flange 211 and the second electronic device 300 in the case of the contact between the limiting part 220 and the second electronic device 300, to avoid the interference between the sealing flange 211 and the second electronic device 300, and to avoid the interference between the limiting part 220 and the second electronic device 300.
[0045] At the same time, such a structure allows the cover body 210 and the second electronic device 300 to be arranged apart from each other, and an installation gap can be formed therebetween, so as to avoid the mutual contact between the cover body 210 and the second electronic device 300 through the installation gap, and to realize the insulation and isolation between the cover body 210 and the second electronic device 300, so as to avoid the easy electrical conduction between the cover body 210 and the second electronic device 300, and to affect the normal work of the second electronic device 300.
[0046] Optionally, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the cover body 210 can be formed by a stretching process, so that there is no gap between the side walls of the cover body 210, to avoid dust, water vapor and the like from the gap on the cover body 210 into the cover body 210, thereby affecting the normal work of the first electronic device in the cover body 210, and thus facilitating to improve the dustproof and waterproof ability of the circuit board assembly.
[0047] In addition, in other embodiments, the sealed connection between the cover body 210 and the first board surface 110 can also be achieved by applying sealant at the connection between the cover body 210 and the first board surface 110.
[0048] Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 8, in the optional technical solution, the circuit board assembly can also include an insulating piece 500, the insulating piece 500 can be arranged between the shielding cover 200 and the second electronic device 300, and can insulate and isolate the shielding cover 200 and the second electronic device 300, so as to avoid the easy electrical conduction between the shielding cover 200 and the second electronic device 300, thereby affecting the normal work of the second electronic device 300.
[0049] In the case of the shielding cover 200 including the cover body 210 and the limiting part 220, since the limiting part 220 is in contact with and limitingly matched with the second electronic device 300, the insulating piece 500 can be arranged between the limiting part 220 and the second electronic device 300, to insulate and isolate the limiting part 220 and the second electronic device 300.
[0050] Specifically, the insulating piece 500 can be insulating ink, which can be applied to the surface of the shielding cover 200 facing the second electronic device 300. In the case of the shielding cover 200 including the cover body 210 and the limiting part 220, the insulating ink can be applied to the surface of the limiting part 220 facing the second electronic device 300. Of course, the insulating piece 500 can also be an insulating tape, and the present application embodiment does not limit the specific type of the insulating piece 500.
[0051] Please refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 9 to FIG. 11, in the present application embodiment, the second electronic device 300 can be a camera module, and the circuit board assembly can further include a flexible circuit board 400, which can be connected with the camera module and the circuit board 100 respectively, to realize the connection and electrical connection between the second electronic device 300 and the circuit board 100. Of course, the second electronic device 300 and the circuit board 100 can also be connected by wire welding, and the present application embodiment does not limit this.
[0052] The flexible circuit board 400 and the shielding cover 200 can be arranged on two opposite sides of the camera module along the first direction. In a specific working process, the flexible circuit board 400 can push the camera module away from the flexible circuit board 400 along the first direction, and the camera module is easy to move towards the shielding cover 200 along the first direction. This structure makes the camera module abut against the shielding cover 200 after being pushed by the flexible circuit board 400, thereby avoiding the second electronic device 300 moving on the circuit board 100 along the first direction.
[0053] In order to better limit the movement of the second electronic device 300, as shown in FIG. 11, the shielding cover 200 and the first electronic device can be multiple. The multiple shielding covers 200 can be arranged on the multiple first electronic devices, and the multiple shielding covers 200 can avoid the flexible circuit board 400 to avoid interference with the flexible circuit board 400 and affect the connection between the second electronic device 300 and the circuit board 100. The multiple shielding covers 200 can all contact the camera module to limit the camera module in the arrangement direction of each shielding cover 200 and the camera module.
[0054] In this structure, the arrangement direction of each shielding cover 200 and the camera module on the circuit board 100 is different, so that the camera module can be limited in multiple directions, thereby more effectively avoiding the movement of the camera module on the circuit board 100, and facilitating to improve the reliability of limiting the camera module.
[0055] Based on the circuit board assembly disclosed in the embodiments of the present application, the embodiments of the present application further disclose an electronic device. The disclosed electronic device comprises the circuit board assembly of any one of the above embodiments.
